This place is overall a nice and comfortable place with 2 king sized beds 2 rooms, couch bed and a fireplace that puts out tons of heat The people serving breakfast in the morning are really nice and they make fresh omelets if you order them The breakfast was nicely set up and the tables were spacious and comfortable Ok now here comes the -1

5 stars so usually what I look forward to at some hotels is the pool! And this one was clean and all but the room for the pool was like a sauna it was super hot in there and it didn’t help that the water didn’t balance out the heat because the water was warm also when I tried the hot tub the jets didn’t work So either way this hotel was decorated well and staff was nice so props to them

My wife and I are fans of Best Westerns They usually have a decent price point, friendly staff, clean rooms, and an ok breakfast This spot is better than just about every Best Western we have been to

No pet fee is huge! Some places charge basically another half a room charge just for your dog They have a cocktail hour with a free beverage and their breakfast includes eggs or omelets to order That is pretty amazing and the woman cooking was doing an awesome job! We think this is a hidden gem on your drive through on I80 We almost certainly will be back again

Misty Anderson

Over all its a nice clean place to stay and I have to commend them on their free breakfast!!! Omelets eggs pancakes French toast you name it AND all cooked as you order right in front of you Unfortunately one of their service desk employees took advantage of a situation that he shouldn’t have, but have been informed he is no longer employed

Same quality you expect from a Best Western chain Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and large enough for a family not be on top of each other Beds are not overly soft with just the right amount of firmness

Only mark would be the rooms need the laminate wood floors over carpet Carpet rooms always seem to make your feet feel dirtyThe hotel does have breakfast, which is great for a family on the go A plus is the hotels location is close to a lot of restaurants in walking distance

Shaylee Field

We are moving to a different stay and this was our hotel of choice for one of the nights of our road trip and it was nice! Front desk man was friendly and got us a room super quickly when we didn’t have a reservation already Room was clean and had everything you need and everything worked fine! They are pet friendly for a fee of $10 and breakfast is included!

Maria Bergquist

Needed a place to stay on a long road trip with my fiance and my cat The rooms were clean and equipped with the standard amenities (coffee maker, microwave, tv) Just missed breakfast but I was able to snag a bagel and hot coffee which was actually pretty good

Twin Falls is a beautiful place to stay and SureStay was a nice place to rest It’s not the fanciest, but it’s nice and a good price

I’ve never booked at Best Western before, I felt like it was a little out of my class I stopped at this place in the middle of nowhere, and it is spectacular! Not only was it clean and friendly and convenient, the pool was awesome and accessible 24 hours a day, and check in was fast! Did I mention that this place is clean, clean, clean?! Also, a wonderful continental breakfast the kids and I found positively delicious! Never judge a book by its cover! Great job!😊

Clean room, comfy bed Updated interior We slept late and didn’t get breakfast at the hotel

24 hour (pool and) hot tub was very tempting to my husband’s sore back, but we ended up just crawlng into bed because we got in so lateOnly concern was the drainage in the shower We were given a handicap access room with walk-in shower the curtain didn’t touch the floor and the whole bathroom floor ended up wet The shower floor dried quickly while the rest of the bathroom was wet all night and still wet in the morning

Bailey Thompson

Ordered a room with 2 queen sized beds online and paid extra for this Double checked via phone that we would be receiving that Only to get in that night to a king bed

Asked the front desk worker to switch to the room I had ordered only for her to tell me she had given it away Not to mention, when I got there and checked in I was greeted with “Okay so I had to clean your room really quickly so it’s not perfect but it’s clean” Bed was just thrown together and bathroom trash was not emptied Will not be returning and would not recommend this stay to anyone

We like to visit Twin Falls often, but the hotel we usually stay at had the hot tub broken down so I started calling around for a hotel with a working hot tub Two others said theirs were broken, the front desk girl of this hotel assured me theirs was working so we went and PAID FOR A SECOND ROOM AT A SECOND HOTEL and we get there and the hot tub did not work, not only that but the water was brown! I went to the front and told her that it was not turning on, she did not offer to come help, nor to come see if maybe I was pushing the wrong button, didn’t apologize for lying to us about the hot tub working, nothing!! We just wanted to relax in a hot tub after hiking We never would’ve gotten a room there if we knew the hot tub wasn’t working since we already had a room at a hotel with non working hot tub

