Receptionist were friendly and helpful at every turn, always willing to make you feel welcome Everyone I came in contact with seamed genuinely pleasant, and were great help whenever questions were ask The hotels current policy on room servicing should be adopted by more locations, IT JUST MAKES SENCE

We checked in a week ago The staff was super friendly and helpful Our 4 night stay was excellent with comfy beds large room that was clean with newer decor

The staff from front desk, maids and all employees were so kind and friendly Best hotel we have stayed at in awhile We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Murrieta

Claudia Wolfkind

Only came here for a short event this evening, so I didn’t see any rooms or facilities However, the reception area was nice, the event room was great and the people working in the front were very sweet There’s a coffee place right outside in the parking lot and it’s across from a HS so I could see family coming in and staying to watch their kids sporting events

Should we have people come in for an event we’ll definitely recommend this hotel

My fiancé and I came down to the Temecula area to attend a wedding and chose to stay at this hotel for our very short trip The price is very affordable, the rooms and lobby are kept very clean, there is free breakfast in the morning until 10am, and the pool is great! The staff are also extremely nice and I was able to have a few good conversations with a few of them Overall this is a genuinely great hotel for its price and I definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an enjoyable stay for a decent price!

Just checked out of a 5 day stay at the Hampton Inn in Murrrieta, CA I usually like the Hampton Inn’s, but this was not a great stay I reserved a Studio Suite which was large, but the bathroom felt like it was in the middle of the room and did not work for me

I had a king bed with a too small sheet that only fit down the side of the mattress about 4 inches and resulted in me waking during each night on the bare mattress – yuk! Bathroom and bar lighting is intensely bright The breakfast offerings were minimal – out of 5 days, only 1 day had bananasHowever, the most irritating part of the stay was the need to negotiate housekeeping every day During the Covid lockdown, housekeeping was not an option but it’s now June 2022 and Covid restrictions are practically non-existent in Murrieta, except at the Hampton InnThe first morning of my stay I went to the reception desk and requested housekeeping I was told “no, this was not my scheduled day,” and that for my 5 day stay, I would get housekeeping on the 4th day (this was over a weekend) I objected and asked for just the bathroom and bar to be refreshed This, the staff agreed to do The next day, I had fresh towels, coffee, condiments but nothing in the room was touched Each morning I went to the desk and asked to be refreshed On the 3rd day, I was told the housekeepers were very busy and they would try to do the refresh, but no guarantee On the 4th day, the room was fully cleanedPrior to the lockdown, I am sure the Hampton Inn had a daily housekeeping service option, like every other Hampton Inn’s in which I have stayed With this stay, it felt like the housekeepers had been eliminated during the lockdown and the hotel owners chose to reduce their staff and pull back on services The rate I paid averaged more than $200/night, not a rate that should exclude daily housekeeping

Jennifer Ann Zbinden

The hotel itself was pretty good We had a great experience at check-in with Alexis She was very welcoming and friendly

Room had everything we needed and was clean Breakfast was good Lots of options and was well stocked A major disappointment was when we went downstairs for breakfast on our last day and hear the desk clerk having a conversation with a male who did not appear to be a guest (and was possibly under the influence of drugs) speaking negatively about a particular profession, law enforcement to be exact They had no consideration for anyone in the lobby that may work in said profession and as an employee of the hotel, the desk clerk should have put a stop to that conversation the second the males started his ranting As an employee of the hotel, the employee is responsible for making guests feel welcome, no matter what profession, and we definitely did not As Hilton Honors members we have stayed in numerous Hilton hotels and never had such a distasteful experience

Alberta Cotton

My experience with this hotel started out terrible My family and I were traveling, for a family vacation We arrived to our hotel after several flight delays

