Tried 2 rooms neither of which would they ever cool down as the A/C unit would blow cold for a few minutes til it almost felt cool then blow warm airThe GM on duty said we weren’t giving the room sufficient time to cool down but we felt 2+ hours was more than sufficient Moved us to another room & after about an hour the A/C started the same cycle, cool for a while then blowing the warm air

At this point the GM suggested we find accommodations elsewhere Then to top it off our refund won’t show 70 for 3 to 5 days, totally unacceptableWould highly recommend EVERYONE find other accommodations before stopping at this overpriced place! We drove 45 minutes south to a brand new hotel with much nicer room alfor $50 less & the room cooled in about 20 minutes & stayed cool our entire stay

This place is literally a freaking joke, how is it that you have only 3 guests at the most and refuse to give a guest a diamond member at that, refused to give a guest a room with a room with a microwave and frigerator knowing the whole hotel is vacant I was told that those rooms are for special guests that stay a week or longer the owner is the worst oh my God I would rather sleep in my car than to ever go there again do not go to this place whatsoever

This hotel is great! I like the evening hang out food (though it wouldn’t hurt to add in more than 3 unique meals), and the rooms are very nice However, what I mainly wanted to highlight in this review are the AMAZING people that work here! Every single concierge, bartender, driver, and staff member has been over-the-top accommodating and friendly I was here for over two weeks and I always felt incredibly at-home and welcome

This place is worth checking out if customer service is important to you

This is my new favorite hotel in Denver by far The staff was more than great The room was spotless and clean

The bed was very comfortable The hot tub in the pool area was a lifesaver for my sore muscles The breakfast is the best I can remember at a complimentary meal There was an evening bar and snacks at dinner time, I missed it due to my convention schedule This may be my favorite hotel staying in ever I will be back, you should try this hotel if you haven’t yet

Tom Casey

Outstanding place to stay They even fed us breakfast with meat and dinner with many buffet choices Also included three alcoholic beverages

The Hot tub was perfect temperature but seemed to have to much chlorine But I’m so thankful that they had a hot tub with lots of soft clean towels All of the staff were awesome and friendlyOur room was very clean and comfortableParking was fine and we felt safeProperty was easy to get to and right off the highwayJust book it you won’t regret it

We used the shuttle service to pick us up at GSP and take us to this hotel The driver was very courteous and arrived at the promised time We received a wonderful welcome from Miss Betty on the front desk who followed up with a call to us in our room to make sure we were happy with our room and that we had everything we needed (something which is very rare these days but makes you feel like a valued guest)

The room was clean and very comfortable We had a great night’s sleep Breakfast was nice with a good selection of cereals, hot food, waffles etc The breakfast staff member was very helpful tooAll in all a very good experience

Victory Dancers

We checked out yesterday My dance team stayed here We loved EVERYTHING

The staff are all friendlyThey were helpful and accommodating If you want a conversation, talk to Betty Or the other older lady They love to talkThe lobby has the best hot cookies and fresh fruit The van driver was kind Our rooms were clean but the carpet feels sticky Bring flip flops The bathroom has Neutrogena soap! We were allowed to use the gym all day to rehearseThe hotel gas a beautiful lobby Breakfast was just OK It was free

Emmanuel Boston

The hotel was about what you’d expect for the price and location, but it didn’t offer any extraordinary benefit or surprise us with hospitality The rooms were clean and well-furnished The front desk had razor and shaving cream for forgotten toiletries, and the weekend breakfast had perfect hours

Many hotels provide a a breakfast at such inconvenient times, especially if you’re on vacation, but keeping the breakfast bar open until 10 was immensely helpful for a family with kids, even if the food ran low by 9 (and some utensils/syrup were unstocked) The swimming pool here was a little chilly for adults who have to be with their little ones in the water without moving too much, but the kids enjoyed it The pool started at 3 feet by the stairs and went to 45 feet, so it was a good depth for elementary kids; but there was no spa or sauna or any other amenities The pool is small enough that 2-3 families would make it ‘full’ All in all, the stay was alright We’d go back again just because it was acceptable in all respects

The staff is very friendly and accommodating They worked with me when my mother in law was getting my family a room We were stressed because some hotels are almost rude/mean, but not them! They were so friendly and went above and beyond to help

Breakfast is very nice, fresh scrambled eggs, ham Boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, juice milk Coffee, and so much moreWe are transitioning looking for a place to rent and wow wish I could stay here for a couple weeks so nice and kids love it too And don’t let me forget to say they allow dogs which is a huge plus!!

