We just stayed here March 2-4, 2022 and this hotel was fantastic Staff was so warm, and so kind The rooms were probably the cleanest I’ve ever had

Empire state view worth every penny!!! My parents regular room had a large bathroom with tub We had the view but no tub Didn’t matter to us The rooms are small but it’s NYC Clean, beautiful, plush bed Two of us loved everything, the other 2 wanted firmer pillows That’s literally the only thing to complain about because the hotel is so wonderful

Wonderful and friendly staff We were greeted by the front desk every time we left and arrived at the hotel The restaurant staff were equally friendly and engaging

At check in we were asked what brought us in and after telling them we were celebrating my wife’s birthday they sent a bottle of wine and card to our room! Unfortunately, we received an opposing experience at the rooftop bar Unfriendly and welcoming staff We walked out after 10 minutes and it did not appear to bother the manager or waiter as we walked past both on the way to the elevator and neither asked us if they could assist We will be back but not likely to visit the rooftop bar again

There are so many wonderful things to say about this hotel Truthfully, after reading some recent reviews left by other guests, my expectations were elevated in a way that they never are and I am pleased to say I was still WOWed 🙂 we checked in with Tracie Friday late morning on 2/18 after being greeted at the door by Jonathan I didn’t expect to have a room ready but they still offered to check before we checked our luggage with them

We already had plans to check out some spots so it was no issue to wait When we got back mid-afternoon we were promptly checked in and when we arrived at our room, not only were the delicious caramels waiting for us, they also left a cupcake with a lovely personal note (we had told them we were visiting for my daughters birthday which was earlier in February) The room itself was designed very well, very clean, comfy bed The bathroom was bigger than expected which was perfect for 2 adult women to have plenty of room to get ready On the second night of our stay the staff left us another surprise treat in our room That same evening the staff was super helpful getting us a last minute seat in the rooftop bar for dinner Always accommodating, always a smile and a hello and never made us feel like a burden As we checked out the next morning, Jonathan was again at the door- he asked if we enjoyed the cupcake left for us, which just made me smile that he remembered He then checked our bags for us while we explored some more of the city and when we arrived back to leave for our flight, there was a cab waiting and bottles of water for the trip I have stayed in NYC several times but never have I had an experience like this one! We will definitely be back Yes, staffing was a little short due to Covid so first floor bar was closed which was a bummer and yes, I have stayed in bigger hotel rooms but I promise you that NOTHING about their service is even remotely small Thank you to the whole staff for an outstanding experience and a special mention to Jonathan and Tracie for you created 2 more raving fans!!

Jennie Velasco

The location is a block away from central park and near subways to get you around the city The rooms were clean and comfortable and we got a great view of the city and Lincoln Center There were some issues with the elevators while we were there but we weren’t held up for too long

We were just sad that we couldn’t use the fitness center due to the unusually hot weather that caused them to close it temporarily Their rooftop is also incredible! Super friendly and efficient staff too!

Jason Mount

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you won’t be disappointedDefinitely one of the bigger hotel rooms you can find in NYC GREAT location, super close to Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle, and tons of transportation options Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooftop pool and bar are amazing with equally amazing service Rooms could use an update, but plenty of amenities available Closet, safe, and mini-fridge were lifesavers

Irina Constantinescu

We loved the complimentary water bottles, we went for them at the reception Downsides:The swimming pool is closedGym is closed

No restaurant for breakfast in the hotelThe rooftop closes at 11pm, except Fridays & Saturdays when it closes at 1am (staff confused the closing times, so we couldn’t enjoy the rooftop)The rooms are very old, but clean You can hear the noise from the hallway and the elevators, very thin walls in the roomThe room cleaning service is nice, reception as well :)Thank you, overall, for the experienceThe staff was nice, but we would never go back to this hotel – we chose it and paid this money due to the facilities and they were all closed Big disappointment

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any room This site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you won’t be disappointedAfter reading the reviews on here I didn’t really know what to expect, all I can say is that some people really pick on the smallest thingsI thought this hotel was perfect value for money After staying in the city 8/9 years ago I was very surprised with how this compared The hotel itself was modern and clean the room more better than expected Big compared to what I had before, the bed was so comfy! The bathroom was clean and updated so issue with water pressure or temperatureI would highly recommend and I will be staying here again when I go back!

