I stayed here for 6 months The manager and his family treated me great The manager did not tolerate problems at this hotel and every night he was out checking

He told me that people are on the road and want to rest not listen to a bunch of drunks in the room next door So, he made it a great place to stay I did not have any trouble with any of the appliances and we always had plenty of hot water The maids were great and always gave me extra towels I will stay in this hotel again and I am planning on going back and working in San Antonio Great service and great people

My stay at Hometown suite was an impressive but yet very comfortable stay The rooms were spotless, clean everything Honestly I could have had a horrible night

I had locked myself outside my room in the middle of the night without a shirt and it was freezing I was very impressed with how fast the lady in the front office was aware of my situation She quickly opened the door to let me in She gave me some warm coffee and a fresh towel for the cold She was fast to get my information so that I could get a copy of my key I believe her name was Yvonne if I’m not mistaken I stayed the whole weekend for my job so I got to see her a few times there I believe she works at night This hotel has very friendly staff, but Yvonne was sure a true professional and a respectful female as far as I know Any establishment would be super lucky to have a person like her working for them Congratulations Hometown Studios and Owners for having such a professional and excellent employee, but most importantly such a special type of person that she showed to be Thank you for everything So I’ll give you 1 star I’m joking

Just Fun

Horrible experience Booked hotel 3 days ahead and reservation we’re still not the system My bed was full of stains on the bed

Night employee closed the door on us before 11 pm The hotel wants to charge for everything, even if you just lost your key to the room They don’t provide anything The smart tv aren’t even smart The room was being under maintenance and still rented like that to us OVERALL A SCAM!!!!!!

I was very thankful for my stay here This is an honest review! The rooms were immaculate and ALL STAFF was GREAT! Check-in was effortless and breakfast was the best part of the day! I know that others do have different experiences sometimes, but my expectations were more than satisfied! Even though the hotel was extremely busy due to it being summertime, the noise level was low I will be returning back and this will be the only hotel I stay at while in San Antonio!

Lissette Teran

My family and I stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay The rooms are spacious and clean We loved the complimentary breakfast! It’s a reason why we chose to stay here so, please don’t get rid of it

The happy hour is also a great bonus! The pool is a bit small, but not a deal-breaker Parking was accessible, with plenty of parking space We will be staying here in the future again

Stayed here for work related purposes Not bad overall, but have had a few issues They seem to be having card key issues

Lots of people I am here with constantly have to go to the desk because their card key will not work on any doors The room is spacious, but dated The phones are ancient, and the buttons on them don’t work well The phone goes to speaker on by itself sometimes Caulking is coming off the bathroom sink, and the sink is just a single free standing sink in a huge bathroom No place to put anything at all No counter space I have had trouble getting hot water twice since I have been here Reported and staff They were prompt to check it out, but stated water was hot There wasn’t even any steam It was lukewarm at best Parking is an issue for as many people as they have here, and our company has had vehicles broken into, so beware The shining star is the atrium, and the free breakfast The breakfast is excellent The Atrium is very nice Hotel was very clean Staff is attentive and friendly They have a limited lunch menu, items like you would find at a barbar food TV remote in living room stopped working AC in room works well, and curtains block out all light when drawn, for those working nights My company paid for probably 60 rooms, yet I still had to leave a deposit on my personal credit card in case there were damages Was not a fan of that This hotel is right by the airport, so there is some airport noise at times, but it has not been too bad

First i would like to say that i really don’t understand why anyone could write a bad review on this Hotel From start, the valet were very friendly and ready to assist us in getting my daughter and i situated One person that really stood out was Tony the valet, he immediately took control of making us feel like we made the right hotel choice

He grabbed our belongings from our SUV and helped us to our room on the way he gave us good information, places to visit and eat he made sure to assure us that we could call him at anytime, if we needed help with anything The room was extremely clean, the beds very comfortable we were amazed at the quality for the reasonable price my daughter and I enjoyed the 19th floor balcony at night the view was beautiful, watching the River glistening and the music was wonderful If Google had 10 stars for review, i would still ask for more stars, this place was amazing and i recommend it to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to relax Hilton Palacio del Rio you have made new customers Customer service reflects on management and training Thank you for caring for your customers

We enjoyed 3 nights at Hilton Palacio with our family The hotel was not super modern, but very clean and tastefully decorated Everything worked perfectly in the room

Plenty of towels, blankets, and every other thing All of the staff was so helpful! The Bellman, Israel was delightful and he showed us how to use the fancy elevator system right away! It’s brilliant once you know what to do! The desk clerk was so informative and helpful as well We had breakfast at the Riverside Cafe downstairs The food was great and the server(s) were efficient and polite as well I see some folks complained about the noise, but after spending some time on the Riverwalk, let me add that the same noise is everywhere! The loud vehicles reverberate throughout the downtown area and it seems as though there is nothing one can do about that I travel with earplugs to muffle that kind of sound wherever I go The hotel sounds were very quiet Delightful stay and we would stay here again!

