I decided to book this 2-star hotel when I looked at the newly renovated “castle” building in Google photos, the building looks so magnificent and I have no doubt that this well worth $280 price tagAfter I arrived, I looked around in the castle building try to find my room, but I could not locate my room Soon I realized that this castle building is just the lobby building with very limited rooms, the actual room I booked is located in an older building outside the castle, which is not showed in the photos

These photos are arranged in a way to give you false impression that you are living in the new building It is kind of embarrassing that you are lost when looking for your room in the Grand building, imagine you will sleep in the magnificent new building, in the end staff escort you out to your side building To be honest I will not even look at this hotel if not believing that I will sleep in the new grand buildingAfter checking google map, I realized this hotel have new castle grand building (lobby + limited rooms), two side buildings (accommodate most rooms) and many individual cabinsThe room I booked is located on one of the side buildings, the building is old and hallway is dark (musty smell) It is obvious hotel put most attention and money into the main lobby/grand building Room is pretty big with two queen beds, pretty much what to expect from 2-star hotelFree breakfast is hosted in the main lobby building, very nice Bacon and eggs are cooked perfectly, very delicious

We loved our stay at this lovely Inn Our 2 queen loft room was spacious with full kitchen and all the essentials, the separate loft space was perfect for a little privacy Very clean, bed comfortable, and shower had lots of hot water with good pressure

There is a indoor outdoor heated pool with 2 large jacuzzi tubs and plenty of large pool towels nice lounging areas and fire place The included breakfast came with many options Location is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping The manager Michelle and other staff were so kind and accommodating She even let my daughter pick out a stuffed animal from the gift shop She made our stay even better Highly recommend!

Holly Hastings

Stayed in the settler’s room, we decided to add an additional night to our stay, and they accommodated us with no inconvenience Honestly, this hotel has been by far my favorite out of our two week road trip (with our dog) between 3 states The hospitality and rustic charm truly made our stay relaxing

The room was cozy enough that we spent almost a full day of our trip just relaxing in our room The lobby remodel is gorgeous and hot chocolate and cookies in the evening is a big 👍 Can’t say enough good things Will only be staying here in the future when we visit

My husband and I spent a week at the White Buffalo Club at the end of January for our honeymoon It was an amazing experience, even given the staffing shortage due to the pandemic Everyone there made us feel special and welcome

We had a particularly great experience with Tom, who was driving the shuttle Tom was one of our favorite parts of our trip He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us a lot of great advice and opinions He was also very accommodating We preferred to stay downtown rather than up the mountain, and there was so much to do within walking distance Perfect location We will definitely be back

Steve Manuel

‘ll start with the good The hotel and the rooms are very nice and the staff was very helpful The rooms are decorated nicely and are very clean

However, there were 2 deal breakers First of all, the elevator was out of order I felt that this should have been disclosed prior to our stay I have a disability and it was very hard to walk up and down several flights of steps to my room without help from my family The staff did help us with the luggage, but had I known about the broken elevator, I would have picked another hotel to stay at Secondly, the hotel is on a truck route If you stay here, you will hear the trucks going by all throughout the day, starting as early as 5:00 am in the morning If you’re expecting to sleep in or take a nap, this will be a problem unless you stay in one of the few back side rooms If they remedy these issues, it would be a very nice place to stay But with these unresolved problems, I wouldn’t recommend it at this time

Katie Makurat

This place is

confusing It’s a beautiful hotel, the rooms were clean and updated It felt like there was nobody there besides the house keeping (who were very friendly) My biggest complaint is that the elevator was broken during the duration of our stay (July 1-5) We were staying there for our destination wedding and had a lot of bags, boxes, etc and people coming to the room for hair/makeup When I asked the people at the front desk (when I could find them) about the elevator there seemed to not be any urgency to get it repairedThe front desk people were at times, hard to locate One of the front desk employees was very rude to one of my friends when my friend arrived to get ready for the wedding with me We were on the 3rd floor (when again, with no elevator got a little old) I don’t think I saw maybe more than one other patron of the hotel on the 3rd floor the whole time we stayed theremaybe people are opting to stay at other more highly rated hotelsOverall, a nice facility We got a drink at the restaurant and people were complimenting the food It just feltempty, cold, and non-inviting

