Only stayed one night, perfect location for catching a show at Marymoore, pleasantly surprised by how easy the trail was to locate right from the parking lot Friendly service and clean rooms Only complaint was hearing everything in the room above us when they were walking around and closing doors in the middle of the night but that’s to be expected in a hotel

Will stay again!

Not a bad hotel, though you can hear your neighbors pretty well Also the customer service was awkward and uncomfortable We could tell the front desk lady did not want to be there

She even seemed annoyed and mad that we were there I only asked where breakfast would be served and when It wasn’t a difficult question The coffee machines in the lobby were out of service Well, one was out of service, but the other they didn’t bother to refill or out a fresh batch in Even the person working in the breakfast hall seemed grumpy It was a weird and gloomy experience It wasn’t even busy and was actually quite dead So I don’t know what the people was Place needs new management Oh and their complimentary breakfast is now cheap with way less options then it used to have Used to be one of my favs about this place Not sure I will return unless I have too

Jeremy Morrey

Front desk reception was nice Location is convenient to lots of business, also right next door to four restaurants and whole foods There is currently no shuttle but parking is free

Room is a bit bigger vs standard hotel Larger than normal mini-fridge is great, and a microwave Second sink and large mirrors are convenient, nice touchesHotel is wedged between two busy streets and a construction area (2022) The windows seem pretty soundproof, so not an issue unless you want them openThe breakfast is not It’s the American unhealthy motel “standard”, meaning there’s only processed carbs, sugar based yogurt, and an upgrade: hardboiled egg But at least the grocery stores nearby and there’s the fridgeAs of May 16 2022 the outdoor pool is still closed though it doesn’t say that on the website There’s a mediocre looking indoor hot tubThe fitness room is a small room with treadmill, bike No weights or weight machine Discount $8 trip to Gold’s is advertised but does not actually exist There is no deal with any gymPersonally will try other options before staying here again Everything advertised as an amenity doesn’t actually exist No real gym, no gym deal, no breakfast, no pool, no shuttle, and no appealing hot tub If you don’t care about any of that, the rooms are larger and there’s a fridge, and the location is good Free coffee

My family and I stayed here for a total of four nights We were very pleased with our room based on overall cleanliness, being on the first floor, and closeness to one of the hotel entrances Parking, WIFI and breakfast are included

They have a 24/7 front desk which was helpful when our key suddenly didn’t work- keep your hotel key away from your electronic devices The hotel is quiet even though it is conveniently located close to the 405 The hotel is also close to a few trails and a couple sports fields There’s also a gas station and quick food places in walking distance as it is accessible via the same driveway to the hotel I would stay here again

Reg D.

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, great breakfast options, pool, hot tub, bar on the premises I did not have a chance to use fitness center or guest laundry but both are available Parking was adequate and I saw pets were allowed

Loved the hot fresh baked cookie snacks in the afternoon!! Very close to I-405 so the location was great for me This hotel is very quiet and it is in the area of the Bothell Business Park

Ritz-Carlton prices for Holiday Inn experienceThis place definitely has a monopoly on location and knows it The views are beautiful but for $400+ a night (plus resort fee and parking) I expect a level of experience and service

Granted, they have welcome champagne and a “Raid the Pantry” offering that gets you some free food and drinks (actually its part of the $25 resort fee) and there is nothing wrong with the place as it is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the space is nice However the experience (minus the location) felt like a Holiday Inn experience with regards to Staff interaction and the overall ‘vibe’ It didn’t help that our $400+ room got us a view of a canopy, parking lot, and office buildingIf you are in Kirkland, it’s really the only place to stay, but just know what you are getting for the money

Matthew Kent

I stayed here during a move, so I wasn’t able to fully experience the hotel, however my brief time there was very pleasant I highly recommend getting a room overlooking the lake as it is a wonderful view in the morning and at nightThe rooms are nicely appointed with plenty of towels and soaps (surprisingly this has to said)

If I ever find myself needing a hotel in the area this will be my first choice

Doug Harker

I stayed here previously for the Boeing Classic Proximity to great food at Le Grande, Como, & Beach Cafe’ a definite plus Facilities are superb, view beautiful, staff warm and friendly

I always will in the future as well Highly recommended!

Beautiful Hotel! We booked through our CC and got some additional perks like free breakfast and $100 hotel credit So we ate dinner at All Water which was lovelyI forget my toothpaste and housekeeping brought it up right away

They have the ice by the elevator in baggies which was awesome! The toiletries were generous portions The tub was nice after walking around all afternoon The hairdryer was good We could not open the mini fridge but did not need itOverall we enjoyed the modern chic and friendly staff!

