We really enjoyed our stay at 352 Guest House The initial welcome by Freddie at this family run boutique was warm and informational The inside of the building is beautiful and truly has old San Juan architecture

The attention to detail is amazing, even the lock pad greeted us by name when we used our key card We had a balcony room and enjoyed watching the activity on the street with our coffee and late in the evening If you don’t have a balcony room, the rooftop is a lovely place to sit at a shaded table or use the hot tub It is a very pleasant and charming place to stay

352 Guest House is a wonderful place to stay! My wife and I recently stayed here for 10 days Freddie and Teresa were so friendly and made us feel very welcomed The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean

The included breakfast was an extra bonus! The rooftop lounge and jacuzzi was a great place to hang out We felt safe the whole time we stayed there Delicious restaurants and shops were all within walking distance Would definitely stay here again!

Santurica is one of the best hostel options in San Juan Firstly it is Centrally located with plenty of food options around and close to the famous market place Secondly the staff and service are amazing, they are proactive and reach out to ensure you have a good stay

Thirdly they have both dorms and private rooms to chose from depending on your budget and lifestyle The private rooms are big and comfy! The dorms are great but could be better – having night lights, Power points in bunk beds would be great The lockers in the dorms are old, and the paint is chipping which is a health hazard – advise you replace them Metal sliver entered my skin while using the locker and could have been hazardous

Zandria Winn

So I am still here at Santurcia but I want to give a shout out to Ahmed (the owner) and the other staff because I had a situation and they immediately jumped in to help with no hassle or judgment After an “interesting” stay in PR thus far I really appreciate their kindness I am looking forward to my next 10 days here

Thank you 🥰The only* complaint I have is I think they should put fans in the kitchen area as it gets pretty hot in there but the rest of the building is kinda cold at times so I guess it can be considered a haven for the more cold-natured folks 😅

J

I had a fantastic stay here with a few things that could be worked on I booked this hostel because it was the only one left that had female dorms available and I’m so glad I chose them The rooms were exactly as pictured and staff was super friendly and gave great customer service

I stayed about 6 days in the 4 bed all female dorm and had the best roommates Each room gets there own shower and ours was very clean Just a few things to note about the rooms was that if your on the top bunk your outlet is all the way down at the bottom of the bottom bunk and the ladder was kind of hard to use, there wasn’t anything to really grab on to which I didn’t realize when I requested the top bunk Also it would be helpful to have a small lamp or something at each bed in the wall as I’ve seen at other hostels Each room was air conditioned except the kitchen, maybe add a fan somewhere? Also, these are small things but please add a mosquito catcher to the kitchen😫 because there are opened vents(?) In there they get in and I got bit up And I think you should change the type of trash can that’s in the kitchenit requires guest to use their fingers to opening lid which isn’t very sanitaryjust a cheap one with a pedal will do Just one more thing to note, they do rent out the rooftop to non guest on weekends sometimes which I did not know I get it, make that money anyway you can BUT maybe give the guest some rules because whoever was having a birthday party that night was obnoxiously loud and stomping and singing (screaming) at the top of their lungsI’m pretty sure they did it on purpose Luckily I was leaving that night but the rest of my stay was very nice Like I said these aren’t that big of a deal and the pros definitely outweigh any cons It’s in a great location with a grocery store nearby and a nice coffee shop across the street Old San Juan is about a 15min UBER drive and the Art Museum is a block away I highly recommend this place even with those few hiccups, it’s the best hostel I’ve stayed at so far I would definitely stay here again

My husband and I stayed at Casablanca hotel June 16-19, and I wanted to post a review because there were a couple of negative reviews that made me question our choice before our trip Let me say that this hotel is gorgeous, comfy, and in a great location and those reviews do not do the hotel justice It is what it is, a boutique hotel in a historical building, but it is so full of charm, and the owners have done an amazing job of using the available space

