Absolutely the BEST hotel I have had the pleasure to stay for several days! I was able to choose my room, check in and get a digital key all before I left Texas for my mini vacation with familyUpon arrival, staff greeted us like family and our room was OUTSTANDING! They even asked if we wanted to schedule housekeeping while we were there They had a great selection of food items we were able to purchase and solve our late arrival and hunger pains without needing to get back in our car

Cleanest, nicest room and it had a ceiling fan which was great for keeping us comfortable Much like a furnished apartment with dishes, full size fridge, etc You must visit their super clean indoor pool and out side putt putt areas Wonderful for the whole familyOh! Breakfast had so many choices and changed each morning we were there Fresh fruit, make your own waffles, egg omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, danishes, muffins and the list goes on! It worked fantastic for everyone and it never seemed crowded even though the parking lot was almost completely full I’m definitely staying here on all my Tulsa visits

Great spacious rooms Very clean all throughout the hotel Love the kitchens, the burners in the rooms are fantastic they put out great heat and cook things very well

Love the garden/patio out back Absolutely gorgeous AND they have a putting green 11/10 I’ve stayed in many hotels across many states for work and by far this is one of the very best

Jennifer Kraybill

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in so far! Extremely updated, stylish, clean and safe As a solo traveler traveling with my dog, I felt right at home The outdoor area was amazing with a fire, plenty of seating, a gazebo, mini-golf area, etc

I was able to walk my dog behind the hotel around a school area and non-busy street I highly recommend becoming a member with the App and using the digital key Every door was opened right from my phone in seconds

We stayed at this Home2 Suites just one night which was on Friday July 8th We were passing through Tulsa and found this hotel on a quick search of decent hotels near the Tulsa area The room was large and comfortably accommodated all 4 of us, sharing 2 beds

The hotel was clean in general and the room was modern I would say that the only downside to our stay was that the pool was crowded and small, but there really isn’t anything the hotel could do about that A large family group, one that traveled on a 40 + seat motor coach, checked in at the same time we did so a busy pool was to be expected Overall, our experience at this hotel was positive and it’s close proximity to Tulsa was a plus We would stay here again if given the opportunity!

Managers at this hotel are very unprofessional and rude There were a couple front deck employees that went above and beyond, they always greeted us when we came in even if we made several trips (Thanks Mercedes and Robert )

Day time front desk was the worst Don’t know her name but she drove a Lexus that parked right by the front door, extremely rude, rolled her eyes if you ever asked her anythingWe stayed on the 3rd floor for a few months and had ants pretty much the entire time Only one shower head worked Cleaning the room was optional due to covid, and they said they would not enter the room without our knowledge, which is a lie They went in our room numerous times but never said why It wasn’t to clean it bc I would go downstairs to get sheets and towels and do it myself They didn’t leave a note only knew a few times bc of family being next door Most of the maid staff didnt understand English One time I was locked out and was talking to a family member in the hall, a guy walks up to my door and starts to go in, I said um can I help you he looked shocked and didnt seem to understand what i was saying But said he was checking to see what was in the room Then the regular cleaning lady on that floor was halfway down the hall come walking up talking to him in spanish, and he just shuts the door and starts to walk off, I said can you unlock it for me (which maids usually do) he says no go to the front desk, so I go downstairs and rude girl was on the phone with someone, took forever to assist me, I get off the elevator to see the same guy walking down the hallway from our roomBreakfast was ok according to other family members Did have 2 washer and dryers on site, washer smelled, and dryers took two times to dry But still cheaper them laundry matA family member tripped on the rug when you walked in and EMSA took her to the ER and her should broke Not one time did the Manger ever ask how she was doing, however the two employees mentioned above always asked how she wasAc didnt work the best But the room we stayed it was pretty good size Snacks in the lobby were very over priced

Jess B

Clean hotel Paid extra for this hotel so that we could get free breakfast Called down to front desk after we arrived to confirm breakfast hours

She stated breakfast goes until 10am Failed to mention breakfast only goes until 10 on the weekends, so we missed breakfast Monday by 10 minutes No apologies No remedies Nothing of the sort Room keys kept bugging out Sink sounded like a jet Many of the rooms have jack/jill doors to share rooms, which makes them less than quiet Pool is outdoors, not indoors