Crystal Frazier

I booked Park Central for an overnight stay in NYC with a friend Our experience was sub-par and did not match the hotel pricing We paid way too much for what we got as an experience

There was a long wait to check in I tried to use the hotels app for remote check in, which did not work Once we got to the counter the staff was friendly and apologized or the waitWhen we got to our room, it was not as clean as it should have been There was hair in the bathroom sink and tub which made me wonder how well everything else had been cleaned The iron in our room did not work I called the front desk for a replacement and they were very professional We had a replacement iron in about half an hourThere was a long wait for check out It was Sunday morning and there was only 1 agent at the front desk trying to service a line full of people Overall, I think the staff was doing the best they could but it’s clear that they need more support to keep things running smoothly

Great location Straight shot from Grand Central if you exit though the market Plenty of places to eat within short walking distance, including 3 Japanese restaurants if that’s your thing

The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable No microwave in room so you have to go the breakfast area to reheat 😐 Speaking of which, it was okay, but nothing to rave about It was included so I’m not complaining Walls are thin, but the block is pretty quiet in general Excellent service at the front desk The TV had an annoying glitch It was the same for someone else who was part of our group Our room didn’t have a bathroom heater, which my girlfriend usually loves In summary it was a good stay, especially since we got a good deal It usually is more expensive than what we booked it for

Miro Miljković

hotel, staff is amazing, especially Ms Asia, she is great and really helpfully lady Hotel is at great location only few minutes walk from Grand Central Station

Fantastic hotel which is situated in a great location, a stones throw from Times Square Lovely room, great decor, easy to use safety deposit box in room Amazing choices for breakfast

Would definitely come here again Only marked down for service as we were told we had unlimited bottles of water (which was part of the service charge) yet having paid the £300 charge, we were subsequently told that we were limited to a 330ml bottle per day between 2 people That was the only let down and we felt slightly cheated Otherwise this is a great hotel to stay at

Stayed for 4 nights at this hotel – April 2022AMAZING CENTRAL LOCATION FOR TIMES SQUARECheck-in service was great

Staff amazing, very friendly and approachableRoom was above our expectation, outstanding view from the 41st floor to which you could see times squareThe beds were made very day and a general tidy upFresh towels and an amazing bed !We had breakfast 3 times, no waiting time, got seated straight awayDecent selection of food Great fruit selectionAlso had a gym, if I would have known I would have packed some gym wearWould highly recommend and would book again in the futureHOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE: There are two Hotel Riu Plaza in times square, when I booked my transfer I selected the other hotel without realising there were 2 hotels This caused a bit of an issue at with the transfer, nothing to do with the hotel Just be mindful !

The room was very clean, had everything we needed, and the location of the hotel was excellent The breakfast buffet that came with our room was amazing and included too many items to list

all fabulous!!! The staff was wonderful, especially the Bellman, Santiago, who went out to the street to find us a cab to the airport when the service they use said there would be a delay He was so helpful and polite! The other staffers were great, too, with the exception of Shawn, the bartender, who had a bad attitude and needs to learn some manners and to smile occasionally

Wonderful experience!Management and staff are very friendly and accommodatingRooms are very nice and inviting considering the size Come on, how many other hotels do you know of that have two TVs?

