Stayed at the hotel for a night First impressions: tidy place and very welcoming staff The room was minimalist, spotless, and very attractive; perfect for short stays where you don’t need any extras

Bed was incredibly comfortable too, the room however was definitely not soundproofed All in all, it’s reasonably priced in a great location Would definitely stay here again

Janka Krajciova

Excellent hotel with newly updated rooms, great location and amazing breakfast buffet! My only negative comments are that because of the central location, you have to count on the sound of trams passing by constantly (they did put ear plugs by my bed) and there are no toiletries provided, except for a cheap looking plastic bottle of hair/body soap Otherwise, a great stay and highly recommended!

Marco Marigliano

Hotel located in a strategic area As soon as you get out of the subway station you are practically right in front of it Great for getting anywhere in Warsaw since there are trams and buses pretty much everywhere around the area

The staff at the reception is knowledgeable and courteous The room we chose was very bright, with a good view and equipped with all the basic amenities expected for a standard room We had a problem with the air conditioning and the staff immediately took action to check it out Seeing that the problem was not resolved we were offered a free drink and an upgrade to a very nice suite indeedBreakfast is absolutely in the norm, but more can be done since the choice is not very wide In any case absolutely a must try We will return

Excellent swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi Very good water quality in the pool, no chlorine burns on the skinWonderful breakfast

Terrific service from all the staff The lady who took care of the breakfast buffet was fantasticLocated on the Swider River, directly behind the back gate, great area for hikingBecause of the covid, the place was a little boring, but I’m sure next year will be better

Amândio de Aveiro

Very nice place, pool is also niceThe garden around is also very pleasant With exit for a walk along the river

Too bad the wifi cover in the area of the hotel, and even sometimes in the room, was poorBut the rest was all goodA good note also for the quality of the food in the restaurant

Stunning hotel in the heart of Warsaw A beat away from Nowy Swiat (on the Royal Route and where everything is happening!)Super modern and clean hotel, a really friendly team and luxury rooms with well thought out amenities so as various different types of ambient lighting, a large TV which you can connect your own device to for streaming etc, great desk and work space, extremely comfortable bed, luxury bathroom and a HUGE window overlooking the beautiful lobby/atrium

Will definitely be staying here again

This is our absolute favourite stay in WarsawThe design ideas with a wink and the coloristic in the rooms, corridors, and some of the public spaces always leave us with a smileBut most of all we feel like coming home every time we return to this hotel because of the welcoming staff

We especially would like to thank the Mr Lukasz B from whom we have received exceptional and beyond 1st class service at the reception deskHe has tirelessly answered all of our questions and requests and helped us with our bookings (spontaneous very late /early hour arrival) in an always welcoming, smiling, problem-solving way and of course the fact that returning guests are remembered makes the visit even more specialSince there is always space for improvement…The white colour was peeling off the shower faucets in the bathrooms, which was a bit disturbingThe vibrant orange and blue colour combination and the materialisation of the interior of the restaurant scared us off – and we missed the wink of the original design of this space

I visited The Lofthotel for one night and it was amazing, wish I booked a longer stay A very modern hotel in a fantastic location The bedroom was just fabulous

The staff went above an beyond to really make sure we get the full experience The service was outstanding and that really made my day We will definitely be staying here again

Mr. Schwa Sound

I booked through Hotelscom and never received a key code to get into the building Therefore, I had to sit and wait at the door until somebody left just to get in downstairs

In addition the phone number provided did not need the extra zero, so when I attempted to call the offsite staff for help, I got a prompt saying the number was incorrect Only after a guest who happened to also be checking in helped me out, did I finally get a key code for the lock box and the correct phone number In addition, the downstairs key pad took several tries before I could decifer how to properly input the two codes required to open the door even after I got instructions by sms All the info I provided to Hotelscom was correct so there is some miscommunication issue going on That bring said, while the design and decor of the place is unique, the mattress was a wornout futon, the towels were like sandpaper, and I could hear all the other guests as they checked in/out Seemed more like an exercise in interior design and low operating overhead rather than a well functioning hotel

James Gabb

Rooms are really well designed – very cool themes! Very clean and well maintained Staff are super friendly Breakfast was provided for a fee and has some delicious options

Very clean communal area We had the zebra room and the bathroom was very clean and modern Our only concerns are the size of the bed – it’s a small double do around 15x the size of a single We struggled to fit in it as a couple and neither of us are large which made sleeping a bit difficult The volume of noise outside the window is also excessive – unfortunately we had a building site nearby that started at 5am and we had to have the window slightly ajar as the heating is cranked to full in winter, so it was a choice of boil or be kept awake by noise The hotel itself though is absolutely lovely

I enjoyed the stay Rooms are clean and comfortable, service on reception is very good, breakfast is with many options What was challenging: to find a parking, there is no sign for parking and I had to ask on the reception

In fact the parking is just around the corner Second, the parking is very narrow and there is no lift So you have to go upstairs from garage with your luggage And the last one is the fitness, it is very small and equipment is old Anyway, the location is fantastic and I really enjoyed a service My recommendations!!!

