This motel was dirty, unkempt, noisy, and unfriendly The beds were not comfortable at all The pillows were $1 pillows from Walmart

This motel is overpriced I have no clue how they get decent reviews I can’t believe how nasty I felt after one short night thereI have to say it was dirty again Broken tv Moldy dirty shower I’d like to get my money back and never stay there again Zero stars if possible Gross

Michael Allen

I bet didn’t appear to have a very stable frame, and it sunk in the middle so that my wife and I basically rolled into the same little pit together from time to time It’s clean, the floors are nice, the layout itself is spacious for a studio There were no noise issues with any guests

All the lights work Microwave and mini fridge worked as they should

ThatDamPlatypus

First off even for Memorial weekend this place was way to spendy for the quality of room 260$ for a single night when the shower water was barely hot, the bed was hard and I woke up in so much pain that driving home was difficult The AC worked to cool the room only if the curtains are open cause if they are closed the air gets trapped by them

The other guests were smoking outside our room and we could smell it coming in to our room Honestly the quality of the bed a lone would be what I would expect in a 55 dollar a night room

We can’t say enough about our wonderful stay at Origins Bed and Breakfast! It was a perfect venue for our anniversary Jeff and Karen made our stay so special- with a balloon, ‘love’ decor, chocolate strawberries, table decor and lovely sentiments on our wonderful breakfast selections Our room was purely a delight! We truly felt like we were living in a canyon with ‘rock’ walls and waterfall features in the spa tub and huge shower

The bed was so comfortable and the bedding luxurious The private patio has outstanding views All the grounds are meticulously cared for, and the common areas are welcoming and comfortable The breakfasts were outstanding as well as beautifully presented-three courses of delight to send us off to sightseeing around the area Karen and Jeff are wonderful hosts–so accommodating, and helpful with ideas for wineries, dinner places, and other treasure spots to visit They are a wonderful couple who work so well together, and have built a great home and business to share with all of us!

Michele MacLachlan

What a perfect way to spend my birthday! Karen and Jeff have thought of everything is this wonderful bed & breakfast from a blue tooth speaker in the room to games and hiking guides in the common room The breakfasts were so good and well thought out My room was technically the small one but I had plenty of space to keep to myself in my room or on my own patio or joining others in the common room or large shared patio with fireplace

I will be coming back!

Denise Hammer

Our 2-night stay was the best!! So relaxing, and the caring and pampering we received from the owners, Jeff and Karen was wonderful Their attention to detail in every nook and cranny has been done with love… and you can feel it throughout the entire house

Karen has awesome culinary skills, and every breakfast she creates is a work of art Will we be back???? You bet…… but not soon enough!!

Fantastic, smaller inn! Staff was friendly and attentive, there’s a seasonal salt water pool, a gazebo with picnic tables and grill, and a fountain where you can refill your water bottles with filtered water Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and included a kitchenette, which was great for saving some money on meals! The location is good: close to restaurants, stores, and the uptown, but set back from the road, so it’s quiet Will definitely stay here again!

Michele Engelskirch

We loved staying here briefly while visiting Jerome, we had the best room ever, it was super quiet and very chill We want the same room again, we loved the room away from everything We were close to food and gas, and not too close to hear traffic it was a very nice area off the main drag

Very clean and had everything even a refrigerator for our waters The bed was super comfortable And the AC works great!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Robin Armstrong

This was a great place to stay It was relaxing, and clean It was perfect for my family

We stayed in the apartment Plenty of space for the five of us Newly updated Enjoyed the saltwater pool Used the grill under the gazebo to cook dinner They had our pack and play already in the room when we checked in Best of all, they knew me by name Personal touch

The front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer The rooms blew us away with classy updates and comfortable bed The hotel is midst of Main St so easy walk to wine tastings and restaurants No hesitancy in recommending it

This is a very nice hotel in old town The office people are very friendly and helpful The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable

We stayed here for 1 night and it was magical Andrea is an amazing woman and hostess The property is easily the most beautiful and magical place I have ever stayed at

