Room is not what I expected A lot smaller especially considering it’s the bridal suite I don’t think it’s any different than any other room here but it is twice the price

Supposed to have a complementary bridal basket that’s not here as well as a sitting room and love seat, of which there is neither Hard to find an outlet to charge my devices, no creamer for making coffee in the room It is a lovely looking hotel, yet, I do not feel welcome It feels more like I’m a burden to the staff by staying here Also, no microwave in the room and no extra light blankets or pillows Beds have a fitted sheet and a comforter and that’s it They go on and on about luxury on their website but this is anything but luxurious

Comfy bed Great sound insulation Couldn’t hear the trains right outside the window at all All the front desk staff were very welcoming They gave three great lists of restaurants in the area to try Would absolutely stay here again

Excellent hotel perfect for travel & business Professional quality staff, and clean rooms Door man is clear, concise, and friendly

Im very particular about hygiene and cleanliness, i come from a military home & grew up maintaining living spacesI quite enjoyed my stay, the only concern was there was no thermostat, but a vent you can open and closeNo problem for me, and the vents/ room is excellently dusted from corner to cornerI will be back

We recently stayed at the Park House Hotel for Shabbos and really enjoyed our stay The suite was spacious and clean – including the bathroom (which looked like it was recently updated) Judy and the maintenance staff were very helpful

We asked them where to go to get food for Shabbos and let us have the boxes delivered to the hotel even though we weren’t there to accept the delivery The maintenance staff came to our room numerous times to help us with questions about the hot plate they lent us and questions about how to use the shower They even delivered a tablecloth for Shabbos for us to use without us asking for it The hotel is in a great location There are many many shuls in the area and one avenue block away from great shopping What suite lacked in hotel “pizazzaz” they made up in great service and general cleanliness

We enjoyed our stay here My family stayed in the 2 queen suite with pullout couch The beds were comfortable

Shower pressure was strong The breakfast was okay They had a variety to choose from each morning There was always coffee in the lobby as well We stayed here to visit NYC, which was about 30 min with traffic to the Staten Island ferry Which I highly recommend My youngest daughter enjoyed the pool as well Water temps were comfortable… the hot tub could have been a little warmer To access the pool and fitness area you need to have the front desk personnel key you in, which u thought was weirdThey do not provide bedding for the pullout couch so u need to call down for that but they are prompt once called The road it’s on is quite busy but I honestly didn’t hear any traffic until late morning I would stay here again

I used to think of Holiday Inn Expresses as no-frills but pleasant stays Not anymore The room reeked of mold and mildew with damp carpet and blankets

I tried desperately to sleep and woke up at 4 AM unable to sleep anymore because of the moldy smell, finding mold on the window I could feel the cells of disease growing in my body because of the mold On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the room was clean except for the mold, and the check-in woman was nice The breakfast area was extremely hot and unpleasant, however The jacuzzi in the pool area was too cold and had an unbearable amount of chlorine that stung my eyes I can see from the other reviews the hotel staff lie in response to that allegation and state some part of the pool is broken – clearly not true A horrible place to which I vow to never return and couldn’t wait to come home to advise others to steer clear – unless you love breathing mold through your nose and mouth all night

bevin holcroft

This place was horrible! By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Our “suite” smelled of old cigarettes and fresh marijuana There were children screaming and running up and down the halls until after 1:30am When I checked out at 4am to catch a flight, there was were suspicion dealing going on out of the front of the hotel

Do not stay here!!! My in-laws stayed at the comfort inn and had a very nice night, I suggest that as a much better option!

Sometimes it’s not how good a product or place is, but how well a company responds to problems I had a lot of issues with noise and lack of amenities while at this hotel, but after a few emails and me describing some specific issues, they refunded my money I’ve always loved Marriott so I’m happy to give them a 5 star review despite the issues

They still have some things to work out, but I’m hopeful that my feedback will help get those issues resolved I know they will One note: The highway is right there, so if you’re a light sleeper like me, get a room at the backside of the hotel, facing the junkyard, NOT the highway I know, not a great view, but I slept like a baby on that side Breakfast is as good as always, so if you need a clean place with convenient access to everything, a meal, and maybe a pool to swim in, the Fairfield delivers Thank you Fairfield managment and Marriott!

