We stayed at the Westin and we were very satisfied with our stay This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were so accommodating and helpful The restaurants on property offer some wonderful dining selections and the distance to DISNEYLAND was only a 10-15 minute walk entering at Downtown Disney

I am all about cleanliness and this hotel exceeded my expectations Not only were the hotel grounds immaculate but my room was spotless upon check-in and loved how they came in to service throughout my stay as I know some hotels and resorts are not offering housekeeping due to the pandemic If and when I travel back to Anaheim I would definitely stay at the Westin again

Beautiful hotel! The beds are so comfortable, best sleep I’ve had at a hotel I will be ordering some of your pillows because I loved them My kids loved the view of Disney California Adventure from our room

We also enjoyed our food at the Rooftop Bar The gentleman playing the guitar and singing really set the mood for an awesome relaxing vacation Our server was amazing! The only downside was the Rooftop bar hostess, she made us feel unwelcome, but the rest of the staff and the firework show compensated for that We will definitely be back next time we visit the Disney Parks

Sanford Sundara

The hotel was excellent It was very clean, staff was friendly, the entry was very welcoming with pleasant entry music and decor, the rooms had a very calming scent and aroma We ordered room service and the food was amazing

Location was also very key, within walking distance to Disneyland, surrounding shops, and restaurants nearby The beds were very comfortable and only wish we could’ve packed them home with us The only drawback, that otherwise would’ve made this a 5 star review, was a very very slow draining tub during out showers Upon investigating, it looked to be a huge clog from clumps of hairs through previous guests My suggestion would to add “check tub drains” during routine guest room changeover cleaning Other than this, our stay was fantastic

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, it was a pleasant stay in a convenient location The hotel is a bit dated, but kept well, and the staff are kind and accommodatingPros:- (mostly) clean room- spacious- convenient area- friendly, masked staff- decent amenities- included continental breakfastCons:- parking is $10/day on top of the price of the room- room cleanliness: the headboard had weird sticky spots like someone had splashed tea or soda, the curtains had a substantial what looked to be a blood stain they attempted to wash, judging by the color, the carpet had a few odd stains- odd flickering horror movie lights every time we turn them on- “hotel room smell” you know the one

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! It is my go to location when we go to Disneyland!! Impeccable staff, immaculate rooms, comfortable beds, very affordable, a generous breakfast, beautiful decor, & the list goes on! Not to mention they have gone above and beyond for both times we stayed for both of my daughters 5th birthdays!!! Both times we stayed there, they had Balloons in the room, gorgeous flowers, favorite candies & they made my girls feel like royalty!!! I highly recommend you stay here, you will not regret it!

We had never stayed at an Ayres Hotel before, so we were a little anxious about our accommodations for our Disneyland vacation Well, we need not have worried because it was a great experience The room was large and clean, the beds were comfortable, the free hot breakfast was delicious and filling, and the service, all the way from the front desk to housekeeping, was fantastic

One especially bright spot was Jose who served us breakfast most mornings He has worked for the company for over 20 years and he was terrific One small thing to watch out for: This hotel charges $100 for each phone call made from its hotel phone Just for fun – our youngest made several phone calls to our cell phones from the hotel phone and we ended up being charged for this Not a big deal, but a very small detractor from an otherwise perfect experience

In general we had nice short stay Yet the fire alarm in our room was out of battery and the hotel is fully occupied that there’s no room to change to, so we had to fall into sleep hearing the alarm beeping all night! Other than that, it’s a nice hotel with good price and they offer free continental breakfast! Prepare some $1 tips to the lady who’ll make your egg sausage and toast breakfast! Nice looking small pool and jacuzzi yet i had to work a bit so didn’t get to enjoy!

The hotel room was clean The restroom was spotless 💯 Stayed there two nights, wasn’t feeling well and they just made me feel right at home The hotel staff was amazing

I suffer with a chronic illness And I was experiencing flare-ups So I was waiting for My medication to get shipped there And they brought the package up to the room and gave me extra towels Boy I sure needed them I gave this place 5 Stars because hands down amazing customer service Thanks guys I’ll never forget y’all ‼️🔥❤️

Best experience ever I’ve literally never been somewhere more elegant, tranquil and rewarding in my life The host are always respectful, kind and always have a 😁 The manager is a little high tempo but I can respect that you can tell they run a tight ship and that’s cool

The beds are firm but boy oh boy they are sure comfy, large TV, large bathroom We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but from my understanding is that it is open for use There’s breakfast 🥞 🍳 when we wake up and even more 😁 from the cooks and kitchen staff Love 💕 it 💯% I’ll definitely be booking a few more weeks before we head on back up Thanks to everyone here working we honestly appreciate what you do, thank you!