Our room had everything we needed and was so inviting!! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and served with grace She has created many seating areas that invite you to sit and enjoy!! Her outside sitting areas with beautiful plants and soothing music are unlike anything I have ever experienced This was a wonderful B&B!! I will be back! Thank you Andrea Blessed Be❤

Rocky Meade

While visiting Jerome with my gf, and two younger sisters we were strongly considering renting from this establishment, and noticed the beautiful garden A little sign does say “please respect garden” There is no clearly marked hours, or entrance for an office to enquire

That said, the owner, Andrea came out and BRUTALLY scolded my much younger college sisters and GF We left, having completely changed our minds on staying at her “Business” When we did get home, we noticed my GF had left her purse there, forgetting to grab it while the owner HARASSED US like a badger protecting her home When she called to ask for it back, the owner, Andrea, continued to scold my betrothed for another 15 min, saying things like “i swore i would not return anything i found left by trespassers, and ive never felt the need to lock my car or gate” AS IF WE LOOK LIKE TROUBLE MAKERS My sisters are in COLLEGE, I work as a landscape designer and nursery professional, and my GF is TEACHER for one of the nicest PRIVATE PRE-SCHOOLS in our town She denies having the purse We called the local PD, who admits knowing Andrea “well”, and he assures us, there is nothing we can doDO NOT LET THIS WOMAN FOOL YOU, she isn’t worth your presence, business, or time

Marvelous Views, Relaxing, Unique, Beautiful, But Over PricedI visited the Enchantment Resort in March 2022 and will share some of the pros and cons:On the positive side: the Enchantment Resort is uniquely located in a private blocked off area of Sedona and offers several hiking options It’s absolutely beautiful The hotel staff is super friendly, helpful, and readily available to ensure you have a positive stay

We really enjoyed the hikes, guided tours, and nighttime star gazing The pool, food, bed, bath, and activities area all excellent quality There is a 24/7 shuttle service to get you wherever you need to go throughout the resort The hiking, culture/history classes, and views are truly spectacularOn the downside: Overall, I thought the Enchantment was overpriced given the amenities and services left a bit to be desired For example, the coffee machine in the room didn’t work and I had to call 3 times to get it fixed The Enchantment ended up sending coffee to the room but charged us for it (on a positive note, ultimately they reversed the charge after I spoke to the front desk) Considering the cost of the resort, these types of things shouldn’t happen Similarly, the room we stayed in had a beautiful balcony, but it was overlooking the staff parking lot Considering that the Resort prides itself on nature and beautiful outdoor scenery, no rooms (no matter the cost) should be overlooking a parking lot

K Adams

The location is stellar!!! There is no place better in the world Pool is gorgeous… it’s like being in a living post cardBased on the hotel rating, I would have thought the attention to detail and the welcoming amenities would have been a bit more thoughtful

We also had multiple mishaps with our various servers on site Each one was resolved, but we were on site for two days and it happened to us on multiple occasionsOn-site food was all delicious Michael is amazing All of the folks we passed along our walks were very friendly and very welcoming When we first arrived, Huesen (spelling) gave us a wonderful tour of the clubhouseThe view and the proximity to hikes made the price worth it; otherwise it did not live up to what I think of when I think of a five star hotel

Adriana Rodriguez

The resort is located in a beautiful area The views and grounds are spectacular The two restaurants on premise are good

Ahi Che has the best dinner dining experience It comes with a hefty price tag though The main pool was the only one available The bar service at pool is very good The two other pools were closed for maintenance the whole week They should be operational The fitness center was opened 24 hrs That is very good Guest services at night could be improved We needed something one night and could not get a hold of anyone The staff is generally friendly, helpful and very welcoming with very few exceptions They offer various activities All in all we had a very nice time and enjoyed ourselves at this very lovely resort