We arrived and was given a room that upon first entry was clean and it appeared everything was fine The room happened to be on the side with a lot of street traffic, which made sleeping the first night completely impossible That next morning, we realized the a/c didn’t work properly and we had an unwanted “guest” (rhymes with coach!) in our bathroom

We spoke with Amanda at the front desk and she was able to move us to the opposite side of the hotel room we were in THAT room was also clean, a/c worked and sleep that night was great! Breakfast selection was nice Amanda is the reason I’m able to give this hotel a better rating than I would have if we stayed in the room we were given

Thallis Miranda

We were very disappointed, I have never left a bad review in any of the dozens of hotels I’ve stayed through the country or world Lights weren’t working, service at front desk neglected to take requests Other customer complaining constantly, one gentleman checked in his room and small daughter to find blood stains on bed sheets

Last time we stayed there we loved it (about 2 years ago) seems like no updates have been done at all since, neither has any repairs There was puke in the entrance sink to the room The paper towel at the lobby men’s bathroom was empty for all 4 days we stayed there Breakfast was dry and cold, attendant didn’t care much when advised about breakfast essentials such as cups and food ran out We paid the same price for what we could’ve paid staying in Manhattan Unfortunately we will not be recommending this hotel neither will we be returning again

Mario Jones

The rooms in this place are extremely out dated and unsanitary However the ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful, that’s the reason why I gave this place at least (2) star’s The breakfast was non existent, no juice only water, nothing but cereal and bread, a few old stale bagels and boiled eggs

We used to love this place, but I can’t imagine recommending this place any longer to my company HR department when our travelers fly into liberty airport

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a resort This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t regret itThis hotel location was excellent!! You had a Walmart extremely close by two restaurants and the room was absolutely clean and modern!! We had so much space despite sharing a room as a family! It met our needs to sleep shower and go on about our next stop the Statue of Liberty!! If you’re traveling with the family I would definitely recommend this place! My husband was the only person who took advantage of the free breakfast because we were running late but it was all worth it!! If you need to get to the Statue Liberty from Philly stay here you will not regret it!!

I have been staying at Hilton since past 7-8 years and this was the worst experience ever Starting from the check-in – We were not greeted with happy faces at all We had total of 6 rooms for the week so total around like 15-16 nights since i had used points for some rooms and paid for the other

We had a baby shower event nearby and booked the rooms for my guests and my family but they were also utterly disappointed by the overall experience The major concern was the provision of the housekeeping service and bath/hand towels We had to literally beg for towels every few hours since they would not give us the number of towels we requested We could see they have enough towels at the back of the reception but still would not give us that It literally felt like they were discriminating towards my brown skin They would not provide housekeeping the same day even if we asked for it in the morning I have been staying at Hiltons since the beginning of Pandemic but never had such experience anywhere else I had options nearby to book my rooms for the baby shower but chose this since I had previously stayed at this property couple of times They had like 4-5 front desk people sitting doing nothing during the work hours They should instead hire more house keepers I really hope Hilton will take some acceptable action towards the customer service at this particular property

The night clerk INSISTED on seeing photo ID for my 14-year-old son

He said NO GUEST CAN GO UPSTAIRS WITHOUT A PHOTO IDThis was news to meI went to my room and tried to find an alternative place to stay My son was stressed out I was tired from the drive We couldn’t believe this nonsense I looked for other hotel options and called friends to see if we could sleep over — not an easy thing to do during a pandemicAfter three hours we gave up and my son was a stow-away in a room I paid $300 for We canceled our evening plans and had to hole up in the room Instead of a relaxing visit, the evening was soured by a rude bureaucrat who thinks children carry photo identificationThe following morning a helpful desk clerk clarified that the photo ID rule does not apply to anyone under 18 Tell that to the night clerkotherwise: nice room, good water pressure

This is a great place if you are visiting Brooklyn on business It is convenient to many subway and bus lines The place is very clean, comfortable, bright and cheerful and the neighborhood is busy, diverse and safe

It is not a destination resort It is a great place to plug in your laptop, enjoy a pleasant view, have a good breakfast, and get to work

