the inside was redone recently and is very nice The outside is a bit of a deterrent If I was driving by I would not go in

But once in the door the lobby, room, and amenities are really nice The service at the Coffee Bar was perfect The woman that served us was Awesome and not to mention we left at 11pm and returned at 8am and she was back!!!! What dedication

I feel for the most part that Courtyard in itself just kind of rides off the Marriott name and this one is no exceptionPRO’s – The hotel main floor is very clean, has ample lounge spots and overall very inviting The inside fireplace is very nice and welcoming

The little store off from the front desk is super convenient (also ridiculously expensive) The rooms have been updated(ish) with comfortable beds, new sofas, carpet yet out of place looking furniture with an early 90s persona Room service was great and they replenish with more than enough towelsCONS – The Bistro in the morning is the worst Bistro of all the Marriotts I’ve been to in the last ten years and I’ve been to ALOT The Bistro “opens” at 6:30a through the week and my rewards include free breakfast everyday Would’ve been awesome if someone was actually there at 6:30 and ready to serve Nope 6:40? Nope! Half the time closer to 7am and the poor guy from the front desk has to come over there and do the Bistro employees job BECAUSE THEY DONT SHOW UP ON TIME, CONSISTENTLY!! The food is also way overpriced for what you get, I mean…over $4 for a small bottle of water? Is this hotel THAT broke? Front desk guy needs a raise as he was doing everyone’s job most mornings, by himself The floor hallways are very long and creepy as in new carpet yet odd looking wood doors out of the 80s The keyless cards don’t work half of the time The toilet takes five flushes just to get a piece of toilet paper to actually go down Water pressure is horrible and takes ten minutes to try and get all the soap off you in the shower Undersized room TVs and only two USB ports in the whole room and those two are on top of the alarm clock The outside of the hotel is cringe and unwelcoming The grounds need major focus and look overall unkempt Killed multiple spiders in the room throughout my stay The pillows are way to flat and unsupportive Took all five of them together just to make one good one that kept my neck straight One washer and one dryer for the entire hotel that look like the first whirlpools ever invented and did not wash nor dry good at all Stairwell carpets are stained and you aren’t sure if you’re climbing stairs in a state prison or a hospitalOverall, the lobby felt more like a Marriott while everything else felt like a nice Motel 6 If you’re passing through for the night and traveling alone than this will suffice but don’t expect much because the hotel just doesn’t offer much and the staff is just kinda “there” I will most definitely not be staying with this hotel again and will not book it for any of my employees going forward

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel They compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area

I’ve been staying here for years If you choose this place you definitely will love it I’m sure! Our family has celebrated many special occasions at this property The entire staff, especially Nicole, are the absolute best! They always remember us and provide the most impeccable care during our visits! I highly recommend this property, the ambiance and amazing staff ensure we always return!

I would highly recommend the Four Seasons in Georgetown The staff is so amazing and the Concierges is out of this world They helped us get tickets to all the places that we wanted to go around town and went above and beyond on places that didn’t have availability to try to get us tickets

Also the rooms are incredible! I can’t say enough about the service and the quality of the hotel

Betsy Juhasz

My daughter’s wedding was at the Four Seasons I have never had such exceptional service The food was beyond amazing, and the attention to detail was perfect

Great hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful Loved the gym and equipment in the room that encourages business travels to stick to their routine Room was clean and spacious food was good

Parking needs a little bit of work but not terrible Use the conference room space w/ coworkers and it was very accommodating Overall great experience as a business traveler Teresa was wonderful!

I booked a night at this hotel this weekend after my boyfriend stayed there for over 2 weeks It is a pet friendly environment and the gym is fully equipped with new machinery The rooms are very spacious with many outlets and comfy bed

There was only a mini fridge and no microwave The staff overall was friendly, however, there were 2 incidents that we had with the staff that was very disappointing My boyfriend stayed in that room for over 2 weeks and they only cleaned the room once We had asked for the staff to provide us new sheets, towels, and washcloths and remove the old bedding and trash in the room I informed them that my dog would be gone the entire day to be groomed so they may clean the room Unfortunately, they do not clean the rooms while you are staying there because of Covid We had to change our own sheets and take the trash out and after asking on 4 different occasions for them to bring us all that we asked for, we finally received everything We had also asked for a late check out, which they approved The next day we had gone downstairs to reactivate the room keys and the staff told us we could not do late checkout We only had 45 minutes to checkout or we would have been charged another night Overall, we had decent experience, although, I personally will not come back to this hotel

Sara Smith

We booked a room in your hotel as always in advance from April 23-25, we indicated in advance that we need 2 queen beds We received confirmation of the reservation We were calm that everything was fine

