Travelers beware if you’re booking for the next few weeks We were not informed that there would be massive construction going on while we stayed The hotel knew we were going to be booking a red eye flight in and would be getting in early Saturday morning and they said nothing of the construction

When we arrived it was impossible to sleep due to the hotel construction Jack hammering to the left, right, above, and below us There would have been no point in switching rooms The construction was happening throughout the hotel We were greeted with saw dust and construction Mats down everywhere Our bathtub was falling apart and the water pressure sucked The staff was unfriendly and appeared more interested in socializing with themselves than helping guests that were clearly from out of town Save yourself the money and book at a holiday inn for a hundred dollars less/per night In fact You may even have a more pleasant stay overallAlso the hotels comments in other peoples reviews demonstrate their complete and utter lack of care for their guests A discount should have been offered for the stay They should have sent out notification emails to all parties booking during their construction period But instead they overlooked all of that for a profit And are insisting in the comments “we hope you come back to see the finished product” What a joke Why would you come back to see the product when you were ripped off during your stay due to their renovations? I will forever be telling people to never book from this hotel again And they should have the decency to heavily discount their rates during construction or shut for the remainder of their renovation But charging above average rates for the worst sleeping conditions you can imagine is insane*****Update******After posting this review I received a new bill with a discount I’m pleased that they made the situation right and hope in the future they will be more transparent with their guests before booking

Surprise! Very loud construction above our bed started at 9am

this is not a 4 star hotel tub was peeling we could feel springs in the bed pillows were flat no curtains only sheers horrible experience!!! Because we made our hotel reservation without our Hilton Honors plan, the hotel did not honor our complaints Would not recommend this hotel ever!

BEWARE OF CONSTRUCTION!!! We stayed there a month ago for a wedding Bride and family were surprised that hotel was under construction and the room block was effected Some communication to guests would’ve been nice and a great warning to at least let us know what to expect

I would never stay at a hotel for that price for the quality eitherThe dust from the construction causes health issues to everyone in my family, the beds were uncomfortable, and the walls were super thin

I stayed at this hotel May 7-10 while in town for a college graduation The entire staff was professional, courteous and friendly Brandon at the front desk was extremely helpful when I needed to switch rooms due to a plumbing issue and Amanda at the bar made the best Manhattan I have ever had

My stay included a free buffet breakfast which was excellent each morning and our server Ringo provided excellent service The pool was clean and refreshing, the shuttle to Saint Augustine was convenient and the bar was comfortable, on point and reasonably priced The rooms need to be updated The bathrooms in the rooms lacked exhaust fans and the toilets in both of the rooms I stayed in were old and needed to be replaced

Kelly Fodiman

We were pleasantly surprised! The staff was incredibly friendly at the front desk, wide open spaces, spacious room, very clean and comfortable The food and atmosphere was great in the lounge area, breakfast buffet was delicious, gym looked very nice and it was fun eating at caddy shack just 100 steps away! We really enjoyed the whole experience but having a warm, kind and friendly staff made our trip even better!! Thank you 😊

Madison Vick

For a four star hotel I was expecting it to be much nicer The area, and lobby were very neat, but the rooms were very dated They were all full beds, the air didn’t work, no microwaves in the room, no fan in the bathroom, and when I came into the bathroom there were little white facial hairs on the counter around the sink

The rooms just really need some updating

Literally the most comfortable hotel I have ever been too And I’ve been too a lot of hotels Feels like your home

Nice beach view Great breakfast Breakfast was cold and hot foods Private room with a door, great for privacy when you have kids They have everything I was so at peace and it’s such a zen vibe Friendly staff Definitely worth EVERY PENNY!! highly recommended If I could give it 1000 stars I would

I was so excited to stay at this hotel I have previously had happy hour at the restaurant and I love historic hotels, I stay in them frequently I also travel for work so I’m traveling 50% of my time

