This hotel was surprisingly modern It was extremely clean and had a great smell to the lobby The staff was all nice

The best part of the room is they have blackout curtains that perfectly cover the window so no light creeps inI wish there was a refrigerator or a microwave but it’s not that big of a deal if you are just staying for one or two nights

Adam Schneider

Four Points Sheraton has done a wonderful job updating this hotel from how it looked from previous owners but some of the choices for the rooms interiors are not great It seems as if cost-cutting was more important to them than customer satisfaction or aesthetic The room I stayed in had a very nice king bed and a couch and microwave but had no fridge

I can’t be the only one who’d rather have a fridge in my room than a microwave Also the lighting in the room was awful Unnatural and headache inducing blue-white led lights in every fixture except the bathroom The bathroom was great and the lighting in there was wonderful at least Hopefully they can change some of these things or I won’t be back

Alison Wright

My family of four used the park, sleep, fly option for a week and were happy with the lyft services from the hotel to the airport and back (a little confusing for a first time user given that we needed to be picked up outside terminal two on the second floor and weren’t sure when to call for pickup), but the hotel was disappointing We were put right near the lobby with all of the noises of folks coming into the hotel and leaving The air also didn’t allow for a fan option to cut down on the noise in the hallway

There also wasn’t a breakfast you could get without paying $14/$16 per meal Given how much we were paying, it wouldn’t have been asking too much for food The coffee was decent at least and the staff were friendly

My husband and I had our multi-day Hindu wedding at the Westin Aileen was our point of contact and was great to work with! Everything went so smoothlyThe guest rooms and suites were very spacious

Unfortunately, about 50% of our guest’s rooms lost AC on Thursday and Friday, which was not ideal However, the Westin was able to give us a 50% refund on those nights which was appreciatedThe Westin was a fantastic venue for our South Asian wedding, their staff is knowledgeable and professional

Nice suburban location about 20 minutes from the O’Hare airport Most of the eateries in the hotel are closed, I’m sure as a result of the pandemic The bistro has decent selections

Coffee shop offers standard fare Workers aren’t super helpful I ordered a coffee and fruit for almost $14 on two days No one told me they offered a combo that included the coffee, fruit, and a bagel/muffin for $8 (upgrade to specialty coffee option for like $2) I should have taken the time to read through everything but in the chaos of early morning rush, I try not to hold up the line I’ll know for return trips The hotel room I was in was OK Bed comfy Towels were a bit dingy Carpet shows signs of wear I also assume it is the byproduct of less workers due to the pandemic No daily housekeeping but that’s standard for the current times You can order service requests through the app Location is close to my office so I’m sure I’ll be returning

Whenever I need to stay near Chicago, this is the hotel I choose I appreciate the quiet of the area (even with the airport nearby) and the restaurant has the best hotel breakfast The staff is friendly and helpful and there is free parking; I have always felt safe here, and have never had an issue with my vehicle

There is usually a robe in the bathroom, which is helpful to use if you are going swimming in the fitness center’s pool

Thank you for an amazing experience! It’s a gorgeous location, makes you feel that you’re in Italy! I wish I lived closer The sangria white and red and peach drinks are amazing, delicious! We will be back many times in the future and my friend is thinking of hosting a fundraising event there in the future Thank you for also donating an amazing tour and experience for my friend’s fundraising event

My husband and I spent a weekend at the bed and breakfast for our anniversary Everything about the stay was amazing We don’t live far from the winery and frequent it often, but we have 3 young children that we’ve never left overnight

This was the perfect “destination” The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated We stayed in the American Suite The staff was so friendly and accommodating They made us feel like we were vacationing (rather than staying 20 minutes from home!) Prior to checking in our room, we did a Founder’s Room experience Celeste made sure we got the most from our tasting, and helped us choose wine we’d truly enjoy I cannot recommend Lynfred enough We had the best weekend and anniversary thanks to Lynfred

John Lambert

Good wine and cool historic building, but no longer allow kids on premises at all or at any events Used to be a good place for families to visit, but now totally unwelcoming We have tasted at numerous wineries around the country, but that’s the first time we have ever encountered that

