The Brick Street Inn is lovely Zionsville is a cute little town, and although there’s lots of dining, we loved the food in the restaurant on site Lovely room, beautiful hotel and restaurant, restful surroundings

We stopped here on our way through Indiana in Rt 70, and it made for a refreshing final stop to our cross country trip Definitely hope to be back someday!

Hunter Bragg

I can’t say enough about Brick Street Inn! As we were celebrating a birthday, they made our stay special before we even arrived The staff were extremely nice and accommodating The restaurant was amazing, the room was quiet and cute, and the hotel itself was just adorable! We were able to sit outside by the fire after dinner at Auberge

We will definitely be back for a visit – thank you very much!

Unfortunately, I did not have a very satisfactory experience When checking in, I noticed a Marriott logo on the back of the room keys I asked it were part of the Marriott family I was assured they were

This turns out not to be the case I was then checked into the handicap accessible room without being notified beforehand The main issue was the cleanliness i found three long hairs in the bathroom Two in the shower and one on the commode itself Not a glowing reflection considering the hotel website says they take extra care to clean the during the pandemic I checked in on the 28th for two nights, but did not return for the second night at considerable expense I have tried to call but had no success getting through Respectfully, Brian H

Nice hotel, but the AC didn’t work in our room We were moved to another room, which was nice, but when we pulled out the couch, there were old sheets on it, which was gross It is located close to Grand park and a bunch of other places that someone would want to visit

The rooms are small, but they were mostly clean Nice place to stay

Justina Chan

The hotel is very nice and beds are super comfy ! We’ve had no trouble until closer to the end of our stay we had a ton of sugar ants crawling all over the desk We asked to move rooms which they were willing to do , but said we would run into the same problem I know that ants are seasonal, but kind of get the feeling it may be due to lack of deep cleaning

I didn’t think anything of it again until I saw them in the shower It kind of sucks because we stopped eating in the room, even with the microwave and fridge Thankfully the staff is very friendly and was able to bring us spray and some cleaner Customer service is great here , it just may be an older building that needs some maintenance

I was nervous about staying here last weekend because of the different reviews This hotel was one of the best stays I have had in a while We stayed for Gencon Indy for 3 days, and will stay again

Very clean room and hotel in general, the staff was so helpful and kind in our questions We were checked in immediately and check out was a breeze The room itself was clean and tidy, and the guests were quiet I heard the staff talk about on weekends they have security to ensure that the guests stay quiet and follow rules I appreciate that!!! The only qualm would be that the show took about 3 min or so to warm up completely, but that is hardly an issue for me Overall 10/10!

Stephen Harris, Jr. (biglilsteve)

Hallway smelled like weed Room had a musty, unpleasant smell that never went away Air conditioning unit had a sign instructing me to use the thermostat on the wall

Thermostat on the wall was dead Jumped in the shower to discover the body wash dispenser was empty Non-adjustable shower head had overbearing water pressure Tub drained slow while taking shower All-in-all…would never stay here again

Airborne Trucker

BUYER BEWARE! Hotel looks nice on the outside but the inside tells another story Upon entry the smell wasn’t inviting, smell of stale/smoke air on the lobby

The hotel itself is in need a deep clean and remodel Carpets are dirty, furniture is really worn Customer service wasn’t there, upon arrival it seems as if we were disturbing the front desk She stayed on her cell phone the whole time during the Check-In Hallways smell of stale feet, smoke, and just unclean in general The rooms aren’t inviting IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES DO NOT STAY HERE! My wife sneezed most of the weekend Odd location for a hotel, nothing is in walking distance You will have to depend on ride shares and food delivery Wouldn’t recommend nor would I stay here again Laundry is free , full size fridge, cook top, and microwaveonly thing that was worth mentioning

The hotel says it’s downtown but it’s further towards the outskirts Overall it’s not bad You can definitely see where they’ve done renovation and didn’t do the best work on some things but not horrible

Whoever does the cleaning for sure makes sure everything is covered The smell is thick when they clean in certain areas but better clean than not No complaints The bed was very comfortable so that’s another positive

