Lots of great things about this hotel Very, very welcoming, professional, helpful staff, including shuttle drivers Convenient location close to airport and places to eat

My sole, one and only complaint is that I had to make a cleaning request several times over the course of almost 3 days I honestly would have had no problem doing it myself if they’d have let me borrow the cleaning supplies 😂 Even with this though, the staff was genuinely apologetic and did end up getting it taken care of Being away from home for work can be draining These folks did an overall fantastic job making it a pleasant experience Google doesn’t let you do 1/2 stars, but I’d give 45 stars if possible

This is my first time doing this for the Honor Flights of Veteran’s I had no say in the choice of the places we visited or where we stayed I was just more than thrilled to be able to go see the memorial places and statues, that have been built for us veteran’s

The hotel is definitely off the beaten path The entrance is of no difference to most of any of the 100`s of hotel’s I have stayed in, throughout the years The reception area or front desk, is not big The help was good and pleasant, upon my arrival at noon Apparently me and third floors are a thing The room is nicely proportioned The bathroom has nice big shower with glass doors, but yet once again, there is a problem The toilet is placed just as you enter to the left, in that you will have to close the door to be able to use it I understand that, but come on So now the bed area, and the flat screen tv Another big sized one, approximately 48 inches or more I did scroll through the channels and saw a lot of available channels Unfortunately it’s been 4 days since I was there, so my memory is not good of what was in the room, but I do recall a fridge, but no microwave Dang, I don’t recall any coffeemaker The heating cooling unit seemed to be a little loud The room I was in, had no view outside The shower was good with a decent amount of pressure Continental breakfast is good with the usual stuff of scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast sticks, bacon, and the bread stuffs Coffee, strong or decaffeinated, or just hot water, and OJSo, all in all, I had a very memorable visit to Baltimore and Washington DC Thanks to all the people that gave me, an honored Vietnam War veteran, the help I need in this time of memory’s God bless you

This is a large hotel with a restaurant, bar and pool There are restaurants and bars within walking distance We stayed for one night because we had to fly out early the next morning

The server and cook at breakfast were excellent! We told them we had to leave early and she got our order in quickly it came out in a few minutes steaming hot; it was good!

This is my favorite hotel! Love the fact that it’s across the street from Carabbas and close to Target Staff is so friendly Beds are so comfy and like the 4 smaller pillows

My sister in law and I have been best friends since high school and we love to come every month or so to unwind and catch up The hotel never disappoints! And thanks again to the maintenance man who stopped and showed me how to use the ice machine He didn’t have to do that and on a hot day, Dorothy and I sure did appreciate it!

Checking in was a breeze and employees were very amicable King bedroom was nice and clean although the carpet could use an update I appreciate that the self-parking and breakfast buffet is included in the rate

Close to a number of shopping centers and highways so easy to grab a bite, buy any necessities, or make my way to points east or west

Outdated rooms, mildew and cigarette smell throughout the entire hotelnot to mention limited response from hotel staff!!How disappointing this property ended up being compared to the reviews and photos

Upon check-in I was greeted with a somewhat lackadaisical attitude by hotel staff Never was I asked what type of room would I like based on my preferences already on fileOnce the entering the room you immediately notice the wear and tear on walls, furniture, and carpet However the worst part would be the odor!! Stale cigarettes and perfume mixed together with dampnessThis had to be the worst experience I’ve had in a long timeI’ll admit the complimentary breakfast was good Staff kept all items refreshed and cleanHotel location was excellentnestled amongst routes 50, 301, 197, as well as MLK HighwayAll in all I’ll more than likely never return to the this property simply because of the lack of communication and willingness to resolve guest comfortably issues

TLDR – Great place to stay!Although we only stayed one night we feel the hotel was very accommodating We wanted a place to stay so we could get an early trip to the airport We got a great price to keep our vehicle for a couple days until we returned