Check in was easy, the front desk was always great however, the room was just sad It was empty with not just outdated furniture but old, worn furniture It feels like how I’d imagine moving into a fixed income, furnished one bedroom apartment would feel I wouldn’t sit on the couch The bed I had was comfy though No blackout curtains The walls were incredibly thin The people next to me kept me up all night listening to them vomit Sounded like maybe they had a stomach bug, hope they feel better I recommend playing white noise on your phone to drown out the sound of partying and thin walls They don’t provide any water bottles or drinking water even upon check in Parking was horrible They have 2 very small lots that they share with the public so it’s unlikely you’ll get a spot during peak hours One day i just drove around for an hour until someone left The hot water for the shower took 20 minutes to turn even remotely warm One morning I waited 30 minutes and it was still cold, I chalked it up to being out of hot water so I took a cold shower and by the time I was getting out, it was starting to turn warm If you have anywhere to be, start your shower WAY earlier I was late to a business meeting due to this Housekeeping ignored the do not disturb sign on my door and cleaned my room anyways It doesn’t just seem old, it’s musty and dusty It’s just dirty feeling At one point the hallway smelled like throw up Stuff piled up everywhere for guests to see Again, I stay in historic hotels all the time and this is not well kept up with The beach access was really nice The staff was really nice I absolutely loved all of the bar tenders Seriously can’t say good enough things about them The upstairs restaurant is wonderful But I won’t stay here again

Stephanie Galloway

The most charming of spaces

if you can find in the middle of the ugly Daytona-like high rises, you will be delighted with this fancy, old Florida (Spanish) hotel Sitting on the beautiful patio with a lavish (albeit self-serve) breakfasthelped by a smiling, warm staffthis is wonderful I have come here for decades for the delicious Sunday brunch and top floor tiny barbut staying here was even better Highly recommend My room was not oceanfront (less expensive) but still very nice

I’ve been planning on making reservations at this hotel I was in town and decided to drive by and just check it out Mr

Jackson greeted me (Front desk supervisor) He gave me brochures for the spa and hotel, and he gave me a full tour of the facility He was fantastic and professional He was thorough and told me all about the place He showed me the pool area, dining area, room types, and views He was very welcoming and knowledgeable That kind of service makes all the difference in the hotel you choose to spend your 3-day weekend I will definitely be staying here It exceeded my expectations of class and quality 💯

Larry Tallis

It seems that every time we eat at the Lodge and Club the computer generated check always overcharges us It happened again this past week The overcharge came out to be in the neighborhood of 15%

If it was an isolated experience I certainly wouldn’t be writing about it We brought it to the attention of the waiter who had his manager correct it If the check was hand calculated I probably wouldn’t have thought much about it But the computer is programed to put the cost of items onto the check I hate being taken advantage of! Secondly, two days ago I ordered a drink from the bar No big deal Vodka, triple sec and lime juice From the corner of my eye I saw the bartender pouring water into the drink Is this the definition of a watered down drink? I think so With an exploding population in the area, a wait list for membership, management is in my opinion really squeezing every dollar it can get Shameful! Will I eat at the Lodge again? Probably not Will I buy drinks at the Lodge? Probably not Why am I still a member? Simple! Not many other options to consider and the buy in is not transferable And then, if I really want to be picky the chairs at the trellis should have been replaced two years ago because they are saggy and worn out

Hilary Reinhardt

The Oasis has THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE I have received better service at Walmart All of the employees completely ignored us

It was a free for all for seating No one told us to check in with the hostess cause they were all too busy not making eye contact with us I had to call the front desk to get the manager (the suit) who then refused to let us order We are spending $800 a night for a room And this is the service they have Will not be coming back here Please Plenty of other options to stay at on the beach

The room was dirty The floor was gross, needs to be vacuum There was a cockroach running around on our floor

The bathroom floor had hair and dirty on it I went to call the front desk and both phones in the room aren’t able to call the front desk The button wasn’t working and the room in the middle of the night smelled like sewer That was just the first room 219 The second room 313 when we walked in, the coffee table had dirt on it The mirror had a film over it The elevator, on the railing, had dried drink on it Whomever cleans this hotel is horrible! I’m so sad about this because if this place was clean we would stay there every time we go to Jacksonville to visit our daughter and granddaughter The other two hotels in this area don’t have big rooms like yours They are clean so I will stay there I’ve never been so disappointed and grossed out at a Hilton property I do want to say that the front desk staff and breakfast staff were wonderful

Christina Marsman

Location and Staff are amazing, but, if you are a person with disabilities, this hotel may not be for you Shower is not wheelchair accessible My husband managed to lift me onto the bench, but it is on a tilt, which nearly ended in tradegy😫

Apparently there is only one room with an accessible tub, but it was taken (although that’s the room we booked)Our door was open when we got there Turns out, it doesn’t open or shut very easily Off the frame or something My husband hade to fix the ceiling fan also (cord was wrapped around–wouldn’t move)Location is great, next to everything Love that it’s dog friendly 🐕 I would stay here again, but would need to plan ahead for accommodations

