Christine McCullough

It was ok I was here for a business trip and, at the time of booking I was happy with the price and location to where I needed to be for my work there The room is very spacious, quiet, clean, and my view was awesome

The door to my room couldn’t shut from the inside unless I slammed my hip into it with all my force, or used all my might to pull it shut from the outside My last night there, there was no water to my room at all There wasn’t a number to call to ask about it anywhere listed in my room No one answered the number listed for them on Google so I had to go down to the lobby late at night to find an empty lobby counter and a sign for a different number to call I called and the lady said the water might be back on in maybe 2 hours and didn’t express any empathy as to how disruptive no water all night would be to their guest Customer service goes a long way in general, but especially in a city that has literally thousands of other hotels to choose from I do not feel inclined to stay here again when I come back Their bag retrieval kiosk wasn’t working when I went to use it my first night The outside bag drop guys were great though Only other issue was one of my sinks was clogged and drained very very slowly I read another review that this place is a bit outdated, and it’s true I didn’t take advantage of the kitchen appliances besides the fridge, which was leaking inside, but that kitchen area was a nice feature

I. Sahagun

We booked suite for 4 days So far Horrible customer service, the most basic appliance has not worked since we arrived

the microwave Day two and Nobody seems to know anything and wants to blame someone elseso unprofessional We are hoping they replace the microwave The price does not match the service We got the pen house suite and and the fact that we don’t have trash bags which is something so basic and kept calling house keeping which is taking forever In addition the valet parking is horrible! They don’t have enough parking so be prepared to park at MGM and then walk back and hopefully you get refunded $1500 for parking at MGM And if you are lucky to get valet parking at the hotel please plan accordinglyit takes like 30 minutes to 45 minutes to get your car They only have a few valet drivers Extremely understaffed The only positive is the view from the balcony is nice and the balcony is huge

M Osiris

Room the we got with bookingcom was greatBig, clean, nice view and all amenities that one needs

The checking on the other hand took 25 minutes (no joke) While i was the first person in line Only 2 employess ware at the register, each with a customer already and that took 25 minutes Insane and just poorAlso the walk to the district takes you through a labyrinth of shops and a casino floor, there is no direct wayBut again the room made it up for it in my case

Linda C.

From the moment we checked into the hotel, Diego the clerk, was the most pleasant & accommodating Nice clean rooms Excellent food at the Brass Fork restaurant with some delectable pastry desserts, our fave was chocolate cake! Very nice gift shop with some unique gifts Security patrolled parking lots & a 7 eleven store nicely next door

Felt very safe here! Highly recommend if you don’t want the busyness of staying on the strip

Misty Laird

We didn’t feel like dealing with the parking/traffic hassles of the strip for this one day visit I have to say, pleasantly surprised by all the efforts they are putting in to make this location a real contender It was pleasantly bright, and even different entry points to the casino floor that let in a little natural light

There were drink attendants in every area, and they were frequently offering drinks There was a lively crowd at the table games, and either 2 or 3 craps tables going on a Friday afternoon, off strip Bathrooms were modern, very clean and stocked They have a few restaurants; the line for the limited seating oyster bar was around the corner We didn’t try it this time, but it definitely smelled good and will be first in line the next time All in all we had an enjoyable time, and felt appreciated by the facility Oh yeah, and we left with our bankroll even after buying lunch, so I mean, that’s a plus right there 😊 To finish up, just want to point out that the old days of Vegas are gone Most casinos are trying to squeeze nickels everywhere they can Parking fees, less comps, less free/promo play, and the food Anyway this was a nice change of pace If I had to fault one thing It would apply to many other casinos around here Why is Panda Express in so many? Their food is just mediocre I guess people eat there to stretch the bankroll for the slots Its just weird having fast food in a place that is excelling in other areas

Brandon Morrill

To be honest, this place was everything I hoped it would be It was a convenient location off the strip, economical, clean, and welcoming We stayed here for just one night as a stop towards our ultimate destination