In the same room!We had a blast I did take exception of the elevators as you have to just be patient and wait Other than that, thumbs up Thanks everyone

Catalina McAllister

Room, location and service were great Comfy beds The family suite was spacious with great large bathroom

The gym was sufficient However, breakfast left much to be desired You had to search hard to find a clean bowl Not a lot of food options, mediocre fruit and coffee, and only one type of milk Also, elevators were painfully slow

Shaurya Sinha

We are very pleased with the hotel staff The reception staff are very polite and helpful with special mention to Mr Sergio n Mr Abby They are very friendly and my son loves them both for attending to his silly demands

God bless themAlso the location of the hotel is excellent with great eating and shopping places nearby while being close to subways too Rooms are quite spacious The only complain is very small breakfast spread Sparing that Our stay at Avalon was memorable

The entrance and lobby is cute and quaint Although the staff seemed kind, hotel protocols/policies are too rigid and almost illogical in bookingsThis hotel was one of the cheaper options on the Hopper app at $220/night

The rooms themselves definitely look worn and the metal rail for the bathroom door plus the metal inside the actual bathroom, showed signs of rustThe air was also not great and the tissue box provided to me in the room had some toilet paper stuffed inside at the top The other tissues were damp and had liquid drops on it, which was concerningIn addition, the air was heavy in the room I was given when using the heater at nightDisappointing stay although it was in a convenient location

Trista Adams

My niece and I stayed here this past week for her 21st birthday The night before our arrival I received an email asking what time to expect us so they could do their best to have our room ready I responded we were boarding our redeye and would be arriving at 9am

I had very little hope of checking in so early but when we arrived the front desk got us right into our room on the 23rd floorThe room was very spacious, had a view and had a refrigerator (which is beyond rare in nyc) We were able to get unpacked and take a nap before we began our trip The location is close to multiple subway lines and to a lot of activities So even though it was snowing it was very easy to get to and from our hotelWe requested extra pillows that were brought to us with minutes and even when my niece asked for dressing for her pizza she got from Joe’s, the front desk went to the back and got her some even though we didn’t once order food from the hotel They were so sweet and kind anytime we saw them or had a questionWe enjoyed very strong drinks at the bar as well and the bartender was very friendly And when we brought our luggage down to be picked up from Tote Taxi, the front desk made us feel much better about our pieces going to the right pick up personOverall this was a 5 star stay and I was not expecting that I was on a budget on this trip so I had assumed the hotel would be a rough stay but honestly it was nicer than some other hotels I have paid more for I will absolutely be back and I’m so happy with how special the staff made my niece and I feel It really was a nice little home for the 4 nights we were there

Cori Frede

Great location and friendly staff The room was clean and I didn’t notice the worn appearance that other reviews mentioned The room was very small but that’s typical of a NYC hotel

The bed was comfortable and even though at checkin they told me housekeeping was every other day, I came back every evening to a made bed and fresh towels in the bathroomThe bathroom had a shower with a glass door but it didn’t have a good seal and the bathroom floor was always wet after a shower I just laid an extra towel on the floor and it wasn’t a big dealI know NYC is noisy in itself so I didn’t expect a silent room but there was an odd sound that was concerning me As I was heading out I recognized the sound as the elevator’s notification but my room was what I thought was the farthest from the elevator Turns out due to design, my wall was against the back of the elevator Not sure about other rooms but once I figured out what it was, it wasn’t that annoyingThe breakfast was not worth $21 so if you are not a platinum Marriott member (they get free breakfast) I’d recommend skipping itIf I have another overnight in the city, I would stay here again

We felt comfortable and the service was just perfect, you could always come to the front desk with anything, room was tidied/bed was made/ towels were fresh every day Check in and out was done literally in 2 minutes, the money was only taken from the card after check out, no problem with the depositRoom was clean, temperature good for sleeping and noise didn’t disturb at all Kitchen has everything you need and the fridge was giganticWe loved it and will come back!

Jarred Saucier

This hotel was absolutely horrible We had a 5 day reservation and left after the first dayThe hotel has a small courtyard area with benches in the front that you have to walk through to enter the building

There were people homeless druggies/drunks passed out on the benches and laying all over the ground Should have just left at that pointThe lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly and rude the other workersMust plan for the elevators!! There were only 2 elevators at the hotel and always had a line Half the time, one of the elevators was taken by maintenance/cleaning crews Account for 15+ minutes every time you want to use the elevatorThe room was very small, and outdated Furniture was worn and the beds were lumpy The bathroom had no soap, hair in the tub, and little to none water pressureMy 7 year old, who is excited to just stay in any hotel was asking to go somewhere elseWe checked in in the afternoon and went to explore the city When we came back around 10pm the courtyard was even worse There were more people passed out, one with his pants down in the bushes I did not feel it was safe to have my girlfriend and kid anywhere near that We checked out first thing in the morningI am an IHG Diamond Elite (Spire previously since 2015) member and this was probably one of the worst IHG property I have stayed at