Then there was NO manager on site and I spoke to several people to get a refund and never heard from the manager We did stay another night at the Choice Hotel in Jerome which was excellent service, everything worked, clean and they had FREE BREAKFAST all for about $50 cheaper than this dump I do not recommend staying at this holiday inn especially if you have kids, their pool are is not very sanitary at all! Also their pool is freezing and they don’t have free breakfast, not even a muffin

Sara Hood

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and exactly as I expected Breakfast in the restaurant was good and the service was awesome We had the kids suite with a king bed (so incredibly comfortable) and bunk beds

There was a PlayStation 4 and TV in the area for the bunk beds with a partial wall separating it from the rest of the room It was perfect for us!

Jassmine Rabii

NOT PET FRIENDLY GOOGLE LIEDThe hotel is not pet friendly and only accepts service animals

Please don’t trust Google Always call to confirm with the hotel firstThat said, the rooms were much bigger than expected and they had some great breakfast options for fairly low prices from the restaurant (Sorry, no complimentary breakfast here either)The pillows were amazing tooI only wish the had provided more shampoo and conditioner, and a less oily feeling handsoap

Great food, lovely placeIn-depth:Check-in was easy – you’re given a key to your room and the front door, so you can come and go at any timeThe breakfasts were excellent – we had stuffed french toast and frittatas, both delicious

The jet tubs were lovely, plenty of hot water, the decor goes well with the antique home and is very cute I particularly enjoyed the paintings The grounds are lovely and well kept and there’s a huge privacy wall that keeps a decent amount of noise out as wellLocation is great – 10 minutes to everything fun in Twin Falls, and a reasonable distance from any other day trip places aroundThe only negative is that there wasn’t air conditioning upstairs The fan made things bearable, but it got pretty warm

D Franklin Swayne

What a great experience! We ended up being the only guests for our three night stay Something tells me that even if the place was fully booked, everyone would still have felt the way we did We felt at home (if home featured amazing breakfasts that we did not have to prepare!)

The rooms are great, the food (as noted) is amazing for breakfast, and location allows for easy access to everything we had on our list of “to do”

robin challender

This was my first time staying in a bed and breakfast and it exceeded my expectations The innkeeper was amazing and friendly, very accommodating The rooms were comfortable an cozy, very homey feel to it

Breakfast amongst the other guest was just delightful, getting to know others and sharing a meal is an amazing way to make new friends from all walks of life I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone, it was great!!

This is a very nice park for one night or a month There are a lot of pull through spots, a clean shower room and laundry with great prices for wash and dry Park is well maintained

Each site has a grassy area and the roads are wide Staff very friendly and helpful Some road noise but mostly quiet in the evenings Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!!

JT

This parks is is a solid 3 There is nothing above average with this park This park is dog friendly but not kid friendly

I think this park is catering to mostly full time campers I spoke to one of the staff and I believe they said they leave 2 rows of the park for people passing through The rest seem to be displaced by the raising housing costs or are waiting for there house to be built There are two dog play areas but no playground or common area for people to hang out No campfires are allowed But they do have a reasonable sized grass area for each camper The bathroom and laundry room has a real after thought feeling The stalls are cramped with accordion doors The showers are nice but they only have a chair to set your cloths down Pretty cramped for changing cloths

Emily Nagy

AMAZING customer service!!! I can’t say enough about the front desk here at 93 Rv Park! They have been so helpful and kind to us We needed a spot for memorial day weekend, last minute, and they went above and beyond for us to make sure we had somewhere to stay Then we had truck issues and had to extend our stay, they were very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of

Thank you so much!

