I had the best experience with this hotel I booked online and I got there the staff were so friendly I booked a king size room it didn’t come with a tub which is what I really wanted becauseI just finished driving 7 hours

They switched the room so I could have a tub That was so thoughtful of them I will most definitely come back and stay with this hotel It was clean they had enough towels l, the water was hot, they have breakfast, and snacks

Unfortunately, used our member’s reward, and once again were put in a terrible room (Apparently this is how the Marriott chain treats its members since it has happened every time we’ve used our rewards) We did not appreciate the very loud banging before 8:00 a

m from the linen room next door When we told the front desk, Love could care less Done with this chain

Rooms were very clean They have a pool so my kids could swim and get tired out I did forget my toothbrush and they provide complimentary items that we forget

They also have a decent continental breakfast The ladies there to help were fantastic with my kiddos Every time we go through Atlanta, we stay here It’s a little outside of Atlanta in Marietta but it is in a good neighborhood

Room floor was dirty Had to get wipes to clean it Shower had mold spots

Or old mold stains Housekeeper was in such a hurry she just threw the bags in the trash Unopened The thermostat is completely broken leaving your guessing the temp I had to get up countless times and adjust in the middle of the night Also This was an up charged premium room That I was told will be refunded But I can safely assume that was a lie made by the girl at the front desk Basically guaranteed I’ll never come back to this hotel There are so many better options in Atlanta And for the same price!!! Honestly Go to Hampton six flags in lithia springs Seriously

Francina Trimble

I had reserved a handicapped room and was assured this is what I was to have upon my arrival I arrived after 6pm and the hotel clerk present was a girl, that stated their were no rooms available handicapped She gave me what was available (king-size bed)room , even though I had a reservation

I was very uncomfortable and bathroom was very difficult to useI contacted customer service team, which told me to speak with Mgr on duty ,MrDon and Brian ( very nice ppl) made a difference in the price for the inconvenience of the roomThe young lady was very rude and unconcerned (walking away constantly)of my issues with the room not being handicapped She needs to be trained better for customer service I also feel the room that was reserved for us was given to someone that had arrived earlier The hotel was very clean overall

There were a large group of people partying out front the hotel after midnight I called the front desk and let the lady know and she said she was “too busy” and for me to call 911 if I wanted something done about it then she hung up on me I called back and reminded her that I am a guest and it’s her job to be responsible for the property and the guests at the hotel

The desk lady became more defensive and belligerent and started yelling at me and demanding that I call 911 then she hung up again I called 911 as she requested and after an hour she called my room at 1:00am to see if it was me that called 911 and then she started yelling at me for calling 911 like she suggested This place is a cesspool and smells like one too I would recommend going literally anywhere else

I booked my reservation with bookingcom and received confirmation with payment information I arrived at the hotel and before I could even begin to give my reservation information I was rudely interrupted by a worker name Kim

She was absolutely rude and nasty I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior She even started screaming like a maniac I contacted bookingcom and the representative stated she hung the phone up in his face and was rude to him as well I will make sure to contact the corporate office She was even rude and nasty to a guest in front of me She told us both that our reservation was not in the system and that our card was declined Then the booking representative called and she told him yes she seen the reservation but she don’t have any rooms She was ruthless and unapologetic Me and another guest was definitely mistreated and I am sure several others from this one person that said her name was Kim and she said didn’t care if I called management or not Bad business

If I could leave a zero I would! We called this hotel to request a rate and make sure it was available When I asked to make the reservation, the desk clerk transferred me to reservations where I waited on hold for over an hour as the agent continually said he could not find the rate the clerk quoted me Using my husband’s phone, I* called back the clerk at the hotel and she was not willing to make the reservation and insisted on transferring me to reservations (when I told her I was already on hold with them and had been for a long time

) She was terse and completely unfriendly I thanked her and hung up but stayed on hold with the reservation line He never came back to the line and hung up on me within the next 15 minutes Don’t bother wasting your time with this hotel They don’t honor the prices given at the actual hotel and the clerks are unfriendly and unhelpful

Traveling for work and this hotel is always top notch due to the staff I cannot rave enough about two of the KINDEST ladies I’ve met Martha and Denice always bring smiles friendliness and warmth to breakfast…

Truly make you feel a home away from home Room is clean and staff very responsive 1 suggestion is to get some lighter hand weights in the gym Overall one of my favorite business stays!