Michelle Roberts

Really well placed for a holiday to New York The rooms where clean but basic although there was an iron/ironing board, hairdryer and free safe Toiletries were in very small bottles so i’d take your own or you’d be asking for more every day

We went for a week so storage for clothes was very limited we had to leave some clothes/shoes in our case but i wouldn’t let this put you off There is luggage storage for your last day if needed Reception staff where helpful if needed Just up from the hotel is a bus terminal were you can get a yellow cab to the airport if you haven’t got one booked We didn’t find a problem with people hanging about outside as previously mentioned The pizza shop across road is really nice and you can buy a slice rather than a whole one So I’d recommend this hotel and a big bonus for us was no extra tax’s/fees when we checked out like you get at some hotels

Jacqueline Bodnar

This is the smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen, but it was nice and it was clean It served the purpose! The bathroom was weird There’s no exhaust fan, the door doesn’t lock, and it doesn’t even close right

It’s a slider, it’s weird The elevators are comical Plan 10 minutes extra just to get an elevator, because there are only two and they are slow and busy If you want to stay in the Times Square area the hotel is perfect location-wise It’s nice, clean, the staff was friendly, and it’s a decent price There’s plenty to see and do within walking distance, including restaurants, and a great pastry cart outside each morning There are vagrants that sleep out front on the benches, but they don’t bother anyone It wasn’t a bad stay here at all

First time in NYC and really enjoyed our stay here in February The lounge and bar areas in the lobby are very cozy and have a great atmosphere, and are decorated extremely well Outlets and computers are also available for use

Check in and out were quick and easy I would receive texts daily checking on our stay and asking if there was anything we needed We had fresh water and a blanket delivered to our room fairly quickly All appliances in the room worked fine Our room was a little chilly no matter what setting we had on, but the staff provided us with an extra blanket so it was fine If you play PokémonGO, we could reach 4 stops from our room and lots of great spawns, and many gyms around to remote into raids Great stay and would love to stay again! Only complaint is the added in resort fees when booking, I really don’t understand why they don’t just include it in their daily rates so it doesn’t feel like a cheap scam

J S

This is the greatest hotel I’ve stayed at in New York From arrival, Esther made sure all of our needs were met The tables outside the hotel were magical for coffee in the morning I sure do miss those tables

Very quiet very clean very nice hotel My wife and I were very inquisitive about areas and food in the neighborhood and the doorman Orlando was very professional and kind We will see you next year for sure Miss you guys already

Josh Boney

The stay was fantastic! Great location in Manhattan for quiet, safety, and access to NYC Older classic building with modern classy upgrades for a professional stay Bedroom w/bathroom was top notch

My favorite aspect of the room was the bed I slept like a baby compared to other nice hotels The bathroom also had high-quality upgraded features that I appreciated It may just be me, but my check-in process could have been better They have the 4-star communication down, but the process did not seem as smooth I would definitely stay here again, so overall 5-star review for me!

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your stay This web site will compare countless hotel sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t be let downWe had adjoining rooms with a kitchenette Awesome view Awesome location Comfortable beds Great service Didn’t hear any noise from other guests (and we were right by the elevators) Street noise obviously, but it’s just far enough from Time Square that it seems to quiet down at night We easily slept peacefully at night Everything in our rooms worked great We will definitely book here again

Stayed here 2 nights in the basic double room For the great price it was what you would expect Beds were ok – nothing luxurious but the room was clean and spacious for the city