But when we got to the reception desk, it turned out that we were not expected There was surprise on the faces of the custom service, and they said that they had been waiting for us only since April 26 and there was no room with two queen size beds in the hotel But wasn’t it possible to warn us about this when they confirmed our reservation? And how could we confuse our dates for booking a room We showed in the phone that we have a reservation from April 23-25 Of course, the custom service did everything to save the situation, and found a free room for us, but our mood did not improve from this The very fact that one of the reception staff mixed up our booking dates, did not warn us in advance that we needed two queen-size beds, and even when we checked into our room, the bathroom was poorly cleaned, the bath was poorly cleaned, there were traces of other guests inside the toilet We have stayed at your hotel twice And the second time was the last We will no longer be staying at your hotel Your service has become substandard And the price for the room is greatly overstated

Overall my stay was enjoyable The College Park Holiday Inn was located in a great area not to far off I-95 Ext

on Ikea Way and yes it shares a parking lot with Ikea The hotel has a Bar and Restaurant both reasonably priced Their breakfast buffet is very fulfilling and kids eat free That was a plus! Although I didn’t get a opportunity to use the pool, they did have a indoor pool in Tower One The staff were all very friendly My room was clean as well I definitely recommend this as a place to stay when visiting the area

Kala Twigg

Front desk staff were kind & tried to help as much as they could But this hotel is disgusting Not clean

Whole first tower smells like water damage My lungs & throat have been killing me Was contemplating staying extra days Definitely not now Moved rooms because the first definitely smelled of animals Children were complaining of that And water damage The elevators smell like urination And there is dust & dirt in every crevice Not to mention a very strange encounter at “free breakfast” which we wound up paying for I will be beyond grateful to be HOME (We originally wanted to stay at Hilton… it was having some Reno issues so they suggested we shop nearby, sad this is where we chose) Id venture to say the water/sprinkler system went off multiple times at some points in the past The carpets reek of water/mildew Convenient to the highway But … save your money people Drive elsewhere

Dan Royea

I really enjoyed my stay here Staff was very friendly and helpful Hotel was very clean no matter what area I was in, either my room, at the pool and in the elevator

I really enjoyed the color changing water wall (be sure to check it out) And this is the first hotel I’ve been to that has a doorbell for every room How cool is that? Plus the ring around the button changes red for do not disturb (also shuts off doorbell function) and green if you want your room cleaned Nice indoor pool Also has a nice restaurant/bar Outside was just as clean as the inside was It’s 30 minutes from the White House and 20 minutes away from the airport I highly recommend staying here if your in the area

Decent hotel The lobby is really flashy, unfortunately the rooms are quite dated, and mine had a weird smell The shower had some mildew on the floor, and of course the room had an old carpet on the floor as most hotels do

At least the rooms were bigThe on site restaurant had a decent selection of food and beverages, I had the salmon for dinner and it was pretty good I also had breakfast in the restaurant and they did not have the buffet set up, I ordered parfait with granola and fruit and it was good! Main gripe was that they charged for coffee and juice, and quite a lot, so the whole ticket got quite expensive for a really simple breakfast The executive lounge was closed too which was a bit if a bummerOverall it was a decent stay, definitely stayed in worse hotels

Matt Winn

Our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing On the first night, there was continuous noise until 1am Part of that noise was the hotel staff loudly opening and closing doors up and down our hallway and running a vacuum cleaner which they also carelessly slammed into the door/wall outside our room

When we asked the staff member with vacuum to stop, he refused Part of the noise was rowdy activity in the hallway, which the staff did nothing about despite multiple requests Even later in the week, young people were running around and yelling in the hallways because there is no atmosphere of civility or control by the staff It was very disruptiveOur stay was also disappointing because basic amenities were broken, unavailable, or held at cost For example, the convenient location next to the metro was spoiled because upon return, the door back into the hotel was locked and the card key access was not operational We asked to use a microwave and were told that it would be a $10 extra charge – really? At the price we were spending – which did not even include any room cleaning – it is insulting to me that you’d try to milk even more money out of us for something that could have been set up and finished in 5 minutesConsidering the hotel itself was responsible for these disappointing factors in our stay, I regret paying for the room and don’t think it will be a good idea to return, even though I plan to return to Rockville many times in the future

Teresa Buchanan

This is a conference hotel but it’s also perfect for business travelers Things I loved: super fast elevator, simple interior parking, Starbucks, great bartender and kind front desk people, good work space in the room (huge desk chair), fabulous pillows, every store you need within walking distance, close to DC, AND across the street from a metro stop and regular sized grocery store (Safeway!) My FAVORITE thing? It was So

Quiet!!! Slept great!

