I was welcomed in efficiently and thanked for being an IHG member plus wasn’t placed under a microscope as to my identity as it was obvious I was the person who had made the reservation My only complaint was that the a/c thermostat in my room wouldn’t cool below 70 degrees farenheit, not a major problem but still a little annoying when you are quickly trying to cool down upon unloading luggage and sweating profusely Otherwise I would have rated the property as a 5 star stay! I did enjoy the hot water and the bed was comfortable

Room was acceptable but area has gone down a lot, somewhat seedy, motel row The carpet was stained, there were nicks in the furniture and there was mold in the shower The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good although I had cereal

The front desk person was away from the desk but got there quickly She was not dressed professionally and looked unkempt I have photos of the shower mold but don’t know how to post them

Rich Murphy

Absolutely does not live up to the HI brand Just about everything with this particular hotel was below average First room we were given was obviously impaired by people smoking in the room even though it was a non smoking room

Second room had water damage marks on the ceiling and what might have been mold on the wall Plus TV did not work and WiFi could not hold a signal I requested to have the General Manager call me to discuss- will see if I get a call

Great housekeeping staff, needed more towels asked the lady in the hallway for some and she gave us some and came in when requested to clean the room! Room was cleaned really good when we checked in!! Front desk was awesome when we checked in, and breakfast was amazing and the breakfast attendant was super kind and helpful!!! 10/10 would recommend to stay here!!

James Stevens

No housekeeping during your stay due to nobody wants to work “Covid dollars” but all of the staff is super friendly, breakfast each morning is good, and rooms are pretty nice Walls are thin (can hear your neighbors TV) and some doors have to be slammed to latch shut (sorry neighbors) TV is captive satellite and therefore the interface is slow and from all sorts of regions

Also no sleep timer function so TV is on all night to try and drown out the neighbors TV noise due to previously mentioned thin walls Pet friendly too!

Had three nights books for $403 Needing to cancel one night Accidentally canceled all three and immediately called the hotel

Basically told us tough luck and to rebookThe rate we had was $400 for three nights and now it’s over 500 for the two nights Wouldn’t honor our reservation we had 5-10 minutes before I calledCan find another place to stay but the boys wanted to stay with their baseball team Just kept getting passed around on the phone and was told some gm would call me back Never heard a thing I’ve stayed here a lot but this will prob be the end of it

Absolutely beautiful hotel, with an indoor pool, and spacious rooms that are very clean My only negative experience is the disrespectful front desk agent at the Country Inn in Conway, Arkansas (LORI) and her disabling lack of customer service We checked into this hotel on May 29th around 7pm

After waiting by the front counter for 15 minutes and me yelling “Hello? Anybody working today?” with no response Then, I thought maybe I will call them and perhaps they just didn’t hear me Well, I called 3 times with no answer After waiting 27 minutes with my special needs daughter after an extremely long day, the front desk receptionist, who’s name is Lori, comes walking to the counter from the back STILL CHEWING PART OF A SANDWICH, AT THATSo I go on to tell her that we are trying to check In and she informs me that there is a $100 accidental deposit for our stay I had no objection to that, being as most hotel’s standard protocol is some level of a deposit I handed her my card, and she gave it back to me and said “I am sorry, I can only take cash for the deposit” I told her that I do not have cash on me but that I was able to use my card to place the reservation, so what is the problem using that same card as a deposit? She then ASKED ME IF I COULD GO TO AN ATM TO TAKE OUT THE $100I told her that I am exhausted, my daughter is so happy to be out of the car so I am not wanting to have to put her back in the car to go find an ATM “If there is seriously no other form of payment acceptable besides cash, then I will go get it Otherwise, I would like to use my card”After rolling her eyes and mumbling “Ok, let me see if it will work” and low and behold – my card seemed to work just fine for the depositNow what makes me angry about this situation is that after I was able to get settled inside of our room, I looked at my credit card transactions and saw a debit for $50 NOT $100So basically they have a front desk clerk, who is scamming all of their guests into thinking that deposits are cash only and also charging $50 more then what is actually required so that she makes her tip for the dayIf I wanted terrible customer service, I would have saved myself money and booked a room at the Motel 6 This was our first experience here and after seeing that these are the type of employees that Radisson chooses to hire, I think it will also be our lastExtremely disappointed

Sheets dirty, absolutely no room service, toilet broken, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, and no kleenexCalled service desk only to find out there was no services available Had to walk to service desk multiple times to get things that should have already been on room

Clean sheets for pull out, toilet paper, kleenex, and a plunger Waited 3 hours for them to find a plunger then found out plunging wasn’t the issue Toilet was broken and had to fix it myself Was an issue in the tank with the evacuation valve The swimming pool was dirty and the door was broken Very poor service and very poor experience Expressed this information with front desk and requested a refund or rate reduction but was rejected Was told to write all my issues down and the manager would call me but I never received a call or any type of refund This was my first time staying at a country inn and suites and will be my last time

Kaitlyn Roque

If I could rate this hotel a negative I would It was absolutely horrible

Everything in the room smelled like urine We had to leave and buy new pillows and our own cleaning supplies The floors had not been cleaned Cookies everywhere Dirt all over the floors Roaches in the restroom The refrigerator was filthy I’m writing this review to warn you to save your time and money This was a absolutely horrible experience

Excellent experience! Truly fantastic, especially given what we paid Very quick and friendly check in Sparkling clean room, bathroom, bedding towels, coffee maker, etc