We stayed in unit 8 for the weekend and it was a great option for what we needed! Right in the heart of downtown, was walkable to all the shops/restaurants/tasting rooms Quick drive to Jerome and Sedona Communication with the owner was timely and check in/out process was super easy

Loved the shared balcony feature! Our unit didn’t have any “living room” space, but we didn’t need it for our weekend I know other units have different layouts so I’d read the descriptions before booking to find one that meets your specific needs

Staff was very friendly – family owned and run business Older style of motel which I usually try to avoid, but it had been remodeled nicely Had a grab and go breakfast with donuts, juice, fresh fruit and yogurt

Room was clean and bed and pillows were comfy Is a couple of blocks from a whole food store which also had a huge supply of wine Ate one meal at the restaurant across the street which was good food and convenient They do also have an outdoor pool and a hot tub but it was too cold when we were there in January of course

Sawyer Gould

It is a cute mom and pop hotel with old school charm Rooms were clean Decor and furniture all dated but not so much that it ruins the experience

It just feels like a $50 hotel The pool is not heated and was filthy dirty Pictures are not accurate The hot tub was not heating so it was very cold They should update the site to reflect non-working utilities Staff was kind of friendly but mot super bubbly Breakfast was sufficient but in a weird/awkward location/small space Some simple updates and this place would be so retro cool

Family of four Got a suite, king and queen beds, two rooms Clean and comfortable

Positives: Great staff including Doug on evening shift The morning manager also super helpful Excellent breakfast Cook staff engaging and very helpful, especially with one gluten free family member The suite room was perfect for family of fourNegatives: Pool and hot tub both closed (off season?) But after two days of hiking Grand Canyon, wish we could have known Concrete construction work stared 7:45 Monday morning All good, we needed to get going Would rather wake up to something other than a hammer drill! Exterior entrancesThe positives far outweighed any negatives Great spot to stay if hiking the Sedona areaI also recommend the Mexican restaurant right out the front of the hotel

lisa johnson

The room was clean and had a fridge, microwave and single serve Keurig to make snacks and drinks The breakfasts had a great variety to choose from and start the day right The location was nearby trails and shopping, we found all we needed without going out of our way

The pool and hot tub were ready to go, but we did not try them out We didn’t use the laundry either Overall, it was convenient and the amenities Great, definitely a 3 star hotel

Bree Nacole

I went out to celebrate Mother’s Day and when I had returned we had seen our door was wide open I was furious and went straight to the office to complain When I asked to see the camera footage I was told they couldn’t because the manager wasn’t there but they would check the key log

The lady at the desk then apologized then offered 20% off I then went back to my room to celebrate Mother’s Day After about 30 minutes she called and asked if I had noticed if anything was taken When I said no she started to say that the only key that accessed my room was mine So they could no longer offer that discount but a smaller one I personally do not care about the price, I booked it expecting to pay But I also expected a safe room that wouldn’t be entered when I was not there Needless to say I will not be coming back hereAnd if you plan to stay here make sure you take everything valuable with you

Just horrible internet They’re right next to a 5g tower but obviously not connected to it 20 sec for a google responseIts basically ‘old people internet’ It will work fine for the noob stuff old people use, but not for anything real Felt like i was back in 2004 again After every click you just go make coffee or go to the bathroom since its going to take forever to respond

Love the location of Clarkdale Lodge So near Cottonwood Old Town, Dead Horse Park, Jerome, & the National Monument ruins Within reach of Sedona — seemed to take us 25 min

And not so far away from Prescott for a day visit to the beautiful town plaza and dining there Well Situated!Convenient for home cooking — our unit had a good kitchen set up That saved money & gave us control over our diet ALSO the management was very accommodating and kind around a change we needed to make due to an illness in the family — great customer service once we reached the right person to talk to They were very creative about making changes — wonderful to work with!

