Doing remodeling, weird people hanging around in the parking lotSketchy and dirty! The place is NOT worth my moneyIt makes me a bit sad that I paid as much as I did and it’s disgusting

The pool isn’t available either They have curtains and electrical every whereFrustrated 😠

This smaller hotel was very cozy and clean They were very accommodating when it came to our specialty vehicle after being on the road in a snow storm all night They also let us check in early

Our kiddos and us adults enjoyed a nice and clean spa and pool The front desk ladies were super helpful directing us with any questions or needs They were super friendly and really quite amazing to work with This is our Shakopee stay most definitely! You can’t go wrong with massage chairs and arcade games See you soon, Shakopee Inn

I had a great experience here, stayed the weekend, had family members staying in other hotels in the area and visited them as well I must say I was extremely pleased with my choice of staying here Front desk was fast at check in, hotel lobby was clean, hallway and elevator was clean

I had a jacuzzi room, it was clean and comfortable Hotel was clean, and quiet Hotel could use updated bedding and curtains, but for value and experience I had, I can see past that Kimberly was extremely helpful and friendly in the mornings with breakfast! I will definitely be coming back!

The highlight is the breakfast Waffles are good Beds definitely are not queen size

full size is more accurate With that being said the rooms are clean and it’s comfortable The parking lot is beat up The elevators are nice and fast The pool area is in the lower level and was fun but a little bit of a small space The hot tub is closed

Jenna Downey

The stay at this LaQuinta was really comforting At first glance, we thought the hotel room was pretty small, old, and were bummed out the patios weren’t able to be accessed When we checked out the pool, we were stunned because it looked out-dated, but we enjoyed our stay here nonetheless! We found the pool enjoyable even though there wasn’t much to it, and were bummed that the hot tub wasn’t working

The only real big downside was the breakfast The orange juice tasted extremely watered down, and the options were pretty limited The biggest things that mattered though was the cleanliness of our rooms & the friendliness of the staff! The rooms were tidy and clean but the walls were very thin, and we could be heard (talking in normal tone) from outside the room and we could hear others talking and moving around outside of ours All of us found the beds uncomfortable, and all of my friends had one night where they all would wake up every hour or so due to noise We booked this place due to the lower price in Minneapolis and since it was near everything, so if you’re looking for a budget place this is a good option, but consider everything listed above!

Amazing rooms Comfy beds Fridge, microwave and tv

Staff charged my card for my entire stay versus just holding my card for incidentals even though the room was already prepaid through their website! Each staff member I spoke to you gave me a different story asked to what was happening, which made my stay miserable considering they took a significant amount of money off of my card You have to reserve your shuttle from the airport Which comes at the top of every hour They state that they will shuttle you to any venue that you want but when trying to go to Mall of America which is 10 minutes away the only shuttle they had was at 6 PM and they would pick you up at 8:20 PM, the mall closes at 8 PM so you have to stand outside underneath warming lights which don’t work until the shuttle comes We used the shuttle two times and each time it was late by 30 to 40 minutes Even with that being said I tried to go to the mall called them at 5:45 and they said the last shuttle goes out at 6 PM but it was too late to order the shuttle because the driver was already doing other things The breakfast was horrible the only salvageable thing would be the waffles The apples were not even good The milk tasted gross and there was nothing except sugar for your coffee No eggs or yogurts “Hash browns” Were simply just potatoes cooked with no frying or seasoning The hot tub does not work and they will no longer be using it because it’s broken and cost too much to fix it according to staff, the pool has way too much chlorine in it and it’s freezing cold I am giving this a 2 star because the rooms themselves were fine

We were very surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay here For the price of our room we expected it to be lacking in comfort and amenities We completely wrong

The room was great and the beds were comfy The pool area was under construction but the actual pool was clean and well maintained They switched the breakfast every morning and even though there wasn’t a fully stocked gourmet kitchen the lady who cooks there was pumping out some good stuff (There is an amazing little breakfast place nextdoor if you want to change it up one day) The staff was friendly and the area was safe and secure It was a good 15-20 min drive to Minneapolis but was well worth it

Raor Bear!