Michelle McConnell

Brickyard race weekend and our stay was perfect We weren’t there for the race but we certainly enjoyed the hotel Was it busy, yes!! Was the service exceptional ? Yes! Everything you expect in a hotel: Great service, clean guest rooms , a huge TV , cold AC, and lots of variety served at the hotels complimentary self serve breakfast

We will returnwe loved it Thank you

Robyn Martinez

Our room was nice, it smiled nice and freshThe breakfast was nothing special Had options to microwave frozen sandwiches and burritos, typical waffles and muffins and juice or coffee

A very big and open lobby The indoor pool was cute and small, no one in there except usSuper close to Downtown with plenty of restaurants to eat atComfortable beds and a nice bathroomI’d definitely stay here again but the only down side is the location The surrounding area looked a little rundown but the hotel entrance is facing away from the street so you feel safe

The beautiful aroma that I was greeted with was a treat! Every single staff member that I encountered was friendly and willing to help The room I stayed in had a microwave and refrigerator The entire room was equipped with what I needed and the bed was super comfortable

Both elevators were working and clean The bathroom was a great size and clean

Sheri Bray

We stayed here while we were in town for a soccer tournament The hotel was very clean, service was great, and breakfast was really good I gave the room 4 stars simply because the bathroom door is a sliding barn door

This would be fine if it were a room for a single person But there is no privacy or lock on the door Although great use of space it is not righta pocket door with a lock would have been more effective for the bathroom

This is by FAR ! the nicest cleanest Home 2 Suites we have EVER stayed at !! Wonderful hotel It was extremely clean I’m very very picky and have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness as I own a cleaning business and this exceeded my expectations

The Staff very friendly, professional and helpful The kickback dinner and drinks was a pleasant surprise The pool and workout areas were clean and well maintained The rooms and common areas were all up to date and comfortable This is my first time trying this chain of hotel and it won’t be my last time I was extremely happy w my experience

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This place is the best rated in the area

I have been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you will love it I’m sure!I always enjoy staying here when I travel for work Upon arrival, they gave me the hairspray bottle that I asked them to hold until I returned They fixed my door handle, which was wobbly And also my fridge needed to be fixed I was at the end of the hallway, which was nice and quiet The food was great The staff is always helpful and friendly I highly recommend staying here!! And I love the 24-hour coffee service! That definitely came in handy my last night there

Samantha Hazzard

Walking into the hotel, it looked nice and the eating area was pretty cool The front desk lady who checked us in was very welcoming, informative, checked us in quickly and even gave us a late check out! Upon entering our room, it was clean other than the blood looking stuff on the wall next to the bed and the weird bad smell After returning from dinner hoping the smell would go away, it wouldn’t

I will say the hot water is amazing! The bed was also decently comfortable In the morning we were pretty excited to eat breakfast as there were several great reviews about it However, it honestly was just okay Eggs weren’t good and were soggy They were out of a few things, potentially due to several people being there from or for a hockey tournament? The pancakes were rather delicious thoughIf I had to stay at a hotel in Indy, I would probably give this or it’s sister hotel a second chance Until then… 3/5 stars

Incredible! These rooms are the ultimate romantic getaway! It’s very expensive but worth every penny if you can afford it I wish the price was more manageable so we could book more than 1 night, and i wish the check in time was earlier than 6pm but it is still an amazing experience! The room seemed very clean as well as the pool! Staff was friendly as well Only complaint/issue we had was I stepped on something sharp in the pool and when my husband felt around, he pulled up a pool filter cover that had 2 long sharp screws sticking out of it

Not a huge deal because luckily it didn’t break the skin, but when we checked out, we gave the part to the staff and told them what happened, and all they said was “sign this paper stating you were not injured” We weren’t expecting to get anything from it, but it didn’t seem like they were concerned with anything other than getting our signature for I’m sure legal purposes, which is absolutely understandable, but it just seemed cold or something But again, no one was injured and we had an amazing experience! It was awesome to have an indoor pool to ourselves! Would definitely recommend 👌!