We showed up without reservations after abruptly leaving a dirty bed bug infested nearby La Quinta The staff here were wonderful They had a very professional appearance and demeanor and were very kind

This hotel was extremely clean in comparison to any I have stayed in since Covid The rooms just smelled clean walking in the door, and I even saw housekeepers pushing carts with bedspreads in them Most hotels don’t wash those anymore! White sheets, towels and linens, dust free room Comfortable beds The breakfast was pretty standard but great selection, very good and fresh Great coffee Very large seating area, and living room area We had a family event we were in town for and staff were accommodating offering to allow us to all visit there and even pull tables together if we wished during the afternoon and evening Nice clean pool Pool was a little small and no hot tub, but that was the only downside Nice gymGreat location We will definitely stay again Thank you to the staff that helped make our vacation wonderful

Ben McCarthy

This hotel is a gem! We were so thrilled to find a hotel of such a high quality at a reasonable price In fact, we have been paying similar prices to what we paid here at other hotels during a road trip and staying with a lot more compromises The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very, very clean! Raymond went above and beyond in taking good care of us and made our stay so refreshing and nice

Thank you!

Alicia Garrett

The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing! The one and ONLY thing I have to say is don’t advertise a pool bigger than it actually is The max capacity for this pool is 10 people so if you are looking for a place to take your sport team, youth group or whatever group you have this would not be the pool to go to However, if your kids don’t mind like mine didn’t then by all means go and enjoy yourself! The breakfast was great and hot

There is a Walmart near by and some eating places and The Hard Rock is across the street Overall this place gets 5 stars because it deserves it!

During the visit there were tiny cockroaches that always appeared in the bathroom sink and tub, including cabinets throughout the room The kitchen amenities looked clean though You could feel the springs through the mattress, especially if you sat on the edge

Breakfast was just okay The yogurt in the fridge was a couple days past it’s expiration date

we have stayed at this location before with no issues…but just a few days ago we had booked a room for one night to attend a family event

on the morning our niece was taken to the hospital and the event would be rescheduled at a later date I called and talked to the staff as i needed to cancel our reservation as we would not be needing it The staff stated it would be no problem as I called at 7:30 or so in the morning He assured my it was fine and i stated we would be reserving a room once everything got sorted out today we discovered a $12100 charge on our card from hotel I called and spoke to the same staff member and he said i was charged a cancellation fee (the $12100 charge) We will no longer use Hampton Inns anywhere again

Joe Hicks

We stayed at this hotel 7/16/22-7/20/22 Staff was friendly for the most part The room had a few small issues

Their rooms are setup where the TV is not configured directly in front of you while sitting in the bed- you have to watch over your shoulder Very uncomfortable to watch TV from bed (and there’s only one chair in the room)The hotel overall was not kept up Floors were in need of vacuuming/mopping and the breakfast area floor had food on it from the day before (I know this as I was the first in when they opened) The breakfast area had issues mainly due to the guy overseeing it First day he ran out of food and had a long line waiting for more food to be brought out (20 min later) Second day there were no coffee cups or lids when they first opened- I had to interrupt the guy from his solitaire game in the back room to refill these items Good coffee thoughThere just seemed to be a general lazy attitude of the staff Probably would find a different hotel next time

Alicia Brown

We booked an adjoining room and when we checked in they said they were out When the problem was brought up, the front desk woman was very rude We know she or whoever gave our rooms to a team that showed up last minute

Went to our rooms and the floor was disgusting Asked for a mop and said we couldn’t even get that and we had to wait until the next day to get it cleaned Don’t recommend this place at all Terrible hospitality and lack of cleanliness

Stayed here so we could attend a concert at the Hard Rock across the street Very nice comfortable and clean room The front desk clerk who checked us in (I think her name is Ida) was extremely polite and welcoming

She offered to call a shuttle for us to get to the concert, which we were happy to haveWe will certainly stay here again!