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful We got in early around 10 and they checked our bags – they also allowed us to check our bags after check out so we could stay and enjoy our last day in the city We prepaid for the room however they did put an additional 150 hold on our card when we arrived and charged a resort fee at check out of ~$50 Their parking is several blocks away and you need to have your ticket validated by the hotel to get the discount After our time in the city the last day, we went directly to the garage to get the car before we went to the hotel to get the bags We phoned the hotel and they sent a QR code to use as the validation which saved us a trip back to the hotel The location is excellent for visiting Times Square and Broadway shows The hotel is on a relatively quiet residential street which was nice to be out of the high traffic areas while still just a short walk away from the excitement of the city Great value hotel Would absolutely stay here again

The staff was extremely nice and helpful I was stressing from the trip in and I couldn’t get my Apple card to work and Jacob and the gentleman working I don’t know what his name was but they were so sweet and patient with me They calmed me down

Everyone that works here from maintenance to the doorman , everyone is so sweet and friendly The room was very nice Comfortable beds and very quiet Two blocks from Times Square and very centrally located to Broadway showsI will definitely stay here again

We currently are staying at your amazing HotelWe requested a room in the West Tower with an amazing view as said wanted to surprise my son and just one word stunning view Staff at the front Desk is friendly and helpful we didn’t book via the honor program still get treated like honors

Can definitely recommend this hotel for an amazing stay Clean room and super friendly cleaning lady Highly recommend this hotel to my family and loved onesOnly downside I can say is that we never seen anywhere mentioned of a deposit of 75 dollars per day, since we are Europeans we never like to use credit cards and our Master debt card wasn’t accepted sadly

Hotel was clean Front desk staff was friendlyRoom was neat

Got a really nice city view Only concern was that even Hilton group is room service is facing supply issues I called the room service and asked for and additional coffee supplies which we can use to brew in the coffee machine provided in the room but strangely they said that they are running short of supplies and they can’t provide anything Apart from that the hotel is really Good The restaurant in the basement of the hotel is fantastic Great taste and service

We stayed here for six nights and were really happy with this place There are very few options that could comfortably accommodate three people, because so few hotels in the city have room for two queen beds This worked for us because our daughter only joined us for the last couple of days

But it workedThese are not traditional Embassy Suites – it’s really an oversized (for nyc) room with a divider and a sitting area – but for two it was delightful The pullout sofa bed was TIGHT But it worked out for usWe didn’t do the breakfast and gave up on the happy hour after the first evening The room is too small for the crowd and knowing that the room rate was on par with other hotels that lacked those amenities made it easier for us to let go what would have been frustrating and stressful experiences And there are plenty of options aroundThe hotel staff – desk and housekeeping – were uniformly excellent Friendly and helpfulThe lobby is small but stylish, with lots of little nooks for some privacyWe loved the location in the garment district and near Bryant Park but close enough to walk to Broadway showsIf you want a tip on rooms… we did not pay for the higher floors but 1010 (and presumably other room 10s) overlook the deck where they have an outdoor cinema, which was a delightful break from the standard view into another building

To AVOID Dirty rooms, not a place to stay during a pandemic The room was dirty, upon our arrival we had to immediately request cleaning (hair+dust all over, and brown stains on bathroom door)

Stains were NEVER cleaned, despite our requests Dust and hair was also not properly removed On the second day, we requested our bed sheets to be changed as the under sheet was too small (see picture) and kept coming off which made sleeping uncomfortable This was not taken care of, instead they left us a spare under sheet next to the bed to change it ourselves (not what you’d expect after paying $600+ for a stay) Overall, it’s clear that rooms are NOT properly and thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis, the amount of dust can only be explained because of a lack of thorough cleaning The stay was unpleasant as we had to chase the reception every single day for different issues It is a shame because location and breakfast are great However, we’ll not come back and I wouldn’t have booked if I’d have known how things were going to be

Jamie Bailey

Stayed here 4 nights I would have given it 5 stars except the balcony on one side needed spruced up The balcony was very nice to set out on at night and listen to the city sounds and relax

The staff was very friendly When i had an issue the first morning they handled it immediately The social gathering at night was nice to grab snacks and drinks The area where the outdoor movie was played was well decorated and kid friendly Was nice to find the seating area at the end of the bed in our turned into a bed