I remained in constant contact with this hotel via the Hilton app(message) and the phone Our room was paid in full (through Travelocity), and yet upon arrival my room was cancelled My family and I was locked out and spoken to on the phone(in the forte) and was referred to as,”Oh yeah your the lady that called about your room” When finally allowed to enter and approach the front desk, Sophia begin to say that I called at 12:56am and that she canceled my paid in full room at 12:00 midnight because she didn’t hear from me at 11:30pm when I said I would arrive Even though I called numerous times When I messaged because I couldn’t get through via the phone, she said she was having technical issues and that’s why she didn’t answer the phone She told me that I would have to pay for the room all over again and request a refund I refused because in my email I knew I could not get a refund or modify my room So she then says she can try to get me in a room and that I would have to pay a $200 deposit (she said I would get it back in 5-7 days), I agreed She booked the room, but I expressed to her my disappointment in knowing that my room was cancelled and my money was just taken like that She begin to express how she could lose her job if she books the room under another reservation and I not pay I continued to wait for a room, because at this point my husband, four children and I were extremely tired after being at the airport over five hours Sophia was apologetic after a while for her actions and gave us complimentary water(2 bottles and one pack of cheese its) She said she would make a note of what occurred and her co worker would fix the problem As we finally begin to settle in, my phone pings and alerts me that my card was ran for $258 and $74 after booking the room, but I locked my card, so the charges were declined I asked her about that she said that her co worker would fix it because she was “new” and didn’t know how to fix this problem Well we decided to get some rest and address this situation in the morning( I couldn’t sleep so I just stayed up due to this issue) The next day was better, we met Dennis He spoke with us and he reassured us that the problem would be fixed Dennis made our entire experience better He genuinely was apologetic and he made us feel welcomedThe rooms were fairly new and clean We stayed three days two nights, we lost a day due to our delayed flight There was free breakfast from 6:30-9:30am, it was pretty good But our rooms were not cleaned the entire time we were there I’m not sure if we had to request room service or not because it was not communicated with us Overall, I’m not sure if I would stay at this hotel again, but we definitely appreciate all the Dennis did for us

Jennifer Walker

We contacted the hotel as requested by them on my last review This contact was made five days ago and no one has ever gotten back to us I think that it is interesting that they act concerned, but by their actions, obviously are not

They wasted our time a second time by asking us to contact them just so they could appear on this review that they really care about their customers I’m sure, as the other reviews reflect, that it is a nice place However, I would not take a chance on making a reservation that may be cancelled on you if they decide to give it away to someone else even after confirming our arrival time with hotel staff

I have much to say This stay was recent so I hope I save you alot of time and money Upon arrival i thought the lobby looked a bit dull

this was shocking and i was very taken back with my experience I had a family member in another room and she didn’t like her stay either My room had an awful smell Like a cheap mens cologne and mildew The floors had sticky juice spots from entrance to bed The tv kept freezing and not many good options of things to view The fridge was extremely loud and made awful ticking noise throughout the night Not enough towels in the bathroom Hair all over the floor The Kleenex box had two sheets left The sink did not have all bathing essentials A bar of soap was open and clearly used The bath tub was so stained I went to local Walmart to purchase cleaning substance to clean it myself Tile was cracked and wallpaper torn Toilet has sign above it stating to hold the nozzle for 10 seconds to ensure proper flushing All doors creaked My closet had a pork skin in it (I can’t make this up people) The bed was the worse of all Footprints at the base Sheets ripped and thinning Pillow cases were stained of makeup Mattress was just bumpy and terrible Ice bucket was dirty thank goodness it had a bag for it Ice machine room had bud light boxes and chip bags on the floor I wouldn’t dare reccomend this place to anyone Especially for the price I wont be back ever It was very disappointing because this is a Marriott I’m shocked

Ashley Poe

Avoid this property at all costs I cannot believe Marriott puts their name on this place The guest rooms and public areas are extremely dirty and look like they haven’t been vacuumed in months

There were bugs in our room and the noise from the freeway is absurd I called to get a refund but there was no manager on property- I was told I would receive a call back “later in the week at the mangers earliest convenience” Marriott Bonvoy representative would not refund us either Horrible experience