I flew in to Tulsa, drove to the hotel and everything was good I had done the self check-in through the app but my key wasn’t coming up so I stopped by the front desk I was given a key without an issue and up to the room I went

The room was clean, the air conditioner was on and I was able to watch some TV, get some sleep and then get going the next morning The breakfast at the hotel was typical – strange looking egg omelet type thing, oatmeal, self make waffles – so I skipped it and went on my way There were a few fast food restaurants around the hotel and a large Hard Rock hotel/casino

Avoid this hotelThe management needs to train their staff if they want to improve this locationThe Bad:Room was clean when we arrived for a 4 day stay but was never cleaned after that

I went to the front desk twice for clean towels Even after I noted the issue with the front desk the room was never cleaned I noticed the stairwell hadn’t been cleaned since we got there eitherYoung man at the desk wasn’t really rude, but gave the impression he could care less we were there and that maybe we were a bother Kept his ear buds on so maybe we couldn’t distract him? More interested in his phone then taking care of customersThe Better:The ladies at the front desk were nice Shower pressure was great, and breakfast was good

Codey Smith

When you book a place mainly for hot tub and they have no working hot tub and apparently haven’t for over two months, but simply can’t even let people know that before booking and can’t get your money back to go somewhere else

Not to mention check in at 3 we show up and 4 and room all not ready I’ll never go to one again False advertisement at its finest Pool area is also a lot smaller than pictures represent Prob smallest pool area I’ve even seen at a Hotel Otherwise rooms and place are nice and relatively clean Just for simple fact of false advertisement if I could give zero stars I would very disappointed

Keeley Anderson

Lobby area looked clean, ice machine by lobby had towels around it on the floor Desk staff nice Upon entering room I checked cleanliness of bed, as I’m always concerned sheets may not be changed

Unfortunately, there was no doubt they clearly had not been changed “Stains” with hair mixed in the stain on one bed and crumbs on the other I asked for clean sheets to make them myself Talked to a “manager” and I requested a Discount for having to make my own beds She said she would talk to desk and see what they could do They offered a different room, but if those hadn’t been changed the other beds probably hadn’t While changing the beds there was a live bug in the blanket I was hoping this was “nothing” but saved it to show my husband and kids My kids are nurses and confirmed for me that it did appear to be a bedbug We also found a yellow pill on the floor Very concerning if small child had been in room Bug and pill was brought down to staff, and we checked out Refund is pending on my credit card Very nice Fairfield inn close to that Stayed there for nearly same price Big difference in both cleanliness and staff appearance and behavior

The only thing bad about this hotel is Google maps directionsThere are many reasons to live this hotel:First and foremost the staff was very kind They treated every guest with respect

They were real people who wasn’t pretentious in their actionsMy room was very nice and comfortable It had everything that I needed with the exception of a safe This is the first hotel that I actually preferred to just relax in my room instead of running around and exploring the areaIf I have the need to be in the area again, I will most definitely stay here

Danice Conaway

So wonderful to have a full size refrigerator with an ice maker a toaster on 1100 watt microwave go figure Nice comfy bed cold air conditioning and I’ve had several different rooms there in the past 3 weeksYou don’t have any road noise and you basically never hear anybody else leaving or coming into rooms near you

Nikki Lopez

I was only there for a single night but I asked for a late checkout when I arrived and was told it wouldn’t be a problem The next day I get a call reminding me that checkout was at 11 and I needed to vacate as soon as possible because they had a full house that day I had to scramble to pack and skip a shower just to leave 2 hours earlier than planned

I got a rehearsed “I’m sorry” from the hotel I even emailed the manager and still haven’t heard a peep I would have planned accordinly if I was told at check in that I couldn’t checkout late Luckily my next reservation at a different hotel was able to let me check in early and their front desk was very accomodating and helpful

In contrast to some recent Best Western stays, this property was CLEAN (no science experiments growing in the shower – bonus points!) The room was comfortable and everything worked They are ‘pet friendly’ for an acceptable $15/night for our little dog

The staff was very friendly and accommodating The “hot breakfast” only works if you count the waffle maker (yum) and toaster All the rest was cold cereal, fruit and packaged pastries (it filled the hole but McDonalds is just up the street) But, again, the breakfast spot was CLEAN The parking lot was well lit so we felt like it was safe to leave the truck overnight The price was right and if we’re ever back in the area, would definitely stay here again

We stopped at this hotel late one night as we were coming in town It is located out of the way but was a really great price for what we needed Rooms were nice, had really hot water and the AC was working well so not a lot to complain about

It did include breakfast and was the one draw back The breakfast area was really small and the staff was using the breakfast area to prepare part of the food The food was prepared in really small batches so the staff was always preparing some food I know one couple it took about 10-15 minutes to get their foodNothing at the property would cause me to not stay here again since it did meet all my requirements: great price, clean, cold AC, hot water, comfortable bed and breakfast