The young lady that was behind the counter was wonderful We booked 3 rooms and she made sure to meet all of our needs I was surprised that my room was as decent as it was

We all know that motel 6 is the desperation of just needing to sleep for the night during a long travel The bathroom was excellent clean like better than some nicer hotels The room was adequate for my needs and I felt safe and pleased with my stay The beds aren’t really comfortable at all But hey you’re not in your car! My TV was damaged with a line down the middle but it really wasn’t a big deal and it worked I was there to sleep and shower Nothing else mattered Room temp was comfortable for first of April with slight heater on to knock off the coldness of the room when I first got there then was off the remainder and comfortable I didn’t have much outside noise or neighbors but the garbage truck in the morning was very very loud, had I not been awake I would have been then Great motel stay 5 stars!

Kim Shepton

Aways ask for a room without the adjoining door I have never had good luck with those so the front desk did reassign my room the AC /heat is centralized

this helps for people with respiratory issues I hope the filters are changed and the system is kept clean as I can not trust motels with the individual units hanging outside under the window where people trip on them, sit on them, and usually in a state of disrepair etc I appreciate the “no carpet” for the same reason It was mostly workers spending the night and fortunately no loud people My room had no fridge or microwave but I did not get a discount on the $120 standard fee The room was clean, bed comfort was ok I don’t know if they had a pool or breakfast, the front desk did not tell me

mike breaux

Just checked in… Hair everywhere in the bathroom

hard bed, no fridge or microwave… And $80 plus a $30 deposit for s Motel 6!!!! Rip off!! Requested downstairs room so I can back my truck up to room… Got it but all the spots in front of my room are empty handicap spots… I will absolutely not be staying here past tonight only staying tonight because I’m dead tired,, just drove 24 hours straight

Rooms are very nice well kept hotel Internet was strong and the staff is extremely friendly On the down side they have a message at their pool location that the pool is cold and sauna are not available until they get it fixed by mid April, It’s now June

Breakfast was satisfactory, they price it above the $10 meal credit for gold and diamond members I do not appreciate this because it takes away the “breakfast included” which was the main selling point for Hilton Garden Inns in the beginning

Izabella Page

This hotel is the best! I love the location next to the snake river canyon and close to other shops and restaurants The staff here are wonderful They went out of their way to take care of me when my father was in the hospital

I loved the rooms, the beds are super comfy, feather pillows are perfect and their cook and dining room staff are also great! I would definitely stay here again!!!!I stay at Hilton’s a lot and this one is exceptional

C Jordan

Very nice hotel, especially the lobby area Room was clean and comfortable Bathroom in a double queen room small for two people but we just stayed one night

Comfortable beds but pillows seemed a bit flat Evening check in staff extremely welcoming and warm Although I don’t appreciate paying top dollar for a room and then having a view of the roof of the hotel, the room was quiet and we were by the elevators on second floor We usually don’t take advantage of free breakfasts included with hotels and be aware this one does not offer free breakfast The hotel has a small in-house restaurant The reviews didn’t seem glowing to me so we walked across the parking lot about 500 ft from hotel and had a delightful breakfast at the Black Bear Diner Would stay here again if in the Twin Falls area

We had got two rooms 1 king suite with a king bed and pullout couch and 1 queen suite with two queen beds and pullout couch All rooms came with the standard items

They had breakfast in the morning Pool closes at midnight allowing 11pm-12am for adults only This is a pet friendly hotel but I couldn’t hear any barking throughout the night They have doggy poo bags and trash cans for easy disposal Overall comfy place to stay If your high maintenance and want luxurious, I do not recommend staying here

1 Tons of loiterers outside the front doors2

Lobby smelled horrible, and the customer service at the front desk was less than helpful; she was more concerned in the co-worker next to her and the issue that they were having than finishing my check in3 Pool room was a hazard!!! It was a rather small pool room, which made it easier for the splashing of the pool to quickly flood the entire floor – the floor was painted with regular paint which caused EVERYONE to slip There was never any towels in the pool room either and when we asked the front desk, we were told that all the towels were on the second floor, and she would have had to stop what she was doing in order to restock the towels4 Couldn’t find the stairs, had to use the elevator that smelled like wet dog and urine You could see the stain on the carpet of the elevator5 Hair dryer cut out after three minutes of use6 Bath tub wouldn’t drain all the way after a simple shower7 On the last day of our trip, the air conditioner started blowing out a bit of smokeNothing nice to say about this place at allWill never go back, will pay more money elsewhere