Really disappointing We were planning on joining the wine club but didn’t since we wouldn’t be allowed at any events or tastings

So we stayed her for 3 nights 2 rooms All 3 days there was no hot water due to a boiler issue So cold showers for everyone! As previous commenters mentioned it was definitely run down a bit

The lobby was nice and updated However the rooms were definitely dated and small I had a fridge I had to turn off because when it kicked on there were bad bearings or a loose belt or something that sounded like a dying seagull when it kicked on Oh and they only service the rooms once every 5 days That info is on their website I will say so I’ll take the the heat on that one, (was the only thing with heat during my stay) The only reason I gave it 2 starts instead of 1 was that the staff was very friendly The thing that kinda peeved me is that when I brought up hey can we get a discount on our stay you know because NO hot water all I got was a “we are sorry for the inconvenience but I can’t do that” Listen to the other reviewers and look elsewhere!

shelly b

Hotel and front desk staff were polite and amazing We requested a crib for our one year old and it was a worn out pack and play that she couldn’t even sleep on The noise from other kids running down the hallway at night, kids knocking on our door at 1 in the morning, and then drunken stumbles fighting outside our door was icing on the cake

Stay here if you don’t want any sleep

It was a 3 star hotel,so everything was spacious After we checked in, we went out and returned around 10pm ready to turn in

My son while using the rest room found the flush is kind of struck Once flushed u need to wait for another 10 min before water gets filled While trying to call front desk found that extension is not working at all We were offered another room in the same floor, but it was not fun doing all shifting so late in the night Basic need to be verified and maintained, else what is the point of paying extra bugs for a 3 star hotel?

Victoria Gonzalez

Everything is wrong with this hotel, the owner needs to step it up and start spending funds where they need to be spent, the hot tub hasn’t worked for months according to the reviews online I wasn’t expecting hot tub to still be broken 4 months later The beds are horrific, uncomfortable, cheap, wouldn’t want to ever experience metal Springs in my back again/ hip and back pain I’m sure the owner has a nice memory foam mattress at home, while the customers are sleeping on garbage

Almost $200 a night for a bed that you can’t even sleep comfortably on is ridiculous and unethical Someone really needs to come into this hotel and do some type of wellness check maybe even contact the Better Business Bureau The breakfast eggs are synthetic and the sausage is so soggy greasy horribly textured and unedible Food in general was terrible The Only Thing Worth eating were the waffles and cereal Upon arrival of the breakfast in the morning no syrup no waffle mix, cereal containers were almost empty Not enough variety of healthy fruits and yogurts No towels were available in the gym or the pool area We had to call several times during our stay because they would bring 3-4 towels at a time, stop being irresponsible and take care of your guests Also Gym was dirty, the water dispenser is broken does not dispense cold water and is leaking dirty moldy water all over the floor After booking a handicap disabled room and made the staff aware I have a service dog for my disabilities my service dog was checked-in by a “manager” At check-out we were questioned regarding my dog and I showed registered service dog ID again, I felt an explanation was ridiculous upon checkout And the girl who checked us out complained about the manager, owner and staff which was pretty unprofessional This would be a beautiful hotel if the owner wasn’t cheap and gave attention to detail So many rips and tears in the hallway carpet they patched it up and did a terrible job Public washrooms need near the pool needed serious detailing very dirty Not a very pleasant birthday to remember, I had reservations for 2 rooms Reservations over the phone quoted me to queen size beds with a sofa sleeper, we were given to queen size beds in each room no sofa sleeper This weekend was a waste of time and money After writing this Google review hotel management added $100 to my bill 4 days after my stay accusing first my dog and then my children of peeing in the bed, then it went from the bed to it was just pillow that was thrown away had a stain Children are from ages 11 to 12 years old and do not pee in bed I’m pretty sure it was a juice box that spilled Be careful not to spill anything in the rooms or on the bed or you will be charged $100 service fee

We enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Elk Grove Village/ItascaIt is conveniently located near I-290, less than 10 minutes from the village center of Elk Grove Village with its restaurants/shopping/library/services It is also a just-under-ten-minute drive north to Woodfield Mall and all kinds of restaurants and shopping in that area

