The staff was friendly and helpful We were far away from home and needed shuttle service, Uber service, and food delivery The hotel staff helped me with all of it

Also, we were in town to take my daughter to a special hospital, but because of the time of the appointment, we were going to have to check out, carry our luggage with us to the hospital, and then come back and wait in the hotel lobby for about 3 hours before our shuttle arrived When we came down for the free breakfast (which was wonderful), I asked the guy at the front desk if it would be alright for us to stay in the lobby all afternoon He told me he would schedule us for late check out, which allowed us to leave our luggage in the room, eat lunch there, and only have a 45 minute wait in the lobby It worked out perfectly! Plus, the room was very nice We also used the fitness center and bought lots of snacks and drinks from their little store I’m so thankful we stayed here!

Here on business w my husband It’s utilitarian and serves it’s purpose for business travel, not luxury or vacay

Breakfast is nothing to write home about, they basically stop refills quarter to 9 so be early It was fine until the cleaning lady asked me 3 times BEFORE the noon check-out deadline if I was leaving, twice by knocking on my door! Highly annoying, since I was not there past noon! It was an OK 3 stars at most stay

I believe in giving places second chances And this Hampton in North Brunswick/New Brunswick was so much better the second time around The young lady at the front desk, Sam, is a “world class” professional

She spoke kindly, accurately, and sincerely to me and my girlfriend as we checked in Sam told us about breakfast, she informed us that the pool was open (despite a sign saying it was closed) and, even got us towels and walked us to the pool door to let us go inThe room was very nice too Bed was comfy, bathroom had enough towels for two people to shower off after a dip in the pool Television remote worked and the air conditioning unit was easy to control and understandAs a Hilton Honors (silver) I was very happy with this hotel And despite one bad previous experience, I believe this place redeemed itself with better customer service Thanks again to Sam at the front desk, you are a superstar front desk receptionist!

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE FOR A HOTEL BLOCK FOR A WEDDING!!! What a disaster this place is!!!! Nobody knows what’s going on They told us we could check in early (2:00pm) We get here, and EVERY SINGLE ROOM IN THE HOTEL BLOCK is dirty

So here we are, a ton of wedding guests, waiting around needing to get changed for a wedding but can’t go anywhere because every room is dirty Finally we get into our room at 3:25 STILL DIRTY! House cleaning was STILL MAKING OUR BEDS when we walked in Then they tell us the shuttle is going to leave at 4:15 It’s currently 4:35pm with no shuttle in sight THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER DO NOT BOOK IT FOR A WEDDING You’re guests will have no where to get ready and no one will move quick enough to figure out solutions to a problem AWFUL

We stayed here for a New Year’s Eve getaway & had a blast! The heated pool is a good size for a small hotel The fitness center is clean & well maintained with everything we wanted The hot breakfast was good (except for all the styrofoam & disposables but you’ll have that in this day and age unfortunately)

Most importantly, and those I really want to acknowledge, are the staff there Wow! Ruthe and Amanda, the two front desk ladies FANTASTIC I mean talk about above & beyond! And then Darnell, the managerTERRIFIC Kudos to Holiday Inn for finding and keeping such great people on staff Highly recommended!

Nice hotel for the money Easily accessible from the parkway Ample parking

I had a two-double bed suit The front parlor has a mini fridge, microwave wet bar, TV and sofa-bed The bathroom is a little dated but good water pressure and clean Pool was on the smaller size They have a full bar and you can order appetizers Nice lounge areas to mingle Great buffet breakfast which takes sanitary and health precautions into account Jennifer who assisted us at the main desk was awesome I used the App to check-in and it was great I was able to select my room and use my phone as my room key One of the downfalls of the App they do not tell you that you need to visit the front desk to get passes to utilize some of the amenities of the hotel This is a family friendly hotel

Amaris Pollock

We booked our room through a secondary app that Embassy Suites works with, and they somehow lost the room we booked (two rooms that were combined with double beds and a pull out couch) and switched it with a single KingAfter a little arguing and showing proof of the confirmation of our room, the front desk was able to find an available room close to what we ordered & paid for And the staff was being friendly and helpful during the dilemma/confusion