Very clean Helpful and friendly staff There was a long and confusing walk in the snow to find our room, but when we did eventually find it, it was beautiful

Our room key didn’t work, so we had to have it replaced It still messed up after that, so that was the biggest downside, but we enjoyed our stay Would return for the view and activities!

Wow! What a wonderful hotel and great vibes The remodel was done so well! We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pits to eat our dinner and made new friendsVery friendly staff, comfy beds and clean

The rooms had a great modern western style and spacious Only thing would be maybe softer sheets but that still wouldn’t keep us from coming back Wish we had a hotel like that here in BreckenridgeHighly recommend and will be back with are kiddos to enjoy it again

Karen Gromacki

What a great place! The room was clean, updated and comfortable The bed was excellent, and we loved hanging out by the pool and the hot tub hit the spot after hiking for the day We met some wonderful people and appreciated the constant stream of coffee and ice water in the lobby

I had the most wonderful experience staying here The grounds were lovely and scenic, the room was spotless, and the owner was very kind and thoughtful The high country room had great views and is spacious and private

Breakfast was delicious every morning I feel lucky to have chosen to stay here As a single woman traveling alone I felt very safe and comfortable, the owner is lovely to talk with! I look forward to bringing family here for later vacations

What a wonderful little find just outside Grand Teton National Park Stayed with my dog and a friend in the top/loft room, which had plenty of space Hosts were lovely and welcomed us into their home like we were longtime friends

Breakfast in the morning was tasty and a huge plus; enjoyed getting to know other guests around the firepit Perfect place to unwind and stay if you’re in the area

The rooms are very nice, and the resort has an amazing view! However, the wait staff is not very attentive As a 5 star resort with a hefty price tag per night, I was not impressed! This was not the same service that was received three years ago We constantly had to chase people down to get drinks or food

Three years ago, they knew our names, what room we were in, and chased US down to help us The food was good, but different! Not what I was expecting for staying here The valet people were the most helpful! So sad Such a beautiful location, and it really has gone downhill

Diede van Lamoen

Absolutely terrible Far cry from what it should be for the price point and definitely nowhere close to what Aman normally provides The room was tired and needed a revamp

Service is poor Restaurant is under staffed and food was mediocre It’s a 25 min ride to the resort, shuttles were dirty (think stale beer left from previous shuttle run) Private shuttle to the airport couldn’t be bothered to help with luggage Overall very disappointing

divyam hansaria

My girlfriend took me here to celebrate my birthday We loved our stay at here; The check in experience was unlike any other hotel we’ve been to There was no lines or anything, it felt very personal

The hotel sits at a gorgeous location facing the grand Tetons and the views from all around are amazing This is the only place in USA were we have seen a proper infinity pool with breathtaking views from it of the mountains There also was a open hot water pool which makes it a great place to take in the views at night They even serve you food and alcohol in the pool if you want, so we enjoyed some drinks in the pool facing the sunset The restaurant had a big variety of food available and everything else was also available on request, we could get food served anywhere on the property My girlfriend also arranged for a private dinner for us which they setup outside on a lovely evening We also enjoyed couples massages and both therapists were amazing, very prompt and professional Service was just amazing The day we wanted to go to Yellowstone, they cleaned our car, put water bottles inside and had it parked outside the hotel gate for us in the morning, we wanted to eat Indian food so they had someone from the hotel go to Jackson to pickup Indian food for us I have never seen service like this before Such a unique experience, totally worth the money if you want to pamper yourself or a loved one

