Overall a nice place It’s a touch dated but the amenities make you soon forget The staff we encountered were nice and helpful

The beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet The entire place is clean I mean Spotless!!! Housekeeping should be proud It’s the ONLY hotel of its size and amenities in the area So your choices are few But I enjoy staying there when I’m in town It’s been my go to for many years and it’s always good

Stacy Langenkamp

I really enjoyed this stay The front desk gentleman who checked me in and also checked me out was very polite, helpful with my questions and even watched my personal belongings while I walked to get food while waiting for my ride home The room was amazing, clean and cozy

Already booked another stay for next week and am very much looking forward to it!

Price is HIGH for quality of services Facility is old and run down During our stay with multiple rooms only 1 bath towel was available per room

We were told to share a bath towel because they aren’t allowed to give more than one If your staying with more than one person in your room be prepared to share a bath towel No room service is available We were downright REFUSED SERVICE and treated extremely rudely with no management support Their staff is extremely rude and uncaring No breakfast service is available For the nightly rate there are way better options than this place We are Wyndham Rewards members, travel frequently, and by far this was the worst facility and experience we have encountered in a very long time

The whole experience was just perfect The room and the whole building was very clean And had many employees in to help with any and all things

Everyone was very nice and helpful They have a very nice spread for continental breakfast A game room in the pool section And enjoyed the in room whirlpoolThank You to all at The Best Western

Brenda Kleinknecht

We were disappointed to find out after checking in and using the hot tub, the TV was not working Called the front desk, they told my husband to wait 30-40 minutes so they could reboot the system That’s a long time to wait when you want to catch a quick movie before bed

Decided on watching fb The hotel looks like it hasn’t had a deep clean since they opened Our room had a nasty smell to it, but it had the same smell as the breakfast nook Kind of questing it may be from using cheap chemicals Didn’t smell or appear clean and sanitized, especially in the world we live in today

The staff is rude, no matter how nice you are back, to the point that it seems intentional, and almost a company policy The owners, especially M**y, are too often very unwilling to work out anything that might cause them to have to go out of their wayI put a camper there for my parents

When my Mom and Dad were too old and couldn’t come anymore, I wanted to either sell it in place because it was hooked up well, or get it out of there The owners weren’t interested in helping me do eitherI explained that it would cost triple to get it out of there during non business hours and that it would be a huge advantage if I could access it during any time between 8 AM and 4 PM in a 3 week timeframe and have it out I don’t have a fifth wheel to move it I paid to have it put thereThey decided that I could not access it to sell, and the only time that we’re going to allow me to access it, is when I already had a prior family commitment in Ohio, that we had planned for months, and could not remove myself from Then, before that date, they moved it on their own with no call to me Nothing was set up for moving inside because it never was intended that my parents not return this year And it still was in their lot with no access for meThe owners/management have all kinds of excuses and I’m sure they’ll put some out here for this Bottom line is it’s a horror show No bathrooms or showers for multiple years Green pond as a highlight Gestapo like control over every aspect of your camping experienceMy suggestion would be to never even pull in the driveway It’s like having your camper, and camping, in camper jail

Will Dafoe

The owners here are Extremely racist! If you are not white DO NOT CAMP HERE!!!!!!!! Also no matter how much evidence you have and show against seasonal campers if you are not one you will be kicked out even if you have done nothing wrong Owners like to get in your face and when you get back in theirs they call the police and play victim Even the cop told me he is sick of them calling and they are ridiculous

BEWARE DO NOT CAMP HERE!!!

Joshua Smith

Love this campground We have been coming here for years Finally decided to be seasonal this year

We love that the owners as well as other campers enforce the rules They are rules to keep everyone safe especially the kids This is the only campground I feel safe letting my kids run/bike around and don’t have to worry about themI definitely like how quick they kick people out who refuse to follow rules Anyone leaving bad reviews just ask them what rules they brokeGreat job Attica Pines!!