My husband and I stayed here and overall the experience was nice We loved the pool and got massages which was amazing However there were a few negatives for the price we paid

We stayed in suite 5 there was an odd smell in the bathroom The bathroom altogether could use a facelift The waterfall was freezing cold and definitely a disadvantage that it’s on a timer and you can’t just turn it off The bed was so uncomfortable We could not get any sleep by how uncomfortable it was The massage chair definitely needs an updateWould I come here again absolutely however I think there are a few updates they could do to make the experience even betterThe time and experience with your partner is very important and worth it in that aspect I just really wish the bed had more of a comfort level If it did then even with the other negatives I could justify a 5 star review

Keisha “Keisha” E

We had a wonderful stay here The pool, hot tub, hot mist sauna and shower was beyond amazing I love the lights around the bed and the mirror above the bed

The room was clean and smelled good This was truly a great experience that was worth it It was easy to reach the staff for clean towels and any additional amenities that we needed (ice, iron etc) This location is close to a bunch of restaurants, movie theater, stores etc The outside set up look like town homes I believe the rooms are sound proof as well We received complimentary wine glasses and a spa bag for the pool area There was also robes in the room for us to use

The rooms were clean and nice but some of the service not so We weren’t told that there would be no cleaning or fresh towel service during our stay so that was disappointing Fresh towels and a trash clean out are nice when you are staying more than 1 night

Also, we were told to “make sure to pick up after ourselves” when we were just sitting and talking with our group in the early afternoon Also, I don’t think I’ve ever been told to leave a breakfast area within 20 minutes of breakfast ending It was a nice place but I wouldn’t say it is group friendly if you are traveling that way

katie fay

Pool water is strangeThe breakfast is 2/5The front desk people said we were going to pay 125 a night then charged us 159

They were strange too Like real strangeThe room cleaning ladies were rude too but they did a great job with keeping the rooms clean So that made it betterYou can’t walk anywhere but Freddy’s There isn’t anything to do besides get food, your nails done or drive 40 minutes to the horse race track

Mike Newton

If you are not on the 3rd floor you hear every step someone makes above you The pillows and bed are quite comfortable but the shower has a very weak pressureThere is a serious management issue with housekeeping

When/if they service your room they do a great job When I asked to make sure my room was serviced every day I was told it wouldn’t be an issue It was service the first day and not the second This is the second time I have had this issue with this hotel All I get are apologies but that doesn’t cut itI travel every week and expect at least clean towels and a made bed when I come back from work If I ever stay here again (which I doubt) I will just check in and out every day to make sure I have a serviced room

We stayed here during an Archery tournament and it as a pleasant experience The hotel was full but you couldn’t tell All the staff was friendly

The breakfast was fully stocked and replenished in a timely manner Yes the hotel is a little dated The rooms could use a little TLC fixing paint chips, grouting and such Still a great experience and we will return

Briana and Tony Smith

The hotel is set up different than most It is a huge, open air style hotel with all rooms facing the courtyard Courtyard is very nice, breakfast and drinks later were great

Staff was very nice The hotel rooms were nice but definitely needed some deep cleaning All of the carpet in the hotel looked dirty and was sticky The ventilation system must all be linked because you could smell marijuana in and around the rooms I’ve stayed in many Embassy suites and this is my least favorite due to the cleanliness and slightly outdated rooms Altogether, the experience was just ok

Jacquie D

Hotel is mediocre at best Left for a few hours to grab dinner and came back and our room was HOTT, even though we turned on the AC Called the front desk and they had to have someone turn on the ac? What is up with that? It’s summer why isn’t it just on! Go to get ice and we have no bag for our bucket no biggie, go down and grab some from the desk

Then I proceed to get ice from the machine doesn’t work! Call the desk again and the ice machines don’t work on 3 of 9 floors Thanks for the heads up! 🙄 One of our lights was a strobe light but didn’t want to call and complain again The hotel is terribly understaffed and it was obvious-trash cans overflowing, dishes scattered outside in the halls, dusty rooms and needs a good coat of paint in the rooms The breakfast was great, loved the omelet station & the staff working breakfast were very kind Also loved the managers reception, the bartender was nice and efficient

as a titanium for life member I expect to be greeted appropriately and acknowledged I expect a clean and functional room I expect friendly service

my room was clean there was no welcome no acknowledgement no bottle of water no nothing service was unfriendly no one ever smiled, almost as I’d everyone hates their job no soap in room (they said their is a national backorder)would not return this is a $79/by hotel, not a $129 hotel

