The location is decent but in the middle of nowhere The price was pretty decent and pet depositThe grounds definitely needs a lot of work

It was overgrown and dark The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed except the fridge was not working correctly and didn’t notice until my husband got food poisoning from his leftovers not being chilled properlyStaff was rude when asked where the breakfast was being served

B Sc

Rooms were quite clean, I had no complaintsTowels and pillows were fully stocked, as in they put a couple extra and the employee, Kim, is a doll Had it not been for her, the rate wouldn’t have been so high

When I first got there she greeted me very politely and even offered to step away from the counter to assist me with my belongings since I had two kids and a few things I needed to drag inShe asked if I needed a crib for my daughter, I never even knew these existed but I politely declined as to I sleep with my kidsAsked if I needed any extra pillows, made fresh popcornIt was mainly nice since she was very personable, not like mostAlso I had checked out and failed to get my luggage in my car and I left it in the parking lot and she took the time to bring it in and keep it, while I drove at least 45 minutes backKim needs a raise!!!

We booked this hotel last minute as we were actually sitting in their parking lot We used a discount online website After booking I went in to check in and was told that the reservation may take up to 2 hours to come through

I showed them my receipt with my confirmation number and payment The desk person was not in any mood to help I went outside to call the website The agent I talked to assured me they would get it taken care of and would call the front desk After talking to the front desk on the phone the agent said the front desk attendant said she would manually input the information, to send me in and my key would be waiting Going back inside the desk person said still nothing on the computer I asked about the phone call and she said that yes she talked to the agent but wasn’t going to do that I asked what their cancellation policy was and then canceled my room beings I fell under the terms for cancellation After several hours I called the discount website and the room was never canceled The hotel charged my credit card the full amount for a room I didn’t stay in and was TOTALLY dishonest DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL While we sat in their parking lot we noticed people smoking weed, using hypodermic needles and all kinds of sketchy looking people There were cars with flat tires and thick dust like they were abandoned The whole place looked like a scary hotel in a movie I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies Luckily the discount website was honest and THEY refunded my money to the credit card plus extra for my inconvenience I would avoid this place like a plague if I were you I DO MOT recommend this place

0/10 – *** SCAM COMPANY UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE *** We booked the room (supposedly fully refundable) on March 13, 2022 for stay one night March 24, 2022 Our route changed and I started trying to cancel the booking and get a refund on March 17, 2022 I had no luck getting anyone to answer the phone from March 17 to March 22

There was no opportunity to leave a message on either of their numbers I sent emails on March 17 and March 22 directly to the hotel, and also to the parent company on March 22 I also left a message on the parent company’s 888# on March 22 I finally got through on the hotel number on March 22 The person who answered the telephone said they would cancel my reservation and send a confirmation email by end of day No email was sent I called again the morning of March 23 and was told a manager would be in shortly and would call me back Two hours later I called and they said the manager was “in a meeting”, 3 hours after that call I called again and they said the manager was “out on the property with the regional manager” – unless this is cleared up today I will be going after them for credit card fraud

Wish they would open fitness center and pools Deteriorating conditions from our first stay due to some bad apples who have no respect for their surroundings Been here for husband’s work twice, 9/21 – 2-22 and 4/22 – present

Could be nice place Paying for amenities listed on website we can’t use Both pools are now green Makes me wonder if they are fixing to sell out to another corporate conglomerateUpdate It got fixed Now on to the fitness center

Nice clean hotel Beds were the most comfortable I’ve experienced Room service every day which doesn’t happen everywhere anymore but a very nice touch

The gates to the pool access were broken and hard to work The hotel was in the middle of a remodel which will probably fix the issues Breakfast was pretty basic with limited options but provided something Quiet location Would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again They also provided a couple bottles of water which is nice as the hotel water was not the best tasting

jerry Johnson

Stayed 2 nights check in went well staff were very friendly room was good size very clean maid service was very helpful an did excellent job pool was decent size location of hotel was real good not far from highway my overall opinion of my stay is I had a nice room an moderately high in room rates but this was casa grande so its par for the course will stay here again an will recommend my fellow travelers to stay here

Jessica Silva

There was bed bugs in both rooms I rented Very small in the mattress creases and on the mattress Some were dead some alive

When I went to the front desk, the clerk said “ma’am we don’t have bed bugs Those are ants” I went back upstairs and grabbed a dead bed bug off of the bed with tissue and brought it downstairs She wouldn’t even look at it They switched us rooms not close to each other No apology No discount Only denial They said again this morning that they couldn’t find anything Well you’re not looking hard enough Even if you thought they were ants, does that make it any better? I even took a picture of the bed bug Otherwise great breakfast and room rates Great location