The staff were really friendly and polite We checked in a little after 4 and got a room that had the Disney fireworks view at night The room was spacious

It did had a strong smell when we walked in but figured it was from the cleaning in the bathroom The room is outdated but still functional as the beds were fine Wish there was a mini fridge in the room along with a fan in the bathroom The location overall was a nice spot as it is close to the Orange outlet mallCookies were delicious of course and they were nice to provide more when asking We would probably stay here again next time Hopefully by then they update the rooms

Shannen Stenerson

Nice hotel, rooms a but dated but overall great stay Hotel has parking at additional price Restaurant on site, Starbucks kiosk inside as well

Meeting room was well set up Hotel bar was busy, nice to see during these times Staff was friendly and went out of way to help Lobby is spacious and great spot to hang out Walking distance to orange outlets, and one exit away from downtown Disney

Our stay at the Doubletree was thoroughly disappointing I had 2 rooms for four nights and I would say it was the single worst stay I’ve ever had at a Hilton property Between work and personal travel I spend roughly 50 nights a year in hotels across North America so I have exposure to a variety of different properties

The staff at this particular hotel would be best described as cordial but apathetic It was a strange experience for me and completely out of step with other Hilton propertiesThere appears to be ongoing investment at the property and it is needed! The office chair in one of my rooms was worn to the point where there were holes through the seat with hardware sticking through! The shower would sometimes supply only hot water making showering impossible, fixtures in different public places were damaged and falling off the walls The pool was dirtyThe staff appeared to be in another world at times, for example: when I checked in my two different rooms I went through the full set of questions twice, presented my ID twice; not a big deal but very strange explaining a short time apart that I still don’t have a vehicle to park……?The most frustrating part of the whole stay was certainly related to the cleaning of one of our rooms We checked in Wednesday and asked for our room to be cleaned Thursday and Saturday We were out Thursday morning and stopped by our room early afternoon and it had not been cleaned so we went to the front desk to confirm it was booked, which they assured us it was Our room did not get cleaned that day We then stopped by the front desk Friday morning to ask that the room be cleaned as it was missed the day before, again we were assured it would be addressed Again as we returned in the evening nothing had been done At this point I spoke to the manager on duty and expressed that I felt this was unacceptable, they let me know they had no one to clean the room, there was nothing to be done, and there would be no consideration on my bill I also emailed the GM of the facility about our stay and have received no response Our room did get cleaned Saturday…… finallyI give this hotel 2 stars only because of location (walking distance to outlet mall and Angel’s Field) otherwise it would be one for sureFind another option, the room rate and brand of this hotel had me expecting a far better experience than what I had

Absolutely LOVED our stay here!! I appreciate that the whole building is enclosed with class, our room was phenomenal, and clean The pool was chilly for an evening swim but the hot tub was nice! The courtyard is absolutely beautiful The only downside of our room was that the heat would not circulate into the living space

It only stayed in the room so while the room was cozy when we stepped into the living space it would be coldBreakfast was GREAT! You make your own waffles, they have cereal, Oatmeal, toast, eggs and bacon, coffee, tea and fresh orange juice All is self-serve

Breanna Roberto

Vacationed at Best Western Plus in December for Disneyland Trip and saw the good reviews and thought it would be a good choice for its price and location There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby and we thought it was just temporary but every time we went outside of the room it was still there The cleanliness of the room was good but the shower seemed a bit dirty, there was a little grime built up in the cracks in the tub

The person at the front desk mentioned that housekeeping does not come every day but will come on the seventh day Apparently when we came back down to ask about housekeeping they say housekeeping does not come at all! We had to go down to get extra towels, soap, and toilet tissue and left our trash outside for them to collect Overall Best Western was convenient but I would not stay here again

W M

I never really write reviews but I appreciated my stay here Lots of room and no annoying checkout calls Asked for late check out for 1pm and they didn’t come to bother me immediately at 1pm either

Overall pleasant stay with a decent free breakfast Only downside was the pool being closed due to health concerns of water circulation, otherwise great bang for the buck spot here

We stayed at this hotel in their 1 bedroom studio room for about a week Kaleb did a great job as the front desk employee who helped us check in and also check out Guia kept in touch with us about a possible rock & play for our younger toddler for her to sleep in, and also was great about addressing our early morning needs promptly & clearly as a family of 4, with 2 young toddlers

