Words cannot describe how impressed and happy I am with my 4-day stay at this lovely hotel First and foremost, Rebecca, the hotel manager is beyond amazing! my flight was canceled and had a little issue and she went above and beyond to help she will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and in good hands

The hotel is super clean and smells good everywhere you go housekeeping is top-notch super friendly and you always see them cleaning rooms my room was always stocked, clean, and smelled good clean sheets, towels, and a comfortable bed with a wonderful AC and free and fast WiFi The breakfast is lovely and the dining room is super clean and the food is constantly restocked The front desk staff is super friendly and professional This hotel is a little gem! 10 stars! I really enjoyed my time here and will always appreciate the help I got from Rebecca the hotel manager if you need a place to stay in the area you won’t find anything better than Comfort Suites Old Town Spring Heck, even when I’m not in the area I’ll be going out of my way to stay there it is totally worth it Highly recommended!!!

We stopped at the hotel for an overnight stay while traveling through Houston The manager was extremely nice however the hotel was not The room, a king suite, had something brown slung on the walls at the sofa and also in the bathroom at the sink

It looked like coffee During the night the ac unit started making a groaning sound and did not pull the humidity out of the room, the sheets were damp as was the towels in the bathroom The machines in the fitness center were broken and unusable Will not stay here again

Brianne Nelson

I wouldn’t say this is a BAD hotel

But the room wasn’t very clean when we got there, some of the hardware (door handles, locks, sink shower) were in desperate need of repair, it felt lacking in privacy (I could hear people speaking at normal volume in the hall and the room next to mine), it was tough to get a towel for each person staying in the room (we had 5 people they told us they only give out 3 per room) and the tap water was discoloured and smelled funny Not sure if we just happened to get the short end of the stick this visit or if everyone else experiences the same thing, either way I wouldn’t stay here again

A cheap $70, but heed caution Bring your own sheets – the sheets had old stains Have bottles of water handy for brushing your teeth – the water smelled swampy

Hopefully you wont want to turn the television on, you need a code to unlock any of the channels Hospitality was nonexistent and the whole place smelled like weed Couldn’t wait to check out

I really should have token pictures of this place, because is so very Beautiful 😇😍☺ I even forgot that it was a Hotel 🏨😅 because I had never been in a luxurious place I stayed here for two nights, 🌙 and it was $130 per night 🌙 Wich is $65

00 per night, 🌙 and it was worth it because when your homeless, and you want to get clean up you be thankful for having water or even a place to rest your feet Please don’t get me wrong the only thing that was a little odd 😃😂🤣 was a barn door that slides for the bathroom I think 🤔 this was just a way to have some fun, and put a smile 😃 on your face if your open minded But I still think 🤔 it is worth a try Maybe next time I will take pictures of this place, or anyone else that is willing to take a chance on this place Everything else was good, they were serving coffee, granola bars, and muffins for breakfast, lunch, and dinner I usually drink coffee twice a day, so I was good, and the snack helps

Breanna Persaud

Giving them a 1 star review bc the front desk man that is there TODAY is always questioning me about my guests that I bring He sits at the front counter with the blinds cracked in order to watch me come and go Sometimes I rent hourly rooms and sometimes I get overnight

He doesn’t assist with any complaints me or my guests have I never leave my room dirty and I even check out early He calls my room everytime I have a guest making them uncomfortable He is just terrible and really inconveniencing me If you want privacy this is not a good location

Extremely pleased with our stay here Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional at all times When they found out we were visiting due to a death in the family they gave all the members of our family the bereavement rate

This was a nice surprise and very much appreciated The accommodations were comfortable, fresh and clean The complementary hot breakfast every morning was a major plus! And access to the hotel was quick and easy, just off the freeway and a short drive to the George Bush Airport Highly recommended!

