I came to celebrate my birthday at this lovely hotel! The staff is so friendly, attentive, and helpful Our room was clean and stocked which was so comforting after our 8 hour driveThey are pet friendly and welcomed my pet with open arms, treats, and water! The gym was a nice amenity that we utilized

The fresh individually wrapped towels are an awesome touch! Our Housekeeper was so sweet, hard working and kind She made sure we had everything we needed dailyThe beach is just steps away and they provide towels upon request!I recommend getting the breakfast includedI have to agree the plumbing is somewhat loud and the elevators are slow but not a major deal breaker for us We loved our stay here! Thanks so much for everything

My wife and I have been staying here for years This place feels like home away from home I am a cancer transplant patient who requires a lot of care with constant trips to Mayo Clinic

The staff are so welcoming and amazing They truly go above and beyond from the front of the hotel, to the kitchen, to the cleaning staff, and management in all aspects they really show they care The hotel is really clean and it is very obvious they care about keeping it that way I have to be so very careful as a transplant patient and I can tell you I feel very safe at this hotel Not to mention that every room here is oceanfront view with balcony It is such a blessing to be able to have this soothing healing view with the pain I feel through treatments sometimes Our family thanks everyone of them and are very grateful for the last couple of years and years to come as I fight through this cancer Thank you for allowing our family to feel like home away from home 🙂

Considering this hotel has beachfront views, the prices are fantastic For some FL beach perspective, I recently paid in the $500/night range on Daytona Beach, and in the $900/night range Miami BeachThe hotel offers good amenities – a gym, business center, heated pool and hot tub

Staff were very nice, and the room was cleanThere were only 3 drawbacks Firstly, parking is tight – especially if you have a larger vehicle It seems there are not enough spaces in the lot for a full hotel Secondly, our TV had constant issues, and wouldn’t work properly Unfortunate, but not detrimental Thirdly, there was an incident – probably just an honest mistake, but it was an incident nonetheless At 9:25am on the morning of checkout, I was abruptly awoken by the house keepers coming into my room – even though checkout isn’t until 11, and there was “Do Not Disturb” sign on the doorEven so, I would consider staying at this hotel again

, Steven” needs to work on his customer service skills and learn to listen instead of blowing off customers Oh and he needs to stop lying and saying since he is the manager, there is no one above him that you can speak to There is! She’s the general manager (although it took me calling corporate to find this info)

She was extremely nice and resolved my issue expeditiouslyThe issue was:I called to confirm my reservation and Steven tells me that my husband needs his work ID in order to get the Lockheed rate, that we book or we would have to pay a higher rate Well we were already on the way to Florida and didn’t have it It was not mentioned anywhere that it was required and that I could pull up his info via Lockheed website He said “no”, either we produce the badge or pay a higher rate This wasn’t an option I asked him why I wasn’t sent and email or text or notified of this when I booked the room He bluntly said “it should have been on your reservation” I told him it wasn’t and he said, “I can check it but you still need the ID” I told him I don’t agree with his decision and asked for the manager He said that he was the manager I asked for his manager or someone over him and he said “there is no one else, I am the manager” I asked for his name he said “Steven” I asked for his full name and he said “Steven is all you need to know” He said you have a government rate and must have your husband’s ID I tried explaining that Lockheed is not the government but contracts with the government He would listen and transferred me to reservations knowing full well that they couldn’t help meAfter several phone calls, I almost gave in but I found the corporate number and the gave me the management company for this hotel I called and gave them the above information and the General Manager called me back very quick Turns out that Steven was wrong and the only ID we needed was our driver’s license She apologized and made me feel like a valued customer and said she would educate Steven When we checked in, Steven walked away and let us checked in with another repI did catch him off guard as we were leaving and asked him why he gave me such a hard time, he gave a smirky type of apology and said that he learned something new and said that he apologizedOther than that incident, the hotel itself was very clean and the other staff was nice

horrible service my parents are staying there for my moms surgery at the Mayo clinic They offer a shuttle service but cant seem to pick up their phone when a patient calls needing to be picked up from the clinic

my parents who are both older had to sit there for 2 hours trying to reach them until when they only had 7 percent battery left on their phone and called me i had to order them a lyft just to get them back when my parents walked back in the hotel they were greeted my a man named Steve who laughed at my dad when he said hes been trying to call for 2 hours To laugh like my dad was joking is completely unacceptable and rude then of course all the phone magically worked again and I was able to call All i can keep thinking about is what if today was the day for surgery and my mom had sat there for 2 hours in pain because this hotel is careless this is also not the first bad review on them not picking up a phone and for the excuse of the phone lines being down do better and get a back plan I now have to wait until Wednesday to talk to the Manager