The hotel had nice rooms, comfortable beds, and a friendly staff We asked for a room in a quiet area of the hotel and they were very nice about this It was very quiet and I didn’t hear any noise that night or in the morning Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Amazing hotel My fiancée accidentally booked an extremely sketchy hotel, so at 11pm we needed a quick alternative for a one night stay Found this place as one of the cheapest options and it was near our convention center, and we were very pleasantly surprised

The location is beautiful, very private and next to a cute small pond The lobby was very nice, and the front desk person was extremely kind and even gave us freshly baked cookies with our room keys The room was large, comfortable, stylish, and clean This place saved our trip and we would love to stay again!

Currently staying here The staff is very, very nice Absolutely friendly, but the hotel itself is worn down badly

Cobwebs on the ceiling, inside the window in my room Not really clean Beds are comfortable and look clean The location is off everything Seems to be a staff hotel, where companies put in their people I will definitely not stay here again

Evita Rozenberga

Our rate was pretty much cheap for this hotel, but you get what you pay for, I guess Our stay was ok for the single night, but keep in mind that there is a lot of incoming noise from the airplanes arriving to O’Hare airport and from the parking lot you can actually see arriving planes Also, the walls between other guests seemed very thin and we could hear them partying and their TV sound until 1AM that night

The hotel seemed to be little outdated and could use some upgrades, however, the room was fine and the bedsheets and towels were fresh We were little disappointed that there weren’t any USB outlet near the night stands, only regular outlets, so we couldn’t charge our phones in the room, luckily we had our charging batteries (we weren’t planing to stay out of town that night so we didn’t pack accordingly) I’m usually able to sleep during any noise and slept just fine, but if you’re sensitive to any sound while trying to sleep, this hotel may not be for you

Fairly nice hotel My wife is a housekeeper, so it was definitely “DIRTY” according to her, but when hotel staff are only given 15 minutes to flip a room, what can you expect Sheets were clean

down to the mattress pad (yes, she checked)There were a LOT of kids at the hotel the weekend we stayed so the pool was overflowing It was quiet at night thoughBreakfast is hot as others have said and plenty to choose from, but the floors are in need of a sweep as others have saidOur floors had been replaced with laminate, so less concern of bugsFor $100 on a Saturday night on St Patrick’s Day WeekendI suppose it was pretty good

Barb Price

Fantastic service, excellent rate A bed so comfortable I don’t want to get out of it Absolutely spotless room

So glad to find this place after dealing with another Choice Hotel that I would NOT recommend–the Comfort Inn on Barrington at Hoffman EstatesEdit: Just had their wonderful breakfast that is included in room rate Waffle station, cold cereal, scrambled eggs, link sausage, fruit, toast, coffee, juice, and more–all done rightAnd the bathtub is fantastic for soaking They have a pool and hot tub here, but I won’t have time to try those

Michelle Howe

Avoid at all costs Yes, it’s in a convenient location, but it is dirty I’m also sensitive to humidity, and it was VERY humid in the lobby and the room

We ran the air for three hours and the room was still too warm The maintenance guy was less than helpful We ended up spending just $25 more per night to stay at a much nicer place 10 minutes away

I had a wonderful experience at Eaglewood Resort The amenities at the spa were wonderful and I had excellent stone message I highly recommend it

But know there is other fun things to do on the resort’s campus If you play golf, from Spring through fall you will enjoy their beautiful golf course The food is delicious; the service personnel are kind, considerate and friendlyI’m going again during the spring summer or fall because the landscape is gorgeous Go and have a chill out Eaglewood is a place to chill

Chris Lucas

Great place to stay! The only reason for four stars on the room is that we thought we were getting a view of the golf course not the parking lot Otherwise, the staff were great and the whole resort is beautiful We were close to everything that we wanted to do, while still having the feeling of being in the country! I would very much recommend a stay here!