So I would recommend that if you book a reservation through a secondary travel app–ALWAYS call up the particular hotel immediately after you obtain your confirmation from the secondary app to ensure that your reservation matches what Embassy Suites received from the travel app That way you can avoid what we went through before you arriveThat said, the room was clean as was the entire public spaces The breakfast comps (a coupon per person/per overnight stay) were handed over via a coupon We were also handed a complimentary ‘welcome drink’ for the evening for every adult in our reservation who was 21+ but none of us used itThe breakfast in the morning was well organized, ample beverage choices (coffee, tea, milk, juices) with a fresh fruit section, cereal to choose from, scratch-made pancakes and omelettes (I would recommend) & french toast (needs to be improved) with fried potatoes and your choice of breakfast meats–either bacon or sausage (bacon was paper thin and very salty, so maybe the sausage was a better choice, but we all had the bacon)Anyhow, the room was comfortable and clean You can change the temperature to fit your preference The bathroom was a good size and there was an additional sink in the room with the beds as well a wet bar sink in the lounge area of our room The lounge area was a little on the small size but workableI’d say that this room was a bit overpriced in comparison to where I’ve stayed at in prior trips at different hotels (those have larger rooms & larger lounge areas in the rooms), but overall it was okay for a single night’s stayPrice point to what we received: I personally would stay at one of the other hotel chains that I’m alluding to over this one, especially since the main reason we chose this location was for the pool (which was closed due to Covid restrictions) So for all intensive purposes, we were in a smaller room than what I know we could have stayed at for about 100 dollars less with similar breakfast deals but the other chains lack the displayed ambiance you’re greeted and surrounded by when you enter into this hotel’s lobby & public areas

Melissa L

The breakfast was delicious! Loved the omelets! The main foyer area was beautiful (bravo to the architect) If you have to spend a few days here you would enjoy sitting by the fountain or taking a leisurely walk along the pondOur room was clean and spacious, but we did have to change it upon arrival due to a small leak in the bathroom

The staff was pleasant and friendly, and a special thank-you to Heraldo who was very kind and helped us with our room changeOverall it was a very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend this hotel

The team at check in was very niceThe suite room was spacious and clean It had a balcony as well

I had dinner at the Ruby Tuesday that’s attached and was able to charge to the room The room charge slip indicates you could do room service as well and had a $2 charge for thatThe view from the room was nice right at twilightThe line for breakfast was a little bit long but I think it was because I went down at the most premium time There were several team members who came to pitch in and help and they were all very nice

Joseph B

Check in was fast and simple Room clean, spacious and well put together Does show its age

Pool was nice, does need better lighting and a good cleaning, but for the price and property expectations it gets the job done Morning breakfast spread is non existent Pre packaged muffins in 2 flavors I’d stay again but keep in mind just another hotel finding a quick exit to save money on breakfast rather take care of the paying customers

Jenifer Behrens

We stayed here for 4 nights for my sons baseball tournament From the time I called to make reservations to the time we left everyone was absolutey amazing We needed extra towels and they were super quick with gettinfthem to us

The staff was very warm and inviting Our room was amazing very clean beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable I want to say one staff member needs a special shout out and that would be Inezshe truly went above and beyond and ALWAYS had a smile on her face She is the absolute sweetest Marriott I hope you see this because Inez is a special employee that you are very lucky to have If we are ever in the area we absolutely will be staying here againshe truly made our stay wonderful I cannot thank you enough I absolutey recomend this hotel The only downside is the bistro is not open on the weekends and have a limited menu for now HOWEVER the hotel does put out a variety of items on weekend so you can have a quick grab and go The young lady that made our items was wonderful My son accidentally dropped his bacon egg and cheese bagel on the floor and she quickly said let me make him a new one She did not have to do that but she did Our stay was wonderful Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay a great one

I see there are good reviews I guess they were having a bad day my family and I were very disappointed we always stay at Hyatt when traveling, the carpet was dirty, the bathrooms were filthy and we showed them all these areas and reported broken lamps and a dishwasher that wasn’t even connected to use and looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned for months the door wouldn’t even closed the bathroom door rubbed against toilet so that was a issue trying to close the door this is not the Hyatt that we know and trust as our home away from home

Juliet Chen

I was going to write”Awesome place to stay! Don’t look elsewhere, it has everything you need to have a a home away from home” Until they over charged me, refused refund, refused to change my reservation at allWARNING*** DON’T GO THERE if you have ANY other choice