Awesome location, reasonable price, great rooftop deck and courteous staff Simple breakfast daily and rooms cleaned upon request Considering it is right beside the Manhattan Bridge, it was very quiet

I saw a lot of bad reviews about the small rooms, but if you look through the photos they provide, then you know what you’re in for Personally, we weren’t staying there to hang out in the room all day, so the ‘cozy’ room was not a problem

Riley Pham

I had a flight cancellation so my trip to New York was shortened I talked to the hotel and they said they were willing to give me a gift card equivalent to 1 night stay in the hotel because I did not stay with them that night It was amazing

The staff were great and friendly The location is excellent! The room was very good, clean and neat! Breakfast was boring but never mind Overall, it’s a good experience in NYC

Ava Lehean

Our stay at this hotel was great! The location was perfect in terms of traveling to places around the Chinatown / Soho area The train station was also nearby for further locations Their checkout time was at 11 am but we requested a late checkout and were given a grace time of an extra hour without charge

The hotel provided us with free luggage storage which made it extremely convenient after check out

Beautiful 4-star hotel the room had a very nice walk in shower with two heads and a ledge for sitting on The room felt quite spacious for it being the average room near Times Square/Broadway Hotel staff in the lobby were very helpful with holding baggage due to no early check in

Both nights we stayed they had a free wine glass for guests in the lobby area by the bar I think public bathroom leave an impression on people and the public bathrooms that are unisex were very nice modern looking They also had lemon water in the lobby which worked out well so then we didn’t have to go buy a ridiculously priced case of water The location is great for a family of 4 like us we wanted a hotel near Times Square/ Broadway well not being directly on broadway, this location is perfect for that because it’s a half block walk off of Times Square

Kitty Hartman

I’ve stayed in New York a few times and it’s always like staying in a shoe box This place was NOT LIKE THAT! It’s ambiance was modern and sleek, the rooms were roomy and we even had a very nice large balcony! The shower was my favorite part because both shower heads worked great and the water got very hot !! Which I enjoyed! The shower was roomy and even had a ledge It was great

The room had 2 beds and a desk chair and sitting couch with a closet included and working refrigerator they even had a blow dryer This place is great!! Everything worked and it was a pleasant surprise staying in New York!! Definitely would stay here again and give 5 stars would recommend!

Eric Perez

I really enjoyed the room! I’m a stones throw away from Times Square, a quick stroll to the subway to get where I’m going, and something that’s not so popular in comments which I think should be… the beds and pillows were SO NICE! I slept better here than in any hotel in recent history! I’d stay here just for the sleep quality aloneEdit* It does get a little loud given we’re next to Times Square but nothing terrible Still greatEdit** and they let me check in at 7am after flying a red eye! That’s amazing, thank you!

Staff was extremely friendly and the highlight of our stay Staff had great customer service from the moment we walked in I absolutely loved the location

It was close enough to walk to Time Square but far enough away from the busyness and noise it brings The hotel and room itself was perfect The hotel room was extremely clean I also enjoyed the complimentary in-room snack/sodas I would definitely stay at Carvi Hotel, the next time we travel to New York

Rachel Jacobs

I stay at the Carvi often for business and it is always a wonderful experience The rooms are spotless and quiet The location cannot be beat, close to everything, shops, restaurants, landmarks

Mara at the front desk is exceptional! So friendly and helpful It’s always a pleasure staying at this hotel and I’m looking forward to my next visit

Dana Campolongo

We enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day The location is great, and the rooftop on the 7th floor really made us feel like we had more space Loved going out there to watch everything going on in the streets below while sipping a cup of coffee that was available in the lobby 24/7

It was good coffee as well! Nice staff, and parking is available in a garage only a couple doors away, and the price for parking was very reasonable! I will stay again

A great hotel located on the Hudson River close to all Manhattan has to offer Clean ,spacious, bright rooms with everything you need for days stay or more Pleasant staff whom are willing to help and offer any assistance they can

