One of the best hotels I have ever been to! I loved everything about this place The staff were friendly, greeted everyone and held open doors constantly The lobby was clean and very pretty

Our room overlooked the pool area, which was my favorite part Beautiful palm trees surround the pool with plenty of chairs to relax on There are also some couches and chairs outside where you can relax with a drink if you don’t want to be near the pool If I ever come back to Orlando, I would never stay anywhere except The Celeste

Excellent property, despite the confusing brand Two year old hotel easily ranks with Marriott, Sheraton, or Renaissance brands Clean, quiet rooms, outstanding housekeeping and engineering

Friendly, efficient front desk Hannah and Ireland in the Aurora restaurant, and Joel at the bar are outstanding Especially Joel Valets are friendly and attentive, have the hardest jobs as they’re outside all day Stayed here two weeks for business but enjoyed the clean, well-maintained salt-water pool whenever I could I’ll try to reserve here whenever I return to Orlando for work or pleasure

Stephanie Lopez-Shelton

We are enjoying staying here for graduation Pretty hotel Love the light up Space Shuttle wall mural

Weight room and pool are nice The Aurora restaurant was a lifesaver for us last night after checking in Everything was delicious Our waitress was really nice Front desk staff was welcoming The valet staff were really good and nice I felt bad for them with all the action out there in the heat but they were nice and smiling the whole time Our car was up before we came out every time Rooms are nice with very comfortable beds Definitely recommend this hotel!

I am going to give the hotel a full 5-star review I did note that the bed frames were a bit dated, and they could use firmer pillows, along with adding complimentary snack at check in Other than those minor things, the hotel was beautiful, the staff was very pleasant

I loved the back-room view, and it was very affordable given distance from big attractions We were in town for high school singing competition and this hotel was right around the corner and close to a lot of restaurants I will definitely book again and tell others to do the same

Overall quality and cleanliness was not an issue, however, for the price of the room one would expect a continental breakfast at least, especially since the hotel clerk mentioned there is breakfast in the morning He failed to tell me that one has to pay for breakfast I did go down for breakfast and was going through empty pots looking for hot food when someone from the kitchen said, “those are empty, your food is cooked to order but you have to pay

” I said what about the fruit over here, she said,” everything in here has to be paid for, that’s Hampton Inn that does free breakfast, the Garden Inn doesn’t” I said, ”Oh, well how much is breakfast?” She said, “Some are $1295, they are different prices” I said, “Why don’t I just go to a restaurant then if I have to pay?” She said, ” Henry is a real good cook ,and he does a fantastic job” No disrespect to Henry but he looked to be about 75 years of age however he was very energetic as he quickly moved about the stove area I ended up going to the nearby Metro Diner

We had two rooms for my graduation weekend The were clean and neat for the most part The AC unit was rather loud

I noticed what look like dried blood or dirt on the sheet like it was washed but permanently stained the sheets I did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi The pool needed some cleaning and the equipment they had was too long Overall the staff was super helpful and pleasant We enjoyed the decorations they had for UCF Graduation and Mother’s Day

We stayed there for a week with about 30 members in our group and breakfast was essentially non existent during the entire stay even though the person behind the desk would say it would be availableThere were no luggage carts to bring luggage and supplies in from the charter bus There was no courtesy water available from the dispenser AR the desk on the last day

My room did have trash left in it on the floor from previous occupancy We husband and I stay at Marriotts and Hiltons but this Marriott is not a consideration at this moment for future stays

Teresa Avila

Disgusted the whole time,There was hair and makeup on my sheets, the front desk brought me new sheets but was disgusted the rest of the trip There were also these tiny bugs everywhere, night stand, bathroom, desk, and couchAlso the breakfast & coffee were terrible, they had sausage biscuits one morning in the hotplate

They were literally coldIt will not let me upload the video of the big but I took a picture of the video

Super nice for the “quality range” We had a suite with a kitchenette, the fridge was a bit noisy, but it had a lot of room to store and prep food The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was good although the coffee was very bright and acidic

