The plumbing in our room was goofy–all of the drains were slow Other rooms were clearly affected, as I saw a maintenance guy walking around with a bottle of drain opener Didn’t trust the toilet in the room, so frequently used the restroom off the lobby

Again, we weren’t the only ones, and it clearly wasn’t getting serviced, even after 2-3 days There was a grumpy dude who sat behind the counter and ignored customers while his female colleague did all the heavy lifting, no matter how many people were waiting There was soda pop (or some similar sticky substance) spilled on one of the steps in the stairwell Just like the lobby restroom, nobody “saw” the mess for the duration of our stay And we had to use the stairs because the elevator was busted Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else Anywhere else

Kris

BAD Experience !!Bed appeared as if it was not changed out Maintenance wakes my wife and I up at 8 am to service room🤨 And to top it off could not even get close to the Breakfast area as they hosted a entire ball team or 2 that they just allowed to dump thier luggage anywhere they chose couldn’t walk through the place

They tiok over the entire breakfast area from open till close nothing to eat THIS PLACE SUCKS!Management FAILURE!

Our flight was canceled at the last minute, so American Airlines put us in this hotel The staff showed us the best hospitality while staying Management allowed us to have a late check out by 3 hours

I am from TN, so it was refreshing to have staff willing to helpAlso, you must have a cup of coffee from their coffee shop- the best I have ever tasted!!!

Barbara Ford-Latty

They emphasized strongly that this a no-smoking facility

yet when I walked into the room it smelled like a cigar store Since they require a $100 deposit, I made sure they knew it was not me that smokes No soap in the bathroom However the mattress was excellent, and the front desk associate was very pleasant, polite, and gave me a different room immediately That was nice

Ryan David

Well this hotel has no Continental breakfast, no restaurant and no microwave 3 pancakes for $1000

Very, very limited food They do have a pool but you have to make an appointment to use the very small pool The WIFI kicks you off randomly The people at the front desk were nice The elevator takes for ever Check out is at noon This is a last resort hotel for me

Matt from the front desk was absolutely amazing My girlfriend had not slept in some time and was stranded at LGA due to flight delays He ensured the room was made up early so she could check in early and sleep

As well, he was incredibly understanding, made sure to check in with her, and provide bottled water when she arrived There was an issue with people smoking in the hotel which he handled professionally and efficiently The rooms were nice and at a reasonable price I would highly recommend this hotel The customer service was phenomenal and it was overall a great experience

Danielle Maylath

Customer service was good, friendly, helpful

thank you! Breakfast was nice, our 2 queen bed studio was a nice, enjoyable space for the weekend everything was clean if I had to complain about anything, it would be that a few minor upkeep repairs were needed in the bathroom the towel hook falls out of the wall, so you cannot hang a towel on it, the shower curtain was missing a hook and the wallpaper was peeling a few inches in the bathroom Again, to me, just a few minor repairs, the room and hotel were still clean and those repairs would not keep me from returning or leaving a negative review Thank you Hampton Inn for a lovely weekend for my son’s graduation

Diane S.

I love this hotel! The location is great, the staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean and well cared for There always seems to be coffee available and the self-serve breakfast has many options I just arrived home from a trip and when I checked my invoice, there was a small error, I called and they were very happy to correct it right away – it was a cheerful and helpful conversation

The manager Greg and Front Clerk James were very professional and the whole staff were very welcoming and helpful during the entire stay! They are very much pet friendly and very clean! They have washers and dryers for travelers and a decent exercise room! And for those who drive semi trucks, they even allow semi trucks to park when staying! Wish all hotels were as clean and professional and friendly as this hotel! If I could give them more stars I would!!

