I was very happy with my stay I travel for business and my company recommends the Renassaince Hotel, but I think that Fairfield is a better choice It may be smaller but it definitely is more modern

Breakfast is also pretty good The staff is friendly and kind I had to check one night earlier due to a family emergency and they didn’t charge the last night I would definitely stay again

Cassidy Souza

And might I add, we were fully paid guests and customers and again living there due to our house burning down We were literally locked from our rooms and our personal belongings I expressed to the top manager of the hotel how I was scared to stay in a place where she hires and keeps staff that comes into work late with a bad attitude directing it at multiple customers let alone a conditional stay, my family and I have nothing and again locking a young sick boy out of his room just for her own satisfaction

Knowingly the manager kept the overnight staff and asked me to check out and pretty much forced me out of my room after I could hear children and multiple family meme hers moving banging property around all throughout the day To the point where I was sleeping with little buds in my ears to keep out the noise The family is very dominant and loud and makes their presence known diminishing a nice stay for guests conditional or not Do not go here It is not worth your money

Laxman Chandwani

Stayed with family in this for 2 days because of construction in homeHere are issues- Lobby looks bad- bad breakfast- Small pool which was locked need to contact desk to open it- Staff not motivatedGood things- new hotel, room has microwave and referigerator

This hotel is spotless and the staff is amazing! Complimentary breakfast is the morning is varied and while I didn’t love some of the options the waffles and the hard boiled eggs became a staple for me! The staff is friendly, kind, and extremely hospitable I loved staying here with my sister and would most certainly come visit again Every single staff member I interacted with from the manager to custodial was extremely kind and professional

Also, the breakfast and communal areas were always SPOTLESS! 10/10

My husband and I were married in July and needed to stay close to home so we got some alone time here This place was amazing Sam at the desk was absolutely amazing, they all were

Our King room was beautiful, very bright with blackout curtains We had a mini fridge and microwave with a coffee pot, iron, ironing board, and blow dryer in the room The TV swivels from the wall and there is even a sofa that pulls out Lots of storage space in the desk The hotel was very clean and we constantly saw people keeping it tidy Hot breakfast was served buffet style with make your own waffles Eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, english muffins, cereal, oatmeal and pastries were stocked and didn’t run out once! Overall, a great place to stay, we even booked an extra night!

It was great! Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area SUPER friendly staff, breakfast was everything you can imagine and then some, and we really appreciated that it lasted until 10am Pool was nice and well maintained

The bed was comfy, room clean The only very minor thing was the AC was loud and made noises I’ve never heard an AC make before But it didn’t bother us

Ariana Ross

My Stay was amazing my husband and I got a room and the front desk staff on that night were two young ladies who were beyond helpful~ I cant express how amazing they worked as a team checking us in as there were a few of us to check in at once The next morning I went down to ask about Breakfast the girls were still there working and they had informed me there wasn’t breakfast until they officially turn to the Best Western which would be in a few weeks Paige & Rubia were so sweet and kind, I will defiantly be back just to say hi to them next time I’m in the area!!!

George Higgins

Ruby went above and Beyond shoving her customers! When we checked in she was very polite, professional, and friendly We’re not from here so we were looking for a place to eat and she let us know where we could get some dinner and have us pamphlets on where to order We had an issue with the shower not working which she promptly got to work on calling maintenance to fix and the issue and her boss with a suggestion

None of this was her fault but I can say she went above and Beyond and gave us a bigger room for myself and my family This was a perfect example of great customer service! Thank you Ruby for being a true professional! I wish I could have given her 10 stars because she truly deserves it! Thank you! Management should look at how hard she works and her great work she does!