This quaint boutique hotel is perfectly located within blocks of the center of downtown within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops Situated next to a park and off the beaten track, there is very little foot or vehicle traffic making it surprisingly quiet The hotel was very clean and the staff warm, attentive, and accommodating

Pool, spa, and gym areas were immaculately spotless

Michael DAmbrosio

Just an average motel with better options in Jackson Expected more for $270 a nightPros:- The staff were extremely pleasant

– The pool, sauna, and hot tub, exceeded expectations- Room was clean and bed was comfy- Location was great and you could easily walk to downtownCons:You could tell they chose to save money by skipping corners- No breakfast If you ever travel to Jackson you will know that it gets crowded Trying to get breakfast before heading out early is really hard and having an included breakfast really goes a long way They had options for purchase but for the cost of the stay this really should be included They had a coffee machine where you could purchase $5 machine made lattes…- the shower curtain They skimped on shower curtain hangers You know those really cheap ones that get stuck or fall off when you try to pull the curtain; they decided those were a good place to save cost- UFO themed lights Clearly the owner has never slept in one of these rooms The safety sensors had these obnoxious bright lights that flashed in random pattens- amenities in room Our fridge was clean but reeked of something not pleasant The 23in TV was hard to see when sitting in bed and could really use an upgrade- room location wasn’t great The room has this cheap door that opens to the interior hallway And They used a cheap interior door Any sounds go right through it The ice machine was right across our room and should have just been in our room Nice way to wake up at 630amFrequent Jackson often and would recommend you look elsewhere This place just isn’t worth the price paid For $100 less it would be much more appealing

Madison Fentem

Convenient and cozy place right in the heart of Jackson Hole Village I requested a 2nd floor room upon check-in and the two gentlemen working went out of their way to accommodate that The rooms were spacious and well designed and the Pelotons in the gym were a great touch

The one negative aspect of our stay was the lack of access to the gym/indoor pool area It seemed as if the door was locked 50% of the time during normal hours Once we were finally able to access the hot tubs, one of them was out of order It would have been nice to enjoy the amenities to the fullest while we were there

We had a hard time choosing a place to stay as we have never been to Jackson hole and there is a ton of choices I’m sure most places are a good choice however we had a great stay at the 49er They have an indoor pool and hot tub that we took advantage of

The room was nice and clean The breakfast was good and there was a large variety of choices I woke up early and was going to use the gym because I couldn’t sleep and had nothing else to do but it doesn’t open until 8 am unfortunately The hotel is centrally located and really close to everything in town There is plenty of places you can walk to as well This was a good stay

Emily Scharf

This is one of the wackiest hotels I’ve ever been too It is several buildings, unconnected The main building is quite nice and there is a good continental breakfast

The rooms are just strange as heck Firstly, the numbers in the different buildings are odd When you get to your room, the door opens directly into the bathroom Like, you open the door and you see the sink The room itself was large, but it had barely any lighting even with every light turned on There were 2 accessible outlets in the entire room, and for its size, it makes no sense that the bathroom is that small Keep in mind that only two of the buildings are actually wheel chair accessible, which means there aren’t elevators in the other buildings Have fun lugging a massive suitcase up those stairs The nice thing about this hotel is that it is only a block or so away from the town and the square Very walkable Just very, very odd

Connie Phillips

Went to take shower and there was no hot water – even after letting it run full hot for 10 min There were doors to outside on each side of room so people walking and talking on each side of your bed while trying to sleep Refrigerator did not keep my food very cold

My son asked if there was a designated smoking area and was told just not in rooms He was smoking in the parking lot when 2 staff came out and asked if he had a room Then he was going to go swimming when some girl sitting outside door called him names so he just left For the prices you charge I would expect more We stayed across town the night the night before for only $15 more and it was at least comfortable and quiet VERY sorry left to try your facility Left all this information with clerk at check out and never heard anything from anyone You had all my information from receipt Reading other reviews looks like you have a pat response to problems so I’m not expecting much else at this point

The rooms were clean The beds were comfy I think the best part of the room was the heated tile in the bathroom and vanity areas

But the best part of the hotel is their staff! I can’t say enough great things about them! Every interaction was friendly, helpful and what every hotel should strive for The shuttle drivers were informative about the area and pointed out different things that we could go and see They also gave information about the history of the area which was very interesting The staff at the front desk was so nice And all the staff that was there to clean, refresh the drinks and cookies, and just keep the place running were also very nice You can tell that this place has standards when it comes to customer service and I am so super thankful for that!