The kids loved the pancake machine The shuttle service from the Orlando airport was not available when we arrived, but the hotel reimbursed us for the taxi we took instead

Geraldine. Washington

Great location very clean that only clean room by request this was fine for me I set garbage outside and request new towel and bedding when needed they bring right up no problem Breakfast can improve a lot but I cinnamon roll hot with coffee and called it a day

The have turkey sausage and not a fan but I have been cooking professional 45 year so I am critical of food (Hard to please) they do have hot oatmeal and you can make hot pancakes 🥞 the were good not far from all parks All in all I would stay here again I booked through bookingcom for a great price

Service, cleanliness, friendliness, I can’t say enough good things!! We were coming back from a cruise and had stayed in a different hotel that was closer to port before cruise It was a lot more money and couldn’t hold a candle to this place! I highly recommend The Holiday Inn Express! The young man working the front desk was exceptional, I believe his name was Jordan!

This is the best hotel I’ve been in in years, if not ever Our two queen bed room was huge It had a microwave, mini fridge, small table to eat at with two chairs, sofa that folds out into a bed with an end table

It had luxury vinyl laminate flooring and just a small area of carpet under the bed and around the bed I’ve always been grossed out by hotel carpeting It gets dirty, sticky, and nasty Luxury vinyl laminate is so much better and looks so much nicer Instead of a dresser it had three large drawers sticking out from the wall with two other seats under it where you can sit and put on makeup or whatever I have been to a ton of hotels in this was the biggest standard hotel room I’ve ever seen Also, the room had a true blackout blind that blocked all light from the window The shower worked good The bathroom had a real door that locks, unlike some new modern hotels with those terrible sliding doors that give next to zero privacy It also had a fan that turns on with the light, so you could not turn it off but it’s much better than not having a fan at allThe breakfast was really good They even had Jimmy Dean sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits in addition to omelettes, sausage patties, pancakes, waffles, and everything else that’s normally at hotel breakfasts The lady working the breakfast was super sweet and accommodatingI only had two minor gripes One was that they would not accept cash payment for the room and the other was that whoever put the weather stripping on the door to the room was very unskilled to say the least They literally installed it with more than a quarter inch gap between it and the door It doesn’t block the light at all, which is its sole purpose I put a towel under the door to block the light from the bottom but I couldn’t block the light from the side The room was still pretty dark though

Room was absolutely disgusting, I woke up and found bite marks on my skin and found out my first room had bed bugs in it and then I get to move to another to room then that room the toilet wouldn’t go down for putting almost nothing in that cheap toilet and they couldn’t do anything about it so I had to move into another room for my last night! The showers in each of the rooms were very disgusting, I don’t even have words to describe how bad the all the showers looked This place was under renovation and I think should’ve finished renovating first before putting people in rooms The only good part about this stay is the staff there are very nice to everyone

I should not have to worry about all of this just for a five night stay, this was absolutely ridiculous, the only good part about this stay was the staff were very nice, but other than that, I will probably NEVER stay in a best western hotel because of this and definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel!

Rikki

We changed rooms in this hotel three times! The first room had trash by the bed from a previous customer, the air conditioner and lights were broken The second room had fleas, which caused us get bit by fleas The third room had not been cleaned and the bedding was clearly used! And now the fourth room has no cold water

Instead of solving our problems, the front desk staff kept saying that the manager could only be contacted on Monday He said that he could not contact the manager by message or phone to help us solve our problems! On top of that, their elevator is broken When we got into the elevator, the elevator seemed to be jumping, very scary! There were many problems, but the front desk staff is still very bad attitude, he said that he wanted to help other guests check out, no time to solve our problems I do not think checking out other people is any more urgent than our problem!