Staff was cool and friendly The room I had was well designed, comfortable and included a microwave and mini fridge The hotel itself is a little worn and the elevator needs some work, but they were remodeling the pool during my stay so updates are happening

My main critique is that the fitness room is lacking and I would recommend squeezing a cable cross machine in there Otherwise it’s a couple of treadmills and a dumbbell rack Other complaints are minor cosmetic details that not everyone will even noticeI favor Hampton Inns during work travel for the breakfast they serve and this place was no exception The offerings vary a bit each day but usually consists of eggs, waffles and sausage It’s extremely convenient for me since I’m typically short on timeI’d be happy to stay here again

Sandra Bass

The room wasn’t ready and no soap in room except for face soap When ask for soap they said that was the only soap they had Seldom anyone at the counter

No one ever came and made the bed, empty trash, made sure there was paper products or towels We could of stayed in a cheaper place but wanted something a little nicer since we haven’t traveled in awhile and that didnt happenwould never stay there again or recommend it

We stayed here for a week while our home was under construction and were not disappointed We had a room on the 4th floor and it was very quiet The beds were comfy, and the size of the room was great

They also serve a hot breakfast every morning with scrambled eggs or omelettes, sausage, bacon, potatoes, waffles, muffins, bagels, cereal, etc The kids would have liked a bigger pool and a hot tub but other than that we didn’t have any complaints Plus it’s right off the freeway so it’s super convenient

Since indeed likes to delete reviews People need to know truths about where they’re applying to So here it is

If you plan on becoming executive housekeeper Don’t go in the laundry and help The laundry attendant will feel like her job is being obsolete The front desk person will tell how much she hates working at Hampton inn If you check rooms and thelaundry person is talking with someone she’ll think she is being criticize for her work ethic So if you like work ethic this place isn’t for you Robert is really nice but let’s other people walk all over him I would call in sometimes cause it was like walking on egg shells every day Don’t do this or that Stop helping with laundrystop going in laundry room etcMy last day there Robert said Can you please stop doing laundry and helping Our laundry person thinks her job is becoming obsolete

Lisa Dougherty

If we could give this place a ZERO we would We traveled here for our sons baseball tournament At first sight it looked nice BUT

We had a joined room with another of our baseball family, when we went to leave for one of our games we casually pushed on our doors to ensure they latched only to find that NEITHER room doors would latch and lock!!! We informed the front desk TWICE on Friday and then again Saturday after we found that they still hadn’t been fixed We were told that they were booked solid so we couldn’t even get new rooms, what a very uneasy and unsafe stay!!! Sunday when we left we demanded a discounted rate due to their failure to provide maintenance and a secure room only to be told managers are out until Monday We live 3 hours away and will have to call tomorrow to deal with this mess This is by far the worst hotel we’ve stayed at Will never stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel I was there for 5 days and everyone was extremely pleasant and accommodating The cook, Monty was very nice and made sure our breakfast was very good

Thanks Monty for your hospitality I would like to also thank Tina Harpke, the general manager for her outstanding hospitality She’s a real sweetheart and made sure my stay was very pleasant Overall everyone was extremely nice and showed nothing but great hospitality Thanks for a pleasant stay

Lights in elevator flicker off and on Same in my bathroom Silverfish bugs in the bathroom too

No sheets or pillows for pull out bed but someone brought us another bed with sheets and pillow Very friendly workers but some guest where rude to my grandmother Also in my grandmothers room there is a indent in the room floor which is bad because she is easy to fall and she almost did Freezer had old Baskin Robbins in it Ice machine was down too If your looking for a cheap stay that is convenient to where you need to go then this is the place Forgot to mention they didn’t really have much food options for breakfast and they had and oatmeal cooker out but no oatmeal in it and had waffles but no syrup

Simon Rodriguez

Room stinks of mildew, window left open when I arrived Guy at the desk treated me with suspicion like I didn’t belong there and kept asking me for multiple forms of verification (I have a reservation) Had to call my boss in the middle of the night and wake him up to get it sorted

We have an account with Marriott and use them all the time but this is the first time I’ve seen such poor treatment Zero attempt at customer service Tossed the keys on the desk and said “there you go”

Starting with the positives, check in was easy, staff was helpful, pool was nice and room was large Now for the areas of improvement We arrived and the TV did not work

We called the desk and they came and fixed it The room smelled like smoke The shower had a slow drain and took about 10 min to drain after a shower The pull out bed was worthless as springs were easily felt through the mattress Every time the AC kicked in, the unit was so loud in the bedroom that it was difficult to sleep The breakfast in the morning left a lot to be desired Ham and potatoes No eggs or pancakes Milk dispenser didn’t work Juice was out of order Just disappointing If you are doing a quick stay it is OK, if I had to do it over I would make a different choice