First off you have to try they’re restaurant downstairs! Amazing food ! Anyways When you stay at this beautiful hotel you definitely pay for what you get ! It’s very clean and has a modern and old fashion vibe to it the location is great and the view is just a bonus Very professional and welcoming staff

Very clean rooms The outdoor pool was definitely one of my favorites it’s on a higher but not too high roof top that overlooks the beautiful night life of the San Antonio city ! You have to check it out! 10/10 recommended

I am sure that for the amount that I paid, I could’ve gotten a much better room and a better experience So, although the hotel is poorly maintained, they will sure charge you upgraded prices When I made the reservation I specifically detailed the number of people in my party I even called-in to confirm the online reservation

However, I had to come downstairs twice to get SOAP, TOWELS, TOILET PAPER, BED SHEETS In one of the occasions, I sat and waited for about 25-30 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, and when someone finally did, never apologized or anything; in short, she didn’t careIn the room, the bathtub’s faucet was loose (not attached to the wall) I had to be extremely careful not to put a lot of pressure to avoid damage to the room’s piping Therefore, the curtains of the room were filthy dirty and did not cover the entire window, leaving gaps for the light in the morning Not particularly affected by that, but I like to sleep-in when I am set to drive for long hoursIn short, don waste your time/money here Shop somewhere, I’m sure you’ll find something much better than thisEDIT: Thanks for replying to my review However, I believe that if you really meant anything you said, you would fully refund the amount paid to your hotel Next time we are in the area, we’ll stick with Marriott, but thanks for the offer

Homegirl

Visited for Easter weekend and was able to check in early Very well kept lobby , and very nice staff I can’t remember the front desk girl name but she was incredibly nice to me

Started with a T She also remembered my drink vouchers for being a gold member Large nice rooms, clean Only thing I would recommend is more parking Other than that, I would definitely stay here again!!

My family and I were here on vacation and it was a pleasant experience The hotel was well kept and the beds were really comfortable, but there were some things that was a concern during our stay The A/C unit when turning it on had a mildew smell every time we turned it on

As a result, my husband got pretty sick and starting coughing a lot during the entire time we were there Also, there’s no ventilation system in the bathroom which also causes mold/mildew to build up in the air and on surfaces in the bathroom I went to get some Kleenex from the tissue holder in the bathroom and it was moist and also smelled like mildew I tried taking the box out of the container so that I can have it changed out and the box was glued stuck to the container You can tell that it probably had been changed out in months The bath tub need some type of slip resistant added to it to help prevent ppl from falling I almost slipped and fell twice when trying to shower and my daughter actually did once when she showered, but luckily she didn’t hurt herself Lastly, there are SO many areas on the parking lot where there’s no lighting at night time We were lucky that every parking spot we were able to get was near a light pole Hopefully, these complaints will be taken into consideration so that the stay will be more pleasant in the rooms and the guests will feel safe when getting in and out of there cars at night

I expected this Sleep Inn to be similar to the one I stay at while traveling for work However, I was disappointed Expect nothing fancy

Clean enough accommodations and fairly priced This is ideal for just coming and goingBreakfast was very basic No bagels, bacon, or eggs It smelled a little musty upon entering The rooms are dated and worn This is a great location for Six Flags because it’s less than 5 miles There’s plenty of place to eat by this location I honestly wouldn’t stay again here

Natalia Carrizales

First room we got wasn’t vacuumed and the whole room smelled like feet The lady was nice enough to change our room to a different one but it was worse since it smelled alot like cigarettes although the rooms were “non-smoking room” Kids were excited to try the pool but it was dirty and the small jacuzzi pool they had was yellow

It has been the worse hotel we have stayed at

Veronica L

This hotel is one of the absolute WORST places I have ever stayed Between us we had 3 rooms The rooms were all dirty, the hotel property is falling apart and has a really bad odor

