I would like to give a shout out to Patricia Mattz; she was absolutely wonderful to work with My wife and I were in town for a Cardinals game We sat in the sun for most of the day

When we arrived at the hotel we noticed our air conditioning would no turn on Within minutes she had us in a different room She was prompt, courteous, polite, energetic and awesome at solving our situation; this all happened late night and she was the only one on staff at the time We will definitely revisit this hotel again

BED BUGS! Would NOT recommend this hotel Pulled back sheets after arriving to my room to find dried blood on the sheets and many hairs Called to notify desk to move me as they obviously had not laundered the sheets

Moved from room 216 to 321 Woke up at 3 am to a bed bug biting me with blood all over my side It made sense as the last room most likely had the same issue with the blood stained sheets – meaning it was never cleaned or treated for bed bugs! It’s obvious there is a lack of cleaning at this hotel, which is inexcusable in this current environment This was my first and last stay at this hotel!

Jonathan Quinn

This was a fairly disappointing experience and the hotel is suffering from the effects of a post pandemic world Hilton has eliminated daily housekeeping and the room shows how little cleaning is done between guest stays When I checked in I noticed several concerning cleanliness signs right away

Additionally hotel is severely understaffed as I was unable to get ahold of anyone at the front desk for 15 minutesBeware that this property charges for parking (in a garage they own) I’ve rarely been charged for parking at a Hampton Inn

One of the coolest hotels i know of, every room is labeled after an English author, the blankets feel like they are made of down The exterior of the building looks incredible and very medieval feeling The interior is even better as there is some old style music playing, the lighting is nice, there’s art and other things everywhere

The tavern is a very cool addition with moody lighting In the mornings the breakfast is good, but seating is a little hard to find Once you do find it it is great though, there is bright and cherry medieval sounding music playing quietly overhead, there’s a chessboard people are playing, there’s couches and art for you to enjoy as you prepare for the dayOverall 9/10 just because the breakfast seating is a little hard to findThere is also 2 story parking under the hotel

Da Dao

my all-time FAVOURITE hotel! the rooms are generous and thoughtfully adorned, and the bathrooms are spacious and luxurious, and the decor is beyond belief! and the pool! but the staff is what really wins the day!

the kindest and most caring staff I have encountered in all my travels! they made everything better than perfect! they loved meeting my pets! if there is anywhere I want to return to, it is here!

Kristine Walkingstick

This was such a neat and cool hotel! It has a great prestigious air and has pretty decor The front desk attendant was super nice and the room was kept clean, we did not hear any other guests while in our room Refrigerators are by request we found out

It might need some updating but all in all a very neat experience We will definitely be staying again!

Was not impressed whatsoever We ended up getting two rooms one of them needed to be handicapped The handicap room they had offer was terrible

It was in terrible shape and the shower was leaking and had been leaking It also had an adjoining room but apparently we couldn’t have that room The only other room they had was several doors away It was much nicer so I ended up trading my parents rooms And for as much as we paid for the rooms should have just got two singles

Thomas Tucker

All around, very pleasant experience! It has a fair amount of rustic wear and tear around the edges, but overall it is definitely better than a lot of places I’ve stayed You can tell that there’s an influx of over entitled patrons coming in, as was evident in viewing interactions at the front desk The staff remained friendly, regardless, and I was happy to be laughing and joking with Shaunda during both of my visits to the desk

I think the most unpleasant part of my stay was probably the chemical burns in one of the towels, or finding one of the complimentary cups was opened, but neither of those are critical in my opinion

Victoria Esther Pines

I’m not obligated by law to tell you the reason that I’m staying at your hotel Once I TOLD you I’m quarantined for COVID because your pushy maintenance guy insisted on entering my room without my consent you begun to treat me like an unwanted parasite No human dignity at all

One hotel clerk even said to me “we don’t do that here” Really??? People have been quarantined in hotels for the past two years I’m almost positive I’m not your FIRST Will never return here again Maintenance will try to open your door while you’re still inside telling them to not open your door 😳 Unbelievable Unprofessional Thank God I didn’t die in this God forsaken place

We stayed for a convention Room was clean and well maintained Staff was friendly, especially at breakfast

Complimentary fresh cookies and bottled water at check in was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated Plenty of spaces in the parking lot Some traffic noise from highway but it is not too distractingBreakfast buffet (included with our conference’s hotel block) was delicious with a rotating menu each day but not worth the $1795 price they charge for those that don’t purchase in advance Pool water was cold and super cloudy and the pool room didn’t have towels available The jacuzzi has been filled in to hold aloe plantsDepending on your travel needs, this is still a solid choice and would recommend!