Elite Makeover

I booked a reservation at this location On the day of I tried calling them over a dozen times to inform them that I will be in a bit late I got no response no email no courtesy at all after I payed my reservation in full

It was urgent I spoke to them as I was traveling h 3000 miles and needed to know if it was ok to check in after midnight The next day I call and they tell me that there was no way no one answered as the phones were busy and they had agents all day Not only was my trip ruined but I was not given the respect or the courtesy of a refund or credit and was flat out called a liar and said there was nothing they could do I had to overall just cancel my Jacksonville trip for the night all because there was zero communication I could understand if they were busy but I got no apologies or consideration as a customer I will never book a Hampton EVER again

The positives – the rooms are clean and nice and feel modernThe negatives – you feel like they are purposely trying to inconvenience you No drink machines on the floors

You are forced to visit the shop in the lobby for all drinks which is not convenient and especially if you have kidsWhere would you expect the towels for the pool? At the pool? or at the check-in desk? Well, you have to go to check-in desk which is not even on the pool level, so when you get out of the pool you cannot get towels unless you ride the elevator up a floor to the lobby, and while others are checking in, ask the staff for towels That’s just weirdNo microwaves in the rooms An oceanfront room, priced like this, and no microwave? No room service and the restaurant is extremely slow and the food is mediocre at bestI get it It’s a gimmicky resort-style hotel that wants to push you into all it’s amenities for extra revenue, but it’s a hassle and makes the experience less-than-comfortableCool location, but not convenient enough to come back I’d rather opt for the Hampton Inn beachfront and have an expected hotel experience

We had a wonderful stay beginning of April The weather was beautiful (a little windy) The room was very clean and comfortable The food was amazing and drinks as well

Every employee we came in contact with were super friendly!! I read some reviews saying the pool had no sun by noon We did not have that issue, the side of the pool by the hotel had no sun around 1:30 but there was plenty of sun on the other side Pool was never to full to not find a chair We were able to walk to many bars/restaurants and shops If I had anything to say that may be negative was there is only 1 hook for wet clothes and towels and there was no microwave in the room (there was a fridge) so we had to throw out any left over food that we purchased but Definitely not a big deal

Nikki Mikkelson

The only reason I’m giving any stars, is because my room was absolutely beautiful and clean The view was breathtaking First of all, my room was an hour late, and I was there on business, so I lost an hour of work

We went for dinner on the second floor balcony, and I eventually got very chili, so we went to the first available table inside Jacob came to ask if I was lost, and I noticed the hostess staring over my way Jacob expressed that I was sitting in his station I apologized and explained that it was very cold out and the bar was full He then went to go get my food that I had already ordered, and brought no utensils or napkins I had to eat with my hands He didn’t even check to see if my partner or I needed anything For the amount of money we paid for our overnight visit, customer care could have been so much better For this, I probably will not come back

We have visited this property three times and each stay has been wonderful Whether in the hotel or villas, no complaints here The property is beautifully maintained and has many amenities to enjoy- restaurants, Starbucks, pools, bikes, putt putt, corn hole, and a shuttle to the beach club near by

You can rent beach chairs/umbrella at the beach club for an additional cost Our hotel room was spacious and very clean I noticed housekeeping constantly cleaning throughout my stay The sanitizing stations worked and the lobby restrooms were always clean The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and departure Definitely a place we will continue to visit

M. Gonzalez

Perfectly located!!! They received my dog and I (small dachshund), the hotel has two restaurants, didn’t get to use the pool as we took the shuttle to the beach which brought us back seamlessly! (Apparently it’s a HUGE PLUS since there is no real beach access in Ponte Vedra

They drop you off at another lodge whereby you can rent a cabana, have a bar and restaurant, and all the amenities of a hotel)A valet named Hunter took amazing care of me and my car, absolutely nicest and most attentive valet ever! The front desk a gentleman, Kevin (from Germany) checked us in, very nice concierge, and Peter at the front desk also helped me out on the way out to extend the check out without an issue as I had mistaken the spa appointment time and we had a beach morning plannedThe grounds are gorgeous, the courses speak for themselves Though the rooms are a little outdated everything was impeccable! They have a pretty complete gift shop with any other items you may have forgotten to pack (Joanie was awesome) and the actual golf clothing store was well equipped but only for adult men They could spruce up inventory for us ladies a bit!Immediately upon leaving the hotel you have a shopping center across with a solid ABC liquor store, Publix, and a bunch little shops all worth checking out There were some restaurants there as well If you needed to, you could walk over from the hotel but there is plenty of parking both at the Marriott and the plazaI will be back to visit the family and definitely return to the hotel The spa was divine too, worth every penny (thank you Mary!)

