Everything was good Front desk staff was helpful Bathrooms were clean

Extra towels were provided when asked Breakfast was ok too Only concern was cleanliness, linens were clean but the room wasn’t that clean there was dust on the tables and it was like it’s not vacuumed under the tables and corners of the room View was not great but location is good if you wanna drive to places( not sure about if you use subway or bus) Times Square was just 20 25 minutes away same for Statue of Liberty Overall nice experience

Tiana Ramos

Comfortable stay here I think there’s lot of improvements to be made, the room appeared clean, however, you could clearly see dust *everywhere* in the roomThe bathroom counter was clearly not sanitized

Keurig broken and spit coffee/grounds everywhere 😬 aside from that it was a comfortable stay Beds and bedding clean Iron worked well I just think that surface cleaning of the room needs to definitely be a priorityBreakfast included was okay There was eggs, bacon, bagels, bread, cereal, yogurt, danishes/cinnamon rolls The scrambled eggs were not good But aside from that I think it’s still a nice perkI highly encourage they invest in a couple of 4 slice toasters 😅 the price you pay to stay, I feel like there’s no reason 4 people should be in line to toast their bagels/toast Toasters are inexpensive I also wished they had whole grain bread and almond milk but that’s just me being picky I guessOnly other note is the front desk can improve their customer service I called twice both the front and housekeeping regarding towels and the coffee machine It just rang and rang with no answer

Maggie B

The hotel is nice The rooms are pretty spacious and clean The only issue were the amount of flies in the lobby area

Also during check in, there was an issue with management and a housekeeping employee regarding rooms cleaned for the day I thought this was extremely unprofessional being that there were customers around The Continental breakfast was good They offered a variety of options

I really don’t like to write reviews But I was really disappointed by this hotel It didn’t feel like even a 2 star hotel

The refrigerator kept freezing all my kids snacks and vegetables and the lady at the front desk said she will send somebody to fix it But nothing changed We always stay at Hilton hotels but this time it’s different The first night, we all woke up because of all the screams and fights between 2 girls??!! Weird!! I told the lady on the front desk and she said she will address it to the manager but it looks there is no manager The room service is not the best, I called them the third day , or they are lazy or they don’t know what they are doing They didn’t vacuum the carpet because I can still see all the crumbs They didn’t clean the bathroom sink, they only put the toilet paper holder on it empty!!!!And the Kleenex box empty!!!!I had to call the front desk and ask them for towels, for tissues, for toilet paper, for shampoo…… The air condition vent had candy crumbs on it that my 7 year old showed me I told her leave it open so they can clean it But they only closed it and left all the candy crumbs there? The room is really mediocre for this price we paid The entrance to the hotel is hard to find The good thing, it is close to the bus that take you to NY CITY But I will never go back there Really disappointed ☹️

Dr. Kelli Hiller

Let me begin with the staff was wonderful at the front desk -giving an upgrade and helping us—but we could not complete our stay at this hotel Our first room smelled so badly of old cigarette smoke we went back to desk to change rooms The second room had dirt and crumbs all over the carpet, the bathroom was not cleaned and it also smelled of smoke

The lobby is nice but goodness do those rooms need an update and cleaning! We decided to spend 7 hours on the road home rather than stay here

Chardre Leblanc

The staff at the front desk was nice and very friendly, my reason for giving it a 3 was first my tv kept freezing and losing signal a lot, I tried not to complain to much because we was gone during the day Second I tried to wash my hands in the bathroom just to realize the box they placed on the sink for hand soap was completely empty as if it’s just there for decorations, third housekeeping knocked on my door the second day there I told her we didn’t need her to come in and clean but I asked if I could have two towels off her cart she only gave me one and told me not to tell so I was confused as to rather or not if we are only suppose to use towels that are already in room, it would be nice if the basic breakfast was included of course for the amount we paid to stay so we only ate breakfast here once, the hot tub was dirty it look like little ants in the hot tub Lastly I get it this place does allow pets but they should not be allowed in the swim area we went down the other day and there was a dog in the swim area with a family luckily my daughter not scared of dogs and this dog just so happens to be nice however you never know when a kid can come in and get scared seeing a dog and start to run and panic and a wet area so not a good idea but besides those things front desk staff was nice and I came into a clean room

