Loved this place, super welcoming and our floor leveled room was was very accessible even though I left my wheelchair in the car and just took my crutch I could see that I would have had no issues with my wheelchair The room was also right next to the pool and a grassy area so I could just open the back door and let my service dog go potty The pool was also heated and seemed to be open at all hours

I went at 9:30pm and had the pool all to myself, it was great The pool was also squeaky clean and clearly well maintained Overall an amazing hotel, just wish that they would have an included breakfast as that would truly make it perfect 🙂

Morris Sullivan

I enjoyed my visit here It’s not perfect, but it’s darn nice, especially for the price range If I go back, I’ll be more careful about what view I expect

Mine wasn’t badwasn’t a view of a parking lot or dumpster, by any means, but there are nicer directions to face The location is wonderful There are countless cool shops and restaurants right across the street, basically The art museum is practically next door, as is a great hiking trail It’s quite steep, though, so pack hiking boots and trekking poles

Angie Spann

The grounds are beautifully maintained and exterior of the property and lobby are nice Pool is small but really nice and a good vibe

location is amazing and is in the heart of downtown close walking distance to everything Rooms have nice balconies, however the rooms are quite dated I think ripping the old carpet out and putting in vinyl floors and some fresh paint would do so much for the rooms The carpets are old so they have a musty smell, old wall AC units that kick in and out all night The balconies are nice and big though and most face the poolThe front desk was not very helpful in describing where the room was and were very brief in the interactionsOverall if you want to spend more time outside of your room than inside of it like we did – pool time, exploring downtown, it’s a fine choiceGiving 4 stars for location, nice pool and clean grounds

The Avalon is the perfect place for a getaway weekend We stayed in a bungalow which was charming and very spacious The service staff was super accommodating and always responsive, giving us great recommendations for activities to do in Palm Springs

We took advantage of the hotels e-bikes to explore the town, and we ate almost every meal at the hotels restaurant Chi Chi The food was amazing! The three pools were lovely and had very comfortable lounge chairs to relax on We loved this place!!

Mermaids Exist

I did not stay overnight but I did spend the day here! I had a wonderful girls day where we relaxed by the pool and were served some tasty items off Chi Chis menu We loved the chips with salsa & guacamole!!! The drinks were also great Loved the cold, lemon water that was provided at the pool …as well as the clean, complementary towels

The property is beautiful and the staff is very nice I particularly loved the koi pond at the entry!

Mark Synek

I don’t understand those who have given this property a less than stellar review Maybe they are perennially unhappy? I had a wonderful experience The food was outstanding, the hotel never felt crowded, the staff and Management were great at fulfilling all requests and even anticipating some before I had a chance to voice them

Google shows the address as 200 Belardo Rd, but it is actually 415 Belardo Only a very small sign indicates the front of the hotel, right next to the valet stand It can be hard to spotTreat yourself and upgrade to a bungalow They are nicely redone and timeless with nice attention to detail Great people, great property, great stay

This is a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds Breakfast in the morning was nice to have I really liked the location

Biggest complaint is that there was a full on pool party of 10 drunk and obnoxious adults the main day we were Only two people from the group were staying at the hotel, and the others were saying something about their “day pass” Apparently the hotel lets people that aren’t staying at the hotel use the pool? That was kind of annoying I wouldn’t minded so much if they had been chill, but they literally took over the entire pool, were yelling, brought their own music (that was not good) and no one at the hotel did anything about it If they hadn’t been there this would likely be a new favorite spot to stay in PS

Laura Tapp

We had to make an unexpected trip to Palm Springs for a family emergency on a holiday and music festival weekend Fransisco, Scott, and ALL the staff were absolutely marvelous! They went above and beyond any expectations we had and made sure we were taken care of I hate that our first trip to Palm Springs had to be under such circumstances

But I can tell you the views from this hotel are beautiful! The pool is warm and the fire pit is a wonderful place to relax in the evening Breakfast was also delicious! If I ever come back to Palm Springs I will not hesitate to stay here again because the staff almost feels like family

I want to share that I did not stay here, this review is solo based off of customer service and how I was treatedI called before I arrive to get information on a day pass Paul was very polite over the phone which made me excited to experience a clothing optional resort, that you just don’t find everywhere