Maggie Attoe

Absolutely gorgeous location and property I would recommend and definitely come back The staff was so friendly and accommodating

My only very minor complaint was the Vilas are a smidge dated (primarily the restrooms shower/toilet area) and the exterior could use a little TLC Other than that though everything else is exceptional! Walking the grounds, and relaxing outside Or utilizing the conference rooms you will not be disappointed!

After looking for various venues to have my daughter’s wedding, we landed upon Paola at One Ocean Paola assured me that the resort would deliver my expectations and desires flawlessly as I know she knew I was a stickler for details! I / we couldn’t have been happier with our experience The hotel is beautiful, rooms are very nice for out of town guest, and the venue is fantastic

Having said that, the staff was plentiful and very attentive to all of our needs and wishes They did special things that were never discussed to let us know they cared about our experience, and it wasn’t lip service, but rather a dedicated staff with attention to details I had 3 main requirements that I don’t mind sharing: Outstanding service, excellent food served hot, and for my guests to be served simultaneously and quickly They deliveredI cant say enough good things about my experience and I have done this several times with various country clubs and resorts, so I know what to expect To go even further, the valet parking people even got to know us by name and they were on it when I thought they might not be able to handle the volume of cars for our pretty large wedding So, if you are thinking of One Ocean as a wedding venue, I tip my hat to them and gladly give them 5 Stars, especially my daughter Coming from me, this is huge, as I am a facility person and can tend to be critical of things If you choose them for a venue, I believe you will be impressed and I strongly endorse them (and I have been everywhere) I plan to use them for other upcoming business functions as a result!

Perfect service The best service and employee attitude of being helpful and ‘nothing is a problem’ and ‘let me take care of that for you’ I have seen in 25 plus years anywhere in the USA I have worked in the service industry and my family owned hotels and restaurants- so I know and do excellent service

EVERYONE at ONE was this excellent Trent, Glen, Toni- I am and was very impressed I was there at a conference- we stayed 4 days I mentioned many of us drink tea, so the hot water container was small She brought a second one and by the next morning changed furniture so they could fit a big hot water container These details and going to any length to make the customer happy are WONDERFUL I have told people about this place The company who organized our conference got so many positive reviews, that we are coming back next year! They have never done that- we usually skip a year or never go backTHANK YOU FOR RESTORING MY BELIEF IN HUMANITY That there are more people like me and my friends who still care and serve and enjoy making other people happy!!!

Britt E

Amazing experience at One Ocean, as always We choose to come here once a year and it never disappoints The beach is beautiful and never overly crowded (plus, the beach chairs + umbrella that are included are an amazing perk)

The quaint beach town, which is right outside the hotel, has everything you need + more Cute coffee shops, tons of restaurants, bars and lots of friendly locals Marla and Trent at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we had the best trip yet! We can’t wait to go back again! Thanks, One Ocean!

The attendant was friendly and on point The bar/restaurant area was nice but we didn’t eat or drink on this stay nor did we use the pool area but it looked nice as well as did the grounds The issues were the smell in the hallways, and the room was very dated

Our shower had been badly cracked (24″ or more) and a very sloppy silicone patch was applied The shower pan was also very weak and felt as if it were ready to fall through I can definitely see why the halls have a funky smell The mattress springs could be felt when getting in and out of bed and my wife’s back bothered her all day after sleeping on it I would pass this location and go to the one at Jax beach We loved our stay there a few months ago

josh

Would have given more stars but I want to be very clear about this

THE BEDS ARE HARD AS A ROCK Came into town for a couple days for a medical issues after sleeping on this bed we have decided to cancel our stay and head home In more pain then before we came If you want to sleep on a brick then this is the perfect placeEverything else was clean and fine