We did the wineries last weekend

BFF, another friend and I For obvious reasons we reserved a room at the Fairfield Inn in Temecula This location is a little older but maintained pretty well Temecula Hotels always charge a little more I assume due to the wineries We had a great time tasting and shopping, chatting and eating I can’t wait until it warms up because we plan to go back There is a good Asian restaurant in same plaza as Fairfield Inn It’s called Chins I recommend to everybodywalking distance and they have a full bar Ask for Min he is great fun and has a good sense of humor BTW Fairfield is serving hot breakfast again Fresh and yummE!! If planning to use the sofa sleeper make sure they give you one with a good mattress The one in our room was absolutely horrible (room #214)

Third week in a row staying here for 3 weekdays at a time For the price its very good, better than most peers Clean, friendly staff, quiet rooms

Area is not great, yet felt as safe,or better, as most $100+ a night place I did not see any homeless or shady people around Only ding, is breakfast is limited to 7 to 9, and is a brown bag of various choices, to take back to room to eat Rooms appropriate size, bathroom a little tight, but clean and usable Did not see any mold or gunk on carpet as indicated by several “local guides” And no smell of smoke in any of the 3 rooms I stayed in Not a local guide, just a well traveled Dude

Neyirys

I’ve seen crack houses in better condition then this hotel We arrived at 1am and there were already homeless people sitting outside asking for help Upon entering the hotel it smelled like feces

The male receptionist didn’t great us with a smile The keys to our room did not work The room smelled like mold We left in the morning and there was no breakfast left The bathroom was filled with mold and we had broken furniture in our room unsafe for our children This place needs better management and staff This is a $70 hotel at the most yet we paid double

Jasmine

If I could give 0 stars I would The room was absolutely filthy and the entire hotel smells like smoke It honestly looked like someone had just made the bed and that was it

The bed was covered in long black hair from the guest who occupied it before us and down the side of the bed sheets was a nasty brown streak There was hair on the bathroom floor as well as the fact that the tub was surrounded with mold The walls also had a sticky substance on them I would stay far away from this hotel

This park is mainly for long term residences not weekend get aways Great park to live in with access to the lake , pool and laundry The Rent is very affordable but the electricity is outrageous

Nice clean quiet park to live inThis was my previous review prior which I gave an honest 5 starts After my encounter Judy the manager I would give this place a negative 5 Judy has the tendency to fly off the handle and verbally attack her Tenants if they don’t act in a manner she prefers or simply offers suggestions for the park I wouldn’t recommend living in this park due to the lack of professionalism and human kindness Judy expresses

Maria Salom

Very clean and beautiful park, but no one monitoring the lake several jet skies speeding on the no wake zone very unsafe, and no patrol boat on the lake At least 4 broken jet skies on the water and no help available We have been coming to lake Elsinore for 40 years,1st time I remembered there has been no water patrol

You must have them, there is drinking and driving and little experience on the water

Rita Mae

The lady that runs it is very unfriendly and all she does is yell and doesn’t know how to talk to people My husband & I have been staying here for a while about a year She said our son couldn’t visit us,we asked why she said he was trash he’s a preacher she’s totally confused

She yells & wants to argue she is a devilthank God my husband’s job is almost over and we will be gone and not be back at this place I’ve never been treated so badly she needs to go to the South and get reborn get some manners find Jesus something don’t mean to be judgmental but she’s got major problems and these people that give good ratings here she’s got to pay them because I’ve never seen her be nice to anyone except for a few guys but women or guys that aren’t very nice looking no she’s hateful

I have been here at Cranes almost 4 years now I love it It is peaceful clean and the staff is awesome

I have always felt welcome here As with any place you may have nieghbors that aren’t the best But i have always been happy with the response of the management team addressing any issue Everyone says hello as you pass and the lake is always beautiful Sandy has always been fair and very courteous I love that there are cameras at every turn I have never felt more safe Thank you Sandy for being such a wonderful person

