There are plenty of other choices nearby Stay somewhere else Elevator Broken

Unkept in general No attempt at any sort of polish on the place If you want to feel good about where you are staying just find somewhere else The only redeeming quality is that the airport shuttle actually got us to the airport and it was close to the airport The two drivers seemed ok Grab and go breakfast is only available at a certain time? How about just having the grab and go ready for people in the morning when they are goingto the airportoften early Overall a solid D+ for this place Barely did not yank my family out of it

My stay was just okay 🤷🏻‍♂️Nice but somewhat dated typical Marriott feel Staff were very pleasant and accommodating, whether at the front desk, restaurant or exec lounge – all service was superb

Rooms were well appointed Comfortable bed Good water pressure and tempMy main complaint was lack of soundproofing I could hear everything…and I mean everything Every door that opened in my hallway Every word my neighbors said Every sneeze Everything I’ll allow you to fill in the rest of those detailsAnd while the service in the exec lounge was great, the food options were almost laughableI would stay again but wouldn’t be my first pick

Marian Rose

It was clean and bed was comfortable Had coffee and tea available in room This Marriott is older and in need of updating

It’s not as nice as other more modern Marriott I’ve stayed at I only had 1 washcloth in room and water took forever to get hot in shower But room was clean and I had no problems staying there The rate for this Marriott was lower then other Marriott, so I felt I got my moneys worth

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any place This web site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in this area

I have been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t regret itI was UB student I brought my parents for the weekend for a short visitThe rooms are clean and immaculate The staff is very adjusting and cooperative They allowed early check-in and provided a really good service I would highly recommend this place for stay It is also reasonable priced if you book in advance I paid $153 for a 1 night stay for 1 king room

Fortunately for us we are Best Western Rewards members so we did not have to pay the $10 a day parking fee No complimentary breakfast Walls are very thin

You can hear everything going on in the hall My advice, leave your ac on and tv on low, it helps drowned out the hallway noise Not the nicest place we have stayed Our room was pretty clean

We were very pleased with this hotel The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the mini kitchen in particular was useful for us On our first day, we used the Hilton app to check in and unlock our room, which was convenient

The room was sanitized to our satisfaction and you have to explicitly ask for housekeeping services, which is great for those who don’t feel comfortable having others in their room Breakfast was included in the rate and was filling, although it’s the same fare everydayThe app did give us trouble unlocking the room on our third day, so we had to ask for room keys That and checkout were our only interactions with receptionOverall this was a great find and we’d recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and reasonably priced hotel in the Buffalo area

We really enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites in Amherst Our room was large and well equipped with a whole range of appliances We had a full-sized fridge, a microwave, dishwasher and kitchen sink

You also get a full range of dishes if you want to eat in your room The beds were comfortable and we had a sofa pull out bed as wellI used the gym equipment and all machines were working and well maintained My sons swam in and enjoyed the poolBreakfast in the morning was lively and busy but you didn’t have to wait long to get a seat or food The food choices were typical of the modern travel hotelRecommended!

Our visit to this hotel was pretty nice Our room was clean, nice lighting throughout, great front desk / customer service, uncomfortable mattress as I could feel the spring somewhat as that is my only complaint I would suggest they update the mattress to a higher quality one

Our room had a small kitchenette area that’s stocked with everything needed to accommodate you during your stay Plenty of parking Breakfast available was goodSince the hotel is pretty close to the airport, you will hear planes coming and going during your stay( No biggie for us) This could be an issue if you’re a light sleeper or if your little ones are startled easily We would recommend and hope you enjoy your stay too

Great location with lots of dining, shopping, and recreation nearby! Plenty to do for everyone and anyone Close proximity to highway & airportStaff was very friendly and helpful

The rooms were clean and spacious Great breakfast variety with fresh food available all the way through breakfast hours; start to finish Pet friendly – our dog was greeted with treats everytime she passed by!

Aaron M

Ok so the people were fantastic Mostly clean place There was a teeth flosser on the floor when I arrived in my room

Kind of gross, and I paid for the premium room where you get snacks daily I paid 20 extra a night for that because I knew my kids would like that It didn’t get replenished so I kind of feel ripped off that way I hate paying for something and not receiving it Other than that was good Great complimentary breakfast Really enjoyed that

We needed up in this hotel out of pure coincidence and I’m glad we didVery clean, everything is new Smells nice, the staff it’s really polite

I would have given 5 stars if the jacuzzi was still open The indoor pool is open but for some reason the jacuzzi was eliminated They covered with concrete Besides that I loved it, plus a lot of parking spaces Covered and uncovered parking spaces options Consider this a 4 stars and 1/2 honestly

Alison Stoute

The Mosey is a best kept secret! This hotel is easily accessible, clean, centrally located for many restaurants and stores in Williamsville, and had a very friendly staff Room rates are reasonable, beds are comfortable, parking is ample and bathrooms are updated The pool is small, but a perfect escape for the kiddos to burn off energy! Erin at the front desk has been a consummate professional who clearly has a lot of experience and provides first class customer service; honestly, she might be the most friendly, knowledgeable and skilled professional we’ve encountered in the hospitality industry

We will be back and certainly will recommend friends and family to The Mosey

Halle Sipple

I called Tamara to see if we could check in early, and she kindly looked up our room and told us we could come at any time (it was about 9 am) Tamara and the other front desk individuals were so kind and professional at check in; they really made us feel welcomed The rooms are clean, spacious, and the jacuzzi in our bathroom is unreal

We’ve had such a pleasant stay so far We’ll be back!

