Beautiful, although the room we got was quite small (and the price was very high), with wonderful amenities and highly professional staff Romantic upscale atmosphere and exceptionally cleanThe self-parking situation was slightly confusing at first and we encountered several issues with their payment system for the parking deck (including at least one too many “overnight parking” charges)The infinity pool was absolutely one of the highlights of this hotel, it was HUGE with the perfect view of the hotel and Dallas skyline

It was breathtaking, just a little overcrowded when we went (around 9pm)All in all, it was a gorgeous experience and I believe it was fairly priced for what you get Worth it if you’re trying to decide where to stay in Dallas

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you won’t be disappointedFrom the time we arrived at the place and service was awesome! Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful The rooms were very clean spacious and nice! We spent some time at the pool it was a great place to be and hang out We will definitely stay here again!

Rooms are cozy; outlets are positioned inconveniently but doable; self parking is tight and tricky; location is convenient, elevators are fast and secure but can become crowded during seminar/convention season Toilet/sink water pressure for the room I had at the time was low but shower pressure was good Love the “card key in the slot near the door for power” feature

Advice: bring your own water/snacks Good hotel overall

I’ve been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t be let downI love my room! I’m staying in one of the balcony rooms Staff offers high-level service and appears to have thought of many details to make it a nice stay… I personally observed the restaurant giving an on the run guest a banana no charge for a quick breakfast and there is a unique coffee station in the hall on my floor

Fantastic stay!!! Everyone was nice , the atmosphere was cool We ate at the restaurant and the food was great!!! We stayed in one of the themed suites (Champagne Villa), did not disappoint My girlfriend arrived before I did and I requested that they send something up nice while she waits , and they did (champagne, strawberries, & some coffee)

My lady also went and got a massage in the ZaSpa , she loved it Nothing to complain about here, it is a very nice boutique hotel and we will definitely be back

Location: 5/5 – The location is walkable to bars & several fine dining restaurantsRoom: 4/5 – The room was clean & comfortable I had one of my best sleep in a while on the very comfortable bed

However, I understand that they’re going to remodel the rooms which is much neededService: 5/5 – The service was excellent All of the staff were welcoming w/ friendly smilesAmbiance: 4/5 – The hotel & its common areas were small, didn’t feel grand

Nick Pipikios

When we arrived on Saturday night, the hotel lobby was like a nightclub And with a nightclub setting, it takes away from the luxurious feeling of the place Way too many people that were not actual guests of the hotel

So, it took away from the ambiance The room itself was good but not great I liked the foyer area in the room and the spaciousness The bar cocktails were a nice touchThe service was excellent from the front desk to the doormen and valetThe room service dinner we had was also good, but not great It was an overall good experience but not worth the price point of around $1,000 for a night

We had a wonderful experience at The Cooper during Spring Break weekend Our room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable It was also so quiet and peaceful here

And everyone we encountered at the front desk or over the phone had excellent customer service I recommend staying here of you are really in need of a peaceful getaway

Samuel Nelson

Balance is present, persistent and accounted for at The Cooper Hotel The room was opulent, but not stuffy or busy Staff members are presentable, polite and professional, no hint of pretentiousness

The grounds, walking paths and ponds are gated, without the claustrophobic feel that can accompany fences Security is present, but not oppressive I stayed the evening of Sunday August the 21st 2022 This was the night of the heavy rainfall and flooding that hit Dallas in a substantial way The grounds of The Cooper Hotel have a proper system for handling events of this nature Water just collected in the river and flowed away At no time were the guests of The Cooper Hotel in harm’s way I heard that some parts of Dallas received upwards of 15 inches of rain in one event that evening I can confidently state that my stay, dropped my blood pressure The Cooper Hotel is a very special place

We happened upon this hotel when we were planning our New Years trip to Dallas through Expedia The Expedia price was a huge discount from their normal room charge and we didn’t know what to expect upon arrival The only downfall was they didn’t have the complimentary breakfast because of recent covid protocols