Stayed 7 nights bc I was having work done on house We extended stay so we had to switch rooms In each room, furniture was broken

No ironing boards in either room Shower still in 1 room was not very clean No extra roll of toilet tissue & no garbage pail in room Just essentials missingHowever, the people that did breakfast, did a terrific job Clean, well organized Plenty for all & it was crowded Staff very friendly & accommodatingRooms need to be maintained much, much better

Cori Frede

The room was a nice size with plenty of outlets (often a problem in hotels) but was really run down The carpet was stained and the walls were dirty The shower needs a good scrubbing and a shelf or two

When I went to grab something from the car, I smelled a burning smell on my walk back in and noticed smoke coming from the wood chips by the plants I told the front desk and she said it was probably smokers that didn’t dispose of a cigarette but she went immediately called for someone to go check In fact, the friendliness of the staff was the only real positive of my stay It was only one night so I didn’t complain but I doubt I’d stay at this location again It was not up to the Hampton Inn standardSide note: The noise from the highway was loud all night If you do stay here, maybe ask for a room on the other side of the building Not sure if it will help, but it can’t hurt

This hotel was a disgrace to the already not so great Wyndham brand of hotels I understand hotel takeovers and this was once a different hotel, from what i understand, but i expected a bit more than what i got for nearly $200!First of all, this is one of the few smoking hotels still in existence! I never would have thought that i was booking a smoking room anywhere, but i did Only smoking rooms were available

I bought a special spray to help neutralize some of the outdoor after i entered the room My flight home was canceled and it was last minute on a Friday, so it was one of the few options under 200 dollars in NY with free parkingMy room stared with a 4 but was one flight lower than the main level and there was no elevator in site! The room stunk, the TV has only basic cable channels, so i couldn’t use my phone or smart TV features because there were none! The bathroom sink was clogged with water easily and it took forever to drain, the curtains did not close all the way- the semi-sheer white ones had a gap in between them and the tacky, decorative curtains on the sides did not close The cabinet that houses the small fridge was badly damaged from condensation at the bottom It was just gross! I was disgusted I have nothin good to say about it, other than my car didn’t get robbed, and I’m from NY! For the record, I stayed in room 414 Don’t stay in room 414 unless you want to give a show to whomever passes by your window Maybe the other rooms of this dreary hotel are better? Maybe not!

Asma Laouira

Extremely rude staff and managers! They overcharged my credit card after I left When I called to ask for an explanation, the female manager I spoke with was rude She was giving me contradicting information every two minutes

There are fees that we were not told about upon check-in She kept saying we were made aware even though she wasn’t there and I was! The “manager” I spoke with told me go ahead and leave a bad review if you feel like it She doesn’t care about her job, nor does she care about the brand! Extremely unprofessional Never again!

Fort place B and B was great! Close to the Staten Island ferry so Manhattan was easy access Paul was a great host, had breakfast at our door 7:30 am sharp both days! Couldn’t ask for a better host, hands off and very welcoming If you choose fort place you won’t be disappointed and do yourself a favor check out Beso for some amazing food

It’s walking distance from the B and B

We came to NY only for a couple of days and needed something affordable This B&B was a great fit for us While the owner does have a little spot for parking, we were lucky to be able to find street parking right out front of the house without a problem and never received a ticket

Having the ferry only a short walk away was fabulous!!!We stayed on the top floor, which is a bit of a climb when you’re carrying a large suitcase, but the rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and bathroom was adequate The breakfast wasn’t the worst I’ve had but I thought could have offered some protein options like a hard boiled egg or peanut butter It was quite warm when we were there (first week of August) but the AC units in each room worked well Maybe because we were on the top floor or maybe because it was the weekend, we didn’t have any trouble with outdoor noises while sleepingMy only complaints were the bathroom towels (very rough; they could use replacing) and the WiFi connection I literally had to sit on the hallway stairs to get any sort of reception After a long day of walking around, it would have been nice to relax with some TV and since the channel options weren’t the best, I would have like to use my phone without having to gauge my data plan! Other than that, I thought the owner was nice and accommodating And his artwork which was displayed throughout the house, added a nice, personal touch! I would recommend to others