Our room keys did not work after checking in so we had to go back to the front desk to get them activated There were no linens for the sofa bed in the king suite When I called down to the front desk I was told, “If you send someone down to the front desk I’ll look for a few sheets” All we got were 2 sheets, no pillows or blanket The fitness center only consisted of a single treadmill, bike and elliptical The pool was nothing to be desired The worst part is the hotel isn’t cheap There are way better places to stay for the same money This place is a dump It’s nothing like the pictures on the website and the service is terrible Do NOT stay here You will be very disappointed

The places was nice , worth the money Location wasn’t as bad as people made it seem It is right off the highway so on a busy day you will hear all the cars but ir didn’t bother us since we were not there most of the time

While we were there we did not see any homeless near the hotel like a lot of the reviews said We did encounter some problems though, first one is we put up a sign for privacy but the room service still went in and changed out the towel’s which was nice but not needed as we had the sign up Second the lady at the front desk on 05/07/22 seemed rude We went to get breakfast , which all they had was outdated cereal and old fruits , we got there 10 minutes before breakfast closed and she basically kicked us out On top of that my sister asked her where the laundry room was at and she replied with “we don’t have a laundry room” Which is a lie because you can see the laundry room in the cameras In the lobby , we later found the paper in the room that told us where to locate the laundry room She did make anyone feel welcomed like the guy that checked us in did Last thing was on the last day we were there someone tried to break into our car good thing we parked it right in front of where we were staying because we were able to get up quickly , we do not think it was any homeless as we would of seen then running , we did see one of the hotel guests run into their car so we think it was a guest The security guard was nice and let us know he will be patrolling the area

Kara

This hotel is affordable, I paid $100 for a room with 2 queens, but you get what you pay for to say the least This place is right off I-35 and the rooms are not very well insulated from sound The windows don’t have curtains, and the BRIGHT LED lights outside your door will keep you up (I literally couldn’t tell if it was day or night)

And when we walked in our room, it was dirty and there was yellow static water sitting in the tub The staff was great and immediately changed our room, but then there was spit and a pube in our toilet Which was an easy fix, we can just flush it down However, this just don’t put much confidence into the cleanliness of the roomsThe room itself was nice, newly redone But I wouldn’t call this a hotel, it’s more of a motel, which is expected for the price

Teresa Rebar

Modern up to date rooms with minor cosmetic flaws Very good security, and close to down town Overall a good value for the price!Positive: modern nice flooring, beautiful marble in the showers, and nice bright lighting in the rooms, good security, good price, and close to downtown

Negative: breakfast is very minimal, toast, cereal, coffee, juice Kinda loud from highway noise, so rooms are not sound proofed, could hear people talking outside Fan in bathroom was loose with plastic hanging down, and the door was difficult to shut as it was oldKeep in mind they are currently remodeling so you may see small things that were missed Ie: door, fan, drawer handle, etc

We had a shockingly amazing experience During a time where every business seems to be cutting “due to COVID,” this Drury does not disappoint! The room was extremely clean, free drinks and dinner every night was wonderful, free hot breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive It seemed like every time I looked they were cleaning

One very early morning (~4am) when I spent some time in the lobby, I was pleasantly surprised to see a security guard hanging out and patrolling the first floor It doesn’t seem like a bad area but any city has crime The outdoor free parking is also gated and requires a room key to enter We will definitely stay here again for future San Antonio visits!

Destiny Acosta

Stayed here for a little vacation in San Antonio I have three kids and I felt the hotel was very family friendly They have play pens or rollaway cribs for infants that is super nice and convenient! The hotel is clean and secure

They have great amenities The staff is all super nice and will greet you anytime they see you with a smile and good attitude We used the pool every single night that we stayed and loved it The breakfast is better than most hotels Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I stayed here for a couple of weeks It’s a chain There’s plenty of parking

I had THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER HERE!!! Maria La Rosa and her staff, were outstanding! The service was excellent, the hotel room was clean; the hotel itself was immaculate The breakfast buffet was delicious (especially the potatoes) The view of the river, while dining or sitting at the bar during happy hour (4p-7p), was definitely a must & a delightful treat

I arrived early and they had a room readily available & got me checked with in no hassle The hotel was conveniently located for everything I needed It’s the only hotel I will stay at when I come back to San Antonio

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort They compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in this area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t be let downLove my stay here! Everything was great, but the true standout was the the super helpful woman at the front desk, Amanda Rodriguez! She made sure my stay was great, went above and beyond and truly helped me out in a pinch Let me know of current events, and just made me feel welcomed She is truly a professional I wish all hotel staff treated folks the way that she did

