I was in a major rush to attend an event and really needed to get a room asap for my 1 night stay The young lady at the front desk was so considerate and helpful She got me the first available room for my early check in

The room was nice and clean and very comfortable I slept heavenly Overall, my stay was very pleasant If I ever come back to Duluth and needed lodging, I’m definitely staying here again

Jason Vandergriff

One my first of many stays here as I’m in the area for KIA training classes The staff have been 100% great! From the front desk, to the management to the housekeeping staff I have absolutely no complaints The hotel is kept very clean in the common areas and corridors

My room was clean with everything I needed for a comfortable stay The towels were clean and didn’t smell bad OR smell of bleach which has happened at other hotels in the past I like the updated and modern decor both the hotel and the rooms have The only issue I came across was the power outlet for the coffee pot did not work and I had to plug it in on the desk lamp, but that is definitely nothing to reflect my review

Melissa Frye

The hotel is nice! The bed is comfortable! The water pressure was amazing in the shower! One downfall was the TV kept losing the picture while we were watching it The washer and dryer work great with a great price! You can’t beat a dollar to wash a load of clothes! They also had someone serving you breakfast, which I don’t like I like being able to get my own food

They also had people working on the elevator, so the elevator smelled like spray paint for the last couple days of our stay

If I can give a NO STAR it would be better!! Had the worst experience ever!!! I checked in on June 30th the first night was ok beside the fact that there was no welcoming or greeting at front desk During the days I stayed at this so call “ NOT A SERVICE HOTEL” they didn’t provided housekeeping during the day my spouse and I stayed there On June 2nd I called front desk to see what was going on with housekeeping

I asked why wasn’t our room cleaned She stated that there was hardly no one to clean the rooms meaning low staff I asked ok may we please have at least some clean towels and refills for outlet coffee k-cup machine Front desk said : “Well this is not a 5 star hotel where we provide services to your door step”!!! I was like whattttt!!! Excuse me like seriously She obviously said that with a nasty attitude!! I was on room # 132 from June 30th – July 4th!!! Never did they care or said sorry They never ever went to our room I spend $77969 to be exact for those 4 worst day of our life! Please if you want to be treated nice and want to have your room clean please don’t spend your money at this place at all!!! I wish I can get all my money back!! If I can dispute this transaction with my bank trust I will!!!!

Excellence award goes to this specific Hilton hotel We have stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions probably totaling over 30 days or more at this point We appreciate the accommodations they made for our four legged babies and their helpful friendly faces that greeted us at the door each time

They made check in and check out simple and fast Our rooms always were clean and super comfy! I highly recommend staying at this Hilton if you have a chance!

Family of 6 here The staff were all super Accommodating and friendly The room was extremely clean I felt good knowing my kids were sleeping in the bed and using the pillows and sheets

The shower was very clean also There was a lot of variety in the free breakfast they offered My kids were fed and satisfied They had actual food for breakfast and not just packaged breakfast bars like other hotels we’ve stayed at I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here in the future

Rachel Weanie

A recent stay here was perfect for our family The room had a mid-size fridge, dishes, and even a dishwasher Everything was clean and in working order

The breakfast was a little lackluster and the pool was occupied past posted hours (with our window directly above it) on one weekend evening while we were there They’re operating on minimal staff which can feel a little strange when no one’s at the front desk, but we were always able to get help when needed

This was a great stay The staff was amazing and showed nothing but the best when dealing with me A couple tried to skip me in tried to skip me and the manager let them know I was first

I appreciated him for that so much The room was clean, fairly large, and I had a good view There is a large lobby area and they have computers for use

Brittany Shaw

We enjoyed our stay here We had a suite It was nice, clean, quiet, and right by the pool

The room had a full kitchen, stocked with dishware, and cooking essentials, and coffee items,no machine Our stay was good, but it could’ve been better Our sliding door in the bedroom was broken and wouldn’t open We booked the room with a extra sofa bed for 5 guest, but the room wasn’t prep for it It was no extra bedding for the sofa bed and the bathroom only had enough for 3 guest Our room never got cleaned so we inquired at the desk Housekeeping didn’t come until the day before checkout, it was pointless to have them clean then, after we already been there for 4 days Between daily showering, the pool, and already being short on towels and washcloth, we constantly had to go to the desk to get clean and dry ones Due to the lack of housekeeping and having a toddler it was constant crumbs on the floor, but not a broom in the room I wished I brought my hand sweeper so I could’ve swept it up myself We did dump our trash, fortunately a larger trashcan was right outside the door We was told that housekeeping only comes to our floor once a week, Saturday Housekeeping should definitely be tailored to the duration of the stay of their guest to ensure this doesn’t happen againOther than that, it’s located in a great area, with many restaurants and shops nearby It was only 20-30 minutes from the places we needed to go We will return, I just know what to expect next time

