Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay They compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you won’t be disappointedIn the heart of Coconut Grove super cool Pricey Reviews were outstanding Easy breakfast Beautiful pools Rooms are like efficiency suites Definitely a return to kind of place

Emily Charles

Beautiful hotel in the heart of coconut grove, just a short walk from all the restaurants and shops with so much to choose from!Good pool on a terrace on the 8th floor, breakfast was lovely and the gym looked goodStayed in one of the ‘private oasis’ apartments, and had the most beautiful view over the bay Room was a great size, had a full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier

Only complaint is there was no cork screw for my wine! Thanks for a brilliant stay

Maria Harrington

The location and the lobby are the only positives about this hotel I stayed in one of their rooms through Air BnB The hotel is a combination of hotel rooms and privately owned properties

The lobby was attractive but had a very heavy scent of perfume Once you leave the lobby, it is clear that the rest of the hotel is totally rundown and dirty My room had a terrible odor that actually kept me up throughout the night The odor was a combination of mold and dust being covered by perfume It was just the worst experience The carpeting was also dirty as evidenced by my white socks instantly turning black The air conditioning was also loud and disruptive I checked out early and will never return It is really a shame since it is in such a great location, but I would not recommend staying there!

I gave the room 3 stars because the bathroom is ridiculously small in the king-size room When you sit on the toilet, your knees are touching the door and I’m only 5’2″ The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport

a straight shot Very beautiful inside and there is a Starbucks and a bistro in the lobby It was great for my business trip with the exception of the bathroom

Amazing hotel for the price Friendly and professional staff, healthy breakfast options, nice (standard) Courtyard rooms, and terrific location Thoughtful details like a spacious seating area with semi-private booths with power outlets

For some elite status levels, they offer deals on self parking and breakfast creditsWe had stayed at the Aloft Coral Gables before and didn’t like anything about it I’ll write a separate review on that, but the room at Aloft was humid and gloomy; the staff was largely unhelpful and not customer-friendly; I didn’t care for the management either Or the food The courtyard is a no brainer at this price point for Coral Gables

I checked out the facility on Google and it’s 4 stars hotel, however, when I got there I was so disappointed The hallway to our room smell so bad that my 4 years old almost threw up We supposed to stay there for 3 night but the hallway and the carpet in our room smell so bad that we had to cancel 2 nights and I glad I did

We checked in at 3PM, and came back at midnight Their parking lot is flood, the water rises up to our ankles, not to mention their was NO water in the shower, I called down to help desk to report the issue, the front desk lady (sorry I’m not sure about her name but I think it was Isabella) , said it was too late to send out the service technician, we have to go down to do the paperwork to check out and then get a new room How sad right, so they think that we were there for the beds, my husband & my son already tire & fell sleep so I can’t drag them down to the lobby Was that my fault when we all tired? No, how about people flew in late and have to experience what we did? No water for shower? Didn’t they have to check all that before our arrival or checked in? Why we have to go through the hassle when a 4 stars hotel didn’t do what they supposed to? Very sad for a good reputation of Marriott

Do not stay at this hotelIt’s the worst Hilton I have stayed at in ten years Let me start with my room

The balcony door won’t stay closed because the whole locking mechanism is rusted beyond repairNever mind, we’ll just go downstairs for dinner and a drink Nope The hotel has 508 rooms and no restaurant It’s the pandemic was the explanation No, it’s really poor management that can’t retain staff because they treat them so poorlyBut you can eat in the bar I got an $1800 Cuban sandwich that wasn’t edible I complained to the waiter, and then the bar manager who didn’t apologize or offer a replacement She shrugged and walked awayBeyond the lack of food, the hotel has jacked up the prices of drinks A glass of wine is $1700 The wine costs less than $1500 for a bottle They know you can’t go anywhere nearby and do they are happy to gouge their guestsSkip the wine and have a draft beer to beat the heat No, the draft system has been broken for 10 days now But, they explained, it’s sure to be fixed sometime soon(ish)I repeat, do not stay at this hotel

Michael Bolado

We were pleasantly surprised with what we received The staff were amazingly nice and helpful The hotel is great for the price you pay

We got to check-in early without being charged I know, it sounds like everyone should expect that but I don’t except anything more than what it states in the contract This facility went above and beyond for us I would highly recommend it and hope everyone receives the great service that we did Thank you for making our honeymoon unforgettable

Christine Fabbro

We made a brief overnight stay here on a Friday night before cruising It’s a beautiful hotel with a lovely pool on site It has a restaurant, convenience store, and coffee shop on site

