Lovely tasting room with a porch overlooking the vineyard Very friendly staff who adjusted the tasting for us so we could taste some of their white wines They also make their own brandy (cognac) which we got to taste one of

The wines were all really good We could hardly decide which ones to take home Really recommend going here We’ll Be back!

Alissa Nowak

Not only is their wine absolutely delicious They have the BEST customer service They really go the extra mile

I live in MA and I order wine in the mail every so often Everything has always been great But the last time I received a delivery some of the bottles were damaged (the wine froze so the corks popped out) due to the weather (we had a blizzard here) Jaxon Keys was AMAZING! They let us keep all of the damaged wine They replaced all 11 bottles of wine + they threw in 2 complementary bottles I was so taken back by the over-the-top service I will definitely be back Thank you Jaxon Keys!!!

Terra Flusche

My wife and I stopped here on a whik today seeing that they were open early, and Brook gave us a wonderful tasting tour! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines and the history of the winery/distillery itself We picked up a bottle of the Wedding Cake– so good! I’d absolutely reccomend a stop here to either start or top off your wine tour

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed atOK first when we arrived the front desk area was clean and the women was nice, we got are room Non smoking room with 2 beds, I was there with 2 small kids, As we were walking into a room there was trash out in the hallway and and bunch of people smoking cigarettes in the hallway and the ground needed a power wash, when we opened are room the sank of smoke was horrible and the bed spreads had cigarette ash on them

Ther was also a barking dog in the room next door So we went back to the office and asked for a different room in a different side of the building The woman was very friendly and upgraded our room to one that had 3 beds in it in a different building At 1st glance when we got to our room it smelled better and Seemed a bit cleaner We were hot and tired at this point 109 out side so we quickly put our swim suits on and headed to the pool The pool was OK but the hot tub was gross could not even see the bottom of the ground and a smell was coming from it So we cool are feet and noticed another strong smell coming from a trash that was overflowing At this point I’m done, so we went straight to our room to call the front desk and tell them out the pool when I see our toilet I almost threw up I call the front desk to tell them we were leaving an a needed a refund and there hotel was gross, they refused to refund us, we hadn’t even been there 45 minutes, so we had no choice but to stay they changed are room again, and that room was clean, but I will never be back, I would never recommend and I feel the health department needs to be called! I would have left and found somewhere else and taken the loss of money but times are tough and we were there for one night for my son’s sports

Jennifer Luettinger

From the rude staff to the UNCLEAN room and bathroom, everything about this place was awful One of the blankets had hair and a sticker on it and smelled like perfume (not scented laundry detergent) The ONE washcloth in the bathroom had a hair on it

The floor was LVP and felt very sticky The free breakfast included watered down coffee and a snack sized granola bar Stay away!

David Barth

Stayed here for work Room smelled of pot, burned my eyes and throat Faucets were broken, dried glue all over the desk and bathroom counter, security lock broken from the door being kicked in (moulding and screwed pulled out of the wall), hair dryer ripped off the wall and sitting on the counter, white power on the couch, smashed bugs on the wall, burn marks on the wall and tub, tub drain missing the pull so it was difficult to drain

Front desk sounded surprised that the hair dryer was pulled out of the wall I will never be staying here again

Fantastic little hotel in the heart of the Sonoma wine country Beautifully appointed, new, clean and spacious room Located right by a walking path that takes you directly into the most amazing little wine town called Healdsburg

And, if walking isn’t your thing or you stayed in town late, this amazing property offers a complimentary luxurious Mercedes shuttle (just tip the driver) to and from downtown Healdsburg with a simple call There are also bikes The complimentary breakfast in the morning was really nice, probably one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel of this size I used the fitness center every morning and its was awesome! It’s also close to some pretty amazing vineyard estate wineries within a quick drive Great location I have nothing but positive things to say about this property Would go back again, and again in a heart beat Loved, loved, loved!

Joon Moy

Pristinely clean and recently updated hotel with above average suite sizes too A daily shuttle that brings you to town is also available, so that’s a nice convenience Throw in an included hot breakfast and free EV charging, and you’ve got a winner here

The staff is also really nice, plus Rosè the resident robot is a cool feature Trio is only a 5-6min drive away from the town square, so that’s quite convenient Reasonable rates too It’s really hard to find much wrong here

Terrible Customer Relations at Hotel TrioSaid Hotel Trio Healdsburg, CA: “Sorry that you tested positive for Covid Variant 5 But, you can’t cancel your reservation without paying full price including all the taxes, assessments and