Work trip to Orlando Ended up being situated in this here room It was a fairly well maintained space

Nice sizable bed Had a couch for lounging, and a desk with a night light Even a microwave and mini fridge The location is great too, because everything is within walking distance so far as restaurants go There is even a pool, which I did not personally attend There is food served at the bar after 5 My only complaint is the room service was lacking The cleaning ladies didn’t clean up and replace the old towels They also left the trash in the bins Not the end of the world, but it isn’t asking much to do a complete job Otherwise, I would without a seconds hesitation spend another week straight here

So when I first arrived I initially had a problem The hotel was COMPLETELY full the weekend I went there was bus loads of people checking in The operation manager Adrianna was sure to reach out to me and completely take care of all the issues that I had

She was a saving grace! Good hotel Love the balconies Love the lemon scented products for shampoo and lotion Just extremely pleased with how this manager handled the situation after finding out what happened over the weekend

These hotel rooms are pretty gross The lobby has been updated nicely, but the rooms haven’t been TOUCHED in YEARS Looks like an old motel room inside

Not clean Our room had cobwebs, a tub that leaked all the way into the other room and smelled VERY musty Marie at the front desk was very sweet and moved is immediately after a flooding shower She was incredibly gracious and helpful BUT, this hotel needs a lot of work

To begin, this is a lovely, functional hotel for either a short or long-term stay It’s truly a hidden gem at a reasonable price point I love the functional wall in the Home2 Suites

The kitchen is fully equipped, including 3/4 fridge with large freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave, as well as plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery At this Home2 Suites, the rooms seem to maximize storage in unexpected, creative ways In the queen suite there are 2 desk surfaces, a rolling dining table, nesting side tables and nearly endless storageWhat makes this hotel truly special, in my experience, is the staff The young lady working the front last night went out of her way for us twice, quickly and with a smile I wish I had gotten her name! This morning, at 3:40am, my mom was getting ready to grab her early flight, and I asked the young lady working if there was a way to get something for her to eat Again, I was facing someone who was attentive, friendly, thoughtful and happy She ran around the back grabbing fruit and water I figure anybody in the service industry who is able to maintain that kind of attitude at 3:40 in the morning is destined for sainthood Her name was Genesis Both women embodied a level of customer service that should be the goal of every person in customer service, and you cannot maintain that without having a good employer Truly, it makes this hotel special

This hotel is AMAZING!!! Me & my Husband went to stay here on our honeymoon because we just recently married This hotel welcomed us with opened arms They even gave us a small gift as well

They greeted us every morning & breakfast was fantastic!!! The hotel was always cleaned when we came in from adventuring They are also were very helpful when we didn’t know how to work the shades in the room We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Orlando If you want a nice breakfast, clean rooms, and a welcoming staff I would definitely recommend this place! Thanks you guys for a wonderful stay, until next time

I have been staying in Marriotts all my life and this was my first experience staying at a HiltonLet me tell you, IT WAS AWESOME!!!This place has everything you normally would have at Home like a fridge, microwave, etcThe best part for me was the nice clean BED! I’ve never slept so good! I couldn’t wake up in the morning

I don’t know if it was the comforters or the mattress, but I got a well needed rest

My husband and I stayed at this location for over a week and we really it and enjoyed our stay I have to mention Tess, Manager and Isabella for their great smiles every morning whether it was 6am or 10am, they greeted you with big beautiful smiles and were very attentive to your needs Great job, Ms

Tess and thank you for everything to you and your entire staff-Mr and Mrs Lamb

Room had roaches They moved us to another room that wasn’t sure if was safe to stay in because of poison, confirmed they fumigated day before Requested housekeeping during my stay, they didn’t show up

Annoying your room cards don’t work for gym, have to request it every time you want to use it Too many people to use the pool & dirty Not ideal for families, had construction workers smoking & drinking all day watching the guests swim Breakfast had turkey sausage everyday- don’t eat turkey- what happened to bacon? Limited options Rooms are paper thin Can hear everything in the hallway, people talking, other rooms, even when the elevator dings Constantly wakes you up I won’t be staying here again

S H

Breakfast included was pretty complete except that was missing fruits Not even bananas were offered, forget about apples Being in FL one would think fruit would be readily available

