Overall nice room and stay while we were in Claremore The room was very clean and had a quite atmosphere Good location with a variety of restaurants

Overall was disappointed by the lack of hot breakfast and no coffee two days in a row Other hotels have been back to serving hot breakfast for months Would recommend if your only looking for a nice stay minus the hot breakfast!

B Ryan

Thw room was clean the bed was comfortable The staff was pleasant Over all it was a decent stay, with quiet and comfortable rooms

As with other guests who’ve stayed there my only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast One fruit type (oranges) and a selection of pre-packaged pastries and cereals I would have liked a waffle or pancake machine or maybe some hot eggs but breakfast was included and the price for the hotel was a decent deal If you just want a good night’s rest this place fits the bill perfectly

Connie

One of the best hotels we have stayed in and we stay at La Quintas all across the USVery clean, all employees were curious and friendly and tastefully decorated

Cheaper than many and you get slot of bang for this buck I would definitely stay there again Very nice breakfast

Nice and updated hotel Very close to the casino and shuttle service is available The check in clerk was SOOO nice when we checked in on 6-10

She was friendly and informative Loved the shower head! Rooms were a tad small but nothing major for a couple My only minor dislike was the over fluffy pillows, but that’s just a personal preference Otherwise, nice overnight stay

Grace under pressure is a key phrase here Any business owner knows that there may be times when circumstances are not favorable and may not be in our control, so the best we can do is adapt and react During my stay, there were many sports events taking place in Tulsa, so demand was rather high for lodging

This hotel definitely should have planned much better, but did not I heard many complaints from other guests and sympathized My check in did turn out to be late due to the room not being ready, but the front desk clerks attitude did not falter one bit as he was finally able to check us in and make sure every accommodation was made available The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and I actually had a great rest Great job reacting to a bad situation, but try to be more proactive during heavy periods This is not a cheap stay, but a nice one

Serena Turner

The room was small, beds were ok If you are driving a large truck the parking lot is super limited in parking ability I did not feel safe at this location

The only positive was the staff, they were really nice and friendly!!

I have to say man I thought this would be a success story The people at the front desk, no remorse for me sharing they have very well established infestation of bed bugs in room 204 They acted as though they had no idea there were nearly penny sized bugs in that bed

I didn’t ask for a refund and they certainly did NOT offer The bathroom was gross, I could tell they had NOT cleaned the shower in many weeks, just others people hair all over itGuys come on, you don’t offer much you’re a small hotel and your night staff shared with me how long everyone’s been there Maybe walk through the rooms every so often after house keeping, strip a bed, like idk ask guests for surveys

Kai monique

Went to visit my cousin today (6/22/22) who just made it in She decided to check out the room without her bags just in case I sat on the bed for a brief moment before seeing a hefty bed bug crawling over the pillow 🤢 not sure how the conversation went between her and the staff but this place definitely has bedbugs on the second floor

And the beds are kinda hard, elevator is hot and smells a little funny😬

We are always pleased with this location, we’ve stayed here over 10 times in the passed 4 years The front clerks are always super helpful, full of smiles and always apologetic if you have to wait behind someone The breakfast bar is always clean, fresh food and sweet workers constantly restocking items

Rooms are always clean and well stocked with items We book a stay here every time we are in town

We visit family in Claremore 3 to 4 x a year First time to stay here Booked it over a month in advance