Love this hotel! Highly recommend! The location is right downtown a few blocks from the Market We always like walkability on vacation, and this one worked great if you were looking for a downtown Seattle experienceService was fantastic, and the accommodations delivered

We did two separate rooms, because we’ve got older teenage children They were able to put us on the same floor near each other, which is always our preferenceWe had one issue with a toilet backing up, but maintenance took care of it in less than five minutes We don’t expect perfection, but we loved this responseFor a nicer hotel, we are big fans We stayed in a corner suite with a king bed, and it was wonderful!Von’s 1000 was 2 blocks away, and a nice dinner option

This is my second visit to this hotel and it has quickly become my favorite place to stay in Seattle From the moment you arrive you are greeted by a friendly professional valet and directed inside to the the upbeat and welcoming front desk staff Jordyn is happy to help and she makes it seem natural as she goes out of her way to make you feel at ease

At a time when we need it the most this hotel does it best The rooms are elegant and very clean The elevators move quickly and quietly The gym is perfect to get you moving early in the morning or whenever you feel like it as you have 24-hour access I highly recommend this hotel

Panoramic views of downtown Seattle, comfy beds, luxurious decor and amazing customer service! We were thrilled that we booked our weekend stay here Sun provided us with exceptional customer service and made us feel so welcome We needed adjoining rooms with my parents which included my father who is a disabled vet, and she was very understanding and responded to all my calls promptly

We felt like extra special guests staying at this hotel- from the kind welcome at the Charlotte bar and restaurant to housekeeping, they were all warm and professional as well Kudos to the whole staff at Lotte Seattle!

My husband and I stayed here over a Saturday recently and were impressed by the decor, the service, and the cleanliness of this place We were given sparkling wine on check-in and sat in their beautiful upper floor lobby admiring the view After walking around Seattle and checking out some art we ate a fantastic dinner at the restaurant–just amazing food

That night we slept like babies in our quiet, comfortable room This was a day away from the kids for us and I am glad we chose this hotel It was perfect

Jamie Crespo

stayed there for the first time last weekend for my birthday celebration and second time to experience Charlotte restaurant and lounge exceptional service from the staff that helped me reserve my room, events coordinator, and director of food and beverage and the staff that weekend thank you for accommodating my large group of friends to help make my birthday celebration special

Well I wanted to write this review because I’m still in absolute shock of how poorly ran the Bellevue Club is My family & I decided to celebrate Mother’s Day by going to the brunch they were having today All of us including my Mother, were very disappointed to say the least

After we were seated, our server didn’t even come to the table until we were halfway done with our meal The food on the buffet was poorly put together with overcooked tenderloin, poor-quality frozen breakfast potatoes, hard-boiled eggs benedict, some side dishes that had zero-thought put into it and some seafood that was over-steamed I guess the best thing they had on the buffet for $75/person was the omelette station that was made with liquid eggs Honestly, I feel like it was a waste of money My Mom & Wife weren’t impressed and said in fact that they would of been happier with Denny’s because at least there you know what your getting and it’s not over-priced In the years past at the Bellevue Club, the food was way better for the amount of money that they charge The sad part, is that the food was just not prepared or cooked to perfection of $75/person Last Christmas we went to a dinner party at the Seattle Yacht Club, and not only was the food immaculate but the service was good! Our server today at the Bellevue Club was lazy and rude After today we certainly won’t be dining at the Bellevue Club anytime soon Such ashame because it used to be one of our favorite date-night spots for the weekend

Carl Olsen

A fantastic hotel to stay in, since it’s connected to a full athletic facility with things like indoor basketball courts, swimming, tennis, etc If you need a place to practice and stay in shape when in town, this is the spot to go Parking is outdoors, but secure enough to not worry if you are a car nut

It’s also quite nice as a hotel all by itself

Remsen Jennings

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in! If you’re looking for a hotel that feels like an escape from the big city where you can unwind and feel at home, this is it The minute you walk in, you feel calm vibes all around The color pallete is soft earth tones throughout