It is also near other shopping and restaurants and very conveniently located to the airport with a free shuttle service The suite we stayed in had a lovely room and bathroom with a separate living room, television and balcony overlooking the pool The hotel is reasonably priced and staff was warm and welcoming

Really great experience at Thesis for a family wedding! Clean, comfortable rooms with accommodating and friendly staff The restaurant is excellent and so is the service I only gave this 4/5 stars because the pool area wasn’t super comfortable – it’s completely shaded in the afternoon and located on the 3rd floor amid a total wind tunnel

Vipanj Patel

Highly recommend this hotel Very clean, the restaurants are fantastic and the amenities are very nice The pool and outdoor area on the 3rd floor, along the the live band, are great for hanging out and having drinks

The 2 restaurants are world class, with unique and tasty dishes and a nice bar Definitely stay here if you get a chance!

UM, August parent price gouging rates are $500+ per night (because UM starts) plus $35 to park in the next-door structure After parking, the way back to the hotel lobby is not marked at all, so it takes a while to learn the tricky walking route back to the hotel They charge for the Continental breakfast and $3

50 for lobby coffee They are very tight with the towels The card keys for the elevators do not work correctly, and two hands are often needed The elevators are slow for a 2021 buildingI had difficulty sleeping because all the rooms have very loud individual AC units inside We turned ours off at night but could still hear the truck-like AC noise from the room next to us all night long, on and off and on All the rooms have a very odd large picture of 5-girls white bathing suited bums out with their heads into white flowering oleander bushes This was strangeThe shower handle is very sharp and sticks out too far inside and outside the shower, so you might hit it with your elbow or arm, which hurts very badly The bed frame corners are also very sharp, so you will bruise or cut your leg going to the bathroom in the dark The chemical fragrance blasted in the hallways every day is intense and not necessary The windows are screwed shut, and no balconies Other than all that, it was good

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any room They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you won’t regret itA 20 something year old hotel with open spaces and water features this property is large, clean, and relaxing The room was perfect for our 1st night after our long plane ride It was comfortable and quiet I hardly ever heard another person and we arrived in the middle of spring break We will come again if we travel this way again

Daniel Rocha

Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful Efficient in cleaning the rooms and help at the conference rooms as well The room although great and clean, had a weird layout in the bathroom making the shower stall very small, and the height of the shower very low

The location is great Walking distance from the mais street in the grove Lots of things to do around and close to the water front too

Channa Borman

Beautifully appointed rooms, elegant lobby, delicious food at the restaurant, great service from front desk staff But maybe most fun feature was the hospitality of the bellman Steven who gave us great restaurant recommendations when he took our luggage to the room and was hilarious in his descriptions of the options Great choice

Can’t go wrong here

The hotel itself is beautifully renovated I am someone that is all about the aesthetics especially when a certain price point is reach per night The room was lovely with the spiral stairwell that adjoins a loft

Quite honestly, I feel the two could have been swapped But it’s understandable for servicing purposesYou can definitely hear conversations taking place in the hallway as well as what is going on outdoors This can be disturbing if you turn in early While scoping out the loft upstairs, I was quite surprised to see the microwave stacked on top of the small refrigerator They can do better than this Again, for the price per night, you would expect more I truly feel we were overcharged But maybe is the locale and surrounding amenities that brought about that price pointRoom 547!

Almost all reviews comment on the physical aspects of a Hotel We celebrated a wedding anniversary knowing how clean and comfortable the Colonnade is, how great the location, all of the things that everybody asks about Well this review is a little different because it is just about the people who work there

We are neither rock stars nor millionaires and do not expect special treatment But that is exactly what we received from the Parking Valets, House Keeping staff, and especially the Front Desk Reception Staff: Ross, Adriana, Hayden, Isabella, Audrey and Mia Sincerely gracious, warm, attentive, like your closest best friend are the adjectives I would use to describe them all They, and not the thread count of the bed sheets, are what makes the Colonnade a truly great place in which to stay When you meet people who are genuinely kind, attentive, and eager to please it is like winning the hotel lottery My wife and I consider ourselves winners

Kia Graham

My stay at this hotel was horrible! You have take two elevators to get to the room not to mention the parking each time you leave the hotel you have to payThey don’t clean the room on a daily basis We have to ask for clean towels

No microwave to warm food The Receptionist at the front desk , who work on 5/12 night shift came to the room door accused us about noise , when there was no noise not even the TV was onThe noise was coming from the hallway I didn’t appreciate what he did We pay for the room and was not staying there for free I have always stayed at Marriott Hotels and never had this experienceI will not stay at this Hotel in the future