Ashlyn Bentley

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at for the price you pay My room was basically an apartment, with a kitchenette including stovetop, dishwasher, microwave & fridge with ice maker with its own bedroom The bathroom was a good size

They even included dove soaps instead of cheap like usual hotels The pool area was good & the pool was nicely warmed Breakfast had great options compared to other hotels I was very impressed When I got to my room, the front desk even sent a text to ask how the room was & if there was anything we needed

Kalyn J

We stayed here last night! The room was nice and spacious – we had a One Bedroom King Bed Suite Very affordable and friendly staff The pool and hot tub are open for use until 12am which is also great

Breakfast buffet in the morning as well! One cool thing about this room – I’m not sure about other rooms as well – is that the conditioner and shampoo are in actual pump bottles attached to the wall So instead of just having the mini bottles, you could use as much as needed! Will be coming back in the future !

If you are thinking you are going to have a “Hampton” experience at this hotel, STAY CLEAR My room was dreadful Within the first hour, this is what I noticed: Long black hair, (I have short blonde) in the bathroom sink, tub, and spare bed

A HUGE crack in the bathroom sink, and the room phone was stained so yellow it looked like it had been pulled out of a smoker’s convention that it had been sitting at for 10 years Needless to say, I checked out two days early, the place was so so disgustingI wish I could do a half star on here, one star is being too generous

Always busy! Great location so I see why Very competitive pricing that often undercuts the competition Rooms are nice and sizable

Staff friendly and helpful Only complaint about the rooms would be low supply of bathroom products constantly Nothing that can’t be easily changed Overall a great stay with good breakfast in the morning to start your day

Nic B.

Perfectly average hotel experience Check in was easy and the staff didn’t talk my ear off about all their amenities, they simply gave my a paper with the info and room key Beds were good, shower was nice and hot, and my room was surprisingly soundproof compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at

My room could have used a few upgrades though The window curtains did a horrible job blocking the morning sunlight Tv could be bigger too Overall I had a good experience but it didn’t blow my socks off either

Samantha Alzoubi

This stay was okay although I forgot a personal item behind when I noticed i had left it there I called back which was less than an hour after leaving the hotel before check out time still, I call and let them know they said I can go back and look for it I drove back to the hotel and the lady at the reception made me wait 20 minutes until “her colleague came back from the bathroom” because apparently the person I called is the only one who could help us After waiting for someone to simply let me up the to the room I looked around but the room had already been cleaned, the housekeeper was still there and I had asked her about the item and she said she found it and dropped it off at the reception area

I go back downstairs and they said they don’t have anything and refuse to provide any further help The 2 ladies at the reception were very unhelpful, bothered by our presence and unprofessional

Great place but the service was awful We got with my wife to the hotel around 1:30AM , my father in law reserved a room for 3 nights for us, the woman attending in the front desk KIM I believe was her name, at the check in gave us the answer (at 1:30 AM) “You have to call who did the reservation” , we told her that we were going to try but probably he wasn’t going to answer… He didn’t answer, 1:30AM… After I told her that she should give us the options of answer security questions like the address of the person who reserved the room She finally accepted that we should have the option to answer that question and we answered right but she still mentioned we needed to call him, and after it she said “You put him in the phone or you have to leave” Being super mean

By the end she told us we can stay but we will have to pay the night and tomorrow when we confirm the other person reserved for us we can refunded We tried to show her pictures, chat, stories, even our wedding planning in 2020 with the person who did the reservation and she still remained with the NO, at 1:30 AM First time I have a situation like this in Marriott Even I can understand her position, but her attitude was awfulPlease guys pick a different place to stay in MinneapolisAlso when we got to the hotel, a woman with 3 kids was facing the same situation than us and the response from Kim (woman attending the front desk) was “the name of the person who did de reservation has to match with the credit card you’re using here for the security deposit” without giving even the option to confirm by security questions of who reserved the room and also the lady that was trying to check in had the person who did the reservation in the phone… And she still say no with excuse of the credit card Absolutely contradictory with the scenario she created for my wife and ISo sad that a fantastic day had a scar of this type

Heather Green

The sound of the freeway is so loud That combined with the very lumpy beds that have zero lumbar support kind of ruined my entire trip They even moved me to a different room but it really wasn’t any better

