My family and I stayed here for a couple weeks while our house was getting work done and the place was very clean and staff were super helpful! Housekeeping came often and restocked, did dishes, made bed, ect everyday and deap cleaned every week We did not use the pool or gym but had no issues with laundry or breakfast The staff were helpful with checking in, helping us with billing, and always very kind

We had no issues with parking or the location, it is right off the freeway and near the mall so everything was easy to get to

Great stay for local shopping – close to everything, including walking distance to restaurants Nice decor – surprised to walk into the room and immediately see a large sink in a furniture type vanity, but it was a practical option for bathroom sharing Room even had a desk, lounge chair with ottoman, fridge, and microwave

Breakfast buffet is included – cereals, breads, scrambled egg chunks with cheese, sausages, fresh waffles, grab-n-go danishes, juice, etc Pool isn’t open but spa is Overall a satisfying visit, and would stay again

We enjoyed the one night stay and how the front desk agent helped us in booking the room She even offered the rewards program, which knocked off about $20 the room after signing up We got a room with a jacuzzi in the room, and it looked and worked great

The price for the room is what got us to stay there My wife also prefers the brand name I booked directly with the hotel It may not be the best price, but I feel it’s better to go through the place directly

Strider Agostinelli

Not the worst hotel, but defiantly falling apart An average 25 star hotel overall

Staff is friendly and does their best to help 5 star staffThe lower rating is because of a few things:1) The pool and hot tub are under construction2) The room I initially got had some maintenance issues, such as the shower rod coming out of the wall ready to fall Honestly, I wouldn’t have expected the staff to notice it unless they were using the showers3) The quality of the amenities in the room is a little below what I expected

Beautiful hotel! It’s unassuming from the outside but the inside is very elegant The views are showstopping and the amenities are some of the best I’ve seen Would have loved to bring that espresso machine in the suite home with me! I stayed in two different rooms, one was a queen & the other a corner king room

The queen was nice with french doors for a view of the seaside, regular percolator, and usual amenities at $230/night for week nights The corner king suite was literally the perfect get away with a kitchenette, espresso maker, dishes, a fireplace, stunning views, and a jacuzzi tub for 450/night weekend night Absolutely recommend & would love to visit again!

We stayed here on a Saturday night Very cool location, especially if you get a water viewIt is right next door to an Ivar’s restaurant and the Diamond Knot Brewing Company across the street

The Mukilteo Lighthouse and Lighthouse Park is a block awayOur room was clean and well appointed, we could watch the ferry traffic and have a good bay viewThere is covered parking and a good breakfast (typical of Silver Cloud) with good optionsWe’ll be back!

Chris Daigle

The Silver cloud Inn What a nice place to rest your head for the night or even a week I spent 3 nights there, in a corner room with water front views

We were close to the peer, so we watched people fish, and others just taking in the views The rooms are quite up to date, very nice and clean, nice big walk in shower They also offer a morning breakfast with you stay There is dining right next door to the inn, very good food also Sea food, steaks, and so much more The hotel lobby also has water front view There is a large gas fireplace to cossey up to They were in the process of getting a liquor license I hope they can get it done There is covered parking for your ride also Great handy cap access ability The working light house is just a short walking distance away Lots of good history there Put your car on the ferry and discover all that there is over there to see Its worth the time, great food, lots of shopping and antique shops

This Hampton is quite the gem This location has been remodeled and was done quite nicely Staff (especially the evening staff) were very helpful and friendly

The guest laundry was nice being close to the lobby (that is so helpful) and was free! There were 3 washers and 4 dryers That helps when you are one the road a lot and count of getting your laundry done without long waits Rooms were nice size and very clean Having Dark Roast coffee was a big plus

Rick Cell

It was okay It really seems to have gone downhill a bit They must have put in a central fan system and removed the bathroom fans because now there is only a light switch

And be forewarned that if you’re going to the bathroom you will be able to hear it loud and clear out in the living room No1 or 2 They’ve replaced the locking bathroom door with a sliding barn door which if you don’t have it slid into the perfect position people walking by can look right in through the gap(also not a locking door) The water pressure in the bathroom sink was also abysmalThe breakfasts used to be so good and large Now they seem dialed back in size and qualityThe staff were nice I had no issues with them Always happy and helpful I have stayed here with my family 3 times but I think I will take a look around next time

wealwaysWAnder

Stayed here for a conference – it is pretty close to the conference center and the mall area where there are lots of restaurants to choose from There was ample parking when I arrived and the parking lot felt safe The front desk service was friendly and efficient

The room was newly remodeled, very clean, and had all the necessary amenities The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet leading to a great night’s sleep! My favorite in the room was this lounger chair – very comfortable! I would definitely visit again!