We stayed in a king bed room on the second floor, and it was very roomy, much bigger than a normal hotel room, with a sitting area Our “windows” faced the interior (enclosed) courtyard, but let in plenty of natural light, and the shutters could make the room as dark as night, which made for great sleeping-in time The bedding was soft and thick, and the air conditioner in the room let us keep it nice and chilly There was not a closet, but there was an area to hang our clothes The bathroom itself was small, but the shower was hugeThere is a Cafe and bar in the hotel, and you are steps away from dozens of shops and restaurants There are TWO rooftops- one with soaker tubs and the other with three partitioned Jacuzzis, and plenty of lounge seating on both, with gorgeous views of the cityParking is two small blocks away, and you get a discount from the hotel, it is only $14 a night When we take our next trip to Puerto Rico, we will definitely stay here again!

Lauren Vaughan

I can not wait to return (I am very lucky to live in Puerto Rico) The service was amazing (front desk), the room was extremely clean (very comfortable bed), and the 3 hot tubs on the roof made it the perfect Valentine’s Day/Night stay cation The room was worth the price (around $130)

I did not get the chance to try the restaurant, but the food looked good The location is also perfect and the parking garages (public) are the next street over

Michael Henne

This location is fantastic The hotel has hot tubs and deep bath tubs up on the roof that were great late at night They also have an arrangement with the nearby parking garage that’s only $13/day

Breakfast was charged separately, but very good They have a small bar that opens at 6:00 pm But what makes this a 5 star is it’s location

Waste of points The lobby and staff were nice but that’s where it ended Loud, dirty and run down rooms

Moldy smelling hallways An upgrade to a “balcony” room was a joke as you can’t even fit on the balcony The headboard leather was torn There was mold on the carpet by the balcony There was a layer of dust on the bathroom shelves Super disappointing and a total waste of my BonVOY points We would have changed hotels but only stayed one night prior to departure from the airport

This hotel has been updated (relative to the Hilton Ponce property we spent the first 5 days at) However, the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned — debris from previous guests on the floor and the bed linens appeared unchanged We requested clean linen and changed it ourselves

The restaurant was nice and the food slightly above average but service was always excellent The chicken wings with guava BBQ sauce was very good but the ribs were tough and not edible (per my mom)In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, there is a Denny’s, an Asian restaurant, and several other stores Going down the block and around the corner, the neighborhood appeared run downIf I travel back to San Juan, I’ll stay at the Marriott which is about 10 minutes away That property was right on the beach and had a huge lovely pool

Suchith Rajasekharan

I have stayed at Motel 6 with better facilities Don’t come expecting the amenities you’re used to in continental US or any other region with decent hospitality Only the restaurant at the front is upscale

Nothing else about this hotel deserves a star rating The rooms are small, shabby, poorly lit and congested The toilet doesn’t provide complete privacy which is weird if you’re not traveling with a romantic partner They charge 4 star prices for non star service The staff is either helpless or not very helpful Certainly not very hospitable You’re better off paying a little extra and staying at a 5 star hotel by the beach

Joseph Shackleton

Been here couple times now, never had a bad experience like some have posted Great location to just exit hotel and get out in the town Large supermarket right across the street and many restaurants located within walking distance of hotel

Staff are always pleasant and accommodating If you are looking for large rooms this is not your place, but most don’t go to stay in rooms anyway

Super clean room Sparsely furnished; had to request an extra chair so two of us could sit There are two towers here

We stayed in the one furthest from beach Remodeling being done on other floors Excellent front desk service and room cleaning staff No way to escape the party noise from the street on weekends (Sunday night also) so book away from this center of action if quiet is important Close to everything Pool and deck are small and usually crowded A bit pricey for what you get but everywhere is the same at this time

Wonder Woman

Clean, comfortable accommodations The hotel staff are hard workers that take pride in their jobs We had a very minor challenge with the sink slow draining

The staff tended to it immediately The hotel itself is an excellent choice for families, the location is perfect Close to everything but far enough away to get away from the noise I absolutely would and have, recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly, clean, safe place to stay!