However, they did have the restaurant open if you wanted to order to go items for an additional fee (which appeared to be super affordable rates) When we first arrived, they had upgraded our room, which was SUPER But, we needed 2 beds, so they put us in another room Unfortunately that room had not been cleaned yet, so they moved us again The room was a bit smaller and didn’t have a fridge or microwave And yet even with all of this, you might be asking why I give 5 stars? The customer service received here was incredible The rooms were the cleanest rooms we’ve ever stayed in There was a clean smell, not like cleaning products, but just clean You felt clean when you entered the rooms and the beds were so comfortable! The personal hygiene products offered were good quality, and smelled amazing The tub was super roomy and the robes offered were super soft The Starbucks coffee and Tazo flavored tea was very nice in the mornings It was very nice to drink out of actual glassware instead of paper cups! The foyer was super open and decorated nicely for the holidays They were super nice to allow us to add another night to our stay and even charged us the Expedia rate There was a super nice walking trail, swimming pool, and fitness room There were geese and ducks wandering around freely on the property We will definitely check out this hotel for our future stays in the DFW area!

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you won’t be disappointedThis is the only hotel I will now stay at in Dallas We booked a suite and it was above and beyond all expectations The staff from valet to front desk was exceptional The room was immaculate and gorgeous We stayed in the original wing and had a direct view of the giant eye ball I cannot recommend this hotel enough

Prof C

We chose the Joule for our Anniversary and our expectations were far surpassed Upon check-in we were given an upgraded room due to a scheduling complication but it would be an understatement to suggest the upgrade selected for us was warranted

nay, the hotel manager went well above our expectations to remedy the situation Regarding the hotel, it was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and the room was magnificent Additionally, each element of the hotel experience was brilliantly executed During our stay we utilized valet, sipped drinks by the pool, toasted champagne in the room, and ate breakfast on the terrace; each element served with a care for a customer appreciation generally unrealized by most in the industryI would return and I would highly recommend any friend of mine to stay at the Joule

Sarah Ortiz Shields

We chose The Joule for a birthday celebration trip to Dallas and were not disappointed The Lead Concierge, Nick, helped me arrange a few special somethings for our trip Check in was easy with the valet, and staff were friendly when checking in

When we mentioned we missed the Eyeball last time were were in town, the front desk ensured that we had a corner room overlooking the park and Eyeball The room was very comfortable, the bed was luxurious and soft We had an excellent stay and will definitely be back

Pros: Nice common areas including the pool, patio, and dining room Loved the modern aesthetic and decor throughout the hotel The bathroom was nice and updated with a beautiful shower and plenty of counter space

Comfortable king bed Large TV Room had a fridge, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer I felt my car was safe due to cameras around the buildingCons: There was no microwave in the room so we had to go down to the lobby each time to heat up our meals The check in experience was slightly stressful as we booked through Priceline and our room was never actually booked in the system The manager was able to make sure we got a room for the weekend

K C

Retro coolSometimes that’s hard to do without going overboard to the retro side The Beeman doesn’t try to be overtly retro but rather has some retro touches to keep it interesting

It’s like the Dean Martin of hotels, knows it’s cool and doesn’t have to try Great pool area Nicely appointed bar facilities The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable with a definite nod toward using sustainable products

Chelsey Ryner

We have stayed here twice now It has always been nice and clean and everyone so far seems to be friendly The location is perfect

The issues we had was one morning a child (and his family) was screaming in the hallway at 730am (not the hotel’s fault)but the only issue with the hotel is we requested a late check out of 1 o’clock We got the okay from two people at the front desk We get a knock on the door at 11:01 asking when we would be leaving This irritated me a bit as we had our DO NOT DISTURB sign on the handle and they could have at least called the front desk to check with them rather than waking us up After telling the person who knocked when we were leaving, I called down to the office to be sure we weren’t being charged for an extra night and we were assured that we weren’t and they would let the staff know 5 min after the phone call, we get ANOTHER knock from another employee asking us when we were leavingWe got so annoyed with it all we just packed up and left earlier That put a damper on things as we booked this to relax a bit and needed the extra time to unwindReally want to go back, but a little put off Otherwise, the hotel is a good place

We have stayed in the Lincoln Park Hyatt many times before 2020 I couldn’t believe how the rooms have deteriorated! Our first room smelled like a can of Raid had been sprayed, the door jam was totally broken and couldn’t lock the security bolt, and the glass shower doors were very dangerously looseThe staff was nice and helped us change rooms

The second room was better but still in need of an updateI think Covid did a number on this hotel!