Hector Torres

It is a nice hotel There were a couple of drawbacks while visiting though The pool was cold and did not get to enjoy it

The hot tube was warm but never really got hot The room on the other hand was clean and spotless, I just wish that it had a microwave in the room It only had a coffee maker and a small refrigerator The staff was very nice and accommodating I would gladly stay here again

Being on a military post creates a bit of a captive clientele, with essentially guaranteed business One wonders if, with such a model, there is incentive to improve/innovate/work towards customer satisfaction, when compared to strictly civilian/off-post facilitiesNevertheless, most of the staff were fantastic

Most of the issues during my stay centered around ongoing renovations-no really changes just new carpet, some folks staying there were moved from fully functional rooms to “renovated” ones with broken furniture, non-functional AC units, and the likeThe noise and whatnot from the work crew can’t be held against the location, it’ll self-resolve in a few weeks The bigger issue I observed had to do with poor room ventilation, building water heater that was cranked up to 11, being woken up at like 4am by the trash service, and uncomfortable bedsThat said, it was not enough to make me look for alternative lodging, so perhaps just me being nit-picky

Alyssa Burgois

Michael is such a day of sunshine! He treats each and every guest with such hospitality, respect and kindnessHe made my stay on JBSA such a pleasurable experience He took time out of his busy schedule each night to ask me how my day was and make polite conversation!Thank you Michael and the rest of the IHG staff for a great experience

sonya charley

the man who works front desk is a bit rude, cuts you off before you can even get a sentence out, and hangs up abruptly without even allowing you to give a greeting or thank you to him this threw me off as all the other staff from the food servers to the housekeeping were outstanding I did get the name of one worker mrs Joyce as well as the young man ( he looks very young and I was shocked to know he was a grown man) cleans the rooms are exceptionally hospitable, professional, and courteous

they always ask if there’s anything that I needed, and cleaned the room very well in addition to ensuring towels, hotel toiletries and bedding were attended to promptly overall, my stay was comfortable the food servers are very friendly and ensure your breakfast needs are met

Great staff! Great location! My family recommends Roxy! She’s AMAZING! Great service and super friendly! The rooms left something to be desired My husband and I had shower doors that didn’t lock into place, so the slightest (or even non- existent) touch would send the doors sliding, while in the shower or not Our initial room was not cleaned for us, even though we arrived close to midnight

We had to be on a separate floor from our family for our entire stay (7 days) We had to send for towels because there was only towels for one Additionally, getting your room cleaned requires that you request a cleaning and you still may have to wait an extra day In the restaurant, again, Roxy, was the best! She was attentive and after a couple days knew exactly what we were ordering for breakfast and drinks in the evening Her sister, who’s name we failed to get, was also terrific! There is however a gentleman who was working breakfast that had no clue about customer service Slow, slow and slower he came with two items that should have been identical and were clearly not My mom wasn’t happy Check took forever to getWith all of this said, the week with my family was great! (Which I know has nothing to do with the hotel) And because Roxy is THAT AWESOME!!! I’d choose to stay here again

Yeanette Davila

We didn’t see the reviews until it was too late to cancel so I had a bad feeling from the start However, the hotel was nice and clean Laura was super friendly and professional at check in

She explained the construction is to fix the roof that had come off in a storm and wouldn’t be going on much longer and is only on weekdaysThe beds were soft and comfortable, the room was a nice size and the bathroom was spotless There is a walkway from the hotel right to the river walkIt was a nice stay and I would recommend, except for Veronica who was rude at check out She wouldn’t give me a receipt for some reason and was very short with me She made it obvious that she didn’t care about my questions I still don’t know why I couldn’t get a receipt Other than her, everything else was great

Tom Hust

Room is nice and a short walk to shops on river walk and Alamo Bartender (Joseph) on our first time in the dining hall was awesome! Pizza was delicious!Next day the smoke alarms started going off sporadically all afternoon on the third floor and we quickly left our room We get down to the check in desk to learn it was only being tested, no worries

It would have been nice to receive a heads up

We needed a room quickly, as in a coupled of hours on Father’s Day due to an AC problem at home We were found a room that was ready immediately Chris greeted us as if we were family at the front desk

We were told that breakfast was available daily And that 5:30pm was kickback time with drink pass and dinner We never had to leave the property an asset due to the extreme heat The entire staff was helpful, friendly, caring, and made our stay very pleasant considering the reason for the stay We plan on joining the Drury Hotel program and using it in the future for family visitsThank you!