Ok, here we go

1 If you are a light sleeper, AVOID THIS HOTEL There are airplanes back and forth all day long2 I understand this usually is a cheap hotel, if it had been around $100 per night I would probably had given 2-3 stars but as there was an event in Miami all prices were skyrocketed and they charged the same as a regular hotel, $250 per night Because of this rate I thought it was going to be a decent hotel But, turns out it’s only a cheap hotel that took advantage of the situation to charge regular fares I know this is business, and you are there to make money, but if you’re planning to charge someone with regular rates, please at least have a decent facility My review is based on my expectations, I’ve stayed in cheap hotels, and hey! for $50 per night there is not much you can ask for But for $250 I expect at least a decent room3 DO NOT LOOK AT THE PICTURES THEY PROVIDE, it is far from reality4 Check in was smooth, and Maria in the front desk was excellent My review is not based on human interactions, it’s based on the facility, it’s dirty, rusty and cheap5 Slippery bathtub I’m completely sure an elder person cannot use their bathtub6 Mattress is old that you can hear and feel the springs7 I do not understand the 4 stars review and some reviews basically saying this hotel is a dream I would had appreciated a review like this to at least be aware of what I was going to findConclusion: I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, but if you must stay here please be careful It’s not safe We’re a young couple and it was challenging for usI will not comeback

Asim Nabi

Absolutely perfectI mean I saw all one start reviews and was kind of surprised to see how well managed this hotel isNothing at all is true when people complained about the staff not doing their work, roaches all around but I had totally the opposite experience

I am surprised to see people complaining about the airplane ✈️ noise , the name of the hotel in itself is Doral Inn & Suites Miami Airport west , it is near to the airport what do you think how the airplanes will land if they don’t make noise while landing or taking offThe room was perfect , it was all cleaned and packed with utensils and coffeeThe front desk was available for all our queries , the breakfast was good and no complaints I can make ofIf I visit Miami again then I will surely stay here again

Shamon Minaya

I have been there 3 times the 1st 2 times it was excellent The staff was nice swimming pool Was closing at 11pm but this time the staff was not friendly, the general manager lied to me about the room We couldn’t use the swimming pool Cause it was dirty, the yakuzzi was green filled with mold

The Spanish guy working in the evening was the only one that made us feel welcome Very bad experience my friends and viewers

We attended a wedding at this beautiful hotel The hotel was amazing it was old but historic So much history at this hotel which was very cool

Everything there made you feel like you were experiencing a event from the 20’s As for attention the wedding it was also a great experience, as a groomsmen we had are own room to get ready in and they were very attentive to our needs The food was great and the room we had was amazing and historic and you could walk right outside to a huge I mean massive lighted pool This hotel is a most visit, next time I will have to get a room

Lorenzo Racana

Location and building are beautiful Pool is massive and is very nice Rooms are tidy, spacious and beautifully decorated

The Views from the rooms are great and you can see stretches of green trees and Miami’s skyscrapers Staff are very kind and welcoming and make you feel special Tennis courts are very easy to get to and the courts are free Gym is very large and has great equipment Overall a luxurious and excellent stay at the Biltmore hotel

Superb experience in a beautiful historic property! We drove out here for the Sunday Brunch while staying in Miami Beach last year, and were so impressed with it then that we decided to stay here this year for one night following our flight out before we drove down to the KeysWe took a red-eye flight out and arrived at the hotel around 7:45am, fully intending to just check our bags at the front desk and wander around until our cabana became available at 10am You can imagine our surprise when at 7:45am, they told us they had a room ready and we could actually check in! After little sleep on the overnight flight, it was so amazing to be able to go straight to our junior suite and lay down for a couple hours before going to the pool

The cabana experience was also very enjoyable The price was extremely reasonable (about half the cost of the average cabana in Miami Beach), and our attendant (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) was very courteous and checked on us often without being obtrusive By afternoon it had warmed up enough to go in the pool, which is gigantic and beautiful Even if a lot of other people are there, it doesn’t feel crowded thanks to it’s sheer size Also love the grand lobby area (and the mini aviary with the little finches was a delight for this bird enthusiast!)Overall we had an amazing timewish we would have spent more time here and less in the Keys Thank you to all staff who made our stay memorable!

My rating is mostly based on the airport shuttle Wish it ran more frequently than every hour, but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience Hotel front desk staff was laid back and nice

Quiet hotel, rooms were clean and seemed recently refurbished Close proximity to the airport, which is why we chose it Breakfast was included in our stay, but we weren’t able to experience it because we were leaving before it started Check out was easy as a Hilton Honors member Thankful the front desk asked if I’m a member since it was booked through a third party Nothing too special about this hotel in our 1-night (8 hour) stay, but also nothing bad!

