Great hotel Breakfast included Typical breakfast, not a lot of choices

We found pancakes, bagels, scrambled eggs etc Always try to pick a corner king room, that has the best view around the hotel The room clean not automatic, you need to request it Digital keys are not available at least that is the case when I checked in There is a $150 security deposit, which you will get back after check out

Check-in was fast, room and bathroom was clean, bad view (power station), toilet handle was broken but usable, room was low light, good idea with motion sensor lights except for the bathroom, equipped with many USB charging on the desk, TV area and by the beds Breakfast was goodSunday 08/07 front desk guy – friendly, fast and helpfulMonday 08/08 front desk lady – unfriendly and liarTuesday 08/09 front desk lady – friendly, honest and helpfulWednesday 08/10 front desk lady – friendly and quick checkoutI requested for late checkout and the Tuesday front desk lady lied to me that it was not possible due to the hotel fully booked

I tested booking online and the hotel was far from fully booked for Wed 08/10 Checked again with a different front desk lady on Tuesday and she verified that Wed was not fully booked and told me no problem with 1pm late checkoutBob, parking attendant – friendly, fast and helpfulThe motion sensor for bathroom is placed outside! Hence, when you’re in the bathroom, the lights can just go off on you!TV is far away and the sofa on the side, TV mounted and cannot be turned so either sitting on the bed far away from the TV or watching the TV sidewaysHousekeeping – very good, cleaned the room well and replenished everythingLocation is pretty good and there’s access to free city bus tour Walking distance to harbor

When you first walk into the hotel and there is an overwhelming smell of air freshener After walking into the room it was clear why- I immediately noted crumbs all over the floor and a foul smell on the general hotel floor I reported it to the front desk and we were “upgraded” to a suite

It was close but no cigar The suite was extremely dusty, the side table was filthy, the mirror was disgusting and I even found a used towel hanging in the closet The state of both rooms demonstrate a clear disregard for thorough cleanliness When we reported our garbage was full we were told to leave it outside our door which was then not picked up until the next day despite putting it out early in the day The overwhelming smell of air freshener seems to be a way to mask the foul smell of no upkeep Understandably hotels are shifting away from cleaning rooms every day however there should be a standard of at least thoroughly cleaning a room once a week and the common areas every other day I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns and while Charles at the front desk tried his best to assist, this was by far my worst experience

My sister had a wedding this past weekend at the Sheraton! It was the perfect! The venue was fantastic Our wedding coordinators – Kathleen B until she went until maternity leave and then we had Stephanie D were TOP NOTCH

They were always available to answer any questions that we had They provided my sister and mother with 5 star service and met them many times to make sure that the details were perfect The hall was beautiful The video they had running outside the hall was a special touch that upgraded the event The hotel block was perfect as well they kept us all on the same floor so we had an awesome time before and after the wedding I would recommend this venue and hotel to anyone looking for a 5 star staff, hotel, event planner and all around venue!!! We will be back Thank you Sheraton for making my sisters special day FANTASTIC!!!!

It’s my first time staying at this hotel The hotel was quiet and not too busy when my wife and I were there The staff are nice and the room is clean

The breakfast buffet could be better for its price But then again, the friendly and attentive staff, the quietness and cleanliness more than made up for its lack in food selectionsWould also be nice if the hotel upgrades the lobby, restaurant, hallways and rooms None of these made my experience any worse but would help create a more luxurious and inviting ambience especially since it is the only major hotel in this area since the Marriott near Towson University closed

The toilet did not work I called the front desk twice and no one from “engineering” came I had to keep coming downstairs to use the restroom

The towels were DINGY The sheets were not white I had to sleep on top of the bed fully clothed since the chair had stains all over it also Beyond Disgusted The final time around 12:30am I couldn’t take using the restroom downstairs since there was a prom going on there was no one at the front desk to assist After all that I just went to sleep in my car

We have stayed at this hotel every year when my husband has had appointments or surgeries at Johns Hopkins hospital This was the first time that we have felt that the quality of the hotel had gone down significantly as had the quality of the staff The beds were extremely uncomfortable and although we had requested it at check in, we never received housekeeping even once so after 5 days we had piles of trash in the room