What is comes down to is customer service, when I arrive there where 2 guest checking in, they have a note that only 3 or more should be in the lobby, I still waited a bit to enter Paul was checking 1 gentlemen in his room, and the other guy seems to be confused on the last guy who checked in So I waited, and stood there bag in my hand, and waited No one acknowledged me, but I waited Guys where leaving saying bye to all 3 workers behind the desk (at this point the manager was up front too) no one was being acknowledged2 guys who work there where leaving, and where asked if they had clocked out So the front desk was aware of people standing in front of themAs the manager left, and 1 guy still sat there at the computer (Paul was still helping a guest) and I was the only guy standing without an “be right with you” or even a “hi” I grabbed my things and leftThere are many other resorts in the area for this place to feel like they don’t have to treat you as a guest

Mark Stenstrom

The CCBC was a great place for a long weekend getaway! They have lots of rooms available A large outdoor pool and 2 outdoor spas You can get a day pass with access to the grounds

Towel rental, locker rental, etc are all available They have a cruising area and small steam room as wellBeing a clothing optional resort I didn’t know what to expect when we arrived but the crowd was easy going and very relaxed vibe all around All sorts of body types Not everyone was nude either Younger guys were around but the crowd skews older The grounds are clean and well kept and landscaped The staff were very friendly and helpful! Our room was very nice Clean and comfortable Had all the amenities we needed with a mini fridge, hot plate, microwave Ice was available at the front desk We brought a mini cooler with snacks and drinks There is also a restaurant attached that offers food until 8 pmOverall if you are looking for a nice clothing optional resort I would recommend and return!

Kenn Chong

A lot of value for the price Making a connection just got a lot more relaxed since you get a comfortable place to relax and get readyMost importantly, you can spend the time you need to find the connection you really want

Once you’re done, they get to cleanup the aftermath :)Great and professional staff with well thought out room amenities

Incredible experience staying at the Parker I attended a Real Estate Conference staying 3 nights The room was great, the service throughout the entire resort was excellent

ALL of the food was fantastic The resort is beautiful, and just puts a smile on your face the entire time you are there I loved everything about the stay Side note, there are no coffee makers in the standard rooms Not a huge deal, but for coffee lovers, you will need to walk to the main building for coffee in the morning

David Paz

A great piece of palm springs history Fantastic grounds and onsite restaurants Staff was very friendly

Check-in was a bit clumsy and after the first day I noticed a lot of areas that needed to me better maintained (paint, drywall, electrical cables exposed) For the price I would expect more, the 4 seasons in Santa Barbara is the closest comparable and is much better quality for basically the same price

Karen

It’s a physically beautiful property in the aggregate However, the rooms, largely don’t have ironing boards/irons, towel bars, just some basic stuff Like amazing toiletries offered, but after I shower no place to put the hand towel, throwing the bath towel over the door and clipping the others to the closet because we don’t want to order room service to change the towels just because there’s no place to hang them

I’m here for an event, and several of the other guests shared the same experience with me regarding towel bars/hooks, and no irons/ironing boards If I need to pay $25 for a drink in the lobby, I want to wear a wrinkle free shirt

We had a lovely stay here The rooms were beautiful the hotel was fantastic

And it was peaceful and quiet Jonathan at the front desk was very helpful when we had a problem with our reservation He deserves a raise I think we need to become a Hilton honors client as we always love the service The chocolate chip cookies are an excellent touch

Allison C

45 stars! The front desk service was amazing Jonathan was so helpful when I asked to change rooms due to the very loud guests in the room next door (not the hotel’s fault)

He was accommodating and moved me to a room on the same floor but graciously not next to anybody The whole hotel was clean, modern, good shower water pressure, big TVs in the rooms I’m knocking down a star because although the pool area was gorgeous (clean, comfy lounge chairs, a dozen umbrellas), I did not like the extremely loud music played there every day On my last day, it began at 10am so I couldn’t even enjoy a peaceful morning reading It was Fourth of July weekend so maybe that’s why I would come again at a quieter time! FYI breakfast is not included and there is a $20 resort fee daily

Chris S

I stayed for work, and had the time to golf a couple days as well Really enjoyed the convince of the course being right thereI did have to change rooms after my first night when the temp couldn’t get to a comfortable level