Crystal Perez

This is one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had Our first room smelt old and dirty The TV did not work and they had someone come up to the room around 10pm to change it out

There was also no hot water When we complained about the hot water they stated it was because there were so many people in the hotel We reported all of this the next day and absolutely no responsibility was taken by the staff We were given the same room we had before just on a different floor The next day there were food wrappers and vomit by the elevator Skip was awesome He helped us load up to leave and was very personable

Rooms are large, but expensive The fitness room is a nice touch, but not cooled, so I nearly passed out from dehydration on the treadmill The pool is inexplicably closed without any posted reason why

The location on the busiest road in the entire area means the amount of noise around the hotel is insane, but at least you do not hear it inside the rooms Staff is really friendly

Stephanie Martin

Just tried to checkin no body at the front desk, had to knock on a random office door, after reserving a room (2 queens) two weeks ago, my family arrives at 10pm and we are told the two queen bed rooms we reserved are sold out We are now looking for a place to stay with a tired toddler Worst hotel experience and messy front desk staff (Caucasian woman, glasses)

Awful The owner just responded with “your feedback is being taken into consideration” That’s unnecessary An apology and a formal call would be much more appropriate than a “we’ll take your feedback into consideration” Nothing has been received and we don’t expect it to Do not stay here if you appreciate customer service and respect

We had a great 3-night stay at this location Our room was clean and it it was nice COVID-19 rules allowed house keeping cleaned the room after our second night, which was greatly appreciated

There were outside amenities that would have been fun (pool, patio) but the weather worked against us The light roasted coffee was fresh and hot every time I grabbed a cup (two per morning) We’ll stay again when we go back for another visit

christine mcquilkin

This may be the best HI I’ve never stayed at

The rooms are up to date with a cozy furniture arrangement The hotel was quiet – despite a large youth group staying there at the same time Even more important, the staff was very attentive, which is so unusual these days The breakfast was great with plenty of options for special diets I will definitely be back

Misty Walters

I have stayed with this hotel nearly 100 times over the past two years due to business travel Until my last stay, things were as expected for a Hampton Inn However, with my last visit, customer service or customer value were completely gone

A complete change from past visits I have attempted to contact the manager, however, she never returns calls or email, therefore, I felt I should warn others As far as a clean room, this location was average The location was great for my needs, however, given the fact that there are multiple other choices in the area that will meet location and cleanliness, I will never step foot in this Hampton Inn again Customer service is everything, and recently, they have none

Amazing! Staff was amazing and very friendly Check in was a breeze The room was nice and clean and bigger than I expected

The pool was so nice and we connected our Bluetooth to the pool speaker It was wonderful! Sauna was wonderful as well There is 24 hour room service and we indulged in warm cookies and milk after dinner It was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Young Realist

Cool room Got the one with the pool It was heated with a 95 health score

Should be 100 Sauna was the favorite, but takes about a hour to heat up to like the 130s The sink wouldn’t drain properly Brought food, but I don’t like the ideal they take it in the back for like 5 minutes to warm up for you, and when you get it back is not even 5 minutes worth of hot That is if you take it to the office yourself Not to mention the woman who took my food to warm it was not the same person telling me what was being warmed up when I asked where my food was Pretty much why you in my food if it wasn’t given to you It looks like nothing is around the area when driving up No sitting/lounge area Just the bed and chairs away from the TV at a table And no windows Thought it was creepy to have a curtain hanging wit no windows Better off to pay for pool room to feel like your getting your money worth 300 plus for the regular don’t seem right

jessica tigner

It’s a great place for intimacy The suites are very nice The customer service is excellent

I ordered popcorn and pizza Room service is 24 hours Each suite have a garage, indoor pool, sauna, large walker in shower and a large 2 person whirlpool tub The beds are so comfortable The trail is very nice to experience The trail reminiscing about your relationship

First time staying in this brand of hotel and it was good I would go higher but was a little disappointedThe staff were really nice and helpful