Michael Chalender

It’s a 15min drive to downtown so not bad The area seemed pretty quiet (every night we saw police either at the QuickTrip or in our parking lot)The hotel smelled like a swimming pool as we walked in which doesn’t bother me at all, but as we entered our room the smell of wet dog mixed with McDonald’s play place slapped us in the face

After about 5 minutes I no longer noticed it until I left againWe found a half-drank bottle of mixed rum in our freezer left by the previous tenant We found a weird stain on the comforter that I just pulled off the bedI stayed here because of the positive reviews on travelocity, and the mention of a great breakfast I did not find that to be the case This is a budget hotel with the bare minimum It wasn’t terrible just not recommended for a romantic getaway

This Super 8 hotel is a great place to stay in Claremore Oklahoma Like any of the hotels in the area, it was clean and safe The staff is very friendly and personable

The only thing that I had a problem with was the morning breakfast or the lack thereof There is coffee and toast, with two kinds of “children’s” type cereals The orange juice looked like grapefruit juice and tasted like it was sour That was all there was I am very impressed by the quality of the hotel and staff I highly recommend this Super 8 for your consideration

Mary Ellen Tascoe

Had a Room with a balcony, nice little set up for a chairs out on it The blonds and curtains hide the outside perfectly so at night it’s nice and darkThe bed is comfortable and they offer 2 different types of pillows, soft or firm

AC worked great and kept it as cool as I wanted it (63)Bathroom is a little small but overall great room for the King standardThe gym was nice and they have a great lobby as well Parking isn’t bad and I would recommend this place Great value for the space compare to around town

The first room they gave me, the furniture in the room had food particles on it like it wasn’t even vacuumed off The sheets and bed spread were dirty with stains and food particles I went and talked to the front desk and asked to switch rooms

They provided me a new room and I went and immediately checked the cleanliness The sheets were also dirty in the new room with crumbs and stains! So I had to walk back down to the front desk and the front desk worker went and had to change them himself so he was sure I’d get a clean room So it is obvious the sheets were not being changed by housekeeping between guests It is disgusting The bed is the most important thing in a hotel room My wife and I are not ones to complain but this was so beyond the acceptable level The hotel management did not even offer any sort of discount or anything to make up for the trouble they put me and my wife through on our travels back from our wedding just days prior This truly ruined Marriott hotels for me Will not be staying there again

John Squires

The service and personnel were excellent The room needed some work My bathroom sink was clogged

I was quite surprised that it got that far since housekeeping should have reported that issue after attempting to clean the sinkI received a response from the hotel and am pleased with it This issue would not prevent me from visiting that hotel again I’d be happy to stay there again the next time I visit Tulsa

Our room was impeccable, the staff (SPECIFICALLY Melissa & Mary) So Friendly, they treated our service dogs great & gave them treats!! I’ve heard really good things about the owner and his management skills All in all an amazing experience! We’re both veterans, he served 95 years and medically retired after he was blown up on deployment

They have Veteran parking right upfront!! A positive environment has most definitely made this a positive experience with our lives on the road it’s always nice to feel like family 🥰 we will be spending a lot of time here because he’s in the Wireless industry as a cell tower climber 10/10 will be returning to this hotel!!!! I never leave reviews but this is one for the books #aGoodKaren

The front desk clerk, Melissa, was super friendly and our room was comfortable We stayed for 7 nights; one of those nights we were only left with fresh towels (the room was not cleaned)Typically, our team meal preps so we had all kinds of food in our room, some of it visible

One particular day, we noticed some of our food was missing In addition, my Diamond necklace which was still in my jewelry case and tucked into a drawer, was also missing! It appears that someone on staff went to great length to find it We reported this to the front desk and the clerk was apologetic and even drew a picture of the necklace She said they would investigateWhen I didn’t hear back from management, I called the next week and was told that either Barbara, their Sales Manager, or her boss would be in touch It has now been almost a month and I still haven’t received even a courtesy call …Very disappointed!!