Ken French

I’ve stayed at MANY Hilton owned properties but this is by far the most out of date and dirtiest one too date Tile in bathroom was full of hair and dirt(obvious it wasn’t cleaned) Room in general very dingy

Hotel doesn’t feel like a Hilton More like a days inn vibe at Hilton prices Very disappointed Also the drain for sink has something that looks like swamp thing coming out of it which is pretty disgusting Hilton if your reading this it’s time to sell this property

Absolutely enjoyed my stay The hotel staff was extremely friendly My family really enjoyed Joshua in the hotel restaurant

He was extremely friendly and polite He is the reason we ate at the hotel for dinner both nights of our stay The room was great We had no issue The only downfall was the pool was extremely cold Our daughter is a water baby so that was a bummer for us

Debbie Aubrey

This hotel is close to the Hwy,which on one hand is good, but it as also means the noise level is higher The room itself was nice just as advertised on the website

It was also nice to be able to have a hot complementary breakfast again( Post Covid) The staff were nice I did see staff wiping down door handles, tables, lamp lights All staff wore masks You do have to ask for house cleaning if staying longer than one day

Stacey Deal

This hotel is one of our favorite Hilton brand hotels and we love staying there! The only thing this hotel does different than the rest of the other Hilton hotels, is you cannot go to the pool whenever you want! You have to make a reservation! I know that the pool is indoors, but again other Hilton hotels in the area with an indoor pool do not require a reservation! The hot tub was not hot! It was just as cool as the pool! Other than those two things, it was great! Breakfast is fantastic and the omelets are delicious!

We have visited this property three times and each stay has been wonderful Whether in the hotel or villas, no complaints here The property is beautifully maintained and has many amenities to enjoy- restaurants, Starbucks, pools, bikes, putt putt, corn hole, and a shuttle to the beach club near by

You can rent beach chairs/umbrella at the beach club for an additional cost Our hotel room was spacious and very clean I noticed housekeeping constantly cleaning throughout my stay The sanitizing stations worked and the lobby restrooms were always clean The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and departure Definitely a place we will continue to visit

M. Gonzalez

Perfectly located!!! They received my dog and I (small dachshund), the hotel has two restaurants, didn’t get to use the pool as we took the shuttle to the beach which brought us back seamlessly! (Apparently it’s a HUGE PLUS since there is no real beach access in Ponte Vedra

They drop you off at another lodge whereby you can rent a cabana, have a bar and restaurant, and all the amenities of a hotel)A valet named Hunter took amazing care of me and my car, absolutely nicest and most attentive valet ever! The front desk a gentleman, Kevin (from Germany) checked us in, very nice concierge, and Peter at the front desk also helped me out on the way out to extend the check out without an issue as I had mistaken the spa appointment time and we had a beach morning plannedThe grounds are gorgeous, the courses speak for themselves Though the rooms are a little outdated everything was impeccable! They have a pretty complete gift shop with any other items you may have forgotten to pack (Joanie was awesome) and the actual golf clothing store was well equipped but only for adult men They could spruce up inventory for us ladies a bit!Immediately upon leaving the hotel you have a shopping center across with a solid ABC liquor store, Publix, and a bunch little shops all worth checking out There were some restaurants there as well If you needed to, you could walk over from the hotel but there is plenty of parking both at the Marriott and the plazaI will be back to visit the family and definitely return to the hotel The spa was divine too, worth every penny (thank you Mary!)

Maggie Attoe

Absolutely gorgeous location and property I would recommend and definitely come back The staff was so friendly and accommodating

My only very minor complaint was the Vilas are a smidge dated (primarily the restrooms shower/toilet area) and the exterior could use a little TLC Other than that though everything else is exceptional! Walking the grounds, and relaxing outside Or utilizing the conference rooms you will not be disappointed!