LaToya Green

Hotel rooms were ok Breakfast time is limited from 6-8am Needs to be extended… Stayed three nights, asked for more towels but I was told my card was not processed, proceed to show clerk were I was charged $410 from my account, then received towels

Furthermore received an email stating 25%off due to internet outage, received a copy of check out bill with only 10% discount, corrected it immediately Overall it was just ok Not impressed with service to much

Check in went great, friendly professional lady Weird smell everywhere in the building It was like the water was left in the carpet after cleaning

The suite was awesome as usual Set up is perfect for doing business while with family enjoying their space as well Unfortunately not the cleanest of locations Moldy shower and door and hand towel had stains The coverlet on the bed had stains Not what I would expect from Embassy Suites The managers reception and breakfast was great as usual with cheerful helpful staff Heads up for service dog travelers their was a hidden $75 charge added on check out receipt

I give a 5 star because overall it was a good stay I only had a couple concerns, one being it seemed that our room wasn’t cleaned very well before we got there It was hair on the bedroom and bathroom floors (not a crazy amount but had it been vacuumed and swept properly it would have come up)

Another thing was the obvious pee stains on the bathroom wall and door ( the toilet was so close the the wall and door I see how it could happen but gross someone needs wipe it) Lastly the pool, it was way too many people in the pool at the same time we were in there and it was uncomfortable being there my small children having so many others there at the same time It’s a sign saying up to 65 people allowed, 65 people is too many It was maybe 20 when I was there and that seemed crowdedThe things I did enjoy was the quiet stay, the walls didn’t seem to be thin like some hotels The customer service staff was excellent, friendly and helpful Majority clean and pleasant (just the minor things in our room but we are all human, it happens) The complimentary breakfast is a perk The close proximity of shopping and restaurants and activities and the highwayI would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others

Justin Helton

I stayed here for the NCSC Competition in March We had an issue with our door locking, maintenance had it checked out within minutes Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and the happy hour in the afternoon was even better

Last but not least, Maggie at the front desk went above and beyond to help me, as she provided me with playing cards to enjoy my stay even more Incredible experience

I have been coming here for the past 3 monthsThe rooms are nice but the level of service is really going lowerIt has always been quite nice but The room service is now coming only once a week instead of 3 times per week

The service at the reception is nice but not very helpful Anytime I highlight the fact that noone is taking care of my room, they apologize, they take the number of my room, they say that someone will come today and then Nothing happensIt is a pity, it could be a really nice hotel but it seems that the room service team is understaffed or not consistent enough

David Johnson

The rooms were modern and update I thought I may have found a great alternative to the big chain hotels…everything was great until I discovered the bed bugs Initially, I thought I was bitten by a mosquito or two because I had been outside walking

Awoke to multiple bites and pulled the covers back and checked the mattress and found bed bugs in both places I notified the front desk staff and because I was traveling with a group they didn’t address my concerns directly I ultimately checked into the Hampton Inn across the street and experienced no problems

Ebony Malone

I love the size of the rooms and they were very clean They only have room service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday so if you are staying for the weekend then you will have to get fresh linens and towels on your own

The only drawback was the crowds of people partying that formed in the pool are and at the back of the hotel I didn’t enjoy hearing loud music while I was trying to sleep and I didn’t enjoy asking people to get off my truck and being whistled at by a bunch of drunk men in a poorly lit parking lot while I was trying to get inside to my room with my kids

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Ackworth (GA) on the evening of Feb 15, 2022 I booked online while we were on I-75, a few minutes prior to arrival The first impression – the wonderful lady at the front desk – was cause for celebration

It’s so rare these days to find someone who is so NICE, and so engaged with a customer, and so competent and helpful Then, we got up to our room – which was wonderfully clean and perfect, so that was a win Our departure was as good as our arrival, thanks to the morning shift person at the front desk She was equally NICE, engaged, and helpful Top-notch stay, made excellent by the excellent people this company chose to represent their hotel

Laura

I secured an early check in online and picked the room I wanted After all, that’s one of the reasons I choose Hampton I love that perk