Jackie, at the front desk, was extremely courteous and helpful to us The trip to and from the airport in ‘the cookie van’ was prompt and courteous The room was clean and modern The food we ordered from the restaurant in the evening was delicious and the service was greatsame with breakfast in the morning The cookies were a nice touch We’ll stay there again the next time we fly out of BWI

Joseph Elkins

The front desk staff sit “too busy” on their personal phones and lie to people by saying that they don’t have water bottles for guests that pay hundreds of dollars for poor quality beds in rooms with very loud air conditioners and doors/walls through which you can hear every tone some one flushes or is talking Disrespectful staff 24/7 available to charge you $3/20oz water bottle The only great aspect of this experience was the wonderful daytime shuttle driver who is extremely kind and professional

The hotel smelled like gas Spoke with rude Kyle at the front desk about it He stated management was aware as this has been going on for weeks and they were not going to do anything about it

He brushed me off to speak with the next guest that walked up This is very dangerous for the guest and employees to be inThe next day (Sunday) I’m coming out of the bathroom naked and housing keeping is entering my room at 10am I went to the front desk and spoke with a man who stated he was the manager (did not want to provide his name to me) explained to him what happened and why are they entering my room at 10am if check out is not until 12pm He confirmed check out was at 12 and stated house keeping is short staffed I told him there was not an excuse as to why they were entering my room so early He apologized and asked if I wanted coffee or a cookie Like why would I want coffee or a cookie when I was just violated by entering a room we paid forOverall the room was nice! Doubletree needs to do better with their staff

This was not a comfortable stay for us It was not a nice Embassy Suites The entire hotel seemed unclean and outdated

I can’t even get into all of the details of the different issues with thatOur room smelled terrible The couch in the living room was so dirty I asked my daughter to not touch it The curtain rod from the shower was hanging down from loose screws on both ends of it, from the walls We could not even keep the shower curtain closed enough for water to not come out onto the floor And we could only shower after having maintenance come up to jimmy the faucets to get them to workThe back of the toilet tank was broken, there were stains on the bathroom floor The carpet was very dirtyAfter just feeling so uncomfortable in the hotel itself, we were at least looking forward to breakfast Got down there at 6 because we had to hit the road, and waited for a while only to be told that because it was a holiday, breakfast was not until 7 That was annoying because not only were we told 6, we were also given a piece of paper that said 6 o’clock The man sending us away actually argued with me and told me I would have been given a piece of paper upon check in that said because of the holiday it was 7 I pulled out the paper to show him, which said 6 And another couple standing and waiting with us, had actually just called the front desk and were also told 6 So we had to leave without eating and go find a gas station breakfast so we could hit the road Really just annoying and disappointing Not a fun stay

Visited MD 5 times within 3 months because I’m buying a house and, so far this is best hotel we stayed at Amazing location, Hotel is gorgeous, staff is nice, unlimited parking… but few things why I’m not giving 5 stars- 1st and most important, room cleaning service is available only every day and you HAVE TO REQUEST IT FIRST

So if you booked for 3 days or 2, your room will not be taken care of- Rooms are too close to each other Almost no privacy When you open your room, a bunch of people can see inside if they are outside in front of their rooms, on the balcony or even in the elevators which are fully transparent- The breakfast service has this lady who is so unprofessional and rude Zero customer service I went to breakfast on day 2 and it was a very nice and professional gentleman making the omelettes On day 3 it was a lady and literally everyone was complaining about her attitudeOverall, it was a good stay even if I called a week ahead and specifically asked for a baby crib in my room for our little one but it was not there Luckily we got it about an hour later after checking in That didn’t affect my review I wish I can give 45

This past weekend we stayed at the Embassy Suites at BWI We spent 36,000 points for a suite and were super disappointed When we arrived our room only had two towels and three pillows, which clearly isn’t enough