We stayed here in May, 2022 and enjoyed our stay, however, when we checked in we were charged $7500 for incidentals, and were told it would drop off our card if it was not needed We had no incidentals and the charge did not drop off

I talked with the manager several times but he said he did not know how to remove the $7500 charge that it was up to my bank I ended up having to file a non-fraud dispute claim with my bank, which they took care of I was disappointed in the hotel manager’s lack of knowledge and willingness to take care of this incidental charge, which was not handled properly or professional

I stayed this past Saturday I have never been so disappointed in my life I felt like we checked onto a motel 6

The room was disgusting, there was blood on the wall in the bathroom Hair in the sheets, dog food and fruit snacks under the bed and big yellow stains on the pillows on one of the beds, torn shower curtain Their solution was to move rooms which we did The manager was no help He was like I will give you $25 back Worst customer service I have ever experienced I have photos and will up load if possible

I’ll start with the good Room was spacious Bed was comfy

Hot water with a lot of pressure for a shower And the front desk was extremely helpful And close to shopping, gas, and foodThe less impressive part was mainly house keeping Trash was left, a dirty rag in the tub, black mold growing in shower, and missing the tv remoteThe breakfast was okay It wasn’t always ready at 6 am The pancake machine didn’t work One day they didn’t have cinnamon rolls And they don’t slice the bagelsI do have a recommendation for Holiday Inn Don’t let your Costco delivery guys block the hallways with their pallet jacks I hate that I had to wait for them to walk down the hall way What if their had been an emergency?????

Robert Spinner

Let me start off by saying, if you’ve read my reviews in the past, you know that I almost never ever ever give a five-star rating My wife and I travel as a out 300 days per year So we stayed in a lot of hotels

I believe when you show up somewhere, that business starts off at a three-star which is average, then depending on how the service goes will affect your ultimate final rating I almost never give a five-star, to me that’s over the top service This place has exceeded my expectation day after day and we’ve been here for several days This is our second visit in two weeks So if you’re looking for a second home for a few days or a few weeks, I don’t see how you would go wrong here When I hit the lottery, I just might move here and stay in this hotel for the rest of my life The people are fabulous and their desire to make their guests comfortable is unmatched

Staff was nice and gave us an extra laundry bag for our clothes They have a coin-operated laundry machine Ice machines are on 2nd and 3rd floors so would have been convenient to have one on the first floor Would stay here again if I am in the area!

I love Marriotts but previous reviews are correct…this is a pretty outdated hotel The wall paneling has fallen off the interior of the elevators and the thermostats are old school, yellow, hard to adjust ones We had two rooms, the exact same, and one had a microwave and the other didn’t

The fitness center was decent but missing two or three separate weights (15lbs and a few others)It was a clean hotel, though The key cards are the outdated insert ones that get demagnetized if you look at them funny (I got locked out three times) but I was told they would be updated to the tap style and digital key cards this month Staff are super super friendly though

Vanessa Diaz

Before anything, staff was polite and respectful They were the only good thing to this place The lobby is nice and new; the rooms are horrible!!! It is very used and aged

Look at the image of the chair! Our room faced the freeway and we got a so-called balcony All we saw was dirty chairs, stacked table, and trash in gutters The carpet had long white hairs all over itit was gross Now look at the glass door image, what is that? Is that a shatter from an object like a rock? Bullet? This room was a huge NO Plus, who allows a guest to stay in a room with 2 wasps nest in the balcony?!!!

gene stephenson

We were placed here for 5 days because our reservations at another hotel couldn’t be honored and was satisfied with it until we walked in the door 1 we tried to call but only 1 person at night so calling was futile

2 carpet was filthy 3 wallpaper coming off walls 4 breakfast was out of milk, oatmeal, fruit, juice, just to name some 5 woman at breakfast was so (embittered?) that she was getting a little blunt with customers 6 room service was at request only and that was for the next day 7 hot tub inop The only reason I give it a 2 was the staff seemed to be hard working friendly people that needed help

Was in town for a concert and this hotel was close to the venue The hotel is nice and quiet Bed was comfy and the room was nice

My room had a mini coffee maker, hair dryer and a mini fridge They offer a really nice continental breakfast with plenty of options The coffee downstairs is much better than what is offered in the room There is also a local pub just next to the hotel and within walking distance which is great The staff was very friendly and welcoming Would gladly stay again