Doug Perkins

Second time here Good stay with the exception of checkout I stayed there a week and the staff was great until the morning of checkout

I had an early flight Some hotels keep coffee hot The night clerk came out and there was no “Good morning, how can I help you” He just stared at me I handed him the key He asked if I wanted a copy in which I replied yes I asked him if there was hot coffee and he just pointed to the thermoses I made one pump and tasted cold and nasty I then told him that and his reply was “Okay” There was no greeting or apology or have a nice day This young man needs to be retrained or fired In most cases I give 2 stars but the rest of the staff is outstanding

Jon Zink

Hotel is a bit on the older side, but seems to be recently renovated Someone was smoking in the room next door It could use a good cleaning inside and updated and maintained landscape

Even though I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, Housekeeping was pounding on my door at 8:30 while I was on a work call The breakfast food was disgusting at best

I was visiting family and needed a great location The hotel looked very clean and nice The staff was very informative and helpful

The breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean and spacious We appreciate the great customer service We had encountered a problem with the pool, as it was not working Antonio went above and beyond to make us happy and keep us coming back We appreciate the great customer service

The bad first: The room we started in had barely any water pressure, and we were able to move rooms the next night My wife requested a roll away bed 3 times and nothing Finally, she requested again and almost an hour later after our 4 children were in bed they came beating on the door

Some of the front desk staff seemed put off and were on their cell phonesThe good: the location was great, there are many restaurants in the area and it seems like a safe area The rooms were clean and the breakfast and coffee were goodI truly don’t like to leave bad reviews; you can see that if you look at my profile However, I do hope that the owner or manager sees this and make changes

Whitney Young

This was a very disappointing experience Our room was decent but smelled musky The frustration came from the pool situation

We were told on arrival there were only 15 people allowed at a time and manager had to allow people in There is a 50 minute time limit However when we tried to sign up to access the pool around the time we were told another group would be done, the manager said he would “see if anyone was ready to leave” The “rules” weren’t actually rules and it was incredibly frustrating dealing with a 4 year old who just wanted to swim There was so much back and forth over what was actually a rule and what was not we had to wait in the lobby for 30+ minutes only to be given different information every time I asked Would not recommend this hotel at all

This was a pretty nice place to stay Close to food, has a restaurant on site as well as a bar The courtyard is a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal or a cocktail

Your room may have a good view of the city or the Hwy depending on which side you get Overall it’s in good shape You can tell it’s in need of some updates and a some remodeling but nothing is falling apart and it’s maintained and clean

Nathan Choler

Stayed here one night when we came into town for a Pacers game This hotel is kind of hidden back in an office complex, but not too difficult to find There appeared to be ample parking when we arrived, but when we came back after the game nearly every spot in the main lot was taken

The rooms were large and the bed was super comfortable The pool is nice and was surprisingly warm No hot tub I think the only real complaint we had was people being loud in the court yard in the middle of the building during the night, but that really on effected us because we were on the first floor We would definitely consider staying here again in the future

Alysha Dominique

We had slim pickings and selected this one based on other reviews I’m honestly sure how it has such great reviews The rooms are quite dated

The bartender was beyond rude but only to select people We watched him tell a group that they could not have any food or drinks in the lobby area (He told us that the night before when we tried sitting at a table to eat pizza since the rooms are so small) But the group that came in before them brought in food How is that even fair? Also, the hallways had a very odd smell You have to walk outside through the courtyard to get to your room and normally wouldn’t be bad but it sucks when it’s raining and it just so happened to be raining while we were there We will be traveling to the area a lot in the future but we will definitely never be staying here again

Everyone we encountered was very friendly! About 5 mins into our room the front desk called to make sure everything was good 🙂 we will Definitely come back!!
