Our family (2 adults, 3 kids) had a good experience here Staff was friendly and helpful Anthony, at the front desk, was particularly helpful

I asked if they could open the pool a little early one morning and he did immediately The murals on the walls are fun and the breakfast had good options The rooms were clean We would have preferred some kind of room darkening drapes as the outside lights were bright at night but otherwise we were comfortable We appreciated that there are no-smoking sections so we weren’t bothered by other guests smoking outside our room

Jennifer Keryte

This place is great! Very nice and friendly staff–from check in to the restaurant and beyond Good price value compared to everything else in the area Very clean room, outside had an old Hollywood/Rt 66 feel, free breakfast was decent and dinner in the restaurant was awesome

Try the house chili, burgers are good too David the kitchen manager really takes pride in his work–came out to see how we liked our foodThere’s some lousy reviews for this place, but don’t believe them We would definitely stay here again

Donald Slick

I had a great experience here The lady’s at check in were friendly and welcoming The attached restaurant has good meals for dinner

Breakfast was okay it got very crowded fast Would be nice if there was a bigger area and more room for breakfast My room was clean, nice house keepers Cool art work of famous celebrities on the building Anthony the front desk person was very cool and had a friendly attitude He kindly asked if I could leave a honest review I usually don’t write reviews, but I did because he seemed genuineVery nice hotel everyone!

Simple, clean budget accommodations close to the train station, a museum, and my destination, the local country records offices The family members running this motel were very responsive to the questions asked in person and over the phone My only wish was that they had better information about the coffee availability and food situation posted up front upon registration

Otherwise, I was very satisfied with my 1-night stay and I would not hesitate to stay again for a quick trip to Kingman It was easy to locate and my sister and I got a great night’s rest

Vanessa Troupe

Rooms are very clean and staff was very niceIt was not a very comfortable bed however If better mattress it would’ve been a 4+

It was nice being able to park our car right in front of room and felt safe

I stayed one night in this place, but was horrified

Maybe too many dramas show how horrible these motels are, but when you really come here, it seems true People who can only afford this kind of place is not as cultural as others Loud dispute in neiboughers’ room, no safety lock, dead roaches in the bathtub if you are not that desperate, don’t

I got to the hotel pretty late around 11pm The front desk was a friendly older man and he was super sweet it really made my night When we were getting our bags from our car at the back of the building, we were lugging it to the front when the front desk opened the side door so we didn’t have to walk so far

The rooms and area seemed great Overall really good experience 🙂

I looked online for a cheap place to stay the night while driving through AZ and this place seemed alright I booked my room in advance and paid $138 including tax for a suite The room was decently sized and didn’t make me feel cramped at all

At first I didn’t notice anything that was off putting but I did see that the hotel was a bit run down I assume the large amount I paid for the room is in an effort to collect enough funds to remodel The staff was nice and the lady at the front desk helped me get into my room after struggling with the door (I was using the keycard wrong) After that I settled in The pillows were old and lumpy, the blankets were a bit thin for my taste but I wasn’t cold enough to go ask for another blanket The only thing that I really struggled with was the bathroom It was clean and I could tell everything had been looked over but the ceiling is where it all fell apart Literally The ceiling had taken on water damage and was peeling because of it The walls were thin so I could hear people having conversations at a normal level in their own rooms and at one point I did smell someone making coffee in the night Also one thing to consider is getting in before everyone else does probably somewhere around 4-5 pm to get a parking spot near the front or at least under a lamp that way your car isn’t parked in a weird spot

What a rip-off! I was traveling very late in the day, driving toward Kingman when fatigue hit me I looked for Kingman hotels, found a name I recognized in a semi-positive way (NOT Super-8) and called from my car After a seemingly endless process of dealing with a reservation service operator whose accent I could not understand and who barely understood me, I was advised the hotel in question was full and offered an alternative