Our comforter if you could call it that consisted of the dust ruffle that normally goes on a bed to hide the frame (see picture) and this was what they used as a blanket with a very thin duvet on top of this We asked for blankets at the front desk on our first day but they were never brought to us so we did not sleep comfortably during our entire visit They said they were shortOn blankets but would do their best The staff at the front desk was not downright rude but not friendly and they appeared bothered when we needed to ask them simple questions Although the location is convenient, we are going to look for another hotel to stay at during our monthly visits to Baltimore this coming year If you valet your car don’t expect the valet text service that they use to be working and you will not discover it to be broken until you arrive to pick up your car and find the valet person chatting on a couch instead of getting your vehicle This may or may not be their fault but a faulty text system is what they claim Upon check out I requested a copy of my bill and was told that it would be emailed to me so apparently getting a paper copy at check out was not an option When I did receive the copy of the bill I had been charged twice for valet on a given day which then necessitated a phone call to the hotel in order to get the $3500 charge reversed This was done promptly which I appreciated This has always been our go to hotel and it was sad to see it being managed like this A comfortable stay is a minimum requirement

Great staff, great location, room left MUCH to be desired So to be fair—we booked same day and the thought crossed my mind that we may have ended up with one of the “good enough” rooms that don’t get assigned unless they have to be Check in was great—Yvonne was super welcoming and helpful—confirmed that we asked for 4 extra pillows (our kids are pillow fiends) and off we went

The pillows never showed up (don’t know whose shoulders that falls on) Had trouble getting to the room as either our key card or the card reader in the elevator was messed up—seemed to be a bit of both When we got to the room I got the distinct feeling that something was off For starters, there weren’t 4 towel sets, the hotel-provided body wash was missing, there was missing flatware (which we later found dirty in the dishwasher) and there was coffee and a cup missing It felt like the room hadn’t been turned over since the last guest had stayed…except the trash was empty and the beds appeared clean It was unsettling, I’ll admit My husband told me I was being paranoid but I’m fairly certain the room hadn’t received the attention it was supposed to We tried to call down to the front desk but the phone wasn’t working and every time we hit the front desk button on it the line would ring and ring and then hang up on us There was no binder or info about the hotel in the room with an actual number listed for the front desk so we couldn’t call down either Not sure if that was because of covid or was just missing Not a big deal but would have been nice to have at least the TV channels listed so that we could more easily avoid content that wasn’t appropriate for our children Overall the room was somewhat run down Chipped furniture, wallpaper peeling, slow draining sink, melted spots on the carpet, linoleum in the kitchen peeling up…The couch was honestly dismal—the cushions so squashed that when you sat on it you ended up sitting on the front lip of the structure (both uncomfortable and made legs fall asleep) The first night (of the 2 we stayed) I cut my foot on a line of exposed carpet tacks between the kitchen and living space My husband flattened them with a coin and his shoe I did bring this (and the sink) to the attention of the front desk (after having to go down in person) and they offered to send someone up and we declined as we had fixed the tacks and didn’t care to have anyone working in the room Oddly there was no dish soap (but there was dishwasher powder)—so we ended up washing dishes with hand soap Just FYI there was no corkscrew in the room—I suppose you could request one but we were too lazy to fight the elevator (literally—the card reader worked about 50% of the time by the 10th try—we rode up and down almost every time we used it multiple times trying to get to the floor we wanted) to go to the front since we couldn’t call downParking is valet for $35 with in and out privileges or self parking for $25/day with no in and out privileges The garage for self park is attached to the hotel and can be reached from insideThe pool is actually in the Maryland Athletic Club, which is in the building complex They have an agreement to use the gym and pool Both are nicely equipped overall from an equipment standpoint—-the pools were clean (have seen better days from a coating standpoint) It’s salt water based instead of chlorine, so not as harsh The kids are only allowed in the splash pool, which is heated to probably 85 degrees and max depth is 45 feet, minimum depth is 3 feet and it’s a stairway entry There is a lap pool that is much cooler water and a larger pool that has a sloped entry that adults and teens can use There is also a hot tub The locker rooms are well equipped with a sauna, showers (with soap and shampoo/conditioner) and a suit spinner You have to take your hotel key and photo ID with you to gain access and have to have shoes on until the locker room They provide pool towels You have to shower before getting in the pool (locker room or pool deck)