Sean Stewart

This isn’t a 4 or 5 star hotel but was excellent for the price The area around the hotel isn’t great, but its not bad either Compared to other hotels in the price range its great

The breakfast area is nice and the pool area, while not large is pretty nice I was actually surprised how nice it was The staff were very helpful Definitely recommend

Thor Young

OK for an airport layover Not too far from the airport Shuttle bus blew by us for no reason so we had to take a cab, but the hotel reimbursed us for the trouble

Got the shuttle back to the hotel although it was overbooked What is the purpose of having a sign-in sheet for the hotel shuttle if you are going to let a bunch of other people on it first so the ones who actually signed up can’t get a seat? The hotel itself is fine The hotel neighborhood is OK – there is a shopping center across the street with a few simple restaurants you can grab something to eat, although they all close fairly early at night Rooms were good (typical Hampton Inn, fairly new, clean, good bathroom) Breakfast was fine Pool was closed Overall, decent place to stay if you are waiting for a flight the next day, but I don’t think I would stay here otherwise

My entire stay has been so pleasant from top to bottom, but I really want to commend Jocelyn (the bartender at the 2nd floor lounge) My boss and I pretty much posted up in the lounge every evening/night over the past week to get some work done Thankfully, Jocelyn was here every night and was such a pleasure

She is incredibly attentive and friendly Even when she was swamped, she never missed a beat The food was great and served quickly and the drinks were perfect Jocelyn is the type of employee I think any establishment would be lucky to have! Will definitely be staying here for my next work trip

Eric Ellingworth

Stayed here for a 24 hour work trip I spend over 100 nights a year on the road for work and let me tell you, Joscelyn, the bartender at the AC Lounge was by far the best bartender I’ve ever had ANYWHERE I’ve stayed She was extremely attentive, took time to have genuine conversation with her customers, and even had her own personal signature cocktail menu

And let me tell you, this girl knows how to make a good drink! She had me sample a few and they were all remarkable Seriously, the best bartender I’ve had ANYWHERE She CRUSHED it I’m in Miami 3-4 times a year for work and will only be staying at AC Dadeland from now

Jacob PS

Terrible service No one bothers to help with your things, and no bell service to take your things to your rooms either Breakfast is nice but too pricey at 24 dollars

They also charge extra if you drink more coffee Rooms are big in size and look nice, but the toilet paper feels like it is made of sand paper Great location, almost inside a mall If you want to shop in a supermarket, you have to cross a street Overall, great place if you are not going to have breakfast here and bring your own toilet paper They allow deliveries straight to your room which is great

10 minutes from the airport, centrally located The king bed room was very large but the carpet was old and worn I didn’t want to walk barefoot in there

The furniture looked cheap The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large but the hot water was lukewarm The upside is the staff is phenomenal They give great customer service and are very attentive They handled my issues very quickly

Cory Osborne

Ended up booking this hotel after another hotel lost our reservation The front desk folks are great, very welcoming and helpful Our room was a bit yucky and could definitely use a good cleaning

Stains on the carpet, hair in the bed, overall just a bit dirty The restaurant service was completely lacking Bar was out of most everything we asked for (Captain Morgan is pretty standard for a bar) Breakfast service took over an hour (we were the only table in the whole place) and when the food came out it was all wrong It was eaten because we had a cruise to catch and it had already taken long enough Overall, a place that you can rest your head but that’s about it

Alissa Smith

My husband and I were in a bind one night and the staff at this Best Western Premier were friendly and accommodating Fair price for a last minute room on a Saturday night Room was clean, bed was comfortable

Breakfast not included, but available at reasonable price They have what looks to be a nice restaurant within the hotel, did not dine here however I wish it was open earlier and later than it’s current hours There is also a pool Water was cold, but the atmosphere was private and relaxing Would recommend Close to MIA

I just stayed here for a night while I got my son moved in to start his last year of college, I loved staying here and will be staying here from now on Staff was helpful and friendly, place was so clean, food was real good at the restaurant If the staff wasn’t so helpful and nice it would have been a totally different experience so I hope they get credit for their service

Thank you!