Ahmed Nassrat

We were on a road trip from Nova Scotia to New York City for Easter Weekend and stayed two nights here This B&B has an amazing location only a few mins walk from the ferry to Manhattan, clean and very well priced Paul the owner is very helpful and will take care of all your needs

This is not a fancy B&B, but includes everything you need and is a great value The breakfast is good and includes a fresh bagel, fresh fruit and tea/coffee I would highly recommend staying here if you are spending sometime in NYC and don’t need anything fancy

I stayed at Brooklyn Way for the first time Aug 2018 along with my brother who had 2 rooms when we were having the funeral for our Dad I’ll definitely stay here again in the future The staff was professional and accommodating and the Manager Shack went out of his way to be helpful

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and modern, the warm breakfast hit the spot (even for my athletic nephews), the location is convenient with the train and stores nearby The only problem I had was extending my stay The hotel was booked up!! I recommend Brooklyn Way!

The hotel was empty, there was one other car in the parking lot, yet they gave me a room below street level, I was uncomfortable about that The bathroom toilet was stuffed before I even used it There was no complementary breakfast as stated in Travelocity web site booking

The parking was free The bed was comfortable Cleanliness was average Price was average Room was a bit noisy as you can hear the city train running somewhere underneath the hotel I guess I wouldn’t heard it If I were on a higher floor

Staff is very friendly and will happily recommend food options Rooms are tiny, but clean and nicely decorated There is a convenient Subway station right outside the hotel

Breakfast is included, but was a little bit sad Eggs and oatmeal were cold We were happy to have breakfast included, but we’ve had much better at other hotels At the end of the day, we would definitely stay here again

One of the best kept secrets of NYC, but not among the military At least I hope not! It does fill up during weekends and peak season, so book early And call at 6pm to see if there’s a cancelation

before you book at NYC prices elsewhere! And when you stay, hot breakfast is there for you in the AM But tip the lady (usually it’s a lady) who takes care of that for you! 🤑 Just like you should for the cleaning team when you checkout of the room They all work pretty hard for not much money A couple of dollars in a tip ain’t gonna hurt you 😉

The hotel is nice, but extremely hard to find Highly recommend the hotel put instructions on their site to aid in finding the entrance To find the entrance put in the intersection of Fort Hamilton Parkway and 101st into your map app

Once through the entrance of Ft Hamilton take the first left Amenities on post, to include dining, are very limited so plan ahead or plan go off post

This Holliday Inn provided great customer service (which I am big on)! They helped us with directions around the area, accommodations around the hotel, parking and the whole nine yards The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable They also provided a roll away bed for our convienceince

They offer snacks and food for the rooms right in the main lobby There is even a commissary and PX right behind the hotel in walking distance (3-5 min) The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the train station so you can easily get to NYC attractions Overall great place to visit the city and fairly priced

We booked this hotel last minute to escape a horrific Airbnb and I am so frustrated we didn’t book with this hotel earlier! Booking and check in process was easy, and the front staff is awesomeGreat location — walking distance to Chinatown and SOHO! Neighborhood is pretty safe, I am a female and I didn’t fear for my life while walking around at night so that’s saying something There is also a passcode you will receive to access the front door which makes it safe

Room had everything you need It is very modern and spacious despite being in NY The bathroom was fully packed with lots of necessities Bed was comfy and clean Only downsides for me is that there is no smart TV or fridge but that isn’t a big deal Also the walls are a bit thin so you can hear what’s happening in the lobby — but that shouldn’t be a big deal if you’re only using the hotel as a place to sleep at nightFor the price, location, and safety precautions — I highly recommend this hotel! I will definitely be booking here on my next NY trip 🙂

STAY HERE! The staff is so friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the view is AMAZING and the location cannot be beat! It was the perfect home base for me & my 12-yr-old It was her first time in NYC and she loved being so close to Chinatown and all the shopping I also loved the location and the proximity to all transportation & attractions

Good location, pleasant staff, decent cleanliness, good sized rooms I like the art work One thing that bothered me in an irrational way, they don’t take cash, but the vending machines only take cash, and the front desk can’t make change for you

That’s just me being weird though I would definitely stay here again, and just remember to get single bills
