This Marriott property has a great location near the Florida Atlantic University Rooms were nice but miss having a balcony to enjoy the Florida sunshine on my vacation They have a pool, hot tub and workout facilities

They DO NOT offer a free breakfast but do offer for a cost Starbucks coffee, tea and breakfast items Unlike Starbucks, they charge you for milk and do not notify you of the cost until you have made your cup of choice I know it’s a small thing, but with plenty of places to stay in the Jupiter area, the choice is in the details

highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the areaPROs:- No resort fee, despite respectable amenities including a fitness center (open 24/7) and pool (I forget the pool hours, unfortunately)- Complimentary breakfast from 6-10 am

, and this is a legit breakfast with real options (more details below and in photos)- Complimentary coffee (light roast and decaf) and hot water/tea/hot chocolate, available 24/7- Highly professional and courteous staffCONs: None??? I suppose if I were really nit-picking- Valet parking only, for around $40/night, but that seems comparable to other hotels in the area- The walls may have been a bit on the thin side, based on my hearing other guests’ doors close from inside my roomCheck-in and check-out were both quick and painlessRoom was clean with lots of towels, a small fridge, a small safe, and smart TVMy room also had a larger desk/table than average, a 2-person couch, and wet bar It felt like a studio apartment!Breakfast was surprisingly generous Available daily were a waffle bar (make your own waffles with original plain flavor or another such as maple or blueberry that would change daily), oatmeal, variety of muffins, toast, various yogurt flavors, various juices (orange daily and apple or passion-orange guava depending on the day) And in addition to the daily items, there would be 1 type of meat and egg that changed every day (eg bacon, different types of sausage, scrambled eggs or omelet with cheese and veggies), and sometimes a form of potatoes or french toast sticks as wellFinally, Jupiter street is wide enough that it was easy for ridesharing services to pull up in front of the hotel And the driveway was also easily accessible for cars to drive in and turn around in the valet area

Just Me

Some people get the pool view; we got the homeless view! Same man sat on the steps for hours and hours, and it was uncomfortable walking back and forth to my car alone Even looking out our room window was weird, because he looked up at us every time we looked out Was in plain view of front desk, I think, so not sure why they didn’t ask him politely to go elsewhere

Outside of the hotel looks really nice, but the inside feels like an old, dark, dingy, dirty Motel 6 from the 80s, with a bit of a creepy vibe The front desk staff was nice enough, but I wouldn’t say went out of their way to be hospitable Young male workers there were very sweet They are the reason for one star The location gets another star Price was good compared to others in that area BUT really not much different than a $50 hotel in Orlando Breakfast was decent enough and the ladies taking care of it worked hard and were kind

Matt Mahl

The hotel itself seems nice but even checking in another guest was at the front desk with a complaint the handle on their door brokeNow once we got into the room we immediately noticed roaches and bugs everywhere in the bathroom, this was their deluxe corner suite room 414, not one or two but an alarming amount of bugs We ended up not even staying more than an hour there and got out the place was a mess, they offered us another room but that rooms AC unit was broke and it was full of ice and dripping water everywhere

Lastly Debbie at the front desk should absolutely find a new career, I called twice with questions before our stay and could help but feel like an inconvenience to her and we tried getting a crib for our room and she wouldn’t reserve one yet when I called back another hotel staff said she would have it ready for our stay

John VM

Room clean but breakfast area not, needs update badly But could be a great place if given more care Bathrooms not cleaned in stall corners

Had discarded nail and bandaidBreakfast, only hot item was container of scrambled eggs

I stayed for a few months and what an amazing experience!! The staff is wonderful!! This is the place to stay if you want to feel like home! Everything from the time I got there to the time I left was perfect! The team truly knows what hospitality means… make sure you say hi to Tasha, Bret, Tom, Lovetta, Pete, George, “young” George, Vince, Keri and the rest of the staff! They are all wonderfulThey also love dogs!I would give more than 5 stars!

Jessica King

This hotel was the worst stay ever I am an active traveler with my family, our two dogs make up that family! This place actively promotes that it is “dog friendly”… they should advertise it as “dogs accepted” because they were NOT friendly! First day we checked in, several hotel members came to our door to tell us to calm our dogs down My dog barked once that day

We were also on a dog friendly floor! The hotel manager Rhonda harassed us in the hotel lobby when I was taking them on a walk continuously asking us what hotel room we were in… weird! There was a guest next door who did not like dogs So in return of bringing dogs, she piled up her garbage in front of our door I am extremely disappointed People with dogs should NOT go to this hotel, it is hurtful and mean the way they handle the situations This hotel ruined our vacation and we are Marriott gold members

Jordana York

From the second we entered the hotel, we knew that this was going to be an awesome stay! All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially James! Everything was extremely clean The suite we stayed in exceeded all our expectations The price was surprisingly good for the quality received