K F

They have a narcissist named Juan working reception who would rather play games than provide a courteous and seamless check-in I booked ahead of time & paid in full I gave him my license and credit card that was used to book

He handed my information back to me and asked to confirm the credit card number used to book, as though the card I’d given him didn’t match I read off several card numbers and then said, “And you said it wasn’t XXXX” to which he replies “that’s it” I told him that’s the card he was holding and asked if he enjoyed gaslighting people, which he decided not reply to Craziest part is I was planning on adding an extra night at check-in but now that decision is going to have to wait What terrible customer service especially for 10:30pm when no one else is around Fyi – there are no elevators (I’m in a 3rd floor walk up and it took 3 trips to get my stuff up) plus most of the light switches in my room do not work, you need to turn each individual lamp on The booking also says it’s good for 4 people but there’s only one bed/one bathroom Very bizarre first 30 minutes here We’ll see how the rest of the stay goes

Pros: easy check in, nice looking room, good views, staff is nice, breakfast is great, and drinks at the bar are well madeCons: the room was dirty Hair behind the sink (Like beard shavings), floors weren’t vacuumed hair and dust in the carpet (I blew up balloons and when I went to pick them from the floor they were covered)

No more conditioner in the bottles in the showerIf I didn’t have so many things and time crunching I would have moved rooms But I

My sister got married last weekend We booked rooms at the Bridgewater Marriott because it was close to the venue Unfortunately our experience was less than satisfactory

There are three of us sisters and two of us have children We wanted to have neighboring rooms so we could easily hang out and the cousins could spend time together Our rooms were confirmed the day before arrival via both phone and email However, when we arrived none of the rooms were ready and we all ended up on separate floors of the hotel Additionally, the rep from the hotel that my sister (the bride) worked with informed her that shuttle service would be provided from the wedding venue back to the hotel after the reception This was important as there was alcohol at the reception and we needed to ensure we could travel safely We we’re told that this was included in the booking costs Upon arrival, we were told that this service is no longer included in booking costs due to COVID and we had to pay an extra $1,000 to get the transportation we were promised My sister’s mother in law booked brunch for the wedding guests in the salon on the first floor the morning after the wedding The hotel had my sister’s credit card as well as her mother in law’s credit card on file They were told to charge the brunch to the mother in law However, they charged it to my sister The bride ended up paying for her own post wedding brunch!!! The rooms were nice and clean The staff was friendly There were just so many errors on the hotel’s part that it really took a toll on my sister’s wedding experience I would not recommend using this hotel for an important event such as a wedding Maybe for a night if you are passing through, but not when there is a lot at stake

Chris Fortunato

Will never stay here again The room was a bit dirty, the bottles in the shower were empty, and the staff was not cooperating with my requests We were here for my sister’s wedding and they had not handed out any of the gift bags to our family and friends

I ended up having to hand out like 12 bags during the after party rather then having fun When we arrived for our after party the staff refused to supply us with ample amounts of food for our guests I had requested a room with a better veiw when I arrived and the staff had said all the rooms still needed to be cleaned, this was at 4pm with a 11am check outI would not suggest this as a wedding hotelThe rooms are nice but they lack refinement for the price of a night

Nice hotel but it’s pretty much a hotel for a club If you come on a weekend good chances you get young kids partying next door blasting music all night Choose another hotel if you want a relaxing night to yourself

Staff tried to quiet them down, came up twice but they wouldn’t listen Nothing they can really do about it I guess Ended up changing rooms at midnight

Kaitlin Moran

The bed was very comfortable and the room was super cute Only complaints are that the pool was pretty cold even though it was heated, our rain shower head didn’t work in our room and, the breakfast selection wasn’t great considering you had to pay for it I would have liked to have bacon instead of cold it’s

Just saying Overall though it was an enjoyable stay

Michaela L

This hotel and rooms are extremely nice, clean, and spacious However, the staff working on the ground floor was not attentive towards us or friendly at all We were not properly greeted when we first arrived to check in and most were behaving like we were an inconvenience to them for having to do their job

They also acted like we should know how everything works but it was our very first time thereNobody explained the procedure of checking in with a host before going up to the rooftop bar The host stopped us while we were already inside the elevator and had a condescending tone asking if we had a reservation When checking out, no one was at the front deskOn a positive note, the rooftop bar was a fun atmosphere and the bartenders were amazing and attentive It’s a beautiful place to stay but I personally would think twice about going back just because of how the hotel staff treated us