Carol Wallace

This is our second time at the Lexington It’s within walking distance to downtown and the Elk Refuge The rooms are spacious and clean

The hot tub was always clean Breakfast is typical for a hotel We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette The stove didn’t work but they had maintenance up to fix it within minutes Loved the staff and would stay again!!

ALF Tanner

Great rates during the off season Clean room with plenty of space Comfortable beds

Good cable TV and WiFi The rooms were pretty nice; probably a remodel in the last 5-10 years Breakfast was good and typical of free breakfast buffets The restaurant selection in the area was more limited than we expected, so the hotel breakfast was a big plus Great location within easy walking distance of town square

We went here on a business trip and enjoyed our stay! It’s really quiet and I never saw any kids The employees are so nice and super helpful They greet you whenever they see you and really made Jackson feel like a special place

There’s only a few things that could be improved The carpet in the room was really old, the bathroom door lock was broken and the bed was not comfortable The pool/hot tub are under renovation Lastly, in the room it says room service won’t come unless you request it; however, the came on Friday even with our do not disturb sign with no prior notice than knocking on the door to come bring towels or anything we needed Nice thought of them, but I think the sign in the room shouldn’t say they won’t come by if they do on Fridays at 11 Overall, the free breakfast is nice, the free cookies in the afternoon, and how quiet it is Because of the price point, you don’t really get any loud college kids throwing parties

Carrie

Super nice and new property They had fresh baked cookies ready when we arrived There’s the nicest Target store I’ve ever seen right across the street that you can walk to and get a Starbucks in the morning

The parking situation here is great, too No issues with finding a spot They don’t have digital keys, which seemed odd for a new hotel, but not a big deal considering everything else here was so nice I will stay here again for sure!

Meg A

Visiting while seeing the Snow Devils Snowmobile Hill Climb and I’m so happy I chose Hampton Inn! The staff and Bryon are so friendly, the rooms are clean & I enjoyed the fire pits outside taking in the view There are updates going on upper floors, but the staff was respectful of our time here Can’t wait to see the updates

We will be back next year!

Overall Comment: Room was comfortable, clean, recently updated; bathroom in particular with its large walk-in shower Tea Tree hair care and body wash products were a pleasant surprise Breakfast was awesome…everything you could want, and regularly refilled

Great location, right in downtown within walking distance to shopping and restaurants Underground parking was convenient and much appreciated, especially in the cold weather…the car was never cold! Staff was very friendly and helpful

This newer hotel is about a 15-minute ride from the airport and located on the east side of the downtown square The square is about a 5-minute walk Snow King resort is walkable but the hotel can also reserve a shuttle as well

The staff was kind and got me checked in quickly The room was clean and modern The bed was comfortable as were the linens The couch is wide enough to sleep on and has a slide out bed below to accommodate two guests The bathroom was clean as well with a large modern showerOther Amenities:- Free WiFi- Heated outdoor pool and spa- Fitness room- Mini fridge-Pullout couch- Free breakfastAll amenities were open during my stay The hotel encouraged social distancing

We enjoyed our stay in Jackson Alyssa, the front desk manager, was so welcoming, as was all other front desk assistants that we encountered! We typically have great stays at Marriotts, and this one was nothing less The room was clean, the hot tub in the evenings was wonderful, the breakfast had something for everyone, and the climate controlled underground parking was a great plus! We had two days of snow during our April visit and never had to scrape our windshield! We can’t wait to visit again

