Overall an excellent hotel! Very spacious and clean rooms and courteous staff Great breakfast as well Everything is 5 stars

The only lacking part is that there is too much road noise from the highway in the rooms facing the highway 99 Hence, giving a star less due to its location I am not a light sleeper but I could hardly sleep the night I stayed in this hotel The trucks passing by on the highway are very frequent and very loud! So will advise guests/customers to try and get a room within this hotel away from the highway The staff can’t be held responsible for this It is just the building itself and its location with respect to the highway

Very impressed Though the roughness of neighboring hotels can be a little disappointing, this Holiday Inn was perfect It has Semi Truck parking that can be tough to park in if spaces are filled, and there is a storage unit that is taking up a good amount of space making it more difficult to maneuver around, but very clean inside and out

Very convenient location for Reedly and being next to the restaurant,Stayed here 3 times now over the last 2 years or so for work and it’s stayed about the same but prices aren’t bad and the front desk is always helpful even when I left a shirt in the room and they had held onto it for me to pickup laterThe pool has odd hours a bit though but I didn’t swimRooms always smelled of that like commercial lemon cleaner smell but the beds were comfy and the rooms are of a good size so your not cramped

TV doesn’t have a guide though so you just gatta guess at the channelsI will continue to come here whenever needed for work in the future though 👍

Cheap Motel, but cheap shouldn’t be equal to dirty… there was a chewed chewing gum lying on the air conditioning, false lashes from the guest before us on the chair, plastic trash at the floor and cockroaches on floor and in the sink/shower, price tag from the guest before us under the bedcover… shower won’t work, no breakfast although it’s said on the Homepage and little bugs in the sink

I would have given 0 stars but it’s impossible so it’s 1 star…I never ever had a motel as dirty as this one is… hope to survive the night never ever again!! Only thing that stays positive in my mind: the front desk was very very friendly…

Then the keys she gave us didn’t work and you’d swear it was going to kill her coming to help us open our door!The rooms need major updating! The fake, plank wood flooring was coming up in a whole lot of areas, and me and my hunny almost fell a few times The bathroom shower was hard as heck to turn on, and the cleanliness is lacking BADLYOnly thing great was the proximity to the concert venue, The Wakehouse! The people here were nice and the food was good don’t get me wrong but I swear we had bed bugs because it felt like I was getting bit all night My dad said it also felt like he got attacked by a ghost Our refrigerator in our room stank and our shower head fell off

We couldn’t even take a bath with how low the water pressure was and when we first came, our card wasn’t working for the room

During the time of booking I called to be sure I was on the OPPOSITE side of the freeway as several Google reviews mentioned how miserable it was it get sleep at night I then called again once my plane landed Upon arrival less than an hour later, I am told they don’t have anymore rooms on the quiet side of the hotel

My room was already paid in full (well over $1000!) since this was considered a “special event” There was no way I could cancel or I would forfeit the money already paid by my company I DO NOT appreciate the bait & switch tactic I will be sure to not stay here again for any future business travel or personal travel Even with earplugs, the highway is unbearably noisy & the ONLY way to drown it out is with the AC unit But the units at this location do not have the option for “Always on” so once it cycles off you are woken up by the highway noise & blaring train horns I highly suggest this hotel either invest in sound proof windows or change the wall units to have an “always on” function- the breakfast was embarrassing for a special corporate event with people coming in from all over the world A mere tiny cheese omelet, bananas/apples, or oatmeal in a packet that you make yourself I have had FAR better breakfasts at countless Marriott properties across the US during covid that were not during any special events

Shower, ihome , 2 TVs very clean, great breakfast too 100 percent will go back We had some extremely loud neighbors which dampened the glory but not the hotels fault We didn’t call it in But this place is awesome, friendly front desk We let her know we had a toddler and didn’t want his running around to bother anyone so she gave us a ground floor Great stay, bad neighbors

This place is nice It is definitely lively and full of people The only issue we encountered was an older white man on a golf cart that approached us very angry and yelling asking if those were our kids, pointing to kids jumping off ledge

They were not our kids and his tone should have been different Needless to say he went over to the kids and yelled at them Very inappropriate Stay calm and address the problem He must have been the grounds keeper or something Left a bad impression Aside from paying $10 a person to get in, there needs to be compassion The price is another thing It is not per vehicle it is per person And many reckless jetskiing in the area

First off let me say that the manager was very kind he let me make payments on the deposit for my dogs We stayed a total of 8 days and not once were asked if we needed toliet paper or towels he actually said basically dont use the towels or else Then the cockroaches were coming for the food! Spent 2 nights at this Holiday Location for a weekend trip to Yosemite The check-in staff went above and beyond ensuring my party of 4 was well taken care of and had recognized my IHG Platinum status with a nice suite upgrade! The recent renovations were still holding up in both my rooms and provided great value for the price paid Due to the proximity of the hotel and highway 99, if you are sensitive to noise, I would request a room facing the opposite direction