The rooms are impeccably clean and are outfitted with tons of smart technology (thermostat, lights, curtains, etc) You can cast anything from any streaming service on the TV, which is a rare find in hotels (usually, you’re lucky if a hotel has Netflix) The bathroom feels like a spa – all beige tones and soothing stones I have to reiterate how CLEAN everything feels – that is even more of a rare find! The cavernous shower is incredibly relaxing The 4-story gym is unparalleled – no hotel has fitness offerings like this However, the hours aren’t ideal if you only have time for late night workouts One other downside is the location – you can’t really walk anywhere off-property for food, coffee, or groceries at your convenience You’ll need transportation Overall, this hotel provides a luxurious, relaxing spa-like experience, and it is well worth the stay

This is an amazing boutique hotel with attention to detail The staff even noticed that I wore colorful socks everyday! I was greeted upon my arrival with champagne, and from there the wine kept flowing I got married here in 2014

The grounds are beautiful This is truly an experience and not just a stay My room had a fireplace, jacuzzi, and a comfy bed They were very knowledgeable about the area and sent us to the local wineries such as Chateau St Michelle I will remember this day forever thanks to them R I P Peter Nault

I booked a one night stay for some relaxation while traveling through, and this looked like the most posh spot in the Woodinville area It seems to be a popular retreat for weddings and corporate events, and there was one of each happening that weekend so occupancy was quite full Very nice spacious rooms with large soaking tub and all the perks you’d expect from a boutique resort

Beautiful gardens to stroll around and look at wildlife, including the two resident miniature pigs It’s great to have several dining options right on site rather than venturing further away to find somewhere to eat (the restaurant had staffing issues, but that’s a separate review) I only wish we could have stayed longer, but at $1k per night I’ll wait for it to be on the company’s tab next time

I’m staying at this property for a girls trip We are not even halfway through the stay and I’m so pleased with this hotel and overall staff/ customer service experience I wanted to brag on them for a moment As an ambassador elite Marriott member, sufficed to say, I travel a lot and stay in Marriott properties across the country

This one has been exceptional Brenda at the front desk has been so accommodating and got us into an awesome room – which has truly boosted our whole weekend experience Thank you!

They took away EVERYTHING that was great about this hotel and not only did they not lower their prices they increased them! In the lobby, no fruit water In the room no robes anymore, no fluffy towels, very few towels to begin with Our AC was broken and the room was 74 degrees the whole time

The craziest thing was not having a fridge We were told we had to pay $20 a night After I just spent almost $300 a night to stay here?? So disappointed We’ve been here many times but never again We hear they have fridges and AC at the W

I cannot say enough good things Responsive to every need and desire- need towels or fresh bottles of water? They arrive within 10 minutes Our first night peaceful and quiet

Unfortunately the next night a very loud group of people next to us intent on loudly partying the night away- the night manager took care of the situation within 20 minutes Speedy valet and very nice pool/hot tub area Will definitely be back

The first impressions were very positive Check-in was fast with very friendly staff and the room was clean And the location is really amazing, it is probably the best thing about the hotel

However, there were two major issues that prevented me from getting barely any sleep overnight First, the walls are EXTREMELY thin and you can hear everything that’s going on in the next room, especially at night when the noise carries I got woken up in the middle of the night when my next door neighbors seemed to have come back to their room, took a shower, brushed their teeth, The walls were so thin I could almost make out the conversation they were having in the next roomSecond, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes overnight It was coming from the bathroom, where the smell was unbearably strong and it spread throughout the room There was a vent in the bathroom so it’s possible the smell was coming from one of the neighborsBetween the noise and the strong smell of cigarettes, I ended up getting only a couple hours of sleep If you are a very deep sleeper, this hotel might be for you If you are not, either come prepared with ear plugs or you’ll have a rough time trying to sleep

Nina Thang-Winters

We pulled up and was not greeted by the valet We were out there for some time and sorted out things from our vehicle and still no greet by a valet We went inside only to find no receptionist

Both the valet and receptionist came out of the office at the same time Indeed I questioned his whereabouts because we HAVE to pay for valet ONLY Friendly & good service but I was not impressed with the required valet service The room is cheaply made without fire rated doors We can hear your conversations from a few doors doors down I can hear kids running and what is being said on the radio between hotel staffs The single King room has a beautiful bathroom but the shower has no shelves to put your necessities The view… no view…too close for comfort The food was good! The stars goes out to the staff

Austin Prasad

Really not the stay I expected from this hotel Let’s start with the bright spots: valet was awesome, bed was comfortable and location was good Now for the not so good: took me 35 minutes to check in to the hotel because nobody was at the front desk at night, key card didn’t work 2 nights in a row, bathroom door was broken, dirty rags on sink upon arrival and rest of room was not completely clean

I let management know on site – but I simply could not justify another stay here at this price point, I thought my stay would be nicer If it were cheaper and a 2 star hotel would totally get it Has a ton of potential – hopefully owners get some staff to help out as it seemed like the staff was overworked

The atmosphere of this hotel is welcoming and the staff we dealt with were very friendly and accommodating I have always been a picky person with hotel cleanliness, especially the bathrooms Upon entering our room and looking around, it was by far the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in

On top of their top-notch cleanliness, the beds were incredibly comfortable, as well as their pillows If you are looking for a clean comfortable place to stay while in Seattle I would definitely recommend staying here!