The staff in this hotel was awesome! We stayed there one night with our entire family for a wake/ funeral, and they made sure our rooms were close together Jared is the sweetest front desk person! He took care of us with a smile They had flowers waiting in our room with condolences

❤🙏 I highly recommend this hotel Very clean, spacious, and a quality, full delicious breakfast

David Kraus

This location has been very busy during my stays It seems as though this is the norm All staff that I have spoken with have been professional and courteous

However, the facility is showing wear and tear that maintenance and housekeeping staff should address Most recently I noticed that the pool appeared cloudy Our room was missing utensils and a toaster The outside trash bins are often overflowing Pleased to see that guests are asked not to smoke near the doors or on the patio All Home2 need to enforce this policy

Aryanna Holmes

This was my first time staying at this location & I was not disappointed I stayed for a week I used the spin2cylcle and that was very clean

My room was spacious and super comfortable I even cleaned my room some more & I didn’t have to do much because it was pretty clean when I got there The fridge & freezer kept everything cold and it was big enough for all of my food I had all the utensils I needed & I loved the fact I got to cook in my room, that was awesome! My room was on the 2nd floor and I loved how I was next to the elevator & ice machine Very convenient!! I didn’t have a problem with noise I could barely hear anyone They had a small dog staying on my floor but the dog barely made any noise No complaints there I loved how the breakfast offered hot & cold options every day & 7/11 and Dunkin are less than 5min away walking distance I don’t drive so I was very happy to be on the bus line Everything is so close!!! I will be staying here again 🤗

I am travelling with my family and my sister’s family Earlier in the week, we had been staying at the Hampton Inn Norwood-Boston and had a terrible time! (Dirty, bad customer service, etc) We took a trip to Boston mid-week and we were supposed to go back Because of our terrible stay at Hampton Inn, we decided to cancel our reservation there and book rooms at Home2 suites Walpole and I am so happy we did! We had a suite with a king size bed, a pull out sofa bed, and a kitchenette

The room worked out perfectly! The pull out bed was great for my 5 year old and there was plenty of room for the pack n play for my baby girl The kitchenette couldn’t have been better The fridge was way bigger than I expected The sink and counter space was exactly what was needed for washing bottles, baby food utensils, etc The bathroom and room were neat and clean I do want to mention that the hotel is pet friendly We did have a doggy next door that did bark every once in a while This doesn’t bother me but I thought I would note it just in case it might bother someone else They have a laundry room You can exchange bills for quarters at the desk They also have a pool and fitness center They provide a decent breakfast in the morning and have a spacious lobby The hotel location is good also It is right down the road from Patriot Place The customer service was great They were pleasant and efficient No complaints there Overall, I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with family Very happy!

Sam Checca

Great hotel, nice small heated pool Staff is friendly 24hr laundry BUT I don’t think it’s family friendly 😕 was here not even 2 hrs I left my room and immediately got approached for “yelling” coming from my room Meaning my 2 year old crying for me leaving the room

By the time I got downstairs someone called I think that’s kind of ridiculous we had a long 2 days and trip and paid to stay here to feel like I can’t even talk in my own room because it’s loud or my daughter isn’t allowed to cry We are here to finally relax and enjoy ourselves Not really the hotels fault but honestly I won’t be back because of this If u don’t have kids amazing stay beautiful room very clean and helpful staff

Francis S

Fantastic stay during a weekend with a large hockey tournament and Elton John performing at nearby Gillette Stadium The hotel was jammed, yet all the people working there were professional and smiling for all four daysRooms were clean, decent sized gym, free breakfast, coffee and tea served all day in the lobby

The only negative is the walls are thin and you can hear most of the conversations from the rooms next door

I have been waiting to write this review for over 10 months! My husband and I had a hotel block for our wedding on 5/20, and Staci Johnson is the best person we had the pleasure of working with to ensure our hotel block and wedding arrangements were all set (manager of hotel) Staci is the definition of amazing hospitality! From the minute we contacted the hotel she was attentive and always willing to help! She made sure our hotel block could check in early, that our welcome bags were being given out and helped coordinate our after party activities/pizza We are so happy to have met such an amazing person with a great heart

Staci goes out of her way to make sure her guests are happy and comfortable Ben and I are excited to visit Sonesta Foxborough post renovation to see the great work Staci is leading It is hard to find employees like Staci who go ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure the guests feel like their big day is in great handsWe also LOVED Britany in the front desk, who greeted us and all of guests with a big smile and a warm welcome!THANK YOU Sonesta Foxborough (main shoutout to Staci) for helping my husband and I have the best hotel wedding logistics – we love you!G+B