I’ve stayed at this motel for years (since 2008) and the reason I’ve stayed is because the place is awesome, and in my opinion, easier to rent than an apartment The rent is low and one payment a week takes care of everything pretty much Laundry is 4 bucks a load and is simply easier and cheaper than going to the laundromat

Matt and Renee have been outstanding when it comes to service and hospitality I truly feel like this is home compared to when I did have an apartment This place sets some pretty high standards the others near by either can’t meet, or can’t meet without a high price tagIf you need a room and see “vacancy” on the sign, stop and rent it because the place fills fast

Amanda Cochran

Great atmosphere Especially if you’re staying long term Staff accommodates all needs

Tendon before us had smoked in the room Renee did everything to assure the odor was out Room was very clean (house keeping was awesome they even do laundry for a reasonable fee) room was a lil warm at times (stuffy) but our stay was during winter so just cracked a window Over all i would highly recommend this place

bts is the best

Its a great place and familys and children are always welcome i havent been to a motel where i didnt want to bleach the floors ofnthe tub just to get in until i was here the bathrooms are clean so clean Kids have a yard to play in set back from the road and the managers in the last few months have been amazeing Offering laundry at 4 dollars a load wash dried and folded

There are so many good things about this place and its almost always full Come check it out when theres an opening you wont be disappointed

Listen, Linda Its a great time if you like the smell of pot in the halls, and the sound of people partying through the walls ALL EFFING NIGHT

3 stars but only because the lady in the breakfast room was so kind and genuinely enjoyed the conversations she had with our kids about pancakes and muffins She saved the review game, holiday Inn Do better Maybe when there’s only a couple of rooms booked space your customers further apart and you’d get better ratings 😉

Heather Haynes

We booked a jacuzzi suite and when we got there we were told they didn’t have any They gave us a king room for only a little less Would have expected a discount when it was their mistake

There were ants in the room The bed was very uncomfortable, I woke up with a terrible back ache The tub had a weird brown stain on it The pool was warm, that was nice Just so foggy in the room you could hardly see The breakfast in the morning was decent for a hotel breakfast

Jacob Begley

Front desk staff were kind and helpful Room was clean and more spacious than I was expecting Wi-Fi is fast (for hotel Wi-Fi)

My only complaint is that I booked a king bed room with a hot tub, only to find out upon arrival that they had sold their last hot tub room so I was stuck in a basic room with two full beds Even so, I was discounted the price difference between the two rooms, and I had no issues at all (other than wishing I had a hot tub!) Check out is at 11 not 10 so I had plenty of time to ease into my day Property is well-located near many restaurants and shops I would definitely stay here again

Highly recommend! Great staff checking in and taking care of us later! Jaida at the front desk was so personable and kind! You can tell people here take pride in their jobs! The breakfast was great The rooms were very clean and updated We had our dog with

The pet fee is higher than other places, but they obviously take care to make sure you can’t tell it’s pet friendly Thanks for a great stay on our way through!

Latrena Humphrey

A Diamond in the rough! 5 night stay, and we are 3 nights in today Very SLIGHT cosmetic issue with assigned room at Check in, but Montavios (front desk attendant) got it resolved in a HUGE and very accommodating way! Hotel is clean and has a “well maintained” feel! Breakfast is a HIT everyday and Geri is just the best! All the staff here is very warm, and attentive acknowledging each guest entering and exiting Not to mention this is a GREAT location with quick to lots

At a time when COVID seems to have given companies a pass to push GOOD customer service out of the window, this stay has been a breath of fresh air! Keep up the good work Hampton Inn!!

Ashton Moses

Where do I start? The bathroom in the room was absolutely disgusting It appeared to not have been cleaned after the last guest There was hair and urine behind the toilet seat on the back of the toilet

Which also makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the building and rooms However, that was not the only issue The staff was beyond rude and unprofessional upon speaking to them This facility needs a reality check on every level What once was a nice place definitely needs some work before considering returning

This place has been in my family for Generations My grandparents brought their kids, and us, and now I get to bring my kids here also This is one of THE FRIENDLIEST places on this Earth

Small little camper community and some year round residents stayThis place is day pay only 5$ with boat rentals, food, drinks, ON SITE HOOKUPS for RV’s and TENT camping right by the water! Rules? ITS VERY RELAXED!! As long as your aren’t bothering your neighbors, or creating a mess It’s basically fair game for anythingFishing, lots of it all around the lake, my cousin has caught some HUGE bass, we’ve got turtles, catfish and dogfish, snails for the kids to find on the shores, frogs and an OSPREY lives close by and hangs out at the beach also! There is TONS of nearby nature for the kids to FREELY explore comfortably With this place being such a community of campers, the kids are always watched and looked after by your neighbors tooThere is a store on site, the Kitchen is down for right now, but it is a full side snack bar kitchen, fries, mushrooms, chicken nuggets, hot dogs etc A Cotton Candy machine is in the store also! Arcade and tons of playground equipment for bigger kids and little ones! They also have a GIANT Swing set, those babies can really get high AFThere is ONE main bathroom by the RV washing station, Split up men and women’s sides, they do include a SHOWER too but I believe it is only for people staying overnight, the shower section is partitioned off from inside the men and women’s bathrooms with a lock The bathrooms are definitely outdated and could use some fixing up, better lights inside so its not so dark, I know a few kids say its creepy in there LOL My daughter included Let’s not get mistaken though, it is fully functional and clean! It is about 20 minute drive from Walmart even though you feel a million miles away from City Life while your thereThe lake is PRIVATE and it is very cleanly kept! NO GAS MOTORS, only trolling motors are allowed here, canoes, kayaks are PERFECT, paddle boats, blow up rafts even this lake is perfect Lilly pads on the fishing sides, the whole entire back section of the lake is a wetland, so there are no houses to look at while camping, only nature (Yes there are houses around the lake but none directly across from the beach scene)Overall its a 10 out of 10 Highly recommend Even doggo’s are welcomed around here =]