Cherie Cole

I stayed here for the Brooks N Dunn concert with my boyfriend and from the moment we walked in we felt so welcome Felicia was EXCELLENT with us So kind and attentive, so bubbly and personable, THAT is who you want greeting you

We even got to see her before she left She remembered us and told us to have a wonderful night, struck up a conversation, wished a good night and so much more I honestly cannot say enough good things about her She is just so unbelievably wonderful The hotel room is cozy and clean The shower has excellent water pressure and I bough hot water They even went to the kitchen to get us ice! This is a great place to stay! Thank you for all the wonderful service!

Cons: I was expecting a good experience and cleanliness I got there around 1 am It was a long trip

I booked for six people I figured the room would be adequate When I checked in, I asked if they had provided pillows for the guest sleeping on the pull-out couch, and the answer was no The lady at the front desk provided me with some We went upstairs and had to come back down to get covers and blankets for the couch as it was not made Some areas in the building looked cleaner than others; wallpaper was coming off the walls The elevators screech, the door takes a while to open, and it needs to be cleaned The breakfast was Frozen waffles, frozen French toast sticks, Boiled eggs, juice, milk, bread, bagels, sausage, packaged oatmeal, tea The bathroom door was damaged and didn’t lock, and there was hair in the shower There were used towels in the second drawer, sink area I specifically booked this place for the pool, and it was closedPros: spacious room can fit everyone comfortably, the beds are comfortable, hotel staff was friendly

The hotel staff was exceptionally delightful! They got us checked in fast, recommended some great dining options and even replaced feathered pillows with synthetic as soon as we checked in and we’re very friendlyThe hotel itself… they need mold remediation and a new engineer The moment we stepped into our room the musky stale smell of mold hit us in the face

It appears that water leaked from the AC above our room into ours and it was just painted over The bathroom ceiling was also covered in water spots and mold Walking down the hall to the front desk you can see where the ceiling tiles are all splotched with water stainsOur daughter is extremely allergic to mold and within 40 minutes she was already getting a scratchy throat and coughingIf you’re sensitive to mold I recommend finding an alternate hotel

Mj

My room was clean, and the staff was very friendly I was working in the airport and used the shuttle to get to and from the airport for 3 days, and every shuttle driver was great Complimentary breakfast was good

The only downfall was that the outdoor pool was so cloudy that I couldn’t see the bottom of the 3ft deep area, and the top two steps were brown from settlement

Mary Ann Cox

We needed 6 rooms reserved for a family funeral The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and were the most friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie, Rhonda and Aron were absolutely wonderful

They even brought in an extra lamp in my Uncle’s room so he could see his way to the restroom during the night Thank you staff of Fairfield Inn for being a bright light during a sad time

The room was clean but tiny and overpriced It honestly wouldn’t get such a bad score if it weren’t for the incident I have medical equipment that goes with me EVERYWHERE I can’t go anywhere without it

I was told by the staff that it couldn’t be there and they were going to charge me extra and so on Just because I’m disabled and need my medical equipment I was yelled at and Interrupted as I tried to explain the laws they were breaking by telling me it couldn’t be there I’m disabled I need my medical equipment with me If they end up charging me extra I’ll be pulling them into a lawsuit It’s never ok to treat someone like that Especially someone with a disability!!!! The man I tried explaining the laws to was so so rude and at one point said “I know everything about American law!!!” Obviously he didn’t or he never would have said anything at all

The hotel was in a very busy area but the upside is that there were plenty of dining and shopping options near the hotel The staff were very kind and friendly! The hotel is well kept and my stay was enjoyable There are no breakfast offering so keep that in mind

The rooms have everything thing you’ll need except dishwashers This includes two burners, coffee pots, a full sized fridge and microwave If you choose a room with two beds you will not receive a recliner One bed includes a recliner The rooms are not spacious enough for two recliners But the rooms and beds are comfortable Yes I would stay here again