The Omni DC is a wonderful place to stay while visiting our nation’s Capital As a guest, It is not uncommon to run into our political leaders, or dignitaries, as many of them have meetings inside the hotel The old world charm of the hotel, is not lost to mismanagement, or poor upkeep

It’s truly one of a kind I would recommend this place to anyone It’s so close to so much, and has some of the most beautiful surrounding streets, large bridges, and enormous towering trees ; that so much of the city has lost with the rapid development The staff is also very knowledgeable, courteous, and will go out of their way to see you are enjoying your stay The rooms are spacious, and clean, there is a great little cafe, as well as a restaurant that serves very traditional breakfast My only complaint, would be that the magnet keys are very easily deprogrammed, so if you can take one piece of advice, don’t let your phone, or any other cards near your key card Lastly their is a plethora of good, inexpensive restaurants just a stones throw away, as well as a CVS and an exquisite liquor store, that offers a wide assortment of wine and spirits I could go on about this hotel, I suggest you just give it a visit yourself I almost forgot about the pool… Great way to relax and take in some of the natural beauty, while basking in the midday sun By

Mandy Cluff

Staff was top notch My flight arrived early, with luggage I opted to go straight to hotel, the front desk was amazing Got me checked in early with a smile and a promise of getting me taken care of

The room was large and gorgeous, very clean, bed was super comfortable I walked the beautiful grounds, read outside and had a nice afternoon I was staying for a conference- all meeting spaces and meals were well done The staff was always right there when needed at any level From the doorman, concierge, front desk, housekeeping, wait staff, maintenance not one passed by without a friendly smile or a hello My stay was amazing, can’t wait to return

Michelle Olson

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this hotel! Upon arrival we were met with a friendly greeting from the doormen Our bags were brought up by the bellman within 30 seconds of entering our room From that moment, every employee that we had contact with was friendly & helpful! David at the concierge desk had so much knowledge of the area & was able to get us a dinner reservation at a wonderful restaurant

The gym has a wide variety of machines The outdoor pool was clean & well maintained I also like that the hotel is right next to the trails at Rock Creek park, the Metro is a block away, the zoo is a three block walk (or $2 bus ride) & there are numerous restaurants to choose from a block away My only complaint would be that the bathroom counter was small but that is what you get in a historic hotel

I am a loyal Marriott member, Platinum Elite so far this year Overall this location is great for Convention Center trade showsI ate an omelette for breakfast and it was definitely than I expected for a busy morning service time

Did not try the restaurant for other meal times, but the bar is pretty nice and well run The beer list leaves a little to be desiredMain thing that keeps it from getting five stars is somehow I got placed in a “European” room, which means small bed, small room

Derek Kruger

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t regret itThis is definitely a four star hotel The staff are amazing They were welcoming and accommodating The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable I had a nice city view on the 8th floor Starbucks is conveniently located on the main level I will definitely be back

M M

The location of the hotel ist great You can reach most attraction in Washington DC per foot The staff at the front desk was friendly

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired Our room was completely forgotten to be cleaned for one day! Instead of a clean room and fresh towels we got a page long detailed letter of apology Does this happen possibly often🤔?

Carpets were dirty The twin beds took up most of the room There was the sofa bed, but it had no sheets – we had to order them twice before they came

Worst of all, the free breakfast (well, we probably paid for it out of the $27500 one night stay) I was hoping they would have a nice selection for one’s personal taste – especially for the room rate The eggs were cold hard boiled, no fruit, there was milk, cereal, and some packaged waffles Juice too Forget trying to find any hot scrambled eggs or omelettes – they didn’t offer any McDonald’s would have been better We were the only ones wearing masks in the crowded room that had no social distancing during this latest COVID outbreak – and the dirty looks we got from patrons – I don’t think it was because we are interracial – but you never know The looks were like “Why are you here? – “Do you really belong?” – “How can you afford this place?”