We had a wonderful stay here for our anniversary Victoria, the manager, was very helpful and professional, she upgraded our room to corner deluxe one to help us feel the atmosphere of NYC Views from 23rd floor are stunning! Hotel stuff is very attentive and friendly, housekeepers are always smiling

The hotel is located in the center of everything, so we had a chance to explore Brooklyn and Upper Manhattan Coffee shop on first floor is amazing, we never had an opportunity to explore the restaurant, but I’m pretty sure it’s nice as well And wanted to say the design of this hotel – I loved it

Scott Shuster

I love this hotel! Sweet staff! Everybody is so nice and responsive They wear uniforms! There was free wine in the lobby the night I was there – they were celebrating the launch of their new loyalty plan Maybe that was a one-off but it was great hanging out and chatting with staff and strangers

I have a feeling they probably look for reasons to have a lobby party with some frequency And now: THE ROOM One of my favorite business travel rooms ever Newly renovated and gorgeous, AND: You can open the window!! I LOVE THAT Makes a huge difference when you are trapped in the room working Extremely comfortable beds”rain” type showerhead, so pleasantelectric outlets easily accessible everywhere you need themand when you close that window it’s totally soundproof: That’s a biggie in the pulsing heart of Chelsea in midtown Manhattan

Maggie O’Shea

We spent a week in NYC this May and stayed at this incredible hotel Our expectations were MORE then met The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and personable

When we arrived, we were greeted at the front desk by Jennifer who was extremely friendly and told us she would try to get our room ready for an early check in She went out of her way to get that done and called us when our room was readyThe doormen (Dino, Alex, Kirk and Derek) were consistently helpful and kind They were always right there, opening the door, saying good morning and asking what we had planned for the day Every morning they would give us directions to our destination, and every evening they would make sure to ask us how it was When one of our phones were left in an Uber after dinner one night, they spent hours making sure we got it back, while Jodi, the manager kept us calm with conversation until our phone was returned to usThe hotel itself was beautiful with incredible views of the city and located in a very centralized location Our room was clean with amazing artwork and a huge bathroom and floor to ceiling windowsThe hotel also boasts incredible restaurants with amazing food at a very reasonable price range with a beautiful atmosphereAll-in-all everyone at the Eventi made us feel like family and it truly is a home away from home for us This is definitely where we will be staying next time we come to the city, no questions asked-Natasha Lemon & Maggie O’Shea (aka Eloise)

Always a great place to stay during my trip to the big Apple! The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful Always trying to make sure our needs are met The front desk is always going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated

Minus one star for the cleanliness of the rooms (not very consistent), but everything else is great!

Shereen

Service was awful (or racist) When I arrived I pulled into valet and was told to park across the street in the garage I told the attendant I don’t want my car in a garage its a brand new MB, I would like it valeted

He proceeded to tell me it’s cheaper, which it was not the sign said $50 for the garage and $45 for valet (it was The Fourth of July)I proceed to the front desk to check in and I would like to change the card on file I was asked “if I have enough money on my card” before switching cards how insulting!! I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be staying “if there wasn’t enough money on my card”My husband and I decide to bike on the Hudson then dine on the patio for lunch where the two host did not greet us but gave the nastiest look at me from my feet up to my head! After being seated my husband asked the gentleman was there an issue and he said “oh my friend wasn’t supposed to be at the host stand so we were just making a joke for him to go back to work” I lost my appetite after the third strike and left the restaurantI only stayed one night to enjoy the fireworks with my husband and endured all this chaos on americas holiday I guess I received the true American experience The only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the room and the location

Haydynn Fike

I was stopping in to use the living room as I have stayed at some W properties before and I was just looking to get some coffee and do some work They were filming a movie at the restaurant and coffee wasn’t available Joanne was at the front desk, and she offered to get me a cup of coffee and wouldn’t let me pay for it

As someone who also works for Marriott, we can use more like her Thanks Joanna! Can’t wait to stay the night at your property

I can’t put into words just how incredible the staff at Soho House are! I was welcomed and treated like family instantly From the high quality of customer service and genuine hospitality, to the authentically positive and warm vibes, to the amazing leadership and management I am beyond grateful for my experiences over the last two days and look forward to returning soon

I also have to comment on the diversity and inclusion; It is wonderful to have representation and visibility in regards to diversity on every level from management to members I felt comfortable, seen and valued Extremely grateful! Much love to the entire team at Soho House!!!