Jenny Riser

Awful Just awful Had to stay in the area for a convention

Was referred to this hotel by a friend Clearly they had a better experience Check-in was a disaster Pre-purchased the “breakfast” Receptionist argues with me that I had not but still could Requested that ice be started in my room ahead of my arrival No ice Machine was off Went down and showed receptionist that I had receipt for “breakfast” She just stared and said I could pull something from the sundry shop next door This was not only not what I paid for but when I went to look at the store there was no breakfast foods to choose from Just walked away Wanted a cup of coffee in my room so I started to pull it all together Gave me a coffee pot with coffee but no cups, silverware in fact absolutely NO dishes at all in this “extended stay” room Read elsewhere it was because they don’t do dishes or whatever So I guess we don’t clean the coffee pot then? Fan rattled in room 3 paper towels on the roll Threadbare towels No hygiene products provided But the best part? A $150 deposit for the stay!!!! Why? Why?! WHY????? Hotel literally offered NOTHING that requires a deposit Will NEVER stay again and will only ever laugh at the idea that this place calls itself a hotel

Shanneek Prince

Upon entering our first room the bed was clearly not made Looked like someone laid on it We did get a new room and everything was fine with that

The thing that I find weird is that upon requesting new towels and wash cloths you have to bring the Old ones down to the front desk I find that very odd as a customer to be walking down the halls with your dirty towels and wash cloths just to get new ones

The TV did not have a brightness control, the picture was very dark and hard to see The shower did not have very much pressure, plus the drain was extremely slow in draining the tub I was using digital access to our room but my wife prefers the to have a key card, I tried a couple times to get the key card and the digital access to work but evidently it takes one or the other but you can’t use both

The front desk personnel and the person maintaining the breakfast area were outstanding, courteous and professional

Myriah Longhenry

Stayed here for a good two weeks while moving to the area and it was very comfortable They have free washers and dryers on site for guests to use and an open gym Only thing I might fined wrong is that they give each room a small induction hot Plate to use with a very small pan that only works with that pan and nothing else, so if you need to cook anything outside of a microwave in your room bring your own griddle or burner

Cole Evans

When the airline cancelled my flight with less than two hours to boarding and no way to get home until tomorrow, I ended up getting a room here overnight The front desk manager, Jocie, “the guy with the bow tie,” was incredibly sweet and accommodating and went above and beyond to make me feel at home and taken care of, despite being displaced by the airline for the night He called me by name every time he saw me, and hooked me up with free waters for my room, and laundry detergent to wash clothes so I would have something to wear

It wasn’t just me he treated like that, every person I saw him interact with was taken great care of! I wish every hotel treated their guests like this!

The towels in this hotel were so fluffy and nice This detail was important to me because I think out of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed I These were some of the best towels I’ve ever used at a hotel

The room was a little dated but clean the shower could have use some fresh caulk (but SC is pretty wet so I know the struggle) I still felt comfortable taking a bath The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good They did not have waffles but did have Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches Also it was nice and quiet for a Saturday night

Angel West (Country Sweet)

I would love to give more stars! Amazing place to stay to for a day or longer 7 story hotel Great prices on rooms

Clean room, recently remodeled, pet friendly without any pet smells or stainsStaffing issues evident; 8:30 and no breakfast set out other than half dozen sad yogurts & a few oatmeal packs No coffee

Lots of guests still looking to eat No staff at front desk on phones or to check folks out for 15 minutes One man trying to do the job of three, and he definitely was not a “front of house” guyWe got keys to a room already occupied House computer system was downThe bed was clean and a good sleep; housekeeping was well done, but all other services were lackingWe won’t be back

Michael checked us in, and he was phenomenal!!!!! He is very professional, efficient, and just made our stay wonderful He definitely stays busy at the front desk, but he is absolutely on top of everything! The room was spotless It is an older hotel, but it is very clean and well maintained

We faced the side and we heard a lot of 1-25 noise It didn’t bother us, but it may others Parking was abundant, the breakfast was very good, and there were plenty of supplies in the room

Heather Sanders

I LOVE the Element I have stayed at a few locations and the service is consistent and accommodating The room was clean and gorgeous

