The rooms were very clean and a good size for a family of 4 The staff was very welcoming but somewhat inconsistent The front desk was great about all questions, but breakfast

One day breakfast was amazing: sausage, eggs, waffles The next cereal and cold coffee from the day before?? When asked the front desk said it wasn’t their job I’m sure it wasn’t, but not helpful Hence the 3 for service The maids were 4 star for real very helpful and courteous when needing towels or anything

Derek Raymond

I stayed 3 nights in an ADA King Suite The room was really clean with a great lay out I really appreciate the walk in shower with adjustable shower head, as well as the wide living area

The staff were really friendly and professional I felt safe at night, staying alone It’s really close to major roads and interstates I’d recommend joining their Free Choice rewards club so you get the best rates and accrue points for your stayI’d highly recommend turning left out of their parking lot and checking out the view of the mountains while getting a coffee at Dunkin Donuts

Timothy Carmickle

If you choose this hotel, make sure you stay on the third floor We were kept awake nearly until midnight and at 5am due to the room above us Every footstep is heard and felt through the walls, floor, and bed

The clerk was absent-minded or very inexperienced, asking for my name and other information multiple times over the phone during reservationThe pool had stuff all over its surface, visible from the hall outside Some doors were ripped and hanging from the jambHot and cold in the shower were switched, although plenty hot The handle was loose and floppyThe central air vent was very noisy (not enough to drown noise from other tenants)The greatest credit to this hotel is that the bed was quite comfortableI have had much better stays at hotels less than half the cost of this Breakfast held no surprisesYou would not miss out if you stayed elsewhere

This is such a wonderful respite in Albuquerque! I cannot recommend it highly enough On my visit there were countless patrons taking photos of the beautiful environs, foodies enjoying Campo, Prom-bound high school students getting the perfect photo backgrounds, a beautiful relaxed wedding, and the rest of us travelers enjoying a unique stop especially compared to normal hotels during travel! The Farm Shop is so well curated it is hard to leave empty handed Being able to just wander the grounds at your leisure is food for the soul

The rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed It feels like the perfect guest suite if your friends had immaculate taste and unlimited means Room service is a dream if you feel like holing up in your room with a book and wine Make an excuse to come to Albuquerque or stop here on your next driving adventure!

We had one of the best meals we’ve ever eaten at this restaurant We had four courses and each ordered different items so that we could share Every dish was perfectly balanced with wonderful flavors and textures

Everything we had was exquisite We also did the wine pairings and truly enjoyed each selection Don’t miss the lavender coffee – the perfect end to a wonderful meal!

Laurie Carroll

I’m a princess when it comes to hotels, but I can’t find anything wrong with Los Poblanos, we had the most perfect stayThe rooms were big, clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable (although we did weigh the pillows weren’t feather), and they have their lavender products in the bathrooms which are amazingThe whole property is so gorgeous, and it’s so nice to stroll through the grounds and find hidden courtyards and explore the flowers

The food at Campo is amazing We had snacks, dinner and breakfast there and we loved everythingCan’t wait to go back for a longer stay!

Clean, comfortable, and quiet room The front desk staff really went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and restful When we extended our stay, they made sure that our room key wouldn’t expire, as just one example

Very thoughtful, helpful, answered all our questions, and checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed Outstanding and very much appreciated, as my girlfriend’s mother had just passed, and we were overwhelmed

Angie Kotarski

For being a Diamond member, they sure don’t know how to take care of you I was told upon check in that I would receive breakfast for my and my husband We were there for our wedding so we had a lot of family also staying there

When we went for breakfast, they said I didn’t chose that so we would have to pay full price I told the lady that when we checked in we were told we received breakfast or a credit to use for snacks I had to call Hilton customer service and they called front desk at Rio Rancho Lady said they lady that checked us in was new and we have to pay full price Didn’t even try to accommodate us at all So disappointing

Jeiden Arellano

We checked in August 4th The initial front staff was not the most pleasant (sorry it irked you we couldn’t find our rewards account number) but other than that the room was clean, the shower had good water pressure and the rest of the staff was pretty friendly Breakfast is not free you either pay extra for it at the time of booking or they charge you at the time of receiving it

