This staff is simply amazing My experience came first with Zoe, she is the greatest The ease in speaking with her and getting what I needed to make my daughters 10th birthday 🥳 filled with memorable moments, Everything! Zoe accomplished that and more

Then I had to privilege of speaking with Mrs Tamika, another great asset to this remarkable team She too was amazing ensuring our rooms were together, but when we checked in someone had given the room that was close to our executive suite, the new accommodation wouldn’t work So the young lady who checked us in, and her name escapes me, but so sweet, she checked into everything and gave us some options and she made it happen that we moved a floor up so we can keep eyes on our 10yo and her guest accompanying her in celebration of her her birthdayThe amenities at the hotel is everything you will need The pool area great, the rooms spacious, breakfast is good and as if I didn’t mention the staff is amazing and accommodating Thanks Holiday Inn Express & Suites McDonough

Overall it was a great stay We stayed for one overnight The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable

I scored low for location because it was a little tricky to navigate the parking lot and exit with the Chick FIL A parking lot The rooms were nice but the bathroom needs to be deep cleaned It looked like there was black mold growing around/on the showerhead and above the assist handle in the shower

Andrea J

We had an overall negative experience The lobby and hallways reeked of marijuana and the room was far from spotless There were several stains on the couch and sheets/towels, ants in the bathroom, and the bathroom/foyer floor was very sticky

For over $200 a night and from a Holiday Inn Express I was expecting much better I would not stay here again and am now wary of trusting other Holiday Inn Express locations It was also very difficult to get in and out of although it was indeed close to the highway The morning breakfast was decent, though

After reading the reviews, I can confirm there is a young girl at afternoon check in with a poor attitude At first I thought the people in front of me were over exaggerating but it was evident after she double charged my card despite my attempt to let her know I was already charged This is a 4 star concept with 2 star service

The room wasn’t ready at check in, and that’s fine I understand, but I was told I’d receive a call when it was ready and I never received a call (then upon returning to check in the guest service agent had no idea who I was) Went back 4 hours later to finally get into my room Glad I was upgraded being the highest level IHG tier but the room had furniture and carpet with stains plus it smelled like smoke The interior design layout of the room was questionable at best leaving little space between the awkward love seat and the oversized TV stand(?) Often had to wait a minute or 2 for the parking gate to open or the doors to get into the hotel after hoursAs someone who worked for a 4 star hotel for many years I was amazed at the number of issues at this hotelThe food at breakfast was great though and the rooftop is perfect I might consider staying here again but only for the rooftopPlus there were several times through my stay where I overheard other guests complaining about the service of the hotel so it wasn’t just an individual experienceAnyways I hope they get it together because it’s a concept that has a lot of potential and had the service and condition of the rooms been satisfactory this would have been an easy 5 star rating but it was almost a 2Oh yeah and there’s construction going on at the hotel which covered the vehicles in the parking lot with whatever the construction site was digging up…

We loved this hotel! The staff was very kind and helpful, the decor was very appealing, and the location was great We were literally next to the airport, so we watched the planes take off and arrive, for hours, with our son And, I don’t remember hearing them while sleeping so the noise didn’t interfere with sleep

for us, anyway! We love Kimpton hotels and always try to find one when we’re traveling We were thoroughly pleased with this hotel!

We stayed here previously in 2021 and had an exceptional stay We decided to stay here again based on that great stay, but were left disappointed The cleanliness of the hotel has gone down exceptionally

Checked into our room and upon leaving the elevator, there was a wet used washcloth laying in the hallway, the bedding was all soaking wet, piece of the head board was missing, etc After 30 or so minutes, we were moved to another room but the cleanliness still just wasn’t up to par In the new room there was a sticker on the wall, the wall in the bathroom had human waste on it, and the extra pillow had makeup all over it Went to the rooftop to watch the planes and there was trash everywhere The location of this hotel is excellent, as it overlooks the Porsche Facility and the Atlanta Airport…but something has got to be done about the cleanliness or lack thereof

My boyfriend decided that for my birthday this year we were going to do something extra special When he told me I had to pack an overnight bag I got uneasy, I don’t ever seem to have any luck staying at a hotel However I can not say enough good things about this place the room was amazing and really clean

All the staff was super friendly and they even had a real breakfast, not a banana and yogurt in a bag 10 out of 10 in my book

Terrible experience031222 We arrived at 4:25pm and was told that no rooms were available yet even though we had reservations He said we would need to wait 1-2 hours and he will call us back