Tyler Shadle

Most of the experience was entirely average Average service, quality of stay, etc 3-4 stars

However, my family is completing an interstate move on a very tight budget I specifically chose this hotel because it included a hot breakfast My reservation says it’s served 6-10 Website says 6-10 Front desk said 6-10 We get down there at 9 and it’s completely cleared outThere’s a small selection of cereal, stale bread and juice Meanwhile, the kitchen staff is mingling with guests and ignoring the food line entirely There are children running in and out of the kitchen, coffee is empty, fridge doors are left wide open, the service counter is a mess, and so onTo top it off, the cooks are blasting heavy metal out of the kitchen into the dining room Real nice I politely approach the front desk with the issue and they just shrug it off, “oh, yeah, we stop serving at 9 It’s all grab-n-go for the last hour…” Really? Grab what? Why are we just now being told this? Can someone please get control of your staff?Twin Falls is a decent tourist spot with plenty of hotels to choose from Just pick a different one Most of them have better prices and better service Choice Hotels should be embarrassed

Wow For a less expensive hotel, we had such a great night of sleep on their most comfortable double beds and a great hot shower with soft water and great pressure I travel a lot and was a bit skeptical when booking, but sure glad we did

Housekeeping did a great job, our room was spotless I give it 5 stars, but on location, it’s great for bring close to the interstate and not too far from townbut you still have to drive into town for 10 minutes approx I also wasn’t a fan of being only steps from a truck stop, but I did n end up with a great sleep

Dan Spurling

A table of some kind to eat on would have been nice and the headboard lighting was long overdue for dusting The bed was comfortable and the receptionist was very nice Continental breakfast was available but I was in a rush so I didn’t take advantage of it so other than it was available, I don’t have any input on it

There is a truck stop next door and local restaurants within a few miles The gym was closed due to COVID, but isn’t that the excuse for everything anymore?

Jeff Schmidt

For the price, not even close An obviously not wanting to be there desk person who was at the end of her shift Room was not very clean, including a sticky remote with a battery cover that kept falling off

Shower head was about like a garden hose and the water tempfluctuated Breakfast was minimal Coffee cups were 6 oz and paper only On the bright side, bed was great and I slept well Find another spot though

Met with courteous staff after a long day of driving They provided great explanations about parking and entry points The pool and hot tub were clean, towels provided in the pool room

Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet Twin Falls was ugly hot and humid on the day we were there, and the AC was able to keep us cool, and shower pressure was great The continental breakfast was a full breakfast with bacon, potatoes, omelet folds in addition to fresh fruit, cereals, muffins, bagels, and all the fixings The staff really hustled all morning to keep it stocked, and were so friendly if you needed anything The staff really made our stay great

Lorrlee

Very nice dog loving front desk staff when we checked in Nice clean large room Bed a little swayed into the middle but after a long drive it was still great

We really enjoyed the size of the room since we travel with a large breed dog We were on 1st floor and it was quite during the night Lots of dining and delivery options near by Only stayed 1 night but would stay again

Aislinn Lilly

Our stay itself was great, but the staff of this hotel made a lasting positive impression more so from how kind they were after we left Our daughter left behind her beloved stuffed bunny, and the general manager, Erika, went above and beyond to send it back to our home address Bunny got her own special bed-box with a very kind send-off note to our daughter

The whole thing was just so sweet and we were touched by how thoughtful it all was! We’re very grateful and appreciative of their kindness!