Added bonues was the fact they had a large parking area that accommodated our boat trailer & truck! -> THIS HOTEL will be our # 1 spot to stay for all our fishing trips and weekend getaways!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I had a good time The rooms were pretty clean, but they were a quite outdated Apparently this was a very busy week for the resort because they ran out of clean washcloths two nights in a row, so that was not a great experience

On a positive note, the staff was very friendly The highlight for us was the beach, the pools and the activity center They offered a variety of events each day that our kids loved Tony Lucas at the Activity Center was exceptional!! He greeted us and everyone warmly and really made us feel welcomed He made sure we had a great time there

Kaitlyn Cole

My family of 4 came here last week and we had a great experience We did book an 1 bedroom ocean front and it was totally worth it Our view was spectacular

I recommend paying the extra points or price and getting the ocean front The building we were at , dolphin , was super close to the family pool Since I had 2 kids (5 and 1) it was important to be near there We never had any issues getting a pool chair The beach was walking distance We did have to pay $100 for 2 days of beach chairs and umbrella If I had to do it again, I’d figure out a way to bring a tent of my own but we flew so that wasn’t as likely I’m not sure I’d do that again just the 4 of us since my kids wanted to be in the water and I didn’t have much time to relax The food at the resort was good I can’t say it was spectacular but for us it met our needs It was also walking distance to the little town area to get food Not many restaurants on the beach in the area which was disappointing

Ava Gividen

The hotel has so many pools and so spacious It’s spread out so well far apart that you hardly see other people I’ve had to pull to myself multiple nights with just been a very peaceful calming experience

I like to watch the sunrise and there’s only a handful of people out in the morning They have lots of cool shells on the beach Their pretzels were delicious

Decent! We went to the spa, the restaurant, and hung out by the pools all day The best parts were the quality of massages we got, the fish sandwich, poke bowl, honeybelle pie at the restaurant, and the large and spacious main pool We liked the concept of the mineral and dead sea salt pools, but we needed to ask them to skim them (to get the dead floating bugs and debris off) and all of the pools needed water, so that the built-in skimmers can function properly

The staff was pleasant, especially Alex, but they had me down as a female and had the wrong name for my massage, which was annoying The front desk experience at the spa could be more streamlined too We literally had to say our last name 3 times, which isn’t a difficult one The locker rooms were nice, clean, and smelled good! The pool area could stand to be weeded and the trees trimmed Overall, it was a good value and we would definitely go back! Personally, I liked it better than The Breakers, so if they just fine-tune on the details, they’re almost there!

Gustavo Villalpando

Didn’t get to play the Bear Trap because it is under renovation, so played the front nine twice The layout is average Several of the greens are incredibly resistant to approach shots, even wedges from 125 yards out

The ball trampolines off the green if you don’t have a good amount of backspin The greens were speedy but not overly so Don’t expect an off-season glorious time as there is construction everywhere The staff are the highlight here Lots of fantastic, friendly, and hard-working folks here, so tip generously as they are working hard to maintain things as best they can

Luis Sepulveda

Beautiful resort We had a quick stay while visiting friends in the area I would have given them 5 stars if I didn’t get a massive red toe nail stuck in my heal as I walked around my room, and find a clump of hair in my shower

They apologized when I called the front desk and was told they would come to clean immediately after we left for dinnerThey never cleaned the hair in the shower I wasn’t going to bring it up again but my fiancée said I should My resort fee was removed from my bill after mentioning what happened

Cirea Strode

Overall we had an absolutely amazing experience!!! Charissa at the front desk was amazing They were able to accommodate us for early check in The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming

The room was extremely clean and the bed slept AMAZING!!! The breakfast in the morning was awesome especially the eggs Only cons were the elevator floors were always dirty (busy weekend) and the coffee was on the watery side Overall we had a wonderful time

Dante Gutierrez

I had a 2-night stay at this hotel this weekend The staff was very friendly, acommodating, and responsive They provided excellent service in a professional manner

Also, it was easy to reach (right off the highway) and only 5 minutes away from the Rapids Water Park It allowed us to go when they opened, take a break during the hottest hours, and then return in the eveningThe breakfast was really good and had different items each day Definitely above quality than other hotels’ breakfast line-upsThe room was clean, well-kept, and the bed/couch/pullouts were comfortable My 5 year old twins slept the entire night both nights! I even took a nap on the couch at one pointThe pool was decently sized and clean, although i did not get a chance to swim in it sadlyAll this for a very reasonable price I definitely recommend this hotel, and will likely book again!