I always stay at a Hampton Inn when I’m traveling for business They are always very clean Last Tuesday I check into the Hampton Inn in Clinton, NJ

I check into the room and went upstairs Upon getting into my room the remote had been wrapped up in paper saying it was cleaned The remote was never wiped down It was sticky and had crumbs After that it looked like someone has already been on the bed and I noticed long hair on it I immediately went downstairs and let both people know what happened They offered me another room If something else would have been wrong with the room I would have gladly changed, however when it comes to cleanliness I did not feel comfortable staying there I told them I was leaving and that I wanted a refund They refused to give it to me Instead they gave me the managers card and I was told to call the next day I left and went to the Town Place Suites(Marriott) 5 minutes awayFirst thing the next morning I immediately called the manager of the Hampton Inn I was told that she was not in and that I had the assistant manager on the phone I explained everything that happened and I was told that they would check their camera footage to see if the room was cleaned They told me I would hear back from them That was 3 days ago and I have still not heard a wordThis hotel really does not deserve a star The place was filthy and on top of that the staff are very rude They do not appreciate their customers

Aaron Knowlton

The Hampton In in Clinton is a run of the mill Hampton Inn The amenities are pretty standard and the hotel as a whole is pretty middle of the road A few things do make this spot stand out a bit though

It’s extremely close to a few restaurants and stores, making getting supplies extremely easy If you’re up for a little stroll, walk down the road behind the hotel and you’ll find yourself on a nice trail One direction goes into the woods/fields, while the other follows the river and will spit you out in historic downtown where there are many little shops and restaurants (highly recommend this if you’re able) Lastly, the staff here is great I’ve stayed here a few times now and each time just have great interactions with the staff Whether you’re staying in the area for a few days or just passing through, I recommend this location

The hotel is not a go to destination being at an intersection of two interstates and across the street from a truck stop But the staff still treated me like I was staying there to enjoy the sites Clean room with a very comfortable bed

Breakfast was meager but filling and there was a good cup of coffee Check in was very easy as was check out

Jennifer D

The hotel appears to be undergoing a needed freshening up Our room seemed to be somewhere in the process, which was a bit disconcerting The bathroom was 1/2 renovated (we think?); the rest of the room seemed a bit worn and dated

The room looked clean and the beds were comfortable, which was our priority There was no hot breakfast, just a small muffin and an apple in a bag There is no neighborhood to speak of or anything of interest in the immediate vicinity Staff were pleasant and helpful, which we appreciated Of course, your mileage may vary!

Kenneth Bentivegna

I want to start this review by stating that when my family travels we almost always stay in a Hampton Inn I say this so you understand that I realize I am not staying in the Ritz, and I manage my expectations accordingly I also realize that this hotel was just off of two separate highways, in the middle of relative nowhere

The lobby and elevators were clean and nice The room was mostly clean, and the beds were clean and well made Now let’s get to the issues:1 The bathtub, did not drain appropriately, thus creating a pool of water that reached up to my ankles during my shower2 The bathtub had a black ring around the bottom, likely due to the tub’s failure to drain3 The door to the bathroom squeaked loud enough to wake the dead, so definitely loud enough to wake anyone that might be sleeping4 There were many holes in the bathroom from old fixtures in the bathroom that were just spackled over, and were quite obviousAlso in the bathroom, there were several purposeful cuts to the wallpaper that appeared to be abandoned prep for new fixtures5 The toilet seat was VERY loose loose enough to move off of the toilet and possibly pinch someone’s thighs6 The sheets were nice and soft but the quilt cover was very rough and uncomfortable7 At the base of the bathtub and floor tile there was a large black stain? Not really sure what it was It didn’t look like mold8 In between the beds the outlet cover was not large enough to cover the hole in the wall]9 Near the window the joint between the wall and ceiling was peeling as was a corner of the room Both of these areas were several feet in length10 The free breakfast area was clean but too small Four was a crowd It only had one waffle maker which really slowed down the process for everyone waiting There was very little choice of food, and what food they did have, there was very little of it, including no coffee They also ran out of eggs, and after a long attempt to find someone that worked there and a worker at the front desk that did a very good job of not making eye contact with anyone, someone did finally go in the back and make some more eggs and sausage and then left the area No fresh coffee was provided hey did have some fresh fruit, but it was 3 oranges, and about 10 black bananasAll in all, a very disappointing place to stay Definitely not representative of The Hampton Inn brand