I love the amenities, and contemporary style of the rooms Their mingle nights are fun to relax, have some food and drinks, and chat with other guests After a long day of work conferences, it’s a great way to wind down In the morning, they don’t have just any breakfast There are quite the spread and special menu items to order made right in front of you Their convenience shop for food, drinks, or essentials is great and I love that I have everything I need at my finger tips when I stay at the Element

Kristen Soegeng

Good location (came into town for a concert) Our room was small – like really really small The shower gave boat/RV bathroom vibes

There is no way that bed was a queen size……The hotel is dirty in a way that only a really old building can be The cleaning crew clearly visited our room and it was tidy That being said, there were weird drips…everywhere… what is that?? And the ceiling had many stains that concerned me (mold? water?)But these notes are more for corporate than the boots on the ground locally

Stephenie Mathis

The housekeepers were very attentive to this facility The customer service was exceptional Location was great and price was reasonable

The breakfast in the morning was nice and hot 🔥 and good choices were included The most important thing that touched my heart school was out and it seemed liked someone didn’t have a sitter and had to bring their children to work I appreciated even though everyone can’t do it understandably the employees made sure all was well and covered with those older kids the kids were even participating with keeping things tidy That’s what a good work place and family consist of Blessings thru and thru and oh yeah some good cookies at front desk That was nice

Yvonne Kostermans

The refrigerator wasn’t working There were stains on the mattress The bed had a noticeable drop in the middle

There was trash behind the toilet paper roll We put the used towels in the hallway and left to go somewhere I requested more towels when we came back and the guy told me I had to bring the other towels to get new ones The breakfast was decent and they had coffee 24/7

The thing that amazed me most about this hotel was the cleanliness Without thinking, I walked around our room in new white socks for quite a while the night we arrived I was shocked to see they were not dirty when I took them off

The room, bathroom, lobby and common areas were all spotless There was nothing that we saw that even had a speck of dustThe breakfast buffet was delicious There was a hot section with an egg (omelette or scrambled), meat (bacon or sausage), and a bread each day (potatoes or biscuits – biscuits had a gravy option) each day we were there The toppings for grits/oatmeal were numerous There were always two types of waffles with over a dozen toppings There was also fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, bread and pastries to round out the menuThe staff was always friendly and greeted us when we passed They were ready to help with anything we needed each day It was obvious that they took pride in their jobs

Esther Devine-Huff

We were traveling for the first time with our pet and didn’t know what to expect The hotel staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and all supportive of him being a guest as well Perfect location, safe, clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff

Best Hampton we’ve ever stayed in We will absolutely be back the next time we are in the area

Scott Carroll

I stayed 4 nights I requested my room be cleaned every day My room was cleaned only once, even after I continually asked that it be cleaned every day

I was not brought towels I had to go down every night and get towels One morning the hot water did not work This hotel is the loudest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in You can hear traffic on the street You can hear people in the rooms beside you The staff was pleasant However, I asked to speak to the manger every day I was there and called every day for a week to speak to the manager Finally 1 week later the general manager called me back I told her if I wanted to stay in a dirty room, I would have stayed with my mother in law After telling her of the aforementioned comments and that I was dissatisfied with my stay and asked about the “100% satisfaction guarantee” She told me I should have checked out and stayed with my mother in law! I am a “Gold Hilton’s member” and have been a member for 15 years and have never asked about the 100% satisfaction guarantee, but apparently it is worthless at this hotel

We just experienced a wonderful stay here No complaints everything was great! The check in was not only super simple but the front desk people were extremely nice and explained everything to us The evening reception almost had me drunk off the complimentary drinks 😉 we booked a king suite which was very roomy, could maybe use a little updating but everything was clean and comfortable

Breakfast did not disappoint and the omelet stand was everything! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I are here for Valentine’s Weekend and we had an amazing time!! The Resort is so nice we spent most of our time at the room! The rooms were very clean beds are super comfortable the shower jets were relaxing Great staff that told us the nicest restaurants in Greenville We’re having an amazing time The wife is happy and so am I You know the saying HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE!!! It’s safe to say we’ll be staying at the Hilton for the rest of our life! So long Mariot