The room overall felt dated and honestly dirty The carpeting was pulling up in the common areas The shower was tiny (see photo) and there was mold around the whole base The shelf in the shower had been ripped out of the wall and never put back up, so our shampoo and soaps had to be placed on the floor (see photo) The floor of the shower was also poorly patched leaving it super rough The toilet paper holder had also been ripped from the wall and not replaced (see photo) We told the front desk, but I think they misunderstood and sent us extra soap and toilet paper The staff was struggling due to the hotel being booked and them being stretched thin The evening reception was poor We were limited to three drink options and poor bar snacks There were only two staff members, so the drink line backed up to the lobby Again, we have no complaints with the staff, there just weren’t enough of them Then for breakfast they couldn’t keep up with the crowds There was only one person bring out food, which left the counters a mess and everything constantly empty The man was trying so hard to keep up and he was so kind, but in a fully booked hotel, one person is not enough for this task The parking lot was dark and there were hardly any open spots We came across a car (not far from our own) with a smashed window and all the tires missing (see photo) There were no cameras or security around the parking lot, which was super alarming Additionally, this was my first stay I have had since achieving Hilton honors diamonds status and nothing was mentioned or provided regarding my status during my stay

This is a hotel that lives up to the Marriott good name It wasn’t brand new but it was very clean The breakfast was acceptable, and it’s nice to see hotels serving breakfasts again after a long hiatus due to the pandemic

The front desk was friendly The fitness room was clean and had some very nice drinking water Overall I would recommend this hotel

Casie Sulzle [Carlson]

There were always staff cleaning, and it felt like the whole hotel was clean Our floor even got shampooed during our stay, it was comforting that they cleaned oftenThe rooms were definitely outdated

The carpet under our chair was ripped up, the walls needed new paint, and our tub drained very slowly But, it seemed very clean and the bed was comfy!Breakfast was great! Shout-out to the chef because she came and greeted guests and kept everything stockedPool was a huge plus, as were the kind staff who recognized us in the lobby

Naomi Reinbold

I don’t feel like the pictures represented the hotel to date For the price it isn’t horrible but the best part of the room was the bathroom Our air-conditioner sounded like it was going to break off the wall, our TV was broken, when we let them know about it they sent new batteries for the remote, they never even came to the room to check it out

The pool was empty and being fixed We weren’t going swimming anyways but for people who have kids this may have ended badly I was just disappointed in the overall experience Hotels cost money and to have it be an experience where I was ready to leave at 1:30 am and continue my drive home it warranted a detailed review I will definitely not stay here again

Not as horrible as some of the reviews But no coffee for us early risers AND they charge for it anyways No breakfast either

Thin walls, hear everything It is very dated Grass was super high for my dogs and there was dog feces all over the courtyard (Bad dog parents, but still very unkept grounds) Definitely odor of marijuana in some hallways Needs to be demolished and updated Came back through, stayed elsewhere; much happier

Steve Tasco

It was kinda clean

that’s itok really where do I start? No microwave in room, a community microwave where the ice machine that doesn’t work iscleaned by who??? Me? Good luck with breakfast, if your schedule has you gone by 7:30 no breakfastnot sure they even have onemaybe someone could let me knowStaff was friendly enough but that’s not really important if they don’t offer anything else, a 2 outta 5 is kind

bdubz 612

The room was nice and that’s the only thing about this place that was okay The staff is ignorant, they not only don’t have any type of breakfast but they sell little cups of cereal and they also sell their cups of coffee I’m sorry but someone spends over 100$ to stay a night at your establishment the least you could do is give a cup of coffee for them in the morning

Very disgraceful and greedy is all they are

I can’t describe enough how grateful I am for the attentive and kind staff and excellent rooms I stayed here for several months and never had issues Anything I needed help on the staff promptly took care of

The food was good and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable I so enjoyed staying here and had such an excellent experience The front desk workers even knew my name after a while and were such a pleasure to interact with The housekeeping staff was equally pleasant and did a great job This is the perfect place to stay both short and long term 11/10 🙂

I absolutely loved it here!!!! I had surgery and had to stay a week! This place is so comfortable and the kitchen area is beautiful, clean fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware just need food and drinks

near a ton of places to eat! Giant grocery store right behind here! The bed was so comfystaff was amazing! I could go on and onI’d most certainly would stay here time and time again!! Free delicious breakfast buffet too!!