I get to the hotel at 4:00 Check in time starts at 3 Emma, at the front desk, gave me some attitude when I commented on the sign that states the hotel is not responsible for injury or death if anyone visiting the premises dies from COVID She suggested that I must not have stayed at a hotel for awhile She added that all hotels have this sign I stayed at a hotel the night before and did not see a warning sign like this oneSo, I give Emma my name and said I had already checked in and picked out a room She very rudely told me the room I picked isn’t ready She said there was another room that was cleaned and ready Now why wouldn’t they clean a room that was chosen by a guest before arrival before cleaning others that have not been held for occupancy She also informed me digital check in and keyless entry aren’t working due to computer outages That’s fine but her delivery was not the warm and welcoming Hampton promise I just drove 8 hours straight and being treated like this was not the hospitality I have been used to at any stay from brand hotel in the past My evening was completely ruined in less than 2 minutesOne of the elevators was not working which made for a long wait to get to my roomThe woman and man behind the front desk in the morning were very niceI realize help is hard to find and management is at the mercy of their employees I also realize I have the freedom to take my business elsewhereTwo of the main reason I choose Hilton I can guarantee that on my way back home, I will take a pass on Acworth Hampton

Joshua Finley

I DONT leave bad reviews often/ever however this is the exception I rented the room to take a shower because my hot water heater went out They quoted me $120 then when they charged my card, They charged me $236 60

I didn’t even stay there 1hr to use anything except the shower and 2 towels Completely scrupulous people running the establishment! I tried to discuss my concerns with the error and the black lady who was the manager kept cutting me off/talking over me Showed 0 concern for the error on their part! I do hope that she realizes very soon You cannot treat good customers that way and be successful! I truly hope she finds her happiness however, its NOT managing a hotel

I loved the size, very large Has small kitchen area w/fridge & microwave, good size bath, Large open area includes loveseat sitting area with side table & large ottoman, lots of storage for clothes, etc Bedroom area has large bed with attached side tables & lamps, closet area, large desk with desk chair

Nice TV that swivels to use while in both LR/BR area! Loved the cleanliness of the room Very modern Nice & comfortable One of my favorites as far as the room & breakfast goes If it would have had some kind of mini-stove it would have been perfect! I Def would have given it a 5!We try our best to stay in Stay in ⭐⭐⭐⭐-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ star rooms Sometimes possible sometimes notNo matter where I go2, 3, 4 or 5 starIf it don’t have ANY bugs & it’s cleanI can make do! I cannot do bugs That should be 1 of the priorities for EVERY HOTEL!

Nate Patrick

I like the Home2 suites brand by Hilton The rooms are nice, though they could use an in room stovetop or something similar (you can request a hot plate/portable stove from most front desks, I didn’t need one this stay) The free breakfast was on par for what you expect at most similar hotels

The lobby is nice here, relaxing and inviting with a pool table too The room was comfortable and just right for my stay I would stay here again if I’m going through Atlanta

Maddox Trinklein

DO NOT stay here Rude front desk staff asked us to wait 2 hours for pillows to be ready Said he would call the room when they were and never did on two consecutive nights

The third time he tried, I waited up until 3 in the morning waiting on pillows before returning to the lobby and being told to wait an additional two hours Upon refusal to return to my room, the rude employee then produced pillows in under 10 minutes He then refused to give me contact information for management When I asked to speak to a manager; she referred me to Hilton Rewards as compensation for the 3 nights of lost sleep before work we had during the course of our stay Overpriced for the quality of service (or lack thereof)

This place was extraordinarily clean!! It smelled amazing The front desk staff was fun (Mr Gene)

They do offer breakfast, but I didn’t take part I had a King size room on the 5th floor Room was clean, bathroom clean The room had a beautiful citrus smell to it The fridge and the microwave were cleaned and functional I used both The bed was comfortable!! Plenty of king size pillows that were comfortable The a/c did make a loud noise sometimes when cutting off It didn’t bother me, but I know it could bother someone else Will definitely stay here again and recommend anyone to do the same

Kathryn Wall

Denzel was awesome at check in So friendly Had the best customer service!!! Rooms were clean and bed was comfy

As much as I want to give this hotel 5 stars I can’t!! My car was hit in the parking lot Hotel staff was notified yet they didn’t tell me Hotel staff even threw the bumper cover to the car in the dumpster Very disappointed with the handling of this Thankful that another guest notified me that the bumper was thrown away by hotel staff

B Smith

This is the best in the area hands down The clerks are always nice and go out of their way to make me feel welcomeFriendly conversations, people that care and always a pleasant time

Right off Interstate 75 (Exit #269) Definitely the nicest La Quinta I have ever seen! Looks very new Clean

Animal friendly Only issue I had was, (which I had read in another review) was the room numbers are a bit out of order Took a couple minutes to find the room, but once I got inside, it was very nice and clean!Decent amount of choices for breakfast Beds were very comfortable! Beauty Rest mattresses Very friendly staff Lots of other hotels nearby and restaurants Good location!