The staff was nice, our other hotel canceled on us last minute and we were able to get a room here, the room was nice but there was a weird red stain on the carpet outside the bathroom, everything was fine until it was time to leave and Valet lost our car keys We’re currently waiting for someone to drive 5 hours to bring us a spare key Awful experience

I never am one to complain because I am a very understanding human being and have worked in the service industry for years That being said, this was the worst hotel experience of our life My family booked this hotel because we always have great Hilton experiences

However, during our stay we checked in very late ( due to travel delays) When we opened the door to our room we could smell the smoke so badly it was making us sick and my kids slept with face masks on so they wouldn’t smell it The bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls Dirt piles built up in the corners of the bathroom and awful stains all over the carpets from the living room area to the bedroom All of the furniture was scratched and should have been thrown out 10 years ago The picture of the room I booked and paid for was absolutely not the room I got My family didn’t feel safe, however checking in so late we got 4 hours of sleep we could not get out fast enough When I went to complain about the experience the only thing the person said to me was “ well why didn’t you complain so we could change your room?” Because it was 1:30am and we had been traveling for 14 hours I have never been so upset and disgusted by a hotel before Please do your research before staying at this hotel I promise it’s not worth it There’s plenty of options in this area Don’t get scammed like we did

We have stayed here a few times ! It is close to shopping and restaurants Right off I 95 This time we brought our fur babies and only had to pay a one time fee for the whole stay

I would of given them a 5 however some of the staff wasn’t real friendly! Also the rooms we very clean and nice However the refrigerator froze everything in the fridge, there wasn’t any coffee cups had to ask for some We had a king bed I think they could of used some new fitted sheets They were off the corners Over all it is a nice place and not bad prices We will definitely go back when we are in town

Though Friendly welcoming Lobby is dirty Furniture in lobby is gross Not sure why as the hotel and rooms are nicer than this first impression We had 5 people in a suite and room was spacious Sofa in room and chair in room were clean and comfortable and nice coffee table Great job overall Clean up the lobby mop those floors in lobby and replace lobby furniture so i can refer others Otherwise great hotel for family or business

The absolute worst place to stay The front desk clerk Janet was a complete bi***, very rude and unpleasant The first room they gave me was 106 and it smelled like death! I asked to be moved to a different room and she gave me nothing but attitude

The only good thing about this place is the waffles in the morning The prices are going up and the pool is still closed My advice would be to stay at the Holiday Inn down the road F-

We came to Baltimore to visit some friends and stayed here We checked in and had some issues

gum on the floor (that was missed in cleaning), our room was only cleaned 1 out of the 4 nights we were there, we had to continuously ask for towels, and the breakfast was not worth the amount per night The positives are that the desk staff was very quick to answer our questions and address our concerns The biggest plus of this hotel is LOCATIONlocationLOCATION!!!! You are less than 10 mins from major shopping (Target,Mall etc) and eateries Easily accessible to highway and AVOIDING TOLLS!!!

Daniel Nealy

It was a hotel room Breakfast was lacking quite a bit My girlfriend and I went to breakfast the first morning, one hour before breakfast was to end and there was one carton of milk and nothing better than sandwiches and soggy/bagged waffles

The pool looked ready to use, but there was a chain holding the gate shut The ATM and one of the elevators were both out of order

The person checking us in was very hospitable and accommodating We got there extremely early before our room was ready and we were able to leave our luggage and walk around The room itself was fine for the amount we paid

However, we only got one towel per person The streets were very noisy every night and woke us up most of the time Although it’s in a great location downtown, I guess that’s the trade off

Tatum Standley

We stayed for a weekend The restaurant downstairs is recently and permanently closed Staff was sparse but generally helpful