Birthday staycation ruined!!!I only come here for the jacuzzi tub But after sleeping in and being accosted at the door in my underwear I quickly got dressed and vacated the room

Upon checking out I was questioned if any smoking took place in the room, which I didn’t But that let me know how he intend to steal my deposit Sorry for being Black and liking the best you have to offer

The bathroom was dirty and had no soap and a cockroach flew at us in the room but employees were kind and helpful, also everything worked and the beds were comfy enoughWasn’t the best experience but I understand they might be understaffed like every other business in Texas

Best place Safest I’ve been to in San Antonio Clean

Worth the money Quiet Great full breakfast It’s my go to every time I visit San Antonio here forward Don’t let the area discourage you I was leery at first but don’t regret my stay I’ve registered for rooms in way better areas and the hotels were shady and crime infested This place was worth every penny

Honest review:Completed my stay this weekend 4 issues that were concerningUnfortunately the smell of smoke resonates through the whole hotel that is smoke free

Seems to be seamed into the walls and carpetA/C unit is very loud, turns on and off throughout the night Not the best for sleepBreakfast was absolutely horrendous, we had to buy food next door Eggs were from the powder, biscuits were hardI would’ve left a higher review but for lack of professionalism from staff Had dinner delivered without a forkI had kindly asked the the front desk for a plastic fork around 5pm I was told , sorry no we close at 9AM Nothing I can doI left it alone, since I’m not that kind of guest, but we ended up going next door again to get a forkI do understand if I was asking for breakfast but I just really wanted a fork to finish my meal There was roughly 9 guests in the entire hotel, the silverware probably within 15 feet of reception area I would’ve appreciated an effort to attempt to please a guestSometimes it’s the small things that ruin an experienceUnfortunately I will never stay at a best western again do to this experience

The Homewood Suites by the San Antonio Airport was the best hotel I have stayed in First of all, our room was immaculate Everything was very clean and orderly

Next, the service was incredible We ran out of towels on day three and called for some more They came to our room immediately with fresh towels and an amazing attitude Additionally, the food was so good Usually, I don’t expect much from hotel breakfast’, but this one had everything I needed In the morning and at night, we really enjoyed using the exercise and pool facilities Everyone there was so friendly and helpful All of the guests at this hotel were just so kind and pleasant I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Hello Itsme Bear

It is not what I expected for the brand name “Hilton”, the price & as a gold member The customer service was good & the rooms were spacious & niceNow the cleanness was not quit there

The elevator doors were damaged & buttons were filthy, not something that should be overlooked especially during these COVID times!I doubt the bedsheets were changed as a pillow case had a horrible brown stain on it & there were what appeared like pubic hairs between the sheets 🤮 The shower had mold & the shower curtain stains The glass turn table in the microwave was missing which caused our popcorn to cook uneven (The cleaning staff should be supervised!!)The fridge was a good size for those with extended stay The breakfast was really sad & tasted horrible There were apples turning brown in the fruit bowl, not very appealingThis Hilton hotel had more of a Best Western type feel to it, definitely not what I was looking for

I read a bunch of reviews before booking and was unsure of what to expect during our stay Many of the reviews complained about the staff and cleanliness of the hotel During our 3 day stay the staff was friendly and helpful

The room was clean and well kept We booked a 2 queen studio and the space inside was incredible and plenty of room to spread out Even though we did not use the kitchen it was spotless including the refrigerator The gym was perfect for being on the road with a cable machine, free weights, bike, treadmills, and elliptical machines My only suggestion for the hotel is to replace the pillows because they are worn out comfort wise I stay in a variety of Hilton properties and I would definitely recommend this location

This hotel was decently priced with a pool , ice machine , laundry room and gym The breakfast menu was decent! The staff was polite and accommodating I will say the rooms had an odd smell to them and you have to order room service beforehand

We requested extra towels and our room to be cleaned and no one showed up but the front office people were able to hand us our towels and also mentioned the pool closed at 10 instead of 8pm I did not have any problems or a rude experience at this hotel! It also has an HEB where you can buy snacks and refill gas just across it!