We were excited having our 4yr old grandson telling him he could swim Staff was rude “Our website said it is out for the summer”” Then 4th floor room and elevator out 2 of 4 days No staff ever to be found in the lobby at the front desk during the day No assistance or guidance for suggestions We ended up leaving a day early, disappointing my son and daughter in law who live there Worst experience that could have been turned around with simple communication and conversationWe understand things happen, and would have managed if not left struggling and having to guess about information Never having staff at the front desk when we came and went made us angry, the lack of human contact and descent human interaction during a trying situation No one ever suggested or told us that the city had 2 free splash parks to take our grandson to to cool off and wear the bathing suit he had eagerly packed We only accidentally learned of them last day we were there We ask to change floors or to move to a sister facility when the elevator went out due to health conditions We were told on the phone by front desk that wasn’t an option I just had major surgery and the stairs were unbelievably difficult Over all terrible experience On check in when we asked if there was an outside electric outlet we could use to plug our car into to charge, we immediately were told “NO” like we had asked for something unreasonable First hotel in years to tell us that We will definitely go back to La Quinta who always have been more than accommodating the past four years We had opted for the larger room advertised with our grandson in tow We regret that now wish we had gone back to where we knew the service was greatYou definitely need to train the front desk on politeness and general curiosity Especially the lady working on Monday 6/13 afternoon shift1st of all no one checks hotel websites on a regular basis once a room is booked Blaming us for not knowing the pool was out of service rather than apologizing and telling us options available in the city for our very disappointed 4yr old was down right poor customer service and blatantly rude Not sure if she realizes this town has other options for frequent visitors and her attitude jeopardizes her job and the franchise owners profits to pay her, when people choose the other options in town on their next visits Which we definitely will be doing from now on

It was Ok Parts of the building seemed a bit dated or had a lot of wear The carpet in front of our bed was coming up and strands everywhere

Bed was squeaky Black hair on the sheets Shower door handles about to fall off and other little things Wi-Fi was weak and sometimes didn’t work Kept getting locked out of room because of device/card malfunctionsMost importantly, the staff was fabulous and very helpful and friendlyRoom was clean (except for hair on sheets)The breakfast was goodPerfect location to shopping, restaurants and attractionsI would stay again The location is perfect, and the price was right

Don’t stay here…especially women! My daughter and I checked in late at 1130pm We woke at 7:45am with a male staff trying to enter our room! We were still asleep in bed! He used his key and would have entered completely if we hadn’t had the inner door lock toggled over When I spoke to them later, it was the same male staff who tried to get in

He was very dismissive and denied that is was 745am, then finally admitted it was him and he’s the only one there so has to start cleaning early Very alarming! Incredibly inappropriate! Room also damp and smelled moldy Signs of mold in bathroom at ceiling Terrible! Upside, the female that I reserved with might before was extremely helpful and pleasant

Friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff who treated us like valued customers They had a nice, clean pool and gym Clean room w/ modern touches & comfortable beds, pillows

VERY nice breakfast with waffles, oatmeal, cold cereals, hot eggs, meats, pastries, yogurts, juices & milks (plain, chocolate & almond)! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet hotel close to highway Will definitely come here again!

Garry Norman

Very nice hotel with good amenities and the breakfast bar was greatThe staff was kind and friendlyWe did find long hairs in our bed so we called downstairs and they moved us to another room with an upgrade! But the room was 80°

When we got in and not cool enough to sleep for several hours ☹️

My adult daughter and I stayed here about a week ago Check in was super fast and the front desk was friendly We were there on a Sunday and looking for something to eat; many nearby places were close because it was Sunday

She recommended the Mexican restaurant near Walmart and it was excellent! The hotel appears to be fairly new The room was a standard hotel room with coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave There was writing on the bathroom counter that was done in ink; we did notify the front desk When we came down for breakfast there were two employees talking at the front desk There was coffee but no coffee cups I grabbed one from near the juice because they were the same cup There is no water at breakfast There is a place on the juice dispenser for a flavored water That was out of order, but even if it was working, a pitcher of water would be nice They did have almond milk available in the refrigerator which I appreciated Now, the real reason I can only give two starsWhen my daughter got out of bed in the morning she saw a man’s sock in her bed That’s gross I let the front desk know as we were checking out The response was laughter I shared my concern that perhaps the sheets weren’t washed It was that or the sock got washed and missed when the bed was made She kind of apologized and then started laughing again She told me she was pretty sure the sheets were clean Then said, “I hope they were” Againthat’s disgusting I wasn’t offered a discount or reward points or even anything that appeared to be an intention to look into the issue I won’t stay here again I recommend stopping in Pryor to visit the Mexican restaurant near Walmart, but don’t spend the night unless you choose a different hotel