The room was clean enough and technically wheelchair accessible (as was the lobby), tho the elevators were quite tight The room we stayed in had no grab bars of any kind in the bathroom Unfortunately even from the 7th floor with windows facing a fairly quiet street, we heard every laugh, scream, siren, car door, etc all night long which wasn’t exactly restful Nothing terrible, nothing special

Brian Hearn

Very basic hotel The quality of the finishes is not great, but the bed was very comfortable Tall ceilings and nice location to the CBD and the harbor

The staff was friendly and helpful but most of the ground level amenities were closed My window was not set well in the frame so there was a lot of street noise until 2:30am from the nearby club and it was quite loud in my room on the tenth floor until after close Might be okay if you get a good deal and a sealed window

Staff is super friendly! Hotel location is very convenient Room was clean Bed was super comfortable

We had stayed for a concert at the Pier 6 Pavilion and were able to just walk the few blocks It’s a little more of a walk to get to the aquarium and other harbor activities, but definitely doable There was a bar/restaurant on site (not open 24/7) The windows opened slightly which was nice for the breeze Room stayed nice and cool with air on Water pressure is pretty good compared to other hotels The parking garage fee can be included in your hotel fees and they’ll give vouchers so you can come and go through the parking garage as needed There is an elevator that connects right to the parking garage from the lobby The area seemed safe TV connection was losing signal at times

Jim Kirkman

Hotel was in a safe, great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops The staff was very friendly and helpful Kenneth went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and like we were staying in a home away from home

Rooms were very clean The bathroom could use a refresh which is my reason for four vs five stars

Jacqui Montgomery

The moment I walked through the door, Kat, greeted me and made me feel welcome Her greeting was just the first of many wonderful interactions I had with staff Everyone was friendly and helpful and made me feel valued

It’s walkable to many tourist destinations I chose it because it was within my price range and allowed me to access public transportation relatively easily

My husband and I visited Inner Harbor for our anniversary and stayed at Springhill Suites Inner Harbor It was a lovely trip! Alison Hopkins, the general manager, was at the front desk when we checked in and was not only super friendly, but when she found out we were there for our anniversary, immediately offered to upgrade our room to a larger suite The room was quite spacious – living room area that included a desk, large bathroom with separate water closet, and nice bedroom

The bed/pillows/blankets were comfy, and the room clean NOTE – they don’t do housekeeping service everyday but will if you ask (and they let you know this at check in) This wasn’t an issue for us as we were only there Friday to SundayThey offer hot and cold breakfast (scrambled eggs, eggs/ham breakfast sandwiches, fruit, waffles, English muffins, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee, etc) Standard hotel breakfast quality – not gourmet, but tasty enough to get the say startedThe hotel was a short walk to the harbor – just a few blocks – so the location was perfect The rooms aren’t exactly noise cancelling so we did hear our neighbors a few times and the street noise; otherwise, we had no complaints and would book another stay there if we are back in the area

Kasha Leese

I came to this hotel as a single adult for a music festival They put me on the first floor directly across from the dining hall The walls are very thin and I was woken up at 7 a

m by screaming children outside of the dining hall on a Saturday I got 4 hours of sleep at best I called and was told they were fully booked and could not give me another room I then had to book a room at the Marriott for $400 just to get another 2 hours of sleep (so the night in total was about $600) I told them as I was leaving to make sure the room was changed to a higher floor as my friend would be arriving later in the day Instead of doing this, they just cancelled the room entirely, leaving her to waste time trying to request a new room Please do not waste your time and money here Best to just book with the Marriott to begin with

George Basily

Mediocre experience at best at this hotel The room was clean and spacious (we got a suite) however, it was not taken care of and felt really oldThe windows of the rooms were not clean (and from the looks if it, no one has tried cleaning these in awhile)