Rebecca May

So happy we chose to stay here My fiancé and I were in town from Portland for a concert It was only a five minute drive from the venue

The room was spotless Very comfortable, clean, and safe The general area felt very safe, but the hotel took extra measures (buzzing in/room key scan for the front doors as well as the elevator) to insure safety that made us feel super comfortable The staff that we interacted with were very kind and friendly Beautiful hotel with great rooms, a perfect location, and courteous staff I’d recommend this stay 100%

braggindad

The hotel experience seems to be targeted to the wellness crowd The room was a tad smaller than Holiday Inns but was well laid out and spacious feeling and marvelously clean Very comfortable bed and pillows

Kind of upscale basic The shower in particular was really nice If parking wasn’t so expensive I’d certainly be back there again and again as need arises Really top-notch front desk both evening and morning And if you’re into yoga and meditation, I suppose, a lot of your necessities are provided in the room If you want breakfast you need to buy the package or you’ll have to pay for it in the morning Looked like a pretty decent menu All in all, a very positive experience

At check in the 2 gentlemen at the front desk were friendly and helpful!! Went out of their way to show us things to do and how to get around!! Once we got to our room and opened the door I was impressed! (I travel a lot so this is not easy to do) The room was super clean, great view of the city! The big bathroom was beautiful and super clean!!! The beds were comfortable We did order room service and it was delivered very quickly and it was yummy!!! Grand Hyatt Seattle made me and my family feel like we were the most important people in the hotel The hotel was absolutely beautiful, it looks like the person who designed this hotel really took his/her time to pick out every detail I also wanted to acknowledge Gary at the front desk

He is absolutely the most respectful young man I have ever met and truly went out of his way to get my family dinner and some stuff from a store when we arrived late to the hotel We arrived just when he was getting off work and I asked where we could pick up some stuff but everything was closed in downtown Without asking, he managed to find a store and bring us what we had been looking for (on his own time) and when I tried to reimburse him for it, he eagerly and politely refused I have never seen someone go out of their way to help a guest like this young man did I will a loyal guest for a long time to come Thank you Grand Hyatt Seattle

The rooms are posh but the hotel lacks gathering spots; there’s only a Ruth’s Chris in the lobby but no bar or other option if you’re looking for a place to meet colleagues for a drink after your meetings Best thing about this place is the proximity to the convention center Made it to meetings at the conference in under 3 minutes while other convention hotels were 10+ minute walk

I booked my husband and I a Valentine’s Day getaway to Seattle using American Express’s Hotel Collection This place was amazing! It’s an older hotel that has been remodeled with a more modern flare The room we got was very spacious and welcoming

It’s about a 5-10 minute walk down to the Pier where there’s plenty of food and other shops There is no self parking but they do offer a valet service The front desk had a bottle of white wine and a welcome card ready for us upon our arrival The rooms were very clean and we really enjoyed the stay Very friendly and attentive staff Made you truly feel welcomed This is a dog friendly hotel, we saw a few people with their dogs there, the hotel has water and snack bowls at the entrance for your furry friends! Wish they would’ve had breakfast options, although it wasn’t a huge deal since there’s many options around

What a cute hotel! the room was very clean and stylish as well The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the valet and made my way up to the counter where two lovely associates were waiting to check me in a timely manner The bed and pillows were super comfy and the bathroom had everything I needed

Attached to the building is a beautiful furniture / decor store MOES as well that has some great pieces to check out!

This place is awesome!! Rooms are modern and comfortable Staff was friendly and accommodatingThe only change I’d make is to the lack of a coffee setup in the room

They do offer coffee in the lobby from 5am – 10amPlenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the ferry was about a 3 minute drive!