Mallory Jones

Suites are a good size and staff are friendly However, to start it was not advertised that parking is $20 extra not included with the room After check in, we were greeted in our room with a large and fast cockroach

Upon getting settled in to our second room, we realized the AC was broken Maintenance said it would work by the time we got back from dinner At midnight, we came back to no AC and moved to a third room The pool was also very dirty

Cassie Harder

Only giving 1 star, because the women at the front desk had just gotten there and walked into a horrible situationDO NOT BOOK HEREArrived at the hotel to check in at 3:30pm, was told our room was “still being cleaned, and it would be 10 minutes” Then, waited about 45 minutes, went to ask what was going on and the front desk women was just informed by house keeping that the “AC in those specific rooms just went out

” Following this, I was told due to their “policy,” she could only give me a one bedroom room when we needed a two bedroom suite to fit 5 people Ended up having to find a new hotel after waiting over an hour to figure out their AC was not working in the roomsOverall, a horrible experience and the lack of communication the staff has with one another and the guests is absolutely unacceptable

This hotel was very clean and the location was great Very close to the North Park Center shops/mall One small thing I wish we had known in advance- the bathroom doors are a barn door style and do not close completely or offer much in the way of privacy

This is probably fine if you’re staying in a room with family, but with non-family you might prefer to be able to shut the door completely There is a large gap on each side of the door so others can see/hear/smell directly into the bathroom Thankfully no one in our room was super modest, but it was a bit awkward

Ryan Monge

Avoid this hotel or it will cost you I booked a stay here when my father and I flew into Dallas to visit my son When we arrived we were abruptly told they didn’t have a room for us because of a known system glitch and we needed to go to the Hampton Inn next door

I was charged a no show fee of $19781 the next day This was on 6/25 It’s now 8/12 and I still haven’t received a refund for the cancellation fee Additionally the Hampton Inn cost me over $310 additional to what my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn would have been I attempted to email the hotel manager and have not received a response I contacted Hilton Corporate and they failed to respond as well Here I am out over $500 because of their known system glitch and I can’t get a response or my money back This is not how you treat your guests period!

Brady Traywick

DO NOT STAY HERE!My catalytic converter was stolen while parked at their front door They cannot protect your property even with a security guard The GM even admitted this was not the first time this has happened at the property

There is a reason why all their doors require key card access This is not a good area to stay for the aforementionedAs a Diamond Member, I stay often with Hilton properties This was my most expensive stay! While empathetic, they do NOT take responsibility for a repeated problem This trip cost me over $5k Skip this property and find a safer option

I stayed here for a month and the room was comfortable but I did find roaches Although they clean the rooms once a week, it was when they got cleaned where I’d find roaches in my room Also felt that the kitchen wasn’t stocked properly, but this was never resolved when I called

I checked out last week and got charged the $75 deposit even though I didn’t do anything to be charged the deposit The deposit I feel is an issue with any hotel at times so I am still trying to resolve thisUpdate: never gave me back my deposit and never got a reason or response for it

Emaline Lynn

I would absolutely give this zero stars if I could Toilet constantly running and eventually overflowing onto the bathroom floor Musty smell from floor to ceiling, sticky floors and grimy surfaces throughout