Anastasiia Markova

The very good hotel in the city center 30 minutes by walk and you are at the old city with its narrow streets and noisy bars Good for families with children and for business trips too

You will be surprised by variety of food at breakfast ;)There is also a big fun room for children with a lot of toys 🧸A big plus that you can bring your pet to the hotelRecommend +

Daryna Uvarkina

Reception team is great, very lovely and helpful I would like to specifically mention Viktoriya and Anastasia, they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable In my opinion, rooms require a bit of renovation and breakfast was weak due to a high number of people, so there was almost no food left and tables were not getting cleaned enough, those are the only points to be improved

Excellent night’s sleepStaff very friendly and helpful

(Taxi booking service inc)Clean & tidy roomsFor a budget hotel it was beautiful, exceeded expectation Easy check in/check outNo “in room” kettle but otherwise no faults or bad comments to speak ofBreakfast smelt amazing but had early bus to Rīga

Agnieszka Florys

The hotel is in a very good convenient location near most łazienkowski, with very good transport to the city centre In the room I received we had a view of the wisła river and the national stadium, which was definitely a nice surprise considering it was £26 a nightThere is some snacks available in the reception to buy, which was definitely convenient on a non working Sunday

The room itself isn’t anything over the top, just standard furnishings – double bed, small bedside tables, small desk, chairs and a ‘wardrobe’ with hangers included There was also a small tv with a few channels which was great to just have something on in the background The two best parts of the room were how many lights there were – above the bed, over the desk, around the mirror, with the room even having some led light strips which was perfect as a nightlight, and the second thing being the blinds, there were two sets of blinds, one connected to the window which provided full darkness in the room, and the second set being sheer, allowing privacy without loosing the natural lightning The room was very quiet as well, only hearing the occasional door close in the hallway, but no other sounds A few cons of the room are the air conditioning really isn’t the best, and the room got really hot all the time, and the pillows aren’t comfortable, but it’s manageableThe bathroom was built into the room on an en-suite basis, with a spacious well lit shower, a separate room for the toilet and the sink being in the main part of the room The shower had a glass door with frosted parts, so it didn’t feel claustrophobic on the inside but you also got all of the privacy needed One slight downfall of the shower though is that in my room it leaked through the plastic seals on glass door and got the whole floor wet, it was inconvenient but for the price it’s not too bad The bathroom area was stocked with two towels, a small bar of soap and a 3-1 body washDuring my stay I went to the restaurant across the road in the ibis styled hotel, which I wouldn’t recommend, it’s better to walk a bit to a much better restaurantOverall I am really happy with my stay here, and I will definitely be considering booking a room again, as it is easy on the wallet and a comfortable stay!

If you are looking for a nice and comfortable place for fair costs in short destination from the airport I doubt you’d be able to find better place than Golden Tulip hotel We were really impressed Service and rooms were weigh much better than in 4star hotel in Italy in superior rooms

Everything is sooo clean and tidy, ladies on reception are so helpful Honestly, we were looking for ANY place to stay for overnight, but at the end spent an unforgettable night in Warsaw thanks to GT It took us 20 min to get to city center by team which is BTW also right near the hotelPolina, special thanks to you, and if we are one day in Warsaw again, be sure we will stay in GT 😍🌹

So basically I arrived late at night and went straight up to bed In the morning I noticed there was no shower gel in my room… so I had to wash myself with the only small soap that was in my room by the dishwasher…After breakfast I went to the reception and asked them to put shower gel in my room They answered quietly that they don’t know yet if they can, that they’re expecting a delivery but it hasn’t come yet…After a day of work I arrived late again and went straight to the gym (very small and not well equipped but anyway…)

To my surprise when I went back to my room I noticed there was still no shower gel I went again to the reception and their only answer was like: yeah, we’re still waiting for the delivery… like it’s 2022, we’re in the middle of a big European capital in a 4* hotels and you can not provide shower gel within 2 days ?So unprofessional…At least today the receptionist was nice but yesterday at the checkin I had to wait 10 minutes because only the Barman was there and told me the receptionist will arrive in 10 minutes… as she came back from outside, she didn’t even say sorry for letting you wait or anything, not a smile nothing And when I asked for a quiet room I arrived in a room with a window directly on the very busy Alejska Krakowska… I had to go back to the reception and ask for another room…I’d avoid this hotel and advise instead the more quiet and more professional Hampton by Hilton that’s also closer to the airport and where I usually stay