The Hilton lived up to my expectations and standards This was an experience not just a stay The food was amazing and fresh, even though I only eat breakfast

The room was clean, and they followed covid protocols, so I felt very safe I loved the sealed doors which indicated this room had been cleaned and covid protocols where followed The bathroom was spotless, the shower had great water pressure and safe from slips The room was big enough for my husband and myself, we sleep great but the only thing I struggled with was the pillows But I sleep on very expensive pillows at home Overall, I give this place a 10 out of 10 The staff was professional and provided excellent customer service

Nice modern Hilton in convenient area Stay was not good though Food services slow, messed up order on first morning and then didn’t deliver one of the meals at same meal

Restaurant out of a variety of food and one beer on tap Housekeeping on demand didn’t show up to either of the two rooms I had booked Needed fresh towels and front desk didn’t pick up the phone so we had to go downstairs 2x to ask for towels over a 90 minute period We took out our own garbage Not a Hilton service standard quality First time I had to write a review before checkout Very unfortunate I had write this

Overall a great experience The rooms were a bit smaller than we expected, but it was okay for a one night stay before our cruise We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, only a late night and left in the morning

It was about a $30 Lyft XL ride from the hotel to the cruise port, which was not bad at all, compared to the shuttle cost for 4 people The restaurants were definitely over priced for what you get, which I was a bit surprised by, especially since it’s an “airport” hotelWe did go during one of the coldest days of the year, so no one went swimming, but the pool did feel warm

The good: Close to the airport, with a free shuttle every half hour It has shared amenities with its bigger Marriott hotel next door Clean, with a great, modern lobby and sports bar

Big rooms, and nice and quietThe not-so-good The rooms are looking tired The couch in my king room had a couple of stains – not the greatest welcome Hot water in the shower took up to 15 minutes to come through Reception sent a maintenance guy who just looked confused when it worked for him but not for me The bathrooms are tired looking tooIt’s a Courtyard Marriott – there’s a level of service that you get that means it’s always fine This particular venue however never gets better than that It’s also not convenient for any local amenities – a minimum ten minute walk to any other food providers means you’re at their mercy, or you need an uber

Rooms were comfortable & spacious The service at desk was okay, but I have charges I need to call about Food at Champions was very good, service good

However, no one cleaned our rooms & we had to ask for clean towels & washclothsOnly problem with location is the 4 hour drive one way Parking charges $25 per day Discount never applied

The customer service at this hotel is very poor I am a Marriott Ambassador and I use Marriott hotels for business and personal travel I booked a room for my employees and they were not allowed to stay at this hotel

On several occasions I book hotels and sign a document allow them to use my credit card for all charges and never had a problem My employees were treated very poorly and told they could not stay there I attempt to discuss with the manager over the phone and was told no they would not help I sent them to a Hampton inn (Hilton Brand ) and they were welcomed and taken care of Management here needs retraining on hospitality!

I stayed at the Marriott a couple weeks ago and paid $25 a day for valet parking, which was a spot in the metropolis parking garage My car got broken into and my airbags were stolen Both Marriott & Metropolis refused to pay for the damage even though it was kept in their parking garage

Nobody would own up to it and kept passing the buck This is SUPPOSED to be a secure garage since it has cameras and only residents have assess What am I paying for if my car isn’t even safe? Be aware and do not stay here I’ve stayed at several Marriott’s and have never had an issue until here

After staying at the Mutiny Hotel I can see why the historic Cocaine Cowboys of the 1980s found this place so wonderfulNestled in Coconut Grove, the hotel has all the amenities of a small apartment, and all of the luxuries of a high end hotel right around the cornerThe little restaurant and bar on the 1st floor is nicely appointed and directly next to the pool for both convenience and scenery

If you know what I mean:pI highly recommend The Mutiny Hotel and will beer staying there again

It was clean and the room was nice The pillows were wonderful! However, Bookingcom told us we could park our car there while we went on our cruise, and that the hotel would provide shuttle service to and from the port

Both of those statements were untrue The woman who checked us in told us that happens all the time with Bookingcom Just be aware travelers, if you go through that website

Amanda Li

Easy parking on hotel premises with many available spaces close to entrance Check in was an easy process even though we arrived at midnight The rooms are big and spacious, and the divider between bed and sofa/TV area nice touch

The downside is the bathroom, where showers are open and water leaks onto bathroom floor after every use, had to throw all towels on floor to it walkable again after shower Also, the thermostats in the room don’t work so no way to adjust the temperature Hotel gas it set at 70, comfortable but on the warm side

Positives: Nice view of a lake, pretty quiet, convenient locationNegatives: My husband and I were on our honeymoon and during our moments of intimacy a woman walked in without knocking, she stated it was check out

now this occurred at 8 am check out is usually 10/11 am when I confronted the front desk the woman apologized but it seemed extremely fakeI eventually spoke to the head manager who promised to send vouchers (which I never received)overall this was very disturbing I would say if you stay here remember to doubt triple clock your door for a potential peace of mind Also the nightly rate is not worth the overall experience For what you would spend here it’s better to stay on south beach
