Third time at TS, courtesy of our daughters, and as previously, an exceptional meal Had incredible service and delicate and delicious filet mignons as well as loaded baked potato and maple glazed Brussels sprouts One potato is more than enough for two

Sides are ala carte Also sampled artisanal cheese board with nice variety Yes, it is pricey, but for a special occasion and great views, highly recommend

If you are in upstate New York and want to feel what “decadence” means, this is the place Wonderful staff and knowledgeable staff, great bar and wine choices, and food and view to match You can find this as one of the four elevators on the Turning Casino Tower side

You can still go up to see the view and sit at the bar when it’s open; The other three elevators are hotel tower sideTips: Would recommend reservations ahead of time, they do not “squeeze” people in and overcrowd, though you can do stand by Limited days as well, so call ahead to check for it There is a recommended dress attire of at least business casual if you were wondering the vibe There are four elevators, only one that goes to the restaurant

Dioguardi Auto Sales

This was our first time dining at the steakhouse We were very impressed from start to finish Great ambiance on the 21st floor, our reservation was ready upon arrival

Prices are a bit expensive overall, but $200 for two people didn’t seem excessive The best thing was the overall food quality was delicious Filet, cooked to perfection, and the sides are amazing Wish one was included in a $60 streak, but it is what it is We’re talking about a potato here Overall 9/10 in my book Would definitely recommend and come back

Amazing food!!! The Brae loch never disappoints! I’ve been to the Brae loch inn many times & it is amazing each time I recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for high quality food The food is amazing & so are the drinks

Many people have also slept there, I haven’t personally but I hear a lot of good things about the Brae loch inn The Brae loch also has food for kids which I think is good because it opens up the menu to more people, whereas some restaurants aim their menus towards adults, & have more adult food instead of children food I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone I know!! Overall, 5 out of 5, everything tastes good & the costumer service is on point!!

Wonderful service and restaurant! We celebrated a family birthday here last night and had a great experience Our table was large and spacious with high backed chairs near the fireplace Beautiful Scottish setting with friendly and helpful table service

Food was fabulous, as always Thank you for making our family dinner party a wonderful experience!

Loved it We both ordered the prime rib and it was prepared well Super friendly staff

Good wine selection and reasonably priced French onion soup was excellent as well and worth noting We also stayed the night and it was very unique The room we stayed in, called Robert the Bruce, is pictured The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean I believe this establishment is family owned and they seem to take a lot of pride in what they do There are only a dozen or so rooms so plan ahead We will definitely return

If you’re looking for a place to take a date that has a quiet comfortable atmosphere, that won’t break the bank, but still offers a luxury meal? Then look no further because this is the place to go! It’s perfect for an intimate getaway or dinner for two The food never disappoints, and the bar and fireplaces are absolutely beautiful! The location is easy to find, the back deck is even more romantic in the warmer months If you haven’t been here, at least once, you need to! You won’t regret it! Just make reservations first! Its not a very big place, so they fill up quick!

Took myself and four family members for dinner tonightThe food was fantastic! We all ordered something different and everything was so good! We all left stuffed! Our waitress Tonya was beyond accommodating you can tell she enjoys what she does! The entire staff was so friendly the prices I found were fair and portion sizes in my opinion are hugeThank you Tonya and Creekside for a memorial evening

I highly recommend this place

Samantha Cross

We had a celebration of life here Overall the place was beautiful Food looked good but the pork was dry

We each got a salad and they were all different Some people got walnuts and dried cranberries, some did not Dressing wasn’t very good Server was friendlier to some tables than others I thought it was rude that the server kept reaching in front of my face while I was eating I understand we were in a tight space but we would of helped pass plates to avoid this I just feel it was not properly organized and we were rushed when they were behind on the schedule as far as having food ready I’ve heard good things about the food so maybe it’s a different experience to sit down and have a meal not buffet style

This is the 4th time that I have stayed at this hotel I have family in the area and at times, I need to stay in a local hotel This hotel was very clean and the rooms and bathrooms are well appointed and comfortable

The desk staff, especially Shannon was friendly and helpful! After a mix up with a reservation ( my fault ) Shannon came to the rescue This Hampton Inn is my go to when I am in Cazenovia My only complaint was that the breakfast eggs were very salty

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend stay The Oak and Ivy is a beautiful building and it’s host Fred, has put heart and soul into it’s continuing restoration The gardens and interior really reflect his design skills

Our room was comfortable and very romantic and the breakfasts were delicious with table set reminding us of our trip overseas My only regret is that it was a November stay so we will just have to return in December to see the house come alive for Christmas, enjoy the afternoon teas and then again in the spring to sit amongst the flowers

Heather Swarthout

For the price I paid, the rooms were ridiculously small and overcrowded, the big cabinet needs to be taken out or put in the corner cuz there’s no room to move The beds weren’t that comfortable and they didn’t have extra blankets available The breakfast wasn’t what I expected, there was no meat, eggs, toast, bagels or anything like that

There also was no fruit The rooms were clean, the staff was great and the shuttle service was definitely a great thing!