I didn’t make the reservation until later that same day I called in and they were very helpful and transparent and got us the best/cheapest room that was available As I was traveling with my wife and three year old, weren’t too interested in the casino aspect of the hotel so I can’t speak to that but I didn’t like that we didn’t have to walk through too much of that to get to our room So I’d say it’s a good place for family if that’s what you’re looking for Not the most luxurious place by any means but I would definitely stay here again

This hotel has so much potential The rooms are nice, spacious, and have really amazing views However the quality feels lacking compared to some of the other hotels

No mini fridge, no coffee pot, and the room had some plumbing issues The grounds were awesome So much to do in the hotel The casino was great Friendly staff, fun environment, and clean I wish it was a little more updated

DjSmiley

This was our best trip yet The food was terrific, we enjoyed every meal and late snaking at secret pizza The games were slow but entertaining, and the tables were a blast

The room is what completes a great stay There balcony rooms are a real game changer Nice and clean with big showers Great experience ✨️

loteneh

We were here for a conference The room was great It was comfortable and we had a nice view

Housekeeping and maintenance were very considerate and friendly The areas where the conference was held were well staffed and the food was great! The main desk personnel were very helpful and considerate The hotel has changed a lot since we last stayed here 26 years ago, but we had another great visit

My family & I enjoyed our stay We loved the lighting when you pull up and go inside, very nice chandeliers Valet parking is available which was great & the strip is near by; a short walk away

Everyone was very nice and helpful Our room was very nice and clean, we had a big window and was able to see part of the stripI like this hotel because doesn’t have a casino and smoking and etc On the strip you get that everywhere and when you come back to hotel we wanted a quiet place My kids loved the pool area, only thing we thought was strange was to lay in the chairs in front of the pool was $100 extra per person I can sort of see paying that r per room/family not each person & that’s why I didn’t give 5 stars Other than that we really enjoyed our stay & will stay again next visit to Las Vegas!

Lori Wild

The night desk staff, Kim and Jason, took outstanding care of my daughter and I when we arrived very earlyin the morning, had a pile of luggage and were hungry They told us where to find something to eat, stowed our luggage and pointed us at our goal When we got back we were handed key cards and told our luggage was already in the room

The room was unbelievable The bed was huge, clean and comfy Bedroom was very spacious and had a sitting area and complete kitchen, with plates, glasses and silverware I don’t know how to do justice to the bathroom 2 sinks, magnified make up mirror, Jacuzzis tub, huge walk-in shower and a glassed in water closet with a phone Didn’t hardly want to leave after 3 days The young lady in the gift shop was terrific She would wave to us as we came in and went out Awesome souvenirs available too The only way it could have been better is if President Trump had been in during our visit The staff say he is SO nice and easy to talk to

Tidewatergirl

Absolutely LOVE the trump hotel! One of the best experiences of our trip to Vegas! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and one of the most affordable family friendly hotels! As soon as you arrive there is someone to greet you and take your vehicle The reception area is so warm and inviting with the natural lighting and big Chandelier The receptionist was great and got us checked in quickly and made sure we knew about the hotel amenities and where our room was

I was very impressed with all the amenities and the price of the hotel I loved the colors that the hotel was done in, It made the hotel very warm and inviting The hallways were wide and well lit and the bedrooms were such a great size for the price Definitely the best place to stay when in Vegas Other hotels that I have stayed in had dark hallways and bedrooms that felt very claustrophobic and charged for parkingTrump hotel was the only hotel that I found who offered free parking with valet services It was so nice to have our car right at the hotel and not have to walk a long distance whenever we wanted our vehicle The hotel is located in a great spot that is easy access to the strip and a mall

Although the hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL, the vacation was for 4 days and there was NO HOUSEKEEPING WHATSOEVER provided for us We had to ask for new bedding, and towels EVERY DAY! 😱 There is NO restaurant for breakfast or lunch The pool area was undressed, (not like in the photos), and hadn’t been cleaned until our last day there!! The bar was CLOSED, and cut off

There is no gambling room or anything, and there’s no entertainment! As nice of a place it truly is, I WOULD NOT SUGGEST STAYING HERE, simply because of lack of service!GOOD LUCK!