B Wilie

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel We had already checked in via the mobile app (I love this option) and we had our electronic key on my phone so there was not a need to have to visit the front desk I unloaded our suitcases and left them with my wife in the lobby while I searched for a parking space

Since we arrived late in the evening (around 9:00 I think) parking lot was pretty full and I ended up parking in the backside of the building Since I had a mobile key, that was not a problem as it gave me access through the door to the rear While I was doing this, the desk clerk greeted my wife, gave her two key cards in case the mobile app didn’t work and offered her waters He was super nice and I appreciated his concern in taking care of our check in needs The room was very clean and the be was super comfortable This was a great hotel to stay at and we would highly recommend it to others

Brittany Smith

You won’t be disappointed!! We contemplated between this hotel and another one similar in the area, and I’m so glad we went with this one! I don’t have any negatives, it was all positive! To start, and most importantly- This hotel is CLEAN!!! You could smell a faint scent of bleach on the crispy white sheets and there was no dirt to be found anywhere in the roomThe staff is super friendly and welcoming and made sure to do whatever they could to accommodate and assist! *because they had availability, they even accommodated a late checkout request that we had last minute and at no charge, extended our checkout time to 1:00pm instead of 11:00…this was super helpful for us and they were happy to assist! The breakfast is great! It’s complementary so sometimes you don’t know what you’ll get with those types of breakfast but this was delicious! Clean, again, everything is clean! And the staff was working around the clock to make sure the food was fresh and continuously refilled…teas, coffee, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, juice- you name it, they had it!Overall it was just more than I expected at the price point! And in all actuality, it was far better than most others that come at double the price! If you’re looking for a hotel in this area of north Houston/The Woodlands, this is your spot! You will not be disappointed

Hannah Bocanegra

This place looks newly renovated, I love the aesthetics of the whole place, as well as the color theme At first glance this place is top notch, and for the price everything I’m about to say was worth it It didn’t bother me too much, but for those who it would bother, here you go: The were splatters of stuff on multiple walls, on my HEADBOARD (I don’t want to imagine what that was…), sticky residue on the bed frame, trash on the nightstand shelf, dirty floors (stepped on a pill), hair in the sink, bathroom door was very dirty and had smudges

Again for the price it was worth it, I cleaned the headboard and left the rest 🤷🏻‍♀️

Kristiane Guerra

looks like my review was taken down, but i want to make sure everyone knows how horrible the customer service here is i requested a late check in and was told it was ok by front desk i got there and they had given away one of my rooms on a high traffic weekend without warning

my friends had to find somewhere to stay for the night at someone else’s house the front desk was incredibly rude, giving us dirty looks and being short the rates were higher than on the website i booked with and the rooms were dirty never ever letting friends and/or family book here

Sendiboði

No nice free breakfast Made reservations and the next day, the rate went down, but they wouldn’t adjust it and had to go to the ordeal of canceling and rebooking through the computer Bed a bit stiff/pillows

Keep door close for quietness from loud road noise outside Good fridge though and amount of towels BTW, no elevators for second floor

Nice people somewhatDidn’t have water from 9 pm Thursday night until after7:30 am!!!!! Crazy for business people!I would have thought it would have been SMART to deliver water to every room that had guests, rather than say, come and pick em up at the frt desk – not cool when you’re already in your room and have to dress again to get waterBUT, I guess they don’t have to worry about being great with customer service!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is beautiful! Rooms are really nice and clean The breakfast was delicious Staff is super friendly

The only issue is where the hotel is located, during our stay our vehicle was broken into and about $1000 worth of items were stolen The hotel doesn’t have cameras which makes it a little harder to file a police report Our window was completely shattered and leather seats are now all ripped up from the glass

Faun McNeil

I stayed there for 3 nights while in town for my grandfathers funeral I had issues with my room every night The second room had same issues as well

I was told manager would reach out to me and that hasn’t happened yet I’ve called twice everyday since with no answer or response Corporate said hotel called me which I replied I will provide phone records from AT&T to show that’s not true I also have videos of issues to prove they weren’t able to provide me with the amnesties being sold and paid for I’m getting the run around and feel like I’m not important enough to help