The Indigo had a great location for us The room was beautiful with plenty of space The shower was wonderful, very large

The beds were comfortable We really enjoyed spending time out on the patio overlooking the water We will definitely stay here whenever we are in the area My only negative is that my room key stopped working 3x during my stay and I had to go down to front desk to get it fixed But, the staff is so friendly that I would not take away a star for the inconvenience

Brooke Simpson

The room and bathroom were super clean and very spacious I loved the mid-century modern inspired decor The nearby lake is a beautiful backdrop for the hotel

It’s in a central location near the highway, shops, and restaurants, but is very peaceful and quiet The lobby has a really nice bar as well We would definitely stay here again when in the Jacksonville area The only cons were the bed was a little too firm for my personal preference and breakfast isn’t included

Vernetta Liner

The hotel is beautiful! The service was good When you walk in the first thing I noticed was that the hotel pic online was a true representation of the hotel Anyways, the room was beautifully kept with an exception of the bathroom shower

The walls and floor in the shower were supposed to be white but there was mildew all over the grout on some of the walls and on the floor I always wear shower shoes when I take a shower anyplace that is not home I am glad that is my habit because I would’ve requested a room with cleaner showers, or a refund and went somewhere else You would think that such a prestigious place would pay a little more to ensure the showers were cleaned better Any shower mildew remover would’ve worked Everything else was on point Changed it to 4 star because it was a very nice hotel with a great ambiance with an exception of what I stated

My first and only issue was with a 3rd party that I used to book the reservation I requested two nights, got confirmation for two nights, but when I checked in I discovered that Hampton only had one night in their system The front desk, easily resolved the issue and I ended up with a better price

The accommodations and the customer service at this property were more than satisfactory The staff was very friendly, cheerful, and very professional The complimentary exceeded my expectations of motel fast food service My wife and I were surprised that the food was made with fresh ingredients of good quality, well prepared, and the presentation/serving was very professional The serving/dining areas were attractive and very clean The only regret that I have is that I had more than seconds helpings

Ethel Raymond

This hotel stay by far has been one of the best that I have experienced and I have been to plenty of hotels Trudy the manager was very informative when we spoke on what was needed for my event planner to be able to come and set up the room Tiffany at the front desk was so helpful and such a kind soul

She helped me book for another night with ease Nichole at the front desk was very polite and so was all the other staff there Unfortunately I can not remember all the names of the staff I had encounters with there, but each one of them were amazing They really have a great team at this site Room was clean, no complaints there I will definitely stay here again every time that I come to this city

Angie Rivera

Arrived at 9pm to check in and was greeted with a friendly smile and a hello even though she was taking care of another guest They were in the process of remodeling so the front desk was a little awkwardMy clerk got us on the top floor so that we wouldn’t be disturbed with any noise since we had to get up early for a flight

The only thing I didnt like was the elevators were not kept clean Only one elevator could be used due to renovating So it got plenty of use You can tell by all of the hand prints on the elevator doorsOverall the room was very clean We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom and beds The room was very nice and the hotel clerks were great The complimentary breakfast was also amazing

This is the nicest Best Western that I’ve ever stayed in! It doesn’t feel or look like a traditional best Western, it’s so much nicer and it’s of higher quality, and you get the sense that’s it’s of higher quality whenever you first pull up to this best Western hotel I’ve been staying here for a week, due to work, and it’s been really nice This hotel has a very pretty outdoor smoking/hanging out area where it’s made of beautiful stone and there’s lighting that’s built into the stone for whenever it gets dark out

There’s a smaller sized pool at this hotel, and it goes to five feet deep and it’s kept clean and nice to swim in This is a great hotel and if your wanting to go to the beach and you don’t know where to park, Neptune beach is only 2 1/2 to 3 miles from this hotel and you can park at Walgreens for up to two hours for free I’ve had an awesome stay here so far and I highly recommend this hotel! I’ll post some pictures too

hotel was relatively clean and the front desk staff was decent to us housekeeping was very good was traveling with a pet and told there are only two rooms dedicated “pet-friendly

” was charged a $5660 non-refundable fee for my pet (apparently there is tax on top of the $5000 non-refundable fee?) when I asked what “extra” needed to be done to the room after a pet stays in a “pet friendly” room, there was no answer, per se I’m ALL FOR leaving a Deposit for my pet but as a responsible, conscientious pet owner who has a well-behaved and very clean pet who does absolutely no damage, who I clean up after 100% of the time, never disturbs anyone and is never left alone in the room, that fee should be REFUNDABLEThere is NO reason to make a deposit Non-refundable AND charge tax on it I thought you guys were taking “extra cleaning measures” anyway because of the “virus”??? I believe these non-refundable fees are unreasonable and will not be staying in hotels that charge them

WeonHi Kang

Clean, comfortable bed, quiet, the best thing was kindness of staff Left item has sent to my address and food was an average However, their kitchen was super clean and staff was constantly cleaned area that made me feel safe

Area is appeared commercial area not much likable but if you drive down to south a few miles, there’s plants of restaurantsThank you!