Beth Bailey

We had a 2 bedroom suite (King + 2 Queens) It was convenient to DC The service (of the front desk staff and those in breakfast/evening social) was quality

Pros: plenty of room for my 5 kids, full fridge & counter in room, some basic cooking things, shower for parents & tub shower for kids, doors to bedrooms, clean upon arrival, front desk staff was nice, mini waffles at breakfastCons: furniture & things had wear (rip in couch arm, non-functional can opener), tiny cooktop, didn’t know we had to request housekeeping to get fresh towels and empty trashService only down a star because they didn’t tell us housekeeping required a request (This is a new, common thing, but we haven’t traveled much since covid and didn’t know)

It’s a decent and affordable hotel, not the caliber that would be my first preference however Rooms were clean, staff was professional Ashanti was exceptional! Our couches had stains, no big deal

They accommodated us when our AC unit was broken Continental breakfast, beautiful lobby Why three stars? Called our last night to simply request if it was possible for a late checkout Carl, the night attendant responds, “No” and after a brief silence says “no, no, no we are already booked, no” as though I was being scolded and he was aggravated about receiving the same request from other guests Poor customer service and soft skills When I was asked to sign a contract at check-in promising no parties and loud music and given a parking permit stating take all valuables out the car, that told me all I needed to know about the environment, the people that stay there and what staff has to deal with Nevertheless, that doesn’t exonerate staff from treating guests like second class nuances Do better Carl

Michelle

Long but thorough!…Staff: EXCELLENT WonderfulCustomer Service Honestly best staff experience I’ve ever had…and I’ve stayed at lots of hotels, some very high end

They go above and beyond, even for my kids! So friendly!Breakfast: FABULOUS spread Had sausage, was only lacking bacon 😂 tons of choices and on the go options too Not skimping with generics, either EGGS MADE WITH CHEESE…Need I say more?!Room: No complaints about cleanliness; AC DEF WORKS! 😉 Housekeeping is nice, helpful and efficient when needed Comfy bed and pillows! And of course, the suite factor with a sectioned off living space + kitchenette is clutchPool & hot tub: Fine, does the trick Could use more seating and keeping up with stock of available “pooltowels” on a shelving unit, but that’s ok Can get loud, but that’s to be expected if an indoor poolFree (soft) chocolate chip cookies at the front desk, GOOD COFFEE always hot and available, easy parking… what else can I say?PS “The Green Turtle Bar & Grill” is an easy, short walk and fantastic food! Menu and food quality much better than any typical sports bar!

Deborah Sanchez

So my family and I needed a 2 night stay the price was more than I’d like but it was a weekend so 340 is about average The room was accommodating but there were plenty of noticeable stains on the mattresses and sheets

There is a complimentary breakfast but the Waffles were all burnt and stuck together in the plastic The milk was going bad because it was being held at a warmer temp than it should’ve been There was visible mold in the bathroom and due to lack of staff, we couldn’t get an extra blanket or pillow until the morning Our room had a pullout sofa with no dressings Not the worst hotel experience but Def could use some improvements The staff that was there was pleasant at check in and during the interim The manager did make a point to come up to check the toilet which wasn’t flushing so that was a plus I’d come back for the sake of convenience

Not perfect but we will come back We stayed 2 nights, but housekeeping did not clean our room after the first night Other hotels we have stayed at ask if you want housekeeping but they didn’t so we assumed it was going to happen