I have to assume that the doors aren’t sealed well and more and leak hot in It was windy the entire time of my stay, and you could hear the whistling in the door all night Kinda annoyingI ate at the bar on site once and the burger I had was great Ate at the club house too and have no compliance their eitherAll in all it’s a great place to stayFYI, if you have little ones that want to swim the pools pretty deep most of the way around

Old building so you can hear everything – I woke up a lot through the night Great pool area but lounge chairs fill up quickly No wifi entire stay – complained to the desk numerous times and it was never resolved

They never told us we needed to request linen servicing the night before so our beds were never made/sheets were never changed Breakfast was laughable – moldy clementines, cheap packaged baked goods, and granola bars For the price, there have to be better hotels in Palm Springs – look elsewhere

Jade R

The junior suite was so beautiful and elegant when I say I fell in love with this hotel and spa wow I’ll be coming back again and again the pool was so cute and I love that it’s open 24 hours I really enjoyed my birthday here and I’m so glad I chose Andreas hotel and spa Everything was so clean

I have found my new favorite resort in Palm Springs With just 12 units, you have the intimacy of feeling like you are the only one at the resort There simply is NOT a bad room location

The rooms are spacious, the bed comfortable, set up for a long stay if necessary, and my room had close access to a water feature just outside the door with my neighbor George the turtle My shower head needs to be replace, but that’s about the only thing it needs I am definitely coming back to this resort and it was a good value for this gay resort

Curtis Kidwell

The husband and I stayed for 7 nights, love the location, excellent service from the entire staff and amenities to match the excellent service! Also, zero negative attitude from either the staff or other guests this resort s clothing optional so attitudes overall can be a point of consideration ! Both my husband and myself would highly recommend to anyone seeking this type of accommodation! We will be returning in August for a short weekend vacation

definitely returning for years to come! CK

David AceSgro

Exterior grounds are nice Rooms need a complete makeover Clean but looks dingy and dirty

You don’t feel like walking around barefoot Sloppy work in updating rooms Service at hotel is not great On first day they cleaned room and stopped midway leaving garbage, dirty coffee cups and no fresh towels Asked the front desk for more towels and wasn’t greeted with a warm response Day 2 they serve “breakfast” from 8 to 10 Person working didn’t show up until 9:30 Not a big deal but just never felt welcomed by front desk staff Place is in some serious need of a makeover So many nice places to stay Won’t be coming back here again Awful!

We just celebrated our wedding weekend here and in summary everything was what we needed it to be, and the Ace over-delivered on our expectationsWe had stayed at the hotel a few times during covid – and like all businesses in the service industry they struggled with a few things, but it was never a regret that we stayed thereThe events staff leading up to our fully vegan wedding were super responsive

Shout out to Cassie and Nichole for all that they handled for us The staff at the hotel during our stay and for all our events were friendly, efficient and paid extra attention to our guests Liz who was at all our events did a great job Add our vegan tacos to your pool menu, our guests are still raving about them! The chefs did a fantastic job with the wedding catering, even a fully vegan menu for us Everyone kept asking where the catering was from – we told them the hotel! The hotel rooms are quirky, if you’re expecting drab corporate luxury, then stay elsewhere They have character and that is what makes the Ace hotel a unique and fun place to staySpring for a room with a patio fireplace, you won’t regret it!

Tiffany Tam

ACE hotel basically reads as a renovated motel with good marketing Hotel is fine, but definitely overpriced for what it is Our 2 bed room was quite small for the $600+ we paid for one night

The design screams 2010 hipster, and can easily look dated As mentioned before, it gives off slightly dingy motel vibes but I will say the beds were comfy and the bathroom was more chic than the rest of the placeThe pool is a nice add on… pretty big and I like that it’s open late Night vibes were very different and chill compared to daytime Crowds are expected, so come early if you want a spot The pool didn’t feel very clean tho as I saw lots of debris and dead bugs floating around, and the floor is pretty dirty with rust marks and random stains We didn’t bother getting drinks there bc it was bound to be expensive considering how the rooms are priced

Lukas White

Competes for best hotel I’ve stayed at (even ignoring price) Fell into this hotel at the last minute when another hotel (Sonder) catastrophically effed up upon checking in The Ace Hotel has kind and helpful staff, a great atmosphere for the boutique traveler, plenty of amenities

The rooms were nice The character of the hotel is relevant and well thought out Restaurant and cafe are great to chill and work out of There’s upscale bar lounge if you want to get away from the light For quick trips I’m not looking to empty my wallet on expensive hotels but for paying a bit more than usual I found here you definitely get what you pay for And did I say an automatic 12pm checkout?