I booked the hotel for two nights and couldn’t even bare staying through my reservation There is an infestation bed bugs and/or fleas Misleading reviews on a third party website are the reason took a chance on this place I’d have to say the largest problem is the staff The lady working the front desk was not only of the coldest woman in hospitality I’ve ever seen, automatically going into autopilot instisting we were lying about any and every problem She even explained to us after coming into our room with a camera that she was trained to find them and left the original paperwork I signed when I first arrived and walked out of room like she had done this her entire career SLEEP IN A WALMART PARKING LOT, A HOMELESS SHELTERNOTHING IS WORSE THAN paying a company to infest your own house with bed bugs, feel so dirty you cant get clean, and being treated like a liar or/and some entitled guest that is looking for an easy way to get a free stay I’m going to sleep in my car now and then call the general manager in the morning At this point it looks like the hotel has got ripping people of down to a science and is used to keeping themselves out of legal troubleDisgraceful to Dallas!!!!

Kitambra Jeffries

It was a pleasure arriving to a friendly staff and clean room after traveling across three states in a couple of days I made the reservation via priceline and didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised I would definitely recommend to colleagues and will be staying here when in town

The construction is the only down side but it shall soon be completed

Unfortunately the front hotel rooms are not really cold and my A/C did not work , I called front desk but they only offered a fan, never to move my room until the 3rd day of sleeping in the hot room, I had to remind them to send someone to fix the A/C on the second day, they came but could not fix On the third day they moved me to the larger hotel in the rear and that room was nicer and the A/C worked Would have been nice to be moved as soon as I arrived

Over all the hotel resort is nice The water park is nice And Yes I am a diamond member so they could have been moved sooner Probably wouldn’t stay there again, next time I’ll chose a different hotel since we travel for work often

john Tolbert

I stayed here for a convention The convention itself was good However, the hotel is a large facility that is very dark and cavernous

I stayed for 2 nights and never had any warm water for a shower and the staff was not overly helpful or friendly In fact, housekeeping never cleaned my room even after multiple requests For the money, I would recommend staying somewhere else

Nic Mac

The hotel lobby is quite lovely A lot of beautiful sculptures and greenery Some tranquil sitting areas surrounded by flowing water and beautiful plants

A very vibrant, beautiful light sculpture hangs from the ceiling illuminating the dark hallways on the way to the rooms Once inside the room however, leaves something less than to be desired I’ve seen and slept in way more beautiful and comfortable rooms at 25 star hotels for a fraction of the cost I had an exhausting day upon my check in, and I did so around midnight- there was a long, slow line with maybe 2 or 3 employees working to get everyone checked in and on their way One thing that I thoroughly do not agree with, and believe that for the amount of money I’m paying to stay at this hotel, the least they could provide is free parking for paying guests I paid $25 for 8 hours of parking In my absolute honest opinion, unless you’re here to vacation at their summer water resort, take your money elsewhere

I have stayed at worse for sure but this was still a massive disappointment considering the price! I even took photos to show the following, just haven’t figured out how to share them Only one elevator worked and that made the wait time 10-15 min each time we left the roomDishes in the room were dirty upon arrival

Mold and water damage in room Doorknob to bathroom fell off I had to fix the bathroom sink faucet several times as it kept falling into the sinkWorst toilet paper I have ever encountered! I was baffled by this! Cutting corners is one thing but this stuff was bad! When we called on the way there, they said they had a restaurant but turns out they did not which messed up our plans They were unprepared for breakfast and kept running out of food, dishes and forksNice staff though, but they were unprepared to handle the number of people there for sureReally good coffee! I won’t be returning there I can get that kind of a room for way less and not be disappointed by expectations!