We came here to get out of town for a while, some rest and relaxation Our total cost was 280 dollars for 3 nights To start, the front desk lady was rude and had an attitude when i tried to check in

We were very tired, and she looked as though she was too as she watched her Netflix show We were trying to check in asap so that we could get some sleep, but she made sure to let us know that our presence wasn’t welcomed with her constant eye rolls We purchased a room with a two person hot tub that only had room for 1 person! The whole time of our stay, our toilet would not flush We asked room service for a plunger hoping that this would help, but it didn’t On top of all of that, the WiFi DID NOT WORK! We would be able to connect to it with very poor signal, but 5 min later it wouldn’t work at all We did not receive any room service on one of the days that we were there Some of our neighbors were playing extremely loud music and were smoking marijuana which left a stench in the air Overall, the cost of this trip was extremely overpriced for all that i had service that was received

Idiono Tom Edem, BA

I wholeheartedly and truthfully wanted to give this place a raving review My first impression when I arrived here was actually outstanding Econo Lodges don’t typically give me the greatest initial impression but this place seemed genuinely different

I also relied on past reviews that made this place out to be considerably better than what I would have expected But alas, a roach appeared from the nether regions from whence it came and thus my heart was considerably brokenI gave the front desk personnel several opportunities for advice on how the issue could be resolved and was instructed to merely kill it Unfortunately I did not find this resolution to be satisfactoryOtherwise the rooms are nicely furnished and appear clean Thankfully the rooms are non-smokingSuggestion: Please consider installing a sonic insect repellent in room 209 where I stayed and other rooms as you see fit

Sabrina Henson

At first sight this hotel is nice, upon inspection not so much1 The door doesn’t close and seal all the way

Despite being set back a little from the highway the highway was LOUD in the room2 There was no conditioner anywhere in the bathroom All the wash cloths are outside the bathroom and some of the towels have holes in them3 There was mold (mold stains?) on the bottom of the cloth shower curtain4 I got a king bed and got 3 basically PAPER thin pillowsThis is my first stay at an EconoLodge and will be my last

The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very kind and welcoming He was helpful and personable It was a nice hotel

I would stay there again It was conveniently located to where we needed to be The only thing I didn’t like was in the morning when we tried to get breakfast, it was a little unclear how it worked We thought a server would come over to us but after 10 min no one did so we left Other than that, it was a nice and clean hotel

All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful At breakfast I notice a woman let the staff know one of the juices wasn’t mixed/made right And the staff quickly address the issue

The room was clean but it is an older room Smelled a bit wet The ac was extremely loud and didn’t work probably We would still stay again Price and location very convenient

Gabriella Dennis

My dad, mom, and I attended a Family Reunion; we stayed at the hotel Mr Cliff (desk clerk) had good customer service and accommodated us with another room because our first room was leaking

Ms Shon ( desk clerk) was also fantastic; she was over and above as desk clerk Always with a smile And Mrs Dora, the cook for breakfast, the cook eggs was on point The best eggs in a hotel I ever tasted due to the cleanness of the hotel and customer service It was just a two-night stay just because that five stars

Lisa Hudson

I had people come in from out of state and I booked this hotel from Monday June 20th until until June 26th I got to know the receptionist and the manager over the cleaning crew the staff is AMAZING! Our room felt damp so I let the receptionist know and within 5 mins the manager over the cleaning crew was at our door and so we let her know that the water in the shower won’t turn off all the way needless to say it was fixed I do dialysis and both of these nice ladies would check on me and make sure I was ok I had stayed here before in 2010 and I will say since then this hotel has changed it is being remodeled but we never heard anyone banging on the walls etc! I am looking to book a room for this weekend and I will be rebooking with them

So if u are flying into bush airport I recommend this hotel I do know I had to extend our stay from June 24th u til the 26th and I got a good deal on the room it was 20800 and normally some hotels will change ur room thank god we didn’t have to I did book a suit so it had a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a living room with a couch that also turned into a bedOne other thing I loved how this hotel was by target, hobby lobby, the mall, and on the other side of the freeway there is other shops like old navy I think tj max justice etc