We had a great day at this hotel it was very clean and we had a very nice balcony sky view of the beach and San Juan The pool area and Jacuzzi is 24 hours and I love that because you could take a dip anytime you want at your own risk and it’s just vibe The manager Genesis Arroyo went above and beyond for our stay

We loved it so much because of her and the staff we would come right back They were so friendly and welcoming to our situation because we had gotten stranded a day extra and they were so accommodating This hotel is literally perfect on the strip and has all the bars and restaurants you need

Decent stay The rooms are pretty no-frills and not at all fancy, but it’s not bad for a quiet place to sleep while in Puerto Rico The lack of a 24 hour desk is quite inconvenient however, as we didn’t get to the hotel until after 11pm and our check-in was quite a hassle since it was handled by someone who doesn’t work the front desk

Showers have very little water pressure and the hot water is intermittent The doorknob to the bathroom was installed backwards, so you can pretty conveniently lock someone IN the bathroom, Quite expensive for what you get, but it wasn’t bad The hotel is also located in a gated community so deliveries/rideshares are somewhat unreliable

JOSE LUIS MOURA PINEIRO

They do not explain the policies of theestablishment, and in an extremely rude way In front of all the guests, they yell at you to draw your attention to the fact that you cannot bring a beach cooler into your room, to be used tomorrow, obviously on the beachThey do not have parking, you have to leave the vehicle away from the Hotel and leave your belongings such as the beach cooler

Unfortunately we started off on the wrongfoot and I have 2 more days left, we will keep reporting Don’t waste your time and money

TTBLNK

It’s a shame that maintenance is not a word that Hosteria owners and management have in their vocabulary This property has the potential to be the perfect cozy, luxurious, ocean front guest house but instead it’s crumbling, rusty, low maintained, declining, not to mention lack of housekeeping and rude servers at the restaurant We stayed at Hosteria del Mar for 6 nights early June, starting with a late check-in processed by a weird employee, who kept talking about masks not working to avoid covid, his “military service” in Ukraine, and insisting he’s not a front desk employee, but the accountant instead

Super early check-out was unfortunately handled by the same individual, who after having to call the facility several times, finally showed up at the front desk… maybe we woke him up???The room what a joke! Windows are broken, letting heat and humidity in 24/7 A/C was cranked up at 62 degrees Fahrenheit for the whole stay and it was still warm and humid inside Balcony is filthy, only 2 cheap dirty chairs out there, next to the noisy and heat producing A/C outside unit Inside the room the floor was dirty, furniture was flimsy, bed linens on uncomfortable beds were stained Electrical outlets barely worked or sparked when plugging in a phone charger The bathroom was dark, ants crawling all over the vanity countertop, the shower doesn’t have a barrier to stop water from flowing on the floor all the way to the sink, so the floor mat got ridiculously soaked!!! Towels were OK, though, but only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash towel were provided Only 1 cheap, stinky bar soap was provided – we had to buy our own soap No tissues provided – we had to buy our own box of Kleenex Only 1 toilet paper roll provided – we had to buy our own toilet paper Wouldn’t we had requested clean towels around day 4, they wouldn’t had replaced them Same with trash removal Parking is scarce around the property The restaurant we only went there for our first breakfast It was deserted and had to ask the front desk clerk to call for a server We just went in and picked an empty table only to make the rude server mad, telling us that the table was reserved – he just pulled out a piece of paper with an “R” on it that was hiding under the salt dispenser so we moved to the table next to it the rude server requested us not to sit on the chair closer to the “reserved” table, due to covid restrictions we ended up paying $50+ for eggs, toast and super small, cold cup of coffee, and no one ever showed up for the “reserved” table The same rude server yelled at us from the inside of the property later during our stay, to tell us not to park behind his car or we would get a “$2,000” fine We’re going back to PR in August, and will stay at Numero Uno Beach House instead, which we just discovered when walking 3 blocks from Hosteria, to get access to the beach Hopefully we’ll have a more pleasant stay over there – wait for reviews… 😊