I was able to sleep comfortably facing the highway with earplugsTip: There may be some food bags to feed the swans at the front desk You can watch them fight the fish at the nice pond

So sad to know that the housekeepers do not turn in lost stuff I had checked out Sunday morning from our room and didn’t realize I had left my gold ring with my name on it until later that day I called and the front desk said she had not turned anything in I said of course not it’s a good ring she will go turn it into money or have them melt it

All I wanted was for her to turn it in because I cleaned all bags I had with me and nothing is there so know for a fact it stayed behind in the room Please do not forget any of your personal belongings behind because HOUSEKEEPERS will not return it

Being my first experience in US, I’m not sure how exactly to rate the location as we were here to visit the Sequoia national park, and this hotel is an hour + drive from it But the roads are good, so it’s an enjoyable drive Neat and simple rooms, quite clean, including the toilets, coffee machine within the room, with a few other amenities included make it a decent stay

It’s not exactly cheap, but there’s breakfast with a variety of cereals and juices for vegans, (although you have to carry your own non dairy substitute) Rooms are quite spacious with an ottoman and TV as well

We had a very comfortable stay We stayed at the Fresno location 7/20 and the man working that night was professional and helpful He allowed us to check in early which was super helpful

Liz on Thursday morning was also professional and friendly Someone even called up to our room from the front desk to make sure our stay was going well I could not figure out how to work the tv in our room which was fine, and the refrigerator that I was hoping would keep all of our drinks cold for our swim meet the next day were warm the next morning (I told Liz, and she was going to make sure someone checked it out for future guests) The breakfast was delicious- so many options We had eggs, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit and my daughter made a waffle that looked delicious! I’m not sure why this hotel is 2 stars It’s a hidden gem! We are in Fresno quite a bit for swim meets and will definitely stay here next time!

This hotel is convenient and makes traveling easy, but what makes this place 5 stars is their customer service, especially from Gabriel at the front desk Both times I stayed here he was was phenomenal with customer service and was so amazing to speak with The deserves a promotion, a raise, something, because honestly I was hesitant in staying due to my previous visits here before, but now I will definitely be coming back

Definitely come stay here if you’re flying out of Fresno, Totally worth it, 10/10 :)!

I was surprised how clean this hotel is and the friendliness of the staff from front desk check in I was going to give a 5 star except our room had a mini refrigerator that wasn’t keeping food cold and a malfunctioning toilet that was noisy and keep flushing itself We appreciate the free Parking and complimentary breakfast

The breakfast though needed extra help with variety and additional waffle maker because many people lined up waiting to have waffle which took a long time But overall the hotel is decent and I highly recommended it

Everything was just about perfect except the pillows are square and hurt my neck And I had to call the front desk right before 1:00 am because there were still a big group of people partying in the pool area and we couldn’t sleep

It was handled immediately and I heard hotel staff telling security that’s why they’re supposed to secure and lock up the pool area The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff is amazing 🤩

We stayed here as a last minute emergency because we lost power when it was 110° The room was pretty standard, but lovely & quite big The bed was comfortable

I couldn’t find a pillow I liked, but that’s easily remedied if you travel with your own pillow (which we usually do)It was great to start our day with a hot breakfast! There were scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fresh biscuits, sausage gravy, hashbrowns, waffles, as well as the regular toast, bagels, dry cereal, yogurt, etcEven though we’re locals & don’t need to stay in our own town very often, we would be happy to stay here again And we’ve already recommended it to our out-of-town friends & family!

We try to stay primarily at La Quinta Inns as we travel, so we have seen many of them This location is definitely a nice one The building and rooms are in great shape

The rooms were very clean with high ceilings, updated bathroom, and overall a modern look (eg no carpet in our room but instead had an engineered wood floor, blue/white lighting) The check in was very efficient and the staff seemed very nice We travel with our dog and while there wasn’t a well defined outside area for pets we were able to make it work It is in a busy part of town, so there were quite a few restaurant options nearby We will definitely stay here again when we are passing though the area

We were in Clovis for our grandson’s High school graduation Our son booked La Quinta Inn & Suites for us saying it was only a year old and very close to his house which it was

very convenient! and La Quinta Inn & Suites was probably only a year oldvery nice with everything we needed including a small fridge and microwave in our room which you rarely find nowadays Continental breakfast was greatawesome selection of breakfast items (just wish they, also, offered baconthey just had sausage which I don’t eat) 5 Stars!!