Parking! You should have cancelled 5 days ago–that would have been without penalty “My wife and I were booked into Hotel Trio to stay the night of July 22nd along with another couple My wife contracted Variant 5 and tested positive on July 21 We called more than 24hrs to cancel and they said “Too bad, you’ll have to pay full charge ($62236—including parking at $600)”Our friends talked on site to the manager to see if they would consider not charging or provide a significant decrease Nope—the “not customer friendly manager” said—you have to pay including all the taxes and assessments even though you didn’t stay” He blamed it all on the Marriott—The Marriott says it’s not their cancellation policy it’s per Hotel Trio thus Marriott won’t do anything to helpOne night –regular room and all the taxes plus parking for $622 We did the right thing for the hotel and their guests by not coming to stay—and got hosed anyway My recommendation is not to stay at this hotel, even on a bet

Lovely, quiet and peaceful place to spend the night We were traveling south on the 101 and needed a quiet place to rest and shower The park is delightful

The RV area is small, well-kept and very peaceful for being off of the 101 Do not be deterred by the presence of a mobile park; it too is very well maintained and separate from the RV area We saw wild turkeys, deer and a starry, starry sky The restrooms were clean and the showers were very good It is affordable, beautiful and peaceful

D Whirligig

Older park with few amenities, but it was quiet, safe and pretty There were a flock of wild turkeys in and out of the park, which was fun The swimming pool was closed during our off-season stay and there were very few other campers

It is an older park, so big electricity users may be frustrated, but our 30 amp 5th wheel had no problems Access is easy (turn lane) and re-entering highway was easy with center lane to turn into The park is nearly 1 mile from highway down a rather steep and winding paved road No problems, but be aware We enjoyed our stay

Roxann Corbett

Nice clean park It is well maintained with a friendly staff If you have multiple slid outs on your RV make sure to mention it when you make a reservation; as an older park the sites were probably design before RVs had slide outs so can be a bit tight

We would definitely stop again! Added bonus is the Seabiscuit Stud Barn/Stable on the same road

Loved our time at the Inn at Schoolhouse Creek It was a cute little cottage, and we were welcomed with a bottle of local wine The location was nice, and only about 5-10 minutes from Mendocino

Very pet friendly and provided treats, a toy, a dog bed, and food/water bowls My only complaint would be that the backyard landscaping of our cottage was really overgrown with thorn bushes and brush, so I wasn’t able to let my dog roam freely like I was hoping Otherwise, it was a great and easy place to stay!

Christine Farro

Garden Cottage was perfect for us! The wine and dog accouterments were unexpected delights! I received a text from the owners prior to our departure asking if we needed anything! I felt so welcome The cottage itself, while surrounded by trees and birds and sky, was right next to an expansive fieldThe room faced west and ,as you were in the bed, you had a view of the back yard and the large balcony

We’re coming back for sure!

Alma Villalobos

We had a wonderful time at Inn at Schoolhouse Creek! I booked a two bedroom cottage to surprise my husband for his 50th B-Day It is a 100% dog friendly! we were happy to have our dog with us and my brother and his fiancé as well They had the cutest welcoming package for our dogs! and a nice wine bottle with a personalized note for us

Our place had a great patio for the dogs to play It is a perfect location! I highly recommend, we will be definitely back

No service Evening of 4/22 Nobody at front desk for way over 15 minutes; we found front desk clerk with his chum at the pool He told us he had not left 10 minutes previously

Poor service is one thing Hearing the clerk tell us lies is too much; we are comfortable elsewhere tonight There are cameras The truth is available to Comfort Inn management

Greg Harris

Our stay was great until check out the following morning The concierge person was profoundly rude She seemed extremely bothered by even being approached at the desk, needing to break concentration from her phone

I had a simple question about our bill and was met with nothing but attitude Wow If you hate your job that much, make a change

Michael Ortiz

Me and my family got room 213 and it cleaned but smelled like someone had smoked in there for years Was confused cause it was a smoke free room But any how the man at the front switched up our room we got put into a new room down the hall

Extremely clean smelled fresh everything was perfect from there on out I would have gave them a 5 for the stay we had if we hadn’t been put into that first room lol Any how I enjoyed the breakfast alot Was close to our red wood destinations Wasn’t too far from San Francisco I’d stay here again just not room 213

Roaches Stayed in first floor room 328 (people-with-disabilities room) and on my three night stay, each evening entering the room I encountered a roach on the desk On the final night I opened the microwave and there was a big roach scurrying toward me and it startled me enough that I dropped my bowl of rice

I pulled out the microwave and managed to find and catch 4 more roaches, for a total of 8 roaches I went to the front desk and asked to use a vacuum to clean up the rice but she said it was too late and to use a towel instead (I used the ice container lid) The roach problem ruined my stay and it could have easily been avoided if they had added weather stripping to cover that darn gaping hole under the front door