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel! definitely made you feel at home especially with the hotel cat 😻 I saw some negative reviews on here but we didn’t have any issues people have had the whole week me & my boyfriend stayed here it’s close by to everything & there was two specific women at the front desk were so helpful with telling us good places to eat, etc yes it’s close to the airport so you can hear every plane take off & land but i just wore ear plugs when i went to sleep

people will complain about every & anything! this place was great

Shayla Harris

Don’t accept a room near the lobby especially room 105! The lobby is open 24 hours The hotel needs updating as the room doors are not sound proof, they are thin wood with grates on the bottom and there’s no carpet in the lobby or hallways so the sound travels There was loud talking, loud laughing, microwave door banging, microwave beeping (there are no microwaves in the rooms, only in the lobby) well after 1am and one night until 3am and I could hear the front desk phone ringing all night

I complained the 1st 2 nights to no avail The staff was nice but not very helpful as they suggested we, all 3 of us, were just light sleepers Some parts of the hotel were not cleaned well, little bugs were crawling all over the front desk when I checked in I had to pay $20 per night for a broken roll away bed, but we needed it There was no ramp for handicapped or persons needing help to get to our room, also no elevators There’s also a mangy, old dirty cat that has taken up residence in the lobby Usually laying next to the no animals allowed sign Go figure I hate to say it but if you need sleep or peace and quiet to sleep, or allergic to catsthis isn’t the hotel for you The location, pool and price were great and the highlights of the hotel Next time I’ll pay a little more and get a different hotel, not staying here again

Matthew S

I want to give this hotel a better review because the building, garden and location nearby to the seafront are superb but there were a couple of issues with my stayFirstly, there is a termite infestation throughout the main building I had them in my bedroom, bathroom and got bitten badly

Worse, they were all over the kitchen and even inside the fridge that was used to prepare breakfastSecondly, the breakfast is poor quality and not very varied If you don’t eat scrambled eggs there’s no other option Just a few small pieces of toast with the same jam every day and if you’re lucky some rice and beans The gallo pinto (rice/beans) was cooked up in a big batch and then re-heated in a microwave for the next 4 days The typical Costa Rican breakfast is very simple but if this hotel wants to appeal to international tourists a little more effort needs to be made There were some vegan/gluten free visitors there during my stay who had to go with nothing except tea/coffee and juice for breakfastThe pool area and garden is really nice and it’s 5min walk from the beach frontThere’s a great seafood restaurant just around the cornerIt is a long walk from the town centre along a busy road I didn’t mind this as I’m used to plenty of exercise but some people might get tired and will have to rely on taxis

Our family of 4 loved our stay here (one room for my college boys, one room for my husband and I) You can pay for parking ($15/day off site) but we had luck parallel parking on local side streets As others have mentioned, the showers do take a while for hot water

The pool is actually more of a hot tub and we enjoyed evenings there winding down after a day of adventures The breakfast was a choice of 4 entrees, simple but tasty, and the daily lattes were a treat It took us a few days to orient to restaurants within walking distance, but we found several that we loved The rooms are clean and beds were comfortable Much prefer this little bungalow place to larger, less personal hotels

cqueen84

This place is so cute The staff are great, especially Carla and Kidnay The pool area is relaxing and the included breakfast is good

It’s within walking distance to the beach and a ton of eating places It is an older building so there a few things that come with that, like the ability to hear the TVs in other rooms and smaller rooms However, the rooms were comfortable and had the necessities I also would have preferred an additional security lock for the room door The overall hotel felt safe, since the entry requires a key card or being buzzed in As a woman, I felt comfortable staying there alone and would recommend