Was clean, definitely not modernly renovated but that’s okay! Beds could have been a little more comfortable It’s not a long drive from Niagara Falls which is where we went and was definitely fairly priced for what you get We checked in super late at close to 4am but there was still someone to greet us in and she was very sweet about recommendations for things to do and how to go about Niagara

Great location, lots of parking, friendly staff Breakfast and pool available Still no housecleaning service for rooms

No inspections showing in elevators (something I prefer readily available) Pet friendly Dogs were obsessively barking at 11 pm on floor 3 And a small dog with no leash ran at us in the hallway barking and growling Also someone had their small dog at the booth with them while eating breakfast and carried them around all the food No one was at front desk entire time as this happened and the dog barked at people and growled So this was the only issue for us while we stayed

Anya Ily

paid $176 for a night of regret Save yourself the time and BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE…Jacuzzi was closed even though before booking they said it was open, pool was dirty had hair clumps in it and we got a call about us being too loud when we were just laughing at a show, (at only 7pm…) and we were threatened over the phone that we would be kicked out of the hotel if we were “loud” Honestly horrible stay and service

They allow dogs but they don’t allow a bit of laughing three hours before sunset Ridiculous Will not return (Not to mention the hallways reak cigarettes)

Woman working front desk was rude, tried to say that our confirmation number for booking was fake, couldn’t find our reservation, tried to say we hadn’t paid until we showed her the bank charge, and she tried to keep my husband’s ID and card Floors in our room were very sticky, bed wasn’t even made, stains on sheets and pillows There was a strong odor in the the halls and elevator, and the breakfast was terrible- soggy eggs, nearly expired yogurt, juice machine empty

Long haired man was very smelly and did not use gloves when putting out breakfast foods Definitely wouldn’t stay again

Was in need of a relaxing short get away My stay here was the best!! Was allowed to check in early! Had a long soak in the hot tub followed by a dip in the pool Was able to have the whole spa to myself(WELL NEEDED) and enjoyed every second of it! The staff here were super friendly and helpful

Had wonderful conversations with many of the other guests staying thereWoke up refreshed and went down for some breakfast Was over excited over how my experience was I had to tell the ladies at the front desk that I cannot wait to come back!!Thank you!!!Ohand the room was clean and well kept!! Bam!! What more could anyone ask for!!

Pros nice staff, free breakfastCons there are no queen size beds, even though wee reserved the queen room and or conformation email said 2 queen size beds They have 2 double size or one king

The toilet kept running though they fixed it sort of (I finally fixed it so it would flush properly) If you get to the breakfast early it is better I went once at 815 (they close at 9) and 3/4 of the food was empty I don’t know if they allow animals but at one point I heard a dog barking somewhere on the floor If these things don’t bother you then this is a good place to stay

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding and were not overly impressed Sonny and Brian at the front desk greeted us warmly, but things started going south after that We were informed that the front elevator was broken and wouldn’t be fixed for several days

This meant having to drive around to the back of the building for the rear elevator, this also involved going outside in order to reach the lobby We were also informed that there would be no housekeeping or hot breakfast as advertised due to “covid protocols” We got to our rooms and found it very nice and clean The next morning I noticed a very high charge from the hotel on my credit card When I went to the front desk to inquire the woman there seemed like she was annoyed that I was bothering her, and informed me that the room rate I was being charged was double what I was quoted as the wedding price She said that I needed to see the manager, but he wasn’t in yet I then went to see about the grab and go breakfast to find what looked like day old bagels and muffins No plates and no juice even When I came back later and asked for the manager to discuss my room rate the same clerk disappeared and came back 10 minutes later and said the manager said I have to take up the matter with the sales office I asked to speak directly with the manager and was told he was busy The attitude of the rest of the employees was just as lacking in positive customer service attitude The experience at this hotel was very disappointing and detracted greatly from the happy occasion that we traveled 6 hours to Buffalo for

Hotel is nice Restaurant and bar are great Customer service on this side is great – Hallway with pics and history on display is fun too read and look at

Room was nice but pillows were in need of upgradeNo room clean up during stay, which did not impress me I keep room and bathroom pretty organized but like it to be cleaned daily or due to covid at least fresh towels daily Had to ask for towels shampoo/soap everyday House keeping would not give to me, so had to go through front desk every nightThey advertise free breakfast but it’s just small pastries, coffee, juice Could not play pool because pool table was turned in to mini food tableSpa day was niceOn the fence if I would stay here again understand somethings are different due to covid, but still think there should be a level of serviceWould definitely do a date night dinner to the restaurant and bar many times over