Check in was at 3 and check out was 12 noonEveryone at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating Sitting outside on our little patio may very well have been the best part of the weekend It was quiet and peaceful, and we talked for hoursThe location is close enough to everything but far enough away to not be the most expensive place in town Dunkin Donuts is a 3 minute walk Plenty of hot water, water pressure was great The room was clean when we arrived Definitely a great place to stay, just make sure to ask about housekeeping if you stay more thank 1 night

Aaron Poland

The front-desk staff was super friendly (some of the best I’ve ever encountered) and the facility was very clean Our major issue was how the hotel felt like it was in disrepair Throughout our stay, we encountered many broken or disfunctional items

One of the parking lot doors (conveniently the one closest to our room) was “Out of Order”, the guest laundry was “Out of Order”, the pool was closed “due to maintenance”, our room’s toilet would not flush properly (had to hold the handle down until the cycle was completed), the toilet paper holder was barely attached to the wall, and our air conditioner unit failed to keep the room cool on the hot summer days

The only reason that I gave this two stars rather than one because of the staff is really nice But this hotel has seen its better Days The rooms smells molded, it may be the carpet

It was difficult for me to sleep because of the smell I had a headache for the 2 nights that I stayed there My coworkers stated the same thingNormally hotel lobbies are nice and updated Not this one, so you know what you are going to get when you get to your room Even the wallpaper has scratches and dirt on it Horrible!!! Do not stay here unless you live lesser than this!

Gavin GUARDMAN

We booked in to a “suite” which is putting it very modestly The only upgrade was a bit more floor room It was on the fifth floor

There was peeling paint and wallpaper across most of the walls The toilet would not flush and ended up clogging immediately When going to the front desk, clerk was on a smoke break and had to call maintenance personally who was just not at work What kind of Hilton has no maintenance staff? We had to plunge the toilet ourselves Subsequently another person in my party tried to shower and the bath tub backed up When going to plunge to it to maybe try and fix it, black pieces came out of the drain God only knows what those were So we asked to move which they obliged The room the system said was available was not It was filthy and torn apart and smelt like some one had died in it from the hallway Back down to the desk we went They finally seemed to pull enough sense together to get us into a room seeing as how it’s approaching midnight and we’d be lucky if there was any more available The consolation was free ice cream and a changed rate The rate going from 135 to 99 a night In my opinion this place was comparable to a motel 6 which cost 30 dollars a night I probably would have slept better there I like a stiffer bed but I left with back pain The ac wasn’t working properly either as I dropped it to 66 degrees and the ambient temp stayed around 71 Damp and dingy The lobby bathroom stall is falling apart The pool was nice enough with a broken gate The entirety of the hotel comes from a time forgotten which was kinda cool for two minutes until you see how nasty it actually is I guess if I was as drugged as hunter s Thompson in fear and loathing this place would be marvelous But it is indeed a dumpster fire If you have live anywhere close to better than this hotel is not for you

Joey Meador

Before a long day of travel, I had booked a room at this hotel for over $200 in hopes of rest before a 7 hour drive the next day I arrived to a chaotic place with people having cookouts and throwing baseballs in the parking lot There was one person working on an incredibly busy night

I tried to go to sleep just before 9pm to no avail There was yelling, screaming, and door slamming I contacted the front desk They sent “security” up to quell the ruckus to no avail The next time I called the lady said she’d have them evicted, but still nothing I called the front desk 8 times over the course of 3 hours and as I write this the noise is still as loud as it was at 9pm This is behavior I expect paying $60 at a Motel 6, but this is a Hilton property charging almost 4 times that amount Stay away from this place if you actually want to sleep

The hotel is in need of a deep cleaning It was dusty and visibly dirty base boards, windows etc The bed was worn and the pillows are like small bags of rocks

Super uncomfortable stay Staff wasn’t to friendly and hardly said helloWe’ve stayed here before and each stay has gotten worse The bar tender was on her phone checking out social media while we were trying to get drinks We will not stay again I certainly do not recommend this hotel, there are other options in this area These were my pillows in my picture I literally folded them in half When I asked for new ones, they lady at the front desk was totally annoyed with me They did deliver 2 new pillows that weren’t much better and they said they could only replace 2, so my husband had to tough it out