Loribeth Godinez

A MUST STAY PLACE!A not too far walk from the main restaurants, stores, and beachStaff are so welcoming and accommodating- and the owner is extremely sweetBreakfast has 4 options to choose from on the menu and it’s complimentary! Very delicious as well

The room is relatively small but very comfortable and cool (against the heat of PR) The water pressure is low because the building is low but nothing too drasticWe stayed in the room with a garden terrace and it was gorgeous I truly recommend staying here!(:

This place was great! Very very clean, perfect location to beach and coffee shops and great restaurants and wonderful bakeriesThe staff is so nice and accommodating, couldn’t ask for better They were very helpful with advice

Some wonderful little sitting areas throughout the property… a wonderful rooftop deck and a little pool area, all very sereneSolar powered showers provided for a hot shower which is a true plus for us energy conscious peopleThe room we picked was smaller and Outback of the street traffic so it suited us very well Comfortable and convenient 👍

FANTASTIC! My partner and I loved everything about our stay here The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area Jorge was awesome getting us checked in and giving us recommendations/info about the area

The hotel is beautiful and has all the amenities you could want for a top-notch beach stay The roof-top deck is really fun and has a gorgeous view The location is fantastic, and you are walking distance to a TON of amazing food and night life I adored getting to explore PR, and even got to take the ferry over to Culebra I cannot wait to come back! Thank you for helping make it a great trip!

I cannot say enough about the Dream Inn! The owners have really thought about every detail The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well decorated The island experienced a power outage during our stay, but our time was uninterrupted because they had a generator

The upper roof deck and pool area offer a nice place to hang and plan your day There are restaurants and a beautiful beach within walking distance Beyond the accommodations the owners are truly lovely and hospitable people My flight was delayed due to the power outage and they went above and beyond to try to assist my family, allowing us to access the facility even beyond our check out time to come up with a Plan B Thank you Dream Inn!

I hesitantly booked this hotel after the many negative reviews but I’m so glad I stayed here !! This place is beyond my expectations Calming and relaxing vibes My king size room with balcony was just amazing

The security protocol at the hotel is wonderful The check in and out process was smooth The staff were awesome The rooftop bar/pool was everything I wanted Microwave and Ice machine conveniently located just by the elevator on the floor i stayedIn my opinion,Book this hotel Without hesitation !!

Noémie

Overall I enjoyed my stay The room has a modern contemporary look Loved having a balcony, but not on the second floor

My view was a parking lot The shower was also tricky to understand Turning to the left and pressing the button makes it hotter! Breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the waiter was very friendly! Rooftop bar and pool had a great vibe You get a free welcome drink! They also have a part of the beach reserved for guests It’s right next to the fancier Marriott Stellaris Chairs, towels and umbrellas are free Not sure why it isn’t advertised more at the hotel, cause I found out about it by reading these comments They mention it in a little info card they hand out when you check in Cleaning service is optional, which I appreciate It’s also located next to restaurants, bars and drug stores Would stay again, but I’d request a higher floor

Olivia Cook

Loved this stay for my birthday trip! Was so clean, walkable to everything, service was amazing, have a spot on the beach just a short walk up with towels and chairs/umbrellas and the rooftop e the pool is so pretty! The room was ready when we flew in at 12 I recommend the Marriott app it tells you when everything is ready makes traveling less stressful! 10/10 recommend our flight on the way home got delayed And they held our bags after checkout so we could go explore some more!