The hotel was fine, basic breakfast, clean room, pool However, my catalytic converter was cut and stolen off my vehicle just after I checked in at 3:30, parked in front of the lobby This hotel is located on I-45, which allows for a quick get away, and the brazen theft in broad daylight, at check in time, in front of the lobby would keep me from staying again

Management was supposed to call me to follow up, but never did

Cons Rooms need to be updatedWhen we checked in went to dinner came back a group of kids were booked on floor above us kept us up all night they were running up and down the floorsGrounds keeper was cutting lawn at 7am that woke us up out of our sleepPros

Very decent for the price If you’re looking for a clean, safe area to stay in I recommend this place It’s newer and in a developed area with shops and a nice apartment complex adjacent to it

Every other hotel in the area was 15x the price I paid for this one on a weeknight The man checking me in was niceRooms have a spacious fridge and a microwaveThe four star is more about the details Room was clean from a glance but found stained sheets and a wad of gum on the wall The sheets were cleaned (could smell bleach/cleaner) but the stains showed (coffee or blood, not sure) Walls are very thin so bring a noise machine or a fan if you have issues with that Maybe ask for room 201 since it sits off alone by itself

Elizabeth Flores

I wanted to like this place, it’s fairly new and had a modern interior design which was nice But what was supposed to be a relaxing night turned into me literally getting NO sleep because the people above my room kept walking back and fourth in what sounded like heels I’m not sure if there was a gym above my room but all of the rooms next to me had no issues with noise…these people did this all the way until 5 am

There were also roaches at night that I trapped with a cup, in fear they’d end up in my bed Not a fun experience

Tyler Zynkhin-Jenkins

My fiancé and I stay here almost every time we visit my in laws The front desk is really cool They are very helpful and chill

The location is prime for Kingwood Tons of food around and the movie theater is directly across street I would give it 5 stars, but sometimes the rooms are a little humid and that doesn’t do well for me, but everything else is great especially for the low price!

Our experience at this Fairfield Inn was quite positive overall Our first room was musty, but the front desk clerk found us a different room that was better The room was clean and comfortable

The included breakfast was pretty good, and the dining area wasn’t crowded The hotel is located adjacent to a side road and freeway, which makes it convenient for getting around It’s surprising quiet inside but very loud when you step outside Getting onto the freeway through traffic can be a harrowing experience

The hotel was comfortable, clean, staff friendly and breakfast selections were very good The hotel is located a few yards away from the service road and I-45 so you will have traffic noise, especially if your room face the front Nothing is in walking distance, car or uber definitely needed

But for the location it’s a good hotel and I will stay at Fairfield Inn on other trips, if in a better location

My family and I stayed at this hotel on 02/05/22 we came to Spring to visit family and this hotel was near our family Everything was pretty ok until checkout House keeping came to our room three times basically trying to rush us out on Sunday morning well before the noon checkout time

After we left, house keeping lied and said we were smoking in the room and charged my credit card $250 and then an additional $30 for incidentals Luckily we were still in Houston when we saw the charges so we went back to the hotel and spoke with the assistant manager who ultimately ended up reversing the charges I was grateful for how she handled it but at the same time I’ll never stay here again The house keeping staff is rude and dishonest to say the least Also the front desk attendant was equally at fault because she charged my account without contacting me to verify the smoking allegations I had my newborn and three year old in the room we were definitely not smoking Very dishonest staff and we won’t be returning here

Daisy and Lindsey were fabulous! I literally left a poorly rated hotel and was relocated to this one late last night I was exhausted and agitated coming in The place was GORGEOUS and the staff was just amazing!!! They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome the entire time! The room was beautiful and stocked full of amenities including pots, pans, and glasses! I slept like the dead and woke up to a beautiful breakfast

I will absolutely come here again and HIGHLY suggest!!!