Doug Daza

The staff was great The hotel itself needs some work The mattresses were old and lumpy

The TV in the room did not work (I did not request it to be fixed so I cannot comment on how it would have been addressed The breakfast offering was terrible A breakfast sandwich and some apples The room just needs to be updated It was very clean The rate was fine

Nora Christensen

This place is terrible We came in thinking this place was going to be great Staff was friendly and the cookie was good

There is a bar in the lobby We got up to our room and it stunk of cheap air freshener Our room was right next to the ice machine which is very loud and could hear it all night The bathroom was crumbling and our sink was clogged The linens felt slimy and the mattress was very uncomfortable The floor was much more comfortable There was a visible stain on the bottom sheet AND ON THE PILLOW Made me sick to my stomach

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at Dirty rooms, awful service, and a terrible breakfast The worst part is they pick who they send surveys to so you can’t trust the reviews on their site because if you are one of the many people who hate their stay they just won’t send you a review

This stay was so bad I may never stay at a choice hotel again

Jodi Watts

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in When I complained the owner called me a liar Food, food trash, some previous person’s Qtip! A disturbing white glop of some sort

The shower had a black hand print and soap stuck to the wall I asked the front desk to have it cleaned but all they did was make the beds When I told the front desk that it still wasn’t clean, I was called a liar and that as far as he knew the mess wasn’t there when we got there He didn’t address that he claimed it was cleaned again and yet all the mess was still there They clearly don’t even vacuum Filthy rooms and the owner calls people liars when they ask for cleaning Huh I wonder why this place is such trash

Best night’s sleep I’ve ever gotten in a hotel Arrived late- 10pm- check in was quick Lobby felt safe and comfortable- not sketchy

Easily found a luggage cart and parking to get to our room Never heard hallway noise or neighbors Room heat and air worked very well- I like to sleep cold but husband wants it warm after morning shower Both of us were happy Breakfast was very good- many options to choose from Staff was very helpful, attentive and polite

Darrick Procunier

This was our first time staying at a Drury Inn and we will definitely be staying at more of these after this experience The staff have been friendly, informative, and accommodating The pool is very nice and that was part of why I booked a room here

The fact that it goes from indoors to out is so nice The breakfast that is included is good The three free drinks per night is really nice and the snacks you get is a good meal by any standard If that is not enough directly across the road is a really good BBQ restaurant

американский овцеводческий

Staff was absolutely wonderful, cleanest room I’ve had at a hotel in a good while They included breakfast and a decent dinner that saved us after a long day Easy access to I-44, which means your can get just about anywhere

Seriously though, the staff, always friendly, always polite, it made us all feel welcome! Would definitely stay here again

I cant express enough how comfortable and accommodating this hotel is! Bryan and every other staff member I encountered was very sweet and helpful I am impressed by the continental breakfast as well I was shocked to see that they had turkey sausage as an option

Most continentals I’ve experienced only offer pork for breakfast The bed was so comfortable I almost didn’t want to leave! I will absolutely revisit as well as recommend to others! Keep up the great work!

Alex Demas

We stayed a couple of nights here while visiting St Louis Staying out by the airport was not an issue, driving-wise, and the much better price made it worth it

The room was spacious and comfortable The beds were clean and soft, there were plenty of outlets for a family of 4, the furniture was clean and in good condition The bathroom was clean and everything worked wellBreakfast was well made and the guy running it was fantastic, really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was well taken care ofThe only downsides were the internet wasn’t very good and the walls were quite thin, so the Olympic track and field competition being held in the room above ours was quite distracting

Jenny Brock

Good for just a quick place to sleep but it was also the most expensive choice if that’s the only goal For less there was a Hilton and something called Renaissance that looked much betterBiggest grip was room cleanliness

Obvious stains on the furniture, floors and walls Some looked really suspicious 🤮Furniture/chair and ottoman were old and the faux leather was peelingA/C sounded like a tornado alarm (just not as loud, but same EXACT sound) when it was turned onIf you’re going to spend the money, I would say go elsewhere We had a last minute flight delay and I booked IHG b/c I’m a member and love their chain This hotel just isn’t up to par

The hotel was ok It could’ve been much cleaner The pool area smelled like mold

Our room was small but that was fine The housekeepers are likely over worked They only clean certain days of the week on certain floors I was able to borrow a vacuum and clean up for ourselves I always travel with Lysol wipes too- which I’m glad I did It’s too bad because there is a lot of potential of them being a great hotel The free breakfast was great every morning

Dawn Harris

I really really have to laugh at someone leaving a review about being allergic to dogs and complaining about how many dogs were at the hotel Why did you stay at a very very pet friendly hotel then? You don’t get to give any review if that’s the caseThis place is great! Keep up the good work

L C

Not very positive experience Stayed 2 nights Was given a room that has a loud rumbling noise, and when I sat on the sofa and put my feet down, I could feel the floor vibrating which is ridiculous

Called the front desk and they called back later saying it’s from the compressor and offered to change room My concern is that this should be a known issue and how could the room still be offered to a customer The room we got later is on the first floor which has a musty smell And I could hear water constantly dripping inside the wall, probably from the compressor What make things worse is that the second night I found a bug on the washroom floor, which looks like a silverfish I was not able to sleep that night at all, listening to water dripping and wondering whether there could be more bugs in the room By the way, the sink in the washroom and bath didn’t drain fast enough I would say that this hotel needs some serious maintenance Not sure how could it get the 44 star Breakfast was not bad though, as the others mentioned, a lot of options comparing to other Marriott hotel I stayed lately