Recommend to replace Cinnabon for apples and bananas if looking at cutting the budgetThe website says laundry included but with out luck it wasn’t functioning!! We had to find an outside laundry, very inconvenient! Took a star off from service but staff were nice and knowledgeable

This Inn was very cozy and clean The entrance is kind of tucked away if you’re coming from Lake Eola next door We were greeted with smiles and the lobby smelled so clean

Coffee and infused water available right there Our room was a single queen with a balcony Room was a little small, but none the less comfortable Bed is nice and soft Bathroom was clean and the walk in shower was spacious Balcony is shared, separated by white curtains The view outside wasn’t amazing, but for just sitting outside enjoying the weather it’s nice My only complaint was that our TV wasn’t workingThere is an open balcony in the main hallway in the 2nd floor with comfy chairs Nice area to just catch some sun and relax At night they have soft lights around the areaOverall it’s a nice stay and would recommend itAlso sits above a bar!

Throughly enjoyed the hotel they give you a decent breakfast daily and on Wednesday night they offer snacks and light appetizers along with beer wine and water complimentary I thought that was very generous The hotel is clean the rooms are nice and the people that work there are nice as well

The one comment I will say is that if you close the bedroom door for privacy there is not a large vent to cool the living room kitchen area where I had 2 people sleeping so we had to leave the bedroom door open for it to be cool

rowena betoro

Our stay with the whole family in this hotel was excellentGreat choices of breakfast, they had an excellent way of treating their guest by providing dinner with the wine, beer, and foods (vegetable salad, cheeses, nachoritos, soup)Staff are friendly, and the managerTheir rooms are great it is clean, big

Highly recommended to stay 👏👏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I will rate them more than 10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I spent 2 weeks here and enjoyed my time Rooms are a little worn out but perfectly acceptable I appreciated the fan on the AC could be set to run continuously, since it was a great way to drown out the noise outside

My first 2 nights, I ended up between a family with 2 rooms who didn’t arrive until 1130pm and were going back and forth between rooms nonstop, yelling and slamming doors The second night I called the front desk to complain shortly after midnight, and they did send someone to ask them to quiet down There did seem to be a ton of families staying hereThe pool was excellent- VERY warm water and relaxing My only complaint is you had to ask for a pool towel at the front desk every single time Sometimes that took forever when there was people checking inBreakfast was great- plenty of options, which rotated so it wasn’t the same thing every day The ladies working the breakfast did an excellent job of keeping everything full Coffee was good and hotThe fitness center was a little weak They have 2 treadmills, an elptical, a bike, and a set of dumbbells Very little room to do anything else If the weather is cool enough, you can run the large block the hotel is on and it’s about 2 1/2 miles All sidewalks, and no intersections to crossThe front desk staff were very friendly and the location is close to tons of restaurants, and very close to UCF It’s the about 25 minutes from the airport

The staff was wonderful and tried to be accommodating which is amazing considering how under staffed they were The breakfast buffet was excellent We did encounter a few issues

No Handicapp stalls in the ladies room on the main floor, air conditioner in our room did not work It was replaced with a new unit a few hours later; clogged toilet, they had to use a Plunger to fix (40 minutes later), I booked my room 6 weeks in advanced with a request for a king room with roll in shower which was confirmed Upon my arrival was informed there were given out earlier Why bother booking special requests if they are not honored We did have a walk in shower, no hand held shower head shower head and no bench to sit on Very painful trying to stand to shower Very disappointing

I stayed here for a conference June of 2022 The staff at the front desk was super helpful and friendly My room was clean and comfortable

My only complaint is about the air conditioner in my room It ran constantly, and it was loud To get it to turn off I would turn the temperature up on the thermostat This shut the unit off, but it wouldn’t be long until the room would get humid and the air needed to be turned on The overall stay was great and I would stay here again

Always a great stay We’ve stayed twice with our baseball team The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly & the beds are comfortable