In-between seasons, post-skiing reservations netted a calm, quiet night’s stay and virtually a private restaurant breakfastBreakfast is served @ 8 am, so we toured a couple of early morning Grand Teton sights, returning in time for a great, off-the-menu breakfast of our choice–no wonky waffles or hardboiled eggs from a buffet serviceStaff couldn’t have been more welcoming! Any season would be the right time here

Will be coming back to this place as long as I possibly can! The staff were so incredibly kind and gracious, they loved making conversation with all the guests and going out of their way to remember everyone personally The house dogs were adorable and made our day multiple times The complimentary breakfast was superb and the dining room had the greatest ambiance

Special thanks to Dominic for the blueberry muffins!

Leah Goldman

Beautiful property with old Austrian ski charm right in the central base of Teton village Loved the comfortable bed and hot tub access but service was so sub-par it hindered the experience Evening check in person (6pm) came out after 5 minutes of waiting, actively chewing his food, and helped us with a cold attitude while letting the phones ring off the hook

Upon exiting and entering no staff greeted or welcomed us as we passed them Just not the hospitality that one expects at this price point, even if it’s the off season Morning staff seemed cheerier Breakfast was included but of mediocre quality Would return to the area, but probably choose another place to stay

It was an interesting experience We didn’t stay at the resort So this review is for the spa

We sat in the lobby for a bit and was greeted by the therapists who escort us to the big therapy room with a soaking tub In my experience, the first stop would be the locker room so we can undressed, get into our robes and sandals Then, we can proceed with the services Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here at this spa For such a nice therapy room our clothes were all over the couch because we weren’t escorted to the locker room (yes there is a locker room) Since my fiancé and I had to split up after our soak I had to leave the room (in the provided robe, which was very soft, and no slippers) The massage was fine, nothing to write home about Once I was done I, once again, I barefooted through the spa back to the big therapy room to put on my clothes For my fiancé, he said his therapist was all over the place Ultimately, it was not worth the $600 tab as we had better experiences at other spas

The location is great, walking distance to the heart of downtown with lots of shops and restaurants of every kind The lodging was excellent, even with a small room, it didn’t feel small given the other shared spaces to enjoy like the dinning area, the covered patio, grassy area and more Lots of room to find a place to sit and visit both indoors and outdoors

The breakfast was tailored to each person and generous The coffee was excellent The customer service was top notch and responsive to any requests We will definitely come back

Susan Forbes

Charming B&B feel to the place, gorgeous gardens, nice staff but the room was just not as we’d hoped It was dark and had a crummy view of the roof of the business next door While it did have an air conditioning unit, it was so loud it was hard to sleep

I mean really loud I expected it to conk out at any minute We only stayed one night, so we didn’t ask for a new room The bed was comfy though and the tub was a treat Breakfast was made to order All in all, in a town where a king room at a mid-range hotel chain costs $500, I think it’s probably a decent value at $415 I’m still giving them 4 stars for keeping up the good fight in very difficult times I hear they’re going to do a remodel and that’s great I probably won’t be able to afford it after that 😀

Kevin Kline

Fairly unimpressed, especially for the cost (yeah, everything in Jackson is expensive) Staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby was very nice and cozy, and the complimentary coffee was a nice touch Location was as good as it gets in a very walkable town like Jackson, which is good because there isn’t much parking here

The room was basic and aside from a fridge had everything I could have needed, but wasn’t that nice Bedding wasn’t very good but clean, mattress was fairly uncomfortable, the heater looked like it was from the 1980s and was fairly dusty when running, walls could have used new paint or even just a good solid cleaning as they were visibly dirty

We had Jeremy as our guide, and if you can request someone, I highly recommend him He made sure our group was comfortable (even though none of us had really been on a horse before), dished out some really fun facts, and made sure we all had an epic time We debated which ride to do, but one hour proved to be PERFECT for our group, and the views are just beyond something explainable

Wonderful customer service and scheduling was a breeze We will remember this forever 10/10