I didn’t catch the name when he first said it, only a vague description of the accommodations and a price: $200 for the night I had him repeat the name and I heard “Super-8” I’ve generally avoided that chain as VERY low budget – around $50 per night You can imagine my surprise I thought perhaps this must be a particularly good Super-8, but my optimism faded as I listened to the operator repeat, over and over, that the reservation was non-cancelable and nonrefundable under any circumstances and our voices were being recorded I felt I had no choice but to proceed, given the lateness of the hour and my fatigue So I arrived at the hotel to find a dump It’s a dark place with carpeting from another century and a dank, depressing institutional feel The room seemed clean enough to be sure, but it smelled of a thousand layers of disinfectant The main sitting chair had a hole in the upholstery, and the shower head protruded from a hole the wall that appeared to have been created with a hammer I had difficulty sleeping because residents in the room above me seemed to take showers throughout the night and it sounded if the pipes were located next to my bed In the morning I made multiple trips to and from my car to load my things, passing by a maid in the hallway with a cart of some kind reaching in and out of a closet The closet had two doors, both opened up to block the hallway On the first trip I announced my approach, smiled at the maid and pushed the doors to their fully open position to enable my passing The maid returned my smile but offered no assistance, leaving the cart blocking the hallway I passed by with luggage twice more with the same result This hotel was not even worth $50 per night, much less $200 I’ve little doubt the operator viewed the lack of vacancies in the area as an invitation to price gouge I’m a believer in capitalism and the operator’s right to charge what the market will bear I also believe in warning fellow travelers away from this place

Terry Doty-Schweitzer

First, the room floor was filthy! The bottom of our feet were black from the vinyl floor, and I ended up mopping the floor three times! The front desk said they’ll reimburse me 15%, and tried to say they had issues with the steam mop This was months of filth, not just a couple of weeks of neglect Unfortunately, at checkout the next morning, the front desk said that since I booked it by third party, I couldn’t get a refund

Secondly, a large earwig came out of the coffee maker, landing in my hot water! Disgusting!Third, the front desk had to fix the tv upon our arrivalLastly, I had to call front desk at 12:30 am about the people above us stomping around for over an hour! This was the worst stay at any hotel ever!

The owner Jesse checked us in and was extremely nice We had a short talk about the hotels history I was fascinated by the size of the hotel

Each corner has its own unique aesthetic The pool is MASSIVE the room extremely clean and comfortable I will come back Also he recommended a dinner place ( Dam Bar and grille) and a breakfast ( Rutherford’s Diner) both places gave us 10% off after mentioning staying at Rodeway and that Jesse sent us Awesome place!!!

A good experience Friendly staff, clean room, hot shower Needed a place to crash on a cross country trip and this place was great

Bed was super comfortable This is an older hotel, don’t have the expectation you are going to Disney world, but if you need a place to crash for a couple days this place will fit your needs All in all, a great value Next time I pass thru Kingman, I would stay here again!!!

Peter H

Room met my expectations for a clean, comfortable place to stay for the night Sabrina, at the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpfulRoom was a bit outdated, but no weirds smells or stains on anything

Bedding seemed new and it did not smell like cigarette smoke, which was appreciated I would stay here again

Our room was very nice and clean, and quite spacious The continental breakfast was good, with a lot of selections to choose from The best part was the staff that monitored/refilled the breakfast items – the ladies were super friendly, and were on top of every detail

One morning we came near the end of service, and one of the ladies had offered to make my nephew’s waffle for him She went above and beyond for us My husband and I were very impressed by the breakfast service staff and our overall stay at this hotel and will definitely be retuning in the future

S Reed

The ladies at the front desk were friendly and very helpful We usually stay at Hilton chain hotels but this place had great reviews so we decided to try it So glad we did!Our 2 queen bed room is large, as is the bathroom, and clean

The beds are not as firm as I like but that’s just preference Nice pillows, decent sheets, plenty of towels, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge with freezerFull breakfast 6 to 9:30 am

JEFF Devlieger

Rooms were clean, they have a full breakfast with many choices The jacuzzi is enclosed next to the outdoor pool We love it being enclosed out of the heat

The only negative was there was literally only 2 cars in the entire parking lot when we arrived at noon But was still told we couldn’t check in until 3 Saying our room wasn’t ready That evening and next morning the parking lot was maybe half full So obviously plenty of rooms open So we don’t understand why they wouldn’t allow check in

Stay was fairly good The hotel itself is newer and really clean The bathroom doors need to have handles added

We stayed in two different rooms (one on our way to vacation and one on the way back) There’s no way to easily slide the door open and close Breakfast should include healthier options There were no omelettes our second stay and I’m on a strict diet so waffles and high sugar items are not suitable for me Kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the gym Our second room had an issue with the toilet – wouldn’t flush well We just went to the lobby restroom which was close to our room and didn’t bother asking for a new room Overall it’s a nice place and I would stay again Beds were comfortable and staff was great