We showed up without reservations after abruptly leaving a dirty bed bug infested nearby La Quinta The staff here were wonderful They had a very professional appearance and demeanor and were very kind

This hotel was extremely clean in comparison to any I have stayed in since Covid The rooms just smelled clean walking in the door, and I even saw housekeepers pushing carts with bedspreads in them Most hotels don’t wash those anymore! White sheets, towels and linens, dust free room Comfortable beds The breakfast was pretty standard but great selection, very good and fresh Great coffee Very large seating area, and living room area We had a family event we were in town for and staff were accommodating offering to allow us to all visit there and even pull tables together if we wished during the afternoon and evening Nice clean pool Pool was a little small and no hot tub, but that was the only downside Nice gymGreat location We will definitely stay again Thank you to the staff that helped make our vacation wonderful

Ben McCarthy

This hotel is a gem! We were so thrilled to find a hotel of such a high quality at a reasonable price In fact, we have been paying similar prices to what we paid here at other hotels during a road trip and staying with a lot more compromises The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very, very clean! Raymond went above and beyond in taking good care of us and made our stay so refreshing and nice

Thank you!

Alicia Garrett

The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing! The one and ONLY thing I have to say is don’t advertise a pool bigger than it actually is The max capacity for this pool is 10 people so if you are looking for a place to take your sport team, youth group or whatever group you have this would not be the pool to go to However, if your kids don’t mind like mine didn’t then by all means go and enjoy yourself! The breakfast was great and hot

There is a Walmart near by and some eating places and The Hard Rock is across the street Overall this place gets 5 stars because it deserves it!

Stayed here so we could attend a concert at the Hard Rock across the street Very nice comfortable and clean room The front desk clerk who checked us in (I think her name is Ida) was extremely polite and welcoming

She offered to call a shuttle for us to get to the concert, which we were happy to haveWe will certainly stay here again!

I highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites of Tulsa/Catoosa Our room was clean and cozy Very quiet rooms, we were in the front of the hotel and didn’t hear any noises at all

The ladies at the front desk made us feel welcome and they were very friendlyOur room was very clean and the entire place smelled fresh The beds were cozy and plenty of towels and wash clothsThere are plenty of places to eat near by And the Hard Rock Casino is close alsoThe breakfast was amazing! So many choices Not just your average continental breakfast And the dining area has plenty of seatingThe ladies taking care of the breakfast bar were very kind of considerateRoute 66 is easy to access from Hampton InnOverall just a great place to stayWe will definitely stay here again next time we are in Tulsa

I flew in to Tulsa, drove to the hotel and everything was good I had done the self check-in through the app but my key wasn’t coming up so I stopped by the front desk I was given a key without an issue and up to the room I went

The room was clean, the air conditioner was on and I was able to watch some TV, get some sleep and then get going the next morning The breakfast at the hotel was typical – strange looking egg omelet type thing, oatmeal, self make waffles – so I skipped it and went on my way There were a few fast food restaurants around the hotel and a large Hard Rock hotel/casino

Absolutely the BEST hotel I have had the pleasure to stay for several days! I was able to choose my room, check in and get a digital key all before I left Texas for my mini vacation with familyUpon arrival, staff greeted us like family and our room was OUTSTANDING! They even asked if we wanted to schedule housekeeping while we were there They had a great selection of food items we were able to purchase and solve our late arrival and hunger pains without needing to get back in our car

Cleanest, nicest room and it had a ceiling fan which was great for keeping us comfortable Much like a furnished apartment with dishes, full size fridge, etc You must visit their super clean indoor pool and out side putt putt areas Wonderful for the whole familyOh! Breakfast had so many choices and changed each morning we were there Fresh fruit, make your own waffles, egg omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, danishes, muffins and the list goes on! It worked fantastic for everyone and it never seemed crowded even though the parking lot was almost completely full I’m definitely staying here on all my Tulsa visits

Ellen W.

