We chose this hotel because they were one of the only ones that has an outdoor swimming pool We were disappointed to find it is shaded by the hotel building and never got sun and it’s the size of a large hot tub so that was a bummer This hotel is disgusting, dirty and tired

It needs a major overhaul Location is great and staff were pretty nice Parking is overpriced and you have to walk really far with bags as the garage is part of the convention center Our room was extremely dated and gross The floor had a giant red stain in the middle of it The carpet was so dirty (see photos) There was garbage left behind Bobby pins on floor so who knows what else was lurking as far as germs The lounge chair was so dirty and stained and had crumbs all over it and under the cushion I just felt grossed out touching any surfaces The price was jacked up because of something going on in town so this was not at all worth the $289 nightly rate If you have extremely low cleanliness standards this might be ok for you They really need to disinfect and update this place

We had a lovely visit in Spokane this past week, and the DoubleTree Hotel was really nice Special shout out to the ladies at breakfast – Krystal, Sandy, and Patty They were always cheerful, friendly, and helpful

(The cook was awesome, too – always cooked my eggs over medium perfectly!) Front desk personnel were likewise wonderful, especially the young lady (whose name I didn’t get) with the glasses and short dark hair The location can’t be beat, and the proximity to the Centennial Trail is an added bonus Thank you all for everything!

I’m local but in the middle of a move and I really just needed a break from the chaos so I stayed here during a weeknight The rate was very reasonable, rooms and lobby were super clean, the pool room was a great temp and had toys for kids, nice little gift shop for snacks and toys for little ones and all the staff was extremely friendly They also had a great hot breakfast and cookies in the evening

This truly felt like a mini vacation and I thought oils rate this hotel higher if I could!

We were here for the night when we flew on late Grateful we took this (other place on the way back had no shuttle and we could not get a rental car at the hour we came in) It was wonderful! Comfy, clean, friendly staff, and no issues with the shutttle as we arrived before 1 AM and it is on the small airport grounds, basically

We DID NOT hear planes all night long–kids in the AM, yes, but not traffic The other place was horrible, so we will stay here next time coming & going!

This was the third time staying here It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff and the beds are comfortable I’m giving it four stars because the room we initially were given keys for had white dog hair covering the floor

I mean it was covered! Not sure how housekeeping missed that one, but when I went back to the front desk and explained the situation they quickly gave us another room without issue I realize this can occasionally happen so it’s not a big deal Our new room was clean and comfy I wish there were plugs or charging ports on the bed stands, but we made it work Overall it was another great stay I really appreciate the free airport shuttle They got us there in plenty of time for our early flight

Jeannine Harris

It’s a decent little hotel Breakfast is very basic and there’s a little dining area There is a pool table that wasn’t working during our stay and a couple vending machines

Small heated pool and small gym The only thing I’m going be picky about is the check in time and process It’s a 3pm or after check in They won’t check you in early at all All rooms have to be cleaned first We were an hour early So if you traveling by car be prepared to leave your luggage in your car

Love this hotel!!! Friendly service, beautiful, clean hotel Love the location, just across from the river Plenty of lighting in the rooms, which is usually my complaint in other hotel rooms

Large rooms with plenty of storage for clothing Bathrooms had plenty of counter space with space under the counter as well They offer all the free water you want during your stay I had an issue during my stay and Taylor went above and beyond to rectify the situation Will definitely stay here again!

Elizabeth Boss

The hotel was nice, however, there was a huge party going on in the suite next to me that extended into the hallway I called “At Your Service” twice asking if there was anything they could do to get the party quieted I selected the top floor “Penthouse Suite” (which, I’m guessing there are several floors with all rooms similar) and a room at the far end from the elevator hoping it would be a quiet room

I paid extra for a room I thought would be quiet and was quite disappointed I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re part of the party

Brekyn Worbes

We really enjoyed our experience! The view of downtown was beautiful The hotel bar’s drink are absolutely amazing and the food there is delicious Our room was spacious, clean, modern design

No mini fridge or microwave but still great The showers was super cool and big Staff was friendly and eager to help Vale was well worth the little up charge The location is PERFECT Close to bars, restaurants, and the river Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic stay! We spent 4 nights here in a suite with 3 kids It was clean and smelled great The room was the perfect size for us

We had breakfast almost every morning and the woman running it was so sweet and did a great job keeping everything stocked The front desk people were friendly, one night we came in late and he was baking cookies and offered them to the kids So sweet! Would 100% stay again

Zack Stockdale

I’ve stayed a lot of places in Spokane around the convention center This was a solid choice Good price decent room great breakfast! Just make sure you don’t get a room next to the elevator can’t imagine those people got a lot of sleep

And there seem to be a lot of people drag racing on the street outside at all hours But we were sound sleepers Would stay again

Lauren Benda

We really liked this Best Western All of the staff were very friendly and attentive Our room was clean and the breakfast bar was very well stocked

We also loved the location being close to the river and restaurants, etc The co-op market next door was a great bonus for to-go dinners, fresh fruit, drinks, etc We would definitely stay here again!