Karla De La Mata

Would 100% stay here again during future visits to West Palm Beach! I had to check in over the phone as to not miss the check-in window after an evening flight was delayed multiple times into the early morning hours – the front desk staff over the phone and in-person when I finally did arrive were very kind and eager to help in any way The lobby and suite smelled really good and were very clean The double bed suite was also very spacious; the West Elm trundle bed nice touch! My stay was short with a tight schedule

I ended up hoping to have been able to stay longer to sleep in and enjoy the complimentary breakfastit was really that wonderful of a stay Thank You So Much Springhill Suites!

I wanted to write a review for this hotel and specifically for the intern Derek Last week I was in a bind and needed a hotel room last minute for my two month old and I Derek was so helpful and professional while he helped get us a room

He handled every detail and made us feel so comfortable He helped us to the room and got a pack n play sent up for my daughter immediately He checked on us throughout our stay and answered questions when we had them There needs to be more people in the world like Derek This industry is lucky to have him

Kathy Horning

We had a wonderful time here Even by Marriott Resort standards, service was exceptional! Special shoutouts to Jenn and Eric in activities for providing activities that were not just well planned, but also accessible for my bad knee Adam in Security stepped up to the plate to be our blackjack dealer

He said he had never done it before, but he was so much fun! Sam at the front desk was a wizard! We had a delivery made where the driver didn’t follow instructions She was able to determine that the order was for me just with my first name The grounds here are well maintained I think the nicest beach on Singer Island is here Highly recommended

Daniela and Adrian at the lobby bar were awesome! They remembered our drinks every night and were super friendly On the other hand, the housekeeping service was lacking When we checked in, we asked our room to be clean every day

Not only was it not, but when we asked for extra towels or shampoo, it took a very long time and we ended up in arguments with the housekeepers This needs to be improved! Overall, though, comfortable and good stay Thank you

Sarah Callow

We had to change our reservation last minute The hotel was very welcoming and the gentleman at the front desk was outstanding and very professional The room was very clean and staff was friendly

We had to get an extra blanket because we kept our room on the colder side but asked the front desk when we walked in and they got it from the back for us

Very clean and comfortable, and from housekeeping to front desk very courteous Excellent breakfast buffet Excellent prices for rooms would recommend to anyone, great place to stay for families with children, mine were with me and enjoyed the place, I was impressed that the staff took time to speak to my children and patiently answered all their questions about the hotel and they loved the breakfast buffet also, many choices for picky eaters

Had a horrible experience I entered the hotel with my 3 year old son to use the restroom, I asked the lady in the front desk with the blue hair if there was a restroom available She looked at me with lack of emotion and said all bathroom were closed

She did not suggest anywhere else after seeing my son’s urgency Clearly, a non employee was just walking out of the restroom after flushing Because I was traveling and my son had an emergency, I didn’t have the timeto justify what I saw Luckily there was a McDonald’s across the street McDonald’s had a better hospitality manners than this establishment Comfort Suites should recruit McDonald’s employees because clearly they are better trained for customer services

J J

Today, August 13th, 7pm; my husband and I are driving from North Carolina to Florida We stopped here by chance and when I went to the lobby clutching my belly, asking for the bathroom, the blonde lady behind the desk said it’s for employees only Then I said, “Are you sure?” and she said “Yes, I’m sure”

While holding me belly through the door She never asked if I was a current guest, a future interested guest or just another lady with a medical emergency I went to McDonald’s Not acceptable

Worth every penny, in every way except breakfast Whichever hotel ever really decides to commit to doing this right, they will lead the pack and get all the bookingsPeople want real, quality, tasty, food to start their day

Not just cereal boxes, egg substitute, and dried up potatoes! The exception was the bacon though I could have ate a plate of thatRoom was a beautiful set up I’ll be back anyway Just lower your expectations on breakfast even though this is a Hilton property

Jimmy Le

This was by far the worse hotel I have stayed at in my entire life The rooms smells like urine, no one at front desk was available for a good 20-30 minutes Rooms weren’t available to us at 3:00PM

waited until 4:30PM without a real time on when the rooms were done I will never ever stay at this hotel again Would not recommend it for families We traveled with 11 guests coming off a cruise Negative stars Also we found a dirty blood stained towel on the top of our showerI guess house keeping missed thatOnce we spoke to the front desk, they said they’d all us back with a resolution, they never did Oh if you’re a DIamond memberdon’t expect any special treatmentthey don’t care

Stephanie Richmond

The hotel is well located to 95 and shopping in the surrounding area I had several housekeeping issues during my stay My reservation stated a feather free room and when I checked in the desk couldn’t verify if housekeeping had read my booking notes and told me I’d have to check myself, which is not a great solution as I am very allergic to feather pillows

When I got up to my room I discovered my pillows were feather and my in room phone was not working I was also missing a coffee table Later that evening I discovered there were only 3 tissues in my tissue box and when I used my cell phone to call the desk since my room phone wasn’t working, I was told I would have to come down and get a new box myself The next day my bathroom light burned out and I had to call the desk again, by cell phone It wasn’t a great experience overall I’m not planning to stay at this Homewood again

I can’t say enough about this hotel!! Everything was amazing! Raj at the Front Desk was great!! His customer service was top notch! We came in a little early and he did everything in his power to find a room for us Within a half hour of getting there he had a room ready to go and we were able to enjoy the beach and the pool before all the rain came in He truly made our experience special! The gentleman at the pool bar who was also great!! I apologize I forgot is name

Thank you Raj & the Marriott team, you really run a great hotel!! We will be back!