Had an amazing weekend there with my husband & two year old Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming The pool area was amazing

Bed was very comfortable Only complaint is that our room was pretty dark – thought we were getting a balcony room (but we got one with a living area, which was nice too) Just wish we had a bit more natural light Will definitely visit again!

The hotel was super elegant, clean, friendly staff ( especially Alex M), the pool was clean, the room was very neat and smells so good we really enjoyed the cold ice water in the lobby The hot meal breakfast was fantastic

The bacon was super yummy, the french toast and the syrup was perfect not even sweet The waitress was so hospitable Super love the atmosphere in this hotel Inside the Elevator and the hallways was quite too hot, other than that I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel appears to be a colorfully painted motel 6 The decor is cute Check in isn’t until 4pm, pets are allowed

We got a room with two beds, they felt clean and comfortable The room itself was pretty simple, there are definitely signs of wear and tear in the rooms The walls are very thin, heard the next rooms whole conversation The pool is a good size but was packed with so many people, there was a DJ from one of the balconies and it was honestly so loud that people were having to yell to keep a conversation I wasn’t able to really enjoy the pool given there were so many people just standing in it with little to no room to swim Key card didn’t work, had to wait in a long line to reset the key cardEnded up going to the pool the next morning since the pool is open early and closes late, it was much better, less peopleOverall, a pool party hotel and not worth the pricePros: Comfortable/clean beds and room, cool pool and other activitiesCons: Crowded pool and overpriced

Daniell Marlow

The Saguaro was amazingMy girlfriend and I were just looking to escape LA for the weekend and found a colorful oasis with quality drinks, spacious rooms, and a lively atmosphereEvery part of our stay was wonderful, from the clean parking lot to the daily freshened bathroom and extremely hot showers

We didn’t have a chance to try the spa, but the pool amenities, pool bar, mini-bar, view, delicious restaurant, and heated pool were out of this worldVery relaxing weekend Couldn’t of done it without The Saguaro

Kristin Caldwell

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and mostly return for the energy and the pool This review is solely for Jeremy! Jeremy took amazing care of us for the two days we had our cabana Despite the fact that he was the only person providing service to the entire pool for a few hours on our second day, he still provided attentive service with a positive and friendly attitude

He was the epitome of service with a smile Really, he always had a smile!

This hotel has spacious rooms that are clean and well maintained We had a one bedroom unit that can easily sleep six with two sleeper sofas in the den The kitchen has all the basics in good order

They call it a resort, but it is a hotel with generous rooms, more like a condoThe staff goes out of their way to be extra friendlyThe property shows some age but it isn’t a problemThere are two pools and three hot tubs, all with lifts for folks with mobility issues It is mostly kids who used the pools Having lifts everywhere is considerate, but it detracts from the ambianceThere is one tennis court which is pretty good and you can reserve it by the hour for no extra fee They also have many DVDs of movies that you can borrowThis is located near a good grocery store The property is near main roads for convenience but is quietOverall, this is a comfortable place to stay and we would be happy to return here

Louie Uribe

I have been an owner there since 1988 all my 5 Son’s and Daughters were practically raised there and now they take their children Just miss the old days on Saturdays we would have doughnuts and coffee ice cream in the afternoon for the kids but I still love to go there when I have time The staff is awesome Especially Veronica and Monica always treat us like Family

Staff were nice My first room wreaked of cigarettes and they changed my room promptlyRoom was nice

I liked the layout with the extra vanity space I was on the ground floor with a patio door facing the pool area I would have liked to sit outside on the patio but the furniture was stained and I didn’t want to sit on the chairsThe room appeared it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, dust covering most surfaces A/C was cold and room was comfortable enough Good location for downtownOn-site parking was extraweird especially since it was self-park I parked on the street at no charge For the price, I would have expected a bit “more”

This way a very good experience that could have been very bad For some reason, only part of our reservation went through for a conference we were having We found the conference rooms we booked, but not the actual hotel rooms weren’t found

I have to give the biggest shout out to Mark!!! He made sure to be caring and attentive in the midst of the chaos We weren’t able to get the 2 rooms we originally thought we were getting; however, we did at least get one room that Mark was so gracious to accommodate us with!Side Note: Jorge was also very helpful in assisting us with the seminar room set up! We all banded together and got it cleaned and set up properly before our clients showed upAll in all, it was a very good experience Thank you for maintaining professional and courteousness in the midst of how mean the world has been the past 2 years It hasn’t gone unnoticed Blessings on you and all your staff!