The rooms are big and roomy, and ours was clean Only complaint about the room itself was that there was not a coffee maker I went to the front desk and told them as I didn’t want to be charged for something not there and I had to pay 50 extra per night as a security deposit No biggie until the coffee downstairs was always running out The front desk said they’d get one to the room That didn’t happen, so that night I told the night person She said she’d have someone bring one next morning That didn’t happen so I asked the cleaning lady and she made it happen Things were going great and then 6am, the day we were to leave and drive a good distance the dog in the room beside us started barking Not a deep bark or soft bark, no it was loud I recorded this high pitched bark and it was so irritating It continued until we finally checked out at 9 I told the desk at 6:45 and the response I got was, they would call the owner but they are a pet friendly place That’s fine, but what about human friendly? Do the humans paying for a room not count? The owner couldn’t be reached of course I was so tired as a result and really changed the mood of the whole day and made the hours of driving quite a bit worseThe location is good, and the pool was clean and kept well Breakfast was good, although I do like sausage or bacon, which there was none The waffle bar was great though As mentioned, coffee ran out constantly so maybe have 2 of them rotating? As mentioned, the place was friendly, and clean Just a few things to work on, follow through on customers requests, and figure out a way that if you’re going to allow pets make it where the pets don’t interfere with non pet people’s comforts Fyi I do have a dog, and don’t travel with him for this very reason, it’s called respecting others

Lulu

Rooms were quiet Nice patio in front and in back by pool Front desk lady was very nice at check in

The others working front desk were not as friendlyCheck bed! Bedding was not clean/changed from previous person stay Housekeeping manager came to changed beddingWill be staying here again for upcoming trip and will update / rate next stay……

Charmaine White

I would NOT recommend staying here The location itself is okay but the staff has made this experience a nightmare! I stayed here in January Before my reservation was over I was admitted to the hospital with a medical emergency

With that being said I still had a few items in the room I was staying in My father tried calling on my behalf to get my items while I was still in the hospital My missing items include a brand new galaxy tablet, a ring light, 3 books, and a few other small items When my father called the hotel they LIED and claimed there was no record of my stay at all I was forced to wait until I was discharged to try locating my items myself I was discharged almost a month later and I went to the hotel myself I was corresponding with the housekeeping manager, Thania, who couldn’t find any of my items and told me it was possible that they threw them away How is it possible that new expensive items like a galaxy tablet and a ring light just disappear? She gave me the run around for weeks After a lot of back and forth she finally told the general manager Jeah Knight about the situation She had the WORST attitude and talked over me the entire conversation She said she would investigate and reach out to me It’s now been another month with no follow up whatsoever It definitely feels like a cover up to someone in their staff stealing my items or carelessly throwing them out Being that there are no cameras in the hotel anything could have happened I regret staying here because I know I would still have all my items if I chose a different hotel with a more honest staff I am going to report them to the BBB and hope for the best This has not been good for my recovery at all!

I’m really disappointed The tub backs up with water I’m not a fan of taking a shower while wading in dirty water

I reported it in the morning and it’s now 15 hours later and not fixed I also reported that the bed has such a deep dip on one side that when you sleep on the other and roll, you actually fall into the dip I ended up sleeping across the bed so I wouldn’t fall in the dip While I told them that I could get over the bed, I could not get over the tub It wasn’t fixed and that is why I’m making sure that others hear about this experience Thank god it’s only 2 nights There is no way I could put up with it longer The front desk girl was nice, but since it wasn’t addressed, the service rating is a 3 Totally would have given the service a 5, even with a deep dipped bed, had they fixed the tub

They charged us for things we didn’t do And they charged us for a room we didn’t even use!!!! We had my daughter’s birthday party here We called in advance before booking to see if this would be ok

They said it would be fine We’ll long story short they were so rude to us that we ended up cutting the party short We didn’t even stay the night We asked for a refund and they said no which was ok But then the next day we were charge $600 in cleaning fees and they said we damaged the ceiling in the pool room!? The ceiling was already damaged before we came!!! And when we left I literally was on my hands and knees cleaning the room It was spotless when we left! So idk where they came up with the cleaning fee! And the damages to the pool ceiling was a flat out lie! They either don’t pay enough attention to there hotel to know the ceiling was damaged or they are just crooks which I’m sure it’s the later There is no way they didn’t know the ceiling was already damaged! I mean drywall doesn’t start sagging after an hour this takes days for the kind of damage that was there to occur So horrible place to go! Not only were they rude and disrespectful but they are lying crooks!