Laura Nguyen

Booked a entire week here and very pleased with my stay Ever since Covid started we continue to travel at least 9 different states During those 9 trips we had to be extremely picky where we book our stay just you want to stay somewhere you know for a fact will be clean

Our usually booking have been through Airbnb which has been a failed We are talking about even around $500 a night for a house or condo you expect it to be clean and that hasn’t been at all for us We seem to still get very nice properties that end up still being dirty Clean to the eye , but not deep clean So we started looking into resorts and very pleased with my experience here With kids and the more money you spend for the best should be clean not just looks clean Anyways this resort exceed my expectations from the comfort of the bed to replacing new towels to calling down stars for a coffee machine They take care of you on the spot Hubby booked here for the golf and the kids had a great time at the playground and pool The view of the golf ground on our balcony was breathtaking every morning The family had a great time here and since being here for a week due to my surgery it just made it comfortable overall Again Very thankful for giving me a worry free experience about how clean our stay was Worth the value and definitely come back in the near future!

Quite disappointingGreat location but the condition of the hotel needs to be addressedHousekeeping has been cut in the names of “covid” but it’s needed more regularly

Our washroom was filthy, smelled bad, bathtub chipped and bad odorThe pull-out sofa /bed had no linens available – after 4 requests, it was brought over No body addressed the awful bathroom condition at allBreakfast on weekdays is not as nice as weekends and if you are vegetarian, you shouldn’t expect much

Rob Zelinka

I have stayed here numerous times over the years as it’s close to family and easy access to the airport Understanding that COVID put financial pressure on these hospitality businesses but this hotel is in bad shapeThe carpet is very worn

There’s a bad odor as you walk in the side door and go up to the 2nd floorMany broken things in the room A broken toilet paper holder, broken shower tiles just to name a few The staff is friendly but they’re very overwhelmed It took me nearly an hour to get a set of bedding for the sofa bed and had to make multiple trips down to the desk as the poor woman who was working tried to keep up with checking people in, answering phones, etcThe area around the hotel is very depressed A defunct mall nearby, horrible roadways and dozens of closed businesses are a reflection of how bad it is in what once was a very nice areaWe will be staying at a different hotel for our future trips

Zain AlHamed

If I could give it negative stars I would This hotel is terrible! One of the night shift employees st the front desk, Dulce, was so rude to me for no reason at all! I was asking for some clean towels and garbage bags and she spoke to me in a very rude and condescening way stating thatits against the policy to give me new towels after asking for my room number too She said I have to bring the dirty towels first to her even though ive been staying at the hotel for 2 weeks and none of the other staff has ever claimed it was against the policy! She was acting like I wasn’t staying at the hotel and was trying to steal her towels or something

She was very rude and unprofessional, ready to escalate a situation that should not be a problem The other staff is always so nice but this employee made me lower my rating even more I was placed in one room but after a week there, the neighboring suites shower broke and my room was flooded so I had to move to a different suite which was very annoying at the least and inconvenient too I was already upset because there’s white spiders in both rooms and every day I have to get rid of at least 5 spiders I asked to have them spray some insecticide or something to get rid of the spiders but whatever they are doing is not enough since they keep coming back There are cobwebs in every corner and I asked them to fix the kitchen sink but no one came in since it’s still not working properly I would never recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again

This Comfort Suites is run down but they are doing their best There is no breakfast to speak but the staff is friendly During the week it is a nice quite place but on the weekends this hotel is hopping

Loud parties, cigarette and marijuana smoke and lots of people running around If you want to relive your college days I highly recommend booking a weekend stay here

Hannah Jones

NOT for groups!!!We were promised a meeting space with our group, and this was a deciding factor in choosing the hotel However, upon arrival we were told that the new owners do not rent out the room or that it would be $300 (which is a drastic overprice, the room was not good quality other than having tables and chairs) The only bright spot was the evening employee who listened to us and helped us work out something for our group of students

I would NOT recommend this hotel for groups, especially if you are looking to have space to be together The new management is horrible, and clearly they don’t value groups We were also scolded for a noise complaint that was not even our students I would never come back

Place is dated and the room isn’t perfect We didn’t have hot water in the morning Possibly due to everyone running their showers at the same time