Billie Fremont (A Pretty Good Adventure)

Great location to catch the ferry the next day Good room, goid service and decent breakfast Only issue was ADA bathroom wouldn’t actually be accessible for a person with a walker or wheelchair

The bed was too close to the doorway which made it awkward This is where BW sometimes falls short at many locations, they do what they should but don’t quite understand the mechanics of how it works If you have a placard your parking space will be right out your window which is nice but I don’t so we had to park on the other side of the building My issue isn’t the obvious kind but I needed main floor and grab bars

We stay at Hiltons all the time and this was the worst customer service we have ever received We were travelling for a wedding and our flights were delayed We got to the hotel shortly after midnight and the young man Camden working late hours at the front desk told us he just marked us as a no-show

He said he was correcting it immediately and all was fine, but when we checked out- our bill was almost $300 higherNot only Camden cancelled our reservation, charged a no-show fee, and booked a new one at higher ratesMary the GM was extremely rude and hostile towards us, refused to fix the mistake and told us, “so, what do you want me to do about it?”Spent an hour on the phone with customer service who did their best to make it right, but this lady is terrible- Also- bar/restaurant was never open No room service Toilet wouldn’t fill after every flush Spend your money elsewhere with more courteous management that deserves it

Zachary DeCosta

1 Pool was closed the entire stay2

The bar was closed the entire stay3 The ATM was broken the entire stay4 There was no coin machine in the laundry room5 The front desk didn’t sell any laundry soap6 The kitchen ran out of bacon and red potatoes for breakfast7 The phones were downMost Importantly:My wife left her purse there which also had my son’s medication We had already driven 30 minutes away When we called the hotel, nobody answered We called repeatedly I had to call Hilton customer service to file a complaint That complaint caused a manager to call us They could not find the purse The purse was found the next day and nobody called us When we called back 2 days later, we were told that it was sitting in the assistant manager’s office

Winston R

If you like hot showers and a friendly front desk, stay away Boiler apparently “broke” TWICE during our 3 night stay so there was no hot water for us until the early morning we left To make it worse, the staff lied and was rude to us about it being broken

No compensation or anything for the trouble because we had booked through our credit card company’s travel site Riiight You couldn’t book a night’s stay somewhere else for us? You couldn’t offer us a free breakfast? Whatever!

The Mukilteo Lighthouse and Lighthouse Park is a block awayOur room was clean and well appointed, we could watch the ferry traffic and have a good bay viewThere is covered parking and a good breakfast (typical of Silver Cloud) with good optionsWe’ll be back!

This hotel was pretty clean Once you’ve stayed in a gross Vegas hotel you appreciate the efforts housekeepers take to keep things clean The staff here is great

Small issues were that the body wash container was bone dry empty when we checked in Hot tub wasn’t functional for the three nights we stayed Breakfast was on the better side of the ones I’ve had in hotels Egg white omelettes and ready made oatmeal was a nice surprise The gal running the breakfast fast room was super and had such a pleasant attitudeShe greeted us each morning and she was always busy keeping things stocked and fresh Breakfast tables were cleaned immediately when someone left The bed was comfortable for someone with bad arthritis and the chaise lounge was a nice touch I needed a little more light to work at the desk, but the shades rolled up and we had a few surprising sunny afternoons Convenience store and restaurants within walking distanceEverything worked out well for a great stay Will definitely chose this location again Thank you!

I can’t say anything but good things about this hotel! The man behind the desk was so helpful and the hotel itself was one of the cleanest ones I’ve stayed in Our room was by the freeway which sucked a bit but the overall stay was great I accidentally left something behind after checkout and the employee (I believe his name is Jeff

?) Was so sweet and so helpful to ship my item back to me I will definitely stay here when given the chance to again and highly recommend it ! It has a pool and a jacuzzi and there’s a lot of bars and restaurants 3 minutes away (driving) Thank you so much :)))

When I arrived I was told by the front desk they were short staffed so my room wasn’t ready- no big deal, I understand being short staffed and not their fault My room was ready by 5 pm, again, I wasn’t upset at all When I went to my room, the carpet was dirty, I could tell it wasn’t vacuumed, the bathroom had hair on the toilet and urine spots on the toilet seat

One of the comforters had a dirt shoe print on it I found 2 long hairs- not mine, in one of the beds under the sheets I didn’t complain which was my fault, since the front desk lady seemed overwhelmed I would have gladly waited longer for my room to actually be clean It was very disappointing, I didn’t sleep well because I just felt dirty in the room I love staying at Holiday Inns and will speak up next time and at least ask for clean sheets