Jesse Guerra

This place was awesome Stayed in one of the lodges and I was not disappointed Views are insane at night, starry skies, I could also see the Tetons from my bed

Absolutely love this place and will be returning Although my only concern was an unprofessional staff member who lied about the alarm system in my lodge/condo I asked if my alarm system was armed and she said it was although it was not However, the rest of the staff members were great Views here are unmatched The best in Jackson, besides maybe Amangari next door

Jamie Taylor

The view is unmatched, soo beautiful The rooms were really under whelming and honestly felt dirty There are barely any lights in the room so you’re sitting in the dark majority of the time

The shuttle to town runs every 2 hours and you have to call and ask them to take you We tried to get ubers so we could go at our own times, but we couldn’t get one to come up the mountain to the ranch the entire time we stayed You pay for everything- fire wood, shuttle to the airport, amenities, etc There were no restaurants or activists at the hotel and there was not a house cleaning service that would come to your room

Not awful but not great Most of the staff at the front desk were great but the first person I encountered was less than polite or kind There are definitely some artistic liberties taken with the pictures on the website vs

the hotel as I saw it Our room was not cleaned and we had to go down and ask for towels at the front desk While there, 2 other people asked for the same thing I can understand if they were short staffed but it would have been nice to have a note saying that or telling us upon check-in We are reasonable and would have understood The final off-putting item was the change machine for the laundry room They had no change nor did they have any change at the front desk Our tour guide the day before said WY has more banks than gas stationsif this is true, it is unacceptable not to have change for the washer and dryer The pool was nice and the hot tubs were cozy and warm The breakfast was average but nothing too special Given the amount of money per night, we expected a little more than what we rec’d

Sharon Smith

Very nice! The beds super comfortable It’s so quiet, we were on the bottom floor, no noise from above or beside us or in the hallway And judging from the parking the hotel was full

We stayed off season so the rate was very reasonable for such a nice placeThe breakfast was also above and beyond delicious Two types of eggs, potatoes, sausage & bacon, sliced fruit, toast, bagles, muffinsOne of the nicest hotels in Jackson

Alan Robertson

Stayed here for a week, and was very pleased with our accommodationsThe staff was courteous and friendly, and the rooms were very nice, as you’d expect for a relatively new resortOverall, the facilities and amenities are great, and the complimentary breakfast is very good

My only complaint is that I wish there were more of a “grand lodge” style common area There are a couple of nooks with comfy seating, but there wouldn’t be enough during peak seasonOverall, would recommend, and would stay here again on our next visit to the area

BEST VACATION EVER! My husband and I chose this dude ranch for our family vacation after weeks of researching dude ranches What a wonderful place! The staff makes sure everyone feels welcome I am a novice horseback rider but that was no problem at all

We got to trail ride through the most beautiful countryside The food and accommodations were excellent The trip to the hot springs and rafting were also wonderful The ranch is just a short drive from downtown Jackson Hole and also close to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks You must visit this place!

E B

My best friend and I couldn’t wait for this trip! We had such a great time The staff is super friendly Cabins were clean (beds were EXTREMELY COZY) and the view from our cabin was spectacular

You’re given the same horse to ride all week which was nice to be able to bond The trails the wranglers take you on have stunning views!Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 – the food was just ok For the price, I felt like the meals (with the exception of meals out on the trails) were the equivalent of cafeteria food rather than a sit-down dining experienceWould recommend paying extra for the overnight camp trip The ranch goes all-out There is even an Oven and Kitchen Sink at the campsite with running water!!

Robyn Porter

Unbelievably excellent service from every employee that works at the ranch The staff and wranglers are super helpful and have a great can-do attitude! I loved the pre-planned activities… from fly fishing to horseback riding to white water rafting or to just sitting on the deck with a good book, there’s something for everyone Food is good and there’s lots of it too

Rooms are comfortable I’ve already booked my next stay at the ranch!