Good start to our visit was the warm & welcoming greeting by Fletcher who is professional courteous & friendly Our check-in was smooth and virtually enjoyable

Not to gush but some of the other front desk personnel were almost invisible or, when present, didn’t look up from the computer that we saw for the rest of our stay (it’s the little things and Fletcher is on it) The dining area staff were also wonderful Everyone was very pleasant and we marveled at how quickly items were refreshed so guests never ran short of any item The breakfast is well maintained, stocked and sufficient for continental fare but unless you like “cheesy potatoes and spinach quiche cups (or oatmeal) a bit lacking in variety The rooms are a bit small but well furnished You can make a full pot of coffee with the in room coffeemaker, but only 1 cup portions are provided, so you’ll need coffee & filters if you want to make a full pot The bathroom has a large shower and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided are quite nice As for room selection, normally the choice is for away from the front to avoid highway noise – the same is true here if your goal is a quiet sleep If the goal is a quiet afternoon/evening the front is preferable as the back has a basketball court To sum up – A good solid place to spend the night at a good value with some very good people (not kidding – Fletcher, the dining area staff and the people who maintain the rooms are just great) A good place to stay

Jim Pangborn

Hotel was not busy We’ve been here many times and had a pretty high status The room looked out onto the roof with the a/c mounted pretty high up (restricted view and light entering room from the lone window) They have a policy of washing all the dishes in the dishwasher

Dishes were in the dishwasher but not washed , hair dryer was non functional When we complained staff just shrugged their shoulders I had been a loyal Marriott customer But am beginning to re think With the pandemic, I am guessing quality of staff and service has fallen Hope it comes back soon and before I move on

Jonathan Canulli

3 rooms between the family Rooms were nice and fairly clean for the most part, dishes in the dishwasher in my parents room and my brother and his family’s room were dirty and their neighbors were clearly engaging in questionable activities based on the smell and them covering the smoke detectors Brother’s group got to move suites however were unable to accommodate moving suites for my parents

Not the hotels fault, they were just booked

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort This site will compare countless booking web sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t be let downGreat management and professional service; during the conference when things seemed a bit chaotic, there was a demonstration of great teamwork “Jennifer” became a notable presence addressing concerns for me and my Mother and was exemplary and professional during our stay Wonderful hotel and enjoyable stay!

I’ve been a guest at this Fairfield Inn weekly for over a year This hotel is exactly as advertised

a business class hotel in a rural area with clean rooms, friendly and attentive proprietor and staff and continental breakfast It is not a luxury resort with swim up bar or patios for catching rays Instead, it is quiet and clean place to retire at the end of a long day at work

Gina Donelan

Didn’t want to give them even 1 star but had toWhen we first arrived we asked for the military discount which we were told we could get prior to arriving and they told us they could not give it Our stay was for 4 nightsALL breakfasts were quiche if you wanted anything warm

Other than that it was cereal Other occupants who came down while we were there opened the lid of the pan and after seeing it was quichemumbled a few words and put the lid back on taking nothingThe refrigerator in our room froze all our food so we had to throw out the foodA dirty mask was found beside the bedAnd No hot water on our last day before catching our planeContacted manager and after explaining all of this to him he ended up lecturing me than hanging up on me! I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this hotel!!!

Rithika Patel

We had a family event and stayed there for a day The rooms had a smell to them I found hair on the sheets and pillow covers, there was hair and debris in corners of the bathroom and the room

Also had droplets below the toilet seat that weren’t mopped up properly My seven year old even noticed how dusty the room was Not to mention, I accidentally left my shoe bag in the room, which I am a 100% sure I did, and called back that same evening when I realized it and they said they never found it I would have checked out if it wasn’t for all my family staying there I would never stay here again

I was hesitant staying because we weren’t that far from home, but I didn’t feel like making a second trip the next day How comfortable we’d be was what would make or break itVery happy we stayed! The suite was much nicer than the photos (I almost didn’t book because I wasn’t impressed by pictures on the website)