The shower doors were broken and when when I called the front desk,I was told that they can do nothing about itThe service at this hotel was also a hit or miss The front desk and guest services were not communicating at all I asked for housekeeping through the app and it was marked complete but it never happened I had to call and make sure both departments are on the same page for the day after Same thing happened with ordering something else from the front desk It looks like at night the manager is solo so he can’t keep up with an entire hotel on his ownThe breakfast food was good and I enjoyed it There a was a variety of options and they were all fresh There is always coffee and water at the entrance so that was very nice to haveOverall, I’d probably be hesitant to stay here again without management stepping up their game

Where to start? If you want a nice hotel in Baltimore with nice staff, good location, and a beautiful building, this is for you I read some reviews about cleanliness and safety, but this place is FINE The staff were so friendly and helpful! The room was just fine – really comfortable with a coffee machine and fridge

I guess the bathroom was a bit outdated, and the shower was a bit tricky, but for the price of this place, I didn’t care It is true, this is not the best neighbourhood in the world, but I wasn’t worried about safety We wanted to eat crab cakes, and the lady at the desk recommended Mo’s Seafood – it was exactly what we wanted, and Mo’s picked us up in a van! We were looking for a quick lunch, and we sent to a really nice sandwich shop called Jake’s that was just a block away Really delicious If I go to Baltimore again, I’ll stay here again!

While the history of the building and the architecture is amazing, the rooms and service were just so so The floor is very uneven, I tripped several times There are places were the paint and plaster are peeling from the walls

In the room, the shower had tons of cracks just coated with caulk The windows in the 5th floor room opened, with no screen or safety measures to keep anything or anyone from falling out The bed was clean, on the firmer side, pillows look fluffy but went completely flat the moment you touch them They have a folded piece of paper with instructions on how to work the thermostat One of the bed side lamps and power station did not work, so we had to find another wall port for our phone Can not say anything of the breakfast since we left before it was servedWe did have a pet, and there was a rather large pet deposit for a tiny tiny kitty You also have to pay for the parking, which is behind the building If you are using a GPS, put in the location as the hotel next door in order to keep from passing the tiny parking lot I also recommend backing in, since it is extremely hard to back out of the spaces when the lot is full They do have charging spots for electric cars, but if someone is in a U-Haul, they will be blockedIt has a decent view, and the tops of the city buildings are beautiful, looking down you see some not so pretty sights depending on what part of the building you are onThe elevators are on the slower side, but do work There are open steps that lead from the lobby down to the small gym There is a room before the gym that has a vault door there, and is neat to be able to look at The night clerk seemed a bit snobbish They do request that masks be worn when not in your room, however the night clerk did not have one on

Michael Carrelli

This is the cheapest or should I say the most economical hotel within walking distance to the inner harbor and Camden Yards Guys if your attempting to impress a woman, not here move on If you have been married 20+ years or single bringing the kids to the ball game with a little inner harbor action this is the place

it’s cheap so you can spend your money on better seats at the game Hit or miss if the air works and if your staying for that four game series you have too contact room service each day if you want your room done up, good luck the answer machine is full The staff are excellent and the night security guy is looking out for you Free breakfast I’ve had worse the coffee is hot At least your team will win against the O’s Good luck

Stayed here for 2021 Indigenous Peoples’ weekend with the missus, great hotel! Like that it’s right next to the highway just off the tunnel, so we were able to get on the road and hit areas north and south without any issues A fairly recent construction, so nothing was out of place at the time In walking distance to a few restaurants and bars for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! If you’re into cruise ships, hopefully you get a high enough room where you can see a docked ship on the weekends (generally Sundays)

All in all, 10/10 would stay here once again!

The lady at the front desk was super nice and attentive The lady at the bar seemed like she had better things to do that weren’t exactly customer serviceThe bathroom in my room is pretty gross

What you may not see in the picture is easy to clean hair and mold buildupThe glassware is nothing I’d drink from either Finger/lip prints all over itAlso, I’m not sure what deviant act required all the scotch tape on the ceiling but said deviant or at least housekeeping should have addressed this before I showed upIf you want “ultramodern” maybe this is your place If you want a properly cleaned room, noIt’s a shame because this seems like a cool little area

Stayed one night prior to an 8 night cruise aboard RCCL’s Enchantment of the Seas Very convenient to cruise port and easy parking Upon check-in we were given a beautiful room with a view of the cruise port