6-18-22First off it’s a nice attractive property with large (ours was the King room) comfortable rooms The breakfast is great with a good variety of itemsThe coffee is excellent! For us that’s where the good ends

We paid over 20000 for Friday night We booked the room prior to arriving-sight unseenWe got into our room and were immediately happy until we noticed the there were scattered crumbs on the carpet in front of the sofa (not a huge deal) we then pulled back the blankets on the bed to find a few crumbs there also (again not a huge deal as I brushed them off)We let the front desk know about what we found and the lady Vikki was very nice offering to come clean for us which we declined as it was getting late and we we’d been on the road for hours We needed sleep as we had to leave early the next morningFor our morning shower we soon discovered that the shower head was clogged with calcium deposits making it spray so hard that it stings your skinOur morning shower was not enjoyable say the least! This morning as we were getting ready to leave, we again let the front desk know about our experience to which the young Lady Tabatha replied that she was sorry to hear thatSuffice to say we did not have a great experience at this property and hopefully they noted our experience and pass it on to house keeping so they can inspect the room before allowing guests to have a similar experience to oursAgain, we paid over $200!We most likely won’t be returning to this property

I love the Home2Suites brand I have stayed in many across the county and have al way been very happy They have lots of room and are always clean

This one however is different When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff, but when we go to our room we were not greeted with the nice freshly cleaned smell of a room I am not sure what the smell is, but it’s not great Also, once we got further into the room and put our bags down I found that there was pizza crumbs on the floor and couch and also a dirty face towel left behind from the previous guest I talked to then front desk and they sent housekeeping in to clean it up Later that night I found that shower soaps were empty and the lids fell off from them All around not a great experience I can understand that this is hotel right off the highway, but I was disappointed that brand was not being help held here

We asked for non smoking room Entered the room and this insanely strong unrecognizable odor! Like masking a really bad other odor Found that sink leaked so out the trash can under

This place hasn’t seen anything new or updated in a long time Things were dingy n smelly Couldn’t turn on light from entrance Electrical sockets were so dirty and dusty, gave me the yucks to plug my cell phone in After traveling 15 hours straight we just wanted to lay down so we didn’t ask for another room as it was late and picking at hotels were bill ti none Got up in the middle of the night and when the toilet was flushed it made this sound I’ve never heard and it went on n on! 🤦🏻‍♀️ It was insane!!!! Thought the smell would dissipated by morning but not to be We couldn’t leave fast enough

This place is ok Stayed here for 3 nights this past weekend Clean room, no bugs, no crackheads

However, the laundry facilities were broken and very disgusting Staff are rarely in the office Breakfast is also a joke They only put coffee out with only a couple dry powder creamer packets I didn’t bother, yuck But I did want breakfast for my child It proved to be a rat race You have to chase a staff down to get a sack breakfast And they don’t take the phone with them when they disappear so it took 15 minutes of me trying to call before someone answered to tell me the breakfast isn’t actually accessible directly to us guests I did finally get 1 No options, you get what you get kind of deal So the entire fruit cup my kid ate wasn’t worth all the hassle I stopped in, or called the office a handful of times during my stay 90% of the time no one was there and didn’t answer the phone when I went back to the room and called I was shocked at how cold the pool was too for hitting 100° outside I was real sad we didn’t get to enjoy it more

When arriving the lady at the front desk was hospitable and funny and just fun to work with The beds are insanely comfortable I would have absolutely loved to have bought in one of their pillows For breakfast it was a nice selection and the lady that was in charge of the breakfast was extraordinary she was all over the place keeping it clean and sanitized and stalked and it was amazing! Will absolutely be back when we come through

Zac Schnader

Spent a week here while on family vacation First off the breakfast every morning was great It was mixed up every day from eggs and bacon to waffles and even biscuits and gravy

The rooms were also good no frills but got a good nights sleep and was quiet The downsides were while there housekeeping didn’t really come in and clean at all, once changed the towels out in 6 days Also the pool was down for maintenance almost the whole stay which was very disappointing to the kids I would stay again if in the area

This hotel is excellent! The customer service is top-notch, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast has nice variety Every staff member I encountered was cheerful and helpful They texted me before arrival and after departure to see if I had any needs, requests, or issues