Great hotel close to the airport and car rental hubs Very clean rooms and helpful staffBreakfast selection was one of the better ones I’ve had at hotels

We even had grab-and-go options when checking out prior to breakfast hours, plus 24-hr coffeeLeft an item in the room and didn’t notice until I was out of state Housekeeping found and kept my item, and was able to ship it to me very quicklyWill definitely be staying here again when visiting

Arbyanna Lewis

Traveled here to visit my boyfriend and it was okay! The location was great for me and him wasn’t too far from the places we were visiting Check In was easy but there was a $200 deposit for underage check in that I was unaware of and lucky I had it to do so because everywhere was booked! I think that should be included on booking sites because it didn’t say anything about it only that you needed to be 18 to check in The staff was super nice that night though

I got to the room, door wasn’t fully closed, hair in the shower and towels but I brought my own so no biggie We were getting ready the next morning to leave room service came and my boyfriend told them to come back we wouldn’t be too long We left out and didn’t come back until around 8/8:30 that night We left the please make up room but came back to the room dirty Made a call downstairs and the woman didn’t seem like she wanted to help, a man came up and said we left the privacy sign up when it clearly wasn’t but he brought us new towels, soap, and trash bags Overall the stay was nice, a few minor things that can be fixed still fairly new and has a reasonable price

Carolyn Neblett

We stayed here for a quick overnight stop We chose it because it was on the western edge of St Louis

It was a little tricky to get into the lot, due to some construction, but it was definitely worth it! We were greeted promptly and had all our questions answered All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was awesome Hot food, lots of choices, and fresh fruit Highly recommend this hotel

The staff here were just wonderful—the receptionist on the night of 1/31 was amazing, I was too tired to catch his name but he was wonderful Knew just how to streamline everything and was very competent and kind The shuttle drivers were so nice as well

My room and the lobby were very clean The hotel had availability at short notice in the late evening for a reasonable price, and it was just a short, complimentary shuttle ride to and from the airport Only stayed for one night but would not hesitate to return!

Stephen Gannon

We stayed for one night while traveling for a softball tournament Our thing is good price, safe area, clean property, and hot waterAs for price it was more than we had been spending this summer but it was very competitive for the area

The one gotcha is the 25 dollars in taxes for the one nightAs for safe area it was alright The area definitely is not as nice as it used It is just before the neighborhoods start One nice thing is it sandwiched between another hotel and restaurantThe property was clean but it is an older hotel Lobby and breakfast area was nice Somewhat limited seating in the breakfast area Our room was clean The AC did have a bit of musty smell It had just rained quite a bit so it was fairly humid and the AC was working fairly hardDefinitely had hot water and plenty of it Our room also had a microwave and mini fridge Ice machines on each floorThe front desk staff was very friendlySince this is a Drury property its really hard to beat with the breakfast, popcorn and soda The breakfast was somewhat limited but when you add in what it would have cost for 3 people to go out and grab breakfast its not terribleOverall we would stay at the property again

Angela Barker

Loved Catherine at breakfast, she was kind to my children and attentive and on top of it They had a popcorn machine for special socials but weren’t able to make those Fridge froze our food but did not keep frozen our ice cream🤔 The rooms were clean and comfortable, I like the closet space

Would have used the pool if we weren’t busy traveling It’s in walking distance from Bandanas BBQ which we tried Would recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay near St Louis

It was very unprofessional, we were there for 4 days for my bday We wake up get dressed, puts sheets and towels outside the door, saw housekeeping in the hallway as I was leaving, I said to myself perfect timing, they were cleaning rooms Saw other sheets, towels out on the floor as well

So I come back, sheets, towels were still sitting outside the door, I was LIVID 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Walk inside the room, they hadn’t even step foot in the room We didn’t have towels or ANYTHING!!! Call down stairs, she said when the night person come in he’ll bring it up, no one ever came, call down there around 10ish And asked was anyone gonna bring clean towels are sheets up, she said I’ll call and see what’s going on, they eventually brought it around 11:30 We will NEVER come back SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE

Brian Baker

Made our reservation almost 2 months ago only to get there to check in and find out that they didn’t have enough rooms Housekeeping didn’t have the rooms done at 5:00 pm and the front desk couldn’t or wouldn’t guarantee our reservation The place is now a Holiday Inn as well and the Holiday Inn is an Elimwood

Very poor way to run a business and almost 24 hours later we still haven’t received our refund I’d give it zero stars if that was an option

Jane McGowan

Our room was very humid The carpet was damp The bathtub did not drain while showering

The breakfast was good and offered a good selection The staff was very friendly and accommodating The hotel is close to many restaurants It is close to the airport We used the shuttle service twice It was very good We thought a lot of the GM being willing to drive the shuttle That is above and beyond Thank you!