This is a great location the Hotel is nice we had a King Suite which was perfect traveling with the 6 & 7 yr old granddaughters The king bed is separated from the sitting area and has doors that connect to the bathroom and sitting area and the sitting area has a pull out bed- 2 large TV in each room – The location is perfect it’s close to Tulsa without the downtown traffic – within a few minutes from the hotel you have walmart, target and many places to eat – The hotel has a free breakfast The staff works hard to accommodate

I would give a 5 star review its a great place but we stayed Memorial Day weekend and a big reason was because of indoor pool and on Memorial Day the pool was closed for Maintenance I would think that the leadership in the Hotel would make sure the pool was a top priority and selling point during the summer season

Nice and updated hotel Very close to the casino and shuttle service is available The check in clerk was SOOO nice when we checked in on 6-10

She was friendly and informative Loved the shower head! Rooms were a tad small but nothing major for a couple My only minor dislike was the over fluffy pillows, but that’s just a personal preference Otherwise, nice overnight stay

Grace under pressure is a key phrase here Any business owner knows that there may be times when circumstances are not favorable and may not be in our control, so the best we can do is adapt and react During my stay, there were many sports events taking place in Tulsa, so demand was rather high for lodging

This hotel definitely should have planned much better, but did not I heard many complaints from other guests and sympathized My check in did turn out to be late due to the room not being ready, but the front desk clerks attitude did not falter one bit as he was finally able to check us in and make sure every accommodation was made available The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and I actually had a great rest Great job reacting to a bad situation, but try to be more proactive during heavy periods This is not a cheap stay, but a nice one

Serena Turner

The room was small, beds were ok If you are driving a large truck the parking lot is super limited in parking ability I did not feel safe at this location

The only positive was the staff, they were really nice and friendly!!

The food was phenomenal! The Chef deserves 5 stars!!We stayed in lodge 1 which was a little dated and some of the furniture well worn The walls are very thin! I could hear phone conversations in the rooms next to meThe gym is in lodge 2 and there were cobwebs everywhere

I didn’t get much of a workout inThe pool is nice, but nothing to write home aboutThe staff were all super helpful and the drinks were great Rose made some phenomenal margaritas and she was a great host for our dinner at the pole barn If you get a chance to play human foosball, please do!!!We participated in some team building exercises and Strech, Phantom and Alex were great to work withI’m sure I’m forgetting some names of the amazing staff we worked with but when I say I didn’t have a bad interaction with anyone I mean itOverall a positive experience

Charles Olsen

You will find no better venue for a small group of guys to have a business meeting We rented out the Persimmon Board Room for a day with catering The staff was excellent and responsive each with a positive and friendly attitude

Bruce, Alyssa, and Germain were a pleasure to speak with and were helpful when we had a request Something was loose on the front of the building and would vibrate/rattle when the wind was blowing outside, this was a little distractingI stayed for the night before and after our meeting in one of the smaller lodges They are definitely using paint to make the smaller lodges look more up to date than they actually are

We had trouble finding our hotel, but that was most likely an issue of our own, not being from the area and driving 15+ hours to get there Once we found the hotel, we were all pleasantly surprised! Receptionist was extremely friendly, our room was large, clean and well received after a day on the road Will definitely stay again if ever in the area!

The Comfort Inn & Suites is just like most motels nowadays The comfort of the beds are hit or miss, they’re adorned with multiple pillows that keep you tossing and turning, filled with noisy guests (some w/ undisciplined pets and kids), overpriced food in the pantry, and an ok complimentary breakfast Every one of the staff are very polite, friendly, and will go out of their way to help you

This is the one anomaly that separates this hotel from the average hotels in the market The Comfort Inn & Suites could separate itself from average, but a lot of small things keep it from achieving that Reserving a room is a pain, if someone else or a business is doing it for you The hotel will not allow you to do so, and you have to go through a third party The laundry facility was not only small, but one of the two washers was out of order, and you have to pay The noise from the freeway wasn’t bad, but as I mentioned before, the noise from kids and pets, kept it at annoying levels The location of the Comfort Inn & Suites is convenient, and according to other Google reviews, it’s the best option in the area

Julie De La Rosa

Conveniently located This is the third comfort inn I’ve stayed at during a cross country trip Im finding they are very hit or miss but this one was the best so far

Clean, modern, comfortable, pet friendly (with a fee) & seemingly safe Removing stars because of the guests So many loud guests and their children running barefoot/only in socks in and out of the lobby/rooms/outside, being obnoxious, playing loud karaoke with their door open on the first floor right by the lobby (the staff didn’t address it)This may or may not be your experience if you stay here but the vibe I got is that the staff will just let loud guests be loud