Their restaurant downstairs called the PRINT was amazing A varied menu offering just about everything you could think of Service again was tentative, personable, and very accommodating We spent our honey moon here and will gladly visit again in the near future

Jamie Aronson

I wish I could give this place 0 stars For $700+ a night you think they’d at least replenish the toilet paper in the room stars

The hotel offers no assistance with luggage, no one to assist checking people in, no one to replenish water bottles or anything else paid for from the mini bar, and a fake out “in-room dining” button on the phones)The rooms are configured incredibly weird – my bed faces the door It was barely made when I arrivedTo add insult to injury, this hotel doesn’t believe in service apparently I never got a refill of toilet paper or bottled water during my entire five nights stay I had to call down to management every morning I do appreciate the manager waiving the resort fee as…this was far from a resortThe view could not be worseShall I go on? Will never stay here again

Sandra Doussin

Spent a weekend getaway at Ink48 and had a fantastic time! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful The junior suite we stayed in was very clean and super comfortable We had diner at Print

and thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinksThe area has lots of other restaurants and tons of coffee shopsHighly recommend!!!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your resort This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the highest rated in the area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t regret itClean room with daily housekeeping, which was quickly responsive to requests I checked in early (3p) and was given a room with a view I found wanting Asked for and received a new room The room was cozy, which is not unusual for NYC Had prompt attentive service at both the on-site diner and the fancy basement bar Great location for public transport Appreciated both the deco style and hotel history display in the basement Room key required to get to guest elevator Not the hippest or fanciest hotel but great value for cost

Alexis Rendon

I liked the Art-deco style of this hotel I reserved two rooms and only one of them was ready at my arrival (6pm) I had to wait an hour and a half for the second room and because of the wait, they upgraded my second room which was appreciated

The rooms were clean The morning of my third day started with a giant cockroach in the bath My go pro accessories disappeared from the room I only noticed when I was packing everything and leaving Everything is walkable from this location My first room was small, with no coffee and not really a view (the window was facing other windows) which I guess was expected with the price I paid The second room was bigger I had a better experience in the Carnegie Hotel and even the POD Times Square in the last 3 years for the same price

Kaikui Xu

Living in a hotel with nearly 100 years’ history evokes mixed thoughts and emotions To have a better city view, I made a request for a room on a relatively high floor, then the staff at the reception directly gave me a queen room on the 33rd floor, which is pretty good The queen room is clean and neat, with working fridge and good air conditioners

By the way, 33rd floor is also where the great scientist Tesla lived in during his stay in this same Wyndham New Yorker Hotel, so it’s not trivial Down in the basement of the hotel building, there are lots of historical documents and photographs showing stories of Wyndham Hotel in the past, making the trip more meaningful About the service, staff members at the reception, the cleaners, are always friendly The gorgeous decor of the entrance hall is also dedicate, giving the hotel a touch of style All in all, it’s a nice stay and I think it also adds some color to my trip to Manhattan

The best part of this hotel is definitely the location, right off Broadway and just a few minutes walk from Times Square in one direction and Central Park in the other, pretty much ideal for our purposesStaff were friendly and the room was fairly small but comfortable and clean We kept banging our heads on a low hanging light next to the bed, which looked good but wasn’t practical! Shower could have been stronger, but the toiletries were very nice

Included continental breakfast was fairly basic (two cereal options, orange juice, tea/coffee, bagels, croissants, mini muffins and some fruit) but was enough to set us up for the dayOnly real downside was that our main reason for choosing this hotel was because of the Fishbowl games bar, which turned out to be closed except for private functions – couldn’t find that info on the hotel or bar’s website – so that was a bit of a disappointment

joseph montoya

Upon arrival we were greeted by the doorman who was anxious to carry our bags for us and helped us get to the counter, he was super friendly such a great guy The receptionist was also real great, he told us the schedule for the continental breakfast and (there is continental breakfast included here) the nearby places to eat the bars and transportation Going into our room we were surprised at how fancy it was with the rain style shower and a fridge also a safe and stylish tile bathroom, I would say that this hotel surpassed my expectations, will definitely recommend and would stay here again