As Hyatt Reward members, we enjoy the Hyatt House properties, but this location was a large disappointment Property was in need of update and cleaning, the outside road noise was very loud in our room – like we had window open, it was bad enough to wake us upMost Hyatt House properties have a great atmosphere and their breakfast area is awesome, but not here

The only thing the staff seemed interested in was enforcing mask requirements to get the dried up eggs and grease soaked baconUpon arrival, the staff offered no greeting or “welcome” they just seemed annoyed to have to check us inWe asked for no housekeeping during our visit, but housekeeping still accessed our room – there were no Do Not Disturb door hangers, but front desk said housekeeping would not go in – but they didVery disappointed, Stay somewhere else

This hotel is not worth the price and being a Hyatt Rewards member doesn’t really mean anything The service is terrible and it just doesn’t feel clean Breakfast was an absolute disaster

The biscuits were actually raw when you opened them up They ran out of food plates and cups which just gets your morning off to the wrong start The sink was clogged the bathroom door had water damage and the air did not feel cool enough Handle didn’t work properly so we struggled to even open the door to the room The light switches didn’t work properly we eventually had to unplug the lamps that wouldn’t turn off Also don’t plan on going anywhere fast only one elevator works and the line to get on one is always long and leads to them being uncomfortably packed The parking lot isnt safe or secure You have to enter a code on one side while the other side is wide open Hyatt should really remove their name from this property it’s tarnishing the brand I will be moving on to a more reliable hotel brand

Me and my family visited from Louisiana, I was very pleased! the beds were comfortable, and it smelled very nice The bathroom was a decent size, and the staff was very professional My daughter left her purse in the Fitness room, and a worker honestly asked did she leave a pink bag, and gave it back to her

The outside view was beautiful I would Definitely recommend

This was my first time staying at a Sonesta Select hotel It was exactly what I needed, at a great price I would compare it to a Doubletree hotel

Room was comfortable, nothing fancy It had a couch, business chair, smaller TV off to the side of the bed , small refrigerator and coffee maker Check in was very easy at this location also This is a busy location located next to 75, central expressway If you want quiet, as for a rear facing room away from the freeway I would stay here again

Solid hotel located close to SMUPros: Gym is okay (youll make it work, the rower is the best piece of equipment), rooms are good (bed was comfortable) and my experience with staff was pleasant It is very close to a different mixture of fun activities, which include; bars, shopping, and restaurants

Parking was easy for my stayCons: Egg shell ceilings (my pet peeve) rooms aren’t very spacious, lighting in room is soft but very hard to see if you have bad vision and lastly some areas of hotel weren’t clean and some of the equipment in the gym was broken Also, if you plan an extended stay they don’t clean room (Not a con just a heads up)Would say it’s a good option for a cheaper business trip but I’d overall recommend this hotel

I stayed 4 nights The room service was not effective the first night We didn’t have an ice bucket and couldn’t get one

The rooms are cleaned only once per stay It wasn’t an option Most of the appointments of the rooms are well thought out and work well However there was the occasional glitch For example the toilet tissue holder simply didn’t work I had to take the toilet tissue off the holder and handle it manually

Jazmine Gaitan

We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping made our beds each morning and made sure we had clean towels every morning as well! The guest were very welcoming always greeting us when we arrived and saying goodbyes as we leave Breakfast was so good and the lady working I believe she was the F&B manager was so sweet to my 3 children they talked her head off lol Overall just a great stay thank you for the hospitality I will definitely be staying again when I return to Dallas

I’m disgusted by this hotel! We always pull up the sheets and bedding to check for bed bugs and the first sheet we pulled up had crusty stains on it The fridge is literally from the 70s and just sits on the floor rust and all The phone is from the 70’s and I’m pretty sure everything has been furnished by the thrift store

Smells like old dirty musty smoke even though it’s supposed to be non smoking The floor is covered in dirt and hair We pulled back the curtain and the coffee cups are sitting on the floor behind it Also, stumbled upon two Miller beer bottle caps just laying on the floor I usually love and enjoy going to hotels but I have been in my room for 2 hours now and still can’t get myself to lay down We requested for new bed sheets and all they gave us was two top sheets Usually if you ask for clean sheets you would get the whole set We are Hilton members but this hotel is one we will NEVER recommend or stay at again 1 -2 star hotel for sure! I have pictures of all the stains we found on the bedding along with everything else I mentioned above

We have stayed at this hotel many times before The last time we were here, there was no valet service; self-parking was just fine and, actually, preferable Now, they are back to charging $30 per day for it, but the service is slow

