I had a great experience staying in the Cowboy room for 10 days on a working vacation- the family heirloom desk set up in the room was perfect- the Internet was strong- imagine working to background sounds of chickens, rooster, cows and horses, I was in heaven- the fresh egg farm breakfasts were amazing- the small fridge and coffee maker allowed me to stock groceries for my other meals- I enjoyed meeting the other guests staying in this family home B&B and most especially Lynnellen who tirelessly runs the showI look forward to booking again when I return to the area

Wes was a very nice host I got breakfast every morning Very good

Wes always asked if I needed anything I slept very well was there for an escape from city life for two nights Didn’t meet Lynn but she drinks tea so had many choices of tea which I drink Thank you for that Very nice home feeling I hope to go again soon The other guest very nice as well If you ever need just some quiet and country feeling this is the place Thank you for opening your home to me I am greatful

I felt so welcomed, loved and respected It’s magical in the summertime The garden is lush and full, there’s beautiful birds and flowers, and greenery everywhere

Lynn and Wes are some of the kindest, most decent people I’ve ever met I was going through a painful separation and they gave me my space When I wanted to be around people they were warm and very kind The house is clean and well stocked Weekly the rooms are cleaned, daily the bathroom and kitchen is cleaned, and breakfast is served the way you like it every day! I tend to like the extra hot sauce, and Wes obliged me It’s totally affordable to stay here, tooLynn is probably the hardest working person I’ve ever seen She’s always cleaning, and making sure I was happy, and doing my laundry It was perfect! There is so much peace and comfort in this house Very positive atmosphere I will forever be grateful to the Robbins allowing me to stay in their wonderful neck of the woods Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!💚

I would say this was one of my best stays at any inn, hotel, etc It is fairly priced, great location, there was enough towels for our family of seven An amazing complimentary breakfast, the staff are very kind and helpful

One thing to know is that there is not an elevator, i imagine due to only two floors It wasn’t a bad thing not having an elevator, the stairs were wide and carpeted Basically compared to other motels, inns, etc That are usually twice the price this one far beyond exceeded my expectations

krazy Loonygurl

We stayed here over night The location is fine, it is across the street from a truck stop but wasn’t bothered/woken up by the trucks The man at check in Rob was nice and was able to change our room to a bottom floor room when I asked, due to having my toddler

Breakfast wasn’t extravagant, pre-packaged breakfast burritos and sandwiches, pastries, yogurt, fruits, cereal, was great for us due to being able to get a few things and hit the road Our room was clean, quiet and wasn’t bothered by the locking adjoining rooms I only gave it a 4star for the room over all due to carpet, I am not a lover of carpet especially in hotels Other than that, was a good place to stay overnight

Laura Cerrone

Don’t ever ever stay here!! If you want good rest don’t even think about this hotel So many horrible things to say To start ,it’s in a truck stop and alll you can hear is the trucks and the engines

Not to mention it’s right off the freeway so on top of the trucks making noise you can hear the freewayThen the staff is the worst They are super unfriendly, the housekeeping was knocking on our door at like 9 am and we were not even due to check out ,then she kept trying to open our door over and over!! It was so weird and she looks really sketchy Just a horrible hotel! Don’t give your money to these people Promise you will be upset the room is so dirty It’s just a gross nasty rude no good sleep place

The rooms are beautiful and have a full kitchen I love the unique layout and was thrilled with the service and the friendliness of the staff The place of just off the freeway in Provo

It is a great Provo location, if that is your destination A bit far from the airport though The need was comfortable and I slept well, which is more then I can say for most places I have stayed at Definitely worth the price and drive

Katherine banker

Beautiful stay Big friendly entrance Cheerful staff

Rooms are clean, large with everything you would need traveling Guest laundry was clean and equipped with top of the line units Very impressed $4 to wash a load of clothes Thank youBreakfast was wonderful Pleasant surroundings, staff Incredibly professional Good selection Location is perfect, close to any commercial business you desired Great stay Thank you