Magen Ellis

We were told there was a working fitness room when we checked in There was a paper on the desk in the room that indicated it was ok to use It was being renovated

They also put a large hold on your debit card I stayed there in the beginning of July and still haven’t received the $100 hold they put on my card They said it can take up to 30 business days if you used a debit card, which was not told to me ahead of time The day of checkout, the front desk staff said I would receive the $100 immediately, which was incorrect Also, the place was a construction zone all over and we weren’t told this was going to be the case upon arrival Never staying here again

John Keefe

Would have been great to know that the lobby, the workout room, the pool, and every single thing other than the rooms were closed for maintenance Not to mention even the hallways were somewhat still under construction Didn’t have a walkout patio either cause I guess that’s another part of the construction

Went to go see what they meant by having breakfast there and the lady at the desk offered me a shelf of cereal boxes I could buy And the TV screen in my room that i was expecting to use for work doesn’t even turn on And for some reason you need to spend 10 minutes signing up for an account where you enter your personal info including your address and stuff and then go confirm your email just to get into their wifi (unless you have cellular data you cant even confirm your email) And the walls in the bathroom look like they’re falling apart and have black spots on them (idk what they would be, maybe deferred maintenance from moisture damage?)I mean, cmon man Seriously?

Wow! My daughter had her wedding here This place was outstanding Beautiful setting, delicious food and very attentive and professional staff-especially manager Kim and event coordinator Jenny who both went above and beyond to handle potential disasters (like the DJ cancelling d/t covid 3 hrs before ceremony)

Cannot thank them enough!

Emily Bessette

I had my wedding here yesterday and was so blown away by the hospitality and organization that I had to write a review to show my gratitude Jenny was our coordinator and was an absolute rockstar Our DJ backed out 4 hours before our ceremony due to Covid and Jenny and staff quickly responded by helping us locate a backup option

She maintained the planned timeline all night so all I had to do as a bride was follow the directions and have fun Every person I interacted was 100% helpful and hospitable at the warren center All staff was ready to offer me a golf cart ride so I didn’t have to walk far in the dress/heels, the bar staff was quick and I heard multiple stories of the inn and staff being great to guests as well The food was great, the venue looked great and we had a wonderful and magical night due to the efforts of staff here I would 100% recommend any bride to consider having their wedding here Everyone had a great time!

Erica Ewing

The Warren Conference Center is such a unique event and wedding venue in Central Massachusetts Our couple planned a weekend where friends could come together, kayak, play lawn games, share drinks, stories and laughs for more than just one day The vibe is very chill

A little campy, a little rustic, all outdoors The outdoor ceremony location at the World Conference Center is almost like a secret garden It’s tucked away and the Birch Tree Chuppah complimented the space perfectly The night was filled with cupcakes and dancing and excellent food, Ashley (coordinator) + the staff at Warren Center is top notch We hope to be back to photograph more wedding with you soon!

The staff was super helpful and the Director, Melissa saved my wedding weekend after a neighbor hotel made a huge mistake 48 hours before guests came in to town I can’t say enough good things and the location as well Highly recommend for any bride looking for a great location for a wedding block!

Sandra Lauzier

The room was comfortable and the gentleman at the desk who checked us in on July 20th was friendly, courteous and helpful, however the lady at the desk at checkout (July 21 in the morning) was terrible No smile, no thank you for staying with us, no have a nice day, just a “you’re all set, put your keys in the key box” We’ve stayed at the Sonesta in Danvers and have always been happy

We have been going to this place for YEARS and it is great The staff is great and always so kind The rooms are absolutely beautiful and cleaned

The location is okay but it is located next to a little highway so it can be noisy The food is amazing stop by the Bistro for some great food and the buffet in the morning is great and has much to choose from Would I recommend this to a friend? Yes!

Roshanda Turner

We stayed for a couple days during school vacation, looking to have something for our girls to do The hotel was immaculate, the pool was clean and the hot tub was hot! And everything was open and staffed We had the breakfast buffet which was included in our room

It was way more than we expected and one of the reasons we will be back There was something for everyone from oatmeal to a staffed omelets bar and fresh fruit smoothie The girl swim and had a blast it was the perfect staycation!