The bed was SO comfortable, awesome water pressure in the shower, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash It was very quiet even though it was a Sat night and we were next to the elevator Great offerings and layout for breakfast The only way this could have been better is if we stayed longer 😊

Scottie Johns

Awful experience Hotel is old and hasn’t had a dime put into it since it opened 13 years ago They charge way too much and have terrible attitudes and customer service

I stay in Marriott properties over 100 nights a year and recently booked two rooms here I accidently booked one of them for 3 nights instead of two The manager, would not reduce they stay even when I offered to pay more per night to do so Loyalty means nothing or customer service, simply quoted policy There are tons of other good options all around this property Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay in this dump of a hotel

Julie Prescott

We chose this place because of the close proximity to the auto repair place we had just taken our vehicle to and UHAUL we will now need Travelling through Arkansas on the way home and started having engine and throttle issues Great service! Got same price as if we had booked online

Rooms nice and cool even on the 4th floor! Water pressure good Hotel is also close to a Mexican restaurant within walking distance Breakfast was actually pretty decent Had both turkey and pork sausage Bisuits and sausage gravy were good Had a good supply of fruits and pastries Clean, well stocked breakfast area Would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises

Like most la Quinta’s this is a great hotel option at an okay price Dogs were free and the front desk person was extremely helpful and got us checked in quicklyIt’s buried back behind a Walmart along with four or five other hotels so it’s a little bit harder to find but not difficult

Friends were very clean and not sketchy at all They had a hard breakfast and it was pretty decent compared to other hotels in its price range

Kaitlyn Stotts

Pet friendly, free breakfast & free parking Those are all excellent! The lady at the front desk is very nice alsoBut the rooms are dirty!!There’s stains on my bedding & towels, along with a very cheap patch/paint job throughout the room

You can tell where they fixed the paint with new paint because the color doesn’t match! Ex) Half of the bathroom door is one color & the other half is anotherCouch has stains on it Came in my room & one of the lamps was broken/hanging off the tableThe shower tub was not cleaned properly Along with an old nasty, breaking down shower curtainThis place is a 2 star hotel for me!

Joey Smith

I’d give 35 if I could It’s good overall, especially for the price

Increase that and the stars would have dropped though Water damage on the ceiling, no ventilation in bathroom, and it’s fine overall Just because the repairs weren’t done at their best isn’t a problemwith the price point Also, EXTREMELY friendly people to help out here at the front desk So great to see smiling peopleThe next morning is where this place dropped from 5 stars The people outside of front desk are not as friendly Housekeeping wouldn’t even return a greeting And they’re loud I hope no one is staying on the entire bottom floor close to the highway, as housekeeping has a LOUD vacuum If I were within five rooms of that thing I’d demand a refundThen breakfast Again, price point makes a difference If I’d have paid more, I’d be upset I don’t care for places that advertise that they will offer me food in the morning, and do not Whoever is doing the food, or whatever setup you have to do so, is not helpful When there are 20 people waiting for your breakfast, you can’t bring out 4 eggs and 4 sausagesThis place is relatively price appropriate, with a few annoyances

Kristi LaBonte

The hotel is pet-friendly but there was no marked area for pets The floor carpet was damp as if maybe they had shampooed the carpet previously There was no hot water in the morning for a shower although hot water came out of the bathroom sink

The continental breakfast was decent and had the waffles that you can make yourself There were problems with the DirecTV it was too slow or had to catch up so it was really hard to watch a show

We stayed here after our car broke down on a long trip They are pet friendly with no fee which is amazing Every hotel other than this one charges a non refundable pet fee

The man at the front desk was very nice and welcoming The bathtub was dirty and there was hair in the drain which was super gross I did shower but with sandals on It’s not the nicest hotel ever, they could definitely do some deep cleaning but it was decent The beds were old and creaky but soooo comfortable Best bed out of all the hotels I stayed in on our trip Not worth the $90 a room I paid More like $60 I would stay here again if I had to but make sure to bring my own cleaning supplies

Nick Daniels

Horrible hotel I checked into room 318 around 9pm yesterday I wasn’t there an hour and 2 roaches were crawling around on the bathroom floor

The rooms on the 3rd floor need much repair They charged $70 and the hotel has roaches I did demand and received a refund, however, I would allow my dog to stay at this Motel 6 This chain of hotels (motels) have declined in quality of the past few years I stayed at the Hilton for $100 without roaches

Cora Hickey

Upon walking into the hotel you are met with a large perfume cloud that is strong and unpleasant Got to my room on the 3rd floor and upon opening the door the smell was terrible I understand it was a smoking room but the smell was awful

After taking a shower there were roaches crawling on the bathroom floor Had to check out early due to a family emergency and was refused a receipt and still don’t have word if I will get a refund for the unused day Would not stay here again at all

Have had to stay here a lot off and on recently, due to my Mom’s illness and death The staff, including the cleaning staff, is always so kind, friendly, and accommodating Everything is always clean and smells great! I usually ask for a quiet room, and they are always pleasant about making that happen

The fact that the hotel is walking distance to lots of good restaurants is a bonus as well!

Rayito De Sol

When we arrived the door to our room was open That made me feel very uneasy We told the front desk and we weren’t offered a different room

The shower did not drain the water and the tub had a ton of moldin the caulking joints The toilet didn’t flush The lobby looks and smell fabulous but the rooms are old and run down