My first visit to this hotel will be my last I had a bad feeling about this place upon arrival The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful, but the overall experience was terrible

I reserved two rooms and requested either adjoining rooms or rooms next to each other (for me, my daughter(s), and her friends who were celebrating her birthday) They allegedly accommodated my request, however, when my children and I went into one of the rooms, it was already occupied We had to scramble back out of the room as not to disturb the occupant Unfortunately, the only other available room was two floors away from my girls in the second room That didn’t work for us, so we wound up leaving and checking into a nearby hotel I understand an honest mistake, but it was late and we’d had a long day We were ready to hit the showers and go to bed Having to find another hotel after 11P was very inconvenient and even more tiring Also, IDK if the guest in the room we went into was a hard sleeper or what because they didn’t budge when we barged into the room I asked the front desk attendant to check on them I hope they did!

Oh what a coincidence looking at these reviews When my husband and I were told by the front desk female manager that we were the only guests that complained about roaches at this hotel This Comfort Inn is infested with roaches

This is unsanitary and if the bugs are in one room then they are in the entire hotel My Valentine’s was ruin due to the poor condition of this hotel We use to love staying in the jacuzzi but not after last night We had issues here and there But nothing like our last visit and as we were celebrating a special day We’ll never reserve another room at this location again When my husband checked in he noticed a bug as the manager offer to change the room However he didn’t think anything of it because it was only one as he was sanitizing the room But it wasn’t until I arrived that more bugs started coming out I noticed one on the floor and around the jacuzzi area But once we were comfortable within celebrating Valentine’s Day we turned the lights off and they began coming out more and crawling around It was to late to reserve a room at one of the surrounding hotel because everyone were booked up Therefore we had to sleep with all the lights on in the room The manager don’t have to respond to my review because after already being lied to there’s no else that can be said I would appreciate if someone from Corporate would follow up on this matter

I’m not sure about pets, but they are NOT kid friendly We heard babies crying at 6am and we never said a word, naturally because it is a hotel and people come with their families However, we received 2 complaints in the middle of the afternoon (12:30 and 3:45) when our 3 and 4 year old were laughing and playing in the comfort of the room that we paid for

Not in the hallway, not in the lobby, but in our room We received a call with someone on the other end saying, “can you keep your kids quiet?” When we expressed concerns about this and how the stay was uncomfortable for us, we were told that there are pilots trying to get some sleep When I checked out and again expressed my concern to one of the representatives behind the desk, another woman (not a manager) stood beside her and tried to justify the calls by stating, “we have other paying customers too” I quickly dismissed her and pointed out that it was one of me and two of them and I will finish my discussion with the person that I started my conversation with (which happened to be understanding regarding my complaint) I asked for the manager, who was unavailable on a Monday afternoon, and I left a voicemail with no call back or resolve We also had a teenager who asked to use the pool but was told that it was closed, only to see that it was open for other guests Pick another hotel if you have a family, especially if you have small children The patience and service is less than desirable, to say the leastUpdate…the manager called me back He was apologetic and very professional We received a discount for our trouble and appreciate the response and resolve

Beautiful hotel Great location for my work trip As others have mentioned, walls and doors do not filter sound at all

Normal conversations are heard 3 rooms away Next door room sounds like they are leaning against the wall while talking on the phone This is just normal conversations!!!!! Every door closer is not set properly, so every door slams closed… you can barely prevent it if you are trying to be considerate I’m a big strong guy and those closers would be horrible for a child, handicapable person… Won’t be back

Ellah

Customer service was questionable at first Upon checking in, I stood and waited for the front desk person to acknowledge me for what felt like 5 minutes while talking to a a co-workerBesides that, my hotel experience was pretty good