Hotel has a lot of private events, practically each day a few, which are manageable in a very poor way Sometimes hotel guests don’t have any place to eat, sometimes to seat, most of the hotel services are not available In the night music is not allowing to sleep till morning

Definitely don’t recommend this place It was a good hotel, now is not acceptable

Jonathan Bonnaud

I spent there 3 nights for a professional eventThe room was clean and the bed pretty comfy (the pillow is usually what I complain about, but there it was good) The food was tasty, mostly meat, but always one vegetarian option, vegan not that much

After 3 days the food was kind of repetitive, a lot of potatoes and the sauce for the meat started tasting the sameI highly recommend the hotel for hosting company events

Виктория Диденко

So Checked into the hotel on Friday We ordered room service and I was surprised that out of 3 courses, only dessert turned out to be delicious

Today at breakfast – the choice is small and not fresh, if you, like me, are a vegetarian or eat only kosher food, then here you will not find anything for yourself The only plus is that the room is big and new

When considering a hotel, you always take into account multiple things In Polonia Palace you can take for granted it’s beautiful historical architecture and it’s tidy rooms which are cleaned daily It offers a great breakfast with quite a variety of different foods and drinks

The restaurant is on top of its class! The staff is also very friendly and helpful What the hotel lacks however in my opinion is proper garage space The one that is being offered is a parking spot on the outside with no guard and accessible even to everyone walking by Please consider this if you need to leave your car thereOther than that, it’s a great hotel with even better location! Couldn’t be more in center than here 🙂

Paula Perea

A perfectly located hotel for a reasonable price Minutes or seconds away from bus or tram stop, and many cafes and small groceries are nearby Most rooms should come with mini fridges in case you’d like to buy something at the store

Staff was kind enough to let me check in early and check out late The lobby is elegant and has two street existsIf I visit Warsaw again, I would definitely consider staying here again as my first option

Bradly Schlenker

Price was reasonable Accommodations felt adequateOnly thing I’d knock stars off for (which I can’t because this is an overall trend) is having “double” beds be two twin beds pushed together

There’s no practical reason in this hotel why a “double” room can’t be a Queen or king size mattressOutside of that – the hotel does give a bit of Las Vegas vibes No smell of smoke or whatnot – just the aesthetic

It was our first time in Europe itself and we didn’t expect anything in particular so we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of people working in this hotel The staff is certainly the pillar of this place and anything we needed we were helped with Also, it was a nice touch to see the celebration of Easter

Seeing a smiling bunny at the breakfast was hilarious Hope to visit Warsaw again and explore more historical places here Thanks for the good vibes

Paweł Krawczyk

I really appreciate smooth check-in process and fantastic breakfast The service at the breakfast was superb as well as the choice of foodThe room seemed a bit old and “worn”

What I really didn’t like was the fact we asked the staff to add the shower gel to the empty container and nobody showed up to do it Not a big task but still annoying if you have to take the shower without the shower gel

Markus Steinwender

Great hotel with spacious family rooms Staff were very friendly and helpfulRooms could use some upgrades like TVs with Netflix and a little modern refresh

That said it was more than acceptable for the priceThe breakfast buffet was goodmaybe stay away from the custom omelette We did not like it Other than that there is something for everyone

I can’t say enough about this hotel! After an 18 hour bus ride from Kyiv, I roll in a little after midnight The staff at the desk welcomed me with warm smiles and nearly perfect English! There was a mess-up in my reservation, but the gentleman at the front desk took care of it with easeThe room & bathroom is immaculate and the bed is one of THE most comfortable beds I think I’ve ever slept on

The breakfast buffet is amazing Everything under the sun is served I ate scrambled eggs & bacon then just lounged in the dining room drinking tea and having a pastryIt is literally right across the street from the airport but you CANNOT hear any of the outside traffic! Nor any inside noise for that matter!I highly recommend this awesome hotel! Definitely 5-star service at 3-star prices!

Above average airport hotel, conveniently located only about 5min away from the airport using their shuttle (every 30 min)The room was slightly on the warmer side and the air-conditioner could not be switched to a coolerThe bed was also a bit hard for my taste, but the room and the rest of the hotel was kept very clean and for the price, I don’t have much to complain

Staff of course speaks perfect EnglishWould gladly return (also as they have a lovely restaurant)

Outstanding Hotel near the airport!👌 My wife and I only had 1 night in Warsaw and our suite was perfectly quiet clean and very comfortable! Only about a 20 minute ride to the city center, we got to see and do a lot during our layover The hotel is 5 minutes or less from the airport and the free shuttle picks you up and drops you off Check in was easy and the Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Highly recommend!