Wrestle Art

Very poor overall I couldn’t hold my laughter when I saw the size and style of TV Room(s) has/have an odor

Somewhere between “covering up smoke smell with an air spray” and “cheap lady of the night” Not surprised because it is a free room This is after all what you get when turning stone takes $1000 from you Boy, I hope you didn’t pay to stay there

Whilly Silly

The staff are great! Beds are tiny, small TV, literally nothing else in the room, not even a safe for your gambling money, the breakfast doesn’t have much to offer, after I got my waffle she asked if I was going to eat anything else as if it was going to be an issue I i wanted to eat It’s not the workers fault for the place being so terrible and cheap though Should’ve stayed somewhere else

Though the hospitality is pleasant and they have breakfast and a sundries market… The rooms are slightly subpar The rooms are spacious with nice toiletries but there was a hole in the floor and just a thin sheet on our bed…

It’s 20° outside… granted we will have the heat on, but no blanket? Thicker sheet? The hotel room is clean but some places needed dusting, there was some signs of wear and tear in the bathroom, and the fridge seems to be on low Other than that, it’s comfortableAlso had their breakfast the following morning I’m impressed with the food 4/5 They had a hot station filled with eggs, ham, and hash browns They had a good selection of bagels and other pastries including an English muffin and toast The coffee is fresh and delicious and what was exciting is their waffle maker

Röbin Shäkya

Relatively clean and affordable getaway from the normal hectic Life The pillows could be a little bigger or normal size, I had square shaped pillows, not very comfortable to sleep with The shower could have a wall shelf for the shampoos so that you don’t have to bend down to get them

Otherwise great express free breakfast, great location, good service Will be back again and again

FlowerChild

Very disappointing stay Upon arrival, the whole hotel reeked of marijuana I realize that it’s legalized for certain things, but the inside of a hotel should not smell that bad

It smelled like that 2 days straight (I had 2 children with me) I’m not sure if it’s one of the employees that smokes or what The elevators were also filthy, somebody had hocked a Lougee on the wall & there were also dirty/muddy handprints on the doors Also, the most disappointing thing is that they have a broken pool We booked here because of that pool And when I called to book the room, nobody ever said the pool couldn’t be used because they were waiting on a part The website depicts a pool as well Website also depicts free breakfast, but does not say “continental breakfast” either Very misleading The Gym also had no cleaning solution, even though posters asked you to “wipe down” equipment Hard to get room service as well Apparently you have to call and request it Over $1000 for a few nights day & no amenities The people that answer the phones & work here are also very apathetic Not a huge surprise considering the town it is in and the younger generation nowadays, but nonetheless, the customer service was quite frankly appalling… They just want to get you off the phone & they sound like you are inconveniencing them every time they speak to you Not impressed & will not return

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel on March 18th for the weekend There is nothing wrong with my experience at this hotel Open entry, we were in an out of check in, in under 1 minute

The lobby was nice, clean, open and the floor shined Our room was prefect Even though we didn’t have any towels when we asked them for Saturday because they were sold out, they did what they promised and received them once they were done in their cycle in the laundry But the best and most memorable experience would be the shuttle driver Christy She verykind and generous throughout our ride to the casino Thanks Christy, we will be back again

Viddhesh Betkar

Overall the hotel is good, but have two complaints1 They need to provide water bottles in their rooms2

My check in was delayed by 25 hours cz they were short staffed Normally I would have been ok with this but their front desk who attended us had no etiquettes Talking to her was like talking to a rock and if the check in is delayed front desk should offer complimentary refreshments which they didn’t

Clean comfortable rooms, indoor pool, nice gym with modern equipment, and daily breakfast included The front desk was attentive, and helpful ,when there were issues with the in room tv,sending someone to repair the issue in a reasonable amt of timeBreakfast is served until 10am,and the staff sticks to that time

Best to get there early for the best selection, and a relaxing breakfast, bf food is taken away,at 10 sharp!