They offered us bottled water upon arrival and left a handwritten welcome note in our room Super thoughtful They have pool towels in the room, ready for use The laundry facility is conveniently located and reasonably priced as well

What makes this 5 stars are the employees Every one of them truly seemed to enjoy their jobs Breakfast hosts were welcoming and jovial for a nice start of day

Food wasn’t same the day’s I stayed, which was a nice change even if the cheesy potatoes trumped the hash browns Accommodations were clean and up to day Only issue I see is parking, but that’s because a full house My puppies were happy with big grass space out front My son who delivers to most hotels also stated the employees here seem the happiest and thus clientele seem better

D. M Romero

Stop tier in the middle of our road trip It was a good location considering it was just for one night The rooms are absolutely wonderful, the staff was super friendly

The breakfast was incredible ! The beds and pillows were very comfortable I loved being able to get 4 beds to accommodate the 6 of us , and the price was amazing! Would absolutely stay again!

This hotel was amazing to stay at! The entire staff was so helpful, kind and accommodating The facility is beautiful and has amazing cleanliness with very comfortable rooms They also offer a hot complimentary breakfast buffet (which is so delicious), indoor pool and hotub, and well as a fitness center

The location is also perfect because there are many stores, grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kingman they were great in every way possible!!

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Kingman Az I was double booked for the room When I noticed the 2 emails with a bill for 2 separate rooms I contacted the Manager of this hotel

She basically said sometimes this happens when you book online and that she wouldn’t help me So she says that because the hotel was sold out for that night that I’m being billed She is by far the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with in my life I’m currently disputing the bill with my credit card and through the corporate end I will post the finale results I honestly would not recommend this hotel and would recommend you book elsewhere And this is the kind of service she offers when I was with a group that booked appropriately 30 rooms There is another big hotel right next door I’d recommend you go thereSo if you notice the response below the manager says that they will review this with the employees BUT they never mention correcting the mistake that cost me around $145 So don’t fall for the cheap talk I’d recommend you stay down the road or next door There is another hotel within walking distanceAgain the customer comes last at this establishment in my opinion

Eddy P

Lindsey was awesome! I stay in a lot of hotels due to my line of work and there is a basic feeling you get staying in hotels where everyone’s politeness is forced due to the obligatory employee guidelines It wasn’t this way with her at all Lindsey went out of her way to make us feel welcomed

Andrew went out of his way to make sure the facilities were all in proper working form What a great stay! Whenever I come to town on tour, I’ll be staying with your hotel again Thank you folks!!!

It is really sad when you check into a nice hotel and find it unclean I was careful to read many reviews of the hotels in the area to carefully pick one that was decent This hotel is really nice, with spacious rooms and many amenities

The young man at the check- in was wonderful; very helpful, friendly, & professional I was very pleased until I went our room to find urine on our commode How does the seat of a commode not be the first and main thing cleaned in a hotel room???? If that’s not clean, then what else has not been cleaned in this room?? Luckily I travel with Lysol wipes and spray!!! Used it well on everything in the room

Alexandria Solari

I was incredibly apprehensive about staying in Kingman, as it has a reputation for being rough I can’t even begin to express how much Kingman has improved since I visited about 10 years ago This hotel is a shining example of the growth of Kingman

We were traveling with a huge moving truck and two large dogs and this hotel and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating The rooms were great and clean My pups were happy(they usually don’t travel) This hotel is tucked away in a little area that felt pretty safe to us There is a dog park a couple of miles away and food nearbyI highly recommend this hotel to anyone but especially those with dogs

Dave Hogan

The staff were awesome I don’t expect such friendliness from a freeway exit hotel, but everyone here made me feel very welcome, suggested a good place to grab dinner, and a great place to grab lunch on the way out of townI had to use late checkout and everyone was super nice about it

I usually feel very rushed when I request it, but everyone here made me feel like that’s part of the Bonvoy program, so I might as well use it if I need toThe room was nice and exceptionally clean when I checked in, and while the view isn’t exceptional I had a west facing room and won’t complain about getting to see the sky as the sun set that night

Amazing place to bring your family with young children The staff is beyond incredible and we lived for a year full time in an RV That being said, we have been to many RV parks and this place was one of the exceptional parks especially because of the staff

Honest, helpful, and you KNOW they actually care about you Our two week stay couldn’t have been better Thank you Zuni RV staff!