Matthew Buchanan

Pros:- Lobby and common areas maintained- Staff friendly- Breakfast was good valueCons:- Rooms and interior corridors were extremely dated and the room smelled strongly of a harsh cleaning chemical For $170 a night I expect more out of a Marriott property

We had a great view The room was on the small side with 2 queen beds The fridge still had the prior tenants ice cream in the freezer

Housekeeping apologized and took it away immediately No big dealThe hotel seems to be an older one but it was clean and the staff was very friendly and eager to please The pool was nice, too

brandy McFarland

Beds were comfy and good location It was being remodeled but the room didn’t look like it was cleaned well Already water damage in bathroom on the door frame

Both rooms had a weird smell to them and carpet felt weird Idk if they still had more to do In the room in between guests or not It was noisy but we were able to sleep Breakfast was good but dining area was small

Absolutely enjoyed my stay The hotel staff was extremely friendly My family really enjoyed Joshua in the hotel restaurant

He was extremely friendly and polite He is the reason we ate at the hotel for dinner both nights of our stay The room was great We had no issue The only downfall was the pool was extremely cold Our daughter is a water baby so that was a bummer for us

Debbie Aubrey

This hotel is close to the Hwy,which on one hand is good, but it as also means the noise level is higher The room itself was nice just as advertised on the website

It was also nice to be able to have a hot complementary breakfast again( Post Covid) The staff were nice I did see staff wiping down door handles, tables, lamp lights All staff wore masks You do have to ask for house cleaning if staying longer than one day

Stacey Deal

This hotel is one of our favorite Hilton brand hotels and we love staying there! The only thing this hotel does different than the rest of the other Hilton hotels, is you cannot go to the pool whenever you want! You have to make a reservation! I know that the pool is indoors, but again other Hilton hotels in the area with an indoor pool do not require a reservation! The hot tub was not hot! It was just as cool as the pool! Other than those two things, it was great! Breakfast is fantastic and the omelets are delicious!

The reason I gave 5 stars already on our first night is based mostly on staff The front desk greeter was super nice I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name

We had a few glitches with our key reader to our room and Tammy was absolutely fantastic She was on top of it and she got everything in line Tammy also personally checked our pillows & switched out the down pillows since I’m allergic She was very quick and efficient The room is spacious with our king bed and big bathroom Definitely looking forward to the rest of our stay!

I’ve been planning on making reservations at this hotel I was in town and decided to drive by and just check it out Mr

Jackson greeted me (Front desk supervisor) He gave me brochures for the spa and hotel, and he gave me a full tour of the facility He was fantastic and professional He was thorough and told me all about the place He showed me the pool area, dining area, room types, and views He was very welcoming and knowledgeable That kind of service makes all the difference in the hotel you choose to spend your 3-day weekend I will definitely be staying here It exceeded my expectations of class and quality 💯

Larry Tallis

It seems that every time we eat at the Lodge and Club the computer generated check always overcharges us It happened again this past week The overcharge came out to be in the neighborhood of 15%

If it was an isolated experience I certainly wouldn’t be writing about it We brought it to the attention of the waiter who had his manager correct it If the check was hand calculated I probably wouldn’t have thought much about it But the computer is programed to put the cost of items onto the check I hate being taken advantage of! Secondly, two days ago I ordered a drink from the bar No big deal Vodka, triple sec and lime juice From the corner of my eye I saw the bartender pouring water into the drink Is this the definition of a watered down drink? I think so With an exploding population in the area, a wait list for membership, management is in my opinion really squeezing every dollar it can get Shameful! Will I eat at the Lodge again? Probably not Will I buy drinks at the Lodge? Probably not Why am I still a member? Simple! Not many other options to consider and the buy in is not transferable And then, if I really want to be picky the chairs at the trellis should have been replaced two years ago because they are saggy and worn out

The Oasis has THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE I have received better service at Walmart All of the employees completely ignored us

It was a free for all for seating No one told us to check in with the hostess cause they were all too busy not making eye contact with us I had to call the front desk to get the manager (the suit) who then refused to let us order We are spending $800 a night for a room And this is the service they have Will not be coming back here Please Plenty of other options to stay at on the beach