We were passing through from WA to AZ – I’m giving 2 stars and not one because we are able to get a room last minute We are traveling with small childrenDownsides:-Parking is $17 a day and a good spot that is close is hard to come by

-I don’t like finding human hair in hotel rooms, or fingernails Cleanliness could be improved-We had to sign a waiver that this was a pet friendly hotel This information was not readily available when we made our reservations The hallway to our room smelled like pee and there was many uncleaned pee spots Luckily our room smelled okay-The pool closes at 9:30 We love to go to the pool late in the evening for a quick swim with my boys This certainly felt like the were trying to keep the partying to a minimum-“Last call” at the hotel bars was also extremely early, earlier than the pool closed I think It seemed like they were trying to squash the party scene – which is fine by me (tired mom) but ppl just go back to their room and are loud

Very kid friendly! I stayed here with my 1 year old on a family vacation She had a blast in the pools, on the splash pad, and sandy area The spa was also excellent with fabulous amenities! I hope to return some day

Shout out to the hostess in the restaurant (i didn’t catch her name) who found me some milk for my baby and saved me a trip to the grocery store with a fussy baby after a long travel day Thank you for going above & beyond!

The resort is amazing, it’s a golf and pool resort Service was great, there was a lot of communication within the resort of workers communicating the weather and what us as guests should and shouldn’t be doing The pools are pretty great, all around 3ft deep, they have a family pool which was pretty packed and there was a lazy river than went around the two slides they had

The hotel rooms were great as well The balconies were great too Food there was great as well!! The breakfast item, cinnamon roll, I would not get again It came out really hard and not the best But other than that the rest of the food there was great All around great place for a fun and relaxing place to go without having to leave

We visited our son & his family They were staying here for a couple of daysWe visited them at the pool & lazy river area & were hosted in a pool side cabana

The area was crowded but clean & as orderly as it could be while entertaining youngstersThe pool staff were really on top of things & I was impressed with their attentiveness to the crowd & their safetyThe cabana, though pricey according to my son, was clean, well set up & equipped with a misting systemThe wait staff & servers at the pool/cabana were very cool, very accommodating & very politeI cannot comment on the room because we live locally & did not stay at the resort

MUST READ:What an expensive experience, the reviews do not match expectations There are much better facilities in the area that superseded Palm Canyon The room was dirty, the toilet was full of dry urine all over the toilet seat and bowl

There were lots of gnats all over the room Just discussing, there internal policy states “cleanliness” prior to departure Looks like they need to hold themselves ACCOUNTABLE to their own standards I just expected more from this resort I wouldn’t stay here again that’s for sure I think the pool is nice, staff was nice, the pool area was nice, the bar tender was AWESOME (older Spanish speaking gentleman) The slide is cool, not to mention the little kids baby side The hot tub is nice because it’s covered I think that the security and bracelets are a waste of resources and staff $$$ This organization can definitely find another way to control pool accessOverall:•Over priced•Dirty•Old•Smells•Check-out time is too early•Not worth it in the end

First of all I have 2 kids who are already tough to travel with and this place was the best! We rented out the 2 bdrm villa with a kitchen and it was absolutely perfect for us, 3 adults and 2 kids 2 beds, a pull out COMFORTABLE sofa bed, TV in every room and stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils Definitely bring your own food, beverages and seasonings, but the rest was available to us! The pool waS fun, clean, and staff were super friendly

The bar had a kitchen menu and brought food to you by the pool The bartender pours generously and drinks are delicious By far our best family vacation spot so far!