That’s what I was told by front desk It was my first time experiencing this in a hotel Due to the hotel being packed, they can’t move us to another roomThe bathroom has stain and the ceiling paint bubbles up and peelingThey didn’t properly stock up on towels in the pool area Had to asked for it twice each timeThe down blanket leaked feather all over We woke up with little white feather all over our clothes and the carpetBut I’ll give props to the staffs for customer service though At least they really try and did what they can to keep everyone happy and comfortable

Sean Conley

This place is in a really good location not far from the highway, and with a grocery store and a mall right around the corner So the area has a lot to offer I wouldn’t say there were any surprises in terms of the room itself

It was nicely appointed and comfortable The breakfast however was spectacular and well worth the money (it wasn’t free) and I only interacted with two staff members, but they were both very nice and extremely helpful despite how busy they were

Everything about my stay was 5 star Hotel was clean, facility, smells clean, check-in was smooth, pool and hot tub were up and running Hot tub was heaven

Happy hour, good breakfast Debbie was so sweet and polite I am definitely coming back Bonus for me were the signs about quiet time and what time its enforced Ive stayed at some hotels where guests and or children of guests had 0 consideration for other guests when it came to noise This will be a monthly weekend getaway staycation for me

Melissa Cardoza

Me and my boyfriend stayed one night, we enjoyed the room perfect for a small getaway the bed was comfortable, the pool and hot tub were okay breakfast was good we were satisfied with what they offered lots to choose from, now to why the three stars so around 11:40 (check out is at 12) we decided to finally get up and start grabbing our stuff I had accidentally spilled some coffee on my shirt so I was in the middle of changing when we heard the softest knock on the door and before I could even respond a cleaning lady presumes to open our door I was livid Check out is at 12 why the hell is someone barging in at 11:40!? So I go to the front desk with my frustration and the lady giggles it off and says oh I’ll talk to them

This place isn’t cheap by any means and the lack of customer service really irritated me I was in the middle of changing when a worker seemed it was alright to not even give us a second to respond to her knock before letting herself in We’ll be taking our business elsewhere our next couples getaway

This has been the most family friendly hotel we have stayed in a long time The front desk host was on her own and it was busy We arrived and our room was not quite ready as the lobby was full of people coming and going

It was the first and last weekend of doing break for schools in our area We were on our first weekend staying so we were relaxed no rush The manager took our bags the kids changed in the pool area and went swimming while our room was being prepared They brought our luggage to our room and brought my keys to me in the pool My son made a buddy in 5 mins and my daughter and I got to hang out The pool was so warm we actually asked if they could turn the heat down which is usually not the case and as an adult you end up fighting for space and trying not to get splashed in the hot tub This was so warm and clean towels were always restocked My so And his friend went “exploring” as did about 25 other boys all night until about 11pm They had so much fun walking the halls and sitting in the lobby playing on their phones together Breakfast was supposed to from 7am-10am the next morning but at 11am there was still no rush to close down the breakfast room and coffee, tea, milk juice, and whatever food (hot breakfast not just a continental) was still left was available for guests I called to ask for late check out and rather than 1 hour they offered me 2 extra hours since I had been delayed at check in It’s rare to find good customer service anymore and when I find it I patron as often as it fits my need This will be our go to hotel for the close to home weekend swim getaway next winter FOR SURE!!

Front desk employees were very friendly However, when I pulled the blankets back for my son to go to bed there were hairs all over the sheets There was a cup on the floor between the bed and nightstand with some kind of liquid in it, carpet was dirty, toiletries were not stocked

The shower and sink drained very slowly making it difficult to do what we needed without causing a flood The small shop by the lobby only had power aide, tea and sodas And breakfast, well what was there was awful Nothing was refilled in the 30 minutes we sat there except for biscuits The man working the area was extremely friendly but the food was pretty much empty and it was 830 am I was very disappointed with this hotel Won’t be staying there again

lisa rose

Clean, except 1st floor bathroom commodes out of order King bed suite with 1 twin beds spacious and offers some privacy but door between King bedroom and main room has too to bottom glass Wish kitchenette was bigger (full size fridge/would be better)