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and extraordinarily accommodating I added breakfast to the room charge when I made the reservation The front desk lady apologetically told me that it wouldn’t be as nice as usual

It was convenient, but not worth the cost Especially since the room had a microwave and fridge There is a Panera nearby, alsoOne interesting featurethe bathroom fan is a silent exhaust fan so if you want to obscure your bathroom soundsyou’ll have figure something outOverall, highly recommend

I have to say stay at this hotel was lovely 😍, Quiet 🤫 and cleanThe staff was very friendly from the front desk all the way to house cleaning people I remember there was house cleaning lady (Denise) training a young lady name Amanda and it was her very last day but the joy Denise had i could see 👀 that she was a very friendly person ❤

I was talking to both of them Ladies 🚺 and just Joking around usually house cleaning won’t care much for fun or jokes but Denise knew how to be funny and made my experience at this hotel very enjoyable It feel like I was home 🏡 and never left new yorkThe room I was staying in was the king room on 2th floor (201) I have to say the room was very big, they had a kitchen toward the side and coach/Murphy bed 🛌 in itI was there for a funeral (03-09 to 10- 22) for the church revival fire 🔥 but like I said it didn’t feel like I left home and I make this review because I love how everything was at this hotelThe Hotel food which is breakfast was good 👍 as well The gym was small but worth using and the pool was big 👌My stay here was a 10/10 stars 🌟 you guys did amazing job so thank you

Daniel Deyette

Friendly, professional service and a clean, spacious room with many amenities even on the basic level Yes, it costs more than bare bones motels, but this isn’t a bare bones motel Good value for what you get

There is a free hot breakfast for guests But beware the snack bar at the front desk They wanted $4 for a snack sized bag of Cheetos

I was traveling alone to TN from MA I got two flat tires and needed a hotel I found this hotel and I’m so happy I did! I felt so safe being alone! They have so much to offer

I went downstairs to get snack and the woman at the desk was super friendly and told me about the pool they had there The rooms were clean and spacious I would definitely recommend!!

Would not stay here againTLDR:Couldn’t adjust AC in room (a panel is bolted to the wall and fan settings couldn’t be adjusted) fridge was not cold enough to keep food at proper cold temperature (no temperature settings were visible), shower hot water would stop working every few minutes and would turn ice cold, went to talk to front desk and someone was complaining of black mold in their room Not nearly enough outlets, needed to unplug bedside lamp for outlet nearby

Couple, looking for a nice hotel during travels Booked online Arrived after hours, around 9pm Got buzzed into hotel, for safety The front desk was on the phone with a customer needing to cancel a room, so I stood waiting to be helped She didn’t even look at me to greet me or acknowledge I was there After she started helping me, she was yelling past me to another customer sitting at a table Was strange Online request for a quiet room, she politely switched my room, which she initially put me on a floor with dogs While waiting to get my room key, a guest came down to complain about dogs on her floorWe got to the room, tried to adjust the AC as it was not cool enough for our liking Called front desk for help, maintenance came up to evaluate, but didn’t understand we wanted it colder Kept telling us he could bring a heater Front desk eventually brought up a fan Ordered food, went to put leftovers in fridge, which was barely cold No controls to adjust it Tried to shower, small wait time for hot water to warm up Started shower, twice the hot water completely stopped and water turned ice cold Husband had the same issue, freezing water in the middle of shower But the tub hot water was fine and hot immediatelyComplimentary Continental breakfast: coffee, teas, hot chocolate Egg patties, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, breads, granola bars, packaged mini muffins, milk, juice, yogurtComfortable bed Blackout curtains Updated decor

The only downside to our stay was it rained all weekend This historic property in downtown Easton was treat! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the city! We usually stay at a Hilton or something similar Eastonian had so much more to offer! We will definitely be visiting here again!!