Zeyad Baghdadi

I have no idea how this place has 4 stars Except for the two front desk ladies and one valet the staff were not friendly The facility is old and dingy

The pool area is much smaller than expected, and the noise of the freeway is like jackhammers on your skull Best part, I found a 3 inch cockroach above my bed Bathroom fan was noisy AF, water pressure terrible, soap and shampoo provided were garbage Not to mention, it isn’t even cheap to stay here You’re better off on the strip DO NOT STAY HERE!

Ericely Cosmetics

I was recently here for a friends wedding They rented out the entire hotel, and the experience was horrible Some friends of ours told me, they had used towels in their room and trash from previous guests

Don’t stay here, it isn’t worth itThe plumbing in the facility is poor, the rooms are super dark It gets super humid in the bathrooms so it was uncomfortableI was also supposed to have my own room but instead ended up having to share a room with someone elseI had things go missing out of my room and I haven’t seen it since Never recommending this place to anyone

I didn’t realize this hotel has been there over 15 years – everything looks new and has been refreshed Great location with awesome views Each time I went to the front desk, the staff was super friendly and helpful

Casino cashiers were super friendly as well The staff seem to be happy to work there, which says a lot Rooms are good, nice size with great features Mine had both a tub and shower, double sinks, which are always appreciated You don’t have to go through the casino to get to the hotel rooms, which was a plus The restaurants are awesome Casino is fun and clean The pool was awesome – lots of places to just relax or use the main pool, which was funky with the levels and center fountain, so fun There is a movie theater, bowling, kids arcade/games on-site! You can walk across the street to the mall for shopping and even more restaurants So much to do – you don’t have to ever leave!

It’s about 2 big blocks from the strip so it is walkable but wear comfortable shoes The inside is very clean and welcoming but also business-y and professional Perfect for work trips and very close to the airport

They also gave us two complimentary breakfast cards each (good for two people) and you get about 4 choices of breakfast The big breakfast with potatoes and fried eggs was big and good, but my favorite was the continental breakfast; the fruit was fresh and the parfait was absolutely delicious! In addition to all that, they gave us two complimentary dessert tickets and four drink tickets (good for beer and wine at their bar) The rooms were clean and comfy, i had a great view of the line ferris wheel which looked awesome at night and the other side had a view of the battle bots building and top golf in the distance Overall i was very impressed and happy with my stay here!

Ravishankar Sivasubramaniam

I love this hotel located super convenient to all activities on the strip Very clean, smoke-free, and modern The staff is super friendly

There are many comfortable sofas to lounge and work on Rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy The restaurant is adequate for quick bites Hibiscus spa is lovely The sauna, steam room, and meditation rooms are convenient and usable Overall enjoyable experience and an excellent place to stay with family

Elliott K

Stayed at the Westin for a long weekend for leisure The hotel is located close to the strip in an ideal spot to enjoy the Vegas strip without actually being right thereThe hotel staff were very friendly and the bar and amenities in the lobby area were very nice

It was definitely a nice place to relax before/after roaming and partying on the strip for a few hoursThe room was clean, but a bit dated with popcorn ceilings A tub would have been nice considering my maxed Marriott status, got free continental breakfast, some free desserts and drink tickets which were really paid for by an additional resort feeDefinitely would visit again, a nice low-key place to stay so you can enjoy the craziness of the strip with somewhere more peaceful and quiet to stay

John Cuzzourt (J.P.)