The location isn’t my favorite & I always have trouble with the gate in the parking lot but I will continue to stay here when we’re playing ball in Orlando The kids always enjoy the pool & hot tub & there is a restaurant & bar right down stairs, which is super convient

My dauthers and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here It was by far, one of our best hotel experiences in Orlando From check-in, to surprising my girls with the delicious breakfast in the morning

Our room was so nice, and the beds delightfully comfortable Located so close to downtown, it gave us a taste of downtown living 10/10 would recommend, and we will definitely come back again

Desiree Neal

Old property with renovations and soft touches of contemporary decor It’s downtown inner city so with that being said comes homelessness and stranglers… doesn’t bother me but might bother you Location is immediately off I-4 for a bit of convenience

Valet or self parking($18) and has a shuttle service that takes you 3mi of the property Staff interaction was pleasant and informative My stay came with breakfast I was supposed to have a dbl Queen however the 3rd party sent it to the hotel as king room The front desk employee was able to make a reasonable adjustment and get me a room with a pull out sofa, Thanks front desk! The room was fresh but did have smudges on the wall, sofa cushions were worn and slouchy, the packaged cups placed with the ice bin had holes in the plastic and were torn 🤔 which made me question safety/cleanliness/sanitary but I’m just go pray about it and drink the alcohol hoping that kills whatever may have got in the cup

Cinda Clark

Room was nice but

negatives were coffee machine was broken, shower water temp was either scalding hot or cold no in-between, the lighting was terrible no light near door where only full length mirror is One of the lamps had an light bulb out that I pulled out so room service would know The mini fridge worked but the exterior so hot that i left cabinet door it was housed in open to try to cool it off Kept the drinks cold though The restaurant is NOT open for lunch even though advertised it is Positives was beds comfortable, rooms was clean and was cold

I’m not sure if it was because I spent the day at Disney, or if it was because I wasn’t feeling great

but by the time I got to this room, wowprobably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in Even the next day, my son and I were blown away at how good the sheets felt and how neither of us wanted to get out of these beds Front desk was very friendly when I showed up I booked two rooms and they got my other rooms guests booked and into their rooms hours before I showed up even though I forgot to call ahead and say I wouldn’t be with them checking in Made the process easy Breakfast was standard hotel breakfastnothing to write home about, but good enough to start a road trip on Rooms decor was really nice here I don’t have anything negative to say about that The room I picked was just a standard with two queens, but was on the small side with a pretty poor excuse for a window So based on thatthe price was a little steep But not being familiar with the area probably on par with others Only thing that dropped me from 5 stars was cost and size of room for that cost There are plenty of places to eat right around the corner too

Adam Sechrest

This is a great hotel We were able to rent a suite room for the price of single rooms at other nearby hotels The room was clean and relatively modern

It had a separate living/kitchen area, and a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds The staff was friendly, the bathroom clean, the water hot The continental breakfast was great There are vending machines on each floor Overall, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was Would recommend

Chris Bruening

The room is fine and clean, but certain rooms share a door with another room and there is absolutely NO soundproofing between those rooms You can literally see through the large gap at the bottom (photo attached) I asked the front desk to switch rooms because I could clearly hear every word spoken by my room neighbors (they were speaking at a normal volume and weren’t even yelling), and I was told that every single room in this hotel has a door with another room

I know this can’t be true and it is confirmed by the other attached photo, so I’m unsure why I was told this Only four rooms per floor have a connecting door to another room Unfortunately, I was moved to one of the only other rooms with an adjoining door! Fortunately, I don’t think anyone is currently staying in the connecting room, so I’m hoping that holds true for the rest of my trip I currently have a towel shoved under the gaping door hole as a precaution anyway

The airline placed my family here when they overbooked the flight Staff and service was excellent The facility was recently updated, but the building still shows aging

We had trouble with the elevators and the room keys not working reliably, and the air conditioner was very rattly There’s a very large outdoor pool The hot tub wasn’t operational Breakfast (paid, but free with IHG status) was great, with an excellent omelette bar