We received a call an hour later and promptly returned and checked in The lobby was filled with other guests waiting for roomsWe were going out for dinner and found our room didn’t lock and you could push the door open to room 318 I told the front desk worker and he came to check it out As we got off the elevator there were party confetti up and down the hall I told his it was the room next to us and they went in with around 15 people and have been playing loud music since their arrival He went to that room and told them to leave as large parties were not allowed in the roomsHe then checked room 318’s door and I showed him how it pushed open and we couldn’t secure anything in the room He said he would change our room to another7:50pm the police were next door talking with the occupants of 316 I was watching them through the peep hold of my door and one of the house keepers went to room 316 and pointed to my room and said he’s the one that complained Not only was that a lie but now the neighbors now think I’m the one who complained Have video but unable to post as pics are only allowedWhen the police were about to leave my wife went out and told them we didn’t have a problem with them and for them to enjoy their kids party8:40pm still didn’t hear anything about the room change and went to the desk He assured me he would call once a room becomes available At 11pm I went to bed as he never called back We did what we could to block the door with our belongings and such to attempt to secure it and went to bedWe woke and left at 6am and asked for a receipt/invoice for the room The worker there said he couldn’t get into the system to print one out for us and that one would be emailedThere were plenty upset customers and nothing was offered for their troubles Disappointed in this location

Such a nice hotel! Staff was helpful and friendly Our room was spacious and smelled freshly cleaned The mini Waffles were delicious and the various fruit toppings were a special touch

Coffee and creamer selections were plentiful Also, the laundry room was stocked with detergents which gets extra points in our book for hospitality ❤️

Travis Vinson

We had half a day to kill With 7 and 9 year old children So we called before making a reservation to be sure the pool was open (it’s July BTW)

We were assured it was open Upon check-in the manager rudely told us that the pool was not open and that for all of 2022 it has been closed So I recommend booking the establishment across the road, they have a working and open indoor/outdoor pool

Headed to Florida form michigan we needed a hotel for one night Kids had been in the car for over 13 hours and we didn’t arrive til after 10 pm

promised the kids they could take a quick swim before taking off but, unfortunately pool doesn’t open til 10 am and check out is by 11 We will also be stopping for breakfast the free breakfast is nothing more than a fancy waffle maker that makes 4 mini waffles The rooms where clean and it was a safe neighborhood but, other than that it was nothing special

for 1 nite the room smelled of sourness! The shower curtian stuck the floors had dirt all over them i would not recommend anyone staying here The coffee came out of a dispenser that was mixed with water/coffee so i basically drank diluted coffee Only person that was nice and pleasant was the elderly lady at breakfast who was cleaning and keeping the breakfast stocked Unbelievable pricing for such a dive

Our stay here was great! We had joined rooms The breakfast was good I wish they bacon 🥓 but it was still a good selection of items

Staff was nice, beds were comfy, room was clean and plenty if wash cloths and towels Only thing was of the toilets wouldn’t flush because the floater in the tank was set to low Took the top off the toilet tank and boom the toilet flushed So we left it off to be able to flush The hot tub was awesome! Got too hot, stepped out to cool off then back in! Lol Pool was cool too! If you’re in the area, check them out!

The staff was great, everyone was very helpful and polite Breakfast wasn’t bad, snack time was good and shocked they served free alcoholBut now for the bad, Hotel is older and somewhat run down

Beds are very uncomfortableAnd the worst part was our room had German roaches that were coming out of the TV and entertainment centerPool is not heated

sereda aston

The bed was comfortable but, this was the smallest room we have ever stayed We booked for five nights, very pricy at $986 For that amount, we felt like we should have been given a suite

We have always enjoyed staying at the Drury whenever we travel but I must reiterate this room with the two queen beds was small There was not enough dresser space for our clothes, I had to leave some in the suitcases I do believe we will not be booking Drury in the future This seemed to be one of the older properties I am giving three stars because of the breakfast and the kickback We stayed May 11 to May 16, 2022 We fell in love with Drury in 2005, when we drove cross country We stayed at the first one in Tennessee It was very spacious, no complaints

Very nice hotel Check-in staff was very sweet Room was large and very clean and in good condition

Very quiet at night, not even road noise in the room we were in The location is JUST off I-75 and a good area with 2 walking distance restaurants My only minor complaints were no extra toilet paper and had to get some at front desk and the bed is directly beside the air conditioner that blows right on you Other than that the stay and price were great

