We were excited to be staying in a Marriott for an entire week this May We arrived and we’re greeted by kind staff It wasn’t until we got into the room that we started finding issues

The room was dirty, hair on the floor in the bathroom, makeup on one of the towels hung in the bathroom, the bathtub wouldn’t really drain and they somehow ran out of pillows We arrived late so it was the following morning my husband talked to a staff member The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful She wouldn’t look up from her phone for more than 3 seconds and she kept making excuses for the mess of the room and why they didn’t have pillows We witness staff laying on beds when they were there to clean the rooms and they turned our water off for over an hour without warning When I talked to another staff member about getting pillows she immediately went into a room and said it was full of pillows which leads me to believe the original front desk woman was too lazy to get them The hotel was under construction which was inconvenient and I wish they would have listed that on the website when booking The pool and gym were closed due to construction The breakfasts ladies were kind and food was decent for being prepackaged Overall unless they do an overhaul on their staff I wouldn’t recomendable staying here

Overall, I definitely recommend this place! It was in a nice side of town, rooms were clean, it was quite at night, beautiful mountain view and was conveniently near the freeway so easy access I don’t eat the food at hotels but if anyone does and it was part of there bad review, common sense this is a 3 star hotel not a luxury resort so just drive to Denver and eat some good food or drive 1 min to the Einstein bagel place literally down the street I love that the staff did not come to our room because we had all our stuff out

This made me feel more comfortable since we were not in our hotel room the majority of the time If you need something just pick up the phone and request it They will gladly bring it to you (its not that hard)Con:I (Hispanic woman) went to see if we could check in early as it was 1:50 pm(check in was at 3 pm) and I was not greeted kindly and was told no I have to wait till 3 pm because they did not have some kind of list yet The girl then turned back to the other female employee and began chatting again The attitude of the employee could be better on how to speak to guest About 2:20 pm, my husband (white male) went in to go check in and they gave him a room right away with no issues I think the proper way to speak to a guest is maybe saying “Sorry I do not have the list of clean rooms yet, but you may check back in about 20-30 minutes if you would like” You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover (I have tattoo sleeves on both arms) I am actually a nurse who knows how people should communicate and the girl I interacted with needed a few training courses I have bad days to but I do not talk to my patients like they are annoying me or bothering me the way I felt when speaking to this employeeHowever, this would not stop me from staying here again but I will just make sure to send my husband in from the start I never saw the employee afterwards so that made my 6 year anniversary getaway that much better! This place really is a good place to stay besides my interaction with the employee and I would def recommend this place to others

One star? Stayed 3 nights On third night discovered you didn’t need the key card to enter our room! Darn thing was broken Elevator, ice machine, office printer, external door card reader, all broken! The good? Great breakfast, location with a mountain view, heated pool and hot tub

Clean Not so quiet as the construction is wood You hear the people above you thumping as they walk on their floor Poor sound damping You won’t get smart staying at this HI Express!

I accidentally left a small clear plastic box next to the coffee pot in room 114 on the side table June 2nd when checking out The coffee pot wouldn’t work on top of the microwave so I moved it, the plug in was bad I had to stay at the hotel because I was moving to a new apartment, I got divorced in October last year and have had to rent a room with roomates so that I could pay off bills from our marriage

The plastic box was a gift from my daughter containing my favorite pearl jewelry from my dad who passed away two years ago May 15, a bracelet made by my daughter when she was four and the earrings she gave me every year since for Mother’s Day Some silver and gold necklaces, earrings and rings from my mom when I turned 50 and a gold cross my daughter bought for me with her first paycheck working as a courtesy clerk So sad that who ever cleaned or went into the room thought that they could take it I called the hotel and it was not in the room or in the lost and found What happened to good honest people? My mom and I stayed there for two nights when my daughter graduated I even gave the front reception lady flowers from the store I’m so disappointed Please give me back my precious jewelry

The location was great Hot breakfast was amazing! Kitchenette had everything we needed to feel at home Loved the separate bedroom

Staff was so helpful The queen bed in the bedroom was so comfortable I slept great every night The only issue we had was so sorry excuse for a mattress on the sleeper sofa It was thin like a mattress topper around the edges and even thinner in the middle You could feel coils in it My daughter ended up closing it up and sleeping on the sofa each night I was surprised This place was so nice in every other area I have slept on SUPER comfortable sofa beds in hotels We have never had an issue

This has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time ! In addition to the clean rooms, hallways, and lobby, the staff was extremely friendly and professional! They all seemed happy to be there and happy to help They have more than once went above and beyond to make our stay safe, easy, and fun! The pool are was lovely and clean, perfect to relax as well! 10/10 would stay here again and I will be recommending to all my friends and family

Kendra Lauren

This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly! The bartenders/waitresses, the front desk staff, the Starbucks barista, everyone! So happy to help and accommodating with all our questions, came here from Chicago and will be choosing this hotel each time I come to Denver! Couldn’t recommend this place more Rooms are very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries 10/10

I stayed here for three nights for a business trip The experience was quite disappointing Sheraton is supposed to be one of the “premium” bands in the Marriott family and yet it is more like a motel on the i25