Emily Ohmart

Not a great stay at the Holiday Inn this time The hot tub was out of order, our room key stopped working almost every time we left and came back — we had to get it reset twice (and the trip isn’t over yet) We also overheard a family enter their room for the first time to find someone else in the room! They charge for parking, and the $11

99 breakfast buffet looked like any other hot breakfast that would normally be includedThe rooms were clean and staff was friendly, but would not recommend staying here at the time of this review

Follow up at this location is a tough pill to swallow I would have expected this at a value brand motel and not bothered following up As a Spire Elite member, I would have expected a little more

I checked out at 11AM on 2/19 At 12:10PM I made my first attempt to contact the hotel regarding an item forgotten in the room At 4:50PM, my second attempt was made then again at 7:19PM Didn’t get the name of the 12:10 PM person, spoke with Tina Marie for the last two calls on the 19th and was assured from Tina Marie someone would contact me on 2/20 between 9-5 to follow up2/20 5:25 PM called again, spoke to Liz (Supervisor), explained about forgotten item again as this was new to her, assured again a follow up call would be made within 30 minutes Called back at 6:18PM, 7:14PM and finally 8:51PM, no answer on all 3 attempts2/21 1:34PM Spoke with Dakota at the front desk, explained the problem again, she actually took the time to go to Housekeeping to look for the item and unfortunately was unable to locate itI get it, I left the item behind, completely my fault I’m sure I’m not the first person to have left something behindBiggest problem right now is parts availability of electronic manufacturing is currently making it difficult to find a replacementRecovery at the hotel would have been much easier within 2 hours versus waiting 2 days for someone to actually look, making multiple calls (some unanswered), multiple explanations, and of course the final frustration, no one able to locate it versus actually been looked for when originally reportedLost & Found protocols should be in place and enforced, things happen Why the disconnect? Above all, if the desk agents or supervisors say they will call back, actually call back instead of attempting to pacify a paying customer

QUEENofCOIN “QueenOfCOIN”

If I were the owner of the Hilton brand, I would yank my name off this building I stayed 2 nights at 269/per night When I arrived, the valet situation was a cluster

It appeared to be a one-way drive PACKED with parked cars, I didn’t know what to do I had a lot of bags to unload and there was no luggage cart The valet explained that they were all taken and suggested that I stop the elevator on every floor to look for a cart that someone had ditched I made two trips to fourteenth floor to get everything inChecking in, I was the only guest at the front desk, and the tall man would not even acknowledge me He seemed super stressed out The lady offered to help me instead Turns out the tall guy is the manager Now this is all making senseOnce I got in the room, I realized the toilet was clogged, and the bed-side light was flickering like an insane asylum I called the front desk to ask for a room with a working toilet and lights, but they did nothing about it The young man who works late acted like he was so aggravated that I called the front desk to ask for a wake up call He was also rude when I asked if it was too late to get food from restaurantI called down to the valet at 615am to pull up my car and when I got down there, they had ignored my request, which me late for a work event I was away for 17 hours, and since I didn’t have time to hassle with room request, I decided to ignore the issues My room was untouched, nobody serviced it, cleaned it, no coffee Which forced me to buy a $5 black coffee downstairs at Starbucks because there was no other optionThe manager at the front desk should have been my first indication that this place is a circus Between the sloppy valet, unkempt rooms, and RUDE men working the front desk, This place needs new management

Kenny Tudor

The room weren’t great The air conditioner ran constantly you couldn’t adjust the temperature so we had to turn it off so we didn’t freeze to death The room had a musty smell to it

There is a place to eat in the lobby but I wouldn’t call it a restaurant it was overpriced The location was convenient they don’t tell you on the booking sites you have to pay additional for parking

Sophia Vedell

This was one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in in my whole entire life Parking was horrible one way in pretty much one way out Got in my room filthy had a washcloth that someone had used had lipstick or blood I don’t know which one went and talked to the housekeeper she said she didn’t speak English so she really couldn’t help me

Really foul smell carpet was dirty really need to be renovated Horrible experience never again!! Valet worker smell completely like he just came out of the room and was smoking weed !!