After looking for various venues to have my daughter’s wedding, we landed upon Paola at One Ocean Paola assured me that the resort would deliver my expectations and desires flawlessly as I know she knew I was a stickler for details! I / we couldn’t have been happier with our experience The hotel is beautiful, rooms are very nice for out of town guest, and the venue is fantastic

Having said that, the staff was plentiful and very attentive to all of our needs and wishes They did special things that were never discussed to let us know they cared about our experience, and it wasn’t lip service, but rather a dedicated staff with attention to details I had 3 main requirements that I don’t mind sharing: Outstanding service, excellent food served hot, and for my guests to be served simultaneously and quickly They deliveredI cant say enough good things about my experience and I have done this several times with various country clubs and resorts, so I know what to expect To go even further, the valet parking people even got to know us by name and they were on it when I thought they might not be able to handle the volume of cars for our pretty large wedding So, if you are thinking of One Ocean as a wedding venue, I tip my hat to them and gladly give them 5 Stars, especially my daughter Coming from me, this is huge, as I am a facility person and can tend to be critical of things If you choose them for a venue, I believe you will be impressed and I strongly endorse them (and I have been everywhere) I plan to use them for other upcoming business functions as a result!

Perfect service The best service and employee attitude of being helpful and ‘nothing is a problem’ and ‘let me take care of that for you’ I have seen in 25 plus years anywhere in the USA I have worked in the service industry and my family owned hotels and restaurants- so I know and do excellent service

EVERYONE at ONE was this excellent Trent, Glen, Toni- I am and was very impressed I was there at a conference- we stayed 4 days I mentioned many of us drink tea, so the hot water container was small She brought a second one and by the next morning changed furniture so they could fit a big hot water container These details and going to any length to make the customer happy are WONDERFUL I have told people about this place The company who organized our conference got so many positive reviews, that we are coming back next year! They have never done that- we usually skip a year or never go backTHANK YOU FOR RESTORING MY BELIEF IN HUMANITY That there are more people like me and my friends who still care and serve and enjoy making other people happy!!!

Amazing experience at One Ocean, as always We choose to come here once a year and it never disappoints The beach is beautiful and never overly crowded (plus, the beach chairs + umbrella that are included are an amazing perk)

The quaint beach town, which is right outside the hotel, has everything you need + more Cute coffee shops, tons of restaurants, bars and lots of friendly locals Marla and Trent at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we had the best trip yet! We can’t wait to go back again! Thanks, One Ocean!

The staff upon check in and in passing were very pleasant The gentleman checking us in was awesome and hilarious Was great talking to him

Cheered us up after a long day of travel The day and evening staff always gave a passing “hello” and would ask if everyone was going well or if we needed anythingThe ONLY reason I almost took 1 star off was due to the state of the tub It was pretty beat up I assume they are renovating, because the room, beds, TV and counters were ultra updated/in perfect condition The beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve EVER stayed in I usually don’t sleep well when traveling, but these beds changed that So I recommend overlooking the tub if you get that room (it was still perfectly functional) and just enjoy the remainder of your time By the time I was out of the tub, I forgot all about itBecause the hospitality, beds and rest of the room was perfect I don’t feel the need to knock stars off

This hotel was definitely amazing! And I love how the rooms match the pictures that they advertise online to a perfection! They were super clean no dust anywhere except for the AC vents, it was very dusty there so maybe they could clean the vents out or change the filters a bit more consistently (we ended catching colds because of this)Other than that our stay here was amazing and our housekeeper Kenneth was awesome and very attentive to us! He deserves a raise!

Overall, the hotel is fine You can tell it was once a really fabulous place but it is in need of a lot of TLC The rooms are pretty spacious, but housekeeping was not great

The rooms have hard floors with lighting around the perimeter of the bed, and as soon as the light turned on, there was trash and debris all over the floor, not to mention the 2 insects I had to kill in the roomthere is currently no on site restaurant or bar which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons I booked (the direct website does mention that these amenities are closed, but 3rd party sites do not) The pool was nice and warm and very clean When I mentioned the cleanliness issues to the desk manager, I was offered some Best Western Points which is ok, but given what I paid for the room, I certainly expected just a higher overall standard All in all, if the price was right, I would consider staying again, but only if I inspected the room before agreeing to stay