It was a quick one night stay for work The room was clean and so was the bathroom The decor is fun and modern and location was perfect for what I needed!Disclaimer: if you’re looking for a relaxing hotel for a getaway or staycation if sorts, I would not recommend as it was pretty loud and had tons of kids and families Which isn’t a bad thing of course, but if you want quiet, I would look elsewhere I agree with the other reviewers stating that the walls are pretty thinAll in all, I would visit again

Very nice establishment! Customer service is spot on Everyone was friendly The staff & management was very accommodating to my disabled son who relocated back to the area to take care of his health and this made him feel so welcomed that it encouraged him to want to be more social and do physical activities that he hadn’t done since he came out of rehab over a year ago

The beds are comfortable, the room was spacious Although we weren’t fortunate enough to get one of the handicap accessible rooms, it still allowed plenty of room for a wheelchair to be wheeled around in and in and out of the doors that were wide enough

Monique James

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend Not clean at all The only thing we enjoyed was the pool

Our first room had hair in the linen I was told housekeeping was gone for the evening So they switched our room The manager Dexter gave us 5,000 points and a Marriott membershipAfter taking down all the party decorations and packing we moved into our new room Just to encounter the same problem and worse Not only was there hair in the bed But the sink was clogged The pull out couch where I had planned on sleeping was severely stained The carpet had white spots as wellI made the front desk aware and even emailed pictures and videos Yes I booked through a third party Everyone made it clear by reminding me repeatedly However, that’s no excuse to treat a expecting mom with three other little children present I did not sleep well With four people cramped up in a king size bed Completely unacceptable!

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay The hotel was very clean and looked new We were greeted by Aesha

Her customer service was exceptional She was very friendly and honored our early check in request Our room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated Parking is convenient We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future

Absolutely wonderful!!! All the people we met at the front desk were very pleasant & helpful Most important

this hotel was by far the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, it was perfect!!! The refrigerator & microwave were “spotless” The bathroom which is the most important to me, again, completely spotless to a T & they give you lots of towels The beds were perfectly made and very comfortable We had the queen suite & loved it My kid had a blast with the extra roomlol We had such a good time in MD, we added another night!! I highly recommend this particular hotel and I cannot wait until we come back in the fall

Robert Myrtle Beach Way

Booked this off phone Arrived after 8 hour drive Easy check in by friendly staff

They offer a cookie at check in which is a nice touch There was coffee provided right by the front desk and the staff working the desk always had a smile Coffee is my life so that was a biggee Room was spotless and well done Plenty of towels provided Hot breakfast was unexpected but appreciated I like this location The lot was full at times but I had no trouble finding a convenient spot The lobby has a sitting area which was very homey As busy as it was it was strangely quiet I stay at a lot of hotels and this one had a certain charm I will be staying in Annapolis intermittently over the next 6 months for business and have decided to make this my base camp

This is an actual customer review I was not compensated for itThe room was spacious and clean

The breakfast bar was the best I’ve seen in recent years The vast majority of the facilities were clean and well stockedThe only issue was the filthy first floor (ground floor) ladies bathroom In addition the driveways are a little hard to locate the first time A sign right by the driveways would have been helpfulThank you for a very pleasant stay!!! We will return

I am currently staying at this hotel  I booked for a last minute weekend getaway  When I pulled up the outside was beautiful

Having never stayed here the outside made me feel like I made a great choice Staff was polite at check in which was great as well Upon entering the room there was a pen top on the floor, just assumed housekeeping dropped it on their way out, should have been my 1st clue There was brown hard water stains in the toilet which was a little off putting and both rolls of toilet paper were low There are small splattered stains on the inside of the bathroom door at the bottom Hate to think of what it could be I checked in after 8pm so I was eager to unwind I tried placing my drink in the freezer but it was completely frozen over Sat on the couch and there were stains all over Had to cover it with towels Opened a drawer and there was someone’s birth certificate in there My husband told me not to worry, we can get past those things, it’s just 2 nights and the bed looked very clean and well made The pillows were horrible and I didn’t sleep well at all Today I requested toilet paper and wash clothes After over 30 minutes and 2 calls, I was advised to locate the housekeeper on my floor for assistance So of course I have to get dressed to do so and I obviously needed to use the bathroom 30 minutes ago, instead I’m hunting down housekeeping Needless to say I won’t stay again These may all seem like small things but grouped together they are a big problem and leads to a horrible stay, especially when you pay good money for good service