Requested adjoining rooms But when we arrived they had given us rooms across the hall from each other When we reserve the rooms we were told that they would put a note in and make sure we got the adjoining rooms but then we didn’t

And there were none availableThere is no microwave or coffee pot in the rooms, so in order to get coffee I had to go to a coffee shop downstairs and carry four cups of coffee and a bag of cheese danishes that all together was about $65I’m my opinion that’s absolutely ridiculous That was for five people to have a mediocre cup of coffee I will say that cheese and cherry danishes were delicious But it would have been nice to be able to warm them up in a microwave in the roomWe saw a housekeeper in the hallway who had some small coffee pots and we asked if we could get one for our room, and she said no those are only for diamond and platinum level rooms in suitesI’m a frugal person at heart, but you know I’m here gambling and it just doesn’t make sense for a hotel to make it nearly impossible to get a cup coffee for less than $7In any case, next time we come to Vegas we will ask more detailed questions about room amenitiesWe definitely won’t be staying at Bally’s againAdditionally I found the resort fees and the daily deposit requirements to be ridiculously priced as well

Bryce Holland

I was really impressed with this hotelThe price was right, it’s located right in the heart of the Strip, and our room was amazingI loved having some late night restaurants right outside of the hotel

Helped for the several late nights I had where I came back hungryAll in all, I would definitely recommend and stay here again

Mrs McDonald

It’s OKPros: It is very clean The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable

Cons: My shower was not working the first night , as in it was way too cold and would not get hot at all , then it would not drain There’s a limited selection of food to be ordered to the room , …then the person who delivered had a bad attitude as if I’m making her deliver my food 😑 Mostly leave the hotel to do everything either on the strip or inside of other hotels

Nice place to stay with a family Service was excellent Responded immediately to all our needs

Nice and clean, well kept resort Lots of space in our rooms to stretch out Even the bathrooms are spacious Liked that the dining table held all 6 of us The only negative is that part of the pool and slides were closed, but that may be due to a staffing shortage

Whitney Weston

Super family friendly and a great place to stay! It’s the perfect distance from the strip The pool is amazing Each room has two bathrooms and king sized beds! I would 10/10 recommend you stay here! Also the kitchen is like fully stocked I included pictures so y’all can see exactly what they have

Full sized fridge, over, and dishwasher

The hotel could easily get 5 stars but unfortunately it didn’tI’m posting here detailed notes so that the management can make improvements

The goodSpacious room, nice pool, gym, friendly staff, cleanI loved the food in their restaurant – good options, tasty and reasonable pricesThe badThe better half of the pool was closed as “it’s not the season yet” (???) The entire pool closes at 6 pm Why?? It’s very warm after 6 and lots of lightThe room was noisy as they put us on level 1 next to the entrance (room 3109) Every time someone entered the building the room door would shake and make noiseDespite the great pics on the website our room was facing the parking lotThe checkout is by 10 but the pool only opens at 10 am So if you check in after 6 you miss the pool entirely

This place is huge!! The rooms are a bit dated (probably on purpose as it’s a hotel with a lot of history) but it was an excellent price with a nice view of the High Roller The shower was incredible with jets! We had a bit of an issue finding snacks and drinks for a good price after the cafe spots closed down for the night and for some reason in-room dining was not an option No big deal

Kind of a walk to the self-parking garage, but that’s okay The kiosks for check-in/out were great for keeping the line moving rather quickly Overall, nice hotel, great price, centrally located on the strip, and a lot to explore there Wish I would have been able to check out the nature habitats but I was kind of on a time crunch Next time!!