Very nice hotel It’s the only choice in the area Biggest issue is the AC

The halls are not air conditioned and the rooms have motion control AC I know this cuts their costs but when you spend $200 to $350 a night (weekends) for weeks I expect it to be cold when I head back from a long day in the warehouse Unacceptable It takes hours to cool down I guess it would be the same in the winter, freezing when you return to room

Ethan L

The hotel itself is fine with most of the guests including us(-) Breakfast Grease Smell into the roomBut, the room we were at the 1st level and the morning breakfast crew left the door open to the corridor and woke us up with the greasy morning meat cooking smell, right after 6am (or 7am) I suggest the hotel to keep the door to the corridor, CLOSED at all times, and train the staff to respect the guests on the1st floor, not talking loudly at the corridor, and, put some door sweeper to reduce the gap at the door bottom as a remedy

(-) Housekeeping issueAnd, the room was not cleaned after the 1st night, and it was very disturbing to come to the room 2nd night, seeing the trash bins full and the wet towels still on the floor When we checked in, we were never been told that the Housekeeping crew would NOT come to clean the room due to CoVid-19, unless we would tell them That is the excuse from the 2 front desk staff (they are polite) I did not argue with them, but, none of them instructed us that is the house rule,***That is twice the fault of the hotel Maybe three times the fault, as it did not make any sense as 100% of the staff and 90% of the guests did not wear the masks at all We were given with new towels, but, no one came to pick up the wet towels on the floor, and, we had to endure the night without trash bin access during the 2nd night(-) Noise, drinking, loitering on-site parking lot, not prohibitedThis hotel attracts most diverse race and age groups from my travel experiences, with most of the guests with good manners, but, in two occasions, we had to endure some young Latino males who stayed in the parking lot, and left the truck open, playing a very loud music, drinking, smoking, and talking loudly inviting other drivers, Another Latino woman, and an older Latino man, during the breakfast hours, talking loudly, on videocalls, and, sneezing at the food station, tooThe hotel staff did not oversee the breakfast hours at the station, or, discourage them, whereas their CoVID-19 safety rule made it an excuse why no housekeeping came to clean the room during our stay, without any prior explanationNone of these reports were shared to the next staff at the front desk it is a questionable management issue, not sharing the issues over the night or, vice versa(-) Noise from the guest aboveThe floor-ceiling is not sound-insulated, and, a guest above me made a quite loud stomping noises and vibrations, until he went to bed at Midnight It would be an issue if you are a light sleeper(+) great sleep/ Nice shower, easy access from 495 (exit 50)The mattress is great to fall asleep deeply for us with no ache next morning Although I put 3 stars, I think it could be an easy 4-star satisfaction to other guests who did not experience what we dealt with Once you adjust a DIFFERENT OPERATION of them, compared to other Holiday Inn Express we stayed at, and, other hotels – all during the past 2 years of the pandemicThis poor housekeeping, and, the strong breakfast cooking smell should be changed That is why mine is 3-star this time

Alison Moore

Front desk woman was very kind VERY outdated room and was told I had the last reserved room that was handicapped accessible- which sounds fine, but the sinks were in the entrance of the hotel room, literally And the shower nozzle was only a handheld that was about 6” shorter than I am, which is like 5’7”

That was not fun Clean enough, but uncomfortable bed VERY loud upstairs and called front desk, and soon after it got better but then an hour after that it was loud again At like 11:30pm Thank god for my sound machine app! Won’t stay here again and frankly if I had the energy I’d ask for a refund

I stayed one night/one morning here and it was a good time The elevator did not work which was fine and not a big deal Staff wasn’t like overly friendly but they were nice

Breakfast was alright Their coffee was SO GOOD like I wish I asked what kind it was I enjoy the room we got very much It was clean and had everything we needed I did not smell any smoke in the hallways, smells kind of like an old place but not like horrible I would definitely stay here again!!Thank you!