Mr. D

These aren’t hotel rooms these are apartments!!If you’re hauling livestock and don’t want to keep them in their trailer, just bring em inside with you I promise there is more than enough room for themMatter of fact

just park the car in there Yea just pull into the hallway and drive your vehicle in the room; I promise you won’t hit anything there’s so much space in there lol Gobs of room in the one bed rooms Everything was clean, neat, and smelled like good ole fresh hotel The A/C is so cold it feels like real live polar bears in the vents and the walls are pretty well insulatedIn an emergency or on a budget, I’m thinking you could honestly roll maybe 5 or more beds (depending on the size of course) in one room and be good arranging them to fit Bring sleeping bags and hit the floor and you probably won’t touch the person beside you Floors were really clean I had on white socks and walked around and they were still clean before I put my shoes back on The bathrooms were very clean and neat The staff there was very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable on the surrounding areaI would DEFINITELY stay at another Best Western!!!

This is an older building but… very clean, spacious and quiet Apple Bees is next door for people that are hungry and need a bite to eat

Had a fantastic stay here for Valentine’s day! I was a little shocked abt the $100 cash deposit but it was understandable The room was so nice we ended up staying an extra night! Bed/pillows were so comfy, room was spotless! I was disappointed the jets didn’t work in the hot tub but it was still toasty warm Loved the heated pool as well

This is my new relaxation place away from home so will definitely be back

Sarah Pleasant

The sheets had stains on them, the pool as freezing cold (inside pool) the hot tub also didn’t produce hot waterOur carpet in the room was soaking wet when we arrived, we assumed they cleaned it?!?I will say the staff was AMAZINGAnd most of what we didn’t like is things corporate needs to address

Charquis Miss Usher

The room was extremely nice however prior to me booking this location I asked with the pool and the jacuzzi working and I was told yes but when we got to the property we saw signs on several different things saying that they were out of order like the jacuzzi was out of order, two of the exercise machines was down The breakfast was ok not the best but was decent eggs were overcooked And with the pool area the workers could have cleaned the area and because there was trash and wet towels around the pool area

And the management team constantly was in and out no one was never really managing the desk waited 20 to 25 minutes to check in cuz no one was at the desk and upon departing we waited another 25 because no one was at the desk nor was there a box to just drop the key off And they need to invest in more of the racks for people luggage because no one had a clue where the two racks were

I stayed here for a total of 6 nights All I can say is that I felt safe, and for the most part, the hotel is quiet There were a few guests that came over the weekend that were loud, but it’s to be expected at a hotel

I didn’t think the hotel staff was pleasant, especially the front desk staff I reported one of the ladies on duty to the assistant manager as her attitude was very nasty Jinelle, in housekeeping, is very, very, very nice You would want her to clean your room and make your bed She’s the only one I wanted in my room throughout my stay She should be the housekeeping manager The male breakfast attendent was very pleasant as well He kept the area very clean as the lady over the weekend did not When I went down for breakfast, it was almost empty as I had to ask her to replenish items (it was an hour left), and the counters were sticky and nasty Overall, this hotel needs improvements in customer service and cleanliness The rooms cost too much per night to not have both

Travis Thompson

After driving for 8 hours, we were unable to get into our room The young girl at the front desk was very friendly, but also unable to help We ended up leaving and having to find another hotel at 1am

The hotel still charged us for the hotel and after numerous attempts to get in contact with management, still no answer Not only did they charge is us for the night that we were unable to stay, there was another charge from them for $116 I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place The place we ended up staying was MUCH nice and almost $40 per night cheaper

2gunz Malone

I spent two nights here On the first night when I got to my room everything seemed fine I took off my shoes, of course to relax Went to bathroom to wash my hands and water was all on the floor (the toilet was leaking)(room212) went downstairs to get another room and was accommodated with no issue to room(223) when I walked in the smell of cigarette smoke was astronomical

There were burnt cigarette holes in the carpet I did not want to have to change to a third room in less than 30 minutes so I sprayed told the front desk clerk because I did not want to be charged 250 the front desk clerk gave me more spray which I greatly appreciated There is free breakfast and the food was not bad I enjoyed the indoor pool with my son as wellOther than my bad luck on this particular night I have no issues with this hotel my only suggestion would be not to give these two particular rooms to guest until the issues are resolved

Have to say, was very impressed by the cleanliness and overall quality service of the staff Check In is super easy and the front desk worker that helped me was super nice The rooms where WAY nicer then what I was expecting for the price I paid for this hotel

Very clean and comfortable Check it out was quick and easy with the morning staffMy only cons are that the smell when I first walked in smelled heavily of moth balls and of course being on the bottom floor I heard a lot of noise above me but that isn’t the hotels faultHighly recommend you make this your stay for the night or even a few days!