I was on a business group rate trip for 3 nights, so maybe that’s why it was mediocre I’m vegetarian and my husband is an omnivore The meals that we were served did not taste flavourful or fresh

It was Russian roulette whether you would get a soft or hard dinner roll Even the steak and fish were dry and unappealing The only meal that was good was breakfast, very well done Besides the group meals, the room service options were sub par and the cocoa we ordered arrived lukewarm Husband said restaurant food was a 5/10 Very kind busboy and attentive staff Rooms impeccably clean Beds and pillows very comfortable

Gareth Lynn

Just had a wonderful stay at this hotel The standout feature was the truly excellent standard of service and support from all staff A big shout out in particular for Sayaka at concierge services who was simply outstanding

Lovely building with fascinating history, well proportioned rooms and very comfortable bed Superb location for central Seattle and a great bar and range of drinks It was the staff and their level of service that made this a 5 star review

Jay Reyes

Love this place! My favorite place to grab a late night drink with friends! Was there the other night and had the best time ever thanks to Andrew in the bar area! He was very attentive and friendly to my party! He was quick to provide us with drink and food recommendations He kept the Lastword drinks coming and made sure my friends wine glasses where filled with great selections! Would highly recommend The Fairmont for a casual get together and great drink selections!

When it comes to hotels, my reviews are based on cleanliness, customer service, facilities and of-course comfort of the mattresses This hotel nailed everythingHuge lobby with a cafe and restaurant for everyone

Spa is in house, valet parking is convenient but little pricey Its in the heart of downtown so what you can expect but the vehicle is safe and sound They were doing the carpet flooring on top floors so i got 9th floor room which had a decent view of the office buildingsRoom was spacious and no comparison to newly installed carpet I really like the simplicity and style of furniture and bath fittings installed Pool is big and they also have sauna n steam room for the guests Little details were taken care of in the ladies room Jacuzzi is awesome Fitness room is actually a full fledged gym with a separate yoga roomI am loving my stay here as each and every staff member is really professional and doing great job from janitorial to front desk

E.

PROS:-The hotel is clean and spacious & the pool area is nice- Your key card controls your room lights- Walking distance to Pike Place Market- Complimentary Robe & SlippersCONS:- The customer service at the front desk could’ve been a lot better

– The rooms have very, very thin walls, unlike anything I’ve experienced during a hotel stay I could hear the people in the next room clear as day- Parking is expensive! It’s valet only and costs $55

Rajen Doshi

Arrived, less than helpful check in staff Asked what may be open close by to grab a bite, was told to door dash with no recommendations Hotel room was large and fairly nice

Phone did not work Could not regulate the shower temperature, either scalding or cold Asked again the next night for recommendations and was told can go to capital hill and walk around, no specific local recommendations Staff was rude on check out Definitely not worth the price Will not stay here again

Had a great experience I made a last minute booking for a spontaneous celebration The guest services team made great suggestions and made sure I had exactly what I was looking for

For the price, I’m extremely satisfied with the stay The tub was perfect, and the view was nice as well We didn’t dine at the restaurant, but we took a 10 minute bus to a bar and restaurant neighborhood with plenty of options, and he Whole Foods below was perfect for anything else we needed Marc and Becky took wonderful care of us, cheers to two amazing hospitality professionals! I have friends and family in the area so I would’t normally need a hotel, but if I do need one again, I know where I’ll be stayingThank you!

Alicia Wright

Definitely a great stay The rooms were simple but above and beyond in amenities I was especially thankful for the umbrella as it was needed since I walked just about everywhere during my stay

It’s right around the block from the Amazon Campus and The Spheres, and attached to a whole foods If you don’t want to leave there’s a restaurant for breakfast and dinner and a great bar for drinks Everyone was polite and accommodatingExtra deep and long tub, good size shower, lots of chargers, and the bed was great! I have bad hips and almost every single hotel bed I’ve stayed in the last few years have left me sore for days, but I woke up refreshed here11/10 would stay again

Dana Bordeaux

I loved my room! Absolutely top notch It was very clean It had a safe in the room for my use if needed

They even had an umbrella for me to use!My only complaint was there was no place for me to get drinks or snacks aside from the restaurant or stocked fridge

We love these places! Got our passports, and are having a blast filling them up We always meet some interesting people, too 💖😎Since there are no refrigerators in the rooms, they should offer ice, and ice chest rentals (We brought a rolling cooler) Only a suggestion

The staff really rock it The grounds are really beautiful also

Ashli Van De Weert

We had a wonderful time and stay at The Anderson School We were visiting Seattle after attending a wedding in Mt Rainier National Park and absolutely loved the hotel and room we were in The ceilings are insanely tall and the room was spotless