Average and could be betterWhen staying at a hotel, details are big!All the hallways look like they haven’t been vacuumed in a while Stairwells have trash as well

Bathroom had some very bad tile work Can you ever stay at a hotel/motel without finding hair in the bathroom? Wallpaper is peelingNow the positives Room had fridge, micro, coffee pot and TV A desk in the room provides good area for computer work Area has good 5G data signal Hotel is close to many great places to eat such as Grandes, Boys From Italy and other fast food locationsA separate issue was trying to extend my stay I seemed to get the runaround from all people Asked and they were supposed to talk with the manager however, no one contacted me A little disappointed there

To say that we had horrible service would be a massive understatement This place needs a formal investigation & overhaul The level of negligence & incompetency is absolutely unconscionable

We were basically kickedout of our room, unbeknownst to us They removed our belongings & rented the room out, while I was at work, despite advising the staff that we would not be checking out today, multiple times Essentially, they put us in a position of “homelessness”, without as much as an honest apology To add insult to the injury, I firmly believe this was intentionally done, by their disgruntled staff member, who patronized us at every step, & refused to assist They frequently make erroneous errors & mess up bookings, etc Their negligence left us scrambling last minute We couldn’t even get our room cleaned, after a week & spending thousands! Phones are rarely answered, front staff completely unhinged, unprofessional, apathetic & condescending The management should be embarrassed This place failed us profoundly, & their actions/treatment were abysmal & borderline crimina…& I don’t say that lightheartedly! Sorry to say, but the woman that works at the front office should NOT be in this Industry This is a hospitality Industry, & she very clearly doesn’t like her career, & that resentment shows towards guests This woman answers phones & immediately says in an irritated tone…”I’m gonna have to put you on hold”! What kind of a way is that to speak to guests? Anyone that behaves like that has no business working w/ customers in this Industry Completely abhorrent & inept service all the way around Staff seems to hang up on people, berate them & refuses services, often leaving us begging for clean towels? Is it too much to clean a room after a weeks stay? (Yes we called & requested it too) We were practically begging & had been advised yesterday that our room would be fully cleaned today That didn’t come to fruition I have to wait an hour for clean towels on my lunch break & am late to work because I couldn’t shower? Staff consistently dropped the ball…futile attempts at making excuses at every turn Take some accountability & treat your guests w/ respect & dignity! We were Inconvenienced from the moment of check in (they had dates incorrect) & subsequently provided with just all around unconscionable service Maintenance guy has better service than your front staff! Train your employee to treat people w/ dignity & respect I plan to file complaints through Corporate, BBB & every Regulatory agency if an amicable resolution is not achieved Inexcusable service

Chelsea was so sweet at check-in and gave us a lovely room It’s a historic property and I loved that Way better than a Hampton Inn

We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant White table cloths Some details in the room deserve attention Some noise transmission room to room, not as evident in modern hotels Complimentary breakfast was a little sparse Location was town center We will stay again in the future

Came here to eat for the first time Overall the presentation, environment, and service is very nice Makes you feel like you’re eating at a really proper fancy dining spot

However, when the food comes out that all changes Whoever they have in the kitchen is severely uninspired and doesn’t care about what they put on the plate and serve customers My girlfriends popover was completely raw in the middle Like she could still see the yeast inside The mozzarella sticks were bland, and most likely not made in house The house chips weren’t fried long enough so they came out like limp scallop potatoes My steak was rare even though I wanted medium rare, and they topped it with burnt mushrooms which then made my steak taste burnt and nasty I didn’t even eat the whole steak $24 for that gone Idk how you can call yourself a cook raw bread, half fried chips, unseasoned burnt steak, burnt mushrooms, and put it on a plate and send it out to someone to eat Like would you want to eat that? They really need to take in feedback and remove whoever is in that kitchen that clearly doesn’t understand or care about the art of being a chef Go to the braeloch inn the head chef there is one of the most inspired chefs I’ve ever had the chance of eating from And I always have a great time and food that was made with love

Room was clean but smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking unless it was in the carpet Good continental breakfast, but only 4 tables Lady working there today was excellent

She kept food up and tables clean I had a good nights sleep anyway even with a noisy bed Wasn’t impressed with towels and wash clothes hanging in shower on bars and shelf

Robin Whiteley

The room was not very clean A used coffee filter was left in the coffee pot The pancake maker was broken and it was a very busy weekend

I have stayed here before and have enjoyed my stayI believe next time I am in the area I will pay a bit more but stay at a better hotel There was not enough parking for all the guest I had to park under the awning out front

Krystal Clink

Pros: Ian at the front desk was great! He answered all of our questions, & was right there to help! He has a great personality! The hotel (including our room) was immaculate! Not a speck of dust anywhere! It seems to be newly renovated which was nice; considering we booked the room online based upon photos and reviews alone The bed and pillows Both were super comfortable! Cons: There wasn’t a pool or anything to do inside of the hotel itself

There was only a shower in our bathroom (no bathtub) which was fine for us (2 adults) but for someone traveling with children may be a slight downer Also, the description states that its adjacent to turning stone And it is, HOWEVER the hotel is NOT associated with turning stone so there is no shuttle bus offered to & from the casino Big downer for anyone who intends on partying We resorted to Uber at the recommendation of Ian and the other front desk guy It turned out okay but definitely put a little rift in our night The price seemed a little high for our room but based on the location and the fact we stayed on a weekend, I get it All in all it was a good, clean place to lay our heads with some AMAZING staff