There never seems to be enough valet staff The TV remote was needing batteries, and the bathroom’s electric plug didn’t work Our first morning there I requested maid service for our room and was told that I should have ordered that a day ahead How was I supposed to know that? I was to check in with the front desk upon arrival Requests must be made a day ahead However, the front desk was not staffed when we arrived, and I used the hotel’s app to check in and get my room key Perhaps, the app should have a “request housekeeping” tab When you pay $200+ a night, one doesn’t expect to have to go down to the lobby to get fresh towels I look forward to the day when the hospitality industry moves past Covid protocols and returns to full service in all aspects

My wife and I stayed here the weekend of March 4-6 It was a getaway to watch my nephew play baseball and the following Monday was a very difficult surgery so we just wanted a quick getaway We arrived Friday night checked in everything was good Saturday morning we realized our coffee pot did not work So I went to the front desk and an hour later a new one was brought up

Then while showering we noticed that the drain was clogged and water actually flows out the top of the shower floor tile border We made the best of it and as we left I spoke to the front desk and she assured me it would be taken care of immediately We arrive back Saturday night to shower and prepare for the evening nothing had been done in the shower No housekeeping had picked up the wet towels that we used to mop up the water Just a blatant disregard for customer serviceOn the way out to dinner I mentioned it again and to make a long story short it was fixed that evening We checked out Sunday morning I asked to speak to a hotel manager and was told there was not one available and since then I have called the hotel four times and left messages and never been called back and was even told that the hotel manager/Director does not take customer calls I did not want to write this review but since no one Will return my correspondence I found I have no choice Very disappointing way to spend an important weekend

I’ve stayed here multiple times on business trips I always enjoy this location Exactly what you expect from a Hilton

Clean Modern Professional Decent food Great location Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants Rooms are quiet Try and the Gem juice place just down the block Very good smoothies! And look at the Avocado toast from the hotel restaurant!

Impeccably clean! My 2-room suite was spotless, and I’m a clean freak The housekeeping staff are really thorough and friendly The atrium is magical in the evening with the lights

Only problem is the shuttle: I booked the shuttle for 5:30am I was in the lobby at 5:23am, and he had already left Front desk ordered and paid for a taxi which took only 5 minutes to arrive So, all ended well I would definitely stay here again The neighborhood is lovely and walkable and many eating choices

Scott Van de Motter

I always love to stay at an Embassy SuitesThe happy hour was great Variety of spirits and snacks for free

Who doesn’t love that? The service was great at the breakfast bar Omelettes made to order and a great variety of other stuff tooI had some laundry done, they use a third party vendor, but that worked out perfectly It was done the same dayThe in-house restaurant was very good I’ll cover that in a separate reviewHighly recommend this hotel

Crystal Fitzgerald

During my stay I was very dissatisfied! I was there for my best friends wedding and we didn’t experience a satisfying stay at all It was the worst stay EVER Can you please explain to me why there isn’t a manager on site that can be contacted 24/7? I contacted guest services which was no help at all

I expect nothing but the best after all of the monies that we have spent to have this type of service Never wants a gun for anyone’s job but you need to train your people (Front Desk Clerk) a lot better as far as communicating with a respectful tone and being professional He used profanity and he put the blame on the paying customer due to bugs (ants and unknown bugs) and insects in the presidential suite This was horrible customer service please make sure you train and do your due diligence, he also informed us that he just started a few weeks ago he should’ve NEVER been by himself at the front desk alone at 2:00-3:00 am in the morning This is not how you represent!!! I’m very disappointed in the hiring manager and it staff for allowing this to happen This is suppose to be the best time Ever for my Best Friend and I’m disgusted how everything went down for our stay at this hotel I will not recommend Staying Here!!!! I will contact corporate as well and file a formal complaint

This hotel could not have been more amazing for us We had an issue with our booking through Priceline and when we got here the front desk representative on duty, Dacia, didn’t skip a beat to solve the problem She not only got us a room quickly, she got us a much better rate and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite

She made our stay so much easier On top of going above and beyond at check in, the room was nice, and the free breakfast was the BEST I’ve ever had as far as free hotel breakfasts go! HUGE selection of hot and fresh breakfast foods, pastries, fruit, and pancakes and waffles with toppings! We 100% will stay here again and fully recommend it to everyone considering where to stay in Dallas!!! Thanks Dacia!!