The hotel needs serious renovation and repair There is only one elevator working and the carpet wore out in the lobby The club lounge was closed with no service The outdoor swimming pool looked unclean and there were a few dead bugs in the water The room was not very sound proof and I heard occasionally dog barking and people coughing in the nearby rooms There was not house keeping service eitherThe staff were very friendly though I guess they were very short staffed and could not offer full service Overall, the hotel does not represent a good Sheraton brand

We really really enjoyed our stay here I do not usually leave reviews, but the stay here made me want to go over and beyond to let anyone know who’ll be traveling to this area to stay here Staff very friendly, breakfast was hot and good & housekeeping kept our room clean whenever we left for the day

We were accommodated nicely for my birthday stay & they upgraded our room without our knowledge so that was a plus!!! There’s plenty of places to eat and entertainment in the area The snow storm that we were caught in made the stay at the hotel even more relaxing! We had the king suite! The pool & hot tub area was also nice to be in at the end of January 🤍 We will be returning and staying here again!

Kristina Johnson-Vackar

Our room was wonderful The bathroom is a little small and the microwave is a little old, but everything else was perfect! The front desk staff were personable and helped with every question and need we had The breakfast spread was different each day, but delicious every day

The housekeeping and kitchen staff were helpful as well

Try Again

The gentleman at the counter was disrespectful to me I was trying to transfer funds to account with a card they accept & asked him to keep the room I wanted reserved while I did so It was the last jacuzzi room available that evening

As I was doing so, he informed me that it had been booked I couldn’t believe it Not only that, but I was standing at the counter taking care of the transaction & he asked me to have a seat in the waiting area, as if my presence was a bother or repulsive to him Very uncomfortable feeling & a major disappointment I would not recommend this hotel

It is FULL SERVICE!

We booked 2 rooms here for a wedding We found out the groom got COVID-19 right before the wedding so we looked to see if we could cancel our various reservations in the trip We called up this hotel and asked if our type of reservation was refundable

They answered and said we would get back all of our money if we cancelled in the next couple of hours We ended up deciding to cancel Fast-forward 2 weeks and we still didn’t have our money back I called the hotel and asked about it and they said we had non-refundable reservations we can’t get our money back I persuaded them to give us back half and tried escalating up through the Marriott chain but ended up getting denied We were flat out told by this hotel that we would get all of our money back and then they did not follow through This was extremely unethical and unprofessional of them to tell us one thing and then not respect it I will do my best to never book with Marriott ever again based on this experience

Ava Schwarz

stayed here as a part of a wedding block and we really had a wonderful stay front desk staff was kind, rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, and housekeeping was prompt and regular the hotel is easy access to the main roads but we didn’t experience too much road noise, which is great! ample parking and there is also a pool and firepit which is nice

this is a classic marriot experience, clean rooms, friendly staff, and overall a very nice stay!

This is a wonderful, reasonably-priced hotel in a convenient location (aside from the construction on the roads nearby – but that’s obviously temporary, and no fault of the hotel) The night auditor at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful when I arrived for a last-minute, late-night check-in The rooms were clean and spacious

I appreciated being given the option of a high floor and balcony If my travels take me back to this part of Denver, I would stay here again

Amber Viola

This wasn’t just your typical hotel I think one of my favorite things about it was how friendly the staff were, and the resturants in the lobby The breakfast and dinners there weren’t just serve yourself buffets, they were legitimate restaurants

The staff even brought the food out to you Not to mention, the food was fantastic! The pool was a little small but it was still nice I really enjoyed the hot tub It’s a really nice place to stay for both short and long trips

saurabh shegokar

Very good stay, they do have Starbucks inside so no need to look around for coffee Breakfast is paid but awesome The location is good and parking is nearby so walkable

Overall good stayI did not see microwave inside room so giving it 4stars otherwise fabulous staff and great location in Denver for stay

This hotel is great! I like the evening hang out food (though it wouldn’t hurt to add in more than 3 unique meals), and the rooms are very nice However, what I mainly wanted to highlight in this review are the AMAZING people that work here! Every single concierge, bartender, driver, and staff member has been over-the-top accommodating and friendly I was here for over two weeks and I always felt incredibly at-home and welcome

This place is worth checking out if customer service is important to you

Martin Flannery

This is my new favorite hotel in Denver by far The staff was more than great The room was spotless and clean

The bed was very comfortable The hot tub in the pool area was a lifesaver for my sore muscles The breakfast is the best I can remember at a complimentary meal There was an evening bar and snacks at dinner time, I missed it due to my convention schedule This may be my favorite hotel staying in ever I will be back, you should try this hotel if you haven’t yet

Tom Casey

Outstanding place to stay They even fed us breakfast with meat and dinner with many buffet choices Also included three alcoholic beverages

The Hot tub was perfect temperature but seemed to have to much chlorine But I’m so thankful that they had a hot tub with lots of soft clean towels All of the staff were awesome and friendlyOur room was very clean and comfortableParking was fine and we felt safeProperty was easy to get to and right off the highwayJust book it you won’t regret it