Budget hotel with relatively high cost compared to the service and rooms providedHot water was out several times, all washing machines broke, ball teams staying there needing to do laundry Had to drive to Laundromat at 10pm

Location was good Traffic was really heavy most of the timeStaff were relatively friendly Most did not speak any EnglishStay served it’s purpose Would have expected a bit more for the cost and amount of ball teams they’d have to get regularly

CLEAN The building is clean The decor is modern

Location is greatService was fantastic for usThey need to clean the pool daily is the only thing not just right but it was not excessively dirty just needed a good vacuum the 3 days I was thereThese people work hard to stay ahead of all the rooms with the small crew they have and so a good jobOnly a couple things need some work Third floor had some sewage gas issues in our bathroom the first night Same gas in the hallway the second night Probably lack of use for some of the rooms The sink would gurgle when you flush the first nightNot quite enough water pressure on third floor to wash my long hair They’d had a leak at some point in time as you could tell the floor wasn’t just right in the bathroom and entrywayAsk to stay on 1st or second floor and you should have no problemsHaving said all this YES I’ll stay again Good people Clean place They work hard

Jordan at the front took excellent care of me and my husband from the very start! The ladies that served us breakfast, Ms Lue and Ms Lashunda were two of the sweetest and kindest ladies you can ever be fortunate enough to come across We live nearby and were staying due to our home being flooded and they all made our stay so accommodating and less stressful Jordan even had the water turned back on just for me (because they had a leak downstairs and had the water temporarily shut off), when I came back and had to get a quick shower to make it to an important appointment

If I could give them more 🌟I most definitely would!! It’s very well run, clean, attentive, friendly staff that treats you like family and they always remember and call you by name, which is an amazing pleasure (especially when you’re newly married like we are🥰) We will absolutely recommend this fine establishment to all of our friends and family!

Was very disappointed with our room in the second building The room was a suite with two bedrooms The carpet between the living room and bedroom was up and not attached to the floor (trip hazard) the refrigerator was dirty inside and the room had an odor

The room was dark, and our room was on the first floor The hotel’s location was great and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping The only reason we gave it two stars however we decided not to stay and moved to another Marriott property

Only reason 2 stars is the front desk staff and the breakfast preparerThe air freshener in the hallway is overwhelming Room has a mixed bag of furniture that came out of a Courtyard

Room smells, AC in bedroom does not work Thermostat in living room is inaccessible because of the oversized desk unitI get the impression the owner is milking this place and not doing proper maintenance

Haven’t felt so well taken care of in a long time!!! Our room was clean and ready when we got here on Friday The staff has been extra helpful They even opened the breakfast bar a little early on Saturday because they knew a lot of travelers had places to be by 7am

will certainly stay here again if anything brings me to Emerson again!!!

So when I looked up reviews I found it weird that there was not a single negative comment ore review So I booked my stay at this Hampton Inn and I was FLOORED! I have traveled a lot for business and there are so many things this Hampton has done right The location is AMAZING, there are so many food choices literally right next door

The rooms were very spacious and clean, (probably the cleanest Hampton I have stayed at) The breakfast was great They served hot food and cold food and so much variety If I would have to say a negative, when I checked in they said my room was ready but when I went up the bed was not made because apparently the covers were still in the wash, I waited half an hour for a new room that was ready The staff was super friendly and I definitely recommend!

Our room was comfortable But what made our stay so fantastic was Mrs Edna, who greeted us and served us breakfast

Her warm and friendly personality made us feel like we were staying with family! She went out of her way to see if there was anything we needed and to share with us about her experiences and her family She even baked and served us the best banana nut bread! Mrs Edna is a real gem and an asset to your hotel

I stayed there for 3 nights while on a business trip Not once did I feel unsafe, parking lot is well lit and parking is very convenient My room was clean upon arrival

I didn’t meet the front desk staff as I always just check in on my phone and use my key in my app I did have the pleasure in meeting the lovely breakfast ladies, very sweet I will be back!

Nice hotel as long as your not on the first floor or beside the stairwell Can literally hear everywhere the person in the room above is walking Shakes the whole ceiling and rattles the lights beside the bed

Not a very good experience for someone who is here for work Will mostly likely be recommending to my company to find a better place for employees to stay