I am really sad because it was my first time going to Minnesota and I spent a lot of money to come out here and I literally couldn’t even take myself out to dinner most of the nights because I was too tired from lack of sleepAlso my bedding was dirty in two rooms The staff was very nice though, but if you are not able to sleep through loud constant noise, it really doesn’t matter I would never stay at this particular hotel again I’m so bummed out that I picked this place when I could’ve picked any Marriott in the city… The only reason I chose to stay so far out of Minneapolis is because I thought it would be quieter I’m so exhausted and my back hurts so badly I’ve been sleeping sideways at the foot of the bed trying to find a firm spot on the mattress that gives some lumbar support, but tonight I’m going to try sleeping on the floor to see if it’s better I literally started trying to sleep at 5 PM tonight since I have not slept for the last three nights but I still can’t sleep through the sound of the traffic I’m so sad and it totally ruined my entire trip for the most part Beautiful place to visit but make sure you stay at a hotel you can actually sleep at and that has comfortable beds I have a feeling it’s gonna take at least a week for my back to recover I am so much pain… I’m sad and I just want to complain a lot, LOL

Front desk staff were incredibly nice and professional The room was very, very clean Nice bathroom soaps

Also the rooms have NO CARPET! I hate hotel carpet It’s always so filthy But not here! Instead they have lovely grey wood flooring And those lamps-clear acrylic with bubbles in them Very pretty and up to date decor Beds and pillows were so comfy! And like I said, it was so clean! Great price I highly recommend!

The room was clean, the hotel was well kept, and the free breakfast was good However, I had an issue during check in that tainted my experience throughout my stay I had a six-hour flight delay due to a snowstorm, so I ended up arriving at the hotel at about 4:30 AM the following morning

(I had called the hotel before my flight to inform them about my late check-in and my situation) But when I arrived, I was told that my reservation was cancelled and that I had to make a new one The employee told me “You said you would arrive at 4 AM, I was waiting for you, and I had to do the audit so I removed the reservation” The way that was communicated made me feel like I was to blame for a situation that was out of my control Not only that, but I ended up paying more for a king bed because “all the queens were full”, and I had to pay more than the rate I had when I originally booked on Expedia a month ago And to top it all off: the duration of my stay was 4 nights, but he mistakenly charged me for 1 night, so I had to return to the front desk the next morning to add the extra nights Needless to say this was very distressing to deal with after a long night of traveling and lack of sleep I do want to acknowledge the friendliness of the rest of the staff, however, especially the one girl who worked with management to resolve my issue and honor my original room rate I had chosen this hotel because it was within my budget, had good reviews, and was conveniently located near my boyfriend’s house Unfortunately, I do not think I will be staying here again

Karla S

We came to Eden Prairie to see our grandma in the nursing home a few blocks away from this motel We enjoyed our stay here in room 309 The room was clean

We like that there was not carpet but hard flooring instead That’s less dander etc Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, a variety of pasties, bagels, breads, cereal, Oatmeal, yogurt, juice and milk Staff spoke limited English but were friendly We reserved a room for both our parents and us Our parents came into town earlier than us, paid for their room and left to see our grandma We then came into town and repaid for their room plus ours This was re-credited to my card with no issues The location is basically right across from the EP mall It’s an older motel but clean and comfy Like most motels post covid the room isn’t cleaned until you leave That’s not an issue unless your a little piggy It’s not hard to make your own bed They are willing to clean it if asked and offered extra toiletries Overall it was a pleasant stay

Five stars for amazing serviceWe were in town for a funeral and they went above and beyond to make sure our family had a smooth trip They found fun things for the kids, facilitated extra pool and family connection and every time we spoke with them, they were incredibly friendly and helpful

The rooms were good (comfy beds, good pillows, decent room renovations, and it looks like bathroom renovations are happening shortly too), the pool was great, loved that breakfast was included, but it was the people working here who made our experience so memorableThank you

I’ve stayed here 3 different times, the first time was good The second time was alright, but the third time is what ruined it The vending machines don’t work, never have the times that I have stayed

The shower curtains won’t stay closed because the bar is installed incorrectly, I would like to think it was only in one room but it was like that in all the rooms I stayed in Hung the do not disturb sign on the door and still had house keeping knock three different times You can hear everything in every single room around you, to include alarms, wake up calls and TVs that are left on throughout the night I wasn’t sure I was going to use this hotel again this last time but I talked myself into it cause I knew where it was and Cracker Barrel is in the same parking lot and there isn’t one back home I won’t be talking myself into it next time