I absolutely love this place My family and I have been staying here for the past week and I was lucky to get Alyssa at the front desk cuz she is amazing After driving around in the heat trying to find a decent place to stay I was a stressed out mess when I got to the front desk

Alyssa was so sweet and so helpful and very understanding she’s somehow managed to relieve all the stress with her amazing service even though my kids were heathens throughout the whole thing I will definitely stay here again As far as the rooms they’re very clean and having a place to cook meals what’s great There is a laundry room on site and the rooms include a laundry basket which is very convenient I this place if you are in the area you want regret it

Kimber

I badly wanted to give this hotel a 5 star rating The staff was friendly, the room was great! Location was ok Loved that the window opened up to air out the rooms after cooking my meals ( bring your own plates, pot and pans etc- none are provided ) The pool was wonderful

Only one poolside grill worked , but I was fine with that The housekeeping service is where the issues come in… I was there for two and a half weeks on a business trip and my bed sheets NEVER got changed I know that they never were changed because I always leave $10 along with a note thanking them for changing my sheets and saying there is another ten someplace in the bed ( always at the foot) The room was cleaned twice during my stay , each time I came in and checked and the note and money were always there after the room had been cleanedOther than this issue I really enjoyed my stay and still think it’s a great hotelI also loved that the hotel provided a laundry basket The washer and dryer are each $2, and can be paid using an app or with coins

This part of town is gone to hell Not a very nice area especially for a hotel that’s going to be triple digits in price Hotel smells, there’s burns on the elevator walls, every ice maker is out of order most things don’t work in the hotel

And also they charge you $15 to park your car You have to pay to park your own car at their hotel They’re like oh you brought a car that’s extra I’m only staying here cuz my air conditioners out of my house I Coach Mobile traveling baseball teams and we will never stay at a Hampton or Hilton hotel ever again I’m a loyal customer but scalping people and having terrible amenities and is pretty much a rundown hotel We’ll never stay here again Feel free to stay here but when you’re sitting in front of your computer screen leaving this same review don’t say I didn’t tell you so I would leave zero Stars if I could and also the air conditioner barely works in the room

Carter Brown

Room was great for the price

I was a bit skeptical before booking because of the reviews however the rooms were clean, smelled good, and had everything I needed The service was great and everything I needed someone was there to help me I was greeted at check in by Terry who was very soft spoking but always got the job done Also Stacie I think her name ( low hair cut) was very nice She made us feel at home I would for sure come back to stay when I visit Phoenix again if we don’t stay at a resort

Hotel itself is not too bad Fairly decent breakfast Unfortunately the room we were in the air conditioner was broken

It would run for about 2 minutes and stay off for about 5 and then run again It sounded like a chainsaw when it came on Unfortunately since there were no other available rooms we could not switch out of horrible chainsaw sounding room Usually this hotel is pretty good hopefully the new owners / managers will get themselves back on their feet

Bob Hole

An excellent mid/low range hotel Friendly and happy staff Easy check-in

Excellent breakfast selection, though some of the hot choices aren’t to my taste They change daily but are some sort of egg, potato, and meat Fun to make my own wafflesRooms are clean, and daily housekeeping is efficient It is a well maintained building and groundsShower fixtures are “interesting” in the way they work Don’t hesitate to ask at the desk how to turn the bath into a shower If you’re reading this, ask at Check-inLocated on a main thoroughfare, there are restaurants and convenience stores within pretty easy walking distance, and more within a couple minutes driveA signaled crosswalk right out front is very helpful to cross E FlorenceAir conditioning and heating is by individual wall mounted unit, somewhat noisy as always The windows do open in case you need that

I don’t know why any of these places are in business

List your business properly as a 55+ IT makes searching for RV parks really hard if you’re less than 55 I hate how little effort any website has in Arizona campgroundsIf there’s even a websiteNever been here, but it wasted my time in another searchIt’s probably nice if you’re old

Angela Bernholz

BEWARE 4PM CHECK IN TIME THEY DID EXTEND TO 5PM AT THE LATEST THEY HAVE MO LATE CHECK IN PROCESS

Due to weather conditions we realized we would not make it NO REFUNDS and offered one night stay within the year but only after I complained Thoas will be of little use to me but beware of these restrictive policy when you book

If I could give it negative stars I def would Our truck brokedown so we had to find a place to stay in an emergency or else we would have gone elsewhere! This place is filthy!! As in the room probably never gets serviced The entryway floors were practically black with grime

The bathroom smelled like urine and the room carpet was disgusting I had to shower and placed a towel on the floor to avoid getting water everywhere and the towel ended up black!! Please if you can avoid this place It’s cheap but basic cleanliness is severely lacking