Roaming Free In A RV

This is the best campground in the Lake Elsinore area The campground itself is clean and very well maintained, including the beach area The staff is friendly and there are security cameras throughout the park and we felt very safe

Sites are back in and our site was right on the beach, making for a really nice view There is no swimming in the lake though but there are water sports We stayed two months and the only complaint is the electric The electric bill was extremely high and when we asked about it the staff didn’t seem concerned about it and said they would look into it (it’s been two months and nothing) We would stay here again but for less then a month due to the electric bill issue Stayed here January and February 2018

Five Stars because what they do, they do very well But – it isn’t the Ritz OK, the facility is great – clean, attractive, and everything works

Did have to wait a bit for hot water one morning, but that was only a slight delay The outdoor spacers – pool, hot tub, and grilling/seating areas are attractive and clean The staff here care about the property and the guest experience We interacted with three or four staff and each one was courteous and helpful Bed was comfortable and the room was clean The location is greatThe breakfast, for what it is – the standard IHG breakfast was good and plentifulRecommended

The ac in the room kicks My stay was mid summer and I froze my butt off the entire time I was in the room Basic gym gets the job done, although there is a massive gym in the same parking lot The pool and jacuzzi seem to be relatively unused I had both to myself the Tuesday night I went down there

We were overcharged by almost $40 after being given the receipt in an email They attempted to charge my card 5 times within a 5 minute time span rendering my card locked They then proceeded to charge my card again two days after we checked out for $36 for whatever reason and they don’t seem to know why

The manager and Martha were very helpful and very polite the morning we checked in Brenda who serviced the front desk on the night shift was the one who had quite the attitude and informed us of these over charges that we were not told about Brenda insisted that the incidental fee was a $200 charge that she would give us a discount to make it $20 What I found very interesting was that one charge on my card was the $16419 I was originally planning to pay One charge was $185 and the other three charges were $190 Regarding the cleanliness of the room and the tranquil atmosphere, that part of my stay was excellent But overall, my partner and I were extremely stressed out the entire night we were staying, and left earlier than our check out time the next morning because I honestly could not wait to go home I definitely won’t be staying at this location again, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here either The next time I need a hotel room, I will be looking elsewhere I would give this place one star but that extra star is for Martha She was great!

This is a great place to stay at for your next vacation The front desk and staff members are very kind Oscar and the ladies who work the front breakfast area they all have incredibly awesome personalities and they demonstrated excellent customer service during me and my finance stay at SpringHill Suites

Times have changed I was very disappointed I learned that Marriott’s ideal of a suite is a room with a sofa

It was subpar Perhaps a tiny upgrade from a Motel six Not worth the price and I asked the staff if this was a suite They lied Not a glass to drink out of It was terrible No privacy, 1 swiveling TV for both shared spaces I bathroom My grandchildren are with me and there was no way to shut out the noise

Wonderful stay Our daughter had an emergency c-section and we came from out if town We booked online through Priceline for one night and being a Tuesday, the price was comparatively low

We were upgraded because they were out of standard rooms so it was an even better deal It ended up we needed to extend our stay to three nights and the front desk was wonderfully understanding We got the additional nights for the original price The front desk woman was kind and personable, even asking at checkout how our daughter was doing Very clean rooms and public spaces VERY comfortable bed!!! Super spacious Hot actual breakfast (not a “grab bag”) We even got to use the pool and hot tub Beautiful property Highly recommend!

When I think of the idea of a Holiday inn in Corona this hotel epitomizes that image It appears as though the owner is trying to get by on the cheap not spending money on infrastructure or amenities Ice maker does not work elevator does not work, in room phone foes mot work

Door is hard to open and won’t self-close Rooms are relatively “nice” but are clean Hallways are not air conditioned so they’re nearly 100° The hallways smell like marijuana, the parking lot smells like marijuana, the pool area smells like marijuana Not a place that I recommend for families Conveniently located close to the 15 but not much in the way of amenities or value for your dollar Currently charging over $200 per room Come back in a year and this place will go for less than 100 bucks a room WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Isidra-Lynn