The absolute best hotel!! I work for IHG and go frequently to different Holiday Inn hotels to see what they’re like Over the last year, I’ve stayed in over 10 hotels, and this one was by far my favorite After a lengthy drive from North Carolina, the front desk manager/fellow IHG Champion enabled me to check in early

Breakfast vouchers were supplied to us, and the room was fantastic! Housekeeping did an outstanding job of keeping the room clean on a daily basis! This property made me feel right at home, and I will definitely return Maybe even as a member of the staff!! 😉

This holiday inn is an excellent hotel I discovered on a business trip Bartenders like Chastity are an asset, and make me want to go out of my way to return to this location I have F&B background, and someone with such a genuine personality and active listening skills is a rarity

The lovely lady who made my burger did a phenomenal job; it was on par with some that I have spent double the money on eating These operators know what they are doing The rooms are cozy What more can you ask?

The attendant was friendly and on point The bar/restaurant area was nice but we didn’t eat or drink on this stay nor did we use the pool area but it looked nice as well as did the grounds The issues were the smell in the hallways, and the room was very dated

Our shower had been badly cracked (24″ or more) and a very sloppy silicone patch was applied The shower pan was also very weak and felt as if it were ready to fall through I can definitely see why the halls have a funky smell The mattress springs could be felt when getting in and out of bed and my wife’s back bothered her all day after sleeping on it I would pass this location and go to the one at Jax beach We loved our stay there a few months ago

josh

Would have given more stars but I want to be very clear about this

THE BEDS ARE HARD AS A ROCK Came into town for a couple days for a medical issues after sleeping on this bed we have decided to cancel our stay and head home In more pain then before we came If you want to sleep on a brick then this is the perfect placeEverything else was clean and fine

Matthew Buchanan

Pros:- Lobby and common areas maintained- Staff friendly- Breakfast was good valueCons:- Rooms and interior corridors were extremely dated and the room smelled strongly of a harsh cleaning chemical For $170 a night I expect more out of a Marriott property

Suite had a kitchen, but microwave did not work The one appliance that I would have used I reported it and was directed to a community microwave down the hall

Appreciated CoVid measures in the room Phones and remotes wrapped, antibacterial wipes provided, etc Room was quiet Pillows were great Staff was friendly Easy access to I-295

Kelly Ruston

Very happy with our stay! Kitchenette was lovely, full sized fridge and all the extras including plates etc Nice large desk, comfy reclining chair next to the bed, and the bathroom was clean and spacious The key card reader was a little finicky to get into the room

There were two really lovely gazebos out back, both of which featured a grill along with seating Security patrolled outside overnight, so we felt very safe and weren’t concerned about our vehicle Location was great, easy on/off the highway and a few places to order delivery from

Leah LaBounty

I’ve stayed here for a couple of extended stays Rooms and common areas are always clean Rooms have kitchenettes and full size fridges which is awesome; everything worked well

Free laundry, little gym area, often a selection of food/snacks/beverages/travel size toiletries Staff are all friendly and helpful, and do a good job of keeping everything clean A lot of long term stay guests Couple different outdoor areas with grills, there is a little pond in the back The area is kinda walkable but not a ton of stuff in the immediate area No pool or anything but the beach is close Great location, easy to get all around Jax and surrounding areas, right off 95 and 202 Usually a pretty quiet area as well I don’t really have any complaints!

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area

I have been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you definitely won’t be let downWe stayed one night at the hotel We have stayed in many hotels much more expensive and not had as pleasant an experience and great nights sleep We recently bought a very expensive mattress and their mattress was even more comfortable The room was very clean, Newly renovated, and the hotel is very quiet The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful We requested a microwave it was delivered within five minutes I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel The breakfast was not included but they had a very extensive continental breakfast for seven dollars or a full breakfast buffet for $15 for adults It is pet friendly but you would never know it by any odors or noise

I needed a place to stay because I had to wait 2 weeks for my apartment to be ready but that was also close to work and I must say, the experience was absolutely wonderful The rooms were clean, the staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating The breakfast and food in general is also quite exceptional, I enjoyed the low key ambiance and drinks and I couldn’t have asked for a better transitional place to stay than here

Whether you’re here on vacation or in my position and needed a place to stay, I highly recommend this place

Nancy Zotto

I want to thank the friendly front desk staff Cintya, Ryan, Abby, Kaitlin, Emily, and Faith they were all extremely attentive to all our needs When we needed extra towels they were sent up immediately, when we ordered room service it was sent up quickly We always stay at this Sheraton when we are in Jacksonville because of the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, location and the staff

Also the chef always makes a delicious homemade soup of the day! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

The staff at the Hotel Palm are great The rooms are clean and beautiful, and the common area in the courtyard is so nice A big fireplace is a great centerpiece for a fun place to hangout and enjoy your time at the hotel! This is where I want all my friends to stay when they come to town!!!Don’t forget the coffee shop in the mornings

Show Pidgeon Coffee makes some fantastic concoctions each morning So good!!