This Courtyard was clean and inviting The staff at the desk when we checked in seemed less than enthusiastic that they were at work She did not smile at all

She was on her cell phone when I walked in I heard her say, I need to go it’s another check in Seemed like she was annoyed that another customer walked in Just checked us in without any smiles or hellosThe rest of the staff was very nice The Bistro staff was great The tall African American man(he didn’t have a name tag on) at the Bistro on Sunday morning was very friendly and welcoming He made my Starbucks coffee perfectly I thanked him and he was happy that I was pleased with itHousekeeping was very friendly and provided us with extra towels with no hassle at allWe will stay here again in the future

While the front desk was friendly, the bartender is lazy and rude and the room was not as advertised When I told the front desk she did nothing but smile and say, “I don’t know” We got the one with a separate bedroom and sofa sleeper

Rooms says it sleeps 4, but the “sofa sleeper” is a chair that folds out to a cot The description of room looks like a bed, a sofa, and a chair There’s not even a table to eat at in all that wide open space! The 4 of us used a stool as our table to eat There were only 3 pillows! My daughter and I sat in a chair sharing one pillow all nightSo the bartender… I ask to have a Tito’s up with olive juice She says she’s new I say I’m a bartender and can help her It’s just vodka shaken with some ice strained to a glass I offered this with a friendly smile because I’m on vacation and happy at this point She said, no cause it’s 9:30 and everythings clean She doesn’t want to make a mess It’s vodka and ice!Don’t stay here! Marriott should be ashamed of this place I wish I could have our money back

Robi Lipscomb

I stayed at this hotel in September and it was not in as good shape Also the heater for the indoor pool was broken and when I tried to talk to the front desk they told me it had never been heated Then I told them it was when I was here in September and they still tried to tell me I was mistaken

When I spoke the manager the next morning she confirmed the heater for the pool was broken She did give me 5000 points toward my Marriott rewards but I doubt I will ever get any use out of those The pictures below are of the 1-3 ft high weeds growing in a landscape area

My stay at this hotel was fantastic However, I am extremely disappointed in the waste produced during the breakfast rush Before COVID, it was bad enough with plastic plates and plastic utensils

I have not traveled in over 2 years and when I return to my first business trip, this is what I see Now plastic cutlery is wrapped in plastic bags Bread, two slices, are individually wrapped in plastic Ziploc bags Still there are the plastic plates and everything else plastic including individual creamers As much as I love Hilton, love Hampton Inn, I cannot support this wasteful environment It’s time for merchants like Hilton to step up, return to ceramic mugs and silverware with staff to wash and keep the place clean I am really contemplating where my next hotel stay will be so long as they do not use plastics to the extent that this Hampton does Again, the hotel was fantastic The room was neat The location was great The staff were super friendly However, I cannot give a high rating due to the environmental waste I experienced

Hampton Inns are fairly consistent across the country, come with a consistent breakfast, and are typically quiet and comfortableI spend a lot of times traveling and have been in 4 different Hamptons in the greater Atlanta area over the past few monthsThis one was a little older than others, but the front desk attendant Julissa (I may have her name wrong) Went above and beyond multiple times

When I arrived my room fan was excessively noisy , not her fault, but she quickly sent someone up,and moved me to a new roomThe Second night, the room next to me was having a little too much fun, and the smell was very strong She once again stepped up and delta with the people who thought illegal activities were accepted by the hotelI work in customer service and I can’t remember the last time I was that impressed by a employeeThis could have nearly been a horrible experience, but your employees were a great ambassador of your hotel

Just God

Any town that has JESUS lifted up on a billboard, it’s expected that your stay will be blessed I’m amazed at how peaceful and quiet the hotel is with 8 floors consistently being sold out, there’s adequate free parking, and Ms Angela ensures everyone is thoroughly treated to a delightful hot breakfast with a smile

May the peace of God continue to rest on this city, hotel and all its staff and guest in Jesus mighty name!

I would like to shout out Mr Kevin and Rebecca!! They made my stay awesome! The bathroom light fixture made noise all night I had to make sure the door clicked to lock because I was able to push open without my key for entry The TV was so small but we made due because the channel selection was great!! The room was a bit dusty but I just wiped everything down including the remote control I was impressed with the breakfast setup and the options to chose from

I would visit once again because of Rebecca and Mr KevinThank You!