On a Sunday afternoon, when we were inviting family members to come by so that we cook lunch for them, Jake, was the polite employee who replaced the kitchen light bulb & TV remote professionally and quickly Finally, Justin H was polite and friendly as the front desk employee who assisted with providing change for the laundry machines and also confirming that there was free hot brewed coffee In addition, the hotel provided a sturdy and comfortable king size mattress and functioning appliances in the kitchen If our family ever wants to visit our extended family in Orange County again, we will consider this hotel once more

TB

Rooms are old but decent Beds aren’t terrible but aren’t great The continental breakfast was surprisingly very good

Staff is friendly and helpful The pool was pretty gross It appears they think a pool that is milky in color and not being able to see the bottom is sign of a well maintained pool They need to fire whoever is responsible for the pool maintenance Also I informed many employees about the outside security door not properly locking and it was never addressed There are too many other options for you to choose to stay here I won’t make that mistake again So they respond with a form letter response saying how thankful they are for my review as they CARE about me! Here we are and the door is still not secure and the pool is still disgusting You don’t care, just about my money Typical

J C

1st time here Booked reservations for 3 nights A/C not functioning

Notified front desk twice 1st guy said he’d have some check on it, which I don’t think he followed through since he was getting off his shift Second gentleman, Isaac Reed was apologetic and did have a maintenance person inspect and A/C completely out Got upgraded to a one BR at no extra costMr Reed, you have restored my faith in this hotel! Thank you I would have given 4 stars if the elevators didn’t keep breaking down I may consider staying again provided I can get accommodations on the 1st floor with a functional A/C

The hotel is beautiful especially at night The staff that I came in contact with were friendly and helpful The one bedroom with pull out sofa was super spacious and very clean

I used their gym and was excited that it was updated equipment But make sure you bring your own towel The breakfast was free and very good which saved us a lot of money The free parking was a hit because now hotel charge which is ridiculous I also enjoyed the portraits that were on the first floor which gave a history of the family that started the Ayers Hotel This is definitely a hidden gem in Chino Hills California

It’s still pretty strongOur room had an iron burn on a chair and a pretty big red stain on the carpet and our pretty bedspread had a cigarette burn on itThe pool was so clean and refreshingSheets were very niceCarpets in the hallways need to be replaced

Overall good value for the price although facility needs some work/upgrade Some issues with housekeeping over a two week stay but generally good service Breakfast wasn’t too appealing but looked similar to other hotels that offer free breakfast

I chose to visit local coffee shops instead so would prefer a lower rate without breakfast Still, all said, a good value compared to other hotel/motels in the area especially if you plan most of time out and aboutI do find it odd that I received a no-reply email from someone in Guest Relations thanking me for my positive feedback (I think based on feedback directly requested by them which mirrored Google review) but no mention of my negative comments Seems like a stock answer and they don’t actually read feedback If you don’t read feedback, you can’t make improvements

It all started with large long black hairs all over rooms and all over pillows Glasses at restaurant have soap stains If you eat outside there are meat wasps that will ruin your food

My dog stepped on glass I called super upset for Neosporin The front desk didn’t even let me finish telling them the issue before routing me to a number that rang and rangRan out of towels and toilet paper twice in one week No room service on anything Spilled on my sheets so I took them outside came back 12 hours later and they took the sheets and cups but didn’t replace themThis place might be cool to drive a couple of balls but the hotel staff is super rude and not even close to hospitableThey literally shoes me away and while my dog was bleeding they accused me of stealing a gold club because I left it behind They made me feel unwelcome and I’ve had extremely better service at a comfort inn Terribly over price and the rooms are outdated

Breanna Meyer

Very disappointed in this place All this place has going for them is it’s pretty They didn’t have room cleaning each day which you don’t find out till you are in your room, they have a sign on the bed

They can’t even bring you fresh towels each day There was no microwave even motel 6 has that Ran out of toilet paper was only there for two days and was only in the room to sleep All hotels at least provide extra roll somewhere When I opened the bed I found some hair on the covers Pillow case had a stain Don’t recommend

Celeste Ramirez

I am not one to leave reviews but I saw way to many reviews saying similar things in regards to their stay and I experienced the same I wish I would have read them before booking my stayThe hotel is very outdated, the rooms are poorly maintained with tons of decaying