Jose Lopetegui

Upon arrival, we noticed the pool was out of order with green algae all in it It was 114 degrees out and we were there for a High School baseball tournament which we had planned to have fun and enjoy the pool in between events As we settled in the room, we noticed the bathroom toilet would not flush

Contacted the front desk and they said there was no one available to fix it, didn’t even have a plunger to let us borrow and try to fix ourselves We had to request to change rooms, they did not even offer Their response was that they had no other rooms available, until they found one in a newly renovated part of the hotel for us We had to change rooms with no luggage dolly provided, all by hand and foot with no help They did not care about any inconvenience on our part Moved rooms with all luggage in 114 degree weather with no help Once in new room, the AC was not on so the room was 120+ degrees inside, we cranked up the AC for hours and the room would not cool off We had to take cold showers with only cold water just to avoid heat exhaustion along with keeping wet cold towels on our heads Finally we called the front desk and asked for an early checkout which was supposed to be for 3 nights because the stay was so awful We had to find accommodations at another hotel, which was difficult as everything was booked The Quality Inn did not show any remorse or apologies for our horrible stay This Hotel should be shut down and the staff should be completely replaced with new better customer service NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Adriana Luna

I hate writing this but something, many things have got to change The management was great I got my room and it reeked hideously of dirty athletes feet

The odor was unbearable I ran across the street to Home Depot and purchased one can of Febreeze and used most of the contents on the disgusting carpet There was no difference I called the front desk and told them how unsanitary it was I feared fungi contamination They moved me But, I realized that their cleaning service is terrible no matter where they put me The linen smelled of rancid human body oils And the bathroom had an overwhelming odor of urine that extended throughout the room I stayed mostly at my brother’s nearby There was lots of dirt in the corners, baseboards of the entire room and mounds of dirt between furniture The microwave had smudged food fingerprints on the door and control center The office chair was also disgustingly stained Who lives like this? The cleaning, if there was any, was the most inferior cleaning i have ever seen in hospitality or anywhere I wouldn’t let my hands or feet touch anything The cost exceeded the quality at the quality inn

Silverado RV Park is a conveniently located park in Eloy just off the I-10 The park very reasonably priced and we use it as an overnight stop when traveling through the area The sites are mostly back in, gravel and have the hookups at the very back of the site

Our site had the hookups on the passenger side The park has pickel ball, some putting greens and indoor activity rooms for crafts, poker, etc

Yvonne Drury

We were new to Silverado last winter, deciding to stay at the recommendation of friends We loved the open desert feel, big sky, fresh air There is a little freeway noise on the west side of the park, but the back and east sides were fine

We felt secure, and management was fine The residents keep their spaces clean, and not once did we see any dog droppings on the ground Dog petting during park walks became a pastime!New washers and dryers resolved any prior issues with the laundry room There was an intermittent slight sewage odor in some areas of the parkWith the pandemic going on, the park was not full and management did well to keep us informed of any sickness in the park, kept the facilities sanitized, and posted warning signs Unfortunately the community room had to remain closed, and the pool area as well for awhile, but it was understandableWe are a little apprehensive about the new ownership and management, but are willing to give them a try for the upcoming season

Glenn Blount

Two years ago we stayed at Silverado and loved the resort Tried to make a reservation for this year Very difficult process they have adopted

For over 30 day stay, you have to sign a lease agreement and pay a $150 fee that is non refundable For under 30 days, you can book online and pay a small fee They have changed the type of campers they allow from two years ago when we stayed so we cannot stay even though we have a 2018 truck camper

If I could gave zero stars I wouldWhoever wants to be treated like animals come here! They will treat you like an animal with your money Very, very bad service I have never seen a hotel like this in my whole life

I don’t think I will get such bad service anywhere at all like the one I got hereAll in all, don’t be tempted by their “nice” replies on their page They don’t care about serving their customers They only care about money they know that you’re traveling and you won’t come to them again

Yarasith Arellano

I usually am not the type to judge a business based on reviews but i regret it this time They definitely weren’t lying about the bed bugs! I am so disgusted! When we first arrived at the room it looked okay, so I figured the room wasn’t that bad after all, we took a nap around 6pm & woke up in a couple hours When I got up I started seeing the bed bugs crawling inside the pillows!!! 🙁 We got out of there so fast & will not return

We didn’t even stay 4 hours in that room

They helped us during a power outage in our town they went over and above to help the local people and I want to say thank you yes the motel is old the beds were clean and they could use some work but I’m just thankful for what they’re doing and how helpful they were We are elderly my husband is a disabled veteran and we have an old dog and we were welcome there and the employees in there were busting their bums to keep everything done if you’re looking for a fancy hotel or a big breakfast well or any breakfast forget it but if you want people who care about their community than this is where you should go