Due to my profession I stay in hotels often It’s been awhile since I’ve enjoyed it This hotel was extremely clean, staff were very friendly and accommodating, the water was hot with actual pressure, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable

I could find nothing, truly not a thing, to be butt hurt over and that’s rare with hotels these days!! Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Be very careful When reserving online they give you a price and then ends up doubling at booking We reserved two basic rooms at a no frills Hampton Inn

Each with two people at $150 before discount to be shown at check in Confirmation said $260 which I was expecting for the two rooms Instead ended up being $280 per room after tax Absolutely ripped off Those are prices for higher end hotels Look closely each step of reservation Called customer service only to be frustrated by lack of language barrier Disappointed in the Hilton brand

My wife went online and found rooms at your place in the $150 range for the day we wanted My wife booked 2 rooms and when we arrived the paperwork said about $260 per room We were given the number to call someone to resolve the issue

We called and nobody really wanted to help they just wanted to explain how it works and sorry you got taken basically! They told us how to avoid this from happening in the future I already know how to avoid it, we will never stay at Hampton Inn again and we will spread the word of our experience and let people decide where to stay as there are plenty of options

Love love love this hotel We stayed in a king bed with jacuzzi tub The tub had lights inside of it and was totally awesome! The only complaint? Taking a shower was almost impossible due to the way the curved shower bar was installed

The bathroom flooded when I took a 15 minute shower That should be addressed Continental breakfast was great and the staff was quite friendly and accommodating Cons: no vending Machines!!! The hotels little store is incredibly expensive We spent over $60 for snacks for 2 nightsThe room was modern and very clean We went to Shoshone falls the following night It was an amazing birthday!

Nice play to stay with clean and detailed rooms TVs are a nice size as well The beds were comfortable and relaxing

It didn’t smell like cigarettes and there were no weird smells I saw no signs of mild dew or bugs There were no signs of outdated furniture The choice of channels were pretty good as well Overall, I would stay here again This location does have truck parking and it’s right behind a truck-stop The pricing is great

This stay was for a business trip, so we’re just stopping by to rest for the night before we reach our final destinationMichael at the front desk checked us inway past midnight with a friendly & helpful attitude!Asked us if there was anything we needed for thenight We also noticed he’d been actively cleaning the floors / taking out trash in between guest interactions

It is always nice to be greeted by an emplonee who cares, does their job and goes out of the way to make sure your stay is comfortable Michael did! We’ve previously booked a room at this hotel before, and had a pleasant stay then as wellVery clean, cozy rooms Friendly staff every time Plenty of nice included amenities for business or leisure travelers Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I was unable to stay here the evening I needed If like me you have come to expect above and beyond not only quality, but the kind of service a business can rely on, sadly I have to say do not expect that for this location It must be a part of a hotel holdings group that is either inflexible or worse-judgmental

I say that because I decided to dress like a local and I feel my appearance might have swayed the judgement of the front desk people Which those girls are why it’s two stars instead of one, they were all very kind and apologetic and definitely a sight for sore eyesI hope and am fairly confident my experience here is a rare oneI’ll be sure to load my card instead of carrying cash and maybe I’ll wear my suit next time

Don’t stay here We came to stay after a long road trip and had a terrible time The room upstairs above us was making noise all night and the hotel was noisy

We called the front desk at 9 pm and my wife spoke to the front desk around 12 am or 1 am They gave a $20 refund which is basically nothing I would have rather them have a caring attitude to fix the problem or offer to move us rooms Either way, don’t stay here

Let’s do this! It is a joy to write a good reviewPros: Genuinely friendly and welcoming staff Lovely rooms, very clean and comfortable

Kitchenette includes a stove with an OVEN! (For people who travel an oven is a real treat!) Bed score 10/10 for comfy mattress and the fluffy pillowsThere is a free breakfast, workout room, indoor pool, cookout patio (the front desk has cookout utensils and seasonings), and a hot tub that works! 👌 Laundry is $250 per load for both washers and dryersCons: Open shower Please be careful, as lots of water will spill out onto the floor You will need to put down a few towels to keep the floor dry Stay safe out thereBest vibes 10/10

I have not check out of the room yet We booked for one night stay, easy checked in We got 4th floor with a good view

The bed and pillow are amazing, the shower have Paul Mitchel tea tree shampoo and lemon body wash The breakfast were awesome, I mean hot breakfast The only gripe is the parking lot I know people travel with trailers so they parked their vehicle along with the trailers taking up several parking spots If customer arrive late like us, then good luck finding a parking spot We all know some people are selfish, but the management can make policy regarding this issue Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay for family and we will stay here again

Kristin Cole