This place is beautiful The two bedroom, two bath, living room and kitchen were nice, clean & sanitized Although there’s a disconnected fireplace in the living room, it still brings a relaxing ambience to the place

The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator The cabinets have plates, pots & pans included Kitchen also has a dishwasher The breakfast is wonderful There’s hot food: Belgian waffles, sausage egg & cheese bagels, egg/spinach quiches, muffins, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, etc

It’s OK, I don’t mind to give all 5 stars to this lovely accommodation Because at 930am , breakfast time was over I already done but some guest come to have breakfast and they already done and everything was clean

But lady from kitchen give him some coffee and some sandwiches to him Not too much but this is great service Rooms are clean and no smell because I move from one bed room to two bed room I can’t look everything to review for this property but I only can review something comes up with me You can ask free water bottles like 2 per day Not alots but they show their hospitality to their guests Good job Thanks

I know that sometimes Residence Inns get a bad rap for being older and a little run down, but this is one of the best I’ve stayed at It’s clean, well maintained and quite We’ve been here for a week now and it’s been a pleasant experience

The furniture should certainly be updated, but the beds are comfortable and the appliances in the kitchen are updated I would certainly stay here again

Positive: the price was reasonable The room was a good sizeThe staff are very friendly! The pool temp was perfect

Negatives: the front desk staff, though nice, are never at the front desk They wait in the office behind it And there is no service bell, so each time you wonder if anyone is there or if they’ll come outLots of areas in need of repainting or updatingThe hallways smelled funkyA few other things but those were the main complaints

My husband and I have spent the last 10 weeks at this hotel because my husband got relocated for work During our time at the hotel, we really felt the staff made our visit feel like we were at our home, away from home The employees are very friendly and always welcomed us, including our puppy, no matter how many times we walk in or out of the lobby each day

Though the staff overall is superb, there were a few employees who went above and beyond during our stay and I’d like to highlight who they wereJessica – Works greeting guests at the front desk in the lobby Jessica was by far the most lovely employee She was always so joyful and kind to us! Each night she would bake cookies for the guests, and as time went on, she knew my husband and I absolutely loved her hot and freshly baked cookies So, she took the initiative upon herself to call our room (on occasion) and let us know she just took some hot cookies out of the oven, and even offered to bring them to our room She was very personable, selfless, and kind!Lizabeth – She serviced and cleaned our room each day She too was always so friendly, especially to our puppy There were times I wouldn’t be in the room when she would service it, but I never worried about leaving my dog alone with her Rather, it seemed that the more time they spent together the more our dog loved seeing her each day She is a very hard worker and always has a smile on her face It was such a pleasure getting to see her each dayRoselyn and Maye – Both of these ladies worked in housekeeping as well and went above and beyond in their work Not only cleaning our room with such detail, but also their exuberant personalities always brightened my dayPablo- Though his title is chief engineer at the hotel, Pablo helped serve me in many ways One incident that really stood out to me was when I was doing laundry, he noticed me struggling to carry my basket So, he carried it for me all the way up to room He is always the first one to jump in and help where help is neededLastly, Cristyl-Lin, the manager of the hotel During my stay, there were many things I needed help with and she too would go above and beyond to serve me and my family If she didn’t have the answer immediately, she would always call back and follow up It is evident that her staff if so joy-filled because of how she leads her team Excellent job on Marriott’s behalf in hiring such an exceptional managerWhile I am excited to finally be going back home, I will surely miss the people at this hotel My husband and I really couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time here

Candice Moore

We haven’t stayed here yet, but made a reservation for the end of September, beginning of October for UCF family weekend Our flight plans changed per the airline unfortunately We had to call and change our reservations and spoke to Mauricio, who was amazing

He not only changed the dates, but also fixed the rates after they were messed up due to the change I hope he is working while we are there so we can thank him personally for being so wonderful