There are positives here We liked the location The king bed is very comfortable

The kitchen is sufficiently stocked All the bathroom fixtures worked well The unit was quite clean It was very quiet (second floor)There are some negatives that will keep us from staying again There is a lot of deferred maintenance Outside – rotting wood in the steps, overgrown trees blocking the way, dirty common areas In our unit one pane of window glass was broken out and clear plastic wrap was (poorly) taped over it One window A/C unit had a large gap where the window was raised for the unit We chased a lot of moths 2 nights till we discovered it & blocked it No toilet paper holder in the bathroom, no towel bar for bath towels (plenty of room for both of them) The “living room” has the TV, 2 chairs and a small table between the chairs 2 small footstools would go a long way (or a couple of recliners) As it was, we used kitchen chairs to put our feet up but it was generally very uncomfortable after an hour You can’t see the TV from the bed so that was out Fix the windows and spend $100 on these items – a little comfort goes a long wayAn older, dated place is fine if it’s maintained properly and furnishings are comfortable A little work is needed here

Jacek Roginski

A great place to spend a few nights in peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona The most interesting places in Sedona are only 30-40 minutes away And this hotel offers a variety of rooms with kitchen and bathroom where you can easily prepare your meals and have a good rest after long excursions to the beautiful trails

I highly recommend this place

We had an amazing stay The GM went above and beyond in helping us make my daughter’s birthday extra special The staff was very friendly

The hotel was so beautiful, there was so much history there We were expecting a ghostly encounter, and we were not disappointed! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with our own private sun room It used to be a part of the old hospital that was the men’s ward The views were gorgeous, and the room was very comfortable and warm The hotel is filled with beautiful antique furniture The free continental breakfast in the morning is served until 11 am And we were impressed that on the menu were Belgium waffles, among other items such as pastries, bagels, coffee, and more We are planning to return It’s definitely worth the money!

It’s kind of tricky getting up to the hotel The road that doesn’t look like a road, but it is the road is a one-way Also very steep and long

Great very informative staff, we did experience some activity from the paranormal The hotel is beautiful We stayed in the garden room Which had a beautiful patio No coffee makers in the room☹️ The food at the restaurant was fantastic

I love this place! The people that work here are the nicest! I got married in Jerome and stayed here the night, they don’t do “packages” for weddings or anything but I would still recommend here I love the ambience and history and it’s super clean and functioning The restaurant is down the hall from the lobby and they have good food and drinks

I will come back to jerome because I love it and I will always stay here It’s not a cheap hotel price wise but I still think the price is worth it! Plus they have different rooms to choose from Book ahead of time they fill up fast!

We had a great experience staying in the Connor Hotel Online reservations were quick and painless Pictures of the rooms were accurate, at least for our room

Descriptions included information like expected noise level Some rooms are over the bar and they let you know up front We pick a nice quiet room not over the bar Our night was quiet and we heard nothing more that a door closing in the hallway, not even the ghosts that are supposed to haunt the place While the hotel is very old, it includes modern amenities such as air conditioning in the room with a remote control, satellite TV, refrigerator and microwave We even had instant popcorn packets to enjoy while unwinding from a day of walking around Jerome The beds were nothing special but I was able to sleep okay even with a bad back The bathroom was very nice and clean with lots of room Parking was not provided by the hotel, but on street parking was free We were able to find a spot half a block from the hotel entrance without much effort The location of the hotel was great for being tourists We had several restaurants less that a block from the hotel entrance Those are really short blocks too We spent about 3 minutes walking to our choice for breakfast from the hotel entrance Checkout was easy and quick The hotel is old but well maintained While it shows it’s age, it has also been upgraded where possible and we never regretted our choice Located in the center of the tourist section of Jerome, we were able to walk out the door and all the shops were just a few minutes away I highly recommend the Connor Hotel My family agrees that it was a great choice for our mini-vacation to Jerome

I have no complaints about this place The history within it, the authenticity is 100% worth it The gift shop is absolutely adorable and the people at the front desk are so nice and welcoming

Yeah the buildings old and the decor is vintage but I think that adds to the experience The history of the hotel and the pub is also worth looking into I would stay at this hotel again and again Highly recommend