Heather Drake

The hotel looks great which is why I give it two stars instead of one I booked this place based off of reviews and proximity to I15, but should’ve gone with one of our trusted usual spots After finding dirty underwear in the pullout sofa and reporting it, the staff seemed very lax about it

Then the bedding was covered in hairs and crumbs… I absolutely would not recommend

Very disappointing Our room was crawling with bed bugs My companion’s arms and legs were full of bites

We brought it to the attention of management several times Manager did not even get back to us We all know that changing the sheets will not help address the problem Issue was brought up everyday beginning Tuesday until the morning of our check out Sunday Front desk offered to have us change room on Thursday but the property was fully book for the weekend so we won’t have a room for the rest of our stay How convenient I am waiting for the manager or someone to respond to our complaints

Greg Kraft

We had a reservation for a non smoking room When we enter our room around 9 pm the room had a heavy smell of smoke We called down to the front desk to let them know

She said she would put a note so we don’t get charged She said they had a problem with that room and thought they got the cigarette smell out No offer to move us because they were full We suffered through the night Our close stink our sinuses are messed up Very dissatisfied

Janel Gomez

TV did not work, hair dryer didn’t work, bathtub would not drain properly, bathroom floor was sticky and dirty Clothes dryer in the laundry room for customers was broken, took our money and we were never offered to get it back We had requested a non pet friendly room and got a room that showed evidence of pets being there as the bedskirts on both beds had been ripped by claws

They did not have 1 extra tv or hair dryer in storage to immediately replace any broken ones Poor management Do not recommend

To start, the customer service was really good They were friendly and allowed us flexibility about canceling our second nightThe reason I only gave it two stars is because the amenities and breakfast as well as the room were all very simplistic

The room was small and a bit cramped The breakfast was very basic The pool was basically a large hot tub (had a capacity of 7 persons) Since those were the most important things to us with three small kids, we decided to switch hotels to a Best Western which we enjoyed much more for the same price

Tam Barlow

The room was quaint and very clean The service was very kind and respectful I gave it only 3 stars because the breakfast options were deplorable

The sausage is ALL grease I dont think its sausage The eggs They arent eggs and there was some kind of processed cheese melted in it Still not sure if the coffee was coffee I would stay there again but will find somewhere else to eat

Krista U.

Room is extremely small No room to walk and be in here comfortably Especially with 2 adults and 2 kids Beds are hard and stiff

Many of the lights didn’t work in our room, and the fridge wobbled back and forth like it was uneven or missing a leg Breakfast tasted horrible We all tried different things and couldn’t stomach any of it My kids wouldn’t even drink the apple juice it was so bad The only thing that even tasted remotely decent was the hand pumped yogurt in the giant soap dispenser Yes,that’s exactly what it seemed like We had planned to stay here multiple days and after seeing the room tried to cancel They wouldn’t refund the first night, so we stayed even though we knew it was going to be a rough night

It’s always nice visiting my friends The best idea was to turn this place into low income housing I gave it 4 stars and not 5 due to the fact that the curfew sucks

The on-site security- manager person posts up at the entrance and proceeds to harass visitors trying to leave at curfew Yes I understand that the above mentioned person has a job to do and that there are those that sometimes find it challenging to follow the guidelines that are essentially for the greater good of the tenants that call this place home My opinion is that the person is A COMPLETE JERK when interacting with other humans and that he could very well do his job with a kind heart ❤️

I can’t recommend and say enough about this hotel Staff is amazing, kind and helpful Breakfast is really good, lots of options

Many times the gentleman was bringing more out close to the end time, when other hotels would just let it run out then wait to close the line, not here They made sure everyone was served My husband works at 4 am and this gentleman that helps with the breakfast gave him a few breakfast sandwiches to warm up in our room since he was always gone for breakfast Large rooms with comfy beds We had the room with the pull out couch and it was comfy as well Very pet friendly hotel, just pick up after your pet as I noticed some don’t I’d hate to see others ruin pets being able to come because pet owners aren’t doing their job cleaning up after their pet We were doing an addition on our house and had to stay here 6 days The customer service we received during our stay was top notch Highly recommend