We paid $600+ for our room for two nights Was not impressed We were there for a wedding

The bed was not comfortable, sheets did not fix, no microwave, no ice bucket Had to call down for toilet paper Best part, the bathroom! We had the Harriet suite Breakfast was a big joke Would we recommend, nope Want a good place, stay at Russell’s We have stayed there at least 5 times and everything was great Not here Do have to give a thumbs up for the front desk staff

The hotel was nice The only thing is that the floor was sticky in the area where there is no carpet I reported it to the reception but the man in turn explained they have no housekeeping on weekends – and that the next day he would see what he could do about it

He didn’t do anythingRegardless of that the rest of the room was neat, beds were clean, breakfast was good, and the lady who checked me in was nice as well as the people that work in the breakfast areaOverall, my whole family enjoyed the stay

I’ve been to other Hampton Inn’s before but this location was a bit disappointing for the price I paid for However, the service made up for a pleasant stay Check in and out was smooth

I was always greeted with a smile and the staff are so nice They were able to put me in a room beside my family when they arrived later However, the rooms were just okay Looked a bit old and the tables and handles were extremely sticky Breakfast was underwhelming Food ran out pretty fast and it took a while to wait for the replenishment Finding the location was a bit confusing Sign is not as visible It is situated close to the outlet mall which is nice for shopping

While the property is a bit worn, the staff is amazing and accommodating, it’s very clean and I would stay here again in a New York minute I got here late at night and even though their website says they have shuttle service from the airport till midnight, when I called, they said they didn’t have a driver I understand staffing issues since Covid but suggested the should take off of their website till they can properly staff the shuttle

Even though I’m sure it wasn’t in his job description, Robert picked me up anyway and I was very grateful The room was very nice complete with a seating area, a small kitchen and they have a tub and full size coffee pot (all of which I love) I was on CA time so spent some time around the fire pit to wind down Overall, I really like this property!

WORST hotel stay I’ve ever experienced When we arrived to the door of our room, there was a pot with bacon grease sitting directly in front of our door The hallway leading up to our room was also filled with various trash as if housekeeping hadn’t been up there in days and smelled

The room was not cleaned, feel pretty confident in saying they switched out the towels and sheets and then just left without actually cleaning anything There was food on the wall, stains on the chairs, the bath tub was gross and definitely not sanitized, dusty surfaces, and huge tear in the bed comforter We went to the front desk to ask if the pot of bacon grease could at least be picked up and the woman at the front desk scoffed and was extremely rude and then saying “I guess I’ll just get to it if I can” – she mentioned being under staffed, which I understand is frustrating, but not an excuse to be rude to a guest I was a front desk agent at a hotel myself, and this woman had 0 customer service skills and was not apologetic in the slightest We went out to dinner, came back and the bacon grease was still sitting outside of our door, while I didn’t have high expectations that it would be taken care of right away based on the interaction with the employee at the front desk, but what was frustrating to see was that when we arrived back from dinner the staff of the hotel was just sitting in the main lobby common area just chatting and laughing together and remained there for awhile that night, don’t understand how an understaffed hotel has so much “free time” on their hands, the extreme lack of cleanliness of the hotel was just unacceptable and the amount of time they spent socializing you could have easily cleaned up the trash in the hall multiple times The trash throughout the hall, including the pot of bacon grease was never picked up during our stay so our one request was ignored While the hotel is a convenient location, definitely pass on this place and go somewhere cleaner that actually takes care of the property

Adss Amoni

I don’t understand how this hotel has high reviews The service was terrible You can never get them on the phone ever (even sometimes as a guest in the hotel), and if they pick up, they leave you on hold for hours or no one has answers

If you’re looking to use their “shuttle” from the airport, don’t bother I don’t believe they actually have a proper running shuttle from the airport The rooms are average at best, the hallways smell and the breakfast is sub-par Oh and there’s no light dinner as some of these booking websites suggest The best thing about the hotel is the kitchen in the rooms in my opinion

Great Hotel, if you don’t care about customer service The hotel was empty and asked for an upgrade, since I am a Platinum Elite Member and the front desk manager said he didn’t have any rooms available My room was nice, but small and had a post in the middle

My co-workers rooms were nice large suites I made the reservations for 5 of us and asked for a high floor with a bath tube and I didn’t get it I was there for one week and asked the front desk manager everyday and never got a response or upgrade Hotel was very clean and nice

Heather Horn

Beautiful, clean hotel Breakfast buffet had so many options for hot foods! Air conditioner, fridge and microwave were all in great working condition The room was spacious

There are outdoor seating areas that are nice pretty and lit at night I love how this is so close to the Niagara Falls Park, but away from the crowds and traffic The area is so quiet! Staff was very friendly and helpful

Mustafa Sakerwala

A nice secluded HIE with wonderful rooms and lobby The room was updated and modern The breakfast was delicious and ample with a lot of varieties

The staff was great, especially the folks who worked during breakfast time in the kitchen area The only thing that was on the downside was the lack of fast food dining and convenience store options around the hotel Other than that, everything about our stay in HIE was amazing!