It’s a good location though so there are plenty of restaurants around that serve breakfast I recommend booking online as calls are outsourced, it was hard to understand the attendant and it was not an option we had to sign up for the rewards Which we were then not able to use for the discounted rate because the front desk couldn’t find us in their system and was very rude when we tried offering the number we received in the email

We stayed for one night and we loved it The room was comfortable and suited our family of 5 Breakfast was great and we loved the selection

The common area is very welcoming and comfortable The staff was very friendly and helpful Our kids enjoyed the pool just said it was a little cold A hot tub would’ve been awesome We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area

Ryan Erwin

This is our first stay at the Marriott Pyramid in Albuquerque and I must admit that we’ve been impressed Our room is very nice and comfy The showers are hot and have great water pressure and the bed is great

Now for the best part of our experience here – the guy behind the desk running the show tonight – Drew We can’t thank him enough for his hospitality He went above and beyond to accommodate our family after being on the road for 15 hoursGreat service and a 2am check in are a rare and unusual combination, but Drew knocked it out of the park

Lindsay Norman

We love this hotel and stay every time we visit Albuquerque We had a room with no AC and they happily moved and upgraded us, it was a smooth process so that was appreciated The staff is professional and very kind and accommodating

It’s my understanding the hotel is severely understaffed based on their standard and the hotel was booked to capacity during our stay You can feel that but everyone takes it in stride Joe, the bartender was amazing and we hope y’all give him a raise! Thanks for a great experience

A beautiful stay! It was quiet and the staff was amazing! I really appreciated the kind words from the breakfast staff I would come back any timeMy only complaint is that my shower drain did not work

I could take maybe five minutes shower before the basin was on the edge of overflowingThe windows were placed a bit strangely directly in front of the toilet and the clear glass shower but I recognize it is a historic building!Again I would absolutely recommend it!

Ashton Alexander

I researched hotels in the area for over a month prior to our trip I wanted clean and safe! Went back and forth between here and a few others So glad I went with Parq Central

I am very picky when it comes to hotels and this one exceeded my expectations Everyone was friendly The rooms were cleaned each day and the hotel bar was great with a beautiful view! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! Also, the free breakfast was simple, but great for a quick bite! The bathroom was a nice size with a big walk in shower They will shuttle you anywhere within a 3 mile distance free of charge 10 out of 10!!

darla carmello

The restoration of this place from a hospital to a hotel is interesting The rooms were set up very nice and contemporary style The service was great but the continental breakfast served was unusual

The hotel did not have a pool onky hot tub and the rooftop lounge had a great atmosphere and awesome views The hotel location downtown was good in proximity for business but overall the area seems rundown with many homeless nearby and closed restaurants The best part was the paranormal experience, if you like a little spooky stay here!

We stayed here for two nights on the back end of a 5,000+ mile road trip across the country We desperately needed a day or two of rest and relaxation before we made the final 750 miles home – and decided to stay hereThe bad: The price per night for this place is insane

They wanted over $400 a night for the room alone, which of course is crazy expensive Back when we paid for rooms in Vegas I never paid anywhere near that, and for much bigger, newer roomsMediocre: The poker room was drastically understaffed and the staff they did have was not friendly Not that I blame them really, they are overworked and underpaid The seats were not comfortable, they didn’t have many trolleys for drinks and whatnot and the beverage service left a lot to be desiredThe good: The staff is friendly, the casino is well lit, secure and well stocked The hotel and the rooms themselves were great, very clean – just not worth the price tagAt the end of the day if they want to charge high end Vegas prices they need to provide a high end Vegas experience, and that includes a solid, amenable wait staff and gambling staff

S A Lands

Customer service is horrible since the pandemic Everything is a fight here We rented their super suite for $1500/night for a girls trip

They made every aspect of the stay difficult Weeks before we requested early check in When we arrived, they wouldn’t honor it AND even tried to make us wait an extra hour to check in at 4! The restaurant wouldn’t take a reservation and we’re going to make us wait an hour The sports bar tried the same thing b it there were so many empty tables that we walked in and sat down-after they’d hassled us all day, we’d had enough Our trip to the spa was bad too They had oversold day passes so the hot tubs and saunas were too crowded to use even if you’d paid for a service and expected the amenities They obviously have way too much funding from somewhere, because they don’t care a thing about guest experience!