I’m partial to refurbished vintage motels, and this place does it right! Lovely courtyard, relaxed environment, and cute, comfortable room AC worked great and ceiling fan was a nice touch Plenty of outlets for charging

If you’re looking for chain-type hotels, keep looking, but this unique spot fits our travel style perfectly Just wish we could have stayed longer

We did not stay here, but a friend of ours did and we came by to get changed, etcParking seems pretty limited, but there were a few spots open Be careful with parking in the lot across or next, tow trucks were in full force

The hotel had a courtyard where guests could hang out, have a few drinks and mingle The room that our friends stayed in seemed very cabin-ish, but very nice The shower was SMALL Not sure if there’s a big deal to some or notSuper close to restaurants in the area and about half a mile from the beach

This place is nothing like the pics I paid $180 for one night, for a king bed and jetted tub The jetted tub didn’t work

One of the AC units didn’t work There was no light in the lamp on the nightstand The hot tub is unavailable The condition of the hotel is poor at best I asked for another room with jetted tub Nothing available Yet no refund or discount! The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the jetted tub in the room and the hot tub by the pool Neither worked! This room is worth maybe $50 a night at best I’m livid to say the least If nothing is done by management or corporate, I plan to post pictures and my negative review everywhere possible This is unacceptable!!!!!!

My parents are both disabled My mom has had a double lung transplant and my dad a stroke My mom is a patient at Mayo Clinic

They stayed at this place recently and the ac leaked, soaking the carpet They had no clean wash rags or towels even when requested My parents do not like to make a fuss so I called and the guy at the front desk did not care The guy at the front desk told me they do not replace towels daily My parents ask and they still did not get clean towels! Disrespectful staff and not clean

The positives – the rooms are clean and nice and feel modernThe negatives – you feel like they are purposely trying to inconvenience you No drink machines on the floors

You are forced to visit the shop in the lobby for all drinks which is not convenient and especially if you have kidsWhere would you expect the towels for the pool? At the pool? or at the check-in desk? Well, you have to go to check-in desk which is not even on the pool level, so when you get out of the pool you cannot get towels unless you ride the elevator up a floor to the lobby, and while others are checking in, ask the staff for towels That’s just weirdNo microwaves in the rooms An oceanfront room, priced like this, and no microwave? No room service and the restaurant is extremely slow and the food is mediocre at bestI get it It’s a gimmicky resort-style hotel that wants to push you into all it’s amenities for extra revenue, but it’s a hassle and makes the experience less-than-comfortableCool location, but not convenient enough to come back I’d rather opt for the Hampton Inn beachfront and have an expected hotel experience

We had a wonderful stay beginning of April The weather was beautiful (a little windy) The room was very clean and comfortable The food was amazing and drinks as well

Every employee we came in contact with were super friendly!! I read some reviews saying the pool had no sun by noon We did not have that issue, the side of the pool by the hotel had no sun around 1:30 but there was plenty of sun on the other side Pool was never to full to not find a chair We were able to walk to many bars/restaurants and shops If I had anything to say that may be negative was there is only 1 hook for wet clothes and towels and there was no microwave in the room (there was a fridge) so we had to throw out any left over food that we purchased but Definitely not a big deal

Nikki Mikkelson

The only reason I’m giving any stars, is because my room was absolutely beautiful and clean The view was breathtaking First of all, my room was an hour late, and I was there on business, so I lost an hour of work

We went for dinner on the second floor balcony, and I eventually got very chili, so we went to the first available table inside Jacob came to ask if I was lost, and I noticed the hostess staring over my way Jacob expressed that I was sitting in his station I apologized and explained that it was very cold out and the bar was full He then went to go get my food that I had already ordered, and brought no utensils or napkins I had to eat with my hands He didn’t even check to see if my partner or I needed anything For the amount of money we paid for our overnight visit, customer care could have been so much better For this, I probably will not come back