Great stay! Beautiful room and excellent service Evening bar service to the room was fabI just wish the food was a bit more interesting across the houses

It’s just so so

Great compared to the awful experience I had at Soho House Amsterdam The waiters at Soho House Amsterdam have secretly boycotted servicing members You can’t get water or even mustard without standing up 8 times

God forbid you ask for your cheque at your table! No House Pay too Amsterdam branch is a complete shambles which is why they have to keep advertising it on Instagram I prefer to go to W hotel in Amsterdam where I’m at least served water I went to the bar to get water in Soho House Amsterdam but they said they couldn’t serve me unless I’m at my table I’m sitting at my table endlesslyentertaining a group of guests for businesstotally f**** embarrassed

Bar downstairs had amazing drinks Bartender, Scott, was great to talk to while we drank! Had a great time Scotty!!! Thanks so much for the amazing service! Would love to stay here again 😁🙏

Great location View depends on your room location The room was the min one should expect for a 4 star hotel

Nice bed and comfortable pillows Weird layout TV in sitting area would not turn off A/c in room kept slamming on and off and was a poor quality window rattler The front desk staff appeared to be burden by guests Security was lacking Although you’ll need a room key to access floors, this is by passed by guests allowing delivery people to tailgate No cameras on the floors Parking is $35 per night but no security patrolling the lotConvenient to NYC Make sure to get out and take a stroll on the boardwalk

Katie Natuzzi

Booked a hotel room block for our wedding and they were so nice and helpful and accommodating! Joy responded to every email or call Check in was great and they helped us with breakfast reservations too Rooms are definitely a little dated, but the beds we comfy and the staff were eager to help in anyway possible! A great hotel located on the Hudson River close to all Manhattan has to offer Clean ,spacious, bright rooms with everything you need for days stay or more Pleasant staff whom are willing to help and offer any assistance they can

Their restaurant downstairs called the PRINT was amazing A varied menu offering just about everything you could think of Service again was tentative, personable, and very accommodating We spent our honey moon here and will gladly visit again in the near future

Jamie Aronson

I wish I could give this place 0 stars For $700+ a night you think they’d at least replenish the toilet paper in the room stars

The hotel offers no assistance with luggage, no one to assist checking people in, no one to replenish water bottles or anything else paid for from the mini bar, and a fake out “in-room dining” button on the phones)The rooms are configured incredibly weird – my bed faces the door It was barely made when I arrivedTo add insult to injury, this hotel doesn’t believe in service apparently I never got a refill of toilet paper or bottled water during my entire five nights stay I had to call down to management every morning I do appreciate the manager waiving the resort fee as…this was far from a resortThe view could not be worseShall I go on? Will never stay here again

Sandra Doussin

Spent a weekend getaway at Ink48 and had a fantastic time! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful The junior suite we stayed in was very clean and super comfortable We had diner at Print

and thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinksThe area has lots of other restaurants and tons of coffee shopsHighly recommend!!!

We loved our rooms Having the kitchen island area to work instead of a desk was great and everything was really clean The location is great with a good view of NYC

On our last day in New Jersey we went to explore NYC We had asked the front desk if we needed to move our car or if the parking pass would still let us out They informed us the pass didn’t expire until the end of the day When we got back to our car and went to leave the card wouldn’t let us out and we had to pay $18 in addition to the $22 for parking we paid every day we were there It was a good stay but only about half of the front desk staff were great

Lilly Chris

Really great hotel! It made our stay in New York more relaxed and special Very clean and modern suite, and kitchen had all utensils necessary for cooking and eating, dishwasher was also there, and washing powder provided Personnel was also very friendly and helpful

New York city easy to reach by public transport, bus or ferry The view of New York was stunning

Monica Mak

This hotel is so pretty It’s right by the water

the only thing is, they don’t have any rooms that are waterfront directly but you can definitely see the water from the side window The suite is so spacious and updated I love how it has a full kitchen and a huge refrigerator The woman at the front desk was very polite Parking is $22 in the garage that’s located right outside of the hotel Make sure you let the front desk person know that you will be going in & out so you can retrieve a parking pass for a one time fee It’s very close to NYC!! Complimentary breakfast… don’t expect a full meal It was breakfast sandwiches, cereal, quick meals Still good 🙂 the only thing is I wish they had a pool but it was still a great stay This will be my new go to hotel when I come into town Thank you Residence Inn!!!