Barney Norwick

High quality for any price It had all the usual features of a good room such as a great bed, very clean, updated facilities, etc What set it apart was the little touches that came from someone who has done this for years and thinks about the customers needs

Two little things come to mind: enough clothes hooks in the bathroom for all your clothes and an night light!

Don’t Worry

You figure when you call in at the front desk these small hotel/motels the owner would answer never the less a manager and would appreciate the call because it can be a sale But no not the best attitude seemed like it was a hassle to answer the phone and give pricing It’s hospitality if you don’t like it I hate to say it then do something else

Prices are too high for the basics for what they offer

Cindy Nielson

If your wanting a wonderful place to stay this is it ! As my grandson saidWe need to give them a 5 star review ! I can always depend on clean and nicely decorated rooms , offering free WiFi , mini fridge and microwave As the Auxiliary President of the VFW next door we always recommend this is where you want to stay to our visiting Veteransand their families ! Thank you Karen for a top notch experience as always !

They say they are pet friendly but they are not I left the room to get water at the gas station next to it and received a call that my dog had barked a little Even though he was not barking when they called, they said we would be kicked out it he did it again

The bathroom was a joke The dispensers for soaps were empty and they had no individual bottles They have THE STUPIDEST glass door as a barrier so you are just standing naked in the wind The walls were incredibly thin so every sound could be heard in the room The beds were hard and the pillows were almost nonexistent to where I had to use 3 just to get comfortable We stayed in 2 other best westerns before this one and had a great experience This hotel is garbage

Caleb Peterson

I checked in to room 233 at 11:15pm when we made it to the room it looked like the bed had been made but that’s it Garbage pieces were present on the floor and there is a half eaten melty Klondike bar in the refrigerator

No phone to call the front desk so I walked back down I asked the gentleman at the front desk to assure me the room had been cleaned He said he could not after checking the log He also said that in order for me to have it clean we would need to stay for 5 days I ignorantly assumed that was a given since 1 We payed for a clean room 2 Covid is still a thing 3 Common sense I thought

The launch area for our kayak and their rental boats is muddy and filled with seaweed It’s the kind of mud that sucks your shoes off Otherwise, the lake is beautiful

The owners and management are friendly and very accommodating Five stars for themThough we haven’t camped there, the campground is small with limited sewage sites It does have a nice picnic area

#ThreeHatsRanch

A really nice find Owners are very helpful and courteous Park is located directly on Silver Lake

Good shade, water and electric hook up’s Only 15 minutes to Spokane Easy access to fuel, groceries and other services Very quiet at night even with the kids at various sites Owner is very responsive to maintenance Grass is green and well taken care of

Melaia Tutanekai

We didn’t realize how small the site was We camped in tents We had a good time

Friendly staff The water was so full of seaweed stuff it wasnt appealing to swim in This was our hugest displeasure So packed at the shore line It was rather gross Our kids wouldnt even brave it And the only watercraft is basic We thought you could rent a boat We brought our kayaks and loved being able to drop in and go 😞 showers could use a little update/upkeepover all beautiful spot Just doesn’t really have that resort feel when you can’t swim in water 😕

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel This site will compare countless hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in the area

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you definitely won’t be let downWe love this hotel- the staff is so nice (everyone but notably front desk Ben!) The Manager’s Reception in the evenings with complimentary soup/breadsticks and drinks (perfect after my kids wore themselves out at the nice, clean pool) is pretty tasty Super clean rooms and delicious breakfast that differs a little each day The location is perfect for walking downtown- close to everything Room views are gorgeous We love staying here!

Kristina Concord

Great hotel! Staff really makes this hotel a 5 star My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary, there was wine and chocolate in our room! The front desk was also friendly and helpful The room was comfortable and spacious

Perfect location for a walk on the riverside Would highly recommend and I’d stay here again 🙂

Chris Royse

I booked my room through a 3rd party and that was my only mistake! I wanted a balcony room over looking the river and the view for my 1 year anniversary After booking the room I arrived to find a room that wasn’t comparable to the one I had booked The staff couldn’t accommodate as they tried due to them being booked

So I stayed in the room for the night I notified management of the reason I was wanting that specific room and the General Manager was amazing He sent me a Gift Certificate for another visit so I can make up the stay to my beautiful GF! Good work OS’s and thank you again kind manager! Will definitely recommend as the facility is amazing, staff was great, and the breakfast wasn’t bad for a hotel BF!