The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, drinking glasses and silverware – enough for the full occupancy of the room The hot breakfast met the standard for a complimentary breakfast, but I recommend eating early My experience when it opened was much better than my kids two hours later Only disappointment was that the indoor pool was closed Check-in and -out was easy Front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpfulMy kid had a basketball tournament in the area this weekend and it seemed many other parents involved with various sports were there too Many guests had dogs but the facilities were still very clean I’m usually a Marriot guy but Hilton won me over at this location

I stayed in this hotel when I was waiting for the moving company to drop off furniture in my place So it’s a quite long stay This hotel has two elevators, but one of them was out service for 3 weeks, and both were broken for 2 days

The cleanness of the bathroom is uhmmm because you can see mold in the spaces of the tiles Everything else including the room service, complementary breakfast, and friendliness of the crew are satisfying

Hotel was nice & the staff was nice However one of the main reasons we stayed was for the pool which was closed We were looking forward to the firepit which didn’t work

Breakfast was standard There were kids playing basketball early in the morning which is right by the bedroom window & woke us up Our bathroom/bedroom area smelled like cigarettes, i guess from a surrounding room

Wayne and his staff are amazing! The hotel is easily accessible for many major roads in the area When you arrive you are greeted by a friendly face and welcomed into a clean comfortable hotel We stayed there every weekend for over 2 months and we had no complaints about any of the rooms we were in during our stays

Any special request placed on the app were always in place when we arrived We were so happy with the hotel that our son is now using it for his block of rooms for his wedding Keep up the great work!

We were booked as a guest for a wedding Having arrived from out of state, the front desk assisted in getting us into a room before the actual check-in time Unfortunately, although the room was vacated, it had not yet been cleaned

A quick call to the front desk got us immediately moved to another room The room was spacious and very comfortable The only drawback is that the rooms seem to have “mood” lighting You know, for evenings and good rest It was incredibly difficult to apply make-up in such dim lighting A mirror by the window or a bright bathroom light would have made a big difference! Being so close to a wedding venue, they should remember people get dressed there, not just sleep

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED

BUGS I’m stating that right up front so anyone skimming the reviews sees it immediatelyWe stayed here two nights for a wedding over the 2022 Memorial Day weekend We did not notice anything immediately, but as my wife got ready to go to bed she found one mature bed bug Not having had interactions with the pest before, she thought it was a tick, which is gross, but doesn’t usually indicate an infestation I had been visiting with friends and came back to the room a half hour later and immediately realized that it was much worse than that Checking the corners of the bed, we confirmed that it was indeed a bed bug infestation and had likely been that way for some time since there were examples spanning the life cycle chart of bed bugs Needless to say, we immediately vacated the roomTo be fair, the staff at the hotel was somewhat accommodating They immediately gave us a new room and comped our entire stay However, they did not offer any preventative measures, did not do anything to ensure the new room (which was on the same floor) was not also infested, and were not able to even advise me on their standard sanitation practices Upon inspection, our new room was clean and we advised numerous friends staying in the hotel to check their rooms, which yielded no further bug findingsOver the course of the weekend, we walked past the room multiple times to see if anyone else was staying in the room or if they were cleaning the room or anything at all Nothing No precautions were made to ensure that the infestation wasn’t spreading A simple Google search shows that bed bugs can and will travel between rooms, so this was highly concerningAlmost a month later, despite taking extensive precautions, I live in fear that we brought the pests home with us since they can live for months without feeding (gross) I would happily pay the cost of the hotel stay in exchange for peace of mind, so while the comping of the room was appreciated, in my opinion it is entirely inadequate Do betterSuffice to say, we will not be staying at this hotel ever again, and furthermore will not be patronizing any Fairfield hotels in the future Please heed this warning and stay somewhere else – there are plenty of other hotels in the area

The staff was extremely nice and helpful The beds we’re comfortable and the rooms were nice The hotel was at 98 percent capacity when we arrived so it took a while to reach the front desk when we called from our room

Our bathroom was not clean when we arrived, but they sent someone up to clean it as soon as we got through to them We woke up to a power outage 😬 All in all, we had an OK experience

I’ve generally had a good experience with this chain of hotels, however, I had a terrible experience with this particular Fairfield Inn for multiple reasons We hosted our wedding at a nearby venue, and hosted our guests at this hotel for the weekend For several months prior to the event, we were in contact with the hotel coordinator Ms