Mike Eaton

Can you explain why your front desk clerk is not at your property? Me and another guest waited for at least half an hour, both called the property several times and heard nothing I walked to the neighboring property and found your employee Who was not even able to get into his own building because of your outdated system

Just would like a public explanation for how you failed every possible metric for welcoming a guest to your hotel

Kenneth crowther

It was wonderful the first week Then there was talk about new ownership And sure enough they showed up

Immediately they raised the rent $400 a month This made the smaller 1 bedroom unit $1750 a month They also shut the electric off on the people who didn’t have the $400 right then The most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen Then what was a pretty decent breakfast has now turned into prepackaged ham egg cheese biscuits The pool has been closed so far this Summer My building had a huge power surge that sounded like an explosion Now the microwave, cooktop, dishwasher and the air-conditioning Don’t work!!!! They sent a guy down to take a look and it was the cleaning man He’s the boss oIver⁸⁷ the cleaning !!!!! Now they are requiring everyone to have a week in advance paid or they will lock you out<⁷⁸ This was a great place with friendly staff and management There was a great atmosphere everyone was relaxed Not anymore Now there's just tension I been here 4 months and will be moving soon What a shame how they just made this like a low end 2 star motel

My husband and I just had a wonderful stay here! Our room was clean and quiet The decor was modern and beautiful The AC was cold (thank goodness because it was 113 degrees outside)! The bed and pillows were comfortable

The staff is so friendly and accommodating The location of the hotel couldn’t be better! So close to everything! We will definitely stay here again!

I went to Dallas for a quick stay, and the Highland was the perfect spot to relax We ate the best dinner at Knife Steakhouse, located inside the hotel I also had a massage at the Spa right before check out that was perfect, and the sauna was super clean

It was too cold to get into the pool, but I did walk by it, and it was super clean The hotel and valet staff were lovelyI would stay here again because I had such a great experience, and it’s a plus they allow dogs 10/10

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary It is a great location though the first time it will be hard to find the turn into the drivewayKnife is a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner

Be aware you can order a half of a saladWe stayed in 719 a spa room with a huge spa tub with shower Be aware that it is a huge climb over the side to take a shower with only the towel rack as a hand rail The room has a refrigerator and coffee maker The only over head lights are in the bath and in the sitting area on the other side of the room The bed has 2 lights on the stands but it is pretty dim at night The desk had 2 open wall outlets for chargingThe staff were great though they did not inform us that the restaurant was closed Mon and Tues due to a lack of staff and for that I took a star away No options were given though there is coffee and tea in the atriumValet only 31dollarsRoom was clean and comfortable with a king bed

Pros: Great location, amazing feeling king bed, great A/C in the roomOther than those, I cannot rate the property higher The hot water in the room was non-existent, barely even lukewarm so showers were under a minute The bathroom door was a sliding door that has a rusting bathroom stall-like locking latch that looked as if it was hurriedly drilled in and barely worked

There was only one bath towel provided, and upon requesting for extras, you had to go get them yourself or wait for a full service clean the next dayCompared to other Home2 properties, this one has sadly missed the mark and was not worth the $100 a night for a Hilton property

Olugbenga

This is one of the worst experience I had with staying in an hotel For good 3nights they did not clean the room, change bedspread and supply towels I made several trip to the receptionist but still same nonchalant attitude

The guy that was at the reception on 27 and 28th was the worst front desk person I have ever encountered He is a bit light in complexion I had to quickly check out around 4am because I couldn’t stand it anymore Worst hotel services that I have ever seen If there is zero for service I would have given it