We visited the hotel as a road trip rest stop The lobby was pretty, the counter staff was helpful, and there was lots of windows There were large lucite sheets at the counter, between staff and customers

Both restrooms were very clean (which is why we stop at hotels for bathroom breaks) If main floor is indicative of the rooms, we’d definitely stay there

Just had a VERY confusing situation with the Bonvoy app and my recent cancelation at this hotel (that no one on my team had canceled) Nina was extremely helpful at the front desk and credited the cancelation fee for me I have yet to stay with them but I am a loyal Marriott guy…Nina reminded why

If she is an representation of this hotels service, then it is excellent

My husband and I used the Courtyard Marriott at Lebannon as part of our wedding weekend and unfortunately it did not live up to the expectations we come to expect from the Marriott establishment From the onset, communication between myself and the hotel was sparse and I would only receive a response to inquiries about the room selection process after sending MULTIPLE messages to the event coordinator One of the few times I did receive a response from the hotel was to be informed that the former coordinator was no longer working for the hotel and that a new individual would work with us

I was hopeful that with the change in personnel, the service and response time would improve The first couple of exchanges with the new coordinator were positive in the fact that she did respond within a reasonable timeframe Unfortunately as the date to our wedding weekend grew closer, it became more of the same in which I would reach out for follow up and have to wait days without a response It was frustrating to say the least to learn that after we committed to the number of rooms in order to receive a complimentary room, that we were told that our suite that we were using during the weekend could not be comped as the suite was not part of the complimentary rooms deal NO WHERE in the contract that I signed stated this information and when brought to the attention of the event coordinator, the response was “its company policy” I suggested that since the Suite could not be comped, could we receive a credit off of the final bill given that we also are having an open bar and Breakfast during the weekend and once again was told that this could not be allowed During the evening of the open bar at the hotel, we were provided wrist bands to give to our guests and was informed that they would be sufficient for the bar (top shelf) and food that was chosen I noticed within minutes that other guests were eating the food which we brought to the attention of the bartender on duty, to which he replied, there was nothing he could do A few of the guests wanted beer instead of liquor and was informed that beer was not included in the menu- I was able to resolve the issue with the manager on duty in order to provide beer to the guests, but again it was frustrating to deal with this mishap when less than an hour before, I was celebrating with the same guests the happiest day of my life We were informed that there would be signage to let guests know where breakfast was being held, and unfortunately this was not provided until after I made it aware of the attention of the associate/manager on duty at the front desk I was informed as part of the contract that I would receive points for the BEO either to Marriott or my choice of travel program, which I still have not received to my account In addition, I still have not received a final bill showing the charges that occurred during that weekend for the snack bar and breakfast buffett Overall, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and care that the staff at the Courtyard Marriott in Lebanon showed me and my husband during the weekend that we were there I would not recommend anyone to stay at this location

Bathroom in the room had a few little flies and I could see the grime and dirt under the sink while I used the toilet The bathroom door also opened right into the toilet— the space was awkwardly tight The room was basic

The staff member that did my check in was very kind and personable They just need to work on the bathrooms and this place would be quite nice

Luke Deitz

There was enough parking in a well lit area Walk into a very nice and clean lobby Get our cookies and keys, walk to the elevators, and the elevators are small, very small, old, and they smell like musty mold

Rode the elevator up to our room, opened the door to our room, the room’s air was very stale The bathroom was very old and in rough shape There was cracked in the tile, dirty grout around the edge of the tub

This place is historic and centrally located in scenic Frenchtown The room was spaceous and well appointed However the bathroom had hairs in the sink and the shower wasn’t really that clean but I understand that there is a shortage of staffing this industry so the lack of stars isn’t a total reflection on the hotel itself

if it was it would be 4 starsbut the thing everyone needs to know about this area is that it’s so far removed from normal civilization that it’s next to impossible to get an Uber past 8pm and that includes Lyft! Both our rideshares cancelled on us because we were at a show at the magnificent venue Artie’s not even a mile from the hotel We had planned on a nice night out with some drinks and merrimentit was raining hard outside otherwise we would have walked We had to beg someone to take us back on the staff! Sooo the night had highs and lowsi have talked way too much here but there u have it There is in fact a bar in the basement of the national called the rathskeller but we didn’t get the chance to try it 🥺 forgot to mention the price is not too bad for what u get