So I’ve only been to Vegas once so far

And I didn’t hate the hotel, but there is some room for improvement (Kind of like us all)Checking in is done at kiosks that rarely work properly and then you still have to wait for a real person, in line behind everyone else who can’t get their kiosk to work, just to get a less than pleased employee who gives you a snarky response and sends you back to wait for a kiosk Rinse and repeat, until you get into a roomThe hotel is, lived in Carpet in hallways is buckled and you can see years of wear and tearBUT, most of the staff (not working around desks or kiosks) were fantastic to be around and were accommodating The gaming floor is clean and being updated and renovated There’s great food, everywhere inside, at all times of day, and for all price points and tastesI’d stay there again, because you don’t have to spend much time in your room if you don’t want to It’s worth the money and close to everything

We love this hotel! Casino has a great layout and easy to navigate The biggest con that we found was the pool The Go pool itself is great however their new set up for it is terrible

You have to get there by 8am (opens at 9) to get a chair otherwise you will end up having to find a spot on the concrete since your only other option is spending $500+ on daybeds/cabanas They are definitely catering towards the more wealthy guests or ones that are desperate enough to spend that much money Also, the music is so loud starting around 11am…like you can hear it your hotel room pretty well We have always loved the pool itself (the layout, the tropical feel, the waterfalls) but since they decided to change from tons of free lounge chairs to mostly having costly daybeds and very few chairs it sucks We won’t be coming back for that reason If they change it back to where there are mostly lounge chairs (which would be catering to most of their guest considering there are a lot of empty daybeds) then we may stay here again Also, the pool that kids can go to is the saddest thing we have ever seen It is so small and also has very limited seating The water slide is only open on the weekends apparently so i am sure there have been a lot of disappointed families

We stayed here 4 nights here and would stay again when we come back We booked a luxury king suite, it was nice to have a living room to eat when we brought back food The bed was comfy along with the couch in the living room

I liked that the closet had built in drawers and shelves along with a fridge The bathroom wasn’t quite clean, we had to call housekeeping back because there was hair and gunk in the shower They cleaned it quickly which we were grateful for For some reason our bathroom STANK all the time, whether or not someone went #2 There was no fan in the bathroom and the smell just permeated so we kept the door closed at all times It made getting ready not a time to look forward toThe property is clean, fun and lots of restaurants We love the promenade with all the bar and restaurant choices The casino has lots of options and the service is great I would tell anyone and everyone to stay at this casino

First time staying here and I truly enjoyed day stay here The location is great and good middle location from everything on the strip I actually like the room, very spacious and clean look

Bathroom is a good size too with good lighting Beds were actually good not too hard or soft Hash a go go inside is a good breakfast spot to hit up or just walk right out side for more selections for food I would definitely stay here again, I really enjoyed it

Minimalist style room A clean look Furniture was a tad dusty

But the beds were comfortable Service was great a the coffee shop, near the elevators, towards the rooms Being that it is centrally located, rate per night was decent The pool has maybe 8 lounge chairs for the public and everything else is reserved You have to rent it Cocktail servers ignore you And once you stand up from the game your playing and look for one, they ask if you are playing Otherwise, they charge you It’s ridiculous May as well go straight to the bar It’s faster service And they aren’t very polite Poor customer service

We stayed at this resort a few years ago and enjoyed the suite We are a family with 4 kids and the convenience of having two rooms, two baths and a sofa bed for our two littles is too much to pass This is a more comfortable stay than a hotel on the strip

While you don’t get the noise of hotel guests stumbling down the hallway at all hours of the morning, this hotel does have a couple minor issuesFor starters, we are lucky that our two girls are 7 years old using the sofa bed, they are not comfortable In fact out of the 4 hotels we staid in with a sofa bed, these were the worse They are in stupid need of upgrading the mattressesThe second issue is that for anyone staying in a main level unit, beware the unit above You will hear footsteps and just about everything that is dropped above youThis aside, we will be returning and we strongly recommend this location We manages to snag up a deal on it as it was close to a last minute booking and we are glad we managed to stay here againThe nice; clean well equipped units, clean pool area and resort grounds, friendly staffWould be nice if a breakfast was offered, even if it were just a grab and goNot giving it full stars because of the two issues mentioned With any luck, we will see you guys again in a couple of years

Free shuttle to strip was efficient and helpful Staff was friendly Exceeded our expectations at a very reasonable rate Did not miss staying on the Strip Much quieter and spacious!