Roshelle White

Extremely disappointed! We booked our room for one night, on a Monday and it was $300 When we got to our room and decided to checkout our dinner options, we realized we could only eat at the fast food grill The sports bar was closed for maintenance

I decided to DoorDash dinner only to find out that the dasher can only deliver to the front desk and I had to go downstairs and get my order We tried to bring up alcohol that we bought at the store but the casino wouldn’t allow it When we asked where we would be able to buy beer in the casino, a security guard pointed us towards the gift shop that closed at 7pm By this time it was already after 7 There were only two towels in the bathroom of our double queen bed room Makes no sense We found a long black hair in the tub The only positive is the bathroom had a really nice tub with good water pressure We went down to the casino and found out that your not allowed to drink on the casino floor You have to sit at the bar and finish your drink! I have never been to a casino this terrible No fun!!

Had an excellent stay here on our first trip to ABQ The neighborhood is awesome – it’s residential but walking distance to several craft breweries and doesn’t have the touristy vibe of old town (although you can walk there in like 15 min if that’s on your list) It’s really centrally located and totally safe

The rooms are very well decorated with local art and prints I felt kind of pampered here, there are a lot of really nice personal touches Jesse was a wonderful host and has done an amazing job of restoring this propertyWe stayed in the Lottie suite and loved having a kitchen and living room

David Divine

We really enjoyed our stay at the Painted Lady The suite was immaculate and plenty of room for my wife and I along with my folks Plenty of nice touches, especially if you’re interested in exploring the beer scene in Albuquerque

Jesse is super friendly and knowledgeable to steer you in the right direction for breweries and/or restaurants The courtyard is comfortable and bright My wife really enjoyed the fire pit We will definitely return

Jennie Garst

We loved, loved, loved our stay in the Lottie suite at the Painted Lady Bed & Brew! Jesse thought of every detail to make a stay at the Painted Lady perfect The suite was beautiful and cozy and beyond our expectations Jesse was such a wonderful host too

We enjoyed talking with him and learning about the area and the Painted Lady We can’t wait to go back and enjoy another stay! Thanks, Jesse!

A great place to stay! We were on the road about 14 hours and this was an oasis in the desert! It was clean, pet-friendly, and the employees were so nice The hotel was surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and the neighborhood was nice, too I didn’t love having to go all the way downstairs for ice but I survived

I noticed the parking lot was well-lit when we parked but I woke up around 3 or 4 in the morning and it seemed the lights where we parked had gone out The room was super-clean and a good size The bed was a little firm but maybe that’s because the hotel seems pretty new It was a great start to a long vacation

Jarrod Fox

This place was great It was clean and tidy I absolutely love the kitchenettes or whatever they are called

My biggest issue was with the desk person on the date that we arrived While friendly to me, my wife had a different experience She went down at one point to get me a soda from the snack area and due to being exhausted from not sleeping well, she didn’t understand what the front desk staff person was saying When asked for clarification, she got snapped at Later on; in the early morning, my wife went back to the snack area to grab something to boost her blood sugar She grabbed a few items and waited for about 5 minutes or so before hitting the service bell No one came She continued to wait and still no one came She put the items back and came back to the room Other than that, we enjoyed our stay We wished we could have stayed longer!! Would definitely come back

Michael Glass

As someone who spends the majority of my year on the road (upwards of 17 nights a month) I normally use Hilton properties, but this fantastic hotel has converted me to Marriott! Not only is the location ideal, and the accommodations well kept, but the staff makes all the difference! Between Dolores who obviously gives the place an expert touch and the fantastic management staff that Charlene and Cheyenne have perfected and then the maintenance / engineering guys Tom and Tim always making themselves available and then Cameron being a fantastic face for the team I am lucky to have been here for the last few months Denise greets me every morning at breakfast, and I can’t even begin to name all of the housekeeping staff that have made this rough stretch of my life away from home so much better than I expected! You would be lucky to stay here, and I know that they always stay pretty booked with guests, but the cool part is seeing the fact that this team makes all the difference for their guests! I’m glad to be one of their visitors and I’m going to make this my primary plan for all future visits to Albuquerque