Went down for a wedding and spent 2 nights here in 2 different rooms First room was a suite, working fridge, microwave, dishwasher and fireplace with different colors in it Very spacious room, separate bedroom with a poolside view

I slept on the pull out bed which I found to be comfortable Separate air conditioning for the livingroom space and bedroom which was very nice Second night, was a regular room Also very comfortable but I did find some food residue left under the desk there from a past guest Pillows and bed was very comfortable and the refrigerator, coffeemaker, and TV were all in working order Desk staff was very pleasant to work with and greeted us every time we walked in or out the front doors I’ve added pictures of the pool/jacuzzi area

This hotel was okay, but not for the price The “water park” is a joke There aren’t very many pictures of it on the website for a reason

There’s a little splasher area and one water slide The pool doesn’t go deeper than 3ish feet, and it is NEVER on unless you walk all the way out to the front desk and wait for someone to come along so you can request it be turned on There is only one elevator in the building and it’s right by the pool, so it stinks like corn chips and dirty, wet feetOur room had candy on the floor when we got there The toddler found one right away, and then we found a few more plus a lot of crumbs in the carpet We left a couple bags of ice in the tub to melt overnight and they left rings in the grime inside the tub One of the TVs in our room didn’t have a working remote We filled out the requests for our stay ahead of time, but we didn’t get any extra pillows or towels When the room is reserved for more than 2 people, why aren’t there more than two towels? The staff was nice They did have a little area where you could buy snacks or microwavable things We were able to go to the front desk every single time to ask for coupons when we wanted to eat in the restaurant, which made the kids’ food free

I came out for a business meeting and when I came back to the hotel after the meeting the room had already been cleaned and $300 of my money was stolen from the roomDon’t use this hotel theirs no safe to keep your belongs in and the house keeping will steal your money or anything of VauleAs a business owner myself this is so unprofessional

Make sure to never stay here I’ve been in plenty of hotels and never had anything stolen, especially money!Bad for business you guys should make sure you hire people that are more trustworthy and do better background checks!

The elevator is very slow, the stairs were faster to take Stayed in a room with two beds and a pull out The pull out was very close to the side of one of the beds

When of the kids fell off the bed and hit the metal on the end of the pull out A piece of already chewed gum was found on the bottom of the comforterBreakfast was a nice lay out lots of choicesWorst part of stay, an expensive item was left behind in the room The location services showed it at the hotel After informing the hotel they hadn’t cleaned the room and were going to check Then the room was cleaned but nothing was found Later on the location services were disconnected on the device The item would have been very easily visible and not easily mixed in They stated it could have ended up in laundry, or trash They would check but were so far behind it would take a couple days After a week they stated they weren’t there Stated that the item was lost but not there or it may have possibly ended up in the trashI don’t accuse the housekeeper, or anyone It could have ended up in laundry, it could have been turned in and removed, it could be in the trash Now it’s a he say , she say with no way to prove anything so I have to take a loss and hope it doesn’t happen to other guest DOUBLE CHECK, triple check

Went to check in at 5:30pm and was told the room wasn’t ready because it was getting a deep clean Came back at 6:30 Room smelled like vomit, the carpet was wet, there was a giant hair ball in the bed and the sink was backed up

Jake, the manager, couldn’t put me in another room, help me find another hotel or apologize for trying to rent out a disgusting roomClearly whatever they were trying to clean up with their afternoon deep clean wasn’t successfulI get that a hotel can’t control what people do to the room, but they can choose not to rent the room and help the minimize the inconvenience to the next guest

Close to valley fair which is why we stayed here, accepted our small dogs, and was extremely nice, clean and friendly staffThey even let us check in early at noon vs normal 4 check in as we were checking in prior to going to valley fairDownfall for this hotel is no breakfastYou have to buy small snack breakfast items, we chose to get McDonald’s for us and our children but hotels as nice as this one for what you pay you should get atleast a small breakfast includedAll in all we LOVED this hotel

Minus food issuesRoom was clean, and very nice

Haven’t been here almost 3 years and boy has it changed As a Corporate hotel, you can see how COVID has affected the amenities and service of this establishment Cody and Mike were great! But with reduced staffing, restaurant limited hours of service (no breakfast which was a huge plus, no lunch and no room cleaning -unless you ask-) has significantly diminished the allure of this place

As this is a Corporate option, I MIGHT return but it’s doubtfulIf you are considering going, check ti see what services are available before you book Don’t rely on websites!