Breakfast at this location is truly disgustingcertain Marriots have reverted back to fresh hot breakfasts while others insist on providing customers 7-11 style microwave garbage

The front desk says this is a ‘Marriott’ decision, but if true, why do other Marriott franchise locations provide decent fresh food and this location provides garbage? What do you say GM Laurie A Thomas? Gold Elite members are asking

Hotel needs upgrading Desk chair was raggedy and the bathroom door was difficult to open when trying to exit Toilet got clogged and had to request a plunger

Shower head came away from wall when turning on the shower Surprised that the hotel still had suicide windows( windows that you can slide open) I thought all hotels had switched over I guess not Inspite of all of the above, the staff was super great They really made you feel welcomed Just wished the hotel was in better condition

Brian Procida

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was fine Unfortunately I paid through a 3rd party in advance and the hotel charged me again when I checked out They have acknowledged this, but have refused to credit me back

I have spent hours trying to resolve it to no avail so far Be cautious about dealing with this hotel and keep a close eye on your credit card statements

Staff was okayRoom was okayServices/ amenities were lacking; no real breakfast which was disappointing

Washer and dryer did not work well (over 2 hours for 1 load!) Being on 2-3 week business trip you kinda need one, which was unfortunateOverall it was fine Not the worst but definitely not the best

It’s a lovely clean hotel with attentive and very accommodating staff No in-room service due to the pandemic currently, no buffet style at the breakfast either but you can sit down at a table and order the breakfast from the menu to be served Coffee/Juice refills

There’s a snack bar near the reception, and a lovely swimming pool Wonderful amenities just a few minutes away from the hotel (Avalon)

The front desk was very friendly and attentive The pillows on the King Size beds are HUGE and super soft I tend to prefer firmer pillows

I asked if they had a normal sized pillow and right away they sent some up that go on a queen size bed In the mornings, I had the pleasure of speaking to Sandy who is PHENOMENAL She works behind the coffee bar and is VERY FRIENDLY, outgoing, and attentive I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Alpharetta/Atlanta area

When I tell you I don’t have anything negative to say about this location! 🙌 It was Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! 💯The two gentleman at the front desk were superb in every way🙌 They were very helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable When we first arrived, our TV did not work in our room

I called the front desk and shortly the maintenance guy got right on it He made sure we got a new room and stayed to make sure our TV was working The hotel itself is beautifully decorated! I hate that I didn’t get a chance to spend more time there The hotel has a bar, indoor pool and a fitness room The location is great! It is close to the interstate I am definitely making plans to stay at this hotel again!🙂

This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice location My wife and I enjoy spending time here and being able to walk and explore the area The rooms are modern and have plenty of plugs for our electronics

The staff are excellent and we felt very comfortable and safe during our stay I would highly recommend this hotel The area around the hotel provides great shopping and dining to explore

Top rate hotel It is in a good location but very difficult to find as it is at the end of the street located in a nice shopping area complete with department stores, boutiques, restaurants and a movie theater! The rooms are nice and airy with lush robes with the hotel name I love the nice flat screen tv encased in a nice picture frame

The small refrigerator has a bottle opener on the side of it The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is nice and lush The rooms are well appointed indeed

The hotel was fine – no issues- clean, comfortable, good location, easy check in – everything was fine The staff made it an exceptional experienceThe ladies at the front desk during the day were always friendly and helpful

The housekeeping staff was friendly, even the maintenance guy on the elevator was friendly But DeAndre and Alex went WAY above and beyond any expectations to make sure we got the room we needed and got settled in and followed up to make sure everything was going wellThey seem to enjoy their jobs and sincerely care about making sure guests are taken care of 10 out of 10 would recommend based on staff alone

Nicole Lewis

My family stayed here for a baseball tournament The location of the hotel is great

it’s quiet, close to good restaurants, close to gas stations and a huge Kroger Supermarket The lady at the front desk who checked is in was super nice She also gave us good recommendations for places to eat, too If we have a tournament here next year we are definitely staying here again

Victoria Taylor

We booked in February for a stay in June of this year The day before we were driving 8 hours to Atlanta they cancelled our booking because they oversold They did say we will book you at our sister property for the same rate and you’re good to go

I never agreed to this (we had an event at the center with kids involved and walking there was the best option), so I was already upset, but needed rooms confirmed I asked for a new reservation with the sister property and they didn’t answer my email and when I called couldn’t give me number I call the sister property and they have no idea who I even am and it takes forever to get a reservation The sister property (Hilton Garden) was very helpful but Holiday Inn was horrible