Wow! I would give it 10 stars if I could I stayed here for three nights From start to finish, it was absolutely incredible

My favorite stay in NYC The hotel suite had stunning views, great amenities and extremely clean Housekeeping were the best I have experienced in years The bed so comfortable and the whole “sleep” concept – I slept so well! The staff are extremely helpful and approachable The spa was gorgeous The whole hotel lived up to its name of a 5 star luxury hotel The food was also fresh and delicious The only thing I would add is that even for hotel guests, they give you a 90 minute slot for the subbed not great if you want to relax for a few hours and enjoy the sunshine They should make this clearly for hotel guests as I am sure, like me, a lot of people book this place as they are looking for a pool for the summer time Other than this, this is my number one choice of hotel in NY and I can not wait to come back!

Bryan Brager

One of the best US hotel stays I’ve ever had—perhaps the best? The rooms are extremely large for New York City and are outfitted with all modern finishes

It is controlled completely via iPad Complimentary laundry service for your gym clothes is a great touch The service is impeccable and all of the staff members are willing to go above and beyond This is a hotel that feels more like a small, ultra-modernresort inside a very large city

Julz Elmore

I will definitely love to stay here againThe only issue was on arrival at 4 on a Monday the room wasn’t ready The hotel is very chic

The cleanliness was throughout the hotel Check in was on the 25th floor Then another set of elevators up to the rooms The view from the lobby and restaurant was of the vessel The rooms were normal size but full of technology The lights were all with a button panel, the shower glass could frost if you wanted, black out shades were just a click The teas and options were eco friendly The bed was a shade uncomfortable The shower had three shower heads to choose from

Stayed here for business couple of days, I really liked the hotel The location is the best, on the big square in the Meat Packing District Staff from front door to front desk is excellent: very friendly and professional, very good people

The rooms are upgraded and are perfect, would have preferred a walk in shower, but understand it is not always possible Beds are good, and view on the square, in the evening it can be a bit noisy and also in the morning, but you are in the middle of the city and I am a light sleeper What I liked is the balcony, that you can actually access (only few rooms have that) The restaurants are good and we did breakfast many times outdoors, looks like I am in France! It is very lively, but not much NY traffic and its an open square so a lot of light not like many NYC hotels in these small streets where it is dark, so great to people watch The rooftop bar is nice and the pool I did not use Will book again next time, it is pricey but the location and the team members makes it feel like you are on vacation Worth it

K. Soules

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was incredibly helpful, everything was clean My only complaint was that the AC wouldn’t turn down cooler than 75°, so it was too hot for me However, I called and they offered to have someone look at it

It was 4am, so I requested a fan instead They quickly accommodated the request, and I was easily able to get back to enjoying all of the comforts the room has to offerThe area around the hotel was amazing as well I will definitely be returning for my next NYC trip

Sibel B

I’ve been coming to the Gansevoort for years It used to have a much more open and fun vibe upstairs on the rooftop, now they have stuffed in a sushi bar instead The pool is notoriously small and nobody can get a chair

The doormen stand around the door and stare at it but don’t open it for you most of the time ( not the shortish, dark-haired guy who’s great, or the tall African American who was also great) There was a bellman standing in the lobby who didn’t help us with our bags rather watched us trying to struggle in the door without a doorman to help The room service menu is uninspired The rooms are quite small Very few have a balcony which is also tiny The location is great, but overall staff don’t seem to care too much about the guests Oh and terribly expensive at the moment, I believe the cheapest room was going for about $700 a night and it’s small

This place is clean, the bed is comfy and I love that they provide you a back pillow to give your back support while watching TV! The bathroom is quite small The bathroom door is barely able to open because it hits the toilet seat… really appreciate the parking garage! No free breakfast offered, and the food on the menu is quite expensive The only thing I wish they can improve is the indoor pool

It seems like the filter is not working properly The water is not clean, and it’s not heated in winter

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, however I’m not coming back I understand the prices and inflation have impacted the cost of everything but I was a bit surprised to see a very significant change on the cost of stay this time around However, I was dismayed to see that on top of the fee change, they have also eliminated the “free breakfast”; a permanent staple of this category of hotels

Next time I’m in NY I won’t be staying at the Best Western Premiere

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel I liked it very much But, the only thing is that I couldn’t use their phone to make international calls with room charge, or they don’t have the international phone cards or anyhting like that

So, as an international visitor it could be a problem if you have an emergency call to make A part from, everything was good