Sydney Wheat

The room was spacious and seemed cool but upon further inspection we found dirty diapers in the trash can, right next to the bed, that began to sink up the air Secondly, there was hair inside the shower and old towels that had been left on the ground My guess is the only thing anyone bothered doing was tucking the bed back in before our arrival

Rating my stay and this hotel a 2 because my friends and I decided to take a star away for each atrocity we had to push to the side or pick up that had been left behind

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel Everything was very clean, and the staff was very friendly The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the third floor was very hot

I assume it is due to the aluminum roof in the entry way, but it still needs to be fixed The rooms weren’t near as bad as the hall, but the rooms stayed warm too The Air Conditioner In our room was set on 60 degrees during our entire 3 night visit, and it never got below 72 in the room It wasn’t an unreasonable temperature, just not as comfortable to sleep as I would’ve liked

Fatima Koni

Impeccable service! We really enjoyed the spacious rooms, the cleanliness, as well as the wonderful staff! They made our 5 night stay amazing! I am so glad we decided to stay at this hotel We enjoyed happy hour as well as special entertainment night Breakfast was amazing as well

I hope this hotel remains this wayKudos to the management, staff and chefs

The hotel was very clean, the room was large for a single, and the bed was comfortable I had no issues with the thermostatThe only area for improvement is the customer service of front desk and bar staff

I encountered three different people at the front from check in to check out Only one male at check-in was very pleasant and welcomed all guests with smiles The rest during my stay looked annoyed like they didn’t want to be there The female bartender last night rudely told me coffee was shut down and she was only serving drinks Around noon today, the “barista” had a line of 4 people waiting for at least 10 minutes while she was congregating with other servers off to the side in view of everyone waiting None of them helped her get the line down when they finished talking and she was not apologetic about the wait She said “oh, you were waiting for me” This would have been a 5-star review otherwise

I needed a place close to downtown Baptist Hospital because my hubby wasn’t feeling well and i wanted to be prepared This small 3-story hotel fit the bill perfectly! It had easy access from 35 and a well-lit, enclosed parking so I felt safeEven though I didn’t get to enjoy the Jacuzzi/ indoor pool, or the gym, I was so relieved my darling hubby enjoyed a great night of sleep in a nice, clean room

When you’re not feeling well, kind attitudes soothe the soul The lady who helped us at breakfast the next day was a God-sent We liked this hotel so much we spent another night even though my hubby got better

Ellen Valdez

The staff was very helpful from the start We came in earlier than anticipated and they accommodated us though one of our rooms wasn’t ready instead of making us wait an hour we were upgraded no charge Extra towels, extra pillows they were at the ready

First breakfast hotel experience where it didn’t feel rushed Celestina was very helpful and is the main reason for the 5 stars, she made our whole group waffles and was on a great mood the whole time though extremely busy This world needs more people like her up beat and positive 😃

Good price great place! Friendly staffs They have small Gym room and a indoor pool, plus a small jacuzzi Room is big, towels and shampoo, soaps are provided, even conditioner!!What more I can ask for with this price??!They have a Texas shape waffle for breakfast, the Spanish speaking lady made me a really nice one, I like this place and definitely will choose this again in future^_^

The hotel is decorated nicely The staff was inadequate The hotel was not equipped

No towels when needed Not enough towels for the number of guests in our room No linens except the ones on our beds No roll out cots in the hotel The sliding bathroom door would not stay closed No water pressure in the shower Tried to check in at check in time and was told no rooms were ready The pool was cool, shape of Texas, however it was green waterThe food sucked! Milk was sour Apple juice was bad They were out of all condimentsI will never stay in this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone!

Vehicle was broken into in broad daylight at 930am Hotel staff was less than helpful Due to safety concern especially for those that are traveling I would not recommend

Nothing of value was in sight to spark thieves interest We have stayed here before without any issues but will not be returning-not necessarily because of break in but due to the lack of concern/customer service from young hotel staff In response to the hotels claims the video was shown to us only in partial not given to us No one yelled at any of the staff and it is well within our right to post a review as any other customer can I also did not say that to the staff but to my husband The police were called and report was filed Detectives will be in touch with your establishment And thank you for blocking us as we had no intention of returning The benefit of San Antonio being a tourist city is there are plenty of other lodging options(many with a higher level of concern for the publics safety) Given the response from the hotel I am very glad this is a public forum so all possible lodgers can see what they may have to experience first hand and the manner it will be addressed Picture is worth a thousand words as they say and given the other poor reviews travelers be wary! Thank you for your concern vehicle has been detailed and window has already been replaced