Robin We had multiple email exchanges and phone conversations for the room reservations, but the night before our big event, we spent at the front desk because almost every guest was overbooked1 To the rooms that were given to the guests, many were left uncleaned — with hair in the bedding and shower They would urgently send staff to clean in the moment of, while the guests then waited outside2 For at least 5-6 incidents, they provided the SAME room to different guests We had guests walking into another occupied room in the middle of the day or night how ridiculous and honestly unsafe is that? This was an extremely unprofessional mix up on their part, and it happened more than four times3 Even for guests that had confirmation emails, when checking in (sometimes at night after a long flight) they were denied a room Instead, my husband and I had to spend 3 hours the night before our wedding, fighting with the front desk staff and showing emails proving that our vendors and guests had these rooms booked and paid for4 Lastly, our final bill the week after our wedding was grossly overcharged We spent a long time disputing charges with the hotel staffWe notified the wedding venue with our experience at this hotel, as well And strongly urge others hosting a large event nearby to not host guests at this hotel It was truly the only stressful part of the wedding weekend, and it is disheartening to see how one vendor could mess up so badly and contribute so negatively to the overall experienceThe staff, manager and owner included, acknowledged their mistakes but stated they cannot offer any compensation besides 1-2 free rooms *we had over 70 rooms booked And when friends and families left negative reviews on Google at their own choice, the owner called us angirly asking us to remove them It was not our encouragement but truly the experience of the guests that led to those reviewsOverall, poor and extremely inexperienced staff, overbooking guests and not following coordination protocols, the manager and owner are more interested in business and money rather than customer satisfaction

I stayed here with a soccer team for a weekend soccer tournament and booked multiple rooms The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and updated, but the best thing I experienced here was the customer service Erica was super helpful with booking and upon check in, made sure our reservations met our needs

After we checked out and were already on a plane back to CA, we realized one of the girls left some very important school work in the room Patsy went above and beyond for our group and immediately went on a search for the missing school workAND SHE FOUND IT! And the amazing customer service didn’t stop there Kat also went above and beyond by taking photos of the school work and emailing it to us in time for her to study and turn in The level of service by these wonderful ladies is something that I will never forget From now on, I will stay at this hotel every time we visit the area because we know the rooms are perfect and the customer service is superior We appreciate the tremendous care and attention by Kat, Patsy, and all of the Hampton Inn & Suites staff in Bridgewater

I am on a clinical trial for cancer at Memorial Sloan Kettering and this hotel is a little out of the way, but the experience my sister who is taking care of me and I had this past weekend was great We like the location, the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations and most of all the comfort of the room Very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet

Fran Guertin

Very nice hotel but ridiculous pet fee The hotel was very clean and comfortable The rooms were large and the staff pleasant and helpful

My issue was with a non refundable pet fee of $100 While I understand there are irresponsible out owners I feel a far better system is a reasonable pet fee of $25 to $50 and a hold of perhaps $200 on my charge in case of damagei wouldn’t stay against but only because of the pet fee

Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly! breakfast was hot and really good-But hallways smelled like smoke/weed- the pool was closed without notice and we took our kids purposely to this location for the indoor pool…-beware the double queen rooms were not queens, they’re full beds!

I needed a one night stay for me and my 3yr old Specifically was looking for a hotel with an indoor pool Upon making my reservation (a week prior) to my stay I asked if the pool was open and was told YES

So booked the room About 3 days prior to my arrival I called again to confirm the pool being open and again was told YES The day I arrived (I live 35hr away) im checking in and ask about the pool again and was now told NO THE POOL WAS TEMP CLOSED! I was highly disappointed since i was told twice it was open So I went along with the reservation anyway My room was facing the front of the hotel which was noisy because of the highway Make sure to ask for a room in the back of the hotelLater in the night my toilet wouldn’t stop running so called the front desk and they were going to come check My brother in law who was there at the time decided to check himself and took the tank lid off THERE WAS A SYRINGE IN THE TOILET TANK! YES A SYRINGE! When the staff came to my room the guy did remove it for me but still Gross! So when checking out I complained about both situations and the nice hotel manager gave me $50 off my room rate She also said to contact her before a future stay and she was give me a discount But will I go back? Probably notHot breakfast was ok Closes early though (930am) Coffee was awful!