Kathy Crow

We stayed one night as we were traveling This is an extendedstay hotel so if you are expecting breakfast, coffee pot in your room, and the usual amenities this isn’t the place to stay

However, that being said Will checked us in and was very helpful, had a great attitude and friendly We only encountered one other staff member and she was also friendlyThe bed and pillows were clean and comfy Traffic noise was somewhat loud in the morning but not horrible

Julie Greene

Front desk representative was very nice and adorable We booked the last room available which had two double beds at 9p on a Tuesday after driving 7 hours When we got to our room the stench of pot was potent

We thought if we ran the AC unit it would disappear however was still heavily present when we left at 7a In addition one of the beds had stained and/or dirty sheets Luckily we only needed one bed so we slept in the other Had the sheets been clean and no pot smell I would have given 4/5 stars

The rooms needed much better maid service and the drain in the shower was VERY slow to drain evening service staff seemed more concerned with cigarette breaks & lounging on the lobby sofa eating chips than customer service Breakfast was supposed to still be available for another hour and 15min, but I got the last yogurt, there was no juice available & the selection was fully picked over

Overall the location was convenient & not too noisy The beds were comfortable I would just expect a little better service/cleanliness

Jeff Wilson

I was on a solo motorcycle trip and selected this hotel based on price The hotel is reasonably new, and in great shape The room was clean and well outfitted

The parking lot is in good conditionThe hotel offers a full hot breakfast buffet style, and there’s plenty of space to sit There is a bar available in the evening

Navatni Bankhead

The room was nice and clean The lobby was nice and cleanIt took us a while to get checked in because there was only one person on duty and he was no where to be found

The line in the lobby got up to about 5 groups (individuals and couples) before he returned Turns out he was helping another guestThe morning of check out, the room next to us checked out and the manager on duty accidentally checked our room out instead The cleaning guy entered our room unaware that we were still inside This made us totally uncomfortable as it was only me, my mom, and my sister staying in the room The manager apologized but I was still uncomfortableBut overall the stay was good

We stay here from time to time Because it’s affordable & pet friendly It’s also within walking distance to a very good Mexican restaurant we love

All the staff is always extremely friendly It has been remodeledso the rooms are nicer The only reason I gave it 3 stars for room is because there are issues this place has that cosmetics can’t hide Plumbing for one

Abby Cocuzza

Great location off 75 Allowed the dogs for free Very clean, pretty waterfall shower, AC worked great

My only complaints are that it ended up being more in person then what was shown onlineAlso they advertise free breakfast but don’t actually offer it

Pamela L

I thought the reviews over-hyped this motel It’s old and tired even with some updating in the rooms Elevators reeked of weed when I first got there

Pleasant enough staff, but if you book through a third party like Priceline, you will have to either give them $100 cash or a hold on a credit card in case you smoke or damage the room Yes, you get it back if all us well Just a pain Hold on credit cards can take 5 to 7 business days to release Lock was difficult to operate and took multiple attempts to open even by staff tooRoom was clean enough, but carpet should be removed even from entry Rest of room flooring was a wood laminate I believe Would spend a few more $ to stay at a nicer place

Wasn’t the WORST If you’re staying one night and don’t need top notch, it’s decent The main issue was the overall cleanliness of the room

There was a lot of ( extremely noticable) dust on the lamps and whatnot The balcony door wasn’t sealed and allowed the floor inside the room to get soaking wet when/after raining Don’t look under the bed! Just don’t!Beds were comfortable and service was OK Great location to the airport, 5 minutes from car rentals Balcony had a pretty cool view of the airplanes landing I was able to hear the sounds of the airplanes, but it wasn’t enough to keep me awakeIf the cleanliness was up the par, this place could have been much better

Yalande Jeffries

I was told prior before travelling, the shuttle would pick up from the airport just called the receptionist said I arrived, then called, and I was informed that the shuttle was unavailable it was 1pm and I had wait two hours I decided to take a paid vehicle instead! I also asked could check in early and when I spoke to them on phone prior no problem

Course when I arrived I was informed that the room was not ready And actually the room wasn’t ready until 4pm mind you check in at 3pm Now they waived $100 fee that was not mentioned anywhere on the website and I had no idea about The pool was unavailable why advertise?! I paid extra for balcony which I had no access to why was room more expensive Mind you the managers never spoke to me for the shuttle or my room delay I would not be recommended this hotel to anyone nor will I be returning I have stayed at five or six Best Westerns; this is a franchise and they give Best Western a bad name, an embarrassment!

Hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the ATL airport The free, hot breakfast was great You can smell it from the front desk! If you miss your shuttle, Uber will cost about $16

00 to the airport I took one at 6:45amRoom was clean Good amount of space! No funny smells The electrical sockets are loose on the night stand lamp, so make sure your charger stays plugged inThe front desk will give you 2 bottles of water, for free, if you ask

Good Girl

It’s a newer hotel so everything is very clean and in good repair It’s set back away from the main strip so the immediate area is quiet but there’s a lot of shopping and dining options in the area The kitchenette is perfect and you can get something like a hot plate if need be

The staff is top notch- very friendly and welcoming and they go out of their way to make you feel at home I’ll definitely come back to this location My only issue was that the temperature in the room wouldn’t change either from the wall unit or the actual a/c so I was very warm to say the least

Let me start with the good The lady that checked us in WAS SIMPLY AMAZING I called earlier and the day and she answered the phone as well

Just great customer service I wish that I could recall her name Also, the lady working breakfast was greatThe room: DISGUSTUNG! there was hair (small, not long) everywhere Toilet, shower, door, floor, and bed Lifted the toilet lid and it had something disgusting under it The sofa needs to be cleaned or replacedHome2 has never disappointed until this oneI’d never stay again because of the filth

Only one night stay Bed was very comfortable Room was clean

During check out the front desk asked how was your stay I report two minor issues She was professional and polite She offered complimentary items from the Hotel themed Starbucks to correct the inconvenience I choose the Bistro Breakfast sandwich Hands down one of the best dam breakfast sandwiches ever Bun was soft, avocado, bacon, cheddar, egg and love The Starbucks Magician was polite and professional as well Thank for helping me get through a tuff time in my life You all are amazing! 7/2/22 approximately 9:45 historic moment in my life

Thought I was at a concert the first night from the loud music and heavy presence of marijuana smoke The mattress felt like I was sleeping on the ground The air conditioner was placed behind the desk which meant very little airflow

There are some positive notes however The front desk was awesome at check in and checkout The kind lady at Starbucks who sold me the milk was awesome We will not return

Very comfortable, clean property Free parking, lots of space, entertainment, functionality in the lobby Free breakfast

Free coffee/hot tea 24/7 Friendly staffBeds were very comfortable I liked the effort of the room designs – felt very open and roomy Some noise from either the hallway or other rooms (stomping, maybe because the floors have no carpet) The towels and washcloths felt very cheap, which was surprising considering this property is more expensive than others in the area The washcloths had a dirty tinge to them and were roughI didn’t feel like I got the value I paid, mainly because of the area It was a bit more expensive than it should have been But having had a terrible hotel experience a few days before at another hotel, I was just happy to get a wonderful night’s sleep at TRU

Really really great front desk staff Interesting but very nice design options in the rooms and common areas Able to turn off the entrance light from your bedside was a game changer

You know, when you finally lay in bed after a long day and notice that darned light is still on and question whether you just leave it or muster up the strength to get up and turn it off Not an issue here! The shower was fantastic I picked this hotel on a whim and it really turned out great in every way

So glad we picked this place The place is clean and all of the staff we encountered were some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve met The place was super clean and spacious

We went swimming and watched all the planes come in which was cool The fire table wouldn’t turn on but it was still nice to sit out there They have a fitness area and laundry room where you pay to do your own stuff Wish I would have known and brought detergent to do our clothes before going home 😅 The breakfast was good (bagels, pastries, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage links, cheese omelets, juice, coffee, and a pancake machine which wasn’t working) Another review said it wasn’t in a great area but it’s off the road so there’s not people just walking around It’s quiet and I always felt safe 🤷‍♀️They have dove toiletries and angel soft paper products I really hate the hotel shampoos and stuff so seeing dove was a nice surprise! The bed was clean and super comfortable! The ac worked great The room had a pretty large mini fridge, microwave, and keurig machine It also had a chaise by the window (we had a beautiful view of some trees so no one to watch us through the window) This would be a great place to pick for a work trip! The bath towels are SO soft and the water pressure is amazing!!You can’t go wrong picking this place!

Abbie Chronister

Wonderful hotel! I was incredibly impressed that they had the zip-up mattress covers on the beds Room was big enough to fit a twin-sized air mattress “Queen” beds appeared more like fulls

I was disappointed that they did not have hot water available all day, and the Keurig in the room wasn’t able to provide me hot water that did not contain coffee grounds But other than that non-necessity, what an incredible stay!