Talesha Whitmire

Well, I hate to complain, but the last Hilton hotel I stayed in was in Duluth, so that is why I decided to stay here I came to this area to take a nursing test at a nearby testing center I have always stayed at Hilton hotels, but had no idea my expectations would so disappointed after staying at a beautiful, clean, Hilton hotel like the one in Duluth

To start, I think they upgraded, but was not sure, because I reserved a king bed, and I ended up getting two doubles in my room which wasn’t really a big deal, however when I walked in, I felt like I was in a bad episode of the Brady Bunch and couldn’t escape The decor definitely was not up to par, very outdated I walked into my room and it was so hot that I had to call the front desk They did send maintenance quickly, but the stench of the old hotel plus the room being so hot almost made me retch So, I ended up with a box fan The air conditioner never really worked properly, so I was thankful for the fan, but I would have been ashamed to charge for a room And, the sink beside the coffee pot had coffee on the wall Did not make me feel as though the room was deep cleaned The food from the cafe was minimal, and I was charged twice I called to accounting department and they were too rude to call back Never could get a live person Still checking my credit card to see if it was fixed I don’t mind paying for good food But to have minimal food and be charged twice!!! And then, not receive a phone call back? I called twice Also, the breakfast bar I wanted eggs and bacon, and the eggs were obviously powder eggs and the bacon was cold Just not a good stay and I felt the hotel was old and dirty NO ROOM SERVICE I will say the positives: The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and there was plenty of parking, and the bathroom did smell of clorox, so I am assuming the cleaning in the bathroom was complete I will not be staying here again I was so disappointed after staying at the Hilton in Duluth No comparison at all Needs updating and some new carpet

I travel a lot for work and stay at a lot of Marriotts Being a woman, that can be a little scary at times, especially in a state/city that is new to youMy original room was booked with a connecting door which over the course of the evening caused me a lot of anxiety and stress (realistic or not)

I felt embarrassed going to the front desk to ask for a new room at 10:40 PM Employee at the front desk, Maya made me feel heard and didn’t even blink an eye when I told her why I wanted to change rooms She was very professional, warm, and comforting The process was seamless That is not customer service that can be taught; it is Just genuine kindness

My room had just had the carpets cleaned and eventually the room became musty as not enough time had passed to let the carpet dry Pool was not open, HH and Cafe not open regular hours Overall a decent place to sleep but lacking in experience

And the musty smell from the room was just gross my entire suit case now has that smell Yuck

Traveling for business for 2 nights, booked on the Bonvoy app weeks prior Selected a King Balcony Upon arrival the mobile checkin didn’t work

Upon opening the guest room I was overwhelmed by cigarette smoke The table below the TV was wet and a white substance also coated the tabletop Found a bug on the bed Immediately went to the front desk and got a “upgrade” to a 1 bedroom suite Better accommodations but lacked a balcony and the room faced the highway which resulted in a restless night Finally at 3:30am I left and went across the street to the full service Marriott World differenceThe indoor pool is closed and drained Avoid this place, but if you must – get a room opposite the parking lot/parkway The noise will keep you up

Place is great ! The parking area is good too , to be safe if you worry about your car then Park in the front entrance area Place is safe I think we stayed here with our show at outside so it was good, the staff at the front desk was friendly and awesome I forgot their names but them two were great! Only thing was the shower door wouldn’t close right and water went all over the place so the door wouldn’t seal! So that was the only problem

but other then that it was great! So don’t mind staying here again next time

2 bed 2 bath suite perfect for families with kids! I was scared after reading reviews, however, we never encountered any bad smells or weed smells inside the building or room We loved the layout and space! Very quiet & comfy beds Breakfast was awesome! We did notice the wall in shower leaked but then realized the water seal was on the wrong side of the glass, so we popped it off, flipped it around and works perfectly 🤦‍♀️

Cambria’s Accommodations are so wonderful and comfortable Great place to stay Teresa and Bruce “the dynamic duo” took great care of me

I needed a shuttle back to hotel, and they were extremely busy They both kept me updated on when I could expect to be picked up multiple times You don’t get that at most hotels I have had plenty tell me they can’t tell me where the shuttle driver is or when I could be helped Beautiful and sincere Customer Service!