The Wave Hotel has a lot of potential We enjoyed our stay The rooms were clean and comfy

The staff is very accommodating and friendly The jacuzzi was quite soiled and we didn’t want to go back in it Maybe we’ll try it again before we leave The continental breakfast offered is sufficient and varied The rooftop ambiance is very cozy and has amazing views

I booked with the ivy hotel originally then when I arrived they told me they don’t have a room for me and that I can go to the wave hotel and they will have one for sure I did that and I stayed at the wave hotel for 4 nights the room I originally booked with the ivy hotel was for 2 queen beds, and the one they gave me at the wave hotel was 2 single! Yes single beds I didn’t want to make a big deal about it and I took it anyways my mother and sister had to book another room because we wouldn’t all fit in one room So everything was fine we settled in and it was nice while we were there

They took a $100 deposit and said it will be back in my bank account the day I check out and I was fine with that I checked out and I haven’t received my deposit until this day now this been 23 days ever since I checked out I had called them almost everyday nobody ever answers, I emailed them too again no answer, and I don’t know what to do at this point I’m very upset never going there again!

Tianna Homer

The only good thing about this hotel is its location – it’s close to the Condado beach, restaurants, shopping etc I was definitely catfished by the photos I saw online The rooms were not clean, floors were sticky, the toilet and shower were barely functional, the water was out for like two days, and the air vent was super dusty

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and there was no house-keeping Considering the price I paid for a 3-night stay, it was not worth it at all

I’ve been to San Juan more than a dozen times and this was possibly the best hotel stays yet Definitely above average in terms of hotel condition (well maintained) and the staff genuinely seemed interested in providing good service From the valets to front desk, to bar staff, and housekeeping, everyone was great

Heard similar comments from others there for work Its well located, within short walking distance of a super market and several restaurants It is where I plan to stay going forward

Anthony Orpen

Don’t forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay They compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area

I have been coming here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you definitely won’t be disappointedAmazing! Truly one of the best stays near Old San Juan And the restaurant was also amazing I highly recommend this spot, thanks to the front desk and waiters for their great service

Jasper Buchert

Valet parking is $20 & is the only option if you have a car We were leaving for the airport the next morning & I asked about an airport shuttle at the valet They said yes, I asked several questions about how often it comes, he pulled out a clipboard & didn’t seem confused at all about what I was asking

I told him we were going to return our rental car & take the shuttle the next morning All seemed fine We return our rental car, & when we get back the front desk informed us there is no airport shuttle So after we returned our rental car, we must Uber to the airport No apology givenThere is a daily resort fee for reasons unclear The beach is a hike & there are no perks to the hotel (no shuttles, breakfast not included, fees for everything, etc)All of the shaded tables around the pool are reserved for restaurant customers & the lounge chairs in the full sun are uncomfortable & so hardBed was comfortable, shower was hot, room was tiny with nowhere to put your suitcase Just enough room between the end of the bed & the furniture to be able to walk The fire alarm was taken apart (is that even legal?) & housekeeping started knocking on doors at 10am, checkout is noon

Hotel was beautiful Staff exceptional We had a suite with a balcony

The room was beautiful Then night time came The walls or doors are so thin that you hear everything and everyone The street was literally in my room The cars with loud music playing, the drunks walking back from the bars from 12am to 3 am The trash pick up at lord knows what hour, at that point I just laughed The second night was worse so I made a pallet on the bathroom floor (it was quiet in there) Yes for $200 a night I slept on a tile bathroom floor to get some sort of sleep If you come bring ear plugs and a good sense of humor for all that you will hear

Joel Hawkins

Very nice and clean hotel in Old San Juan Great location is walkable to lots of restaurants and sightseeing Staff is friendly and helpful

They had a pullout couch made up for the kids when we arrived About 20 to 25 minutes from the airport, but a cheap Uber ride from the airport We will definitely stay here again when in San Juan

Chantel Hendricks

The location of this beautiful boutique hotel is perfect for restaurants and nightlife My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights We walked everywhere bc of the convenience

The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating! The rooms are clean and spacious w high ceilings, comfortable beds and beautiful balconies The only disappointment we had was the rooftop bar was closed for a private event the last night we were there, so we couldn’t enjoy that amenity We would definitely stay here again We had a wonderful experience! Thank you, Decanter! ❤️