No housekeeping Refrigerators in the rooms do not work The Blow dryer was very old and almost dangerous to use as it would spark flame when turned on The toilets would also not flush right away, it took minutes to flush away (close to 10 min of that) The water from the shower would also take minutes to drain They must have some plumbing issues Poor quality and worn out/old bathroom towels Paint scheme/decor over 40 years old This place is NOT a resort or high end hotel and definitely not worth the price Avoid this place

I stayed for 2 nights for the MD&M convention The location to the convention center is amazing No complaints there

The service when I arrived was very good The boy who checked me in gave me a ton of information about the hotel and what was and was not availableMy room was on the third floor so I had to tough it up and walk up three flights of stairs to get to my room Great exercise I actually did really enjoy thatWhen I got to my room it was pretty standard nothing out of the ordinary I found that it was kind of beat up and I found a wad of hair in the shower After seeing that I felt that the room wasn’t as clean as I hopedAdditionally since it’s also located close to Disney there are a ton of families that stay You are able to hear them playing in the pool all night from your room The walls are pretty thinThe free breakfast was standard but after reading some previous reviews it looks like they got rid of a lot of breakfast items after COVID They only had potato’s cereal bread muffins coffee/tea and juiceSolid place to stay if you want a great location at a decent price Otherwise I would try a different hotel on my next trip to Anaheim

Christina

Our room was clean and convenient We didn’t have any issues whatsoever The fridge was big and cold, the coffeemaker was ready to use and already plugged in and the microwave worked great

We had a standard room, but there was a AC unit in both the sitting area and bedroom They both worked really well on two hot days The bed was comfortable and both TVs worked fineThere was a good bit of noise from the hallway, but the door between the sitting area and bedroom blocked it out completely Some noise from above too Not the quietest, but I’ve experienced worse frequently at more expensive spotsStaff was helpful and nice on check-in and when I needed a refill on coffee packets and a fork when one didn’t come with the dinner we had deliveredBreakfast was underwhelming, but everything tasted decent Free parking, WiFi and breakfast made this a cost conscious, but convenient way to enjoy Disneyland for a couple of days The walk to the Toy Story parking lot is a bit longer than I’d expected when I booked a hotel that was “across the street”, but still close It took us 15-20 minutes to get from hotel to park security gatesIf I’m honest, I missed the fancy touches that you’d get at a 4 star hotel, but this was a good value for what was paid

Henry Beal

We booked our stay at the Cortona Inn through Costco Travel We had 3 nights stay while we went to the Disneyland Resorts The Hotel is a 15 minute walk to the parks which saved us a lot of money on parking

They let us park before check in so we could leave our car in their gated and secure lot while we enjoyed the parks and went back after Disneyland closed to get our room key They also let us leave our car in the lot until midnight after we checked out so we could go to the parks the same day we left and then come back to grab our vehicle These accommodations were fantastic on top of a clean room, great pool, and delicious breakfast that Sergio let us enjoy the morning we arrived, prior to check in that afternoon Sergio gave us great information about the hotel and the area, he was very helpful and friend upon our arrival I will definitely be going back the stay was top notch!

First time staying hereWe had a two queen bed room Plenty of room and a mini refrigerator

The room seemed up to date to me and was in great shapeI didn’t encounter the housekeeping staff, but found our room nicely clean when we returned from our convention daysStaff throughout the facility were friendly and helpfulWe patronized the ice cream/sweets shop, Starbucks and their convenience store The prices were higher than back home, but I’ve never been to California before, so I don’t know local pricing And I know you’re paying extra for convenienceIt I return to Anaheim, I will definitely stay here again!

The rooms are really nice but the beds are pretty hard The food at the restaurants was great and the beer selection was good too Nice having a Starbucks and 3 places to eat in the hotel

Not crazy over priced either The lobby level pool was small but nice We had a great time here The shuttle to Disneyland was also great We will be back for sure!

Thinh Luu

Rooms was mediocre It was clean enough but we expected better from a 4 star hotel Front desks were nice and helpful

Real Starbucks right in the Lobby which was a huge bonus We reserved a King bed but only got a Queen bed Parking is ~28 a day for self parking All pools had no life guard Shuttle to Disney was ~6 for adults and a little cheaper for kids