Very comfortable bed and spacious room Hotel is located in a safe area with many good restaurants and a grocery store in close walking distance Will definitely stay here again for future cruises

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Baltimore in August 2022 I had a wonderful experience They took care of everything

My room was nice and spacious with cathedral ceilings that I’ve never seen in a hotel The decor was classy The tile in the bathroom was gorgeous I felt very safe as you had to use your room key to navigate the hotel like in the elevator I will definitely stay there again when I’m in the area

The hotel and all of the staff were excellent We stayed the weekend of 02/04 – 02/06 to help our son and daughter in law with their 4 month old son while they attended a wedding in Baltimore He was getting over a cold which of course turned into a GI thing while we were there

The entire hotel staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, making sure we had plenty of clean towels and supplies to use the in house laundry(which thankfully was right across from our room) Checking out on Sunday upon announcing the room number we were greeted with smiles with the staff asking how the baby was Truly a welcoming hotel The restaurant attached to the hotel was great as well Insider tip, try the buffalo wings It’s tough to get a good wing outside of the upstate NY area, these were the real thing, easily as good as any you’ll get in Buffalo, NY Hats off to whoever executed those If you’re in the Baltimore area looking for a great hotel, stay here, you wont go wrong

We had a great stay here Everyone was very very friendly We loved the staff!!!! The hotel was dog friendly AND didn’t have any weight or breed restrictions which was amazing

Our room was on the 8th floor We ordered dinner and picked it up at the bar downstairs It was very good! I got the chicken Cesar salad and a drink Hotel was quiet at night There were a few hours I was in the room alone and I felt incredibly safe I can’t say this enough but the staff was SO FRIENDLY and cool I liked them all Whatever this hotel is doing please keep doing it We had a great stay here and will absolutely be back if we are visiting the area again

A very nice hotel for extended stays and short trips I was here for a couple weeks and the room was very spacious and well laid out Light switches took a minute to figure out and the bed side lights were a little brighter than expected

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and made it a point to greet me whenever our paths crossed The amenities included a well stocked breakfast every morning, featuring fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage gravy, warm biscuits, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, juices, toast, and lots of coffee! The hotel also features an exercise center with treadmills, stationary bikes, an elliptical machine(I believe), and a free weight rack with some benches There was always cleaning and sanitizing supplies on hand as well This is a wonderful hotel offset right beside the 695 entrance and just off one of the main roads through Towson, so access to comings and goings are very simple I thoroughly recommend this Holiday Inn Express if you’re stopping or staying in the Towson/Northern Baltimore area

Clean and comfortable Didn’t bother using the WiFi, gym or pool Free breakfast had lots of options

Eggs could have been better Front desk staff was friendly and pleasant Booked adjoining rooms, but they weren’t available upon arrival Close to the city with free parking seemed like a better option than staying in the city and dealing with parking garages Overall fine stay

Check in took an actual one hour and twenty minutes The ceiling was profusely leaking into garbage cans all weekend The staff had over charged me by ninety dollars and didn’t even apologize or question it

Check your bills! My room had fecal matter in the toilet Blood! Hair! This was a crime scene, not hospitality The room had insects inside flying around and crawling about The bedding was soiled and when I called for a new set, nothing was done What we have here is a completely unethical situation The staff refused to do anything to resolve any issues during our stay Honestly, it was the worst stay of my life This place should be condemned The GM is a joke and the staff I met were useless I’ve never been tested like this by any establishment before Avoid this establishment! A very shady operation here I’ve actually had nightmares since my stay The worst hotel of my life Never ever again will I give Wyndham an opportunity to disgust and disappointment me and my family ever again

2 stars for this place Three things were good: price was right, location is perfect (safely walkable to Inner Harbor & Camden Yards), and the room was clean But…

three big negativesFirst: they screwed up my reservation; I had another adult sharing the room with me & specifically needed 2 beds for that reason When I arrived I was told they only had 1-bed rooms available And it was “take it or leave it” so two of us had to share a bed (Awkward!)Second, the “breakfast buffet” was wayyy more limited than other locations, but beyond that: it was gross, and likely unsanitaryThird, The garage attached to the hotel is not operated by the hotel And the garage was having problems with their ticket reading machines, and in fact machines gobbled up multiple guests’ tickets and credit cards, mine included So I had to cancel my card and order a new one – yet another significant inconvenienceI would suggest people avoid this place until the owner/operator addresses these issues