Moru21 Delongcre

My significant other and I stayed in room 212 As we entered the room it smelled like cigarette smoke, that was masked with air freshener We found the smoke detector in the dresser wrapped in ice bag

We had to connect back ourselves We checked the bed and the pillow cases were not changed They had makeup smudges As I closed the bathroom door, seen that behind it has not been swept There was hair on the bathtub, toilet seat The shower curtain had a foul smell The bottom of it was yellow and was hard The carpet was not vacuumed The cover for the mattress had blood stains and hair in the microwave For paying $10000 for one night, I was hoping it would’ve been cleaner I do not recommend staying here The head housekeeper needs to check the rooms better

Linda Stenholm

We didn’t stay My friend didn’t think the room was nice enough for the price and the lobby was very sparse However the worst thing was that I left my cell phone purse with a driver’s license and two debit cards in the room

And when we came back to get it, less than 1 hour later, the manager said that if we had left anything in the room they would have thrown it away and there was nothing there for usThe manager’s approach appeared to be vindictive because we didn’t stay

I would never stay at this place again We stayed 15 days at this location, and not one time did they service our room We were told by housekeeping they would be be in on a certain day so we left and when we got back they had never been in the room

We asked housekeeping for clean sheets the next day and they said they were at the front of the building and they would bring some the next day, we’ll they never brought them We were getting ready to leave and as we always do we remove the bedding and clean the room When we took the sheets off my daughter’s bed there was no mattress cover and the mattress was disgusting and so gross The mattress was so bad and all I could think is my daughter slept in that bed and it looked like it could have been blood, bodily fluids and that mattress should not have been in that room I tried to contact the manager after we left but I could never reach them The water in the shower smelled like rust and we were lucky there were only a couple roaches I have gotten no response from this location at all

*It’s Motel 6, not a Hilton, so we didn’t expect much, but Should Be Cleaner*Bed consists of unpadded mattress on a platform There is a microwave & fridge, but we didn’t use them Plastic cups, bar soap, TV , and USB outlet b/twn beds are the only amenities in room

Bath towels are smallPositives: Beds clean, no bed bugs, heater worked Parking lot, while small, seemed safe, no people lurkingNegatives: Floor, especially edges & baseboards, need to be steam mopped/scrubbed/cleaned to remove grime Kinda seems like just disinfectant was sprayed or sploshed around with an old string mop (based on smell), but no actually floor cleaning has been done effectively in quite a while Lots of live crickets in the BR, but thankfully none in the beds Many in our party (4 rooms) had stained towels or bedding Obviously laundered, yes, but stained, which is still not what you want in a motel/hotel and *white* towels “Non-smoking” room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke

This Hotel is well positioned off the Main Street The First two nights were Hell, we were on the lower floor and heard “Loud” thumping and bagging until 2:00AM asked to be moved and they were very helpful, got us a new room on the upper floor but still experienced loud thumps and banging The rooms themselves are decent the bed was extremely comfortable

The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, cups etc The rooms are very Dark The pool was not open due to needing repairs and we were told everyday “It will be fixed tomorrow” we stayed 10 days and no Pool or Hot Tub I must say the STAFF is wonderful especially the morning girl, and the Housekeeper The Breakfast consisted of a wrapped Muffin, Coffee and Juice That’s IT!I personally will not stay here again but all in all it is a “OK” place

David Canez

I checked in on 7/23 and inspected the room and it was dirty and some of the lights were not working and room was dirty, socially the bathroom with hairs in tub, etc…I went to the front desk and spoke with Angel to advised her that the room was substandard and also dirty She stated that she could not refund the money due to the hotel 48 hour cancellation policy

This was not a cancellation policy but we felt uncomfortable in whole I left various messages for hotel manager Nazzir or Naizier and he never called back to correct/refund my money Also hotel had signs of don’t spoke drugs all over the hotel, front desk and hall ways Not a good sign of staying at that place The hotel felt unsafe and not clean I don’t recommend staying at this place Many other better options in the surrounding area I wish I could give this place zero stars…

Demetrius Moungo

Way overpriced and just didn’t like the fact that they were telling me that the price could go up because of the weekend and that they change their prices regularly I don’t like hotels to do that and I don’t think it’s right that they do that that’s greed and $190 just to sleep in a bed that is ridiculous it’s like I’d rather people sleep in their cars or something I just think the outrageous pricing of hotel rooms for one single night is just getting out of hand and ridiculous