Jasmin Leu

Big and clean room with fridge, microwave and TVBreakfast was delicious good choice Oat milk and fresh fruits were a highlight

Negative is that there is to much single use plastic involved Instead use real plates and mugs and glasses Would be much more environmentaly conciousIf this changes 5 stars are appropriate

Michael Sadowsky

My interactions with the staff were excellent When I asked for sheets for the pullout they had them right awayThis location’s breakfast has not fully recovered from COVID yet

There was breakfast, but more limited than I would normally expect from a Springhill, and lots of individual packages, and less hot food optionsThis was the smallest Springhill room I have ever stayed in We had a King with a pullout, and when the couch was pulled out the door to the room could not be fully opened I’m not sure how that isn’t a fire hazard

The staff is really, really nice!! Easy to get to by public transit— you can call their shuttle to get you from the metro, but it only runs on weekends right now bc of the pandemic It’s about a mile walk in an easy flat area if you don’t have too much luggage or it’s a nice day Beds are super comfy and the showers are great

The toiletries provided are lightly scented and smell great! The rooms are kind of dark at night which I don’t really like, but they are otherwise great Nice and clean The light switches are all electronic buttons which might take you a few minutes to work out but once you get the hang of it it’s kinda nifty The pool and gym are solid and the conference amenities are very attractive as well I haven’t been to the spa myself but a friend got her nails done there and had a great experience The bar is wonderful, though the beer selection is pretty smallThey make a great bloody mary!

Jenny Terry

I loved my stay here! Beautiful hotel with an amazing view Conveniently located just steps from the University of Maryland The staff was nice, the room was immaculate, and the bed was so comfortable

If you are planning a trip to DC this is a great option just outside the district but is located near the metro line I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to visit again

Janna Chan

I have stayed at the University of Maryland Hotel several times over the past few yearsThe rates are good and the service is excellent The staff is very friendly

I wish that some of the rooms had bath tubs instead of just showers but that’s a minor issueThe two restaurants right next to the premises, a pizza place and a bagel place, are excellent and reasonably pricedObviously this location makes sense if you’re doing something at the University of Maryland However, it’s a very clean and professional outfit for anyone staying in the DC area in general

I’ve lodged here multiple times over the past 7 months and have had good experiences The facility is neat and centrally located Food and shopping are within walking distance

What makes them stand out is their customer service— especially from Andrew! You can find Andrew cleaning and maintaining the lobby area He is always so helpful and will greet you and offer assistance willingly He, along with the other staff, are kind! One of the other staff members even assisted my husband in surprising me with flowers for our anniversary!

I enjoyed my experience at this hotelThe location itself is what sold me

I was looking for staycation to just enjoy myself and this was perfect! The hotel is surrounded by shops and good eats all in walking distance There is also a restaurant inside of the hotelThe space was clean and modern and aesthetically pleasing to the eye The staff was also kind and helpfulI would recommend!

Paula Yudelevit

The only reason for the 4 star is parking and no attendant to watch my bags while I went around the corner to the garage It is not attached to the hotel and my bags were not light! Having said that, I loved the room and the location Pike & Rose has lots of restaurants and shops, and the metro is not far

Very reasonably priced My view was “Bark Social,” dog park, so I was entertained every time I opened my drapes! I will stay here again with my luggage on wheels!

I would not recommend this spa They have major staffing issues and we have had multiple issues trying to deal with resolving issues from 11/20 through now from a 12/26 visit

They did not provide the described services and they bungled the resolution as well Don’t waste your time or money There are better options in the DC Metro area Do not recommend The hotel stay was mostly fine

This is my go-to hotel when visiting DC/McLean, Virginia

It is beautiful, and the service is fantastic! This location has luckily been able to uphold high standards and customer service from check-in to dining, concierge services, you name it! I’ve had amazing experiences speaking to agents on the phone, who are actually on location, check-in services, the wonderful greeter who is always happy to direct me in the right direction, especially while under construction! I hope the Ritz maintains this level of enthusiasm as well as standard for cleanliness… I also look forward to having breakfast at Entyse, the bistro Mona has been serving us for years and we absolutely love catching up with the staff! I would definitely give them 10 stars if possible!

This place is an unbelievably good deal The rooms are HUGE (be sure to ask for a tower room) It’s a bit of a drive from DC, but we plan on staying here any time we come back

This hotel offers an experience you typically don’t get unless you’re spending an additional $100-200 per night Be sure to walk to the town square in Rockville where you’ll find families with kids playing in the water park when the weather is warm Great hotel for families

The staff is very unfriendly we said hello and attempted to be friendly after making 8 hour trip with a baby But, They did not say hello or welcomed to the hotel

“keys, wifi, elevator to the left” is all they said we asked for a change to do laundry, and the staff refused There was no coffee in the morning, and 2 staff were talking to each other while guests were waiting for coffee Location and building are fine, but service is terrible

OK but quite expensive for the quality Rooms are clean and large, but not a lot to write home about No bath, only basic cable

They will charge you $20 for parking, which seems scammy They tell you they’ll validate parking but don’t mention they’ll charge you for it For a hotel on the outskirts of beltway suburbia, you’d think they would include that with the room I didn’t take a boat in Also they will send you spam emails and texts to sign up for their club