Great spacious rooms Very clean all throughout the hotel Love the kitchens, the burners in the rooms are fantastic they put out great heat and cook things very well

Love the garden/patio out back Absolutely gorgeous AND they have a putting green 11/10 I’ve stayed in many hotels across many states for work and by far this is one of the very best

Jennifer Kraybill

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in so far! Extremely updated, stylish, clean and safe As a solo traveler traveling with my dog, I felt right at home The outdoor area was amazing with a fire, plenty of seating, a gazebo, mini-golf area, etc

I was able to walk my dog behind the hotel around a school area and non-busy street I highly recommend becoming a member with the App and using the digital key Every door was opened right from my phone in seconds

we have stayed at this location before with no issues…but just a few days ago we had booked a room for one night to attend a family event

on the morning our niece was taken to the hospital and the event would be rescheduled at a later date I called and talked to the staff as i needed to cancel our reservation as we would not be needing it The staff stated it would be no problem as I called at 7:30 or so in the morning He assured my it was fine and i stated we would be reserving a room once everything got sorted out today we discovered a $12100 charge on our card from hotel I called and spoke to the same staff member and he said i was charged a cancellation fee (the $12100 charge) We will no longer use Hampton Inns anywhere again

Joe Hicks

We stayed at this hotel 7/16/22-7/20/22 Staff was friendly for the most part The room had a few small issues

Their rooms are setup where the TV is not configured directly in front of you while sitting in the bed- you have to watch over your shoulder Very uncomfortable to watch TV from bed (and there’s only one chair in the room)The hotel overall was not kept up Floors were in need of vacuuming/mopping and the breakfast area floor had food on it from the day before (I know this as I was the first in when they opened) The breakfast area had issues mainly due to the guy overseeing it First day he ran out of food and had a long line waiting for more food to be brought out (20 min later) Second day there were no coffee cups or lids when they first opened- I had to interrupt the guy from his solitaire game in the back room to refill these items Good coffee thoughThere just seemed to be a general lazy attitude of the staff Probably would find a different hotel next time

Alicia Brown

We booked an adjoining room and when we checked in they said they were out When the problem was brought up, the front desk woman was very rude We know she or whoever gave our rooms to a team that showed up last minute

Went to our rooms and the floor was disgusting Asked for a mop and said we couldn’t even get that and we had to wait until the next day to get it cleaned Don’t recommend this place at all Terrible hospitality and lack of cleanliness

Stayed here for two nights Spacious park and camp sites are well spaced Camp hosts ( Butch and Sandy) were very friendly, and although my reserved space was taken by someone else they quickly found an alternative spot for us

Lake is beautiful Park is clean and well kept Restrooms and showers were goodWe will definitely returnOne star subtracted because the gates are locked at night (exit only) and on other sites where this happens a key pad entry has been installed Also you cannot keep a water hose hooked to a faucet even with a splitter ( Not every site has it’s own faucet)

C J

These people are beyond the worst people I have ever associated with The gate closes at 10 pm We and another couple got caught behind a stationary train which blocked 3 of the intersections in town cutting us off from the campground

We called and said we would be a few minutes late Like literally we estimated 5 to 10 minutes past 10 Evidently, it doesn’t matter what the circumstances are The reason they gave was that they wake up at 5 am (even though I just watched them watch TV til I left around 11) They expect you to leave your vehicle unattended at the gate all night and walk all the way to the campground Well we wouldn’t mind the walk but we aren’t leaving our vehicle unattended all night on a main road in an area we aren’t familiar with So my husband is hauling our camp from the site back to the truck on foot We both would have done it but to top it all off I’m pregnant That’s the care and attention these people give to their customers I highly recommend that people considering this campground go elsewhere

Brandon Vanderschaaf

Decent campground Nice views Be warned only some sites have water hookup while others have nothing

The biggest issue with our stay was times EVERY other campground we have stayed at offers some flexibility on times the gate are open Usually you knock on camp host door and they will let you in NOT THIS ONE Got there at 1015 due to a train blocking the normal entrance (one of three vehicles there in the same situation) and were told sorry you’re just going to have to figure it out Seriously their recommendation was just park on the road leaving your vehicle overnight and walk in a totally unlit path Absolutely the WORST service I have ever had