Eric Jones

Very nice and clean place to stay Good breakfast options and no issues at all The staff was friendly, the parking was good, and would absolutely stay here again

The value was good overall – everything is high in this area but as compared to other options, the value is still good There are places to eat within walking distance and many more within a few miles The area that this hotel is in is very desirable Highly recommend

Edited review after second stay:Stay 1 (4 stars): Front desk people were super friendly and responsive Room was good not great It was mostly clean but needed renovation (holes in carpet, stains on walls, holes in curtains, etc)…basically it felt used

they did not clean the room between nights but told us if we needed something to just ask We did ask and it was provided There was a decent sized fridge, microwave and sink for the kitchenette area The windows fogged (probably old) AC/heater worked perfectly though kinda loudGreat location and easy to get to In-door pool and hot tub Workout room was nice with good equipment and there was guest laundry on the second floor The breakfast had decent options, even a few hot itemsHad the room not needed repairs I would have given it 5 stars I would stay here againStay 2: (2 stars) we returned 1 week later…disappointed this time Front desk still very nice This room was clean but in need of repairs When we tried to eat lunch the in the lobby with some of friends (in the eating area) the front office was surprised and said the area was closed Closed? Why offer a lobby eating area if we can’t use it? This was 11:30 am and housekeeping started to mop where we were standing while we were standing there with our friends There was no maid service for the rooms and when I asked for extra towels they were not provided 3 nights, 1 small shampoo, 1 small lotion, 3 towels for 4 people, shower would get warmish, Limited late check out, limited early check in and the list goes onNot that it matters, but we are titanium elite…which means we have spent a lot of time and money in this hotel family Very disappointed in this stay If management cannot provide the service they used to be able to provide, then decrease the cost of stay Paying the same for less seems unfair Please treat your paying guests with respectHad the front desk people not been kind and the location not been so good, this would have been a 1 star experience

Great location Clean, comfortable room Amazing breakfast

Great pool and hot tubThe one nock I had was that the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain It’s like the plug wasn’t attached to the stopper rod you pull up on that us supposed to plug and unplug the stopper But I was able to wedge the little soap dish under the plug so the sink would drain I left it like that so hopefully maintenance/housekeeping will see the problem

Nicholas Madison

Everything was just right The lobby had a warm atmosphere with plenty of seating and the parking lot was well litThe most common problems I encounter with any hotel are mold due to air conditioner problems/cleanliness, soiled linens, and beds that are caved in

I had no problems with this room, however, other than there was no shampoo but that’s no biggie!I slept wonderfully and I would highly recommend this hotel

All the usual amenities of a Hampton Inn My room had fridge, microwave, desk and couchThe pool and hot tub looked great, but I didn’t have my bathing suit so I didn’t use them

The staff were outstanding, going above and beyond with a couple special requests I had

Kade Pedersen

Completely incompetent We came in expecting to stay one night but that night we decided we would need another night At 8:30am I went down and asked them if I could extend one night

The girl at the desk said their system was down so they couldn’t do anything but the man next to her said it wouldn’t be a problem and asked for my room number and said they would take care of itFast forward to 1:40pm I come back and am told they can’t extend my stay, that they’re full Their general manager Brian tells me sorry they have a big group coming in taking all the rooms (Sounds like something they would have known about and let me know when I first asked to extend my stay)So I ask what time they need me out by and they say they can extend it to 2pm (giving me 20 minutes to pack up my wife and three kids)Before I left I asked when their system came back online which they told me was around 10:45am So I asked why they didn’t let me know during the two and half hours after their system was back and was told “we didn’t know what room you were in” when I told them they asked me for it l when I wanted to extend, I just got smilesSo if Brian’s boss Darcy is reading this just know these are the brilliant people working for you

We had the wonderful fortune of meeting Hailey while at this hotel Upon our check out, my daughter left her night guard and retainer in our room We noticed late that night, once we arrived home, that the retainers were missing

Haley and the other Hyatt Provo staff, took the time not only to keep track of such an important item, after housekeeping, but also shipped via priority mail, my daughters retainer, to our home Staying here, with such exceptional staff is more similar to staying with family rather than a hotel THE STAFF HERE AT THIS HOTEL ARE EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you Hyatt Provo, for helping us!PS: we also LOVED dining at the Station 22! EXCELLENT MAC AND CHEESE AND SALADS, as well as reasonably priced!!