We stayed for the Jimmy Buffett concert so it was a little pricey for the night however the experience was fantastic The room was clean, comfortable, great breakfast and the staff was very nice and accommodating There is a 99 restaurant in the same parking lot which was extremely convenient

We inquired about parking for the event and they provided information for a shuttle service that was also fantastic Will definitely go back if we were to attend another event in the area

Giving this hotel a one-star review is doing them a favor This hotel should receive zero stars Immediately, the hospitality from the front desk was absolutely atrocious

I have never experienced so much difficulty conversing with hotel staff They were very unaccommodating and treated their guests with no respect Not only were the hotel staff rude, but the rooms were subpar at best I would not recommend this hotel Bring your money elsewhere

Stayed here for five nights, room was spacious, full sized fridge was great, bed and bedding was comfy and nice You can hear trains from the nearby station but we didn’t find this bothersome We did find the bathroom a little outdated and not quite as clean as we would have hoped, and the pool area was pretty murky

Hotel is dog friendly which was awesome

Between dead bugs in the bed, rusty fixtures, pealing paint, and moldy vents my stay was far from great Additionally they charged me $5 per night to park, in a rural non metro area that is absurd Even after changing room, the condition of the room was terrible

Just not what should be expected from a Marriott hotel After staying here a few times over the years for work travel, I will be looking for a new hotel next time Really gone down hill

First of all let me say this was the best hotel ever!!! The staff was amazing each and every time…they had complimentary breakfast (which was good because I worked overnight and got off in the am) Each and every staff member was so helpful and unbelievably nice I just couldn’t take it……me and my boyfriend both stayed there and they knew us both very well lol…

They definitely made my stay there more than comfortable and made sure we were ok every time!

This is the BEST HOTEL IN THE AREA! We were in town for a funeral and rented one of their suites The room was great, good size for a family and met general expectations Breakfast was decent and the area felt very welcoming

We want to personally thank George and Melisa for everything they did for us The staff at this location is exceptional and they went out of their way to help and assist us in any way that they could Thank you again, we will be back soon!

Rude front desk person when we asked about an hour early check in that we had requestedno big deal

We were in town for a concert at Gillette so we left and ended up checking in over the phone We got there around 11pm and at 1st glance, things were clean and fine Around 2:30 am I felt something crawl on my hand It was a bed bug! We packed up and were guaranteed a refund by the front desk after showing her a picture as proof and drove the 4 hours home at 3am! Never again Room 305!!!

The hotel itself was clean, somewhat modern, and was comfortable and quiet The issue I had was we booked this hotel specifically for using the pool, and when we arrived there was a sign saying the pool was closed indefinitely This was really disappointing and made our stay less enjoyable

If the pool is no longer available, please take it off the list of amenities and from the photos

I recommend the 2 bedroom suite if you’re travelling with 3 or more people Comes with 2 full bathrooms a living room with pullout sofa and a full kitchen Size of a small condo

Rooms are clean and in good condition Beds are comfortable Water pressure is good Breakfast is limited but decent What else do you expect it’s free If you want more choices go to a restaurant and pay for breakfast Staff is friendly Hotel management should maintain the outside stairways better they’re in need of a good paint job Other than that everything is in good condition

My client had to leave her apartment due to a lot of problems We decided until she was able to get into a new apartment that a hotel would be the best We looked all around and read reviews and this seemed to be a great place for extended stay

She just got here today but the service has been exceptional Curtis Smith, the front office supervisor was not only extremely professional, but incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful We’re very excited to see how the rest of the month goes as it’s already been a wonderful experience

Only stayed for one night after having been rebooked by Priceline, but the suites seemed comfortable enough to stay for an extended timeSpacious rooms with well-equipped kitchens, even managed to cook our own meal here Bed was good, the sofabed wasn’t really comfortable but good enough for one four-year old

Don’t count on two adults sleeping on it thoughStaff was very friendly There were some amenities, though most were closed either because of the season (like the pool) or COVID (like the breakfast, which was officially only takeaway, even though the restaurant area was full of people eating their takeaway there)Location is convenient, right off the freeway and close to Boston