We had a very bad experience at this hotel1 As soon as we came to our room, there was a terrible / old basement smell

We were told that our room will be changed soon and at mid night we were woken up and requested to move, which of course we didn’t as we have already unpacked everything and were sleeping2 The bathroom tub was poorly repaired and you can see the stains all over the tub Also were missing the shampoo with the shampoo stand left open3 Found a long hair in their breakfast and showed it to the front desk person She just threw it in the garbage with an apology No one ensured that the rest of the food is hair free4 Skeleton staff and no one to deliver anything to your door or clean the (only) elevator

Picture a gazillion little league sports teams! Yelling and screaming and slamming comically loud doors all night Imagine that pretty pool in the photos, now imagine it comically packed with kids Then think logically what it all looks like trying to fight hordes of children for a plateful

of the “Free” breakfast!!You won’t sleep here, I mean you can certainly try! But dear god, if they ask you to sleep in room 113 tell them to Themselves!

This all suite hotel is in my top 5 places to stay The rooms are spacious and the kitchens well equipped My only complaint is the lack of an oven

The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with special requests Checkout is noon, which is an hour later than most other hotels providing a little extra time when needed

Bruece Machacynski

Generally a positive experience for the suite we reservedOn the plus side, the suite was clean and reasonably furnished The breakfast was hot and there was a good selection of offerings

There was also an electric vehicle charger and it was free to useOn the down side, our room wasn’t ready at check-in so we had to kill half an hour with a road weary toddler When we did get in, the dishwasher was running which isn’t normally an issue except it contained all the cutlery Not a great way to eat dinner (we spent more for the suite and expected cutlery)The EV charger was not intuitive at all For other users, go to the front desk and they’ll give you a code They should put a sign on the charger Although it’s free, it’s SLOW We plugged in all night and went from 18% charge to 82% (and that was 12+ hours) I felt bad monopolizing the charger but we needed the juice to get homeFinally, the pool towels are dreadful They are the size of dish towels It wouldn’t be so bad except the hotel doesn’t provide robes I’m a big guy (ex football player) and there was no way that towel was covering me (or anyone else) See the included photo – the pool towel is outlined in red and is sitting on the room towel for comparison The towels undermined the pool experienceAll things being said, it was a good try but we would probably stay somewhere else next time

We were moved here from our original hotel and it was a nice clean room and the staff were friendly We had a bit of an issue with the room but the morning staff had it all sorted out when I got there to inquire if we had to change rooms or not It was a little out of our way but nothing major

The beds were comfy, it was nice to have 2 separate rooms, but the place could use some updating – carpets, curtains, furniture The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment but the french toast was pretty good

Karissa Colledge

The room was very clean and had all the needed amenitiesBreakfast was really good although the staff started cleaning up all the food 30 minutes before breakfast was overThe pool was ok, it looked like it needed to be cleaned and the water was very cold

Overall the space was nice

Exceptionally clean! Staff is extremely professional! Would recommend this place to anybody! Ended up staying there for 6 months due to a temporary job transfer and enjoyed my stay there especially when they allowed me to play my guitar and sing in the lobby during the dinner socials and on weekends! If I ever came back to Washington state I would definitely stay at the Staybridge!!

We’ve stayed at a few Hampton Inns and had less than enjoyable experiences THIS LOCATION IS GREAT From front desk, to condition of the gym & condition of the hotel room itself

There is direct elevator access to the parking garage which is amazing We came with our 2 dogs and we loved our time here for 4 daysPeople saying the parking is tight – it’s not so bad, but definitely not great for huge cars / trucks

Jane Li

I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone The price is reasonable, and the service is wonderful The staff was every helpful when our car wouldn’t start in their garage

They asked the technician to check what was wrong and provided whatever the information we needed to get the problem fixed We appreciate their service and help very much

Jade Alder

I really don’t understand how our experience was so different from people that have left positive reviews The room was dated and the bed sank in the middle & was creaky any time you turned over The shower was gross and I took a pic of the remote because it was so disgusting I couldn’t believe it

We couldn’t park in the garage because so many cars were double parked The only positive thing about this place was the location in relation to visiting my family Otherwise, I would not recommend anyone stay here I don’t expect 5 stars with this kind of price, but feel that the standards for cleanliness and EXTREMELY low, especially just coming out of a pandemic