Megan Regal

Cute, quiet, and clean

was my review for my first stay This time, I’m a bit disappointed The bedspread had bits of leaves all over it, there was a used towel hanging over the shower rod, and the guests below me were partying until 2am I called the front desk to complain around 12:45am and the night clerk quickly warned them, but they only turned their music down/off They continued to talk loudly (sounded like at least 6 people in the room) until just after 2am 😴

Budget hotel on a quiet street not far from hwy 101 The rooms was clean with uncarpeted floors and a large bathroom The beds were just right in firmness

And the pillows we large and also properly firm, unlike many of the too squishy pillows that we’ve found in other motels on this trip The AC worked like a champ on a hot 104° day Lovey little town

Christina Higuchi

On our road trip we decided to stay in Cloverdale these past three nights on our way to Santa Cruz, Monterey, etc Clean, no odors, quiet, nice shower, and variety of towels

The room was small but had all necessary amenities to allow for a king bed: 3-drwr dresser, nightstand, table & 2 chairs, nice size refrigerator, microwave, etc Also had a laundry area Owners very nice and helpful Would definitely come again We chose Vineyard Valley Inn due to the reviewsand this was our opportunity to add another great review Thank you for the nice accommodation!G & C

Friendly, helpful people, I drive an oversized vehicle and the man helped me park it in an oversized vehicle parking place off the street, Nice, then I had trouble with the key card and they where prompt in fixing that, then a little time later I had trouble with the tv and they fixed that too! They never got tired of me and promptly helped me when I needed them, with a smile no less Nice quiet clean rooms are like a studio apartment, Next time I come through here, I will stay here again

When I tried to check in they said I should of booked direct and not through Southwest Airlines app They said the credit card declined and I need to call the company and have them call the front desk or try to get refund I then asked for manager after 3-4 people checked in while I was waiting

Finally a manager which was not even onsite said run it for a penny less and he can check in I have no idea what the deal is but I have book the same way almost every weekend of the month for last 4-5 years and not had a problem They continued to say it was my problem and not theirs Also, coffee in morning is horrible taste

Not bad for a local motel The “Old West” theme is a cool novelty, but only surface deep as the interior of the rooms don’t really have any theme except a standard motelI would say the motel as a whole is about par with a Motel 6

Rooms are clean, but cramped It’s nice that there is a microwave and a mini fridge, but the two beds in our room were a queen and a cot that was comparable to a twin size This made the room very cramped along with the desk and TV standThe lobby is very small, but check in was quick and friendly The courtyard that is shared in common with all the rooms is pretty nice A swing, several tables with chairs and umbrellas, and a single frisbee golf hole makes for an inviting courtyardThere is no free breakfast, even though one is noted in the Google maps description Their website does correctly state that they offer vouchers for a discounted meal at the local Lumberjacks restaurant, but it’s not free, just discounted to $5 plus tax and tip Rooms have basic one cup coffee makersOverall, not bad for the price and the novelty My biggest concern with motels and hotels is cleanliness, and I had no issues here

J T

My wife and I were on a 2 month road trip last year and happened upon the Old West Inn Probably one of the cleanest most comfortable stays we had It appeared to be a family run establishment and they truly cared about their business

We had arrived late in the evening and were tired so we were unaware of the western motif for each room which added to our enjoyment To the owners, sorry it has taken a year to write this review but when our photo history showed up I felt compelled to share our thoughts Hope to visit again in the near future

We really weren’t sure what to expect at the Super 8 in Willits, CA We arrived later afternoon on Friday and were greeted with a friendly person behind the counter Everything was already in the system when I booked so there was little else to the transaction

We were given a key to the room promptly and parked in the many spaces available The gate to the pool was locked so I can’t comment on the pool We really liked the fact the rooms faced into a small courtyard with a fountain and swing Very zen The room was clean and presentable, nothing special – just functional We had 2 queens, smushed in was a small table with 2 chairs, dresser and TV Also in the room near the bathroom was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee/tea maker The staff was responsive when we called and took care of our needs quickly I would return again to Super 8 on any future trips to the area And I would recommend this place to friends

Terry McInnes

I have been staying here several times a year for the last 15 years, it’s been my home away from home, not just because the rooms and grounds are always immaculate and the rates reasonable, but mostly because the owners, Dani and his wife are super cool Unfortunately they are rarely behind the counter anymore and the alternating young men who are, are both arrogant and rude So sadly I will not be staying there again

So sorryAll good things come to an end I guess