Positive: Hotel was clean 15 min walk to Disneyland Comfortable beds

Negative: I gave it a 3 because they didn’t have room service or a restaurant open and the pool was not available for use eitherThey had a market that was self serve but most of the good food options where already gone by 9am When I say good food options I mean yogurt and fruit You had to get coffee through a machine that tasted horrible Every morning we had to figure out a plan as to where we would get food instead of just getting breakfast at the hotel which can be challenging with a two year old The pool was closed for renovation so you would have to take a shuttle or walk to a different hotel and share a pool with a ton of people because our pool was closed To top it off our flight got pushed back to a later time and we needed a late check out so our two year old could have a nap and they declined Even after talking to a manager she said capacity and for varies other reasons they could not give us a late check out Overall this hotel was not convenient with the amount of money you spend to be close to Disneyland

Clean and convenient on property hotel at Disneyland resort We got the Magic Key special We’ve stayed at Disneyland hotel and Grand Californian before as well

Overall very impressed Decent sized rooms, clean, comfortable beds The staff is super friendly and helpful The pool and restaurant are being renovated so not able to review Can’t beat the convenience

Much better than expected Really lovely hotel and very nice cast members I enjoyed just walking around and looking at everything

It also was a pleasant bonus to be able to cut through the Grand Californian Hotel and use their Downtown Disney and California Adventure entrances Saved us timeThe beds were pretty comfortable and one odd note that I liked: even though the toilet paper is thin, it’s Cottonelle brand so it’s super soft Very happy I stayed here

This was a really great hotel really close to the parks The beds were extremely comfortable as most Marriott brands are Nice bathroom although they only provided small bottles for shampoo and conditioner

We booked a rate that included parking, but if not you do have to pay per day They do allow you to keep the car parked there all day even after checking out so you can enjoy yourself in the park The breakfast was also included in our rate, but it was around $10 per item We purchased the bistro sandwich which was very filling and very delicious Would definitely recommend including this in your next Disneyland vacation

The hotel was located about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland and California Adventure Check-in staff were friendly and helpful however the cleaning staff did not meet my expectations The hotel was only cleaning rooms upon request

I requested cleaning every second day and when done, surfaces were not wiped down, towels were not replenished, in room coffee was not refilled and when requested only decaf was provided One day they didn’t even clean the room despite making a request The bistro restaurant initially had a limited menu when we arrived but eventually served the entire menu The food was good however at times it was very busy and service was slow during those times The pool, hot tub and wading pool were nice and towels replenished regularly

We are Disney Magic Key holders and often drive up from San Diego for the day/night to go to the parks We have stayed all over Anaheim, and this was one of our favorite stays The hotel is ~15 min walk directly on the main road to the park entrance & conveniently located near a promenade of restaurants

The room was comfortable, updated & a decent size Nice bathrooms/showers Also was impressed with the pool compared to other places we’ve stayed But the standout of our trip was Joe who helped us at the front desk Little did Joe know, we were having a pretty tough week He went above and beyond to help us get situated at the hotel, gave us information about the shuttles to the parks & was just overall so kind His kindness went such a long way Thank you, Joe, for your hospitality – we will be back!

I really enjoyed my 3 night’s stay at this property We were college shopping for my son and this hotel was a good central place for us to stay Our time here felt like home

I really enjoyed the atmosphere downstairs The little restaurant food was great The sever Paul was in my opinion one of the best servers I’ve ever had He was moving so fast getting the food out making small talk and just being a pleasant positive person, then in a flash, he was off to do room service Downstairs there was a family reunion and there were other families there watching the Dodger game It was just a fun lively atmosphere Every single employee I interacted with was stellar My room was clean and so was the lobby I’m a stickler for cleanliness and I was satisfied One thing is for sure, we will be back to visit this place Thank you staff at Embassy Suites for making our stay so pleasant

Highly recommend the embassy suites in La Brea, California to anyone looking for a VIP like experience and stay for affordable prices Never a disappointment staying at this embassy hotel A big plus is the free self parking, the location is convenient with plenty of amenities is within walking distance, to the mall, and shipping of any kind

The complementary breakfast is absolutely better than most restaurants out there It far out performs any hotels out there that offer free breakfast Very family friendly and the rooms can host any family size in my opinion They are clean, well stocked, and roomy It has a microwave, a mini fridge, a sink, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, etc Highly recommend this hotel

Tia Nathan

Room was great, clean, and spacious Stayed with a large wedding party and even tho there were other events, it wasn’t noisy when I went to sleep I guess the walls were pretty thick! They had free cocktails in the evening and free breakfast every morning

Service was great Would definitely return!