I stayed in this hotel many times before Usually when the manager is working, everything seems to be alright as she is much more accommodatingThis time my experience was not so great

I came for a business stay The moment I entered the room, there was an odd smell I thought positive and said it’s probably air freshenerThe shower had just barely any pressure, I’m not sure if they’re trying to save on bills but this is not what I expectedThe sink in the room needs attention, the handle slowly turns off the waterSome guests were having a ball right outside the hotel and you can hear them playing music, talking, and laughing pass midnight (12am) The hotel staff did not do anything about itFinally I wanted to leave a day early and asked if I could have a late checkout, the front desk lady said no because the rooms are booked She asked me to check out at 11:00am and not even a minute later

D Royal

I rarely leave reviews at businesses, but this one, everyone and everything across the board was excellent! Very clean establishment, good ac/heat units, nice beds, hot breakfast (self prepare), gym, shower is good and hot, Buddy’s Pizza is NEXT DOOR plus other eateries are very close by, I could go on and on Best hotel for my needs, I will highly recommend!

I stayed for several days just recently The room was clean, the pool was nice (and stocked with towels to dry off) Staff was friendly

The first couple of days were a busy weekend, so it was a bit loud in the hallway and you could hear thumping and banging above us, but the weekdays were quiet The breakfast options of cereals, coffee cake, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, oranges and apples, as well as juices and coffee was suitable for my friend and I There is a little freezer with ice creams and frozen foods you can purchase The location was great for the areas we were visiting, and the price was great My one suggestion would be to fill in the crack between the ramp and the lot, as it kept catching the luggage cart wheels and almost tipped it

Jeff Lilge

The reservationist mistakenly booked us for the wrong night’s stay We arrived the next evening – the evening of our actual reservation They charged us for both nights

The desk host was pleasant, but was probably bound by policy So although I don’t blame the desk attendant, I am unhappy about being charged for an extra night’s stay It was one of the cleanest Day’s Inn we’ve stayed in

We stayed here for almost a month because of a house fire Everyone that works here is amazing They helped us beyond their jobs and we so appreciate them

They are all about customer service The room rates are great The rooms are very clean and they welcome the four legged family members The breakfast is always cleaned and stocked Any equipment that needs to be fixed is done very quickly If I could give them 10 stars I would Thanks so much

Gavin Dunning

Stopped in during a summer weekend and was able to get the last room available, after leaving an airbnb that wasn’t so clean, this place was super clean, smelled good and looked good! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, we requested housekeeping after 2pm and they had someone stay late to clean our room which we greatly appreciate! When we came back to the room it was cleaned and new sheets on the bed ready to go! Really enjoyed our stay

Jessica Jansen

The rooms were clean but the hotel was a little older They did have breakfast which was nice Security wise I felt uneasy because the side doors in building did not seem like they locked

There was a woman sitting on curb in parking lot smoking not sure if she was a guest or just hanging out It did not look good I forgot to add the staff was great

Pretty expensive for the quality I feel this location needs some upgrades and needs to work on their upkeep The young lady that checked me in very nice very sweet

I got there late on a Saturday and stayed until check out on Sunday, she’s the only one that I had contact with I don’t think I was mistaken but I believe she told me that breakfast was an additional charge and I’ve never came across that at any hotel I’ve ever been to so I thought that was kind of odd especially for the price I paid for the standard room

Josh Mills

They advertise having a restaurant but it seems to open and close at random hours and was not reliable Rooms were not well cleaned; we found both garbage and personal items from the last guests Housekeeping doesn’t clean unless you make a request, which just really means that their wages suck enough that they can’t find enough staff

The pool is small and kind of gross (cloudy water) The pool area was also dirty and not well maintained (rusty non-functional shower area, etc) Very much a lipstick on a hog I would stay there again but only because it’s probably still better than everything else nearby Staff was very friendly though