Blaine Pierce

The rooms were clean and that’s solely where the two stars comes from It was defiantly not worth the price they charged or the amount of stars this hotel received online The bed was hard as a rock, so needless to say sleep was minimal

There literally is a sign posted at the front desk stating I’d you need any extra towels, see the front desk due to house keeping not coming into rooms where guests are there longer than a day We go down to the front desk and the woman told us every towel was in the washer/dryer so they have none To top the cake, house keeping entered our room without knocking We opened the door and the house keeper acted like nothing happened No apology, no nothing except her going on to the next room knocking on the door before entering like you’re supposed to We thought we had found a nice place to stay when we came down here, but we will be continuing our search for other amenities

Just checked out and I can’t say enough great things about this hotel I love the showers Awesome water pressure and they had updated seamless shower enclosures so there was NO MILDEW 🤩

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly We were visiting family and the location was perfectWe had a nice corner room and it was very quiet There were a lot of people staying and we heard no outside noiseWe didn’t get a chance to try out the pool or the breakfast buffet but hopefully will get to next time we stay because I will definitely be back!

Nice, quick check in for a one night stay I was surprised to hear that breakfast was from 5:30-8:30

I woke up early after 24 hours of travel so as not to miss itThe hotel’s interior is recently renovated and the room reflected that It was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and toiletries The hotel was quiet, shower was hot, and breakfast was decent My sink was clogged and drained very slowly, too late before I realized it And I think it’s unhygienic to put the coffeemaker in the bathroom

Janeen Maul

This hotel charges a $150 deposit that is returned after 3 to 5 business days It is not listed on the reservation or the confirmation they send Ridiculous considering the room is only $130 per night, I’m a rewards member, booked directly through them with a credit card, and stay frequently at other best westerns without issue

The woman at the front desk was rude, abrupt, and very unhelpful She took a phone call while I was attempting to check in and was rude to that person as well I had her cancel the stay and drove to another best western in Frederick where they treat their guests with respect and don’t charge a ridiculous deposit

My boyfriend and 2 of our friends traveled to Baltimore for the Arsenal soccer game this past weekend We had originally booked a different hotel and after driving 7 1/2 hours we pulled up and they were permanently closed and did not inform us prior When I looked online it said that Hampton Inn was fully booked but I still decided to call for a room

Ricardo was able to get us the last room available and his customer service after hearing of our issue was better than could be expected Ashley P who works the front desk was equally as amazing! She checked us in and out with no issues, gave us food suggestions when asked and was honestly just the sweetest soul after our horrible morning Her level of professionalism and compassion was top tier and Hampton Inn is lucky to have someone who cares so much for guests working for them The room was great, good choices for morning breakfast and an amazing staff Would definitely stay again!

Morris Fiorillo

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile from Charlie, treated as a diamond member She provided water, I did ask for the higher floors but the no rooms were available, but was provided a nice quite room The rooms are very clean, hotel is close to everything you need

During my 4 day 3 nights stay I have only dealt with Charlie and she has been tremendous Helpful with local restaurants and such I would recommend staying here and would come back

Margaret Clark

We were in the area for a funeral The desk clerk when we checked in was quick to give us recommendations for local restaurants that we might enjoy, and to see if we needed anything at all for our stay We thoroughly enjoyed our time there even if the occasion was difficult

All the staff we met was very kind and encouraging and we highly recommend this hotel