Sheikh Rahman

I had good experience staying here The manager was extremely courteous and checked on us to know how was the stay and if we had any concern No complain about parking as I knew beforehand

Their parking should be available in July Till then paid parking in Marriott (10$) or a little far free parking Suite was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable

Eric Richard

Stay away from here Other reviews are not telling the truthNo parking

Prewrapped, basic breakfastFor the amount of money they charge, it should be way more convenient We literally had to WALK in the mud on a busy street a block away to park and get to our bags This isn’t your “normal” hotel experience The staff wasn’t overly helpful, almost as if it were your fault they have no parking Then breakfast was far below average It felt more like a quick grab at the gas station spot than it did a hotel breakfast I’ve gotten used to at other hotelsReally stay away from here Very bad experience

This is a pretty nice hotel located right in the middle of downtown Provo I stayed here for a conference in the convention center right across the street The location made it easy to get back and forth to/from the conference

The staff is very friendly and the rooms were pretty clean I had a lot of space in my room which had two beds and a large couch The room also had a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, a microwave, and a sink The beds and pillows were pretty comfortable I was fortunate to have a room at the end of the hallway in the top floor in the south tower of the hotel which was nice and quiet and offered some decent views outside There was a nice little terrace down on the second floor where you could walk out and enjoy the weather

Jerry Kokesh

Excellent hotel in downtown Provo; modern large rooms Mountain view rooms make it easy to forget that you are in a metropolitan area Pretty standard but nice Marriott breakfast buffet

Really nice lobby area with lots of nice seating areas for a chat or just to relax a bit Free indoor parking a big plus Not a surprise but courteous, helpful staff Highly recommended!

Jennifer Jensen

Stayed overnight while attending a conference here Room was very nice The bed was more comfortable than other places I’ve stayed

Great air conditioning, good wifi, free parking, very clean All the staff we interacted with were very polite and helpfulThe only drawback to the stay was that breakfast was very expensive They have an on-site Cafe, but the prices were quite a bit higher than I felt was reasonable $11 for a small bowl of oatmeal and slice of toast Service was on the slow side, too We finally went to pay at the register because we couldn’t wait any longer for the checkThe conference rooms were nice, but the presenters did have several issues with the microphones The staff were quick to help, but issues cropped up both days

This motel was a really good value for the price! Big rooms w/ a king bed it was comfortable bed good bedding and pillows The room had a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, lounger chair table/desk lots of lights, clock with charging dock They had Paul Mitchell Shampoo but off brand soap and conditioner

The breakfast was standard motel fare got breakfast They provide bags outside for dog waste The outside and inside of the motel are clean bright and modern They have a small gym, a pool, a hot tub and a pretty outdoor courtyard The maids maids were helpful and very nice I would recommend this La Quinta to anyone traveling through

SteveandTerasa Peterson

The hotel has a strange smell, noticeable upon entering the back door There was hair on the towels in the bathroom and stains on the carpet The room smelled strong of cigarette smoke

The bed was fine, not wonderful The hot tub jets do not work and the floor could cut your feet The pool was fine Not the very worst experience, however not a favorite place to stay again If you need a cheap place to sleep it’ll work Breakfast was good, fairly good options The night clerk was the best part of our experience, he was super polite and welcoming, great customer service checking in!!

Ritwick Dhar

Decent accommodations, and a good pit stop for those traveling with pets Beds and bathroom were clean Breakfast was nothing fancy, but hot

Only issue was that the rate I got over the phone (it was late and we needed a room for the night) was probably $50 more than what was available on the web Recommend booking online instead of through their call center