Where do I begin to describe this astonishingly beautiful place that we stayed at for 3 nights in July, 2022 to celebrate a family member’s birthday It is located on the outskirts of Albuquerque My spouse and I had a lovely queen suite with a living area with gas fireplace and a private flower-filled small patio

Our son had a twin bedroom with a small patio also The bed linens in each room were of a lovely, high quality When you first arise, they bring a delicious homemade muffin or scone and coffee to your room A little later there is a gourmet picture-perfect breakfast made right in the open kitchen The setting is reminiscent of an enclosed compound that is contemporary with a New Mexico vibe There are trees and flowers flourishing among the large flagstone patio area and there is also a swimming pool It is obvious that every detail was carefully and thoroughly thought out by the owner and architect when this small hotel was built It gets close to perfection

Carolyn Leavitt

We truly enjoyed our stay Amy’s hospitality was unsurpassed The amenities were wonderful and the breakfast was THE best

This is not a 5 star rating because of the “passive cooling” that was in place when we visited Unfortunately, our room was very warm which made sleeping difficult, despite the use of a provided fan and opening the window Thank you Sarabande

Charlene McCurn

A little late writing this review as we stayed at Sarabande in April Everything was so wonderful and Amy was so attentive Breakfast was absolutely delicious and our room was very comfortable

We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evenings enjoying a glass of wine We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Albaquerque!

Stayed during the weekdays Parking is free and easy to park, I didn’t have to search for a spot They had bellhops and other services upon entering

The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly The room was very clean and seemed maintained and updated Room was quite The bed was comfortable The water pressure was excellent for a room that was high up Concierge was nice, but still lacked drinks and desserts The location is nice, easy to get on and off I-40 Right next to lots of shopping and restaurants I plan to stay here again if/when I come back

Jason and Crystal Welch

I’m rather high in status and decided to spend some hard earned points here I travel for work and spend close to equal nights in hotel as I do at home Hotel room that I received was run down for a recent renovation and the lounge was pretty abysmal

Staff was fine I feel like I should make more of an effort on my Hilton status given the offerings I mean I know it was a points reservation, but I feel like when I use points, I never get a decent room What’s the point of using points?

Jennifer Phillips

Leena is what every hotel bartender should be Just the right balance of attentive and talkativeRooms are fine

Does anyone else miss bar soap in the shower? The walls could use a wipe down in the bathroomStaff makes this place They did me a solid and got me into a room early so I could get some work done

The hotel is clean, the staff is great but do not stay while there is a wedding Bass was shaking our walls- concert level volume We were told they would move inside at 10pm, however, employee then started cleaning and moving tables & chairs until after 11pm

People outside enjoying themselves well into the night If you’re staying for the wedding wonderful otherwise ask if there is an event before booking!

Shawna Baron

We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time So much to do within walking distance- our favorite was Sawmill Market across the street This place is safe, clean, modern, and friendly

The pool is fabulous but they do share it with their sister hotel next door (Hotel Chaco) Also loved the restaurant and gift shop on site Will definitely be back

This property is great Reasonable price, great rooms, excellent customer service from Brian at the Registration Desk and the restaurant staff too The room was clean, well maintained, and quiet

There is not much available within walking distance for food or entertainment as I had hoped there would be, so I was bored for the evening The quality, preparation, and service for the food was excellent! pool was very full with other guests and kids which was great for them, but I would have liked to have a live band or musician during the evening Overall a great experience

Avenda Marketplace

We came into town for a weekend getaway this place looked amazing online they really fluff it up With anticipation of a relaxing weekend by the pool we find out after booking that the pool is closed for no particular reason Called Guest services several times to get basic information about places to eat or fresh linen and towels no one answered

They also offer breakfast but it’s an Additional charge I suggest going to FLYING STAR CAFE it was a place I found online and it was amazing I wish they had a hotel I would probably have had a better time Unfortunately Crowne Plaza doesn’t meet its online presence so be forewarned you are just paying for a bed and a shower and a pretty lobby (why they got the 3rd star)