The pool was big and my son loved it The restaurants were good other than poor table service one night they were very busy We understood they were understaffed at the time There were constantly people stoking and adding firewood to their fireplaces and fire pits in the courtyard Lastly, we had bought movie tickets and there was a mix up with an event they were having Instead of just refunding us the money, they gave us a private showing! Absolutely above and beyond

Anna E

Really cool hotel with lots of history to learn about The restaurant on site was delicious and had a cool atmosphere The lagoon looked really nice, I’ll have to swim if I stay here again

The only downside to our room was it didn’t have a fridge Even a small one would be nice, especially since it was almost 90 degrees when we stayed there

Great hotel space, family oriented and very homey if your looking for a good sleep or getaway with family or a quick business trip Room was equipped with a desk already As well as morning beverages like coffee and hygiene needs

Clean linens and towels First hotel booked for the first time so the experience was nice and flowed smoothly into my check out Check out is especially really easy and great thing is delivery may come to your room if you want to, thumbs up for that Really enjoyed this accomation It’s within budget range as well if needed

Alyssa B

Fairly good for the price Nice looking hotel/rooms with friendly and helpful staff A few major drawbacks

There was a carpet beetle crawling on the fabric part of my bed frame The bed sheet had a faint stain There is no elevator (I wish this was made more apparent when I booked) The toilet ran loudly on and off for extended lengths of time throughout my stay

Madison Conibear

The staff were super nice Our room was missing part of the coffee maker so we couldn’t make coffee I booked this hotel mostly for the hot tub

But it was closed the entirety of our trip So that was super dissappointing Walls are very thin we could hear word for word the conversation of our neighbors Bed was comfy! If the hot tub is fixed then I’d stay here again

We stayed at La Quinta Inn at NE Northup Way Kirkland, WA in December 2021Receptionist guy in the night shift was very nice and decent But the hotel itself is not very clean Elevator smells filthy and floor is pretty nasty

Room was very cold when we got there , they didn’t run the heater and smells like old stale carpet They also allow pets which is ok but if you are allergic to pet hair then it’s not the hotel for you You will see traces of pet hair on the bed linensReceptionist woman in the morning shift is not so friendlyThe free breakfast are some oranges, yoghurt and muffins So just a warning if there’s like 2 or 3 of you eating they will not provide a paper bag or any kind of bag so you have to put the food items in your coat or prepare to manage it along with everything else ( masks , luggage, kids/babies etc) I lost valuable items in the room and unfortunately nobody called from the hotel yet to return the items I hope someone with a good conscience realizes that the items are important to their guests and return itTo be fair to them a manager emailed us regarding this concernA month later Still waiting for someone to call us from this hotel and return the wedding band and engagement ringUpDate April 2022This hotel property address in Northup Way apparently is closed or under different management

The folks that work here are all extremely nice, at least everyone I met so far I feel very at peace here I think the loudest person here may be me

Really though, it’s completely quiet and utterly relaxed The man who helps me at the front desk on a regular basis couldn’t be more hospitable The rooms are good size a wonderful deal !!! I’ve paid $50 more for the same size room or smaller It’s a little rough on the outside, (mainly old paint) The woman who took my reservation over the phone She actually helped me to the point of a FREE early check in Nobody is promised that I’m sure, it was terrible weather out and cold She allowed her heart to help This place is really like that Well worth a little extra commute What’s kindness worth these days? I still can’t believe it’s as affordable as it is

Talon Windwalker

Room was fairly comfortable, and I appreciated having a recliner so I could put my feet up Not enough pillows and no extra pillow or blanket in the closet They can’t say they currently offer a breakfast

You could get a piece of fruit and a very small yogurt, and that’s basically it Staff have to hand you the minimal food, yet the spoon, lid for your coffee, and the stirrers have to be grabbed by you which means people’s fingers are likely touching the stuff which will be going in your mouth *eyeroll*Your only option for a sweetener in the lobby (for coffee or tea) is sugar When I asked about artificial stuff, the staff said “We’re asked that all the time, but this is all we have” If you’re asked for this “all the time” why not supply it? Not like it’s expensive!Location is decent and convenientHallway on the 3rd floor was FREEZING I needed my jacket any time I left my room Thermostat in the room couldn’t be lowered beyond 65 I like a chilly room, and there is too much traffic noise for me to leave the window openBathtub is small, and no bars or anything for people who might need some help with stability Just an FYI Toilet paper roll was under the sink cabinet which made it difficult to roll so would rip after 2 squares