Please don’t stay here The negative reviews are accurate We are fairly low maintenance and keep to ourselves, but the basics requirements are not met here

After a weird/rude interaction at the front desk, we arrived to a dirty room, moldy smelling carpet, and torn up outdoor furniture After more weird/rude communication with staff (no one looked me in the eye and no one apologized for the state of the room) we were moved to a different room by “security” that didn’t smell so bad and wasn’t falling apart, but was still so dated and dirty The front desk person said all the rooms are like this I asked “security” if he is often changing rooms for guests and he said yes It was all so weird and uncomfortable The only food option is a pool side hut This is just a run down motel at resort prices The pool is fine but doesn’t outweigh the other bad stuff Please don’t stay here

A great little hotel just a few blocks from downtown Palm Springs (close to the design district) The rooms surround their courtyard and pool which makes it feel very private A friend and I shared a room with two beds which felt quite large

The bathroom was on the smaller side but not uncomfortable The parking seemed to be quite limited but there was always a space open when we needed one I imagine it could be an issue during high season (we stayed in May) I would happily stay here again

Edward’s Gallery

The price seems reasonable until you check out They send someone to view the room and inspect it I had spilled a can of coke (just a few drops) onto the sheet on the bed and they insisted on charging me $100 for new white sheets

Clearly the coke stain would easily come out in the wash with or without bleach Extremely rude about it as well There are more reasonable places to stay with more reasonable staff as well I could not believe they actually charged me $100 for sheets Its absolutely insane to think that is justified I wouldn’t stay here again for fear I might break a coffee mug or glass and be charged an outrageous amount to replace it

Nicole Gaddie

The courtyard area was nice and the hotel is in a good location, very close to the main drag in Palm Springs The rooms have an old feel, and the carpet was raised in parts of my room due to the wear My main concern were ants I found coming out of the tile in the bathroom

One actually bit my foot The water in my shower got warm but not hot and there wasn’t enough parking one of the nights of my stay Hotel staff was accommodating and nice, I just don’t think I’d go through the inconveniences again, especially when I’m paying $247/night

I stayed an entire week at the Descanso in Palm Springs (I wish it could’ve been longer), fortunate to enjoy this newest sister resort from the same owners of the justly celebrated Santiago on the other side of Palm Springs, between Christmas and New Years Eve I just moved to Palm Springs but my new house is not yet ready, so I decided to take a friend’s advice and check in to the Descanso A holiday week is when luxury hotels have the added task of ensuring guests are feeling especially well cared for when they are away from home

The GM (Kent) and AGM (Holden) went above and beyond in top shelf service and friendliness, the room I used had incredible views across the elegant and lush pool area to the mountains looming over Palm Springs My favorite elements of the Descanso: views, tastefulness, breakfast (quite excellent croissants and more) and lunch (brought in from alternating superb local restaurants) served on the premises, perfectly warm pool and hot tub in the cold desert evenings, and the stylish modern decor and furnishings The complex was renovated so thoroughly that it seems like new construction, yet the details are classic Palm Springs resort, great for swanning around wearing the resort’s brilliant white terry cloth robes, or wearing nothing at all, but your “Old Hollywood” style sunglasses and a smile Kudos for the self-service 24/7 cantina with the high end coffee and hot chocolate machine, soft choco chip cookies, popcorn and pastries if you want to have snacks while getting a good jacuzzi soak under the stars I really want to go back, and I’ve already referred a handful of friends to try to get a reservation before they are fully booked Thanks and congratulations, the new Descanso is very chic!

This place is a delight I had stayed at this physical property several times over previous years and always enjoyed it Now, as of early this year, it is under new ownership

The new owners have revived all that was wonderful about the previous incarnation and added much, much more on top of that It has been turned into a bit of Heaven on earth The fresh furnishings inside and out are peacefully wonderful Lots of lounges now and many umbrellas where they are needed most Inside furnishings are all new and very upscale, simple and fresh looking The bed and bedding was awesome – best sleep I’ve had in months! The breakfast and included lunch menu make it possible to almost never leave the property, except for an excellent Palm Springs dinner somewhere nearby And then there is the on site management Kent, the manager, was super attentive and totally dedicated to one thing – the absolute comfort of his guests I just made another reservation and am very much looking forward to a few more days there soon

Dave Wynne

My husband and I had a short stay in Palm Springs last week and we are so happy that we picked Descanso! Our room was large, clean, and comfortable and had a great view of the mountains and the property We ended up barely leaving the resort because everything we wanted was there (breakfasts and lunches were perfect for us) The pool area was great! The other guests were friendly and the vibe was a great mix of opportunity to chat with other guests if you want, or to just relax and do your own thing if that’s your mood

Finally, Kent was fantastic! He took such good care of us and we were always sad when he’d leave for the evening because it was so much fun chatting with him We will definitely be staying there again and again!!