In terms of location, the hotel is located in a very good part of the cityThe hotel staff are very friendly and respond well to the requests of travelersIn terms of cleanliness, it is in acceptable condition

Very low-quality bed, mattress and pillows, bring discomfort to sleepThe rooms lack basic facilities compared to other branches of this hotel chainVery ordinary breakfast compared to the price charged by the hotel and the common price in the city

Karolis Trakas

Very pleased with my stay Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff Easy to access city center via public transport, parking lot is big (although it is shared among three hotels, but there were plenty of space left)

Breakfast was good, just the place to eat was a bit cramped, as a kot of people stayed at the timeOverall – very satisfied

The BW Hotel Portos is such an underrated hotel that offers extremely decent value in comparison to other hotels in Warsaw The hotel is unfortunately a bit far away from the city center but it’s easy to get to anywhere with the public transit so I never felt like it was ever an issueThe rooms are a bit dated in some regards, but the overall cleanliness of the room was great during my stay

The only small nitpick I have is the lack of a small fridge/minibar

May be some time ago it used to be a nice place But now it is not worth the money All furniture is worn out

The shower is rusty Vent does not work and there is a constant mold smell But the worst part is the “service” The rooms are dirty, and never cleaned properly Towels are old, smelly and have stains Bed sheets have stains and holes from smoking I found someones clothes twice When I asked reception about all this mess they told that I can order room cleaning again or move out And they give me 20 min to make my decision Of course I moved out as soon as I found another place And that what I can say – you can find much better place to stay for this money in Warsaw I have never experienced such a bad service as in BestWestern Felix while travelling before

Inga Bruknytė

Spacious room That’s the only plus of this placeThe room cleaning service is early in the morning

So you either get up and leave early or stay sleeping as much as you need and during the all stay you have the same towelsBut that is not the most important part What I would really like to mention is the internet speed Feels like the router is outside the hotel somewhere near the Polish border I have never had such bad internet So if you need to work or scroll forget about using the hotel internet

Super nice Hotel I was staying here for one night on a business trip There are enough parking spaces outside

Even a garage is available but I haven’t been down there Nice entrance and super nice Bar and restaurant Food was not expensive 35PLN for a burger and french fries Tasty and good Reception and bar workers were very friendly and also understood some jokes and replied also in a funny polite way Absolutely clean room Only disadvantage is the carpet in the room as I personally don’t like it Room is big and bed is very comfortableThe bathroom was clean and the shower gave clear and warm water Enough towels are available too Nothing feels like old I would invest a bit more attention to a outside terrace for the summer evenings A separate area with a bit lounge music would be great Then you may sit even longerPaying by MasterCard was not a problem Also not invoicing on a company address I was a bit upset that I was not able to give a tip when I pay with credit card I asked especially and she said she will not get itNevertheless I will come definitely again soon here

The hotel is simply wonderful Unfortunately, I could not appreciate all the advantages and services of the hotel in one day But the reception staff is very friendly

The room surprised me completely (although I think I was lucky) For 350 zl in the center of Warsaw, an apartment with a bath and a large terrace was a surprise (as far as I understood, there are only 2 rooms with a terrace in this hotel) The hotel has its own underground parking, as well as several places in the hotel yard Photos will tell more

The room itself was extremely beautiful and clean👌🏽 Amazing breakfast too!but the service was a bit horrible They lack a sense of urgency to their clients needs

They agreed to airport shuttle at 12 (which we had to pay for) almost missed my flight because shuttle was suddenly unavailable The receptionist called a cab, and WE had to incur the costs……The place is nice tho ✨

stefano pirondi

5 for the room (big and clean)1 for the welcome (it’s tough to reach it by car and parking the car might take very long time3 for the staff, almost useless

1 for the noise, come if you want to party, not if you’re in Warsaw for work

The hotel is simply great ! From the rooms, to the breakfast and the rooftop, everything was built to make you have some great vacationsPrice is definitely worth it!Only thing to improve in the rooms is that they are not greatly isolated, so it can become noisy

CXDezign

The rooms are modern and clean, we were promised a double bed but instead got two single beds put together, despite being told otherwise The two beds can unfortunately spread apart Everything else about the room was as expected and advertised

Service is great, multi-lingual, location is good, right in the centre of Warsaw, everything you want or need is close by