This location was ideal for me and the environment was friendly But I had two little issues that I would like to see addressed, first after checking in I was still seeing long hair around the bathroom which I believe was not properly cleaned after the last guest Second issue was the hotel payment options

I will recommend having wide range of options to make it easier for guest Specifically I would like to see the hotel accept apple pay Its good when you a very limited choice for payment Apart from these two issues, everything else pleasant and guest friendly

Lay Cistercians

The restaurant is over the top amazing gourmet! Completely unexpected from a hotel restaurant but this was one of the best meals I had a stuffed salmon with lemon dill sauce and my husband had a sautéed Chicken dish with mushrooms mashed potatoes and green beans Each meal was only $22

Server has been there for 20 years and was a joy We will stay here again next time we pass through

They were so responsive and dedicated to making the entire weekend magical and exactly what I wanted We rented the entire venue for the whole weekend and it was an INSANELY GOOD PRICE and basically included everything for our big day If you are looking for a beautiful venue and wanting to have a totally stress free event or wedding you HAVE TO go check this place out! It’s absolutely stunning inside and outside! I work in the wedding industry and I will HIGHLY recommend this venue to all of my brides! I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the wonderful people who run it I couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect day! Thank you so much Maggie, Chandler, and Denise! 10/5 stars!!!

We chose the Roberts Mansion for my daughter’s wedding The mansion itself is just beautiful with so much charm, and the outdoor garden was perfect for hosting our gatheringMostly we couldn’t have done it without Denise the wedding planner

She Immediately gave us the confidence we needed to know that no matter what our wedding and reception would be held in good hands because of her Denise also has Maggie and Chandler on staff, they were so accommodating, knowledgeable and fun from beginning to end The day of the wedding because of all of their expertise there was nothing we needed to worried about everything was handled so perfectlyWe had the time of our lives and are so grateful for every moment we had at this amazing place and with these wonderful peopleThank you Denise you are the best, we will never forget you!

Extremely friendly staff This hotel has everything you need at a discounted price if you have a loved one at Sacred Heart hospital It’s a short and easy walk to the hospital, they have coffee made and fresh water day and night and a Continental breakfast

Guest laundry etc But really the best thing is how supportive and accommodating the staff is I had no idea how long I was going to need a room for, they set me up with 4 nights and if I needed to leave early it was no problem The staff is awesome, rooms are clean and comfortable

We absolutely LOVED this hotel We will definitely stay here next time we come to Spokane The woman at the front desk was so kind

She upgraded our room to a slightly bigger room because of our kids The room was huge and perfect The beds were comfortable and the rooms really clean Also it was SO quiet, I couldn’t hear anyone The free breakfast in the am was so good Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, biscuits and gravy and so much more The staff is really friendly too I highly recommend this hotel

Very fun historic section of town and also a bit of a challenge to get to For being so close to business and the hospital it was also just about as remote as (I imagine) you can get and still be within the city properThe view out the window was interesting to say the least

This was the first hotel I’ve stayed in where I could look out the window and see wild turkeys! And just a few blocks away on the way in we saw several deer!In a nutshell the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the parking lot was almost completely full

Fairchild lodging is slipping Their folks are amicable They try to be accommodating and service-oriented

Unfortunately, I don’t feel their leadership team serves them Recently, our stay was plagued by a defunct card reader The staff had to let people in their room, but only one was working behind the counter Abigail was excellent, but where were the backup systems? It’s a ridiculous position to put your staff in Another question? Where was the leadership? If your card machine isn’t working, you only have one front desk attendant, and this person must constantly leave to let guests in their rooms; you’ve got to resource that situation accordingly–if you’re short-staffed, leadership should be stepping up and doing the hard yards to support! I get services on our military installations is a benefit of sercice; but fees are charged and while cheaper, in many cases, than outside the gate there is still a cost and out uniformed service members, veterans, and their families deserve world-class service and leadership! Maintain and exceed the standard was the goal when I was serving in the military–what is going on? Do better Team Fairchild Inn!

We were on the highway (I-90) in Montana heading west My wife was calling ahead to Spokane for hotel reservations in town to be close to our granddaughter All the hotels were booked full because of college graduation weekend

I suggested my wife all the Fairchild AFB Inn which she did They were pretty full also and they put us in TLQ for 2 nights and the room was excellent We had stayed there a few times before waiting for space-a flights to England Always very clean and nice rooms

Stayed here for 3 nights back in May Typical AF Lodging that still place the game of waiting for X number days in row of temperatures above a certain degree before they can switch on the A/C Needless to say the room was uncomfortably hot

It use to be cheap enough to stay at Lodging to put up with this type of stuff but not anymore The front staff were fantastic though