From start to finish, the experience with Great Wolf Lodge in Anaheim was not only easy, but fun as well The website was very user friendly and scheduling was very easy On arrival, you can either go to the valet parking, or use the parking garage for self parking

Grab your parking ticket and get it validated in at the front desk There were 5 front desk clerks and were very quick with how many people were in line to check in While we waited, the kids went to the windows that showed the waterpark and the excitement ensued We got to our room and it was nice, however there was a musty smell that was probably from the constant use by individuals coming in wet from the water park It was not overwhelming and did not effect the experience The magi quest game for the kids was really fun, but make sure you were good shoes The waterpark was clean, had seats available and the waits were a couple minutes at best The water was saltwater, and will shock you if you are not ready for that Check out was really easy and was done on our phone without much effort Overall a great experience Would recommend

Stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing for my 7 and 4 year old Check in was supposed to be at 4:30pm but they let us in at 1pm My family had a blast it was fun for the kids and for the adults as well, with the bigger water rides

We all enjoy our stayed The room was nice, spacious and very clean The room had a mini fridge and a microwave so you can take your own snacks They have an arcade and mini bowling area and you can either buy food in there or go out to eat with the family You pay for parking once and then u can come and go as u pleased They have different sections for kids like smaller rides for younger kids, baby section and thrilling rides for the bigger kids and adults, among other sections they also have a pool outside They provide the vest for the kids and you can rent the towels as long as you return them other wise you get charged extra per towel Inside the water park there is a bar and a fast food place so if you get hungry you can eat or enjoy an alcoholic beverage Also they have lockers you can rent to put your stuff away or you can leave them in a chair as long as is nothing valuable There is a 100 dollar deposit that you have to pay when you check in, but they return it withing 5 to 7 business days when they do the checked out After checkout you can put your stuff away in the car and still enjoy the water park the last day So for us it was 3 days enjoying the water park Overall very pleasant experience can’t wait till we go again

cindy padilla

I was a little worried after reading the bad reviews left here but after staying I have to say this place was great I found no issues with cleanliness, staff or park wait times We didn’t partake in any additional activities or dining offered by the resort so I can’t speak to food quality or pricing

The park offered enough enjoyment for us over a 2 night, 3 day stay to not have to worry about anything else We dined outside of the resort for breakfast and dinner as the park hours allowed for this not to interfere with our stay The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed something which for us wasn’t more than an extra coffee cup for the room The rooms were comfortable, clean and everything worked

My wife and I had a great time here The rooms were quiet and clean with a nice view Being close to the Fullerton campus there are tons of places nearby to eat and some are walking distance

Never longer than a 10 min wait for ride share We paid extra for the breakfast to be included, I highly recommend doing that, the buffet was pretty good

We booked two rooms for June 24 to June 26 They placed both rooms adjacent to each other, which is nice But the room next to us, They were very inconsiderate and partied all night

The front desk did not address the issue until 4:30 in the morning, even after repeated complaints from other rooms (besides from us)The next day, I went to the front desk to complain, and as for accommodations, the clerk offered both rooms free breakfast, but after I checked out, I saw there was a charge for $150+ for breakfast I called the hotel about the charge, and they kept transferring to another person They made me jump through hoops, desperately clinging to the money they’ve stolen from me These people are conniving thieves Worse experience in my life I thought staying with a renowned company like Marriott would give me peace of mind, i was wrong I rather stay in a hostel next time than to stay in this place Sleeping on the side of the road would be more peaceful than sleeping in Marriott Conclusion, aside from the $150+ we are also ousted with the 1st night stay of $200/room since we didn’t sleep at all because of the loud nextdoor guest I know Covid is affecting everyone, but do They really have to stoop this low to con people for their hard earned money

Another successful stay at another Marriott Bonvoy property We arrived on Friday, breezed thru check in, and then proceeded to our room Clean, sanitized, and very comfortable beds

After traveling for hours, nothing better than laying down on a cozy bed Got ready and went to a family function, cousin’s granddaughter’s 21st What great time we had Arrived back around midnight and went to bed We had a good breakfast and took a drive across the border to Tijuana, BC We hadn’t been back to visit in what has been about 20 years Anyways, we made it over, shopped for a few hours and then took a cab back to the border crossing This took about an hour, and then we finally were back on US soil Stopped in Carlsbad, ate at an awesome fish restaurant, then walked dinner off at the outlets The drive was a breeze and then we got back There was no parking, so I asked at the front desk if we could have permission to park in the waiting zone since we had handicapped parking permit, he said, certainly We slept soundly, and really have enjoyed our stay Will definitely be coming back, people are very attentive and caring The kitchen staff are most friendly and courteous Give them a shout out Thanks Marriott, you guys are doing a great job😎👍👍👍