I will give it 4 because 35 isn’t an option

Perhaps it’s my fault for taking the recommendation of our cabbie But as it was 7 pm and we had missed our cruise, we we had been up since 245 am and were too tired to care It was budget friendly at$129 a nightPositives: The staff alone world have made the place a 5, so friendly and warm and welcomingThe towels were soft and the rooms were very clean, and the AC worked greatNegatives: (And this is the biggest no no in my book, besides a dirty room): The beds were awfully uncomfortable! Like sleeping on a pull-out sofa mattress, not cushy at all and completely flat pillowsMy”everything” ached when I woke up todayBed coverings were quite a bit worn, and were oddly short Like if you pulled them up over your shoulders, your feet would be exposedDefinitely road noise, but not awful, easily covered by sound machine on my phoneI would however, eat at the restaurant on the corner again, amazing meal and service Was recommended by the very helpful night desk man who checked us inI rate it a 3 5 because I have stayed at way better “budget” places for $129, and some of them even included breakfastIt was basic, it was shelter Staff was awesome Would only stay there again if everything else was sold out tho

My Husband and I booked this hotel for 6 days from 2/17/22-2/23/22 We are currently still here since the first day 2/17/22 we have been having toilet /sink issues My husband notified the front desk she send someone with a plunger, plunges the toilet and goes , the toilet continues not to flush , we noticed them again they said maintenance were going to be sent they never came

The day after the sink starts acting up , the water isn’t going down we try to notify them by calling the front desk but no answer we decided to go downstairs ,the gentleman that was at the front desk was asleep Today we wake up it’s check out day my husband goes to brush his teeth says to me the water still has not gone down goes to front desk tells her no one comes 30 mins later we now getting our clothes out to shower and when I come to notice the water is in the bedroom floor from the bathroom , when I open the bathroom door water is a over We call them down stairs a man comes up tries to fix it but can’t says that he has to give us a different room on the last day when we getting ready to go WHAT HAPPENED TO CHANGING ME FROM ROOMS THE FIRST,SECOND DAY FROM THIS DISASTERNOT ONLY THAT FRONT DESK KEEP SEEING US COME DOWN TO USE THE BATHROOMSMH THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAVE AND FOR MY BIRTHDAY I REALLY WOULD LIKE MY MONEY NOT ONE MOMENT COULD WE HAVE BEEN COMFORTABLEAmaris&Greg Kobea

Very basic rooms but clean Check in was a breeze and they were very accommodating If you are going to San Juan you probably not going to be in your room much other than to sleep so why pay $500 a night when you have this affordable hotel

You pay for what you get but it’s a place to sleep The room was extremely clean and was cleaned daily Thank you Hotel San Jorge – you really made my vacation a whole lot smoother

Its a nice place but I will never come again They have hidden fees that they charge to your card after your stay When I asked why I needed to put my card information in he told me it was for incidentals such as food from bar and room service

When I left I got an invoice for $203 (an amount that excludes what we were aware of spending) I called and was told even if he didn’t tell me it was in the paper I signed so be careful

Jacob Wilkowsky

The location for this hotel is great and the rooms are nice, but it’s located next to a “party” center and they blast music until 12/1AM I can hear the music loudly in my room and there are no room changes available I’m shocked that this hotel has as good of a rating as it does on google and would not recommend it

If you do choose to book here make sure to get a room away from the “party” center

Mingke Li

I wanted to give 5 stars for the front desk lady who helped me a lotBut —==========I contacted the executive team and got my item shipped out, so I raised the stars back to 3Something to think about: to get my item back, I called the front desk 32 times over 20 days, and I think I was on hold for at least 2 hours in total, I can even remember your hold message now

Then I got impatient and called the executive team and voila! I got my item back in just an hour!==========I lost an item at the hotel, they have found itTo get the item back, I made 20 phone calls over the past monthAnd I still have not got it backShip the item you found back to me and I will change my review Thank you