Appreciate separate heat/cool for two rooms Pattern on bath floor makes it look dirty No specified pet area but plenty of grass area behind hotel Several choices for breakfast

OK it’s not the worlds worst Marriott but it’s darn close AC doesn’t function well, you can’t see out the windows because they’re so fogged up inside the glass There is a sign leading to an ice machine on my floor and it was just an empty alcove

But what really bothered me was the television Not the television itself was bad but the service was abysmal Not like your standard Marriott Just scrolling guide with only about 30 channels, most of them just worthless No guide, you had to just remember what channel you liked wait for the scrolling and then go to it No possibility of logging in with on demand All Marriotts have had this as standard issue for the past five years or so, this is just silly and frustrating Posting this review now, but going up the chain of command to make sure the president and CEO of Marriott are aware of these inconsistencies The hotel looks nice from the outside but once you get inside you realize that really it’s just a one and a half star motel at best

Irfan Waseem

Horrible experience The hotel is extremely dull and run down and location is not great either On top of that, the front desk Staff named Dana was extremely rude

We were visiting from NJ where the indoor mask mandate had been lifted I totally understand the different mask mandate in illinois however, the staff needs to be courteous in reminding people for wearing masks She screamed at us saying “wear your mask NOW” We reported the hotel to the Marriott customer service and checked out right awayThis hotel is not worth my money or my points I visit Chicago every month and this hotel is totally off my list I would recommend the hotel management to properly train their staff and manager in customer service

Heidi Pinkham

NEVER will stay here again, nor would I recommend Hotel run down and employees rude The breakfast was a joke

I ordered French toast The preparer toasted the bread in a toaster, sprinkled confectionary sugar on it and served with syrup The drink I ordered expired 2 months ago My sister ordered a “Starbucks” coffee and it tasted like water When she tried to get another cup, the manager was rude to her and gave her another cup of watered down coffee Seriously, this is a Marriott???

Me and my husband stayed here back in February and it was amazing This was our first time away from our kids since the pandemic started and we enjoyed every moment The staff was really nice, the hotel in general was very clean

We stayed in two different rooms and loved them both, I really enjoyed the tub and shower and was able to relax The restaurant/bar was great and the drinks were the best I can’t wait to visit again and do some more sight seeing in the area

Derrick Woolfson

Well appointed hotel with several conveniently located restaurants & shopping Staff at desk were very friendly and accommodating They offered to check me in early, which was great

I also highly recommend their spa The massage therapist Agnes was incredible, honestly one of the best massages I’ve had All in all, great hotel for our business meetings and would absolutely stay here again Thanks for making our stay a pleasurable experience

Cory C

I was so excited to try this hotel for a few months now I stayed here one night and everything was just fine Everything was cleaned really no issues just nothing to tell other people about

The price is kinda high as well, I think the price is the main reason I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, doesn’t offer a good bang for your buck (In my opinion)

Even though I’m currently still here, I’m gonna write about the experience so far I was the pain in the butt guest, changing our reservations & asking a million questions Annette at the front desk was super nice & very helpful

We get to our room and it was a pleasant surprise!! I had my doubts but I was proven wrong Our room was clean, I went and did laundry the night we got in and it was so nice & clean & I love that I can use my debit card to wash and dry clothes NO complaints and I’d recommend it to anyone

I have to call out the amazing team here! Specifically, the GSR Selina and GM Brianna! They went above and beyond for myself and my daughter regarding our stay I haven’t had such great customer service on quite some time! We were going to change to a closer location, but after their help yesterday, I will just eat that extra 10 minutes of drive time Lol Great job, Ladies! Very below average sort of stay Might have had a glorious past 2 decades back but, right now, this hotel sucks1