JL DaPilot

Well as far as hotels I would recommend just die to the fact that the housekeeper named Ruby went above and beyond for what ever I needed or my family needed She never hesitated and just because I recommend this their service Excellent when it comes to the rooms Now as for the front desk can get busy but they are very friendly as soon as they greet you you feel welcomed

Try it once won’t be disappointed Two pools are better than one and the view is pretty cool

From the time we checked in The Staff was Courteous and Helpful You felt like they Actually wanted to help The music was good, too bad it was only until 8pm

The rooms were nice and clean, the restaurants were tasty and the beer was cold Parking is a little scarce, but other than that, Come and Enjoy The Mexican restaurant across the street was Delicious The Bagel shop on the property was good The Staff at the “Sister” Property bar The Monterrey, were Rude but the Staff at El Vado made up for it The pool was Very clean and there were quite a few Adults and Children enjoying it😃 It was a hidden gem that’s for sure

The staff was very friendly and helpful The room was clean and well designed The whole place has great atmosphere full with a central lounging area with a food pod on the street and shops around the outside of the building

Easy to walk to historic downtown from your room You can’t go wrong choosing El Vado I’ve already recommended it to friends and will make it my stay next time I am in Albuquerque

Route 66 experience here at El Vado was just fantastic This is a very nicely rennovated relic of a great part of American history The staff here were very helpful and kind

It was very clean and safe Lots of options for food and fun all close to the motel It is easy to find and get in and out of without any problems We discovered this place on Google Maps and were very impressed

The ambiance in the lobby is fantastic and has many beautiful features We worked with two different valet attendants during our stay and they were great We called for our car to be brought to the front of the hotel, left our room and headed downstairs, and our car was waiting for us

Super impressive turnaround, less than five minutesRoom decor included these creepy partial faces on the wall The ac did not work as well as we had hoped and it was very hot at night Our room did not have a bathtub, microwave, and the toilet paper was super thin All of the pillows were on the flat side However, the room was clean and the bed was comfy

This was a unique hotel in an awesome location in downtown Albuquerque The parking situation isn’t ideal, but I used the garage next door with no issue! I got a double room on the 5th floor with excellent mountain views The beds were comfortable and there were a ton of TV channels to browse

I wasn’t a huge fan of the shower – it doesn’t have a door – but other than that the bathrooms are upgraded and very modern! I loved the lobby decor & how they have kept older aspects of the hotel while modernizing aspects of it as well The office space was excellent for getting some work done as wellThere are no coffee makers in the rooms but there is coffee in the lobby every morning that was very good! The biggest downside to this hotel, which is of no fault of theirs, is the traffic noise going all night They do provide ear plugs but since it is an older building the noise really doesn’t get blocked much There is also no fitness center in the hotel, not a deal breaker for me but something to be aware of! Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to check out the restaurant when I’m back as it smelled so yummy every time I went by!

Lovely hotel! The decor is amazingThe hotel has small cabanas on level 1 with unique decor you can use as a available to just sit and talk with family/friendsThe elevator is stylish too

The bathroom was a bit weird though There was no door to the shower area so the water splashed outside (It was not a accessible room)The ac didn’t work so it was quite hot at night The instructions for thermostat were not very helpful

Me and my husband stayed 2 days here at this hotel, it was our 23 anniversary, I have to say it was very nice and quiet not too busy at all We swam and relaxed in the hot tub with no one else around it was so nice Beds could be a little more comfy and the water didn’t drain in the tub properly, other then that it was awesome!! Would stay here again for sure

Oh and props to Jill she was so sweet!

Linda

The girl at the front desk, Celeste, was very nice That was the biggest plus I remember, but other than that, there is not a whole lot of plus when it comes to this hotel Unless you count the black sock that was in the corner of the room when we arrived

Maybe the plus was the bobby pin on the floor (so we knew the room had not been vacuumed)? I have stayed at worse hotels, but I have also stayed at much better hotels for the same price It is not in the greatest locationunsafe intersection where Google tells you to turn left, but if you don’t want to get in an accident, it is best to drive up a little further and do a U-turn But the main reason we will no stay again iswe stayed in the beginning of July and I was looking through my bank activity and I saw a $197 charge from this hotel on August 1st (3 weeks later) I disputed the charges and then called the hotel The nice girl said that she had been fielding calls like mine for some time She explained that for the whole month of July a portion of the tax was not being taken out of each customers payment method It sure would have saved me some trouble knowing that my card was not subject to fraud like my bank thought it might be Would an email to each customer have been too much to ask for?