Family and I enjoyed our stay Upon entering the unit it was cool and refreshing Both rooms were clean and the beds were extremely soft

Location was quiet, and very inviting Great customer service, the oven was not working, but we texted the front desk and received an immediate response Oven was fixed within 20 minutes I like the idea of the two pools Family/kid pool and adult pool if you are looking for quiet time

Lovely quiet location, off the strip but the have around the hour shuttle to take you to the strip The room was big, clean, with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and utensils Do smell a little like Marijuana even though is a non-smoking room (don’t think the prior residents were following rules 🤔) I don’t mind it but I had to fabreeze it

I don’t want to be charged extra Besides that the place is very nice, good staff n quiet I will recommend

This is a very special review It’s been hard for me to write and it’s very over dueThe best way I can condense this story is this:My family and I were in town to help my father in the hospital whom ended up passing away very quickly, and unexpectedly

we were staying at this hotel as it was close to hospitalThey were so kind, so generous, so accommodating, so sensitive to our situation and went above and beyond I don’t recall how we began talking about our sad trip, but the manager immediately showed his condolences and the whole team wrote us a nice hand written card and gave us a sweet bouquet of flowers I feel horrible that I cannot remember names as the memory is blurred But I needed to still write this review and let you know how much we appreciated you The breakfast was so good too and consistent, amenities were perfect, and everything was fresh and cleanThank you again for comforting us in every way possibleRachael & Heidi

Very clean Great staff! Pool temporarily closed for changing from salt water to chlorine based Responsive to needs

Great view for West facing rooms Breakfast was free and never out of anythingPancake make was working! Which is not always the case at other holiday Inn expresses Great location, easy feat access

Chad

First impression, great Clean lobby, either newer building or recent remodel Looked very clean, fresh, etc

Room, same: clean & nice 3 Stars because AC had a smell to it, about half our stay (3 nights) Bothered my son It was 100 -110 degrees outside during our stay, so it was running 24/7, maybe that had something to do with it? But it was bothersomeBreakfast was pretty darn good, but when they ran out of Oatmeal, when I asked if they’d refill or bring more, the answer was “no” Cleaning/Janitorial staff was VERY polite, and always willing to provide me a couple more Keurig Coffee pods & cups Tipped them They get a 5/5

We stayed here in Feb of 2022 By far one of the cleanest places to stay on the strip for the price Affordable, centrally located, good atmosphere and very close to a lot of things to do

There were cheap eats right next door, fancy places just outside and good quick bites inside Our room was super clean and room service was great They had coffee shops on both entrances which was great and Carlos bakery AND cake vending machine! Definitely would recommend!

Katrina Joyce

Affordable accommodations right in the center of the strip The location was absolutely perfect since Harrah’s is so centrally located, you could easily go either way on the stripRooms were clean and very spacious

Frosted sliding doors on the bathrooms were a bit strange Beds were comfortableThe pool was perfect for a relaxing day in the Las Vegas sun We opted for a round luxe daybed and it was well worth the feeCustomer service agents never seemed to have the same information when I called or asked questions at the desks, so that was a bit frustratingI am a breastfeeding mother who needed access to a fridge during my stay, they were able to make the accommodation free of charge since it was medically necessary However, the fridge did not have a freezer and they did not have anywhere for me to refreeze ice packs for the trip homeOverall, it was a good place to stay in Vegas

Evan G

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here Rooms were clean and all the staff was friendly Casino is well laid out and easy to navigate

Food options are decent but with plenty of other options within walking distanceOnly two “complaints” would be lack of check in staff, I just feel like that’s the hotels opening statement and without the human touch it’s just not there Second being the lack of true late night food Other than that it’s pretty great value for location and environment