Nicole Stratton

DO NOT STAY HEREI want to start off saying this- the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful and also that we are from the suburbs of StLouis so we can handle some shady stuff but this place wins for being totally disgusting beyond all measureThe hotel room I kid you not had blood literally everywhere, the bathroom floor, on the AC- just like everywhere – there was little black curly hair everywhere- everything was dusty and gross I have never seen anything so disgusting in my life

A mask hanging off the chair, food under the bed just very gross Parking is $34 a day which is normal for big city hotels so I’m not holding that against them and the hotel itself had alot of safety features which was nice but honestly it was just a gross I would really recommend not staying here

So this is my story I needed a room close to the surgical center to which I was having surgery early in the morning The center had suggested another place I think they didn’t realize that this place was open which was only 6 minutes away from the center Newly renovated you could smell the newness everything!!! Not even dust, or dirt in the corners of the air-conditioned

Lol This place is really nice Mind you I’m a Picky oneThey serve free breakfast, there’s free parking and most of all a Chinese restaurant, nail salon, Italian restaurant, Cafe that serves brunch, supermarket and others just about 20 yards across the lot walking distance Did I mention a gas station? But my real experience I have to give a 10 to Savannah the desk clerk this woman is The epitome of what customer service It should be From Reserving my room and throughout my stay She was very empathetic to my needsThank you Miss SavannahFYI the pool is openThere’s a gymPrice very reasonableSorry I didn’t take pictures theirs don’t do justice

The hotel wasn’t very clean I stayed for two days No one ever cleaned the dirty towels out the pool/spa room

The outside sitting area was never cleaned A lot of dirty towels sitting outside and on the seats ALOT OF ANTS EVERYWHERE! as soon as we checked in I saw ants crawling on everythingAlso the front desk staff were not friendly I asked if it would be ok for room service to clean my room in the morning because we had trash that was also bringing more ants around I was told no because the room service only cleans rooms that people are checking out of I stayed at plenty of hotels and this was the first I ever heard of thatAlso wanted to add for people maybe booking this hotel for the poolPlease don’t The water was FREEZING The pool room was FREEZING IT was 100 degrees this weekend but the ac is on in pool room and the water is not heated You won’t be able to enjoy the pool especially if you have younger children And the sight of dirty soaking wet towels laying around everywhere was just grossAlso the refrigerator did not get coldBut the hotel was quiet and the pillows were comfortable

We loved our stay here We stayed for a week while in town for a family member having surgery at John’s Hopkins Hospital The location was great for weeks at we needed and the parking was a nice location and secure

Our room was very pretty with nice furniture and some welcome items such as water The beds were comfortable Our marina view was pretty and we enjoyed looking out at the water We took walks around the area everyday and the location was great for walking with paths and sidewalks with easy access to cute areas and a variety of restaurants On the property they have a very nice common area with couches and a coffee and tea area The courtyard is also a very nice place to and get some fresh air and relax The staff was nice In particular, Raymond is an excellent leader and provides outstanding customer service William was also helpful The breakfast is pretty basic with packaged stuff and some fruit, but we appreciated it We had a couple minor issues with maintenance such as there were ants in our room and the drain was slow in our sink However, the pros definitely outweighed the cons We will absolutely stay here again when we’re in the area It was an over all great experience

Sandfilled Boots

Great renovation and re-decoration since March 2020 Always a good nights sleep here and great front desk help Lobby attendant at breakfast is always so helpful and cheery

Small business ‘center’ is appreciated for the printer The wooden boardwalk has since been repaired and early morning joggers pass by outer rooms more discreetly than before and rooms facing the interior garden are the quietest! This is our go-to hotel in Fell’s Point Highly recommend