Check in was easy, the front desk was always great however, the room was just sad It was empty with not just outdated furniture but old, worn furniture It feels like how I’d imagine moving into a fixed income, furnished one bedroom apartment would feel I wouldn’t sit on the couch The bed I had was comfy though No blackout curtains The walls were incredibly thin The people next to me kept me up all night listening to them vomit Sounded like maybe they had a stomach bug, hope they feel better I recommend playing white noise on your phone to drown out the sound of partying and thin walls They don’t provide any water bottles or drinking water even upon check in Parking was horrible They have 2 very small lots that they share with the public so it’s unlikely you’ll get a spot during peak hours One day i just drove around for an hour until someone left The hot water for the shower took 20 minutes to turn even remotely warm One morning I waited 30 minutes and it was still cold, I chalked it up to being out of hot water so I took a cold shower and by the time I was getting out, it was starting to turn warm If you have anywhere to be, start your shower WAY earlier I was late to a business meeting due to this Housekeeping ignored the do not disturb sign on my door and cleaned my room anyways It doesn’t just seem old, it’s musty and dusty It’s just dirty feeling At one point the hallway smelled like throw up Stuff piled up everywhere for guests to see Again, I stay in historic hotels all the time and this is not well kept up with The beach access was really nice The staff was really nice I absolutely loved all of the bar tenders Seriously can’t say good enough things about them The upstairs restaurant is wonderful But I won’t stay here again

The most charming of spaces

if you can find in the middle of the ugly Daytona-like high rises, you will be delighted with this fancy, old Florida (Spanish) hotel Sitting on the beautiful patio with a lavish (albeit self-serve) breakfasthelped by a smiling, warm staffthis is wonderful I have come here for decades for the delicious Sunday brunch and top floor tiny barbut staying here was even better Highly recommend My room was not oceanfront (less expensive) but still very nice

Travelers beware if you’re booking for the next few weeks We were not informed that there would be massive construction going on while we stayed The hotel knew we were going to be booking a red eye flight in and would be getting in early Saturday morning and they said nothing of the construction

When we arrived it was impossible to sleep due to the hotel construction Jack hammering to the left, right, above, and below us There would have been no point in switching rooms The construction was happening throughout the hotel We were greeted with saw dust and construction Mats down everywhere Our bathtub was falling apart and the water pressure sucked The staff was unfriendly and appeared more interested in socializing with themselves than helping guests that were clearly from out of town Save yourself the money and book at a holiday inn for a hundred dollars less/per night In fact You may even have a more pleasant stay overallAlso the hotels comments in other peoples reviews demonstrate their complete and utter lack of care for their guests A discount should have been offered for the stay They should have sent out notification emails to all parties booking during their construction period But instead they overlooked all of that for a profit And are insisting in the comments “we hope you come back to see the finished product” What a joke Why would you come back to see the product when you were ripped off during your stay due to their renovations? I will forever be telling people to never book from this hotel again And they should have the decency to heavily discount their rates during construction or shut for the remainder of their renovation But charging above average rates for the worst sleeping conditions you can imagine is insane*****Update******After posting this review I received a new bill with a discount I’m pleased that they made the situation right and hope in the future they will be more transparent with their guests before booking

Surprise! Very loud construction above our bed started at 9am

this is not a 4 star hotel tub was peeling we could feel springs in the bed pillows were flat no curtains only sheers horrible experience!!! Because we made our hotel reservation without our Hilton Honors plan, the hotel did not honor our complaints Would not recommend this hotel ever!

BEWARE OF CONSTRUCTION!!! We stayed there a month ago for a wedding Bride and family were surprised that hotel was under construction and the room block was effected Some communication to guests would’ve been nice and a great warning to at least let us know what to expect

I would never stay at a hotel for that price for the quality eitherThe dust from the construction causes health issues to everyone in my family, the beds were uncomfortable, and the walls were super thin

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area

I have been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you definitely won’t be let downWe stayed one night at the hotel We have stayed in many hotels much more expensive and not had as pleasant an experience and great nights sleep We recently bought a very expensive mattress and their mattress was even more comfortable The room was very clean, Newly renovated, and the hotel is very quiet The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful We requested a microwave it was delivered within five minutes I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel The breakfast was not included but they had a very extensive continental breakfast for seven dollars or a full breakfast buffet for $15 for adults It is pet friendly but you would never know it by any odors or noise

I needed a place to stay because I had to wait 2 weeks for my apartment to be ready but that was also close to work and I must say, the experience was absolutely wonderful The rooms were clean, the staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating The breakfast and food in general is also quite exceptional, I enjoyed the low key ambiance and drinks and I couldn’t have asked for a better transitional place to stay than here