Joseph Hill

Staff is accommodating and facility is clean They have a operating pool and hot tub Morgan’s restaurant and bar is connected to the hotel has a great vibe and waiting staff

The pictures on the google map listing along with the gym do need to be updated badly

This is a public service statement as well as a rating This place was a disappointment and I would suggest that you seek other hotels in the area I selected this motel as they had indicated in their on-line advertisement that there was a lounge and a restaurant in the hotel, but there was not

The price of the hotel was actually higher than others in the area (that offered hot breakfast in the morning as part of their stated price) Not only did Sonesta not have a restaurant, but they did not offer a complimentary breakfast; they did have some very basic and limited breakfast items at a counter that were available only for purchase For example, there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby I had to purchase a cup of coffee from a counter, after waiting 15 minutes for someone to man the counter and pour me that cup of coffee The cup of coffee was nothing special, but they charged me $600; and the worker thereafter indicated that it would be another purchase for a refill If you wanted to eat something for breakfast and if you were to purchase just basic items (hard boiled egg, small box of cereal, banana and some milk) it would be cheaper for you to drive to a local restaurant and buy breakfast There were no USP ports in the room to charge devices The hot tub was warm at best and the jets were weak To top it all off, before we arrived there was a ceiling tile that fell in the hallway near our room, and there was water and wet carpets on the hallway floor during the duration of our stay Seriously, you would be better off spending your money at another hotel in the area, you would then have free coffee, a warm breakfast, and USB ports for a lower price

We originally stayed here for a week and then extended for a longer period of time because my husband is working here for a month or soAt first the hotel was great except for no breakfast, not restaurant or bar ! ThenThe hot tub was drained and we were told they were refilling it and putting chemicals back in but a week later nothing was done to it and the pool was cloudy and green too ! Evidentially there was no maintenance done on it and no one seemed worried about getting it doneDanielle is great!! ! I can’t say enough about her customer service and her personality! She speaks to everyone in a friendly , respectful manor unlike the manager Amber! Amber is very rude and complained to us about working as many hours as she does which I feel was very unprofessional and no excuse for being so rude ! I’m guessing she treats her employees like she treats hotel guest and that’s probably why the whole housekeeping staff quit on her one day ! Our entire stay we never asked for our room to be cleaned because the housekeeping staff was so overworked so we would ask for sheets and towels and kept our room in order ourselves Again I can’t say enough about how great Danielle is ! The staff should take lesions from her about customer service !

Ashley Hoffbeck

Bad service Was hung up on trying to make a reservation Was going to stay for a wedding, but decided not to after talking to Lynn, as I’ve never received such rude service

The pool and the hot tub were closed No free breakfast I get there is a labor shortage, but that is no excuse to be rude to potential guests I decided to stay elsewhere

OUTSTANDING – My first time staying at Holiday Inn Shakopee,Minnesota I was pleasantly surprised from the start as i could not smell smoke of any kind like other hotels The front desk staff were friendly, check-in was simple

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the carpet was clean, and i say again – no cigarette or other smoke smells The shower has full size bottles of Dove shampoo, Dove conditioner & Dove body wash (Dove bar hand soap too), nice touch! Not crazy about low flow rainfall shower heads but i understand I did not use the pool or gym so no commentNow the impressive part – a real hot breakfast in the lobby Your choice of cheese omelette, vegetable omelette, turkey sausage patties, crisp hash brown patties, strip bacon, biscuits w/gravy, cinnamon buns, 3 types of cereal, pancakes, toast / bagels, yogurt, assorted fruit, packaged muffins, coffee, tea and 4 types of juice The girls working the kitchen were fantastic! The kitchen staff were constantly bringing out hot foodTwo Thumbs Up Holiday Inn, I will be back!

I stayed here because I need to charge my car Typically I go to a place, plug in- once it works, I get the room Never had any issue doing so,but here, you need a room key to charge

Seemed reasonableI go in, explain I need to charge as a condition of using this hotel The front desk says it worksIt does not work They are charging for an amenity they do not provide, and will not give money back on the roomGo somewhere else if you need a charge

Very clean and conveniently located hotel just to the south of Minneapolis andminutesaway from The Mall of America The property is next to a fun restaurant Clive’s Roadhouse and a Denny’s There is also a gas station at the end of the street

They feature an above average breakfast buffet with eggs, rotating meat, cereals, breakfast pastries and fruits You definitely could do a lot worse with your choice of a hotel I have stayed here multiple times without an issue The staff is always friendly