Barbara Bush

The past week we had four phenomenal days at the Palm Bach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa! From arrival to departure, each staff member was more than gracious and accommodating of our needs Arranged by Raj, our room was simply gorgeous with both beach and resort views Raj’s warm welcome, followed by his personal attention, and a follow up phone call from Raj after our return home, was most gracious and gratifying

We utterly enjoyed our breakfast and dinners, under Dining Room Manager Stalin, and found no reason at all to leave the resort for meals We appreciated the attention given by Vicky, Director of Banquets and Catering, for adeptly handling our nieces wedding arrangements She graciously came to our breakfast table to check with us The valets and bellman were warm and professional We have traveled extensively and found the accommodations and personal attention to be of the highest quality Kudos to all!

Kristine Rose

Love this hotel for so many reasons! Been here multiple times with family and couples trips and the Marriott has not disappointed The pools and beach are the perfect getaway and the rooms are updated with kitchenettes The spa is great too! Wanted to say a special thank you to Raj and Michael for making our multiple stays memorable with your spectacular service and hospitality! Our special occasion was acknowledged and celebrated throughout our stay- thanks to each of you

Can’t wait till our next staycation in Singer Island!

Last minute room booking that cost $149 Which I found ridiculous but hey, I needed a roomThe room itself was ok, comfortable bed, but in the bathroom, I found used shampoo and conditioner bottles (they were 1/4 full) and a very small bar of soap to wash it

I was pretty disappointed in that because because for the price I was paying, I at least expected the toiletries to be enough to clean me up after hours of drivingThey had a window A/C unit that was very noisy and did not cool much Just blew air outBreakfast was ok Not too bad Egg and veggies omelet, bagels, some jimmy dean sandwichesGym was decent Didn’t get to use the pool

The room has an oder that takes a few minutes to get used to That is room #130 The room and bathroom are clean

The front counter service was worth noting 👌 *****this is an update *****The bed was so uncomfortable I put a sheet on the floor for half the night I do not have back problems but my back hurt from the bed the floor made it feel better I went to Walmart and purchased a blow up mattress for the second night The TV stop working and has not come back on They leave house keeping carts in the hallway Over $500 for two nights not worth it I will not return to another Fairfield Inn by MarriottThe breakfast is decent

By far , Fairfield of Jupiter should be the role model for all Florida hotel chains This place is not only extremely clean, groomed with beautiful beachy plants, positive music in speakers , not too loud either Plentiful seating in lobby , cafe with room in-between

Safe convenient Street at night for that last minute walk ** Hot breakfast was off the chain !!!!! five star, egg white omelette with veggies, homemade oatmeal ,6 topping bar like pecans, chips, pistachio and coconut flakes! This entirety of a gem hotel was created by the staff being genuine, friendly , mild tones, positive minds , well groomed, natural people I’ve EVER experienced ! Managers Melissa and Kadeem set the bar, going well overboard on her effort to please me Night manager never made me from late check out! Patient helpful and kind The cleaning staff didn’t harass , even smiled alot * Y’all all need to stay here 1night see how we should feel when spending $$$ to get awayTHANK YOU

First impression gets 1 starPulled up to loading to check in only to come back from front desk and find my vehicle had been moved without notice or permissionValet told me I was not allowed to park there and I wasn’t checking in (what?!)

The real reason my car was moved was to allow a Non-guest to park his golf cart (in the loading area) for SEVERAL HOURSI addressed this immediately at the front desk only to be told “sorry” while I had to unload luggage from the guest parking lotIf you want to be treated poorly and different from others, this is the resort for you!Update: thanks for your response but there was no reason for my vehicle to be moved It was the only vehicle checking in or out during the 5 minute period This was strictly done to accommodate someone else over me and I watched the valet get paid to do so Unless an emergency vehicle needed the space, this was completely inappropriate I am still on site if you would like to have a conversation about this

Food was great! Travis had an issue with me drinking more than one drink and ruined our evening Management should uphold him and make sure he doesn’t ruin other peoples evening when it comes to enjoying a nice cold beer! Anyways Kamryn was fantastic and couldn’t have asked for a better server as I come from a high end restaurant so 5 stars for her, 0 for Travis