HORRIBLE!!! I am a disabled single mother and my 8 year old and I just checked out at 11:30 pm on our pajamas A prior guest left a spilt salsa under the bed the whole side of the bed under the night stand was soaking wet with dirt brown liquid Because they have only 1 room with a spa tub I was not offered another room of the same type

Pulled back the sheet to get in bed after a long day of 4th of July festivities and there are nasty brown stains on the fitted and top sheet I call the front desk and they bring queen sheets Being disabled didn’t enjoy trying to change the sheets myself After sweating and being in pain wresting with the linens I called again and they said they would bring another set of sheets At this point hurting tired and irritated that we are on a holiday weekend having to remove nasty sheets and lay down towels to not walk on what every the brown nasty liquid on the floor This was our 2nd time staying in this exact room If time the mini fridge smelt like someone peed on it This time new fridge but the floor was soaking wet as if someone peed on it Sheets were stained brown like someone peed in the bed Twice nasty and there will not be a 3rd Really sad because its a huge room with spa tub the only nice one in the area

We’ve been here twice to visit family and each time it’s been a great stay The front desk staff is friendly and the rooms are always clean They are new and nice floors and beds

It’s spacious and the air conditioning works very well too I love the location, it’s near an In-N-Out & starbucks & gas station! There are more too but it’s perfect for when we arrive late from road-tripping to get some food and when we leave in the morning to start our trip we can get gas and a coffeeIt’s also pet friendly! 😊

This place was fantastic! It’s new and clean and the staff were wonderful We had a king room with a sofa bed and the bed and sofa were very comfy! Nef helped us get booked and definitely made us feel welcome! I read reviews of people saying the area had sketchy people and some had their cars broken into however I did not feel unsafe at all There are a few fast food places in the same plaza

The rooms are good and big with a full kitchen and fridge with a cook top 2 burner Staff is nice but

if you arrive later at night, like 1030,11 your basically on your own, there is zero parking left and I’m saying this because I was there for 9 days and never once found parking in the hotel lot after 11, I had to park down the street and if something happens to your car the hotel told me they are not responsible, the night staff told me to park wherever I can basically For paying almost 2k they should have a more organized parking structure going on This is the only negative I had

This hotel is fantastic It all started when I pulled up walked in and ran into Jenny at the front desk she was courteous helpful friendly and welcoming Very informative knew the area very well and was very proud of her hotel

And it showed She followed up after we checked-in to make sure we were comfortable and asked if there’s anything else she could do for us I was able to get a late check out for the next day People at the breakfast room were very friendly and accommodating as were the people working on the pool Place was clean well taken care of and is in a great location Plenty of food options around the area for all kinds of appetites and tastse Close to the I-15 freeway but you would not know it once you’re at the hotel WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Found a giant cockroach in the closet in my bathroom Disgusting Front desk said there is nothing they can do about it and sent me on my way

I asked for another room that was not on the first floor She tells me they are sold out Their website says they have at least 2 different room types available for tonight I ask her for a refund so that I can leave immediately and try to find other accommodations She refuses but says she can cancel my stay without a refund What use would that be? Essentially kicking myself out of the hotel while they keep all of my money They have so many little signs everywhere stating that the rooms have been sanitized and disinfected How clean could it be if there are large adult breeding-age roaches in plain sight???? God forbid a few catch a ride on my suitcase so that I unwittingly spread the infestation to my personal belongings and/or home Seriously? I paid $200 to sleep with roaches for 1 night This is ridiculous I’m sleeping in the lobbySave your money Go elsewhere The fact that they offered no solution to at all to a patrons problem, should alarm you Besides the obvious reasons of how gross and unsanitary a cockroach infestation is, knowing that if you have any issues during your stay, nothing will be done about it; should be enough to send any reasonable person to find a different hotel And if they are slacking on cleanliness, what else could be flying under the radar? Also the WiFi here is practically non existent Even in the common areas and lobby If I can get a signal at all, it is too slow to be of any use