Stayed here a year ago forgot to write a reviewBeds were comfortable, sheets clean, pillows nice and comfy Did not have any issues with the front desk at all very friendly when leaving with a “have a good day” , “have a good night”

Floors in the room were clean Very spacious for all of our luggageI would recommend this place

We stayed here for 2 nights The staff were all very friendly and helpful We loved the free 5:30 pm Kickback Meal, and the free breakfast

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool every night Our room was super clean and the beds are very comfy We were in a room facing the interstate and we did hear a lot of road noise even with white noise playing on our phone I would bring ear plugs just in case you are on the interstate side of the hotel I would not hesitate to stay here again We loved it!

This is the second time we stayed at this Drury All the staff is super friendly and polite Always helpful and proactive in service

The dinner and breakfast included are very good and the 2 cocktails after a day on the road welcome 😉 The hotel is clean and well maintained The bed was a little soft for me, but I think beds and pillows are difficult to please everyone The price is very fair for the room and 2 meals We’ll be back Thank you

Very clean rooms with comfortable beds, great view from our room and excellent breakfast The cleaning staff were very attentive However, the best part of our stay was the Customer service and welcome we received from Adriana

From the moment we arrived going above and beyond to accommodate our requests She remained very pleasant, continued to answer phones and took care of other guests at the same time During our entire stay her level of Customer Service was exceptional

Ken Long

Home2 was outstanding across the board At the front desk the customer service representative Phonomary (my spelling is probably incorrect) was very helpful with information about the city that may our visit more enjoyable than it would have been without her help The room and the hotel in general was very clean

At breakfast the food was prepared well and the personnel supporting the breakfast were friendly and helpful It was a pleasure to stay here I would look forward to staying here again

Sripriya G Bala

Excellent hotel stay Had a decent hot breakfast The hotel location is located in a mid point making it accessible to almost all eateries and gas stations

The hotel is near to Costco Being a Costco member, we refilled gas at Costco, which saved us some money The hotel was close to Interstate, which makes us accessible to connect to Arizona immediately The rooms and bathroom were clean The staff was very helpful and kind The wifi was good

Incredible charm at a great price! These renovated 1930’s artist apartments are super cozy and quaint We stayed in the”Ivy Cottage ” We had a working fireplace that they stocked with wood and had a private patio where we ate our dinner from a wonderful restaurant they recommended

Emily checked us in and showed us to our room personally We could not have been happier with her! Breakfast next morning was yummy as well and the breakfast room overlooked the adorable grounds! Wished I had been staying more than 1 night!

This is not your standard hotel It has so much character in the Casita It is not a new building

I’m guessing 1940s or 1950s? So the quirks of the building are expected, but the fireplace, large living room, cute setting, walk ability to old town and the aquarium made it a wonderful stay Extra friendly hotel staff and a breakfast that is delicious and more enjoyable Ice machine is in a turquoise box on the edge of funky cool gardens Each Casita seems different (I didn’t go in them) Check the bathroom features, our cottage had 15 baths and 2 bedrooms which was great, but no shower stall, instead a jetted tub and hand held nozzle which worked fine, but would have been a bit easier with a holder and shower curtain I would stay there again in a heartbeat because I enjoyed the fireplace so muchrefreshed firewood every day was a nice touch! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

While it certainly isn’t pristine, it is extremely charming It feels like stepping back in time in some ways I love the unique style and background of the hotel

It is a historic building and they have worked hard to keep it functioning with the times, but the buildings weren’t built with A/C systems in mind, so set expectations accordingly It was spacious and felt very safe The gardens are beautiful and the staff was wonderful I adore all of the unique structures and art I absolutely would go there again, it was actually my mom’s second time there Please consider this wonderful little business if you are in the area