Started with pathetic staff at reception Guy did not even bother to even pretend to smile, forget about smiling and greeting Smiling and greeting was all left to me Completely untrained staff Felt like he was doing me a favor by checking me in2 Everything seems old and ‘not clean’ Showing signs of age and degradation in quality Carpet, bathroom fitouts, furniture – all worn out It is not just about old, it is about giving the feeling of not being cleaned properly for a long long time Many Marriott hotels are old too but one never gets vibe of dirty from those Electronics are all old school from 15 years back, whatever little are there3 Vending machine for water bottles did not work4 Only positive was bedding Very comfortable, crisp, and fresh And things were functional and not falling apart5 Coffee maker seemed dirty in a way that I could not gather confidence to try making oneSave your money and look elsewhere I will stop booking Hyatt hotels now onwards They have lost the plot, maybe more so in the pandemic They are struggling to run hotels when occupancy has gone up again

Carolyn Lamb

Bathroom is a bit small Room appears clean, but you’ll find cobwebs if you lookPleasant staff

Breakfast buffet is great if you get it free Otherwise, it’s $23 & change, which seems pricey for what you getThe gentlemen servers at the buffet are top notch Very attentive & remember your drink order from day to dayIf you get a coupon for the breakfast buffet, please remember GRATUITY IS NOT INCLUDED! Please tip these guys – they work hard & do a great job!

This place…impeccable customer service from start to finish Started with me showing up too early for coffee only to have manager make the coffee instead of asking me to come back in half hour, room was warm so asked about a fan and it was delivered within 15 minutes then last day here and I have a flat tire that was resolved by Thomas the magnificent who came to my rescue with an air compressor

I never felt like I was asking for too much and every request was resolved immediately and with a smile Would recommend every day of the week! One of the best run hotels I’ve stayed in

My mom and I have stayed at this location twice, once in 2019 and again just a few weeks ago We were attending an event in the area near the airport, but choose to stay a bit further out For both stays we were able to spend each night sitting out in the lobby with our friends, chatting, enjoying drinks and catching up

We appreciate being able to take advantage of the large quiet sitting area and conference tableThe guest rooms are always clean and have high ceilings, and aren’t overstuffed with furniture, but there’s still plenty of room for two of us to spread out We didn’t have to schedule any housekeeping because we preferred privacy, but were able to acquire any supplies we needed with ease They also took note of our first floor request and were able to put the same hallway as our friends, a convenience that can’t be overlooked! The desk staff is always so courteous and accommodating I can’t remember the night manager’s name, but he was helpful and funny when giving us the extra coffee and supplies for the morning, including some extra decaf to “surprise” my mom with :)Overall we always enjoy our stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn in Schaumburg and we plan on returning in 2023 for next year’s event!

Clean and easily accessible Nice person at the desk Check in was painless

Some things that underwhelmed me:1 No hot tub2 Hotels should start charging people children fees because they can make just as much if not more of a mess than a single middle aged dog3 Uncomfortable pillows4 They charge for breakfast What kind of soul-less place is this?

Pool is cold and room isn’t heated, kids were really disappointed No hot tub either Rooms were fine but there is no mini fridge or microwave

Fire alarm went off twice at 6am, that was nice Same car twice in a row had it’s alarm going off at 7am for 15 min Only thing that actually nice was the house keepers bundled up my son’s blanket and stuffed animals in a cute manner and displayed them It was sweet So kudos to them – Edit to the review to reply to their reply It wasn’t just the noise that was the problem The hotel also decided to have the carpets shampooed at 8amyou do realize that people stay there from international flights right? There was a ton of Japanese folks there, business and flight attendants

Michelle Poston

There is no microwave in the rooms, only a fridge There’s only one microwave available for the entire hotel on the first floor in a communal area near the gym Groups of people were always gathered there, which is not the smartest thing during a world wide pandemic

I mean, it was elbow to elbow at timesSo, this hotel is not really family friendly, since you have to have a Microwave when traveling with kids If you do not need the ability to feed kids by warming foods, this is a great hotel in a great location Pet frendly, very clean, extremely comfy beds, and a great price

Zayra Sanchez

Jalessa at the front desk was amazing I’m hoping I got her name correct she worked Saturday morning Her personality was amazing as a General Manager traveling I always pay attention to the front desk and I would hire her at my property in a heart beat She was professional, customized my check-in, and remembered us throughout our whole stay

The rooms were extremely clean housekeeping did a great job