Whether you’re here on vacation or in my position and needed a place to stay, I highly recommend this place

I want to thank the friendly front desk staff Cintya, Ryan, Abby, Kaitlin, Emily, and Faith they were all extremely attentive to all our needs When we needed extra towels they were sent up immediately, when we ordered room service it was sent up quickly We always stay at this Sheraton when we are in Jacksonville because of the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, location and the staff

Also the chef always makes a delicious homemade soup of the day! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

This hotel is in a great location with a very short walk to beach near the lifeguard station and nearby restaurants & bars Our room was quite spacious with a small kitchenette Everything was super clean and still smelled brand new

Lots of great amenities, including complimentary bikes, drinks during the week, delicious brunch, all day coffee & flavored water Josh was especially helpful and friendly – when our flight was unexpectedly delayed, he gave us a long extended checkout time so we could enjoy the beach and then relax & shower in our room before we headed to the airport

The staff upon check in and in passing were very pleasant The gentleman checking us in was awesome and hilarious Was great talking to him

Cheered us up after a long day of travel The day and evening staff always gave a passing “hello” and would ask if everyone was going well or if we needed anythingThe ONLY reason I almost took 1 star off was due to the state of the tub It was pretty beat up I assume they are renovating, because the room, beds, TV and counters were ultra updated/in perfect condition The beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve EVER stayed in I usually don’t sleep well when traveling, but these beds changed that So I recommend overlooking the tub if you get that room (it was still perfectly functional) and just enjoy the remainder of your time By the time I was out of the tub, I forgot all about itBecause the hospitality, beds and rest of the room was perfect I don’t feel the need to knock stars off

Mimi Jones

This hotel was definitely amazing! And I love how the rooms match the pictures that they advertise online to a perfection! They were super clean no dust anywhere except for the AC vents, it was very dusty there so maybe they could clean the vents out or change the filters a bit more consistently (we ended catching colds because of this)Other than that our stay here was amazing and our housekeeper Kenneth was awesome and very attentive to us! He deserves a raise!

Courtney Cox

Overall, the hotel is fine You can tell it was once a really fabulous place but it is in need of a lot of TLC The rooms are pretty spacious, but housekeeping was not great

The rooms have hard floors with lighting around the perimeter of the bed, and as soon as the light turned on, there was trash and debris all over the floor, not to mention the 2 insects I had to kill in the roomthere is currently no on site restaurant or bar which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons I booked (the direct website does mention that these amenities are closed, but 3rd party sites do not) The pool was nice and warm and very clean When I mentioned the cleanliness issues to the desk manager, I was offered some Best Western Points which is ok, but given what I paid for the room, I certainly expected just a higher overall standard All in all, if the price was right, I would consider staying again, but only if I inspected the room before agreeing to stay

Room was clean and nice Front desk was helpful, breakfast was good, there was always coffee available and it’s a stones throw from a public beach Can’t go wrong with that even on a business trip!!Only issue I had being there for 10 days (for work) was the fridge in the room was way to damn small 🤷🏻‍♂️

Erin Andrews

I booked the whirlpool suite due to recent back injections and the need to get some relief from the pain The whirlpool spa was just an oversized bathtub because it didn’t work I asked for a manager and nobody got back to me

I’m so disappointed that I payed all this money for a service that didn’t work And by the reviews, it wasn’t the first time Very disappointed!!!

This place is nothing like the pics I paid $180 for one night, for a king bed and jetted tub The jetted tub didn’t work

One of the AC units didn’t work There was no light in the lamp on the nightstand The hot tub is unavailable The condition of the hotel is poor at best I asked for another room with jetted tub Nothing available Yet no refund or discount! The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the jetted tub in the room and the hot tub by the pool Neither worked! This room is worth maybe $50 a night at best I’m livid to say the least If nothing is done by management or corporate, I plan to post pictures and my negative review everywhere possible This is unacceptable!!!!!!

My parents are both disabled My mom has had a double lung transplant and my dad a stroke My mom is a patient at Mayo Clinic

They stayed at this place recently and the ac leaked, soaking the carpet They had no clean wash rags or towels even when requested My parents do not like to make a fuss so I called and the guy at the front desk did not care The guy at the front desk told me they do not replace towels daily My parents ask and they still did not get clean towels! Disrespectful staff and not clean