We arrived late and just slept here The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and nice We felt safe in the area

The bed was great and the sheets were absolutely AMAZING! This entire hotel feels a bit like a college dorm – with bright colors and modern seating and a pool table in the lobby The breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast The biggest complaint (taking a star away for this) is the the floors are not carpeted so we heard every step our neighbors from above made It was VERY loud and annoying So make sure you ask for the TOP floor when booking here

Kara Stewart

I’ve stayed at the Park Meadows Tru a couple times It’s a solid, positive experienceClean, quiet

Helpful, friendly staffReasonable pricesNice breakfastPool table! :)Fire pit outsideThe only minor thing is the rooms are quite small and the desk/work area also very small and a bit crampedBut who wants to be spending a lot of time working in a hotel room, right?!Sometimes that’s a necessity, and the layout is certainly workableTru is a little gem of a hotel in a nice area of the Tech Center

We were thoroughly happy with this stay We stayed for 4 nights with a family of 4 and our dog and it was great every step of the wayCheck in was smooth, the rooms were clean, the pool was nice, the breakfast was accommodating, housekeeping was responsive and quick, location was awesome and employees were really nice

The ONLY thing I would have wanted to see better was a better area outside for pets to just linger and do their business

If I could give this a hotel a 10 I would They had an outstanding crew at the front desk Nothing was ever a problem

They go way above to make their guests stay great It snowed 2 inches while I was there and they even let me borrow a snow brush since I was traveling from out of town and did not have one The breakfast was great and although we did not get to use it I walked in and checked out the pool It was very clean If you are traveling to the Denver area I very highly recommend this hotel you will not be sorry From here on out every time I travel to Denver I will be staying at this hotel It is also located close to all food places I do alot of traveling and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at

The suite was more spacious than I expected It accommodated the 6 people in our group without feeling cramped It is clean, the amenities are great and the staff is SO friendly and truly care about your comfort

If you get the pleasure of staying while Drea is at the helm you are in great hands! I had left something of value in the room and didn’t realize it until I got all the way home I called and Drea personally checked and found it! I couldn’t be more grateful I would absolutely stay here again

the room is okay, the air conditioner is not great But what really chaps me is the front desk person just charged me $57 for two small waters and a tea She said $7 out loud, but I don’t think she was expecting me to get a notification of what she actually charged me

She charged my card $25, then $699, then ANOTHER $25 I went down stairs to give her a chance to make it right All she did was waste my time while I waited, and told me she gave me back one of my $25 charges and can’t do any more I have not received notification that my card has been reimbursed for the overcharge I hope the owner wants to make this right, because this is robbery!!!

Clean, comfortable, nice, big room, the front desk agent was fairly new to the hotel she said but had no problem helping me find the right room based on my preferences listed in my Marriot account I moved from the Courtyard because the room they gave me over there smelled like smoke and the front desk agent said it would “take her awhile” to get me into a new room I was tired, hungry and ready to check in and wasn’t interested in waiting an unknown amount of time to get moved and am so glad I came to the Residence Inn instead!

It was good The rooms are huge I had a suite

So the bedroom was a separate room from living area and kitchen The ceilings have to be 10 feet high too Breakfast was way better than what I got at a Hilton brand near by But still no waffle maker That’s probably due to covid, but I still miss making my waffle for breakfast I’d give a 5 star, but there were some little things that I expect a Marriott brand to address The light/fan in the bathroom was askew The bathroom sink was actually installed crooked And there were some other minor construction deficiencies Again I expect Marriott to be pretty much flawless

What a comfort it was to stay at this Residence Inn for the 8 months it took for the rehab after a fire in our house nearby Everybody there worked together like a real team during the challenges posed by Covid and staff shortages I remember one time when I saw the front desk clerk vacuuming the hallway! Breakfast was simple in May, but as supplies and health regulations changed, they regularly added more tasty and varied items

The separate bedroom with a door and TV made it more like an apartment than a hotel room, and we made sure to enjoy the pool and the outdoor patio with gas grillsThe inn is located South of Denver, convenient to all major highways and interstates, and downtown Littleton, with its shops, restaurants, and bars is a 10-minute drive The nearby light rail line can get you to downtown Denver in 20 minutes Check out the path for hiking and cycling located a short walk under the highway overpass it winds through woods and fields and meets up with the Platte River at the entrance to Chatfield State Park

We booked and paid the hotel through our CC rewards program which made the the check in process quick and efficient The guest service rep was friendly and professional We stayed in a king size room

The room was spacious and clean, although the walls are thin, so request a room away from the elevators We also included daily breakfast during our stay which actually turned out quite good It was a real breakfast that one can order from the regular menu Overall we enjoyed our experience at the Holiday Inn

I LOVE THIS HOTEL!! YOUR TEAM GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND!! What that tells me about management is your doing it right!! Very amazing experience, one upset employee lashing out at the others and when I tell you this team held their composure I mean it, something you can only gain from years of customer service and it showed I would of punched the jerk in his chops! Y’all handled it like champs!!! I should mention the food here is awesome to! Definitely coming back!!
